Bobby Bones
Your Bobby Bones on It's the Bobby Bones Show.
Amy
How was CMA Fest last night?
Bobby Bones
It was good.
Amy
How long did you stay?
Bobby Bones
Hmm, 10, 9:45. Yeah, well, Morgan and I had a stage hit at 9:40.
Amy
For who?
Bobby Bones
Riley Greene was coming off stage and then Morgan intro the next guy.
Morgan
Max McNown?
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Lunchbox
Who?
Morgan
Max McNown.
Amy
Oh, the new guy.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Amy
I'm surprised he was playing the big stage.
Bobby Bones
He played the center. You know how sometimes they go out to the center? I know because I didn't know where he was either. And so I like outroed Riley and then said a few things and then Morgan was introing him and Morgan's like, welcome to the stage. And right when we turn and walk off, I was like, morgan, that's awkward because he's not here.
Amy
He's playing in the small middle stage. Like the satellite stage?
Bobby Bones
Yes, yes, yes. And instantly like he started playing and the lights came on him and I was like, oh, phew. I was nervous because I was like, well that's awkward.
Amy
Yeah. When you said it, I was like, the Matt, the guy I know is not big Enough to play yet. Right, but that makes sense.
Bobby Bones
But, you know, last year, Post Malone and Blake Shelton were debuting their song together, and they did it out in that.
Amy
For the TV show purposes, yes.
Bobby Bones
But for those fans out there, that was probably really, really cool because they had no idea that, like, Blake Shelton, Post Malone would be way out there. So I thought that's just a memory I had.
Amy
Cool. Thanks for sharing that memory. We appreciate that vulnerability of that memory. Share flashback.
Bobby Bones
Sometimes things just popping in my head.
Amy
You know, she's trying to justify that for the people at last night in the past. What else, Morgan, did you do any other CMA stuff? I felt like you were doing more. Were you in the daytime doing stuff after the show?
Morgan
I'm doing Riverfront on Saturday.
Amy
Are you doing it for like, five hours?
Morgan
Yeah.
Amy
Oh, I think I'd quit this job before I did that. Like, this whole job.
Morgan
I love it. I don't know. I love it. I think I.
Amy
For five hours, it's just too hot. This is like, I think of CMA Fest, by the way, everybody, because this affects very little. So hopefully us talking about it, you don't care. Except the entertaining parts of it around it. It's summertime once CMA hits and it's hot as crap and you're on pavement. And I associate it with, like, burning, sunburned and hot and sweaty and having to be out there.
Morgan
Well, and I feel for all the people who are actually out there sitting. I get to go and hang out in the little tents in between the things. So at least I'm not totally outside. But I don't know, I just love it. I saw Eddie. I just like being around all the music. It's fun for me.
Amy
I saw Eddie last night doing actual voice announcements, not going out on stage and being like, hey, everybody, it's Eddie from the Bob's show. He's like, standing in a mic going, don't forget to put your coolers away whenever you. And I thought that was pretty interesting.
Eddie
I'd never done that before. I was. They call it the voice of God. And I'm like, I'm going to be the voice of God. So, dude, it was awesome. I was just telling people to post their pictures to, like, their Instagram and tag, like, whatever the sponsor, and it was pretty cool.
Amy
I thought you sounded pretty good. I thought you sounded better than you would, considering your normal talking voice is kind of nasally. It didn't feel very nasally. Well, it didn't feel very nasally while you were doing that. You're doing a good job.
Eddie
Well, they tell me, be Voice of God. I'm going to go like, all right, guys, get on your Instagram.
Amy
Did you just switch to an impression or did you just keep talking?
Eddie
Well, I figured that's what you guys think I sound like.
Amy
I never heard you change.
Lunchbox
Yeah, you never change.
Eddie
It's not funny, man. So I, like, deepened it, and I was like, get ready, you know?
Amy
It sounded good. I'm telling you, I was impressed.
Eddie
Thank you, man.
Amy
I think you behind Ray. I think you might be the second best person at doing, like, the announcer.
Lunchbox
Here we go.
Eddie
Yeah, yeah. Okay. I mean, I've never seen myself.
Amy
You enunciated. You had good energy. You were loud. Yeah. Wasn't too aggressive, I think, in order. Ray, then you, then Lunchbox, then me. I'm terrible at it.
Eddie
Why? But this is, like, you're, like, the.
Amy
Best at this, but this is not having a big voice. Had I had a good voice, I would not have been this successful because I'd have been a DJ, and I'd have capped out somewhere in the DJ world and been, like, coming in number 17 this week. I tried that. It was terrible. I was not good at it, but I thought it was good. Good job.
Eddie
Thank you, man. I did do announcements, too. Like, I did both, but they stuck me at the voice of God.
Amy
J. Lo.
Eddie
Yeah, man. A little bit of both. I brought out the color guard. That's what I did. Everyone, remove your hats, please, and remain standing for the color guard.
Bobby Bones
And then the flyover was awesome.
Amy
That's what that was. It scared us at our house. I got to tell my wife because we thought someone was crashing into our house.
Bobby Bones
No, no. They timing was perfect. Yeah. The national anthem.
Amy
That plane that we thought was about to crash into our house was the flyover for Nissan Stadium. Because we heard it so loud.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. In formation. Because there are two. There was two of them, right?
Amy
Whatever it was, it sounded like it was going to crash. And my wife is in the bedroom, and. And I was feeding the dogs because it was, like, seven or something. I'm not sure exactly what time it was.
Morgan
Yeah, no, that was it.
Amy
And she called from the bedroom. She goes, is there a plane crashing in? And I looked out, and I saw the very back end of, like, a fighter jet. And I was like, I wonder if they're, like, practicing. That's it.
Morgan
It's so funny, though, because I think it was two years ago now when we called for, like, the color guard and then to do the flyover, a southwest Plane is what flew over. And the fly. And the actual flyover was, like, a minute delayed. So it was so awkward. Cause, like, the flyover was just southwest, and everybody thought that was the flyover.
Eddie
And the rockets, the southwest.
Amy
Like.
Morgan
It'S so awkward.
Amy
Any moment from last night, Amy, this sticks out well.
Bobby Bones
I mean, gosh, that flyover part, everybody got goosebumps. Like, I don't know that I remember. Apparently, that happens every year. But I'm like, does it?
Amy
Because you remember Post Malone and Blake Shelton on a tiny stage for three and a half minutes, yet every year you don't remember the flyover.
Bobby Bones
Well, I don't know what was so impactful. I can't remember her name that sang the national anthem.
Amy
But it was so good.
Bobby Bones
So good. So maybe it was the combo of, like, the beautiful national anthem and then the timing was so perfect. I'm gonna get her name. Kate.
Morgan
Michelle.
Amy
Not familiar with her work. I imagine she's pretty good.
Bobby Bones
She was so good. I mean, I saw her afterwards, like, even, like 10 minutes later, I just happened to run into her, and I was like, oh, my gosh. Like, you were amazing. And she was like, I love your outfit. I was like, thank you.
Amy
I saw the Nashville people back together.
Eddie
Yeah.
Amy
They were playing with the TV show.
Bobby Bones
And they're gonna go on a little tour together next year.
Amy
I used to love that show.
Bobby Bones
I don't know when.
Amy
When I was on abc, I loved it. Didn't watch it much on CMT because the storylines have gotten all weird. But was Connie Britton out there?
Bobby Bones
I didn't see her.
Eddie
I didn't see her.
Lunchbox
No.
Amy
Okay.
Bobby Bones
Just the singers.
Amy
But she was a singer on the show because she used to be a singer. That was her whole career.
Eddie
She was Raina James.
Amy
Yeah.
Morgan
But then something happened.
Bobby Bones
That is.
Amy
Right.
Bobby Bones
She sure was.
Morgan
It's, like, been, like 20 years.
Amy
I don't know that it's been that long.
Bobby Bones
It's been.
Morgan
It's been a long time.
Amy
Maybe it has been 20, though, since the first episode. I don't know.
Bobby Bones
It's not been 20 because.
Morgan
At least 10. At least 10.
Amy
At least ten. When did Nashville debut? 2012.
Morgan
At least 10.
Eddie
It was right before we moved here.
Lunchbox
But it didn't end more than 10 years ago.
Amy
I know. I just asked when it debuted. Yeah. So I literally. I don't care, but I wonder if she was there. I like it. That's fun. The difficult part about that show and their music is nobody knows the songs because it's not like those songs became hits. So it's like, oh, the guys from Nashville. I used to love the show. Act out some scenes. You're gonna sing songs. I don't know any of the songs. And all my friends wrote all those songs for that show. But it's like, play a song. I don't remember that one. Nope. That one either.
Bobby Bones
Another standout moment. I definitely tried to. When Ella Langley went out and sang a song with Riley Green, but not the one they sing together, it was like they were sitting on stools. They did sing that one, but then this is later.
Amy
Can you imagine? They didn't do their songs together?
Bobby Bones
No, no, no, no. They did it, but then they were sitting on stools, and it was a slower song of his.
Amy
They did another song together.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Morgan
I think he has another collab with somebody.
Amy
Oh, so. But it wasn't her. She sang the part.
Bobby Bones
Right.
Amy
Good for them for getting along now and, like, fighting through it.
Bobby Bones
And so that is something I was paying attention to. And then when they got up and she was leaving the stage and he was like, ella Langley, everybody. I was like, what's gonna happen?
Amy
It's a little warmer now because they notice people are watching every move.
Bobby Bones
And they hugged. It seemed. It wasn't, like, awkward or weird or quick and seemed genuine. And then she came off stage, but I was like, that's something. That was a moment where I was like, how are they gonna end this?
Amy
That's good.
Bobby Bones
It seemed. Seemed good.
Amy
Thanks for sharing that memory too.
Eddie
It's a good memory, right?
Lunchbox
There's a good memory.
Amy
That's a good memory.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Amy
Yeah. Okay.
Bobby Bones
What else?
Morgan
Oh, Brooks and Dunn. I gotta watch Brooks and Dunn.
Amy
They were last night.
Morgan
So good. So they're still so good. Lainey Wilson come out for their collab, and they also had Marcus King come out. But the funniest part I got a video of, it was Ronnie Dunn was like, I've been seen all over TikTok. I really need to stay off TikTok. But they say I'm dying. And then he proceeds to sing the part of Neon Moon. He's like, I guess not.
Amy
Yeah. When he got sick and he had to leave the stage. Oh, yeah, yeah. He's not dying. We're supposed to go to dinner Tuesday this week. We didn't go for another reason. But he's not dying.
Morgan
He sounded amazing. He sounds incredible.
Amy
It's awesome. Yeah. I think my Ronnie and I text. He's my friend for sure. But I think my wife and his wife are closer than Ronnie and I are. And Ronnie and I Are as close as two dudes are going to be. Dudes just don't message for no reason.
Eddie
Right?
Amy
Dudes, like, need a reason to message. Cause that's our. We've been taught, don't get too close, you'll burn your hand. Or maybe that's about stoves. I don't remember which one's which. That's the stove. Okay, got it. I get them confused, but yeah. So Ronnie and I text on like, hey, what's up? Here's a reason I'm texting. That's how guys do generally. My wife and his wife, I just like chit chat about crap. And so we were going to dinner Tuesday and for some reason, it got canceled. I don't remember.
Bobby Bones
He's dying.
Amy
He's not. That's my point. He's not. I hope not.
Bobby Bones
No, he did great last night.
Amy
Okay, good, good, good. Okay. Anything else? Lunchbox. Any memory from last night?
Lunchbox
I saw Darius Rucker getting out of his bus. That was pretty cool. This normal.
Amy
Did you get a video last time you did that? 1 million views. It was Peyton Manning.
Lunchbox
No, because I was driving and I. I was like, oh, there was a bunch of people and I was like, Darius was getting in the golf cart, and before I could get the phone up, he was already zooming off on the golf cart.
Amy
Dang. If you got that on TikTok, I know that's like your biggest video ever.
Lunchbox
That have been here.
Amy
You recorded Peyton Manning walking off the bus.
Lunchbox
I know that's crazy, but yeah, maybe that I was underutilized, but besides that.
Amy
No, go ahead.
Lunchbox
I mean, I went there and all I did was get on stage and say, hey, see these cameras around here? They're gonna be filming you for an ABC special. That was my whole thing.
Eddie
He was kind of hurt because you.
Amy
Didn'T do a whole group thing.
Eddie
We did. But this is what kind of hurt his feelings a little bit. So they said, you guys are going out as a group. We're saved. The Bobby Bones shows coming out, and it's gonna start with Amy, and it's gonna say Eddie from the Bobby Bun show, and then it's gonna say Morgan from the Bobby Bun show, and then it's gonna say lunchbox.
Amy
You got put fourth.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Amy
I could understand anywhere from second.
Lunchbox
No, second, that's it.
Amy
Or third. I can understand third. You and Eddie are pretty interchangeable.
Lunchbox
The fourth.
Amy
I don't think Eddie is like, no offense to you, Morgan. You're doing your job. A lot of the times you're not on.
Morgan
No, it doesn't bother me either way. I'm just happy to be there.
Amy
I'm surprised they put you forth. That kind of sucks.
Lunchbox
I was like, who wrote the script? And I need to talk to him.
Eddie
He did say, like, is this order right?
Amy
This order's not right.
Bobby Bones
Rick goes, that's funny. Can't talk to them.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Amy
Can't talk to who?
Lunchbox
Whoever wrote the script.
Bobby Bones
Who wrote the script?
Amy
You wanted to talk to who wrote the script? He said, but nobody notices. You could have been like, you're the headliner, last to go. You could have been like, you're the sandwich. There are many ways.
Lunchbox
You save me for the end. You get the biggest.
Amy
There are many ways that you felt fast.
Bobby Bones
Like, it didn't.
Amy
So walk me through.
Bobby Bones
It just was like.
Amy
The fact that you wanted to talk to the scriptwriter is hilarious. Go ahead, walk me through what happened.
Lunchbox
So we were standing on the stage, and, I mean, they act like it's rocket scientists.
Eddie
Like, like, science, science.
Lunchbox
And they are freaking out about, like, oh, my gosh. You got to get in order. You got to get in order when they call your name. You got to be in order. You got to be in order. We're like, got it. All right. What order do you want us in, Amy? I think it was in Eddie. I don't know. Then Morgan was out.
Amy
You do know.
Lunchbox
No, I really don't know if it was Eddie or Morgan. Second.
Ray
Third.
Amy
Amy, you know what it was. You know what it was.
Lunchbox
I literally don't.
Amy
Okay.
Lunchbox
And I was like, wait, is this the right order? And they're like, yeah, this is what it says on the script. And I said, I need to talk to the script writer.
Amy
Were you serious? Yeah.
Lunchbox
And Rick goes, no, you can't.
Amy
Well, that's probably a weird job for a scriptwriter to be called in because somebody doing a throwaway stage announcement to them, not to us, because we like to be put in front of that many people. But they're just writing some goofy thing for some people they're never going to meet. Wants to have a talk with them. It's like the third cook. Not even the chef. There's a chef, and the cook's under. Somebody wants to have a talk with that third cook. Like, wait, what? Why? What did I do? This person would be like, why are they talking to me? Was like, the TV writers. It was like the.
Eddie
Yeah, the intern.
Amy
The writers for the people who come out between acts.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Amy
What would you have said? I'm the person. Yeah. Yes. Yes, sir.
Lunchbox
Hey. Like, I don't obviously you don't know our show. Maybe next time you should do some research.
Amy
But, like, you would say, next time, do some research. Like you would.
Lunchbox
Yeah. Like the hierarchy. You should kind of know it. Hierarchy.
Amy
Excuse me?
Lunchbox
Hierarchy.
Amy
Spell. Hierarchy.
Lunchbox
H, I, E, R, C, H. Okay, so the hierarchy.
Amy
Got it.
Lunchbox
Oh, whatever.
Amy
No, not. Just making sure.
Lunchbox
And it's not the same thing.
Amy
Hierarchy. Sounds like somebody from my home state that smoked a little weed.
Eddie
Oh, a hierarchy.
Amy
Hierarchy.
Lunchbox
What did you call it?
Amy
Hierarchy.
Lunchbox
A hierarchy.
Amy
H, I, E, R. Yeah. Higher. Yeah. Now, just trying to help for next time.
Lunchbox
Got it.
Amy
Like you're trying to help for next time.
Lunchbox
Yeah, I should do my research.
Amy
Yeah.
Lunchbox
You know what I mean? And just say, hey, you should kind of know, like, the flow of the show and who's important, who's not. And that feels rude.
Amy
I think Morgan's very important.
Lunchbox
Well, I'm not saying she's not important, but of the four, she was the least. Like, she should have been the back of the line.
Amy
Okay.
Morgan
I am also the. I also participate in a lot of.
Amy
CMA Fest activities, and she's the one that does. If there's an event to go to, she goes to it. She even flies across the country to go to stuff.
Lunchbox
Yeah, great. I don't know what things she flew across the country to go to, but.
Morgan
Thomas.
Amy
Texas.
Morgan
In Texas.
Amy
Yeah.
Lunchbox
Yeah, I went to Texas, too, but not for that.
Amy
They didn't fly you down to an event in Texas. Like, the company didn't pay you to go down there.
Lunchbox
I don't know what event you're talking about exactly.
Amy
Because they don't pay you to do it.
Eddie
Four Bears Casino.
Lunchbox
Yep.
Eddie
Yeah, he did that.
Amy
He won on this slot machine.
Lunchbox
I did win on the slot machine. Which is crazy.
Amy
Which is crazy. He goes. He's working. He hits a slot machine.
Lunchbox
I won, like, sixteen hundred dollars. That's crazy.
Amy
I've never hit anything like that. He walked into Four Bears and like. Okay, so you're upset, though.
Lunchbox
Yeah. I mean, and then it was just like, all right, so what do I do next? After I did my little thing at the beginning, before this, the first artist even came on. No, you're done for the night.
Amy
And I'm like, wait, I'm confused. But did you not go out with all four people?
Eddie
He did, but that was it.
Lunchbox
That was it.
Bobby Bones
That was the end of the day. He's done after that, too.
Amy
But, Eddie, did you do stuff before that?
Eddie
I did the Voice of God before that.
Bobby Bones
It was.
Amy
How did you get the Voice of God job? And not. I'm just going to say you for the example here and not Lunchbox.
Eddie
Honestly, man, I was just standing there, I was drinking a glass of wine, and they come up to me, like, here, you're going to be the voice of God.
Amy
I'm like, oh, right place, right time.
Eddie
Yeah. I don't know. I mean, they just gave me the script.
Bobby Bones
I think so. Because that's what happened to me last year. I did it. And they just hand it to you. I think they sort of divvy stuff up there in the moment. You know, we have to get there early. And we all stand in a circle and they're like, hey, who wants. Do y' all want to get out of here early? Do you want to be here late? Because some people have to stay till the very end if they're introing, you know, a later group. So I think it, you know, they just divvy it up. And yeah, Eddie did great, but he was. He was literally done around the same time as Lunchbox. And I feel like Lunchbox felt like, oh, why am I.
Lunchbox
That's cool. I mean, I'm glad I went all the way out there for that.
Amy
What did you do?
Bobby Bones
But it was on your.
Amy
What was on your card?
Bobby Bones
I did the same thing with them. And then Morgan and I had our. When I outroed Riley Greene. And then the thing is, you dedicated things.
Amy
You and Morgan had things that were dedicated to you guys that you were to do.
Bobby Bones
Well, I think it got divvied up to us.
Amy
Yeah. Yeah. But he got no divvies.
Bobby Bones
Right.
Amy
I wonder why. I wonder who did the divvying.
Bobby Bones
Was he not there?
Amy
Same female trip writer.
Bobby Bones
Abby, where were you in the divvy?
Amy
Do you know anything about this? About who got to do what at CMA Fest?
Ray
No. I mean, I was there and I was a fan.
Amy
I know. I saw her Instagram where she took a picture and posted it. What did you see from, you know, bird's eye view?
Ray
I mean, I did wonder why halfway, like, Lunchbox wasn't there anymore. It was just Amy and Morgan. I was like, where'd he go? Well, wasn't he voice of God, though? Or just at the beginning?
Eddie
Just at the beginning.
Bobby Bones
Oh, did you know that was me.
Eddie
When you heard the voice of God?
Ray
I honestly didn't. Did you think I just found out.
Amy
Like, it was so good when it was so good if it sounded normal?
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Lunchbox
It was so anti nasally. You had no idea.
Ray
Yeah, I really didn't. I thought that was the voice of God.
Amy
Well, I'm sorry they didn't value you.
Lunchbox
That's all right, man.
Bobby Bones
I was like, I'm good. Like they have a good stage presence, both of them. Like, they have a lot of energy.
Eddie
I don't know if this had anything to do with it. Maybe not.
Amy
But I have a feeling.
Bobby Bones
Oh gosh.
Amy
Someone's going to be triggered just by the tone of your voice. Go ahead.
Eddie
No, no, no. They just said. They said be there at 6 and I got there at 6 and no one else was there.
Lunchbox
Wrong. I was there before you.
Eddie
Where were you?
Morgan
I was also there.
Lunchbox
I was there before.
Eddie
You said dinner. No, they said, you're the only one there.
Morgan
Yeah, we went to dinner.
Lunchbox
You didn't go to dinner.
Eddie
They told me, where's the rest of your crew? And I said, I don't know. You guys said, be at the green room at 6.
Amy
So you're the only one at the green room at 6.
Bobby Bones
No, they said green room, 6:30.
Lunchbox
They said green room, 6:30 dot dinner before.
Morgan
This is when Eddie doesn't vag into group chats.
Lunchbox
Exactly.
Eddie
And then. And then they said, well, some people didn't get their credentials.
Amy
So you got their half hour early. Yeah, accidentally, yeah.
Eddie
I guess that's why I was the voice of God.
Lunchbox
No, no.
Bobby Bones
Who didn't get their credentials.
Eddie
You want me to say, yeah, I do. It was you, Amy.
Bobby Bones
No, I did.
Eddie
Yeah, because they said, get it early during the day and then, no, I'm.
Bobby Bones
Not going by there during the day. That's not happening.
Amy
But again, that's what they said.
Bobby Bones
But it doesn't need to happen. How I did it was totally just fine.
Amy
Let's go. Let's go, Beyonce. Let's go, Beyonce.
Bobby Bones
You went by that trailer during the day?
Eddie
1 o' clock afterwards.
Lunchbox
After I did it, I was like, I should have just pick it up when I was coming to the festival. Cuz it was a waste of time for me to drive down there, sit in traffic, battle everything. No, no, but there's CMA traffic.
Bobby Bones
Not for me. That's opposite of where I. No.
Lunchbox
And so then you go in the trailer and it's like the trailer is right outside the stadium. And I'm like, I should have just done this when I'm getting here. Walk in, get it. And it would have taken me five minutes.
Amy
Maybe that's why you got to do extra though.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Amy
You did it according to what they asked? I'm not saying that that was.
Lunchbox
No, no, I did it according to how they asked to. And I was there Early.
Bobby Bones
I'm the one that took the liberty to do it the way that made the most sense.
Amy
That's not a liberty. That' you not doing what they asked.
Bobby Bones
No, that's just me being efficient with time. And I didn't get penalized for it.
Eddie
You didn't. You got rewarded for it.
Amy
You got an extra bit.
Bobby Bones
I wasn't late. I wasn't late.
Lunchbox
Yeah, we were all early. I mean, I was in there eating.
Bobby Bones
I was where I was supposed to be on time, and I was efficient.
Amy
I'm not arguing that.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Like, they didn't care when I picked it up. It didn't matter.
Amy
So why would they say get it at 1?
Bobby Bones
I have no idea.
Amy
In case there was an issue later.
Morgan
And I think that was more at.
Amy
Which just for safety.
Morgan
This year it's changed how the credential stuff is.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I guess because it was new, but it's still. I mean, cma. They got it down like they had a float. Like it was. There was a system. It was great. Everything's electronic now. You beep in and out everywhere you go. Like, there's a little QR thing and you. It's. It's advanced.
Lunchbox
Yeah. Technology was pretty crazy.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Amy
So your whole. You spent how many hours from traveling there going in before you got. How many hours did you totally put in last night? Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
Well, do you count Going to pick up the credential? All three hours.
Amy
And then your total output was 13 seconds.
Eddie
That's all right. It's accurate.
Amy
And how do you feel about that?
Lunchbox
I'm not sure I needed to be there.
Amy
Would you have rather not done it?
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Amy
Would you rather stay at home?
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Amy
Yeah.
Lunchbox
I mean, it just seems like a big.
Bobby Bones
Well, I even said when he was leaving, he seemed. I said, hey, do you want some of my script? Like, do you want to go do this?
Amy
You give him charity script. Oh, that's the worst charity script we can do. This insulted. I went, charity script.
Bobby Bones
I wasn't trying to insult. I was trying to include. And he said, no, I'm just gonna go. And then he. I was like, well, okay.
Lunchbox
I jumped on a golf cart, and they drove me right to the vehicle. That's pretty cool when they drive you.
Eddie
That's pretty cool.
Lunchbox
Right out of your car, man.
Amy
That was awesome.
Bobby Bones
Y' all got. I walked.
Amy
Yeah.
Eddie
And then the girl that drove me to my car, she was like, oh, my gosh. Do you have any advice for me? I'm trying to get in the music business. I'm like, I've Never been asked that. Like, I got no advice for you.
Amy
Just say, don't give up. That's universally the best advice for anybody anywhere. Just, hey, just don't give up.
Eddie
Yeah. I was like, I'm the wrong person to ask that.
Amy
You didn't give her any advice.
Eddie
I said, you know what? Just what you're doing here, volunteering at CMA Fest, meeting people. That's great. Do that. That'll get you in.
Amy
But she's already doing that.
Eddie
It was her first year, though.
Amy
Got it.
Bobby Bones
This is a good start.
Amy
Don't give up.
Eddie
And don't give up.
Amy
And don't give up.
Eddie
Follow your dreams.
Bobby Bones
Two things. One, uh, oh, I met some guy. I think his name was Scott.
Amy
Okay.
Eddie
Borchetta.
Bobby Bones
No, I did talk to him though.
Amy
Scott or Braun.
Bobby Bones
He said he has a new outlook on life too. That's a whole nother story. Different Scott, I think from American Idol.
Amy
Go ahead. I don't CB Scotty McCreery.
Bobby Bones
No, no. Like a behind the scenes guy.
Amy
Okay.
Bobby Bones
Like, was responsible for you being part of. He was mentioned Tom. He's got a good relationship with Tom Lord. No, he lives in la. No.
Amy
You don't even know his name is Scott and you're asking me if I.
Bobby Bones
Know who it is. I'm sorry, that is not fair of me.
Amy
Because you're leaning on me to go like, help me and I can't help you.
Bobby Bones
No, I'm not.
Amy
So just start over.
Bobby Bones
I don't need your help. I met a guy. Start over.
Amy
Because I'm confused.
Bobby Bones
I would say forget what his name was. I met a guy from LA that worked with you on Idle.
Amy
In what capacity?
Bobby Bones
In a. Must have been part of bringing you on as a mentor.
Amy
So as an executive.
Bobby Bones
Yes. Seemed to be. Be part of that.
Amy
Scott Igoe.
Bobby Bones
Scott. There you go. See, I'm so proud of myself remembering his first name. Yeah. So he came up and he said, hey, are you Amy? I said, yeah. He goes, oh, I thought that was you. I worked with Bobby on Idol and.
Amy
Dancing with Stars and anything abc, which.
Bobby Bones
That'S what I'm leading to.
Amy
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
So then he said, you know, with Dancing the Stars and Bobby with what? Dancing with the Stars.
Amy
Got it. That was a new version.
Bobby Bones
And Bobby.
Lunchbox
Dancing the Stars.
Eddie
Dancing the Stars.
Bobby Bones
He said that I have to do that.
Amy
If I say hierarchy, I have to make fun of you. You too. Just to show there's no favorite.
Bobby Bones
I said Dancing with the Stars.
Amy
You did not. You said Dancing the Stars and I shouldn't have stopped you. But If I'm gonna pick on him, I have to pick on you, and you guys can pick on me.
Bobby Bones
I can take it.
Amy
But now we'll move on.
Bobby Bones
So with Dancing with the Stars, by episode three, they knew you were gonna win. Did you know that?
Amy
No. They don't tell you?
Bobby Bones
Well, they didn't know for sure. For sure. But what Data was telling them, by the way our listeners were voting, it seemed impossible for you to lose. And to know that by. Because you were the. He said he was the worst answer, and to know that we could have.
Amy
Left that part out.
Eddie
I don't think you were the worst answer.
Amy
I mean, but we. Did that even need to be said? No.
Bobby Bones
I'm sorry. Sorry. But, you know, no. I think that that speaks volumes to how hard you worked.
Amy
I also don't think I was the absolute.
Bobby Bones
He said, don't quote him on that. He said you quoted him on that.
Amy
I didn't quote him on that. I'm just saying what you said on.
Bobby Bones
The quote on that. I retract.
Lunchbox
Okay, go ahead.
Amy
Strike that from the record.
Bobby Bones
Strike that. I would like to say, since I don't know that he said that exactly. I think he alluded to the fact that your dancing skills weren't that of previous winners.
Amy
Correct.
Bobby Bones
So I think they were sort of like, wow, this is crazy, the amount of votes that we're getting, and this is going to be a wild ride. But you obviously didn't know that.
Amy
No.
Bobby Bones
That that was happening.
Amy
They told me months after the season was over because I ran into. As you call him, Scott, which is also his name.
Bobby Bones
Scotty.
Amy
No, not Scotty.
Bobby Bones
Scott.
Amy
Yeah, Scott. I ran into him somewhere. They can't tell you. Legally, I had no idea. The whole. My whole term on that show, I thought I was just struggling to get by because I was struggling to get okay to decent scores. Like, I was working, I'll say harder than anybody because I was also doing a job and I was working. I was running studios by myself, paying my own money to go work out by myself longer than the allotted time. That you legally could work out. Right. So I felt like I was just getting by, but I was never in the bottom three. But that didn't mean I thought I was in the top of any votes. And then after I win, months later, he said, hey, we can't tell you this while it's happening, but I think his exact words were, you could have taken a dump on the floor in your final dance and still won the thing.
Bobby Bones
Oh, yeah.
Amy
Had no idea. But, yeah, it Was nice of him. Just even remember that they're in their 20th year, they're 20. And I don't ever get invited to do stuff anymore because I think it was such a weird year for them for me to win because I kind of broke the system. Meaning they changed the rules after my season because people were getting kicked off that were good and I'm like, hey, everybody. So they make sure that they can save somebody now, which they didn't have all my year. I never get invited, like to go to any of the.
Bobby Bones
Huh. Does he still work with them? He seemed to really like you.
Amy
He's there because I do. I like Scott a lot. I don't know if he still works with that show.
Bobby Bones
Oh, me neither. I don't know. I just know he said he lives in la, but he does.
Amy
Maybe we start a campaign on Dancing With Us on our social media to get you back. Bring Bobby back.
Eddie
Bring Bobby back. And that's the campaign.
Amy
Yeah. Bbb. Bring Bobby back.
Eddie
Love it.
Bobby Bones
That's like Better Business Bureau.
Amy
Well, bring. Well, you don't have to do just BBB, but bring. Well, then Mr. Bob Bones is BMB.
Eddie
But yeah, we have to think about.
Amy
Bring Bobby Back and then hashtag me, Mr. Bobby Bonds. But then what am I going to do? It's not even like I want to go and do anything.
Eddie
Do they dance when they go back?
Amy
Yeah, don't sometimes.
Eddie
Maybe they're worried about that.
Amy
I'm worried about that. If I'm being honest. I mean, I've not really danced one time other than like goofing around. I've never been invited back. I went back as when Lauren Elena was on her first episode after my win and I went back and was like, hey, I'm coming. Can I have somewhere. And they sat me. But they've never been like, you're a past champion, come back. But I think it's because that was such a weird year for them where they had to change the rules because of. Well, like you said, episode three. They were like, what the heck is happening?
Bobby Bones
We saw Lauren Elena last night. She said she's four days past her due date.
Amy
Yeah, she's really proud of her. She's staying home?
Bobby Bones
No, I just saw her backstage. I don't know.
Morgan
She was just coming to hang out.
Amy
Got it.
Bobby Bones
Like, but good for. I'm like, if I'm four days past my due date, I don't know, but I'm going to hang out in the hot.
Amy
How did you run into Scott Igoe?
Bobby Bones
He was backstage. I Was side stage. I was about to go. Yeah. So he's here. Part of the.
Amy
I also was a host on that show, the CMA Fest show, which he produces. Yes, as well.
Bobby Bones
I don't know. I was. Morgan and I were about to go on stage, and he came up and said, are you Amy?
Amy
Oh, that's cool.
Bobby Bones
And then I said, yes. And he said, oh, I thought, so I'll introduce myself. I worked with Bobby on Da Da Da. And then that's when we got into a conversation. And then it ended abruptly when I was handed a microphone and told I had to go. But then, I mean, he's very kind.
Amy
And complimentary more than just work with me. Like, he was a part of the reason. You know, one of the. One of the big cogs that put me in those positions.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. So he said, she met you. He said. He came to our. Remember.
Eddie
Can we quote you on this?
Bobby Bones
No, no, no. Remember, I've retracted. Remember when we did our live show at the Ryman? He said he was at that.
Amy
I was. He's in town for this every year because of the ABC connection.
Bobby Bones
But did we do that? Why did we do that? Was that during cma?
Amy
That's why we did it.
Bobby Bones
Oh.
Amy
They were like, will you please do your show? And I hate doing live shows because it never sounds the same on the air.
Bobby Bones
That was so fun, though.
Eddie
What do you mean your voice never sounds.
Amy
Well, you're playing to a crowd, not to the people listening. I don't. If it's a live podcast, I hate it. It's a live radio show, I hate it because they're playing to a crowd. I. But I'm not everybody. There are people, I'm assuming, that like to hear that as well. I don't like it. As a listener of a podcast, if it's like, because I like Bill Simmons and if he's doing a live theater podcast, Skip.
Bobby Bones
Well, he liked it. That was a long time ago.
Amy
He was also in the crowd, I think, as a crowd watcher, but I.
Bobby Bones
Was like, hey, good memory. Like, he remembered. He was like, that's when I probably last saw you. So I just thought I recognized you and I wanted to come and say hi.
Amy
I got invited to host. I can't say what it is because I signed an NDA, but I got invited. It's not a TV show. I got invited to host a live thing, and they're not paying me anything. And they were just like, hey, would you mind doing it? It's not even here in town. I'm Flying to do it.
Bobby Bones
And I said, absolutely, you're gonna do it.
Amy
Absolutely.
Bobby Bones
And you're not getting paid.
Amy
Nope. That's.
Bobby Bones
What would you do for not getting paid?
Amy
Yeah, what would you do?
Lunchbox
It's not a TV show.
Bobby Bones
What would it be? It has to be something like epic.
Eddie
Something you would love. You would pay money to be there.
Bobby Bones
Right, right, right.
Amy
I said, yes, it's a one on one. That's all I can say.
Bobby Bones
A one on one game. You said it's not a game. Is it a game? Oh, I already forgot.
Amy
No, we do it on stage. One on one. Me and this.
Eddie
What?
Amy
Yeah, it's a one on one interview for this person. And they were like, hey, would you.
Bobby Bones
Oh, well, yeah. Then I can think of a lot of people.
Amy
I can't say much more, but I said, yeah, okay. Yes. They're like, we will pay for your flight. We're not gonna pay you, but we'll pay for your flight. I was like, dude, I'll just take care of it all. Don't worry about it. I'll just see you guys there.
Eddie
Oh, that's.
Morgan
I have an idea. I'm not gonna say it.
Bobby Bones
You can't.
Amy
I bet you don't get. There's no way you get it. I'm not gonna react to it either way. But you can say it.
Morgan
I feel like it's your guy. He has a TV show. Your favorite person.
Amy
Who's my guy?
Morgan
The TV show host guy.
Amy
Larry. Larry. Larry, Larry Davidson.
Bobby Bones
David Letterman.
Morgan
Yeah, David Letterman. He has a show, a Netflix show.
Amy
I'm not going to react to it. I know, but I feel like that's my all time hero that I've never met and I'll react in this way. It's not him, but that would be the coolest I would pay to do that, actually.
Morgan
That's what I'm saying. I feel like you would immediately just.
Eddie
Be like, yes, I have a question.
Lunchbox
Yeah, but it's not a TV show.
Amy
It's not. It's not for anything on tv.
Lunchbox
Right. That's what I'm saying.
Amy
So that's. It's just a live experience for people in the crowd.
Lunchbox
When is this going down?
Amy
No more. Can't do it. NDA. I signed an NDA.
Eddie
My question has nothing to do with that.
Amy
Okay.
Eddie
And I'm sure you can answer it. And I'm sure there's a good reason for this. But if they say, we'll pay for your flight in your hotel, I don't.
Amy
Want to have to go through the bureaucracy of Having to go through people book this emails going back and forth.
Bobby Bones
Well then they go, what's the rest of Eddie's sentence though? Because I don't know, he's going, why.
Amy
Wouldn'T you take it?
Eddie
Why wouldn't you take it? Like, why would you. Don't worry about it. I'll pay my own way.
Amy
I'll just pay the 350 bucks, fly back and forth southwest and write it off, which is about half and not have to deal with all those layers. I don't want to deal with layers. I'll just see you there. You tell me a time to be there, I'll see you there and I'll. I'll do it. That's why.
Bobby Bones
Sorry, I'm. Guess I'm confused. Did I miss. You did take them up on that or you're paying it for.
Amy
I'll just pay for it.
Bobby Bones
They said, well, pay now. I understand your hotel.
Eddie
He's like, no, no, don't worry about it. I'll just pay my own way. Just. And I'm like, that's very strange.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, that is.
Amy
It's not. Also because if I go, I'm also going to want to stay in a hotel that I want to stay in. I'm gonna pick a flight that I want.
Bobby Bones
Oh, you can't say like, who knows?
Amy
You have to go through like travel agents with companies and it's just for me how financially I'm very comfortable. I can pay for whatever. I don't wanna have to deal with that.
Eddie
I mean, it is baller. It's baller. I'd love to do that someday.
Lunchbox
What? Tell em. No, I got it.
Eddie
No, no, no. Hey, don't worry about that. I'll get my own boat. I'll meet you on the island. Don't worry about it.
Amy
It's nothing like that.
Eddie
But I'm just saying. That sounds cool. Worry about it.
Bobby Bones
Don't worry.
Eddie
I got that.
Amy
Don't worry about that. I need to ask my. Hold on is the. Oh.
Bobby Bones
Oh, I know.
Eddie
So it's three syllables.
Bobby Bones
I would go interview.
Amy
Hold on. Oh, Morgan.
Bobby Bones
He's not really. It's not really.
Eddie
Or is it?
Bobby Bones
You never know.
Eddie
Are you gonna talk about KitKat?
Amy
Okay, I'm in.
Bobby Bones
Oh my gosh. Well, I learned a new trick later.
Lunchbox
What's your new trick?
Amy
Learn a new trick? Well, I've been studying a magic trick. I've been studying that guy.
Morgan
Ooh, mind games.
Amy
Sure. I don't read minds. I don't. I don't think people can do that. Reading People, I learned a new trick. Amy. Pick anybody. I don't care. I don't care of any of us here. Just so you know. It's not fixed.
Bobby Bones
Morgan.
Amy
Okay, Morgan, this is not going to be your number, but pick a number one to 100.
Morgan
You want me to say it out loud?
Amy
No. Yeah, because it's not going to be your number.
Morgan
Okay, 56.
Amy
Okay.
Eddie
But now you're writing down something. Is it the number? Because I can see right through your trick, man.
Amy
Would you walk over here?
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Amy
Okay.
Eddie
He's like, is this your number?
Amy
56.
Eddie
God, you know that?
Amy
No.
Lunchbox
Oh, that's really amazing.
Amy
You're gonna pick a different number. I have the number already in the page. Yeah, come over. You come back here. Pick a different number. One through 100. Say it out loud.
Morgan
Okay. Seven.
Amy
Am I right?
Morgan
Yeah.
Eddie
What the.
Bobby Bones
I don't get it.
Amy
Thank you, Morgan. What?
Bobby Bones
Huh? How'd you do that?
Amy
I'm telling you, I don't. I'm not acting like I'm a mind reader or anything. So there's nothing? There's no, like, supernatural skill or. There's nothing.
Eddie
I got you. So what is it?
Amy
Well, I mean, the number seven, Right.
Eddie
If it's not supernatural skill, what is it?
Bobby Bones
Is that because five, six, seven. Did she.
Eddie
Oh, subconsciously, you just, like, why'd I tell you that?
Amy
Thank you. We'll be here all week.
Eddie
Okay, do another one.
Bobby Bones
Oh, well. So remember, I had two things.
Amy
I need to take a break real quick.
Bobby Bones
Well, those seconds passed.
Amy
What? Go ahead.
Bobby Bones
Okay. First was I met that Scott guy. Second was, you would have gone to pick up your credentials at six o' clock, too. Thank you.
Amy
No, I wouldn't have. I'd had somebody get them for me at one.
Eddie
Exactly.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Amy
Yeah. Well, then that's what?
Bobby Bones
You didn't have somebody get them for you at one. You just.
Amy
No, but I can't say that because I'm saying what I would have done, I would have had somebody pick them up for me at one.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Amy
Or I would have said, hey, I don't feel like I'm going to be able to get there at one is.
Bobby Bones
Honestly, I didn't see on there. We were supposed to go before.
Amy
Really? You still hold on to that one, though. She wanted to get that in there. She wanted to point at me and be like. You would defend it.
Bobby Bones
Like, why would they make us do that? But I get it. I get it. In case something went wrong, but nothing went wrong. So.
Amy

UltimateClassicrock.com has ranked the top 25 greatest power ballads in rock history. A power ballad would be like a rock, a slow rock song from the 80s or 90s. Basically. If I were to sing a couple like, and I don't want to miss a thing, that's Aerosmith. That'd be a power ballad. That is not on the list. But I wanted to give you an example of one. Okay, okay. Or like Bon Jovi, I'll be there for you. Well, the music's Messing me up. But you got it. Power ballads, you get five guesses.
Ray
Just. Oh, I have to just guess out of nowhere?
Amy
Well, no, not out of nowhere. I've given you the category.
Ray
Yeah.
Amy
So of all time, you get five guesses, and everyone you get right gets Eddie closer to winning money.
Eddie
Come on, Abby, just breathe. Relax. It's not a big deal if you.
Amy
Don'T know rock song. Another example would be, like, Metallica. Nothing else matters.
Ray
Okay.
Amy
Slow, kind of rocky.
Eddie
She knows that one.
Ray
Like REO Speedwagon.
Eddie
Oh, my God.
Amy
Now you can. You can guess anything. I need songs, though.
Ray
I want to know what love is.
Amy
Okay.
Ray
Ario Speedwagon.
Amy
She goes with Oreo Speedwagon. I want to know what love is. Incorrect.
Ray
Dang it.
Eddie
Not on the list.
Amy
I want to know what love is. Do they have to get the song? I think just the song. Don't say the band. So Foreigner. I want to Know what Love Is. Is it number.
Ray
Oh, Foreigner. Dang it.
Eddie
So she gets this.
Ray
Oopsies. Yeah, just a song.
Amy
Just. Just the song. But I don't think. I think she gets that point. Yeah.
Ray
Really? Okay.
Eddie
Okay, good.
Amy
So I just need the song. Okay, that's right, though. That's number five of all time. I want to know what love is. I want you to show me. Yep.
Ray
I love them. Go ahead and sticks.
Amy
You don't love them because you said it was.
Eddie
You didn't know it was them.
Amy
Yes. Go ahead.
Ray
Okay. Let's see. Heart Alone. Sing it on my own I never really cared Until I met you so.
Amy
You'Re going with alone?
Ray
Yes. I shouldn't have said the artist because I.
Amy
But it's okay. You're just going with Alone.
Ray
Alone.
Amy
Okay. At number two. Heart Alone.
Eddie
No way.
Amy
Abby, let's go.
Ray
Okay.
Amy
And thank you for singing it, too. You nailed it.
Ray
Yeah, till now.
Amy
I finally found it on my own. Yeah.
Eddie
All these karaoke things that she's doing, it's helping.
Amy
It's not karaoke. She's playing music at a bar to make money and get farther a career.
Eddie
That's it.
Amy
Go ahead, Abby.
Ray
This is hard, though.
Amy
You've gotten two in a row. I don't think much even know a song on the list.
Ray
I think I'm out, though. Let's see. Okay. What's the slow like? Power. No. Every rose has its thorn. Every rose has its thorn. I don't know if that's a love.
Amy
So. So is that your answer?
Ray
Yeah.
Amy
You're going with Poison. Every rose has its thorn. At number 19. That's correct, Abby.
Ray
Okay. Oh, man. Is there like a.
Amy
She's crushing it.
Eddie
She's crushing. I love it.
Amy
Go ahead, Abby.
Ray
Feel like a Pat Benatar song. Sticks.
Amy
Top 25 greatest power ballads in rock history. Abby is three for three. Unbelievable.
Ray
Oh, there's Journey. Journey. What is their song? A power bat like Don't Stop Believing. Don't Stop Believing.
Amy
Is that your answer?
Ray
Yeah.
Amy
Correct.
Ray
Oh, wow.
Eddie
What number is that?
Amy
Number four.
Bobby Bones
Wow.
Eddie
Keep it going, Abby.
Amy
She's gone four. She's four for four. He's not gonna get one, which sucks, because I'm gonna lose my money. I'm gonna lose my money. Abby, go ahead.
Ray
Okay. One more.
Amy
Yeah.
Ray
Let's see. Let's use another Sticks. You said Aerosmith was one, right?
Amy
It was way down the list. Not in the top 25.
Ray
Bon Jovi. What is his song?
Bobby Bones
Oh, no.
Ray
I'm running out of ideas.
Amy
No answer.
Ray
Sticks.
Amy
10 seconds.
Ray
Oh. Dare to say I'm gonna keep on loving you.
Amy
3.
Ray
I'm gonna keep on loving you.
Amy
Time. So you're gonna go with I'm gonna keep on loving you.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Ray
REO Speedwagon.
Amy
Keep on loving you. REO Speedwagon. Number 11. This is amazing.
Ray
I love classic rock, so yay.
Amy
Hey.
Eddie
And you love REO Speedwagon?
Bobby Bones
I do.
Amy
I've never lost money so hard in my life. She went five for five.
Eddie
This is awesome.
Amy
I wanna keep on loving you. Cause it's the only thing I wanna do. All right, bring in Lunchbox. I'm just gonna give him five minutes.
Eddie
Total, see what happens.
Amy
We should give him 100 guesses in five minutes. Okay, here comes Lunchbox in studio. Now, he's not heard any of this. He's been in the isolation booth, which is actually outside on the ledge. And our security guy, Tim, stands with him to make sure he doesn't cheat good.
Eddie
Or jump.
Bobby Bones
Oh, yeah. I was thinking, like, our job or.
Eddie
Jump, because you never know.
Amy
Okay, here he is. Okay, Lunchbox, so we won't tell you how Abby did, but I did bet on you again.
Lunchbox
Oh, cool, man.
Amy
$7 on the line. You've never won me money. You've only lost me money. Let's see how you do. All right, so the 25 greatest power ballads of all time in rock music.
Lunchbox
Power ballads?
Amy
Yeah. It's like the 80s and 90s. It's basically slow rock songs, for example. And I don't want to miss a thing.
Lunchbox
Yeah, I got that.
Amy
That would be. Well, you just went totally confused. Like power. I'm just trying to explain it to you okay? Yeah. Yeah. Another one would be, like, blazer glory. Bon Jovi. I'm going down in a blaze of glory. So slow rock songs from the 80s and 90s.
Lunchbox
Okay, what do you want me to do with them?
Amy
You have to get five of the top 25. You get five guesses.
Lunchbox
Oh, I have to come up with them myself.
Amy
There's a list of the top 25 ever. You need to nail five of them.
Lunchbox
Oh.
Amy
And you have five total minutes starting now.
Lunchbox
I need to start naming songs.
Amy
Well, you only get five guesses, so.
Eddie
Take your time, man.
Lunchbox
Well, now I. I mean, I have no. I mean, I don't even know where to start. Like, I mean, I literally have no idea. What a power.
Amy
I literally just talked you all the way through it. 80s and 90s slow. Yeah, but you just didn't. And then gave you examples. Holes.
Lunchbox
Yeah, but now I don't. So those could be on the list.
Amy
Eddie, here's my money.
Eddie
You're just gonna pay me just like.
Amy
I don't even want to. I don't want to sit through this for five minutes.
Lunchbox
Could those be on the list?
Eddie
Try, dude, try.
Amy
No, they're not. I would have given it to you. Those are on the list way past what the cutoff is. 3, 4, 5, 6.
Lunchbox
Oh, okay. All right. All right, then. I got it.
Amy
Go ahead.
Lunchbox
Born in the usa.
Amy
Okay, show me Bon Jovi. Born in the usa. Not a ballad in any way whatsoever. Yeah, it's. It's not about. Go ahead.
Lunchbox
Maybe I don't know what a ballad is.
Eddie
It's a slow song, man.
Lunchbox
Born in the usa. That's. That's not slow.
Eddie
Yeah, it is, but it's not on.
Amy
The list, and it's not a. It's not a ballad. That's not a ballad.
Lunchbox
Okay.
Amy
I've lost 33 on Lunchbox, for the record.
Eddie
Really?
Amy
Yeah. I've made some back with Amy and somebody, but I've lost 33 lunchbox. But you won't, because I keep betting.
Lunchbox
You won one time with me.
Eddie
You made a little bit there.
Amy
Overall, I've lost 33 on Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
Power balance.
Amy
Go ahead.
Lunchbox
But it's not. That's not.
Amy
Brock, you have three and a half minutes or four guesses.
Lunchbox
Yeah, because I was thinking, I will always love you. But that's not rock, so that's not gonna be it. Rock.
Amy
It's my fault. I get so annoyed. But I picked him. I could have picked anybody. It's my fault. It's not your fault. It's my fault.
Lunchbox
It's not that your fault. It's. I don't think I understand what I am even guessing.
Amy
Like, I raised a bad kid and I'm blaming on the kid.
Lunchbox
Like, I don't even know. I guess I don't really understand. Understand?
Eddie
What don't you understand?
Bobby Bones
But like rock, like I will always love you, that is a ballad, but it's not rock.
Amy
Right.
Lunchbox
Okay, so that is a ballad.
Bobby Bones
Yes.
Amy
Yeah. That's a slow song. Yes.
Lunchbox
Okay, so I need a rock song.
Amy
They're. They're called power ballads. In rock history.
Lunchbox
Who else did rock song?
Amy
You have two and a half minutes. Now you're just looking for anyone that did a rock song.
Eddie
A lot of them. A lot of them.
Lunchbox
What in the world? That song. That's not. I don't know. That's not power, though. No. Everybody hurts power. I don't know if that's rock my problem. Jeez. This is tough, guys. Power ballad.
Eddie
This is hard to watch.
Amy
It's, it's tough to listen to and watch. And we're in the room.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Amy
Imagine being our listeners right now. No, no, no.
Lunchbox
I, I just don't.
Amy
Abby went five for five. She sat down. No, all five. She just, she, she wiped five off the list immediately.
Lunchbox
Well, that's pretty impressive.
Eddie
And you're gonna let Abby win like that?
Amy
She, he's, she's already won. I was just giving him a chance.
Lunchbox
She already won, but I, I guess I, I, I'm just trying to think of one.
Amy
You have. That's correct. You have a minute and 30 seconds. You can do it, Eddie. Everyone he gets to the four can have a dollar back.
Eddie
Sure.
Amy
Okay.
Lunchbox
Well, Eddie, you're gonna keep all four dollars because I don't even know.
Amy
Seven dollars. Yeah.
Lunchbox
Oh, seven.
Amy
You only have four more guesses.
Lunchbox
What is a song.
Eddie
Which more time.
Lunchbox
We have Living on a prayer.
Amy
Oh, so you, you did come up with a 80s rock song. I have no idea.
Lunchbox
I don't even know what it's. How it sounds.
Amy
Whoa, we're halfway there. Living on a prayer. Not a ballad. Not a ballad, but a rock song is not correct. No.
Eddie
Keep that dollar.
Amy
Yeah.
Lunchbox
That's not a ballad. Pour some sugar on me, step inside.
Eddie
Walk this way, you and me, babe.
Bobby Bones
Hey, hey.
Amy
Not a ballad.
Eddie
Definitely power, though.
Amy
Power. Definitely power. No ballad. What? Yeah. 40 seconds.
Lunchbox
I am so confused. I don't understand. Like, I literally. I guess I'm just not understanding at all.
Amy
I would say that. Yes. From the entire segment, I would say that. Yeah. But this is my fault. I'd like for everybody to know my irritation is with me, not with him. I think you're apologize for being irritated to you. I apologize to you. I do not apologize to you.
Lunchbox
Don't stop believing.
Amy
I have learned my lesson. Show me. Don't stop believing. Correct.
Eddie
Yeah. One more back.
Amy
You have 10 seconds. Thank you, Eddie. Well, just keep it. I'll just give you six.
Lunchbox
Open arms.
Amy
Open Arms. By. Do you know who? By any.
Lunchbox
The same person.
Amy
Show me Open arms. No, that's wrong. It's correct. Open Arms. Journey.
Ray
Dang.
Eddie
That's on the list?
Amy
Yeah. Oh, well, now that I know Journey's a rock band. Come to you with open arms.
Eddie
Is that the song you were thinking of?
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Eddie
Wow.
Lunchbox
I knew.
Amy
Or were we thinking Creed? Arms Wide Open?
Lunchbox
No, I know that one.
Amy
So now I owe you five bucks. Okay, you have five seconds on bucks.
Lunchbox
Okay.
Amy
You did get two after we, like.
Lunchbox
I did get two.
Eddie
He finally understood the game.
Lunchbox
No, no. I didn't realize Journey was a last guess. Everybody hurts Rem.
Amy
I think that's a great guess. It is not on the list, but, Eddie, I will give you five bucks.
Eddie
Five dollars? I'll take it.
Amy
Abby, great job. Good job.
Ray
Thank you.
Amy
I pledge 2, 3, 4, 5. To not bet on Lunchbox anymore.
Ray
Do I get a tip? Eddie?
Amy
Oh, you gotta cut her in.
Eddie
Abby relaxes. Your first game.
Amy
Okay, Abby, you did go five.
Ray
Five.
Amy
Okay, let me give you the top. At least five.
Lunchbox
That was tough.
Amy
Abby, sing it for us. If I say it.
Ray
Oh, okay.
Amy
Prince. Purple Rain.
Ray
Purple Rain. Purple Rain.
Amy
Good job.
Lunchbox
He's rock.
Eddie
Yeah, man.
Amy
Prince was a rock. Yeah. He's one of the greatest guitar players to ever live. Number two, Heart Alone Till Now.
Ray
I always gone by On My Own.
Amy
That's a jam.
Bobby Bones
I don't know.
Amy
You don't know that one. Oh, that song's so good. Number three, Guns N' Roses. November Rain.
Ray
Oh, I don't know if I know that. No, I don't know.
Eddie
So you know, Nicole, whatever it is.
Bobby Bones
November Rain.
Amy
Oh, yeah, yeah. I'm trying to do Axel.
Ray
Why can I not?
Amy
Journey. Don't Stop Believing.
Ray
Don't Stop Believe in Foreigner.
Amy
I want to know what love is.
Ray
I want to know what love is.
Amy
Motley Crue, Home sweet home at 6.
Ray
I'm on my way Good. I'm on my way Home sweet home.
Amy
Aerosmith. Dream on at seven.
Ray
Ooh, dream. I can't do that.
Bobby Bones
You talk about dream.
Amy
That's it.
Bobby Bones
Dream.
Amy
Number eight, meatloaf. I do anything for love.
Lunchbox
Oh, that's one of the Commercial.
Eddie
You were a play.
Ray
I would do anything for love, But I won't do that.
Amy
Number nine, Night Ranger. Sister Christian.
Ray
Sister Christian. Dun dun dun dun Dun.
Amy
Wow. Number 10, Bryan Adams. Heaven.
Ray
Baby, you're all that I want when you're lying here in my arms.
Amy
This is fun. Just getting Abby to sing. I love it. We should have done this Is a lost relationship. Number 11, REO Speedwagon. Keep on loving you and I'm gonna.
Ray
Keep on loving you.
Amy
Number 12, journey faithfully.
Ray
Faithfully.
Amy
That's it. Mr. Mr. Broken Wings.
Ray
Oh, I don't know that one.
Amy
I can't get in my head right now either. Can you?
Eddie
No.
Ray
Oh. Oh, no. Never mind.
Amy
Warrant. Heaven.
Ray
Heaven.
Amy
I know. There's too many heaven songs. How about Bonnie Tyler? This one you'll know. We'll end with this one. Total Eclipse of the Heart.
Ray
Total Eclipse of the Heart. But I don't know, like, what else?
Amy
A couple more. Boston. More than a feeling.
Ray
More than a feeling.
Amy
Journey. Open arms.
Ray
So now I come to you with open arms.
Amy
Phil Collins, against all odds.
Ray
Oh, I forget how that goes. How's it go against all. I don't know.
Amy
I know you know that one. Yeah, you do too. We have too many songs in my head. Poison scorpions. Scorpions. When to change.
Ray
I don't know that.
Amy
Yeah, with the wind Change. All right. Good job, Abby. You're the one.
Ray
Thanks.
Amy
Thank you. Much more job. Abby, you got to.
Lunchbox
You got to listen. When you even read those songs off, you could have given me a thousand guesses. I wouldn't even name half of those songs. I don't know those songs.
Eddie
Now you know better to bet on Lunchbox.
Amy
That's correct. Thank you very much. Okay, so I want to play a couple voicemails because we debated if Amy spoiled a show called.
Morgan
Okay, nobody wants this.
Amy
Why did you grind?
Bobby Bones
Because I'm, like, waiting for my punishment if I did spoil it.
Eddie
You think you did.
Amy
Here's a voicemail. Go ahead. Number one, please.
Bobby Bones
Good morning, everyone. This is Tracy from Washington State.
Ray
I just wanted to call in about the spoiler.
Bobby Bones
She absolutely did spoil it. It is a TV show, and she.
Ray
Gave the ending, like, literally gave the.
Bobby Bones
Entire ending of the whole show. To what? In her spoiler. So she absolutely deserves to be punished. To what?
Amy
You realize she can't answer back. Cause that's recording. I know, but tell me that's basically an audio memory.
Eddie
Is this the show? The one that Morgan couldn't watch?
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Amy
Yeah, yeah.
Bobby Bones
But I didn't even. I don't even know I don't even remember the ending.
Amy
Ray, go ahead. Here's the other side of this.
Bobby Bones
Listen to part one at the end. Amy did not spoil. Nobody wants this. I think even back when season one came out was when Morgan was going through it with her ex. Boyfriend mentioned this show at that time, and nobody had any issues with the whole synopsis. So, no, she didn't spoil anything. Bye.
Amy
Yeah, we took the first 10 callers and we let that decide.
Bobby Bones
Oh, my gosh.
Amy
An 8 out of 10 said Amy spoiled.
Bobby Bones
No, but I didn't. Because, guys, I don't even remember the final verdict.
Amy
Yes, and she needs to be punished.
Bobby Bones
No, I don't even remember how it ends. Like, so how can I spoil it? Like, I'm just giving.
Amy
But you don't have to spoil it by giving away the full ending. You can say things that happen in episode six.
Bobby Bones
Everybody knows that he was a rabbi and she wasn't Jewish.
Eddie
Are you spoiling it again?
Bobby Bones
No.
Amy
Double spoil.
Morgan
No, it wasn't what you said. There was something else you said.
Bobby Bones
What did I say?
Morgan
And I'm not repeating.
Bobby Bones
Well, then just write it down, okay? Because I don't know.
Amy
Hey, don't spoil what she spoiled.
Eddie
Yeah, don't. And don't let the camera see it.
Amy
Yeah. Yeah.
Eddie
What would the penalty the punishment be?
Lunchbox
Shave the head.
Amy
Will of punishment.
Eddie
I love it.
Amy
Yeah.
Eddie
Amy. It's like I tell my kids, like, this has to stop.
Bobby Bones
Shut up, Eddie. Shut up.
Eddie
This has to stop.
Bobby Bones
Shut up, shut up, shut up.
Amy
Amy reported somebody on Instagram, like, told on.
Bobby Bones
Yes, I did. And they know why? Because I showed it to them.
Eddie
Dude, I saw Amy watching this. I'm like, amy, what are you looking at?
Bobby Bones
Watching it. I'm shocked going, y' all.
Eddie
No, she was watching it by herself.
Amy
Tell everybody what it was, Eddie.
Bobby Bones
See, now he's lying.
Eddie
No, I'm not.
Bobby Bones
Yes, you are.
Amy
What, are you watching it by yourself?
Bobby Bones
No, I was standing with them and I said, hey, guys, check this out.
Eddie
She said that after we busted her.
Lunchbox
That's true. Like, we're like, amy, you got naked girl on your phone.
Bobby Bones
No, I was showing them the Instagram of the this account where she has clothes on and then it flickers really, really fast. And she doesn't have clothes on. Sort of like picture. If you were like, flipping like, a card game. Like a card.
Eddie
It's like, Fight Club member Fight Club.
Bobby Bones
It's so fast, but, like, you know, a naked body, so you can't unsee it.
Amy
Okay.
Bobby Bones
And it's like, close naked, close naked. Close naked. And. And. And I saw that on Instagram. So that's what I reported to Instagram. And then they wrote me back that they don't have an issue with that account. I went to the account. I can't find the video. This is something that showed up on my explore. But when I went to the page, it wasn't doing that, but I screen recorded it because I needed proof that this is disgusting and it's. What if my kids were to see this on. This is on Instagram. This is. Should not. Is not okay.
Amy
But I think we're talking two different things here. One, you reported it. But two, why did you screen record it? Like, who are you going to show.
Bobby Bones
To prove I'm going to show. I sent another report to Instagram after they denied mine. And I'm fighting this. Like, there's no way. This is not okay. I don't know how they're doing it. I don't know how this account is doing it, but it's, It's. It's very disturbing. Especially knowing that, like, our kids are on Instagram because it's not like I have some profile that's like, adult.
Amy
Your burner account. Right?
Eddie
Don't you just click on, like, report user?
Amy
That's what she did.
Bobby Bones
I did report the user. And they wrote back. I'll tell you exactly what they wrote back. Wrote back to me.
Amy
They wrote back, boobs aren't bad. Basically.
Bobby Bones
No, they said. Our team has reviewed at Lock People's Post. They found that it does not go against our community standards on nudity or sexual activity. They saw it. What would y' all say, Guys, I saw it.
Amy
What's the nudity?
Bobby Bones
Do you want to see it?
Amy
There was no sexual activity.
Bobby Bones
It was nude.
Amy
But if she was, I'm not fighting for it or against it all. I'm going. I'm gonna push back just a little.
Eddie
Yes, go ahead.
Amy
I love pushing back, by the way. Even if I don't agree with me. Sometimes I just like to push back. If she's by herself and she's not touching herself, I would say that's not sexual activity. But it doesn't mean the nudity part is not there.
Bobby Bones
They said. They said, we understand this might be upsetting. Yes. If you want to see less of Ludke Vale on Instagram, you can unfollow. I don't follow. You can mute or block them. Okay, fine.
Amy
Why is that in your. For you then? What are you looking at that says that's for you?
Eddie
For. You are messed up Right now. Dude, even my son told me that.
Bobby Bones
His free said his is full of women looking at anything.
Eddie
Another language.
Amy
Let me. Let me look at mine for you then and see if they give me weird stuff.
Bobby Bones
Do you want me to show you mine? Do you want me to show you the video that I was showing them that they're acting like I was watching?
Amy
So I've done nothing on my for you. I'm just going to show you guys. This is my for you page and I'm going to read through them. I'm not hiding anything.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Amy
Number one is Wimby, his reach versus Mark Williams who plays for the Hornets. Like the B, they're basketball players. Number two is Kaitlyn Butts who sings you ain't gotta die to be dead to me. And Riley Greene's co host, singing Ella Langley. Yes, a picture of those two. We have a guy doing Auburn football. We have a guy saying I hope Barry Bonds dies who's mad about baseball. We have an old basketball player. We have casino. We have a gambling. We have two baby podcast videos of babies being the podcast. There's no naked girl, guys. I don't know what you guys are looking at, but I can tell you what I'm not.
Eddie
That's weird.
Lunchbox
Eddie doesn't look at it either though.
Amy
Let's do a second scroll to see if I have any naked girls. Okay, let me go to my Savannah Bananas.
Eddie
Who's she? Who is she?
Amy
It's the baseball team.
Eddie
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Amy
The only even female that pops up in mine is Megan Maroney and it's her page because I have country music on my page. There's a reason you guys are getting.
Eddie
I don't even scroll on Instagram. Like, I really don't. Like I tick tock.
Amy
It knows in your heart then what you want.
Bobby Bones
Not me. I don't want any part of whatever this was. And also in my Explore right now, there's no Lad v Veil. But like, I don't. It was like a random. I don't know, like it was like a body health.
Amy
A body health thing. Like boobs aren't bad.
Bobby Bones
Oh, if you go. No, it's like some foreign person I want to be. They need to check on Latvi. I don't know if she's okay. Like someone might be running her account.
Amy
You don't want your kids to see nudity on. I get that. But the sexual part, if she's by herself and she just. I don't know what she's doing. Like, girls gonna wild flash.
Bobby Bones
They just they put it.
Eddie
It's an.
Bobby Bones
They put it under nudity and sexual activity. Like, I didn't write in sexual activity. Like, I just said naked.
Eddie
You understand what the video is?
Bobby Bones
Do you want to see the video? You can see from here. Okay, you ready?
Amy
But I wonder why.
Bobby Bones
Don't put the camera on me.
Eddie
I'm not. I'm not.
Amy
I wonder why they.
Bobby Bones
Go ahead, be ready.
Amy
I have the worst vision in America.
Bobby Bones
Follow that's. And I said, nope, not now. See it?
Amy
I just see some of the flashing. But is she naked in that when she's.
Bobby Bones
The second one when it's flashing.
Amy
Oh, that's a lot.
Bobby Bones
She's totally.
Amy
Unless it's like art. Like, this is naked body art. I don't know.
Lunchbox
Weight loss thing or.
Amy
That does look.
Eddie
Okay, Amy, pull down a bit.
Amy
I know that's a bit aggressive. That's a bit aggressive because you also see, like, all of it. Yeah, you see her bottom half.
Bobby Bones
You see all of it. So also, it's so obvious.
Amy
Why'd you screen. Why'd you screen record that?
Eddie
See, that's going to be. That's going to be susp in court. Like, why would you.
Amy
Ain't going to court. One, two. You're gonna be fed so many videos like that. Now since you recorded that one, they're.
Lunchbox
Like, you screen recorded this. We'll give you Instagram.
Bobby Bones
But I screen record to attach it to my complaint. Like, why I screen recorded to. Because nobody would believe me. Y' all wouldn't believe me. Y' all would be like, okay, you saw a girl like, like, no, that's crazy.
Lunchbox
Have you paused it on that point? Is there. Are you sure there's nothing.
Bobby Bones
Like, is it a. Is it a shirt that looks like their name?
Eddie
Oh, that's interesting.
Lunchbox
Did you pause it?
Amy
Anyway, they said it didn't count.
Bobby Bones
Well, I have. They haven't replied back to my latest.
Lunchbox
Last night, she went back after they said, it's fine. She said, no, no, no, I think you're missing it. So you replied twice. Like, you complained twice.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. They said, if you think we made a mistake, you can request a review of this decision. Decision within 80 days. But we filed another Supreme Court in two months for an Instagram post for this.
Eddie
Hey, Fight for the kids.
Bobby Bones
Yes. Like, it's just not okay. Like, I'm just, like, totally disturbed by it.
Amy
Or just like, work on your own kids.
Lunchbox
Yeah. Or just say, what do you mean.
Amy
They'Re gonna run into stuff like that sometimes? Be like, what do you tell em?
Bobby Bones
Oh, sure.
Eddie
Don't screen record that. I would tell em.
Amy
Use Amy as example. Don't do what she did.
Bobby Bones
I know. I can't believe y' all think it's weird. I screen recorded it for evidence.
Amy
We think it's weird. You're looking for evidence. That's what it is. Like you're gonna take down the cartel or something.
Bobby Bones
But it's almost like if I just came to y' all with that, I don't know that you would believe me that she was fully naked.
Eddie
Pull up her post.
Bobby Bones
No, because. No. If you go to the page, you don't see that post.
Amy
Did you go to the reels though? Not just on her feed.
Bobby Bones
Oh, I think so.
Eddie
I bet the post is still up.
Amy
No, I would bet too. But if it's not, you may have got it taken down. It may have actually worked.
Eddie
Success. And you still have a screen record of it.
Bobby Bones
Here, let's see. Let me show you. Because I know she's wearing that dress in one of the pict pictures.
Amy
But don't do the picture. Go to the reels. The middle. The middle tab.
Bobby Bones
The blue dress. Look, I feel like she's. Look. Okay, this is the home page. See, look, I'm concerned. She's.
Amy
No, no, no.
Eddie
Go to reels in the middle.
Bobby Bones
That's it. I know that's it. Right? But watch.
Eddie
I'm getting off.
Bobby Bones
I swear I clicked this and it was not naked.
Amy
Go ahead. See, that looks like a picture, though.
Eddie
Next.
Bobby Bones
Nothing. It says full video, Lincoln bio, fire, flame, tired emoji.
Amy
Do reels, though. Amy, do reels, not pictures.
Bobby Bones
Oh, okay.
Amy
Like hit the middle of the pictures.
Bobby Bones
Do you see how it's confused?
Amy
But this is not confusing. Just go to. Go to the top. Go to the top.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Amy
Hit the middle button of the three.
Bobby Bones
Oh, real.
Lunchbox
And they're gonna be like, for. You're not liking this girl, you're on her page a lot.
Amy
Okay, now do you see?
Bobby Bones
Oh, this one has 1.3 million views.
Amy
And that's the one. No, she's. She's 800,000 of those.
Bobby Bones
Okay, I'm going to click on the double.
Amy
The.
Bobby Bones
Nothing.
Amy
Did you play it? Cuz if it's a real, it's got to play it. If it's a real, it's got to be.
Bobby Bones
I'm playing it. Nothing's happening, guys.
Eddie
They want you to click on the link. They teased you with the other one.
Bobby Bones
How did they do that? Where they made it to where it's.
Amy
Look at all the reels. See, there's another one up no, I'm.
Bobby Bones
Telling you, I did this.
Amy
So it's a ghost reel.
Morgan
It could be.
Eddie
Maybe do it on your phone.
Bobby Bones
What is that, though? See, but that's what I mean. That's why Instagram goes to their page and is like, we don't see anything wrong here because there's nothing wrong. But somehow they're backdooring.
Amy
Interesting.
Eddie
Perfect terminology. Not.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Amy
What else are you looking up over there? Type in backdooring.
Bobby Bones
Like I'm concerned. Some of these girls look really young. I don't like it.
Amy
Yeah, yeah.
Eddie
It's not good.
Bobby Bones
I mean, but I know I'm getting older. Some older girls look younger, but I don't like it.
Amy
All right, I'm gonna play a couple voicemails here. Let's go. Number two, Ray. Matt from Washington.
Eddie
Hey, Bobby, this is Matt. I wanted to try and persuade you to pick the Denver Broncos as your team. I live in Washington state now, but I'm an avid Broncos fan. Have been my whole life, and I followed them through all those super bowl losses. So, you know, I'm a real fan. Not want a bandwagon jumper. Pick the Broncos. Love your show.
Amy
Bye. Appreciate that, Matt. Got it down to four teams, but.
Eddie
You don't want a listener to persuade you. You want the team.
Amy
I'll be persuaded by anything. Oh, you can recruit me in any way. Give me reasons. I'm still open. My recruitment is open. Except for I'm going to go to one of those four teams. I've made my final four list.
Eddie
See what I can buy you then.
Amy
I got another cool Cowboys hat in the mail yesterday because I tried to get a Cowboys hat when I did the switch, and that was the first one that came in.
Eddie
Yeah, that wasn't a good one.
Amy
It wasn't a good one. I got a really good one yesterday, and it was too late for me to wear.
Eddie
Did you bring it?
Amy
No. If I become a Cowboys fan, I'm gonna wear it. If not, I'll give it to you.
Eddie
Okay.
Amy
Number four, Ray. I wouldn't have called to say that I was annoyed about the Amy being late bit and kind of being left hanging. It was definitely worth the wait to hear Amy explore, explain her side and the reason the payoff was so, so good. Thank you. Really wasn't supposed to be a bit with a payoff. You know, there are times we build something up, like a home run derby or basketball shootout, and there's a bit we're leading up to it, and there's a payoff. Where can she do it? Can she not do it. This was not that. This was just normal conversation. And Amy was late. Only person to be late, anything for the show in years. And then the reason she was late was because she wanted to drive by my house and honk and have my. Yes, it was. And have my wife here. A honk.
Bobby Bones
No, no, no. I got distracted because that idea popped in my head while driving. It wasn't a premeditated, you know, thing. It just was. I was in the moment.
Eddie
It is crazy because I've driven by your house three times now and honked and I don't think you've heard me.
Bobby Bones
No, but have you. Have you said, please let me know.
Amy
Next time you do, I'll take a listen?
Eddie
Well, no, I figured like you would text me and be like, did you just honk?
Amy
But how would I know you're honked?
Eddie
I don't know.
Amy
I know.
Bobby Bones
Well, yeah, that's the thing though.
Eddie
I was on quite the experiment.
Bobby Bones
I was on the phone.
Eddie
Amy was onto something with this.
Amy
Maybe if there's a certain tone like honk, honk, I would know it's you.
Bobby Bones
Honk, honk.
Amy
I want to talk about divorce coaches because you can hire a divorce coach. Married couple's looking to split up. They charge about 300 bucks an hour. A divorce coach. Not exactly an attorney because I think they would think they would say attorney. What do you think? A divorce coach?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I mean, I could see how that could be beneficial. I mean, I sought out advice from friends that had gotten divorced and I feel like they were sort of coaching me in a way and not in a legal sense, but like, hey, this.
Amy
Is like a life coach type thing.
Bobby Bones
What you need to do. This is what worked for us, this is what didn't work for us. And I got, you know, advice that.
Amy
Way from the New York Post. Couples are shelling out hundreds of dollars per hour for divorce coaches. Nowadays, 40 to 50% of people's first marriages end in divorce, according to the New York Times. And to make things even more real, reportedly every 42 seconds a US couple ends their marriage. So do these unhappy couples. Navigating, closing the chapter. People are hiring divorce coaches. According to this article, some of the services are helping clients parse out emotional reactions from information in their legal cases, working with attorneys to provide additional support to help strategize a plan for post divorce life, not just for the divorce, when the attorney then goes away because they're not doing anything legal. Divorce coach Renee Garcia takes steps further by helping divorcees with their well being and eventually their dating lives. So she's like the follow up. Her rates start at 1600 bucks an hour.
Bobby Bones
Oh.
Amy
What?
Bobby Bones
That's insane. Oh, my gosh.
Amy
You better make videos for me like that over there on Amy's Instagram.
Eddie
So they're trying to save your marriage or.
Bobby Bones
No, they're helping you navigate divorce. Like, Ben and I had a couple's therapist that helped us navigate the. I mean, we were working with them before when we were trying to work through stuff, and then once we made the decision not to, we. We still were using him for guidance on how to proceed.
Amy
And this divorce coach is also doing in the middle of divorce, when you're getting these. Having these emotional things thrown at you, having to decide emotion to work with your mental part, not just what the attorney is doing is just working with the legal part. Yeah, right. Like being a friend, quote.
Eddie
Yeah, that's helpful.
Bobby Bones
That's what I'm saying. Like, our couple service sort of played that role too. I mean, that's why I don't think it's a bad idea.
Amy
You need your own. You don't want to have one on both.
Eddie
Well, would this, right, like, two teams have their own coaches?
Bobby Bones
Would this coach work?
Amy
Andy Reid doesn't coach the Eagles and the Chiefs. Yes. Yeah. You hire one for just one.
Bobby Bones
Okay. Well, for us, it was helpful. I mean, if you're. If there's kids involved, I don't know, it's not terrible. It's. Sometimes it's good to just have a third party there that can hear both of you and, you know, is not, like, gonna take one of your side. If you're paying one person, they're gonna likely sometimes side with you just because you're.
Amy
No, if I'm paying somebody to be my own coach, I want them to help me inside with me and be my emotional.
Bobby Bones
But sometimes you may not be right and you need to be.
Amy
But that's okay. Somebody that I pay on my side can tell me I'm not right.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Amy
I need them to be my advocate if I'm paying somebody.
Bobby Bones
No, I understand having an advocate, and your lawyer definitely will do that.
Amy
Like, my wife is my advocate, but she tells me a lot of times I'm not right. So I don't think an advocate means they tell you you're right all the time. They're not a yes man.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I guess I would just. I don't mind. I'm just saying I didn't mind that we had a therapist and we both would present things. Yeah, I'm sure That was healthy, and they could help us work through it. It wasn't a.
Amy
Unless he always. Archetype Therapist.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. It's not ideal, but I'm not saying anything about that show.
Amy
Good job. Tiffany Gomez. Ring a bell? How about crazy plane lady Tiffany Gomez?
Bobby Bones
Sadly, there's been a lot of people going crazy on a plane.
Amy
Remember the woman that went to the front of the flight and was like, that's not real. They're not real.
Bobby Bones
Who's not?
Amy
Like, saw their, like. Like the. Like the lizard face or whatever. Oh, do you remember her? Super.
Bobby Bones
I feel like some sort of alien thing what's popping in my head.
Amy
But she's known for her 2023 airplane meltdown. She was the one where she was like, that MFer back there is not real.
Eddie
Just talking about a person.
Amy
Yeah. I said they, like, had lizard eyes. You would for sure remember it. She's like, the most famous plane person ever to go crazy. Yeah. And then she came out, and we were debating if it was really her or not, because she went on TMZ after being in hiding for a while, and we're like, I don't think that's really her. Well, anyway, she's launching a new career on passes, which is like onlyfans, but they don't allow explicit content, but it's like unfiltered content about the personal life of somebody. So basically, it's onlyfans without them taking the dress off.
Lunchbox
I'll pass.
Amy
Like your video. So what do they do, just show you their life? They document their life. That's what she's doing now.
Bobby Bones
Cool.
Amy
I can't believe you don't remember.
Bobby Bones
I mean. No, I remember what you're saying now.
Amy
I think you remember what she looked like, too, if I showed you, but yeah. Anyway. All right, I think we're done. You guys good?
Lunchbox
Yeah, I'm good.
Bobby Bones
Man.
Amy
Weekend plans, Amy?
Bobby Bones
Pickleball tonight and dinner.
Lunchbox
Oh, you're getting on the pickleball train now?
Amy
Whoa.
Bobby Bones
Well, it's a duck.
Lunchbox
It's like, first the glasses, now the.
Bobby Bones
No, no, My boyfriend already plays.
Eddie
I see what's happening.
Bobby Bones
No, no, no.
Eddie
You're gonna watch the Razorbacks play, too, this weekend.
Amy
Go ahead. They do play tonight.
Bobby Bones
Okay. No, he already. No, we're doing, like, a double date thing, and then. And I know Bobby plays golf, but I'm going to play golf, too.
Eddie
You're gonna play golf, too?
Amy
Let me guess. You're colorblind. You having trouble sleeping?
Bobby Bones
No, I sleep great.
Lunchbox
Are you really playing golf this weekend?
Bobby Bones
Mm.
Lunchbox
Do you have clubs.
Bobby Bones
Nine holes.
Amy
No, no. Golf.
Lunchbox
Yeah. I thought you said you're playing golf.
Eddie
Yeah.
Amy
You get 18 holes. Not that I counted.
Bobby Bones
No, no, no, I'm playing. I'm only gonna do nine.
Lunchbox
Oh, you're right.
Amy
Okay.
Bobby Bones
Because I've not really ever done a full round, so I'm not doing. I told him I'm not doing 18. It's not going to happen.
Amy
Good for you.
Bobby Bones
So, I don't know, it's just like.
Amy
Picking up those credentials. Not going to happen. Yeah, according to Amy.
Bobby Bones
That's what I said. It's not going to happen. But I have to get a collared shirt, so I need to go golf. Shopping for a collared shirt?
Amy
Yeah, they're like golf stores. Just like a polo shirt. Any kind of polo shirt. Do you have any kind of polo shirt at all?
Bobby Bones
I want it to be sleeveless.
Amy
Okay.
Bobby Bones
And white, because I have a white skirt.
Eddie
Cool, man.
Bobby Bones
So what are you doing?
Amy
Look good, feel good. Yeah.
Eddie
What are you doing?
Amy
Is it raining this weekend? It's supposed to. I was probably gonna play pickleball and golf.
Eddie
Oh, really? Nine holes.
Amy
I gotta get a shirt, though. Thank you, guys. We'll see you on Monday. Bye, everybody. This episode of the Bobby Bones show brought to you by Chase Sapphire Reserve. Podcast Summary: The Bobby Bones Show
Episode: FRI PT 2: Lunchbox Is Upset Over CMA Fest Last Night + 25 Greatest Power Ballads + Amy Reported Someone On Instagram
Release Date: June 6, 2025
Host/Author: Premiere Networks
The episode kicks off with Bobby, Amy, and Morgan discussing last night's CMA Fest performances. Bobby shares a standout moment when he and Morgan had a brief stage interaction during Riley Greene's exit, leading to Morgan introducing the next act, Max McNown.
Bobby Bones [04:02]:
"Max McNown? Yeah."
Amy:
"I'm surprised he was playing the big stage."
Bobby explains the confusion as Max played center stage instead of the main stage, highlighting the layout changes from the previous year when big names like Post Malone and Blake Shelton made unexpected collaborations.
Morgan:
"But for those fans out there, that was probably really, really cool because they had no idea that, like, Blake Shelton, Post Malone would be way out there."
Lunchbox, a recurring character, expresses his dissatisfaction with his role at CMA Fest. He felt undervalued when his segment was scripted poorly, placing him last in the lineup despite his efforts.
Lunchbox [14:03]:
"I got it."
Amy:
"You could have been like, you're the headliner, last to go. You could have been like, you're the sandwich. There are many ways."
The hosts humorously dissect the mishandling of Lunchbox's segment, discussing issues like early credential pickups and miscommunications about schedule timings. Lunchbox laments the minimal output compared to the hours invested.
Lunchbox [22:39]:
"Well, do you count Going to pick up the credential? All three hours."
Amy:
"And then your total output was 13 seconds."
The segment underscores the behind-the-scenes challenges of event participation, highlighting mismanagement and the impact on team morale.
Amy introduces a game segment focused on identifying the top 25 power ballads in rock history. Abby, a guest participant, impressively guesses five out of five correct songs, showcasing her knowledge of classic rock ballads.
Amy:
"UltimateClassicrock.com has ranked the top 25 greatest power ballads in rock history... If I were to sing a couple like 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing,' that's Aerosmith. That'd be a power ballad."
Abby:
"I want to know what love is."
(Correct – Number 5)
Abby continues to nail subsequent guesses, including:
Her flawless performance earns applause and demonstrates her deep appreciation for classic rock music.
Amy:
"Abby is three for three. She’s gone four. She's four for four. This is amazing."
The hosts play voicemails from listeners, debating whether Amy inadvertently spoiled a TV show. Tracy from Washington State accuses Amy of revealing the show's ending.
Tracy [57:46]:
"I just wanted to call in about the spoiler... She absolutely did spoil it."
Amy defends herself by arguing that she doesn't recall the show's ending, emphasizing the unintentional nature of the supposed spoiler.
Amy:
"I don't even remember the ending. So, how can I spoil it?"
The debate continues with Bobby expressing confusion over the accusations, while Eddie and Lunchbox humorously chide Amy for the misunderstanding.
Bobby recounts his experience with Instagram concerning inappropriate content. He describes encountering a disturbing video featuring a naked individual, which he promptly reported. However, Instagram's response was dismissive, stating the content didn't violate community standards.
Bobby Bones:
"They wrote back that they don't have an issue with that account... I went to the page. I can't find the video."
Amy and the other hosts investigate the issue during the live show, reviewing their own Instagram feeds to understand the discrepancy. It becomes apparent that Instagram's algorithms might have inconsistencies in content moderation.
Amy:
"All my friends wrote all those songs for that show. But it's like, play a song. I don't remember that one."
Bobby voices his frustration over Instagram's handling of explicit content, especially concerning the safety of their children on the platform.
Bobby Bones:
"It's very disturbing. Especially knowing that our kids are on Instagram because it's not like I have some profile that's like, adult."
The segment highlights concerns about social media content control and the challenges of reporting and removing inappropriate material.
As the episode nears its conclusion, the hosts engage in light-hearted conversation about their weekend activities. Bobby mentions his plans to play golf and pickleball, while Amy shares her involvement with pet health care and other personal anecdotes.
Amy:
"Keeping my dogs Stanley and Ellar healthy has never been easier than with pet meds."
Bobby Bones:
"Weekend plans, Amy?"
The episode wraps up with playful interactions, reinforcing the friendly and informal dynamic among the hosts.
Amy [04:05]:
"Sometimes things just popping in my head."
Eddie [06:35]:
“Hey, Amy, what are you looking at?”
Lunchbox [14:03]:
"I went there and all I did was get on stage and say, hey, see these cameras around here?"
Amy [57:15]:
"She absolutely did spoil it. It is a TV show, and she."
Bobby Bones [65:00]:
"I'm just fighting this. There's no way. This is not okay."
In this episode of The Bobby Bones Show, listeners are treated to a vibrant mix of event recaps, interactive games, listener interactions, and candid discussions about social media challenges. The dynamic interplay between Bobby, Amy, Morgan, Eddie, and Lunchbox offers both entertainment and relatable insights, making it an engaging listen for fans and newcomers alike.
