And I'm Jourdan or Jo Ho. And we are the Black Phat Film Podcast, a podcast where all the intersections of a D are celebrating. Oh Chat. This year we have had some of our favorite people on including Kid Fury, T.S. madison, Amber Ruffin from the Amber and Lacey Show, Angelica Ross and more. Make sure you listen to the Black Fat Femme Podcast on The I Heart radio app, Abba podcast, or wherever you get your podcast girl. Oh, I know that's right. Wake up, wake up in the morning. Then you turn the radio on, and the dial just keeps on turning. Then you hear any Emmy launch box. Morgan, two scoop of Steve Red Abbott trying to put you through. Mike D's riding his wig's next bit. Now Bobby's on the mic. So you know what this is? This is the Bobby Vaughn Show. The question is, who's better at putting stuff together, A man or a woman? Now, this was done by a research journal called Applied Cognitive psychology. They studied 2,000 people, men and women, and now guys are known to be builders. Yeah, women. I'm not gonna say anymore. Who's better at putting stuff together, men or women? According to this, Amy. I'm gonna say women because they pay attention to detail more than men. And they're like, I don't need the instructions. I'll just figure it out myself. That's a good point. It ends up not working well. It ends up, I got extra parts, or they don't want to ask all the time. Yeah, there's like a whole. They're like three free nuts and some scraps, I guess. Oh, I guess this is for the next one. It's my rollover parts. Yeah, that's a good point, because I've done that, and I'm saying they. I know that I'm a woman, too, but I also have adhd, and I don't think I can include myself in this because all Amy's furniture to her house, it's like, half put together. None of it's all there. I throw away instructions, and then I'm the one digging them out of the trash. Who's better at putting furniture together? Furniture, lunchbox. Oh, it's easily women because they. Amy nailed it. They read the instructions. Like, I just rip it open and start going, and then I get stuck. And my wife's like, did you read the instructions? And I'm like, no. She goes, well, you missed a step. That's it. I don't read instructions, so I'm gonna say women. Eddie. I've never seen a woman put anything together. So I'm gonna go, man, I put everything together in my house. You mean in your house. You've never seen. Well, I haven't really looked around. She doesn't walk into other houses and be like, anybody put anything together. I'll be peeking through windows. Okay, so I'm going to read you the story, and then we'll have a Little situation here. Morgan, what's your answer, by the way? I like to know everybody's answer here. Oh, I think it's women for sure. A group of researchers conducted a study of 2,000 people. In the end, they found that. And there's a couple things that don't jump yet. Guys are better builders, potentially because of their prior knowledge in the field, meaning they've been raised and taught how to build. Women tended to follow the directions better, but that also tended to slow them down. Guys were both more efficient, faster, and more productive in the hour long building sessions. So here's what I'm going to say, because they do say guys. They said men. Barely. Yes. But here's what I'm going to do. I have $100 prize. We're going to get two Ikea or some kind of chairs. Eddie, since you claim men are better, let's go, Morgan. Do you guys want to. I'll give the winner. We'll do it in studio. Not today, because I don't have the crap yet. You guys will go at it. The first person to build it wins the cash. Do we get to pick the furniture? No, because I'm just going to send Scoob out to get something that's the same. Okay, so Eddie will be representing the men, the chauvinistic men. And Morgan will be representing the women. Yeah, I'm ready for this. Morgan's tough, though, dude. Like, she's like a Swiss army knife. I get it. I get it. But I just built a basketball goal last week. So you build a lot of stuff. I may have to go with more. Oh, but Eddie is good. Come on, man. Listen, Bobby, I've been spending the last five years by myself putting stuff together in my house. That's true, too, Amy, if you're betting on this. Oh, Morgan, you guys are crazy. And I don't want to just jump on Eddie because it's like he's a dude. I'm with the dudes. But I. It's okay. I'm not even saying for the dudes. I'm just saying for me. No, I believe in myself here. I hear you. And it. But it does say, in the end, they found that guys are potentially better builders because of their prior knowledge. And I think that Eddie has probably built a lot more stuff. Oh, gosh. He has four kids and is older, so, yeah, it would make more sense that he's put more things together. But Morgan is capable. Morgan extremely. Like, I think Morgan could take my car apart and put it back together. Oh, don't do that? No, I'm not gonna do that. Okay. So, scuba. Oh, but I have a question. Go ahead. Part of this. Does it just have to be put together and work, or does it have to be put together properly? That's a weird question. That's what I'm wondering. No. Well. But it's a fair question. It needs to work. Okay, well, the reason I ask is because guys do put it together and they do it without instructions need to be used. We'll have all the rules, but. Yes. You can't, like, pull duct tape out of your pocket and go like. Ah. Yeah, I mean, she's starting with that question. She's already down herself. No, I'm asking because I've seen. I've watched the villain. Eddie's taking the role of the heel. He didn't even mean to. He's the heel. No, I think she was covering any, like, loopholes, to your point of duct tape, And Eddie could just be like, oh, I made it work. It's functioning. And who cares if I used all the parts? Morgan is the face. Eddie's the heel in wrestling. Morgan's the good guy. Eddie's the bad guy. Just how they're talking about each other. And so sometimes you root for the villain, but Eddie's definitely the villain in this. Not saying he's going to lose. We're going to get some furniture. Same piece of furniture. You will not know what it is. And I will give the winner 100 bucks of my own money. Let's go. Can't wait. I don't know who I'm going to pick yet. Come on, Buzz. You know. I know, but I want to be on your side. Dude, you're the villain. I don't want to be on the villain's side. We built a pickleball court today. I know, but I didn't. It's like. Okay, I don't. That is a fantasy, Eddie. Oh, yeah. Okay, let's. Let's play this. I wasn't going to say it. Thank you. We're going to line all this up. Okay. We're going to line all this up. Top pop culture stories of the year. What comes to mind first? Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Something about them. Interesting. Was that even this year where it started? I think it was last year, last football season. But they're together again, and she was on tour, and her tour is going to be one of the biggest stories, so. Well, okay. No, because it's not new. So they had their whole breakup thing happen this year. Not the biggest Fight for it. But there's no need. I was going to fight for it. That letter that got leaked and all, I mean, that was on my list. Fake letters, eras, torp. No, didn't make it. But that's not it. Eddie. I'm gonna go diddy. Oh, yeah. I mean, that's pretty big pop culture news. Very big. Yeah. It did not make the ranker list. And the ranker list is all people that vote. So it did not make the. That was so dark. Maybe that's why. I mean, that's not like pop culture. That's like pop culture. But that's a fair one. Lunchbox Hock to a. Yeah, number one hock to a girl. Oh. Haley Welsh went viral after a social media video containing an off the cuff suggested tip boosted her to Internet fame. So that's number one. She did come on the show too, and she didn't do many shows. And she came in and had a good time, which was super nice. And then she blew up after that. Well, then the crypto stuff said, I haven't heard from Mike. Have you heard from her since? Oh, no, she's been gone. Like she. The last thing she said on. On her ex Twitter, whatever you want to call that was. Gotta go to bed now. Good night. Talk to you tomorrow. Never talk to us. Never. Yeah, yeah, that's crazy. Any other guesses on your list there? Because I can move on and just read you the list. Yeah, I guess just read us the list if I give it to you. Like if I say Mudang. Because we didn't talk about mudang a lot, but I know mudang a lot. What's mudang? Morgan know mudang? Yeah. You saw it? I mean, is everywhere. Everybody saw it. Tell them about mudang. It's a little baby hippo, right? And it's over in a foreign country and. But he. Mudang was like. He would do all these crazy things and he was just your mood for the day. He would. He would scream, he would run around, he'd roll around and things. And there was just video and content of him doing all these things. And you felt like Mud Mudang's face because again, he was small, but you could put his face in your opened palm. That's how small Mudang the pygmy hippo was. Well, that's cute. Yeah, Mudang definitely had a minute. And the minute's still kind of going a little bit. But mudang was big for a while. Mamie, if I say Harrison Butker at number nine, is that an athlete? It's the Kansas City Chiefs kicker who made controversial statements at a commencement where many founders remarks to be misogynistic, patronizing, and diminishing toward women. Yes. Remember that. I do recall, by the way, he got hurt this season. He's out. You didn't play. Yeah. He didn't kick a ball. He kicked. Was he early on? Yeah, he kicked some, right? He just got hurt. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Brat Summer. Amy. I don't know about Brat Summer. I know about Brad Summer. Morgan. Morgan know about Brat Summer. Yeah. It's kind of inspired by Brat Dolls, but it's like, you know how there was Hot girl Summer, then there was Brat Summer? Brat Summer. I don't know that they gave a official definition of it. Like, Charlie XCX was the one who was like, when she put out a record and she, like, just goes hard, like, she smokes, she parties, she's sloppy, puts out great music, like, and then she's kind of been kind of the face of Brat Summer because she had a song that went viral, and I believe it was associated with this Brat Summer. You're saying Brat Summer, like a brat party animal antics. Okay. I don't know any of them. Us young girls like Morgan and I, we know about it. I'm lost. How about this? The Willy Wonka Experience. One of the bigger pop culture moments. I don't. You're gonna remember it. Think about it. You're gonna remember it. It was hilarious. Willy Wonka Experience. Yes. We talked about it. It had to do with, like, chocolate. Okay. So they remember. They built the big one, and everybody went to it, and it was like just a couple balloons. Yeah. And like, paper. Oh, that's like. People paid all the money. Cause it was like, come to the Willy Wonka Experience. And it was this big interactive immersive. And then they get there, and it was like a warehouse with a couple bouncy castles, a couple bouncy houses. Yeah. It's like, where's the chocol? Right. It was like the second version of Fry Festival, kind of. I feel like that's what people were saying. That's for kids. It was Fry Festival for kids. Yeah. This is going to ruin the tour. If I say that I should say it like this. This is going to ruin the tour. Oh, Justin Timberlake getting a dwi and the officer didn't know who he was. Yeah. Oh, I remember that. My world tour. Yeah, it's going to ruin the tour. The cop said, what tour? He goes, the world tour. That's funny. Top pop culture moments of the Year number five and I'll tell you who it is. Tell me if you know why Flavor Flav. I don't know why I Heart Festival didn't make that part of it. He said every single one. Flavor. Flavor Flav. Eddie. No. No clue. No, no. Morgan. Yeah. It's the Olympics. Yeah. He was the sponsor of the US Women's water polo team for the Paris Olympics because they didn't make the money to go. And so he just paid for it all and then went and was there the whole time. Oh, that's cool. You didn't know that? Nope. Didn't know that he was there. And Keith Irvin, when he was in here talking about, he was like I saw Flav. Flav. Palmer Horse guy. Oh yeah. Because the Olympics were a big part of it. And so he's a nerdy guy. Is that Stephen? Yeah. I really feel like Dancing with the Stars really missed a big opportunity. Obviously they don't have me back on the show, but they should have had us do a dance together cuz we I look like him just a little bit older. Yeah. Cuz he, he looked. There be times I flipping through, I thought it was me they were doing like an old video. He's a nerdy guy, big glasses, like generic white guy. Way much, way better than athlete. Obviously he's an Olympian. But they could have definitely done something and that would have been funny. They missed their spot there. But no, he. Clinton got the bronze medal. It was the first since 2008. And he went on to be on Dancing with the Stars. He did not win though. Hey, guess who did? Oh, and you said I wasn't an athlete. Oh, I said that. Nevermind. Who won this year? I don't know. Yeah, I do know who, but I forgot because I follow but they're not nice. They're not that nice to me. We never had a fight or anything. They're not that nice to me. Oh, it was the guy from the Bachelor. That's why I didn't know. Okay. And his partner. No, no, no, no. Joey Joey Joe or Joey Joey. Joey. His partner is awesome because I knew her from the show Jenna but Wicked. Is it three? Okay. Yeah, that was a big deal. I still would like to see the movie. The play's amazing. The play, the musical, whatever you want to call it, it's great. Number two. Very demure, very mindful. Yeah, the viral TikTok thing that everyone's doing. The TikTok that. And when she was doing it, Jules, whatever her name is, she wasn't doing it for any reason other than she was. She didn't have a big following or anything. And then a couple people picked it up. The next thing you know it said all the time and now it's just old now. Don't say it. What did she say? What is it? Oh, you guys don't. Very demure, very mind. Very demure. Oh, I have heard that. Yeah. Very demure, very cutesy, Very demure. And number one, hawk to and I couldn't. I cannot say again how much she was killing it in all elements of the world. She was making millions of dollars before the crypto stuff. She was killing and she made. I'm not saying she's over and done because she is funny. And if that, I hope, is not the downfall of her, but if so, wow, what bad advice she took. Is she still doing a podcast? No, that's what's killing it. So everything. But she stopped doing anything. Last we heard, she was on a. What do you call a mic on a space on Twitter, talking with all the crypto people. She's like reading a statement. And I believe in my crypto. Well, gotta go. Got. Bye. No one's ever heard from her. So there you go. What a year. 2024 you was. And by that I mean on opposite day, other than the hippo, you know that stuff. Pretty lame. Looking for excitement. Hey, I'm Jay Shetty and my latest interview is with Wiz Khalifa. The craziest part of my life. I can go from performing in front of 40,000 people to either being in a dressing room, being in a plane, or being back in a bed all by myself. He is a multi platinum selling recording artist, mini mogul, and an actor, which I'm about the one, the only Wiz Khalifa. Did you feel like a big break was coming? I didn't know what that big break looked or felt like, but I knew that what I was doing was working. The gang banging and the drug selling, that's not really for me, but the looking cool, the having girls, the making music, I'm like, I like that part of it. How was that experience for you, losing someone so close to you that you love? I am grateful that I was able to have like the last moments that I had and. And to be able to prepare for it. And it's something that I'm still dealing with. Listen to on purpose with Jay Shetty on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Bobby's Big Stories when you keep a secret, it's often said you carry a heavy burd, but they say it actually does hurt your body a bit when you keep a secret because it's like a stressor. And stressors actually do things to your body. Researchers explain that people who keep something under wraps find everyday tasks like carrying groceries physically harder. Oh, wow. Because keeping a secret up stress level messes with your body and metabolism, hurts your memory, et cetera. So especially if it's a big secret, especially if it's something that is not like a happy secret, it's weighing on you, literally. That is from the Journal of Experimental Psychology, a research journal. So I'd like for everybody to share an unhappy secret they've been keeping for a long time that could hurt somebody. Go ahead, Amy. Okay. Don't feel better. Here we go. Feel better. Let her rip. This OnlyFans model claims to have compromising Zac Bryan video threatens to release it. Uh oh. So I do have a clip of her talking about it on TikTok. Here you go. I honestly, like, I'm scared to post it. No, you should post it now. Zach, if you want to give me an NDA, I'll sign over. Else this video's dropping. I'll give you. Bye. The end of this month. So, Zach Ryan, I love the music. Been a fan for a while. I got in a little bit of trouble as far as like PR because his ex girlfriend, Brianna Chicken Fry was like, I was abused emotionally in many ways. And he offered her $12 million. Zach Bryan offered her $12 million to keep her mouth shut. Now, you don't offer somebody 12 million bucks to keep your mouth shut unless there's something you want to keep the mouth shut about. But she didn't take the money. She didn't take the money. She didn't take the money. That's crazy. That's crazy. Crazy. And so this only fans model is like, I got a video and if you want me to release it, give me one of them NDAs. But she's cool with signing the NDA and not releasing it. That's what she said. Wants to get rich. Oh, you get money with the NDA? No, that's what she Means. Yeah. No, we've had to sign NDAs with no money. Right. That's like the Randy Travis AI thing. It's like Eddie had to sign NDA. No money, pay you crap. I know. Well, yeah, this is more like, does this fall under blackmail or. I mean, I don't know that it actually does, because she's saying, I have this video. Yeah, but she's saying, if you don't offer me money. And also, you can say. You can say she's kidding. Like, she's on tick tock. She could always be the. Hey, I'm just doing content. I don't. I don't know. Bones kind of sounds like black. I would say if it was done just, like, privately and secretly, it definitely could be that. Like, an extortion type thing. Public extortion. But because she's, like, a entertainer, you could say, no, this is entertainment. Public figures. Like, there are little weaselly ways to get around it, but you're right. No, you're right. I probably. If it's a bad one, I probably still. If he's gonna offer somebody 12 million, give her, like, $100,000. That'll be quiet, you know. Nice. The Cincinnati home of quarterback Joe Burrow is broken into. Why? He was playing. Remember when I was telling. Yeah. This is crazy. This is too much. So he was playing the game in Dallas while he was playing, and there were a couple layers to the story. His house was broken into. The sheriff's Office got a 911 call, and the person was saying her daughter was staying at the house and the people had broken in. The daughter then called 911 and said, Someone's broken into my house. It's completely messed up. WLWT TV says a bedroom inside the $7.5 million home was ransacked, and the burglar or burglars entered the home by shattering a window. This happened to Patrick Mahomes. Travis Kelce. This happened to a basketball player. The place of the Bucks, Bobby Portis. And there's like, a ring of people, they say, but the real. The juicy part, because this sucks. The juicy part is, like, the girl. Woman who was in his house was like a swimsuit model. And that's how everybody knows that Joe Bur. You just said it was his daughter. No, no, no. Her mom called and said, my daughter's in a house. And then the daughter called. See, I didn't hear that. I was just assuming that it was his daughter. He's single, supposedly. But that daughter, who also caught. Called 911, is in her 20s, adult daughter. Adult daughter is the SI model who's now dating Joe Burrow. That's how it gets found out. Oh wow. But he has a longtime girlfriend. Allegedly. Oh no. I thought he was single recently. Oh, that's trouble. If so this is trouble. I maybe maybe that is the case. Maybe I should say no more. Do you think that it's the same people traveling across the country doing this or. No. It could even be people that go or just general. If you're not there, go. He's obviously not there. I just know Joe Burrow stuff like people know him. So I'm just not going to say anything. I think it's hilarious that that's how they find out if it's bad or whatever the case. That's an unfortunate way to find out that you have a girl at your house if you shouldn't. Right? Yeah. Tokyo, Japan will implement a four day work week for government employees next week to encourage women to have more kids. Oh, that's the reason. An extra day for love. Well yeah that's good or something but what you could do is do the love on the Wednesday and then just have the other Friday off. But also I didn't take it just as that like the time to. But if you have the day off it's more time to be a present parent. No. Like are you sure that's to mix it? No, I know but it would encourage you if you have more time to be home with your kids, you more likely to have them fertility rate. Oh it's plummeted and so that's why it's like we need you to be home and please do it. Interesting. Yeah, we don't need that here the day off. I don't think you guys need the day off. Social media influencers growing as a career choice colleges have noticed this and here's the thing. It's a thing. It's real. Like we don't need I say that many followers. If you have something you're really good at talking about and you can focus on it and you can have 7,000 followers, 11,000 followers solely build you can make a pretty decent at least side living because that's a real job now it's like a TV commercial. You ever TV commercials micro influencers make decent money like it's a real thing and so it's not crazy like it used to be like I'm an influencer. What do you influence? I don't know anything. But like if the people that are specific like broccoli it's a real weird one. Yeah, but it could be leggings. It could be. I'm gonna go and test out that you can make a decent career if you're dedicated and disciplined at it. And so, yeah, that's it. That's that. And then finally, if you're relaxed and patient, you have a better chance of losing weight. This is back to kind of that first thing, too. The first story we talked about where it's, hey, if you're holding a secret because, you know, Amy, like you always say that that book, the body tells the story, body keeps the score, whatever. Mine tells the story. Same thing. Mine's not competitive. Mine just tells a story. Right. Amy's playing games. Oh, sort of both. Yeah. Impatient people are more likely to gain weight. If you're on edge and in a hurry all the time, that tension exists also needs some sort of outlet. So not only is attention bad for your body, but the tension is needing some sort of, like, tranquilizer to chill. And most times it's met with food. So it's kind of the double whammy. It's eating you up on the inside because you're always. And secondly, it's like, I need something to give me a bit of relief. And most of the time it's met with food. And sometimes it's best it's met with food. Otherwise, it's like cracking. I want to start to crack. Food's better. You can numb out with multiple things. Cracks when I go, could have gone alcohol, crack. That's the news. Those were Bobby's beans stories. Here we go on the Bobby Bones show now, Austin Tanner. Hey, Austin, Was it weird when this story kind of blew up and you were all over the news? Yeah, you could say that. Well, so you look great, by the way. Was that your wife? It is, yeah. Great. You guys, like, a plus. Amazing. And you went to the CMAs. And I hope you. First of all, did you have a good time with the CMAs? We did. We had a great time. And so you knew you shouldn't have left, right? Or were you confused about that you could go to the CMA since it was kind of work related. We had received permission to leave to go somewhere in the first part of June. We were in court in the latter part of June, and I got cast in a movie that was shooting down in the Dominican, and we had asked to leave the country to go to be a part of that movie. And the judge, you know, said, not verbatim, but basically said, I don't want you leaving. The country. But I don't have a problem with you leaving the state for work. And so we took that as we could leave the state for work. So it was a misunderstanding, and it certainly got blown out of proportion here. So I'm not a moron. I certainly wouldn't have went and. And then posted it everywhere if I thought I couldn't go. I get even if, you know, you shouldn't go, but you still go. And. But then when you posted the picture, I was like, there must be something to this part of it. We don't know. Unless you were just so proud of how good you guys look, because then I got that too, because you guys did look really good. So from when you posted the picture, when did the story start to trickle out that, like, hey, maybe you shouldn't be there? I think the post went up. I think management put my post up on maybe on Thursday or Friday, and I think it came out on. Over the weekend or Monday. I honestly can't remember the exact day. Were you shocked that it was a story? Yeah, honestly. I mean, it. I was shocked. More about all the national attention it got, you know, I mean, it got picked up. I think over 50 different platforms picked it up, you know, So I was, yeah, shocked by that, honestly. Well, you look good. I'll say that one more time. That's what I'm saying to the show here. Like, I don't know what he's doing, why he's taking it, if he can do it, but that's a heck of a picture. Like, if you're gonna go down, that's a heck of a picture. Now, it turns out you were not supposed to leave. Is that correct? We assumed that we didn't have to file a motion since it was said in open court, but that was our misunderstanding since then. Are you wearing an ankle monitor? Unfortunately, yes, I am. How is it? Does it. Is it annoying? Like, do you, like, kick it? I mean, I don't know. It is. Yeah, I would think it would be annoying. And. Yeah. And, like, does it, like, tell you your blood pressure and stuff or like an aura ring? Or is it just, like, letting. No, that would be great. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. If there was an app that I could get some bottles and stuff, that'd be really cool. But no, it doesn't. It doesn't do any of that. So when they gave you that to put it on, what do they tell you? Standard stuff, I guess. You know, just. Basically just obeying the court order, which we would never blatantly disobey one, anyway. Right. But, you know, everybody wants to talk about that part. You know, we. I feel. I know for a fact that we, you know, I'm going to be fully exonerated of all of this, and I look forward to that happening soon. And so, you know, we. I wouldn't have. I wouldn't have blatantly disobeyed a court order again, you know, it was just a misunderstanding. You know, it is what it is. But people don't want to talk about. They want to talk about that. But, you know, the. That's, I guess, more newsworthy than all the good stuff. Right. All the charities we're involved in and all the. All the things that we get to do. You know, a couple weeks ago, we raised almost $400,000 for the Christian Service center, which is going to feed, you know, families and do some really cool stuff in our community. They don't want to talk about our involvement with the child Rescue initiative where we. Where We've rescued over 2,000 kids from slavery and we take care of them to adulthood. They don't talk about all that stuff. But, you know, we. That's not as newsworthy, I guess. Yeah, it's not as clickable. I get that. Another question. Another question about the ankle bracelet. Do they put it on or do you put it on yourself? No, they definitely put it on. Sucks. Well, yeah, because I'd leave it a little loose. I'd leave it a little loose, and then I, like, sometimes you go to a concert, you can't get it off. But, you know, it took a day or two to kind of get used to it, I guess, because, yeah, you go to, like, even going at water park and you leave your bracelet a little loose, you can pass it over to your friend. That's. That's how I would leave the ankle bracelet, because then I would, like, slide it off and like, hey, I'm going to head over here for a while, make my wife wear it for a little bit so it stays in, like, the little. The little radius. So what happened? Why are you possibly in trouble? I can't get into it because it's an active case, but what I can tell you is it's absolutely false. And again, I. I'm looking forward to a full vindication, full exoneration, and hopefully that will be soon. You know, the court system doesn't move fast, but I'm ready for it to be over with for sure. Are you able to play shows at all or just you have to play them near the house? No, not right now, but hopefully soon. Yeah. Dang. It kind of would be cool to have an ankle bracelet on, though. No way. Because nothing about me screams hardcore nothing. I'm a loot, I'm a geek, I'm a nerd, all the stuff. But if I was like, yeah, I can't go anywhere. Cause my ankle break, I would love that. Dude, I'll be so. That'd be so legit. Cause I'd be like, dang, what'd you do? And I'd be like, can't talk about an active case. Oh, tell me that ain't outlaw. Oh, see, I feel like you would just love it. Cause you wouldn't have to go anywhere. That also would be the secondary reason. They'd be like, well, you can't leave the state. No, no. Mine says I can't leave the house and. Cause I don't want to go anywhere. Okay. Yeah. Being an extrovert, it's not that fun. Yeah. Being an introvert, it sounds like a delight to have one of those. Yeah. My wife would love it. My wife would. Would love it, but not me. Does it ever beep or does it just chill? No, it's just chill. I would like for mine to be just there. Like I said. I'd have an alarm on it in the morning, wake me up. I would use different. It'd be multipurpose. You know, it'd be. It'd be an alarm. It'd be time to take medicine. I got different medicine. It's not an Apple watch, man. Feed the dogs. Yeah. No. Yeah. Oh, no, that's what it is. It's an Apple watch. But Austin. So it's just tracking where you are. It's not like listening to you. Right. Never know. Yeah. Well, I mean, we. I assume it isn't listening demos in it. Yeah, great point. I'd record demos song. I'd push down there and be like, oh, here's the one about being a heart doing hard time in Alabama. Oh, man, the eagle bracelet. Like, that would be awesome. Okay, look, Austin, this has been fun. I feel like you're probably a pretty good dude. I don't know. We'll hope the court clears you. Hope everything's awesome. And the court was like, well, we're wrong about that. Otherwise. Oh, go ahead. No, I was going to say there's a couple of things I'd love to talk about if you have a moment. We do have a song coming out when this airs. It should be out. Oh, we talked about it. We know us already there. Been there, done that. Buddy already planned. Okay, I missed that part. The other thing I wanted to mention with the two charities that we're supporting, I wanted to mention on this show. So if anyone that goes to the link on my link tree and donates, we're going to match up to $10,000. So anybody that goes and donates to either one of the charities, Skyl and I want to match up to $10,000. And so I'd really love for you guys to share that. These are incredible causes. They. 100% of every dollar that's donated goes out to these causes. There's. It's 100 volunteer organizations which we love to support. And so I really wanted to talk about that. You know, our pastor Fred Franks at Allen Church always says, love God, love people. And the way that you love people is through serving. And so I want to use this opportunity to make sure that we have some good come out of it. So, hey, great. You guys follow Austin, Austin L. Tanner on Instagram. Austin, I look forward to seeing you in person, Buddy, and hopefully right here in this room. That'd be really cool. I. Man, absolutely. We look forward to doing it. All right, thanks, Austin. See you later, man. You have a great day. I've been handed this. This is what he is. Allegedly. I don't all the words allegedly. This from the court. Yeah, yeah. Court hit me up. He was indicted by a grand jury for insurance fraud and more in April. He allegedly inflated hours and rates. We talked about this charge to a condo association while working as a property loss adjuster. He was free on a $20,000 bond pending his trial. All this was supposed to get settled. Okay, so we know all that. And I get it. Look, if I were in trouble, I'd be saying, hey, donate to charity, too. That's, you know, I'm sure he believes in it, but I would be saying that extra maybe, you know, but then again, if I'm like, man, he's up for insurance fraud, do I want to give him money? But he also said he's going to be fully exonerated. No, but I would say all those things. Like, all it all makes sense. And I hope he didn't do any of it, but I'm just like, if, like I'm looking for somewhere, I'm probably gonna hope for a second he got me believing he's innocent by all the charities involved with. Like, I would look at everything good I've done and say it all. Like, I love more talk about more about the good stuff. Me too. I mean, he saved a lot of kids. So I was like, man. And he probably really has been involved with it. I don't take anything away from that. But I'm saying if I were just thinking about it, I'd be like, I'm a hole till I give my money to him. But no, check it out. I hope it's clear. Hope everything. I hope it's all wrong. And I hope he comes up here one day. And I appreciate him coming on the show, but I just needed to say that because I felt that. And I think my audience would be upset if I didn't say how I really felt. Because I don't know that he did it, but I don't know that he didn't. Looking for excitement Chumba Casino is here. Play anytime. Play anywhere. Play on the train. Play at the store. Play at home. I didn't know what that big break looked or felt like, but I knew that what I was doing was working. The gang banging and the drug selling, that's not really for me. But the looking cool, the having girls, the making music, I'm like, I like that part of it. How was that experience for you, losing someone so close to you that you love? I am grateful that I was able to have, like, the last moments that I had and to be able to prepare for it. And it was something that I'm still dealing with. Oh, I've never had this before. I think it's developed later in life, and it's. It sucks for everybody that's had to deal with this. I've never laughed at it. I've never been a joke. But if I did I'm sorry. That's because you didn't understand. I've been sick for weeks and I do think I had a stomach bug. But I think now, I had a bowl of cereal at 2am this morning. With real milk, obviously. No, I had it with sand. I just put sand on cereal. Oh, interesting combo. Well, you might have used yogurt. I know. I'm just kidding. No yogurt. Yogurt in their cereal. Bob Marley, hippie, what's going on over there with your yogurt cereal? Okay, I do eat yogurt, but never with cereal. That's like orange juice and cereal. Psychopath. Let me check our computer for what she's been looking up. Okay, for sure. I've been talking to my doctor and I got a terrible stomach bug. And he's like, yeah, sometimes with adults, once they get to their 40s, they can develop like an intolerance to. Guys, I want to tell you how big of a deal this is because there are big things happening in the world and I could list the current events that aren't great and I'll add this to it because I love cereal and if I can't have cereal, I'm not gonna be the same. It's one of my favorite things in life. Yeah, but you can use a milk, like a nut milk. It could an almond milk. Yeah, it's not the same, guys. Or like Amy said, yogurt. Yeah, it's not an option. Obviously it's not the same, but there are many things worse in the world than this. But it is a bad. And I'm just wanting to share that I think I, 90% now, as an adult man, have become lactose intolerant. What if you take lactaid before your cereal? Oh, yeah, my father in law does that. See, that's the thing. Why not where? It depends, you know, there's a lot of options here. Well, just adhere to the 70 year old. I identify as a 70 year old. Okay? That means no more ice cream. That could mean, you know, no more cheese too, Bones. I know what it means, losers. You have to keep rubbing it in. Oh, so I've been living with this my whole life, but I just eat? You're not lactose intolerant? I am and I eat it anyway. Wait, wait, Eddie, you're minimizing. It's not taking it away from me because you're also not lactose intolerant. I watch you eat a whole pizza. No, I watch you eat a whole pizza to come to work the next day. And you're fine. You're Mr. Pizza. Yeah. Yeah, I do love pizza. Yes. So anyway, it's not that big of a deal. Except it is. If everything happened in the world. I'm surprised this isn't, like, number one on Fox News or cnn. Well, it will be now. You just announced it. Well, here's the thing, too. Like, I had to, like, strategically. You ever see that game, that Frogger game? Amy, it's an old game, and you had to, like, bounce across the street when the cars weren't there. You had to, like, time it just right. No, I feel like I had to play that to get to work today in my car because I was gonna poop my pants. But I had, like, time. I had to hurry, get there, jump, get in the car. Bathroom. Good, good, good, good. Bathroom. It's tough. And I did not bring an extra pair of pants, so. But you made it. I didn't make it. Okay, But I think I'm, like, toaster tolerant and that isn't it. That sucks. And we'll get there, though, won't we? Yes. Together. Hey, together. We'll get together. We'll get there. There's a lot. I was in the bathroom for, like, 20 minutes this morning here at work, and Eddie texts me and he goes, you need help? And I said, how can you help me, man? I said, just come hold my hand. That's where I drew the line. And then I was like, you're on your own. He still did it, but from across under the stall. He wasn't in the stall with me. I'm glad everybody is here. We had a heck of a show. If you get a few minutes and you want to go listen to George Burge and his wife, that was really fun. His wife did not plan to be on the show today, but she was in the green room and she came in. That's a fun dynamic because as George is about to have his second number one with she only listens to cowboy songs. We didn't care much about George. It was about his wife. Yeah, it was cool to hear her perspective on the whole thing, career and, you know, the how they've gone, like, taking this journey together because it hasn't been easy. And I wrote on my Instagram as I was lactating is all you call it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the bathroom forever, dude. It feels like. I know, man. When I left, we were in the old building. I came out of the stall. We were in this building. So I wrote as I was in there, whole thing about George. It's like, man. Sometimes as an artist, and not even as an artist, just in a career you love. Like, he didn't quit, and at times he had to supplement in other ways to continue to keep going. And the fact that he's having success now is really cool because I think that's the normal story. It's not the glamour story. And again, I'm not just talking about music artists. I'm talking about life. When it's something that you really are dedicated to and you want to do and you believe in and you're passionate about it, I can say, if you love it, keep doing it. Sometimes life happens, and you can't just love and pay the bills. You can't just love something, do it, and pay the bills, because you got kids, you got a mortgage. But there are ways to continue doing it and do other things to make that money. Like, I have a friend. I won't say who he is now. He's awesome as an artist, and for a while, as he was making his life, he was, like, secretly driving Uber because he was like, I'm not stopping. And he drove Uber for, like, six months. And now he's wildly successful. But sometimes in life, we have to do some of the things that maybe we feel like, do I do this? Do I quit? Yeah, sometimes you supplement it with things that aren't comfortable, so you can be super comfortable and being fulfilled. So I'm proud of them. But I think bigger than that, I think we all have it in us to win if we choose to focus. And sometimes we have to do other things just to get there, but that's it. Good. Anything else? No. I like that encouragement. And I. Yeah, it's a beautiful story of. I liked her talking about her support for him and how he was like, hey, stop being so humble. Because she never once mentioned how she was having to, like, raise the kids and do the real estate stuff. And then he would be gone. And not just gone, like, making less money than, like, losing money. I know, like, being paid, like, 800 bucks, but it cost him 1300 to go do the show to get the band out there. They're the type of people you root for. Not me anymore or for me, because I am lactose intolerant and I really need help. I need your support. I'm setting up a GoFundMe. Good, good. You need it for sure. If we can all just. My life's been changed. We need research on this. We do. We need funding. We're gonna have another radio thon starting tomorrow. And that's all. Okay? We will come back. Hold on. Bobby Bone Show Bonehead Glory of the day. This story comes to us from Clearwater, Florida. A 31 year old woman went through the drive through at raising canes. Put her order in, got her food, drove home, opened it up, no cane sauce. Missing eight packs of cane sauce. Drives back to the restaurant. You forgot my sauce. Like, oh, sorry ma'am, here's eight sauces. You need to give me more sauces. Like, ma'am, you only get one per item. So she punched the manager and tried to steal his keys. You would think though, they would have given her a little extra because they messed up. Yeah, eight's a lot though. Eight's a lot. Eight cane sauces. What are you gonna do with all those eight sauces? Unless you're gonna save them, which we used to do that. Save them for another day, put them in the fridge. But if you order eight and they forgot to put eight in and you go back and you ask for 10, I think they should meet you with 10. Although I don't think you should meet him with a punch to the face. Oh, and she stole his keys. Yeah, she tried to steal the keys. I don't know what that was for. Probably a little locked up sauce. I don't know. But she tried. You know, he had them on. He had keys to what? The car, the. Oh, he had him on his. Like a little loop on his belt and she tried to grab him like, you know, the janitor has them on there. Yeah, like Amy said, to get into all the sauce or to steal his car. It just says tried to steal all the keys. Okay, I'm Lunchbox. That's your Bonehead story of the day. We'll see you tomorrow.
