I've had like three weeks in a row. It's been one of the worst three week runs I've ever had. Like, I've probably in the past three weeks dropped like five grand and just losses. Not. Not with some wins, like in the negative until today.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty good.

Yeah, it was all good. Thank God.

All because of the Chiefs game.

[Bobby Bones]

No, that was a significant part of it. I was as they were down. I kept just popping 500, 250 bets. On the money line.

Yeah, on the money line, dude. That was like plus 400 plus 300.

I know that people say they don't like Tony Romo and I've always been like, you know what I'm saying? I'm into it. He, like, is super predictive.

Still pretty good. Accurate.

Yeah. I don't mind if he misses. I just like him taking chances at saying, I see this. I think this is going to happen. He was kind of annoying, like a know it all today.

And he was. Did you guys listen to the game at all?

I only heard the tail end of it because I was watching the Patriots game.

So he was right a bunch of times too. The time he was right the most and some people were giving them crap, it was the Chiefs were driving and he said they need to keep the ball in my home's hands. So they're not going to run it. Just keep it in your main guy's hands and so they run it and they're. And he fumbles it immediately. And so he was kind of wrong. Kind of right. Because he said, don't run it. Keep it in my home. And they did run it and they fumbled it. But then the whole time I made notes, he wouldn't shut up with saying stuff like, so they've decided to take the ball from here. That's surprising. And like he was like second guessing the coaches. Oh, I don't know his voice. Today I felt the shift from Tom Brady to Tony Romo. O. I felt the shift today.

[Eddie]

I was just. I have family in town and it's my brother in law's here. And we were watching football and we were doing the. Who. What color commentary guy do you like the best? And I said, romo's my favorite.

[Bobby Bones]

Oh, got it.

And he said Brady was his favorite. What you think I was gonna say.

What color of the commentator?

[Eddie]

We're not doing that again. And he said Tom Brady was. I was like, really?

I think Brady's gotten a lot better.

Oh, he's got. Yeah. His second year is much better.

Yeah. He's much more relaxed.

Yeah. Think Romo crossed. They crossed each other. Romo went more annoying and Tom Brady went dang. Yeah. Yeah. Because I flipped right over to Brady right after and he's.

Because that game went so long.

And so the Chiefs get. Anyway, Chiefs won. They're in a baby. We knew they would be.

They are good. They are good. Why are they so good? I was trying to kind of understand that. Is it. Is it because Daniel Jones has time?

It's because one, their offensive line is really good and they can run the ball like crazy.

And Daniel Jones isn't doing a lot to beat. Beat them. And at times when asked he will make the play. But I don't know that it's a Daniel Jones based offense as much as it is a. I mean, Quentin Nelson. Really good offensive line.

Running the ball a lot. Which gives him the opportunity to shine. He has shine. He can run. So if he needs. If he has any space, he can run. But also defensively now with. With Sauce Gardner, like they can guard people.

They're better than a medium. They were me. They're very mediocre defensively. Good offense. But now they're like slightly above medium.

And they're missing Buckner.

So I still think the Colts are good. I think The Colts today showed they're still good.

Two going on at once. And I wasn't focused on that one as much because I was focused on the Chiefs and Colts. Yeah. All right, I got a bunch of notes here. Let me start with a tale as old as time. Arkansas plays football, they lose, and then I get in a fight on Twitter.

Oh, no, not again.

It's happened like six times this year where I get in a bad one and with our own fan base, it's not. Yeah, yeah. But here's what happened this week. I take a little pride in this. I got into a fight with somebody on Twitter and he was coming at me and I said, dude, you don't even use a picture in Your avatar, like you're straight blank. I got under his skin so much, he changed his avatar to his own face. Like it's like me.

[Eddie]

It was awesome, dude.

[Bobby Bones]

He had like a generic name, no avatar. The avatar was like a quilt hanging from something. And I was like, dude, you're such a little pud that you don't even use your face. And he's like, oh, yeah. And the next thing you know, he changes it and it's his face. And I was like, I just won. And I said that I just beat you. Never cave. It was, it was a highlight for me.

How old was the dude?

[Bobby Bones]

Yeah, probably 35. Oh, dude, we're all losers. If it was like a 15 year old, I would go, not a loser who probably doesn't have anything better to do. But it's like adult men fighting. But no, he changes his avatar to his face. It's my greatest conquest in a post loss Twitter fight.

I think your strategy, what you do is really good, is they go after you on a sports comment and then you go after personal.

[Bobby Bones]

It takes like five seconds to like click into their page. All you have to do is like three things. Look at their little bio, scroll their feed, and a lot of times they'll feed through to their other social media dude, I can have a whole background check in like five minutes. And I'm just.

[Eddie]

Oh, you live with your mom, huh?

[Bobby Bones]

Yeah.

[Eddie]

Huh. How does he know that?

[Bobby Bones]

Oh, that was one where I commented on his mom and she was in the picture with him in his avatar.

That guy had a bunch of faces in his avatar. I wasn't sure which one that one was, but congrats, Mike. Yeah, that was a good game. Here's the thing. We suck, right?

I had someone, and I won't make this the Arkansas hour, but had someone within the program hit me up this weekend who I know really well. So he didn't mind saying this to me because we kind of don't suck. We've lost a bunch of close games. Like we've lost so many one score games, more than any other team in SEC history. I said, we have a two as our first number and wins. That means we suck.

Yeah, too.

Like regardless of how many games you lose closely. And then I said, put your face on your avatar.

But you knew it then.

So you put the hog.

Half time, Mike. I wasn't feeling terrible. It wasn't bad. I mean, that first half was competitive. We were scoring just about every drive. You guys were score. We have no defense. I Don't think you guys are good enough to make the playoff though, after watching us score on you guys that much. No, not at all. I thought maybe you guys kind of got a raw deal. Listen, I have no love loss for Texas, but I also don't think you're very good after we scored that many on you. Yeah, I mean, that first play, like a 44 yard run. Oh, the run.

But you did win and you made Arch Manning look like a freaking hero.

Yeah, he looked.

If there's one thing I take from this is we helped our rooting for Arch. Him catching that touchdown pass, that was awesome. Yeah, I didn't like that, but yeah, not awesome. So there's that. The LSU game was interesting because it was senior night and his.

Not as a real life human, but made him feel human, able to talk.

And his story of how he became more human, like. Like where he. I. I don't know. He was humanity. And so. I like that. That's good.

I go to physical therapy twice a week, but I have a lot of band work I do all day.

What a boring, terrible game. Oklahoma can't play offense. They have an awesome defense. Yeah. And Missouri just really couldn't do anything. Like, it wasn't even. They played great defense because Oklahoma doesn't have a great offense. But Oklahoma's gonna make playoff.

Yeah. Which is surprising.

And it's going to be annoying for whomever they play because their defense is so good, but, man, they're not able to score any points. Miami beats Virginia Tech. Georgia beats Charlotte. Alabama beats Eastern Illinois. That was one of those games.

Yeah. Oregon, usc. I think people thought that would be a pretty good game.

Yeah, it was for a little bit, and then Oregon kind of pulled away.
