Christopher
Welcome back. It's another Bob and Tom Extra. This is Christopher. Not only is the Bob and Tom show live every weekday morning, but every afternoon. We'll give you a little extra in case you missed anything on the big show. Today, Tom went to a concert. Plus poop bag and emails on the way in. Just a minute.
Bob Kevoian
Bonjour, compadre.
Tom Griswold
It's the Priceline negotiator.
Bob Kevoian
How do I negotiate so many great travel deals? My greatest gadget, the Priceline app. It's got hotel deals, flight deals, rental car deals, all of those deals in a bundle deals, game day deals, concert trip deals. No one deals more deals than Priceline. Hold your horses, there's more. The app lets you filter hotels by neighborhood vibe, star level and amenities like pools and spas and beachfronts and. Wait, I'm not done. Stop cutting me up.
Tom Griswold
Priceline what goes stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, whoops, crash the Chick Miggy Accidental Home Improvement Service.
Chick McGee
Could you play that again? We can play this all day. Do that again. I want to hear that again.
Tom Griswold
What goes stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp whoops, crash the Chick McGee Accent Residential Home Improvement Service.
Chick McGee
If you missed something yesterday, maybe you'll hear it now. This is Bob and Tom.
Bob Kevoian
Extra.
Tom Griswold
I have an update for it.
Chick McGee
Yeah, go ahead.
Tom Griswold
Your weekend was jam packed, including a concert.
Chick McGee
Yeah, it was great. Yeah.
Tom Griswold
You went to see Morgan?
Chick McGee
Morgan Waller.
Tom Griswold
I. I guess Caitlin Clark came out.
Chick McGee
They brought him out. The walk on thing, the backstage. He does that for all of his shows. He does it. It was very cool. The crowd went nuts.
Tom Griswold
Okay. Oh, I bet.
Chick McGee
So, I mean, two sold out shows at a stadium. That's amazing.
Tom Griswold
So she didn't come out on. She didn't come out on stage.
Chick McGee
Walked up. It was a back. There was a really funny backstage. God. Who. I just saw somebody else.
Josh Arnold
Is it him, like making his way to the stage? I always like videos like that.
Chick McGee
Yeah, there's a whole bunch of those lately that he's known for. This Jimmy Buffett kind of started that whole thing where he'd have his crew out with the parrot heads at the tailgating and then. Yeah, but this is one of those things where it's backstage and they had a real funny thing where he comes and he's, you know, I think it's obviously filmed, but he's. He's talking to the production guy and it's a huge production pyrotechnics and huge screens. Of course, he's pretending he doesn't know what he's doing and he goes, what does this button do?
Announcer
Boom.
Chick McGee
And it shoots off a bunch of stuff.
Josh Arnold
Oh, like live.
Chick McGee
Live.
Josh Arnold
Oh, that's fun. Yeah.
Chick McGee
So funny. But yeah, there was a thing with Caitlin Clark lark. He's done it with other.
Tom Griswold
Yeah.
Chick McGee
I think the first town.
Kristi Lee
The first night of the weekend, he didn't have a guest during his walk on and people were a little shocked.
Chick McGee
Calm down, everybody.
Kristi Lee
I know. I'm just telling you, that's one of his things.
Tom Griswold
I'll tell you what, I went and he didn't have no walk out.
Chick McGee
By the way. I tell you what was out. A lot of boobs.
Tom Griswold
Oh, yeah.
Chick McGee
There were a lot of. There were a lot of ladies that barely forgot to wear half their clothes.
Tom Griswold
A lot of lovely ladies out there
Josh Arnold
tonight, but I'm complaining.
Tom Griswold
And for Tom. For Tom to notice, they must have been on display.
Chick McGee
But I had my girls with me and in our cowboy hats.
Josh Arnold
It was a great photo.
Kristi Lee
You said was a great.
Tom Griswold
Did anybody in your party or in your cast. As he introduces his family, he refers to him as the cast. Did they notice boops being out during the concert?
Chick McGee
Oh, I doubt it.
Tom Griswold
I mean, no. Yeah.
Chick McGee
Just walk, you know, walking around and just know you see things.
Josh Arnold
Sure.
Chick McGee
It's a great. That's what. It's. Whatever you're into, whatever kind of music. It's always fun to see your fellow. The ladies and the gents that like the same stuff.
Kristi Lee
Concert goers. Yeah.
Chick McGee
And they're kind of. Everybody's kind of in their costume in a way.
Kristi Lee
Sure.
Chick McGee
Wherever you go.
Tom Griswold
Dressing up to go out.
Chick McGee
Yeah, I want to see. Special thanks to the lady that let my girls cut into the merch line. That was so sweet. She just goes, oh, look, these little girls don't have to wait here.
Bob Kevoian
Go ahead.
Josh Arnold
Oh, nice.
Tom Griswold
And then five or six people behind her. What the hell you think you're doing?
Chick McGee
I wasn't. I wasn't there.
Josh Arnold
I would have.
Chick McGee
But again, the hot dogs.
Bob Kevoian
Delightful.
Josh Arnold
Yeah, man. A stadium arena dog.
Chick McGee
But I think, and I said this really just great. I think when they wrap those hot dogs in the foil and let them sit for a while, they're even better.
Tom Griswold
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Chick McGee
It's like spaghetti the next day. I'm not sure what the. The physics of this is.
Tom Griswold
Why can't we have hot. Hot dogs for breakfast? Isn't it time, you know, aren't they sausage? Yes.
Josh Arnold
We can have sauce.
Kristi Lee
Yeah.
Tom Griswold
They put eggs on hamburgers.
Chick McGee
Well, thanks. Obama, who's responsible. I knew he was actually the elder George Bush. Was he the one that.
Josh Arnold
It was the elder George Bush and Michelle Obama.
Chick McGee
Was it Clinton?
Tom Griswold
I can't remember to blame either Obama or Dick Cheney. I know that.
Josh Arnold
Or one of those.
Tom Griswold
Yeah, yeah.
Josh Arnold
I mean, they were so. They were fast friends. So who's this?
Chick McGee
My favorite new song, by the way, is. Is a tune that he sang called 20 cigarettes. Christy, I'm gonna have to play it for you. You will love that.
Kristi Lee
Oh, really?
Chick McGee
It's great. There's a whole bunch of great stuff. It was fun, big event, a lot of people and having a good time, so. And only saw one fight.
Kristi Lee
Fight.
Tom Griswold
Could you ascertain what.
Josh Arnold
Yeah. Men or women?
Chick McGee
I don't know. I, I believe the word intoxicated may have played a role.
Tom Griswold
Here's the punchline. Yeah. Some lady let these two kids cut, man. There was a melee that broke out.
Chick McGee
But here's what kind of a great weekend I had yesterday evening. I. I went to get some to go food and the restaurant is near a trail walking trail that's very crowded in a downtown area. And I took one of my dogs with me and we, we had to park kind of far away. So we're walking parallel to the trail and my dog is losing his mind because there are so many smells for all these dogs. He's going crazy. And I realized I don't have a poop bag. And when he goes, this is. I can just see his mind going, oh, I better leave a little something here for my friends.
Kristi Lee
I see. Yeah.
Chick McGee
And I don't. I don't want to be that guy.
Tom Griswold
Do you think that is?
Kristi Lee
Like, they have him along that trail, though? I think they.
Chick McGee
Well, I did. All I know is I look down on the ground and there was a poop bag.
Josh Arnold
No kidding.
Chick McGee
Get little gift from above, which I was able to. What a perfect evening.
Josh Arnold
He just dumped the poop out that was in it and then used it for your dog.
Chick McGee
I rubbed it on my face and then I.
Tom Griswold
Do you think in the dog world, it's much like taking a bottle of wine to a party?
Josh Arnold
Maybe.
Sponsor Voice
Yeah.
Josh Arnold
Look, we got to show up with something.
Tom Griswold
Oh, yeah, you got to show up.
Chick McGee
Remember the commercial where the guy would
Tom Griswold
pull up to you, pal, take a
Chick McGee
crap, pull up on the Rolls Royce. Do you have any gray Poupon?
Kristi Lee
Yeah.
Chick McGee
It was sort of like, if you ever had to. I, I, I've actually had this happen also in the neighborhood had someone bum a poop bag from me. I go heavily armed. I never leave a. Fewer than four.
Tom Griswold
Did he go, can I borrow a course?
Chick McGee
But I mean, what. What a glorious bit of luck.
Kristi Lee
Yeah. What would you. Would you. You had to leave it.
Chick McGee
Oh, God. I get a stick or something. But.
Kristi Lee
But it's.
Chick McGee
This is. There are dozens of people walking by.
Kristi Lee
I know exactly what you're talking.
Chick McGee
You know what you should do?
Tom Griswold
Put the stick in and a little pen it on top of it. Poop. Poop.
Kristi Lee
Market.
Chick McGee
Market. Like the bullets at a crime scene, maybe.
Kristi Lee
Poop.
Tom Griswold
Sorry.
Chick McGee
Sorry about the poop, but I've never seen this dog go so crazy.
Kristi Lee
Huh?
Chick McGee
He just. I mean, it was this, this, this wonderful. I have read dozens and dozens of
Tom Griswold
scents of dogs that you should absolutely let them smell when they go out.
Chick McGee
Yes.
Tom Griswold
Really good for him because a lot of people, you know, come on. Get away. Oh, no. He was away from that mailbox.
Chick McGee
He was huffing the ground, having such a good time.
Josh Arnold
I always love it when people walk by my. If I'm on the porch and people are walking by with their dogs and they, They're. They're always like, some people are, oh, come on, come on, come on. And I think it's because I'm sitting there. Yeah. No, let them do whatever they want. It's a joy watching your dogs in my yard.
Tom Griswold
No, are you.
Josh Arnold
I mean, most people pick it up.
Tom Griswold
Are you sitting there with your, Your giant wheel that you have your sharpening stone to. Yes, my wet stone to sharpen that cleaver that you keep in the back.
Josh Arnold
Now it is, I guess, is that intimidating.
Tom Griswold
I walk by your house.
Josh Arnold
It is.
Tom Griswold
I think it might Be.
Chick McGee
No.
Tom Griswold
Yeah.
Chick McGee
I promised I would tell you.
Tom Griswold
Let's go.
Chick McGee
We were talking about unusual plastic surgeries and we have another one coming up today that's very weird. In Russia I mentioned palm line surgery in which an electric scalpel is used to create artificial palm lines for people who aren't happy with their palm readings. Again. I think that should be next to a psychiatry office.
Josh Arnold
Yeah.
Chick McGee
That's a problem. If you come in for that. You may want to talk to a professional that can understand how insane you are.
Josh Arnold
We'd all love longer love lines. But come on.
Chick McGee
Now There's a surgery. A surgical procedure called poker toxic poker talks. Botox and facial filler used to manipulate the appearance of poker players to eliminate so called tells.
Josh Arnold
No way. That's interesting.
Tom Griswold
Oh. I thought they made your poker longer. If you know what I mean.
Josh Arnold
Usually.
Tom Griswold
Hey. My poker needs straighten.
Chick McGee
Don't you love the. Love the bit where the dog's playing poker. When he gets a good hand his tail starts wagging. That's. That's such a classic tell.
Josh Arnold
It's gotta be.
Tom Griswold
I've said it before. I'll say it again. The finest start in the history of the world. Dogs Playing Poker. No doubt about it.
Josh Arnold
Looks just like Dogs Playing Poker, doesn't it?
Tom Griswold
Yep.
Chick McGee
This one is pretty obvious. Umbilical plasti.
Tom Griswold
Oh.
Kristi Lee
It's got something to do with your belly button.
Chick McGee
Modifying the appearance of the belly button.
Josh Arnold
I can see that. There are some that are terrible.
Kristi Lee
There are some Audis.
Josh Arnold
Cabbage Patch doll.
Chick McGee
Get rid of that now. Also dimple plasti.
Tom Griswold
Looks like a fillet hanging out of it.
Chick McGee
The adding. The adding of artificial dimples.
Kristi Lee
You can do that?
Chick McGee
Remember Michael Jackson had a cleft put in his chin.
Josh Arnold
They don't look the dimple plasty I have seen. It's not that convincing. They haven't perfected that.
Kristi Lee
My dimples turned into a crater.
Chick McGee
It just gets deeper.
Kristi Lee
I've seen.
Josh Arnold
This gets cuter and cuter.
Chick McGee
This is in the category of body modification. I can barely say this without grabbing my tongue splitting.
Josh Arnold
That's really.
Tom Griswold
That's very popular.
Chick McGee
What?
Josh Arnold
It's more popular than you would think. Now when we say very popular. What? But. But there's more of it out there than you think.
Chick McGee
Presumably that would affect one's speech.
Josh Arnold
It doesn't seem to. And then there are people online who can. They almost. It's like having two tongues. They can move them different ways. There are guys who don't mind when their girlfriends get that done. I think I would.
Kristi Lee
That's what
Josh Arnold
this is what we were trying to avoid.
Kristi Lee
I just said that it didn't affect any sort of.
Chick McGee
I doubt it.
Tom Griswold
Go ahead.
Chick McGee
All of these. All of these are insane.
Bob Kevoian
It does.
Josh Arnold
You would think that you would. You'd have to practice having now a split tongue.
Tom Griswold
Wouldn't you? How would you practice?
Josh Arnold
You're right. It's got to change your whistle game.
Kristi Lee
Oh yeah.
Tom Griswold
I've always heard that.
Chick McGee
Wouldn't it?
Tom Griswold
The two fastest healing parts on your body are your tongue and your anus.
Josh Arnold
Could be.
Kristi Lee
I'm not going to find out.
Tom Griswold
That's what I've.
Josh Arnold
I know.
Chick McGee
If they're used at the same time. Let's just move on here. Devil horn implants is something you could get.
Tom Griswold
Once again very popular subdermal implants.
Chick McGee
Not very powerful.
Tom Griswold
Bad. They think how badass I'd be with a. With a serpent tongue and two horns coming out of my forehead.
Josh Arnold
Be awesome.
Chick McGee
Once again. That makes a statement.
Tom Griswold
I'd start loving the lady.
Chick McGee
And the statement is I will never have a job that has health care.
Tom Griswold
Would it throw you if I came in here with devil horns coming out of my forehead?
Chick McGee
Yes.
Josh Arnold
You doing something new?
Kristi Lee
Dyeing your hair? Lose some weight?
Chick McGee
I will quote Ed Asner in a certain made for TV movie of 40 or 50 years ago.
Tom Griswold
Oh yeah.
Chick McGee
I hope it was worth it.
Tom Griswold
Yeah. We had somebody on staff. I think it was Jess Hooker that had the. Pierced her nose and there was decorative stud coming out of it. And you. You were just mystified by it so much so she had it removed.
Chick McGee
I didn't say anything negative. I just.
Tom Griswold
Well.
Chick McGee
Is that.
Tom Griswold
You can go a long way with just a look. You know that. Right?
Josh Arnold
Even a compliment.
Tom Griswold
Yeah. Hey. Nice. No stud.
Chick McGee
Wow. Okay.
Tom Griswold
Did you pay to do that? The pet stores open on the weekends. Huh?
Chick McGee
This. I don't know who's doing this one. It's. It's called ball maxing. I'll let you. I'll let you think about that.
Josh Arnold
I hope we. I hope it's exactly what it sounds.
Tom Griswold
I am always embarrassed by how small my testicles are.
Josh Arnold
Interesting.
Chick McGee
And ball maxing. Maybe for you.
Tom Griswold
Okay.
Chick McGee
They say it's the latest thing in this with the quote unquote quote manosphere. Boy. There must be. We must have a shortage of psychiatrists out there. We gotta get people sorted out now. It's time for us to get to our mailbag. Do you have anything over there?
Tom Griswold
That's right. Emails from our listeners. And this one goes. Dear Bob and Tom show. Hello Chick. You mentioned this band last week. I Hadn't heard their name in forever. Phil Dirt and the Dozers. That's right.
Chick McGee
Now, is it still the real Phil?
Tom Griswold
This is Mike in Lancaster, Ohio.
Chick McGee
This is one of those Creedence Clearwater Revisited things where it's the sound guy.
Tom Griswold
Let me tell you this. When I saw Phil Dirt and the Dozers, it was at Buckeye Lake.
Josh Arnold
Wow.
Tom Griswold
In central Ohio. So odds are they've been playing the same venue.
Chick McGee
Well, good for them.
Tom Griswold
Since the late 80s, early 90s.
Josh Arnold
Probably sell it out every time.
Tom Griswold
Absolutely.
Chick McGee
You go, Phil.
Kristi Lee
Tradition.
Josh Arnold
Last week we talked. I guess it was. Yeah, Last week we talked about the store. Staples. You can get Staples there.
Kristi Lee
Yeah, yeah.
Josh Arnold
Well, Erin writes in. She says, my sister is married to a man whose last name is Staples. So that's her name now. And yes, she has gone to Staples to get Staples for my brother in law, Mr. Staples. Well, that is just terrific.
Kristi Lee
Too many staples.
Josh Arnold
Staples is a staple of the Staples Corporation. Sure, you guys know that.
Tom Griswold
If there's a clear.
Chick McGee
It's interesting.
Tom Griswold
If there's a clearer example of why we shouldn't do any more mail, it might be that one. Oh, I loved it. I.
Chick McGee
As you know, I'm not a fan of Staples. Not the store I enjoy.
Josh Arnold
Right, right. The fastener.
Tom Griswold
So if you go to Staples, you look for paper clips. Clips, yeah.
Josh Arnold
Yeah. I like both. I love the sound of a good staple.
Kristi Lee
Me, too.
Tom Griswold
That's true. The Swing Line is the workhorse of the industry.
Kristi Lee
I have one on my desk. I love it.
Chick McGee
Now, we had a story last week about a robot monk.
Kristi Lee
Yep, we did.
Tom Griswold
A robot. A robot Buddhist, right?
Chick McGee
Yeah. Which is ridiculous. Of course.
Tom Griswold
It's.
Chick McGee
It's a machine. But. But it reminded me that my stapler is also somewhat religious. It's taken a vow of silence, so will not be speaking. Dear Bob and Tom show. I went to a tiki bar and a floating dock.
Kristi Lee
Yes.
Chick McGee
Everything had a nautical theme, writes Mike. The restrooms were marked inboards and outboards. I could figure that one out. Yes, whip out the old Evan Rude outboard.
Josh Arnold
We were talking.
Chick McGee
Oh, go ahead, you go.
Josh Arnold
We were talking Ventriloquists and some of our favorites. Did you know. I didn't know this, but our writer says one of the best ventriloquists currently is Nina Conti, daughter of actor Tom Conti.
Tom Griswold
No kidding.
Josh Arnold
Who? She's very good. More than a little naughty. And quite a honey, huh?
Tom Griswold
How about that?
Kristi Lee
Does she perform in Vegas or something? Not like a Vegas show.
Chick McGee
Wasn't Tom Conti. Didn't he play Albert Einstein?
Josh Arnold
Yeah, yeah.
Tom Griswold
Oppenheimer.
Chick McGee
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I didn't know that either. We'll have to check that out.
Josh Arnold
Yes.
Chick McGee
Nina Conti, ventriloquist fan of us.
Josh Arnold
I had an etiquette question, but I think I figured it out.
Chick McGee
What is it?
Josh Arnold
My buddy is getting married to his boyfriend and I just didn't. He's a German guy. My buddy is. Is marrying his German boyfriend. I didn't know what to get him, but I think I figured it out. Yeah, his and hair towels. That's good.
Sponsor Voice
Yeah.
Tom Griswold
Oh, yeah.
Chick McGee
Very nice.
Bob Kevoian
Very nice.
Chick McGee
I had no idea you were doing a joke. That is pretty serious setup. That is very good.
Tom Griswold
That was conversational as all get out.
Chick McGee
Yes. Just snuck there, right?
Tom Griswold
I thought.
Kristi Lee
I thought it was.
Chick McGee
That's interesting. Very enlightened that Josh. Josh has a. Has a gay friend. He's going to be flying over to Berlin for the wedding with another man.
Josh Arnold
Just a joke. I thought of going to sleep and.
Bob Kevoian
No, no, no.
Josh Arnold
I, I'm so right. I wonder if I can get away with this.
Chick McGee
Oh, I, I. You had me hook, line, and sinker fit right in.
Kristi Lee
That was great.
Chick McGee
Okay, you can go now.
Tom Griswold
Oh, boy.
Sponsor Voice
You.
Chick McGee
You're not going than that.
Josh Arnold
Oh, no. I have nothing to look forward to after his and hair towels.
Chick McGee
Oh, that's wonderful.
Christopher
That's it for another Bob and Tom show. Extra. Catch us on itunes, Google play and stitcher for Bob and Tom. Extra. This is Christopher. Take care, everybody.
Bob Kevoian
Full send golf.
Josh Arnold
You guys know how much I really, really love Golf.
Tom Griswold
Full send Golf 2v2. Me and VOD versus Big John and Kyle. Oh, it feels good to be back on the lengths with the boys.
Chick McGee
Join the party on the golf course.
Tom Griswold
Back to golf in a big way. Now what?
Announcer
Practice.
Christopher
Let's go.
Sponsor Voice
Let's hit the range.
Josh Arnold
I was like, let's go to the range.
Tom Griswold
We are headed to the golf cart.
Chick McGee
Y want to golf with us?
Josh Arnold
No.
Chick McGee
You don't play golf.
Sponsor Voice
No.
Announcer
Try.
Chick McGee
We got a break par.
Tom Griswold
I'm very, very excited.
Sponsor Voice
You excited?
Bob Kevoian
Yeah. Bullsen golf. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
The BOB & TOM Show Extra: Episode: Tom Went to a Concert, Poop Bag, & Emails (June 16, 2026)
This extra episode of The BOB & TOM Show delivers the crew’s signature comedic banter as they recap Tom and Chick’s eventful weekends, dive into some hilariously weird body modification trends, and respond to listener emails. Expect a blend of concert tales, social etiquette, poop bag miracles, and offbeat news, all delivered in the show’s classic lighthearted, irreverent style.
As always, the episode is playful, fast-paced, and packed with dry wit and sarcastic asides. The cast riff off each other with improvisational ease and deliver observational humor based on real-life annoyances and oddities, with the kind of chemistry only a seasoned morning crew can muster.
For anyone seeking an authentic BOB & TOM mash-up of offbeat stories, audience interaction, and raunchy riffing—this episode delivers.
