Bobby Bones
What's up, everybody? Hope you're staying safe and warm. If you've been impacted a lot like Nashville has been, it's crazy over here. And Abby is joining me this weekend.
Abby Lee Anderson
Hello, Abby.
Bobby Bones
Are you staying warm? You doing okay?
Abby Lee Anderson
I'm trying, yeah. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
We got a lot to talk about in part one. We talk all about the Broncos game in our snow, ice, storm stories. It's all over there. We will talk a little bit about it here, but we'll get into detail over there. So go check out part one. But, Abby, we got questions galore today.
Abby Lee Anderson
Question? Really? Okay.
Betrayal Podcast Narrator
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Cause we're in the listener Q and A part. So this is where our listeners send in questions and we answer. So Erica in Wisconsin would like to know, would you and your fiance ever do a marathon together?
Abby Lee Anderson
That's a goal. Yes. That's definitely on the bucket list.
Bobby Bones
Why do I feel like you guys kind of did one. We didn't make that up in my head.
Abby Lee Anderson
Well, we did the half, but half. She means, like, full marathon. It definitely is, but I would have to train. Like, I barely trained for the half marathon.
Bobby Bones
And that's the St. Jude Rock and roll marathon thing. It's all the marathon. But you guys did the half marathon.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. Like, I've done, like, 12 half marathons, but. But every time it, like, splits off where you can go to the. There's. My hips are, like, hurting so bad.
Bobby Bones
Really?
Abby Lee Anderson
It's at about the, like, nine mile is when it splits off for the marathon. People keep going, and I'm like, I can't do that. But I. I think I could if I actually trained and, like, strengthened my hips.
Bobby Bones
Do you do any strength training? I know you do a lot of running and walking, but do you do any weight training?
Abby Lee Anderson
No, I used to. Oh, my gosh. If you saw pictures of what I looked like, like, 10 years ago, I was, like, buff. It was so weird. I, like, got in, like, this. I would go, like, three hours a day to lift and not run. Now, like, all I do is, like, cardio, so I need to get back into it because I feel really weak.
Bobby Bones
Make sure both is always good. I feel that, too. In my whole healing journey, a lot of what I've been having to do is just walking and allowing my body to de stress and not really lift weights, which is not my normal. And I feel like. I just feel like jello.
Abby Lee Anderson
I know. Like, it's. And it's fun to be strong. Like, I remember just.
Bobby Bones
I love being strong, you know?
Abby Lee Anderson
Like, I hate feeling helpless, which is how I feel now. Like, I'm like, I came in open jar.
Bobby Bones
Somebody help me. I have a jar helper opener for that now because I can't even have a jar sometimes.
Tide Commercial Announcer
So.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, I get it. Okay. So it's not just that.
Bobby Bones
Okay, well, that's awesome. That's gonna be fun. Maybe after you guys are married. Because that feels like something you have to prepare for, spend time. And there's a lot already going on, so.
Abby Lee Anderson
Oh, my gosh. I want to do the one at Disneyland. That's the one. I want to do Disneyland or Disney World or is it Disney World? I think it's Disney World, actually.
Bobby Bones
I'm sure they both have them.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. I think we talked about it recently. It was like, the Goofy Run or. I don't know what it is, but I didn't want to do that.
Bobby Bones
Have you ever been to Disney?
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Okay, so it Wouldn't at least be the first time going.
Abby Lee Anderson
Right. But this would be like. Because they close it, I mean, it's basically just open for the race.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Abby Lee Anderson
And you just get to like. It would be like, distract you. I think that's the thing about marathons is you want it to have things that distract you. And I don't like listening to music, so that would do it.
Bobby Bones
That would help with that.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah. Just looking around, that would be fun.
Bobby Bones
I mean, every time I've been to Disney, I get every bit of 25,000, 30,000 steps in there that are like 5, 10 miles. So I guarantee a marathon in there. Be great.
Abby Lee Anderson
It would. Oh, then yeah, that's on the list.
Bobby Bones
Okay. Laura from Texas has Abby set a wedding date. And I'm giggling because we've talked about this. The question or Abby?
Abby Lee Anderson
No, there has not been a day set. Oh, my gosh.
Bobby Bones
You know what's funny?
Abby Lee Anderson
What?
Bobby Bones
This. This will make you giggle. There's a friend of mine who got engaged a month earlier than I had and she's already full planned out, has her wedding date set, done all of her things already. Because my best friend who's like our. Both of our best friend essentially was like, hey, friend is already like just making sure I'm not crossing any day. I'm like, I haven't even started.
Abby Lee Anderson
Oh, my gosh. That right there. That. See, we can't compare because we'll just get stressed if we're like, wait, how do they know it's in our own time?
Bobby Bones
Exactly.
Abby Lee Anderson
But no, I don't. No, I don't have one yet.
Bobby Bones
Okay, well, in that same kind of vein, Yannet from California, do you know if you want a big or a small wedding?
Abby Lee Anderson
Probably smaller. Yeah. I mean, like the main people in my life because I was thinking about doing like just a small, like beach wedding, but then I was like, oh, I feel like I would miss certain people, like my parents, friends, you know, that I grew up around. Like, I would miss having them there. So. Yeah, probably like in between.
Bobby Bones
So you could still do a beach wedding and still have people there.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah. And just invite them.
Morgan
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
You would. I mean, I feel like especially with a destination situation, you find out who your people are. You know, those are the people that are going to come.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And that's okay if nobody wants to. It's not for everybody. And it's expensive to travel.
Abby Lee Anderson
That's the thing is I'm like, oh, I don't want people to feel like they have to. And it's like really expensive or, you.
Bobby Bones
Know, but at least you inviting them is like, hey, I'd love to have you there, but no obligation.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
You know what I mean? I feel like that's how most people feel when it comes to destination weddings. It's like, I want you there, but please feel, you know, do whatever is best for you kind of thing. And I think your people, the people who really want to be there will come, and I think that's what matters at the end of the day.
Abby Lee Anderson
No, that's true.
Bobby Bones
So for sure, you could still get what you want because you've said. You've said beach wedding from the beginning. You and I have both. There's one thing you and I have both said before we even had fiance and boyfriends. It was like, you want a beach wedding, I want a mountain wedding.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And both of us has have said that, so we have to stick with that.
Abby Lee Anderson
I know. Oh, yeah. Then we do that. Be awesome. Be so cool.
Bobby Bones
Is she still chasing her singing career, or is she focusing on family life now? This is from Byron.
Abby Lee Anderson
I've had this, like, talk in my head, like, this identity. Not, like, identity crisis, but kind of like, what am I doing? So I feel like I'm like, I moved to Nashville to be singing, and now I'm not as much, so I want to, like, continue to do that, like, just for fun. And I do want to release more songs, like, because my goal was five. To have, like, five songs out, so I want to do that.
Bobby Bones
To have an ep?
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, basically. Yeah. To have enough or to have enough to just, like, play my songs in, like, a round, you know, like a writer's round. Yeah. And I wish. I want to learn my songs on guitar. Your songs? Yes, my songs, so that I can, like, play them and I don't have to, like, call somebody and be like, hey, can you play guitar for me?
Bobby Bones
Have you still been doing guitar lessons or practicing guitar?
Abby Lee Anderson
Kind of, yeah. Not as much. Like, I'm not, like, progressing. I just am kind of, like, staying where I'm at.
Bobby Bones
Maintaining. Maintaining's hard with an instrument, though. That's hard enough as it is.
Abby Lee Anderson
Honestly.
Bobby Bones
I was talking to. Do you know who Logan Mize is? He's a big artist in Kansas.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes.
Bobby Bones
I had gone back to host a Kansas Songwriters show, and he was performing, and he was like, man, it's been a couple weeks since I've picked up my guitar, and it felt weird picking it up again. I had to, like, get the calluses back on my fingers.
Abby Lee Anderson
Oh, wow. Okay.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. So that's a Pretty common thing to. If you set it down, just. It's like a language. If you don't keep practicing it every single day and have you immersed in it. Instrument language, similar to me, where you just have to continue to do it every single day, even if it's for a couple minutes because you lose it. It's one of those skills that you have to learn. It's not really innate unless you're, you know, one of those, like, really special people who, like, everything is just comes to you, like.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. Which. Yeah, that's not me.
Bobby Bones
Same like.
Abby Lee Anderson
And I wish I would have started when I was, like, seven, you know, like Keith Urban and people like that. It's like, they just started so young, so now it's just like, second nature.
Bobby Bones
Well, and that's what helps, right? Like, if you do start early, I think that's where it becomes a second nature thing. But, hey, I remember I did piano lessons, guitar lessons, singing lessons. Look at me now. I tried all of it.
Abby Lee Anderson
I did a piano in, like, what was it, like, third grade? And I could never get it. And I had to, like, write on a piece of tape the keys. Like, this is a C. This is.
Bobby Bones
A. Oh, like, on which one that you were hitting.
Abby Lee Anderson
And then I had to write on the music. I can't translate.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, Music reading was hard.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. I'm like, I don't know how people do that. Like, in the singing group, I do. You know, like the quartet for Christmas, they read out of the book, and I'm just, like, looking at it, and it's like, when it goes up, I just go.
Bobby Bones
You're like, okay, go up. Okay, go down. That's fair. Reading music to me is also on the same level of doing math. It feels like gibberish in my head. I just look at it and I'm like, I have no idea what you mean. And it hurts my brain.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. I need a book. Like, how to read Music for Dummies.
Bobby Bones
That's the one you need?
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, I do.
Bobby Bones
Oh, that's funny. Okay, we're gonna take a quick break. We got more questions. We'll be right back.
Betrayal Podcast Narrator

Bobby Bones
All right, obviously we've had the Nashville ice storm. It's been crazy here. Do you feel like this week's Nashville ice storm brought you and your fiance's close, closer together?
Abby Lee Anderson
Well, I will answer because. Well, first, because I was not really here. I was in Denver for three of.
Bobby Bones
The days when it first happened.
Abby Lee Anderson
When it first happened. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Now, but in all fairness, you've been here since the impacts have really taken into effect this past week.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, See he didn't lose power like at his house, so we really haven't been affected that much. It's kind of been kind of normal. He did have the kids like out of school. So we've all been surviving, playing games and trying to figure out what to do.
Bobby Bones
But yeah, cuz they've been off of school all week.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And it's not a typical snowstorm where it's like snow. That's the reason why you're staying home. You can't go outside and play in the snow.
Abby Lee Anderson
Right. They played when I was gone one day. But yeah, when I got back it was just like solid ice and it was like freezing. We went out for like 10 minutes and we're like, oh my gosh, it's too cold.
Bobby Bones
So do you feel like even still, despite, you know, you not being here for some of it, do you feel like this has brought you guys closer together? Do you feel like you've seen things where you're like, oh, we should probably work on that?
Abby Lee Anderson
It hasn't really changed for me. Good. I mean, I can see you because you guys went to like a hotel. What did you guys do?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, deflect.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, I'm good at deflecting.
Bobby Bones
We know.
Abby Lee Anderson
I didn't really like impact. I don't know.
Bobby Bones
That's a good thing because.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, I mean that's how it should be. Right.
Bobby Bones
If you chose the right person. Stuff like this is easy.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And that's very much what I learned because yes, we. And we get. Again, we get into it in part one, talking all about it, but like the, the things that we went through could have caused all kinds of fights and all kinds of disagreements and things of working through and just frustrations with what was happening. And he is such a calm to my chaos where I just.
Abby Lee Anderson
I.
Bobby Bones
We were talking about this last night because it was funny.
Tide Commercial Announcer
We.
Bobby Bones
After something really big happens, like when both of the girls, my dog and cat were in the hospitalization for several days, we had, like, a together moment after where we're like, is there anything we could have done differently to support each other better? And we did that after this, like, ice storm where we finally got settled back in the house, and we had power, and we're like, could we have done anything different? He was like, I. He's like, I know me being super calm is maybe hard for somebody like you. And I was like, no, honestly, I need that. I need someone to balance my. Because I take on stress really easily, like, and I just all take on everybody's stress. That's part of the empath side of me where I feel just pain around me, and I'm like, yeah, that's mine. Put it on me. I'll carry it. I'll carry everything. And he's very much, like, calm and, like, keeps us aware of, like, what's really bad versus what's not. And I think everything's bad, you know, in the moment because I'm stressed and my body feels unsafe because of what's happening. And he's just, like, calm. And I'm like, I need that. I've always needed that. I need somebody to balance out. I don't need somebody else doing the same thing I'm doing.
Abby Lee Anderson
Oh, yeah. That would be, like, pure chaos.
Bobby Bones
Exactly.
Abby Lee Anderson
Like, you're both freaking out.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. And that doesn't help anybody, you know, so. And in my. And even though I have that downside, I also have the side where I'm really organized and I can very much, like, take on things and compartmentalize, which isn't good for me in, like, the long run, but it's really good for me in a situation like this. And so we just real. We looked at each other. We're like, dang. We really. Yin and yang. We know how to make this work.
Abby Lee Anderson
And that's good that you have that communication. I think that's something that I need to work on. I've noticed, like, I don't communicate that well. I keep things, like, in my head.
Bobby Bones
Like, not talking about how things make you feel.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah. Oh, for sure. So it's just in my head, I'm like, oh, I don't want to start anything. So I just, like, keep it inside. And that's never good, you know?
Bobby Bones
Yeah. And you can't, because, you know, it's funny. One of the things that I talked about a lot with him really early on in our relationship, and I was like, resentment is the number one killer of relationships. It's everything. And if this is going to work. We can't allow that to happen. There's no space in this relationship for resentment. So how do we make sure that never happens? We have to say how we feel, and that sucks. It sucks in the moment to be like, I don't like how that made me feel. Please don't do that.
Abby Lee Anderson
I know, but you have to, because.
Bobby Bones
It is like you. You keep it bottled in there, even just for you. And your, you know, sanity is like, you feel this and then all of a sudden you're a volcano and everything's coming out right.
Abby Lee Anderson
Word vomit. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Instead it's just like one moment of, like, uncomfortability where, hey, this wasn't great for me. And I've had to really. It's hard. You know how hard that is? Nobody likes. Nobody actually likes confrontation.
Abby Lee Anderson
Nope.
Bobby Bones
They'll handle it better, but nobody likes it. So it's something we've really, like, stuck with too.
Abby Lee Anderson
And. Yeah, that's really good. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
So I think it brought us closer together.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Didn't it push us further apart? We're just like, both of us, when we got power, we're like matching each other's energy. Just so excited, like, really. So it was good.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yay. That's good.
Bobby Bones
Does that help you think of anything else? Are you still deflecting to me?
Abby Lee Anderson
Still deflecting?
Bobby Bones
I was going to come back to you, but I couldn't tell if you were going to go more. What was the kindest thing you saw happen this week? This is Jen in Tennessee, and I think she's probably also dealt with a lot of the storm.
Abby Lee Anderson
The kindest thing. Let's see. I mean, I've seen a lot on, like, social media, I guess, since we've been inside, just like, cooped up and I've seen just like what people are doing. I saw this one girl, she was like, hey, if anybody needs me to, like, check on your house, like, drop the address or like, message me your address and I can come check on it because I can get out and then like, people being like, hey, I have, like, a warm place to stay if you need to do laundry or need to keep your food in my fridge. Like, I've just seen a lot of that on there. And I was like, oh, my gosh, that's like, really cool that people are, like, coming together to, like, check on their neighbors. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Especially when everybody else is going through it too.
Abby Lee Anderson
Right.
Bobby Bones
Like, you know, there's some people who obviously then lose power and. And stuff like that, but everybody's still in an ice storm. Everybody was still dealing with whether it was kids being out of school, whether the power was affecting their family or their friends, Everybody was seeing the repercussions of what happened of the ice storm. And it was cool to watch people just show up for each other despite it. You know what I mean?
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, it's awesome.
Bobby Bones
One of my, my favorite things was the one my boyfriend. Dang, I'm not used to saying fiance.
Abby Lee Anderson
I'm still not either.
Bobby Bones
I know there's someone. My fiance had brought ice melt home to put on the driveway and he had like a 25 pound bag and that was hard to secure.
Abby Lee Anderson
Right.
Bobby Bones
To find that ice melt. And I'm just like standing inside. He's doing this because he does the outdoor activity style, which is really awesome for me. But he went over to both of my neighbor's house and poured it all over their driveway. And then he was talking with another neighbor. Neighbor who offered to let him use the shovel that they had got because we didn't get a shovel from the store, which we need to buy now. In hindsight. But like it was, it was cool to watch just our whole neighborhood supporting each other. And I had texted my neighbors who live next door and was like, you guys need to get out. We're not going to have power for a while from what I'm hearing. And we have crazy temperatures. I'm worried about you guys. They ended up coming and staying at the same hotel that we were at. It was just cool like to see the communication within our little neighborhood. Like everybody online was looking out for each other. Right. But in that neighborhood it was, hey, how are you? What's happening over there? There was even a neighborhood group chat that was going off and sharing updates of when they saw the linemen in our neighborhood. Yeah, it was, it was cool to watch that happen. Just very, like we've been taught to believe that people aren't really neighborly anymore and we're not doing the whole community thing. And that's just not my neighborhood, I guess. Yeah, I saw a much different side and I have been since I've lived there.
Abby Lee Anderson
That's cool. I mean, it's crazy to think that, like it takes something like this, you know, for that to happen. Like, why aren't we always like that? Yeah, why don't we always offer a ride or I don't know, see?
Bobby Bones
And that's what's cool. Like we, we are really in touch. Like we do know all of our neighbors. That's not, it's always been a thing that we. And we have each other's numbers if we need to check in or do something. And I just really love that that has happened.
Abby Lee Anderson
You know what I mean? That is cool. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And to see it then further transpire in an emergency situation where we just have each other's backs and at the very least, updating each other to. To be aware of what's going on in our neighborhood and checking each other's houses because nobody was there, like, that was just. It was cool to know it still exists and it can exist. You know what I mean?
Abby Lee Anderson
I love that. Yeah. His neighborhood was very, like, everybody was just inside.
Bobby Bones
That's fair, though. I mean, that's another thing. If you're not dealing with it, you're not for. To have those interactions either.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Right.
Abby Lee Anderson
That's. So we just saw, like, two different sides of it. Yeah, but my other house, like, it. My condo or whatever, my townhome, it. The water froze. Like, the pipes. I didn't have water yesterday.
Bobby Bones
I saw that.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
We do talk a little bit about this on part one, because I wanted to hear about it because frozen pipes suck. I know, but.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, but sorry.
Bobby Bones
We're talking about good things. The kind things we saw. What age did you become a Broncos fan, Megan? In Alabama.
Abby Lee Anderson
Oh, my gosh. So my parents and my brother kind of started it. I mean, he was like, super young. He was probably like three. He was five years older than me. And they would. My dad would always go watch, like, practice with him. Like, you could watch him at the practice stadium or whatever. And he got John Ways. John Elway's autograph. And so I just kind of, like, have just fallen into that. My whole family has been cheering for them my whole life. But I think I got, like, more of one, like, later. And then after my brother died, I became more of one. It's kind of. I feel like I just have to, like, keep that alive, like the Broncos.
Bobby Bones
Well, because you. Again, there's just so. There's so many things that have impacted our life over the course of last week. But I do want to know, based off of this question and you bringing it up, how did it feel to be in the stadium for a game knowing that that was something your brother loved, wanted to do?
Abby Lee Anderson
I got down there and I just, like, started crying. So I was like, oh, my gosh, he would love this. He would love it so much. And I wish, like, I would have gone to a game with him. I just. And it, like, I regret things all the time where I, like, chose work first, you know, like, I should have just gone to a game with him, but yeah, he would have loved the whole, like, experience and everything. It was crazy. And then I kept praying. I was like, zach, make them win. Make them win. Make them win. I was like, if you're listening, please.
Bobby Bones
He had to let you experience a loss. Yeah, I think.
Abby Lee Anderson
I know.
Bobby Bones
I think he had to let you see what it was like to be there and lose the game and be that fan and still be a fan after that. But I also, you know, it's. Regrets are really easy to have, but also cool to think that he was there with you watching that game and it was the AFC championship game and. And all of those things as well.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah. That is awesome.
Bobby Bones
I. I understand that that's part of it. So I'm glad, though, that you. You finally got to have the experience.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes, me too. Because it was matters, really. It was so fun.
Bobby Bones
That's awesome. Well, again, I like, I hate saying that, but we will get into all of this really detailed part one. These are just supposed to be, like.
Abby Lee Anderson
Quick questions and then I keep going on. But I love that.
Bobby Bones
I want you to. That's what I want. Top five, Mile High Stadium moments. Gretchen in Idaho.
Abby Lee Anderson
Top five. Okay. One of them, I would say, is we got these cute little. It looks like the Gatorade bottle. Yeah, like the Gatorade tub, you know, that you get Gatorade out of. They have little mini drinks.
Geico Commercial Announcer
Oh.
Bobby Bones
Like one of those little coolers that they dump on the coaches.
Abby Lee Anderson
Uh huh. And yes. Thank you. They have one that they serve drinks in. It's like 4 inches tall and it's the cutest thing I've ever seen. So we had to go get one of those. And it was really hard to find.
Betrayal Podcast Narrator
Really?
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. They only sell them at the bars and we were like, running all over.
Bobby Bones
Trying to find them.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes.
Bobby Bones
What color is it?
Abby Lee Anderson
It's blue. It's like the old school. Like blue and orange. Fun. This is like Broncos. It's so cute. And then I would say, like, when you first get in there, they do like, fireworks and they do a whole, like, video that like, counts down and there's like a horse jumping and just the music like that right there. I was like, oh, my gosh, this is so cool.
Bobby Bones
The pump up video.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes, the Pump up video. And then the horse comes out and rides on the field and they have the flag that says, okay, so not.
Bobby Bones
The digital horse that you see, then it turns into a real horse that comes on field.
Abby Lee Anderson
I would say the third One would be the flyover. There were like four helicopters that, like, flew over after the national anthem.
Bobby Bones
And they were like, military.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, Blackhawks.
Bobby Bones
Were the Blackhawks?
Abby Lee Anderson
I think so. Yeah. Yeah, it was on with like, one on each side. Propellers. Yeah. I don't know if it was like Navy or Air force. I don't know which one it was.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Abby Lee Anderson
They announced it, but it was so loud in there. Yeah. Like military. And then another part was they had parasail, like parasailers. What is it?
Bobby Bones
Are they also in the military?
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes.
Bobby Bones
I don't know what they're called, but I know what you're talking about.
Abby Lee Anderson
They come down on parachutes and they, like, fly over your head. They're right above you, so it looks like they're going super slow and they're just like casually floating down. And then once they get close, they fly past and then land. And four of them did that. And it was so cool. I've never seen that close to the.
Bobby Bones
Stadium, so you gotta see, like, a lot of the close up moments too.
Abby Lee Anderson
We were in, like, row nine. Wow. Which is crazy.
Bobby Bones
Insane.
Abby Lee Anderson
That was cool. Another moment. What would I say? Probably the tailgate before.
Bobby Bones
Oh, yeah, Love tailgate. You're tailgating even in the cold weather.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. It was like. It was kind of different. It was in a tent, but it was still freezing.
Bobby Bones
Were you drinking Fireball? Because it's about the only thing you.
Abby Lee Anderson
Can have at that moment. I didn't want to, like, go too crazy and blackout on my first day.
Bobby Bones
But you were having fun.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. Yeah. Yeah. I had a flu, a few seltzers, which I love. And then I stood, like, under a heater. There was like one heater by the bar, and I just stood there. So that was fun because other fans are, like, excited. And there were like, two players that went in and people were getting their autographs.
Bobby Bones
That's awesome.
Abby Lee Anderson
For their names.
Bobby Bones
You didn't get their autographs?
Abby Lee Anderson
No, I didn't. I'm not one to really, like, I don't know, go after autographs. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
You're just there for the experience.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. I took a picture of them and I was like, cool. That's.
Bobby Bones
That's fun.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah, Love that. Okay. I had four moments. What was the next one? Oh, I would say the final one, probably the best is like, when it started snowing. Like, I. It. It started out sunny and then it started snowing and you feel like you're in a snow globe.
Bobby Bones
My fiance showed me a before, like it was the first quarter or something. And then third quarter and it was completely blanketed with snow.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes.
Bobby Bones
Which is crazy. That felt awesome.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah. I did not know, like, it was gonna. I heard maybe it was gonna snow, but it, like, legit did. And it's like, you're already freezing, so why not embrace the snow? Like, if it's gonna be cold, it's cooler with snow. Exactly.
Bobby Bones
That is true. If you're gonna deal with the cold, the lace might as well have some fun snow.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes. So really cool inside.
Bobby Bones
Note. I loved your snowsuit. It was so cute.
Abby Lee Anderson
Thanks. So I got that just for, like, when I go skiing. I just. Because I thought it was really cute, and then it ended up, like, matching Broncos colors.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. It was perfect.
Abby Lee Anderson
I got so many compliments on it. They're like, that's genius. I'm like, why would you not? Like, if you're a season ticket holder, I would wear, like, a ski suit.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Abby Lee Anderson
So warm. That.
Bobby Bones
That was funny.
Abby Lee Anderson
I did.
Bobby Bones
I posted a video of us going sledding.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And people are like, why are they in snow gear? I'm like, because it's cold. What else do you wear in. What is snow and ice?
Abby Lee Anderson
What are you supposed to wear? Like, jeans, a hoodie?
Bobby Bones
I guess, like, no, I'm gonna wear my. My ski bibs.
Abby Lee Anderson
Yes.
Bobby Bones
Throw them on.
Abby Lee Anderson
Exactly. They're warm for that reason. And when you're, like, sliding.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Abby Lee Anderson
Like, if you're in jeans, you're not. And you fall off your sled getting.
Bobby Bones
In snow, it keeps you warm. That's the whole purpose of them.
Abby Lee Anderson
Okay. That's a weird comment.
Bobby Bones
Weird people. Okay, we're gonna tap out of here, but again, go check out part one.
Abby Lee Anderson

Bobby Bones
