We've spent more than 200 days together. Way to go, Bible readers. There were a lot of hard things to read in the past seven days. We read about the consequences of sin, both for pagan nations and for God's people. Passages like these can be hard to read, but you're doing it and God will teach you through it. As you read the Bible, remember to always look for who God is, what he's doing, and how much he loves his kids. This week we finished our 21st book. Let's look back at the big picture.

Hosea's marriage is a picture of how Israel has turned away from God and how God continues to love Israel. The story of Hosea and Gomer and the larger story of God and Israel teaches us that God's love is bigger than our sin. We had two words to remember.

Does this thought match what I know to be true about Me from God's Word? If you can answer both of those questions with yes, then God might be speaking to you.
