Mr. Obvious
Heidi Ho. Welcome once again to the Mr. Obvious Show. I'm of course your affable host, Mr. Obviously. Shall we take a call? Hello, Mr. Obvious Show?
Caller
Hello, is this Mr. Obvious?
Mr. Obvious
It is, caller, but I'm having kind of a hard time hearing you.
Caller
Oh man, this is so great Talking to you, Mr. Obvious. I'm a longtime listener and a first time caller.
Mr. Obvious
Well, I'm certainly glad you called. Not to belabor the point, caller, but it is difficult to hear you. Can you speak up?
Caller
Yeah, yeah, Mr. Avis, I was saying I'm a long time listener and a first time caller. Can I get over here across the street where it might be safer?
Mr. Obvious
Get across the street. What, what, what's going on?
Caller
Okay, I, I, I can speak up a little bit. Can you, can you hear me now?
Mr. Obvious
Yeah, that, that is, I can indeed. That's much better. Now what's going on, caller?
Caller
Oh, man. Mr. Avis, I had to cross the street to get away from the bank.
Mr. Obvious
The bank. Okay, now what's, what's wrong with the bank, caller?
Caller
Well, Mr, I think it's being robbed.
Tom
Oh, no.
Mr. Obvious
Oh my. Did you call 911, caller?
Caller
My goodness, no. No, I wasn't sure if I should call the police or if I should confront the robbers.
Mr. Obvious
No, no, don't confront them. Of course you shouldn't confront them. They could be armed, caller.
Caller
Armed? You think so, Mr. Oliver?
Mr. Obvious
Do I think they could be armed? Of course they could. That's what robbers do. They carry around guns or knives or bombs and they rob people.
Caller
Yikes. Are glad I didn't confront them then.
Mr. Obvious
Yeah.
Caller
Is the robber still robbers, Mr.
Tom
Obvious?
Caller
There's more than one? There's a whole bunch of them.
Mr. Obvious
Goodness. Well, how many, caller?
Caller
Oh, gosh, I saw at least four or five of them.
Mr. Obvious
Okay. Would you be able to identify them to the police?
Caller
I'm not so sure about that, Mr. Obvious. They're all wearing masks.
Mr. Obvious
Masks? You mean like pantyhose masks?
Caller
That's a good one, Mr.
Tom
Obvious.
Bob Kevoian
That's funny.
Mr. Obvious
No, I'm not being funny. Often wear pantyhose over their heads to disguise their features.
Caller
I'll be darned.
Mr. Obvious
Yeah.
Caller
No, no, these fellas weren't wearing pantyhose. They were wearing those masks like you might see a doctor wear in the robbers. Most of them were also wearing gloves, I assume keep from leaving fingerprints everywhere.
Mr. Obvious
Masks and gloves? Collars.
Caller
Yep. Yep. Oh, oh, oh, another thing. This might help. They all seem like they were spaced about 6ft apart from each other.
Mr. Obvious
Oh, my land collar. Those people are not robbing the bank.
Caller
Not Robin. How do you know, caller?
Mr. Obvious
They're protecting themselves from the coronavirus by covering their noses and mouths and wearing gloves.
Kristi Lee
Hmm.
Caller
You don't say.
Mr. Obvious
And as a matter of fact, you should be doing the same, caller.
Caller
Me? I. I'm not gonna be going in the bank, Mr. Ovid.
Mr. Obvious
It's not just the bank where you need the protection. You should practice being safe at the post office, the grocery store, wherever you might come in contact with people. You should be wearing a mask and gloves.
Caller
Mask and.
Mr. Obvious
Huh.
Caller
Well, I never made a connection.
Mr. Obvious
Don't you watch the news, caller? How could you not know?
Caller
Oh, gosh, no. I hadn't seen the news for a while, Mr. O. I've been binge watching that Tiger King show ever since my boss told me not to come into work.
Mr. Obvious
Oh, well, like a lot of people, you must be working from home.
Caller
No, he fired me. Incompetence, which I don't. I don't get. I hardly ever took bathroom breaks or anything.
Mr. Obvious
Okay, caller, it pains me, but we're going to have to go right now.
Caller
Oh, okay.
Mr. Obvious
Yes.
Caller
Yes, caller, It's a real lifesaver.
Mr. Obvious
Well, it sounds like you took my advice and put on your mask. I'm proud of you, caller, for taking heed during these unusual and trying times.
Caller
Oh, yeah, thanks. I didn't have a mask with me, but luckily, this fella in front of me at the store sneezed into his handkerchief and dropped it on the ground.
Mr. Obvious
Goodbye, caller. Until next time. This is Mr. Obvious.
Caller
So long.
Podcast Host
Now some more Bob and Tom.
Caller
You want it, you need it, you can't live without it.
Podcast Host
This is Bob and Tom Extra joining
Bob Kevoian
us in the studio. She is Dr. Sadie Allison, and she is a specialist in the realm of the adult toys from. From the company known as Tickle Kitty, which I understand. Is celebrating 25 years.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Yes. Yes. Good morning, everyone. I'm so excited to be here. Good to see you all. 25 years. Yeah. I started in 2001 when you were four.
Kristi Lee
Thank you. Yeah.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Good intimacy. Life will keep you looking young, I guess.
Bob Kevoian
Well, there you go. There's a good selling point.
Caller
Yeah.
Bob Kevoian
And we're going to be reviewing.
Tom
Some of you want to look younger or not.
Bob Kevoian
Some of the things that are. That are available in the realm of the adult toys, which may or may not be the perfect Valentine's Day gift. I wanted to open with a quick question. In your experience, and I'm not sure you're able to judge this, but do you think there are cases in which a woman buys a man a toy in order that they can share it together, or is it typically a guy buying it for the lady? Is there. Do you have any idea how that would. The Venn diagram of those crossing.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Yes. So both buy for each other. Definitely. Although it skews a little bit more for men buying for their ladies during Valentine's Day. It's a more common gift for a guy for Valentine's Day. But a lot of women are buying toys for their guys, too, because there's so many wonderful innovations today where both people can be pleased and have fun together with toys.
Bob Kevoian
Is. Is there a certain awkwardness to.
Kristi Lee
If you're saying it. Yeah.
Tom
Are you going to start talking about butt stuff? Right.
Bob Kevoian
No.
Kristi Lee
No, no, no, no.
Tom
Is that what you're doing?
Bob Kevoian
No. No.
Tom
Is there.
Bob Kevoian
Is there a certain awkwardness to opening up something and it's. It's an adult toy rather than.
Mr. Obvious
You would.
Kristi Lee
You would just laugh hysterically. Right. If you opened an adult toy, like
Tom
a really big donger, you know?
Bob Kevoian
Well, I. Doesn't matter what it is. You know what?
Podcast Host
You.
Bob Kevoian
You never see a scene in a movie where they're at some fancy restaurant where they've got white tablecloth, silverware, crystal, and the waiter, as the waiter le, or the small box, she opens it up and, oh, look, it's the Pulverizer 3000.
Kristi Lee
Oh, no, I would. I would want. Under the. The silver tray thing. I would want it to be under there on a bed of lettuce. Just lift it up.
Tom
Okay.
Bob Kevoian
So you would do it. You would do it with a humorous.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Yeah, I think a good time to do it would be after the dinner when you're going to the bedroom. You can even hide it under the pillow. That's always kind of fun. So when you're getting close and then you're heading towards that moment, you can kind of just pull it out and surprise your partner. And sometimes it's. It adds that excitement that you're missing. And even if you laugh, that's a great thing. Because intimacy is supposed to be fun. It's not so serious.
Bob Kevoian
Does it ever backfire? Did you ever get any stories about she was insulted or he was insulted, that looks like mine, only significantly larger?
Kristi Lee
Well, that.
Dr. Sadie Allison
That's a good point. You want to get it the same size or smaller, but it's. It's not. So it's not so much the insult, because on Valentine's Day, it's the perfect time to actually give you an opportunity to introduce something new. And when you put it in a way, you're like, honey, you know, I've been wanting to try something different. I thought this might be fun. And that's why I always suggest to guys to get something for her pleasure, because then it's not. It's a little more comfortable for her. And it shows that you care. Because when your woman is pleased, that's when you get it back tenfold. And that's what men ultimately want, is, I want more intimacy with my wife.
Bob Kevoian
And Valentine's Day. What? It's on a Saturday this year, so it's. What are you looking at? She said on deck. I heard dick. I'm so nervous. I heard dick.
Tom
She finally said dick, but who cares?
Dr. Sadie Allison
I may have said that.
Paul Rykoff
I'm not sure.
Tom
It's hammer time.
Bob Kevoian
I believe all hands on Dick, I believe was a gay porn. You don't have to watch it. We're gonna check in with Dr. Sadie Allison and talk about some of these interesting things in the world of adult toys. And one of the. There's been kind of a. I guess a revolution in the world of all this stuff. Like everything else now. Batteries pretty much out of the picture.
Kristi Lee
Right? Right.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Almost everything is USB rechargeable now.
Tom
So we have these wonderful products and Valentine's Day coming up, and love is in the air, and you're just transfixed. None of them have batteries anymore. They can be plugged in and recharged.
Bob Kevoian
Well, I'll tell you what.
Tom
What's wrong with you?
Bob Kevoian
I just got for my garage. Here we go. I got a. These. There are these strips there. They look like a ruler, but it's an LED light.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Yeah.
Kristi Lee
Yes.
Bob Kevoian
And it takes a USB C. Once a year, you charge it, and it's motion activated.
Tom
I'm telling you. Battery and magnet technology. That's why the earbuds are so little now.
Bob Kevoian
But the same. The significance is it's great not having batteries. The fact that you can just recharge it, and that's entered the realm of the adult toy. Do any of them have batteries anymore?
Dr. Sadie Allison
Very few. All the nice ones and the modern ones are rechargeable and they last for two hours, which is nice because you don't want your pleasure interrupted with batteries dying out.
Mr. Obvious
Right.
Dr. Sadie Allison
That's old school.
Kristi Lee
That's from the 80s.
Bob Kevoian
If she needs it for two hours, I know a good lawyer. She's gonna need the diesel 700.
Tom
It's two hours, by my account. It'll never get recharged. I'll never have to.
Bob Kevoian
Now, this is not meant to be a silly question, but of course. Then are they typically the USB C now or are they the lightning USB A, the wider one.
Tom
And the USB C is the smaller one.
Bob Kevoian
What's the one that's trapezoidal?
Tom
Trap it. Oh, that's the. I'm not sure what that said. I'm not sure what that. Is that a D or something?
Dr. Sadie Allison
Most of them are usb, which is the standard.
Bob Kevoian
That's the full size.
Mr. Obvious
Yeah.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Although they are starting to have the smaller ones like you're talking about.
Bob Kevoian
But yeah, the USB C I like because you can't do it backwards. The trapezoidal ones.
Tom
And that's the same she was talking about on Dick. And do it backwards.
Kristi Lee
Okay.
Bob Kevoian
I'm so sorry. I apologize to everyone listening. Our guest is Dr. Sadie Allison from Tickle Kitty. You can look at what she's got going on@tickle kitty.com right now. We're going to check in with the new. At the news desk. We have Ms. Hooker. After a busy day of cooking, we have.
Kristi Lee
Are you going to try one?
Bob Kevoian
I am. I just did. I was just doing some.
Tom
Can somebody bring him in? The.
Bob Kevoian
I want to try the deviled egg.
Kristi Lee
Oh, the. Yeah.
Tom
No, he's not going to eat the sound of layer dip.
Bob Kevoian
I'll try it.
Kristi Lee
He'll try it. He'll try the seven layer dip, too.
Bob Kevoian
But let's try a little bit of news. Anything going on out there? All right.
Kristi Lee
The iconic Breaking Bad home is still on the market, and the price has just been slashed from $4 million to 1 million 3. $400,000.
Podcast Host
Whoa.
Kristi Lee
That's a significant drop.
Tom
And then the bottom dropped out.
Paul Rykoff
Wow.
Kristi Lee
Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the four bedroom, two bathroom home was featured prominently in the hit series and has since become a destination for fans.
Bob Kevoian
Well, who'd want it?
Kristi Lee
I don't know because I think the people that lived there hated. And this is why they're selling.
Mr. Obvious
Right.
Kristi Lee
That people.
Bob Kevoian
People. And people were throwing pizzas on the roof because of that famous scene.
Kristi Lee
Oh, okay.
Tom
Putting a doll's eyes in the pool and.
Bob Kevoian
Yeah.
Kristi Lee
It was initially listed in January of 2025 for $4 million, but over a year later, the price has been dramatically reduced. Realtor Alicia Feel told journalists the initial price tag resulted from someone claiming to sell famous properties in Hollywood who convinced the owner that $4 million was an appropriate listing. I would be curious about the other houses in the neighborhood.
Bob Kevoian
Yeah.
Tom
They're going through for, I think, for 400k. The only way you're going to recop your investment as if you turn it
Bob Kevoian
into a meth lab. Yeah.
Tom
It's not a very.
Kristi Lee
Does it come with the tools?
Tom
It's not a very big house.
Bob Kevoian
No, no.
Kristi Lee
It's a ranch, Right?
Caller
Ranch, yeah.
Bob Kevoian
Have you seen Breaking Bad?
Kristi Lee
I haven't.
Bob Kevoian
It's. I hesitated to watch it. It's brilliant, isn't it?
Dr. Sadie Allison
I loved it.
Bob Kevoian
It's really good.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Really entertaining.
Bob Kevoian
And the. The casting is great. The acting is. I mean, you've. It just seems real.
Kristi Lee
Okay.
Bob Kevoian
Just. I really. I would really recommend.
Kristi Lee
And you watched the whole thing?
Bob Kevoian
I did, and I.
Kristi Lee
Okay.
Mr. Obvious
For him, very rarely.
Tom
That's amazing.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Depicting.
Tom
Oh, yeah.
Bob Kevoian
Yeah. Better Call Saul and not so good.
Kristi Lee
Yeah.
Bob Kevoian
That gets really, really boring.
Tom
I like Michael McCann.
Bob Kevoian
Before I started watching that, I wanted. Like I said, please kill the Michael McKee. Every episode and completely fake.
Kristi Lee
Yeah.
Bob Kevoian
But every. The Breaking Bad. Great.
Kristi Lee
Okay. I'll give it a try. Do you have your dip over there?
Bob Kevoian
I.
Kristi Lee
Do you want to try it?
Bob Kevoian
Okay.
Tom
Oh, my God.
Bob Kevoian
This is the exciting.
Kristi Lee
It's the yellow one. Is that what you have?
Bob Kevoian
Yeah, this is a deviled egg dip, and I love devil. Okay.
Tom
Now here's Tom.
Bob Kevoian
Devoured.
Christopher
Whoa.
Tom
You know, once again, Tom is always eating like he's in prison. You know that. Yeah. He likes to gobble, gobble it down.
Kristi Lee
I have to be honest.
Tom
Am I right?
Kristi Lee
I don't like it.
Tom
You don't like the deviled egg dip?
Kristi Lee
No, it called for sweet relish, and I don't like any kind of sweetness in my deviled egg.
Tom
Is that the way I'm supposed to think about things? I'm not going to fix this because I don't like it.
Kristi Lee
No, I don't think I. I made it anyway.
Tom
Oh, okay.
Kristi Lee
But I didn't. I didn't change the recipe. And it's not how I eat my deviled eggs. I don't like sweet relish in my deviled eggs. I like a savory.
Bob Kevoian
Yeah, I would agree. I'd prefer it without the sweet.
Kristi Lee
Okay, I'm with you. All right.
Bob Kevoian
But I'm gonna try the other dips. We have five of them now. We're also getting ready for Valentine's Day, and there's lots of different things you can get, including these soon to be discussed toys. I'm looking at a. At the designs of some of these. Sadie is holding one right now.
Kristi Lee
Well, okay.
Tom
The thing is, by the way, whose idea was it. Excuse me. To sit Sadie. Next to Pat Godwin. I'm not sure if that's going to be.
Caller
Are you trying to get me in trouble?
Tom
You're getting yourself in trouble. You're. You're inching closer.
Kristi Lee
He's behaving.
Tom
No. Grab ass, Pat.
Bob Kevoian
All right.
Kristi Lee
No.
Bob Kevoian
Okay. I'm looking at a. At a sheet that has photographs of the various tools or toys, I should say. And one thing that I. You can't tell.
Tom
You magnificent bastard. I knew it. You got the workbench and the tools, don't you?
Bob Kevoian
You can't tell the scale, so I. I can't tell how large the womanizer is.
Kristi Lee
Right?
Tom
Is that the name of it? It's the Womanizer.
Dr. Sadie Allison
It is the woman. The Womanizer. Next.
Bob Kevoian
That's wonderful. This is apparently the latest edition. This is like the iPhone 17 of sex toys.
Dr. Sadie Allison
That's right.
Bob Kevoian
It's this. This. The subheading is the 62nd air pleasure. Okay, but I want to see one of these things because I just can't tell if it's the size of a. Of. Of a lipstick or of a cucumber.
Kristi Lee
I think we can hear it.
Bob Kevoian
Okay, here it comes. Oh, we have one that's bigger than I thought.
Kristi Lee
That's what he said.
Bob Kevoian
This is the. This is the size of a banana, right?
Tom
It looks like something. It is a secret agent would use as a phone.
Bob Kevoian
It looks like a submarine you'd put in the tub when you were a kid you'd fill with baking soda. Yes, it does go up and down, but.
Kristi Lee
Well, that's a lot more fun.
Dr. Sadie Allison
So, Tom, that's a smart silence. So it's not vibrating in your hand. It's actually air suction product.
Paul Rykoff
Put your.
Tom
Now put it over the hole.
Kristi Lee
There you go.
Dr. Sadie Allison
There you go.
Tom
And there, friends, is how Tom receives all sexual.
Bob Kevoian
I didn't think it was on.
Dr. Sadie Allison
Isn't that neat? And that's what's neat about this toy, is you can be using in the bedroom and your Kids won't even know because you can't hear it. It's got a silent feature and it only turns on with contact. So Tom, Tom, put it on the tip of your nose and get a little suction.
Tom
There you go. Here we go.
Mr. Obvious
Picture of this.
Bob Kevoian
Ah, that's weird.
Dr. Sadie Allison
So it's got a pleasure depth control, this new womanizer necked model where you can actually go super gentle because women like it gentle.
Bob Kevoian
Guys, can you hear that at all? Oh, there you go.
Dr. Sadie Allison
There's no vibration. That's all air. Suction.
Tom
Sounds like you're at the foundry.
Bob Kevoian
My nose feels weird.
Christopher
That's it for another Bob and Tom show. Extra. Catch us on itunes, Google Play and Stitcher. For Bob and Tom. Extra. This is Christopher. Take care, everybody.
Podcast Host
The Muser's the podcast.
Dr. Sadie Allison
So why a podcast?
Podcast Host
Podcasting is very intimate. That's why I'm shirtless. Your weekly dose of absurdity and fun. The things in life that we put up with simply because we don't get around to fixing them. And I let be a problem for much longer than it should be a problem because of the single problem of me. Yeah, I'm the problem at the center of my life. The Musers, the podcast.
