Come on.
Bobby Bones
Amy thinks we should possibly put a hug bell on the studio.
Morgan
Yeah, you just ring the bell when you need a hug.
Eddie
Oh, and somebody hugs you.
Morgan
Yeah. No, I mean, I do realize we have a few kinks to work out with HR probably, or something, but this.
Bobby Bones
Show doesn't get HR because it's all bits.
Morgan
Okay, well, then if it happens on.
Bobby Bones
The air, it's a bit hug.
Morgan
Bell it up.
Bobby Bones
I don't think people want to be hugged.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
What?
Morgan
But you. Maybe you don't know that you need.
Bobby Bones
The hug, but then if I don't know, I'm not gonna ring the bell, Correct?
Morgan
Well, you could give it a try.
Eddie
Could you ring the bell for someone else?
Bobby Bones
That gets dangerous.
Lunchbox
And then if you ring the bell, do you say, I want so and so to hug me, or does someone just have to go voluntarily hug you?
Bobby Bones
I don't think you can pick who you want to hug you, because that would feel creepy. If you ring the bell, somebody just hugs you.
Morgan
Yeah. It's just like, whoever's closest or something.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Morgan
I don't know. I just thought, where did you see that?
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Morgan
Like, I don't know. A mom said she put a hug bell in her living room or something. And it's been great just for kids, recognizing their emotions and their needs. And I said, a mom and a kid.
Bobby Bones
A mom and a kid makes sense.
Morgan
Yeah. So hug bell in the living room. I kind of thought, well, maybe we need a hug bell in the studio.
Bobby Bones
I don't think that it's right for this environment because I think it would be abused somehow. I don't know how yet. Somehow I'd be abused.
Morgan
What about a high five bell? Yes, you need a high five.
Eddie
We can do a high five.
Morgan
Like, this is. High fives are very sportsman. Like. Like, that's why the high five. It's got power.
Eddie
What about butt pats?
Bobby Bones
See, this I'm talking about.
Morgan
Morgan says high five, and y' all turn into a butt pat. I high five. Sportsman high five might actually work.
Eddie
But I still think that we should do, like, Lunchbox needs a high five. Ring the bell.
Bobby Bones
You can't ring for other people, Right.
Eddie
Sometimes people don't recognize that they need the high five.
Morgan
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
But it's up to them. To recognize because you can't be telling people to go touch other people.
Morgan
Okay, but just imagine like when we're celebrating a win, like high fives all around. And then the bell's just like, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
Lunchbox
We're gonna go chest bumps.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Morgan
I don't know about that.
Bobby Bones
Why don't we do crotch taps? That's my point. I think it works with families.
Morgan
As long as it's on air, it's fine.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, it's not a bad. Another thing is since it's only on air, people will be ringing in the middle of segments and then it's throwing us completely on air.
Morgan
It doesn't have to be. Okay, you're right. I wasn't picturing it being on air thing. But I guess if it's not on.
Bobby Bones
Air, then it becomes an HR issue because we're.
Eddie
Yeah, it's not a bit.
Bobby Bones
It's not a bit.
Eddie
Yes.
Bobby Bones
If we're doing bit.
Morgan
It's just like we're in here together. So many hours. Like hours and hours and hours. Like sometimes somebody just may need a hug or a high five.
Bobby Bones
And you know what, you can text whomever and be like, hey, would you give me a hug if you need one?
Eddie
That'd be weird.
Bobby Bones
It feels weird for him.
Morgan
Okay.
Bobby Bones
There's a guy playing pickleball and he was playing. There was like a rooftop pickleball game. It's like a couple stories up and the ball goes over the. Over the fence and so he goes is chase. And he dies.
Eddie
It's gone.
Bobby Bones
No, he died.
Morgan
Why'd he do that?
Eddie
That's a pit.
Bobby Bones
Well, he didn't mean to die. Like it wasn't his plan to jump off the building. It was an accident.
Eddie
He was trying to get the ball.
Bobby Bones
Horrifying footage is captured the moment a 32 year old fell to his death during a game of pickleball. The man can be seen falling, slash, leaping over the safety railing to try and get to the ball before plunging over the three story court. He. When he fell, they had like a mesh net there to catch balls and stuff. But when he fell, he was too much for the net and it tore under his weight. It was a club like you go and you play and the court is outside on kind of this rooftop thing and his momentum and he was chasing the ball like to save it either to hit it back in regardless.
Eddie
Got it, got it, got it. He wasn't trying to just like, oh, I don't want that ball to go over. He was trying to make a play and probably his momentum took him, but man, that's risky putting that right.
Lunchbox
I think he jumped over trying to get the ball.
Eddie
I.
Bobby Bones
He was trying to get a ball.
Lunchbox
I don't think he was trying to hit it.
Eddie
Oh, okay.
Morgan
That one just.
Bobby Bones
You ever see people that topgolf that fall off into the net? Yes. And then you see the camera video from the below ground and you see the people. You see them just hanging on the net because those nets have to be strong enough to catch people.
Eddie
Those are strong.
Morgan
How are they falling off?
Bobby Bones
They swing and there's nothing. There's nothing there. Like on the second and third levels.
Morgan
Yeah.
Lunchbox
And sometimes people get drunk and just do it to test the nets.
Bobby Bones
Ok, I've never seen someone just test the nets. I have seen people swing and be either no balance or be wasted and accidentally fall over. Yeah, but the videos from below are always funny. When you see their butts go boing into the net. You can die doing that. A human library. I thought this was interesting. Stevenson was telling you about this.
Morgan
Yeah. So instead of checking out a book, you sort of rent or check out a person and they tell me feels like prostitution at first.
Eddie
I don't like it.
Bobby Bones
It's not. But it's also in another country.
Eddie
Okay.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. This is in like Sweden or Norway.
Morgan
Or something, or Denmark or.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, one of those. One of those safe countries that have healthcare for everybody.
Morgan
Yeah. So this is something they practice there. I was like, oh, this could be cool. They are your entertainment of sorts. They tell you life lessons, they tell you their stories, their personal life, and then you learn from them and it just gives you an experience through someone else's eyes. Empathy. And so that's just something they do there instead of, you know, book library. It's a human library and you check people out.
Bobby Bones
It feels a bit like a sperm bank in that you know certain facts about people that gave you the sperm. And so you all take that sperm. This. And I've seen this happen in a couple of places. I've never been to one, obviously, but it tells you about the people. And then you contact the people and that you sit with them and, like, learn from them. It's actually very healthy and pretty wholesome. But human library sounds like a horror movie.
Morgan
Yeah, it's Denmark. It is Denmark.
Eddie
That would be a great movie. Starts all nice, like, oh, they're gonna come tell me a story. And then, oh, murder.
Bobby Bones
Oh, no. I was thinking, like, you take things from the human, like they're tied up and it's like, I'm gonna check out the. I need the lungs.
Eddie
Oh.
Bobby Bones
Or the kidney.
Eddie
Oh, Dang, dude.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Eddie
Signs of the lambs.
Morgan
It's dark.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. The most caring city in America is Virginia Beach. Shout out to Virginia beach listeners in 2024. And they listed this based on how much people gave. Volunteer hours, charitable donations, support for the homeless. Virginia beach comes in at number one. Boston at two. Scottsdale at three. A lot of Arizona. Places like Gilbert, Arizona. But I'm not sure where Gilbert is. No offense to people in Arizona. I don't know where Gilbert is. Fremont, California, is another small place. I didn't know. But San Diego, Colorado Springs, St. Paul and Madison, Wisconsin.
Morgan
Wow.
Bobby Bones
So they're the big carers there. Hey, I did see a list. Two of the worst pop culture moments of 2025. And so that's pretty broad to go. What do you think made the list? But if I give you, like, 30 seconds to think about it, like, what happened in 2025? And I do, like, but they're the worst. The worst pop culture moments. So, meaning cringe moments. What comes to mind?
Morgan
The Coldplay incident.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, Number two.
Eddie
It's a good one.
Bobby Bones
It's a great one. The Coldplay couple, the co workers caught canoodling at a Boston concert, then dived out of sight. That was in Boston.
Eddie
Didn't realize that.
Bobby Bones
I didn't either. But not in time to prevent the clip from going massively viral. No, what caused it to go viral was them diving. If they just would have chilled and been like, huh? It would have never gone viral. So it wasn't that they didn't get out in time. It's that they did it.
Morgan
And then Chris Martin is like, oh, what, are you guys having an affair or something?
Bobby Bones
Like, he's just like, that's only because they dove, Right?
Morgan
I know.
Bobby Bones
They never dove and just sat there. None of this would have happened. They'd have been caught, and within the room or within the arena, people would have been like, oh, dang, that's so and so and so. It had never gone viral. Chris Martin would have never said anything had they not dove out from the camera. It was so odd looking that it looked like a setup. It looked like when NBA teams go to the Kiss Cam and they're like, we're not kissing. And it's obviously people who work there and they're just doing it to go viral. It looked like that. It was so over the top. Yeah. If they just wouldn't have dove, I bet they think back about that. We just would have played it cool. It wouldn't have gone viral. Not a single person would have posted it. And Chris Martin wouldn't have said anything, and our lives wouldn't be ruined. But also before that, it's if we never cheated.
Eddie
Yeah, or that.
Bobby Bones
All right, Morgan, you're on the board.
Lunchbox
Diddy trial. That's bad.
Bobby Bones
No, it's not bad. It's worst pop culture moment. So it's not like killing murderers or anything like that.
Morgan
Well, this isn't worse, but Taylor and Travis got engaged. Like, some people might be, like, cringe, but I liked it.
Bobby Bones
I think most people liked it.
Morgan
Okay.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Morgan
Ariana Grande and Cynthia like all their red carpet stuff.
Eddie
Oh, the red carpet. Yeah, that was something.
Bobby Bones
Interesting. Interesting.
Morgan
Oh, Demi Curious.
Bobby Bones
No, didn't make it. I can give you guys hints about some of these because like I said, some of this stuff's gonna be tough. Yeah, you're gonna know every one of them, but it's gonna be tough. Most cringe worthy.
Lunchbox
Oh, Katy Perry. Space.
Bobby Bones
The Blue Origin. Space flight.
Morgan
Good one.
Bobby Bones
Katy Perry joined an all female crew, including Lauren Sanchez Bezos and Gayle King on blue origin for an 11 minute voyage into space. Many questioned the point, including the Wendy's Twitter account, which responded. Can we send her back? Talking about Katy Perry.
Morgan
Oh, man. Ouch.
Bobby Bones
Boxes on the board.
Morgan
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. Is that this year?
Lunchbox
I think that was this.
Eddie
Oh, that's the hotel.
Bobby Bones
It was this year, but it probably rolled into the year before that too. But the hotel. I was part of it. I get. No, but that wasn't really part of this. That was part of her campaign. And she sucks, though, where the person was recording her. No, I didn't make the list. Oh, it did make the list. It ends with us. Saga. Yeah.
Morgan
Okay.
Bobby Bones
All right. Morgan's on the board with two.
Lunchbox
Morgan. Hey.
Bobby Bones
It ends with us. Blake Lively. And director Justin Baldoni's still ongoing clash has generated thousands of pages of filings. Morgan's in the lead.
Eddie
Oh, I got one.
Bobby Bones
Go ahead.
Eddie
Lil Nas X.
Bobby Bones
Is that like 2018?
Morgan
What'd he do?
Eddie
He's drunk, naked, on the road.
Bobby Bones
I didn't make the big list. I thought you meant is it country?
Eddie
No, no. He was looking for some party, right?
Bobby Bones
He was in his underwear. He's ripped up. That's what I took from it. Like, Lil Nas X in good shape. All right, I'm gonna start to give you guys hints unless anybody else has anything else. There's 10 total. Morgan's in the lead.
Morgan
Bill Belichick and his girlfriend.
Bobby Bones
Boom. Amy's on the board, Jordan Hudson and Bill Belichick.
Eddie
Good one.
Bobby Bones
Jordan Hudson may have shut down questions on CBS about how she met Bill Belichick, who is 49 years older than her, which is crazy, because I'm not 49. I got years to go before I'm 49. That means if this were the same situation in my life, that person hasn't been born yet.
Lunchbox
Yeah, that's weird. Oh, it's so weird.
Bobby Bones
But the two were very loud about their love on social media and beyond. And by the two, her. Okay, Amy is now on the board.
Lunchbox
Good job, Amy.
Morgan
Thanks.
Lunchbox
What else? What else went down this year?
Bobby Bones
Give you 20 seconds and I'll go into the clues. This is from people, by the way. Yeah.
Morgan
Hmm.
Lunchbox
Man, we are really pop culture.
Bobby Bones
No, you guys have nailed four. That's good because you're all. Yeah, it's. It. It's hard to look back at a year.
Morgan
I keep getting a mix of, like, was it last year? This year. This year feels like a blur. Okay, so you said nobody's d. Nobody.
Bobby Bones
Died, and this was a merit. Nobody died.
Morgan
Chair throwing this year.
Bobby Bones
Nothing to do with country music. No, the chair. I don't know when that happened, but it's not on here.
Morgan
Okay.
Eddie
I love the video of him talking to the cops, though. That was a good one.
Lunchbox
That was pretty funny.
Bobby Bones
He was like, chris Young sucks or whatever. Isn't that what he said? Like, turn this off or something?
Morgan
Well, he was also complimenting Thomas Ratt.
Announcer
Yeah.
Morgan
Like, call my boy Thomas Ratt.
Eddie
And he was on the phone with.
Lunchbox
This is my song.
Eddie
He's like, eric Church is on the phone.
Morgan
Talk to him.
Bobby Bones
Am I wrong? Wasn't he. Weren't they playing Chris Young? And he's like this garbage. Don't play Chris Young. Yeah.
Morgan
Yikes.
Bobby Bones
That's 2024, though. Okay. All right, so we're going to start here. If you know it, we'll do it like this so it's not confusing. Just say your name is the buzzer, but once you go, you don't get to jump back in. All right. At number 10, it's a meme. It's something that a lot of parents couldn't figure out.
Morgan
Amy.
Bobby Bones
Amy.
Morgan
Six, seven.
Bobby Bones
Correct. Yep.
Lunchbox
I thought that was a good thing. That was bad.
Bobby Bones
When Dictionary.com picked 6, 7 as the meme and word of the year, confusion ensued. 6, 7, and number 10, number 9. This was controversial for a celebrity. I think a lot of people got upset with it. I felt like the people getting upset. I felt like it was A little overblown, like it wasn't meant to be. What it was getting accused of.
Lunchbox
Lunchbox, go ahead. Sydney Sweeney.
Announcer
Jean.
Bobby Bones
Great. Jean's campaign. Correct.
Morgan
American Eagle.
Bobby Bones
The Sydney Sweeney ad backfired due to misinterpretation as good genes leading to, like, eugenics. And so she's still answering questions about that. Okay. Lunchbox has two. Amy has to. Morgan has two. Eddie, you kind of suck.
Eddie
I got nothing.
Bobby Bones
Next up, it's. Somebody on television that was taken off television. Eddie. Eddie.
Eddie
Ellen.
Bobby Bones
No.
Morgan
No. Morgan.
Bobby Bones
Morgan.
Morgan
Jimmy Fallon.
Bobby Bones
No. Jimmy.
Morgan
Jimmy.
Bobby Bones
Amy.
Morgan
That's good. Jimmy Kimmel.
Bobby Bones
Correct.
Lunchbox
Dang it.
Bobby Bones
Jimmy Kimmel's near cancellation. His show was suspended after threats from the FC chairman over his political comments. Jimmy Kimmel's near cancellation at number eight.
Morgan
How did we end up with two night show hosts that are both.
Bobby Bones
Jimmy, there are only. There are three left. One of these you're not gonna get. You might, but we'll see. All right, next up, a story we talked about a bunch on the show because we thought it was crazy. It was a. Morgan. I don't know if it's this one, but. Morgan, are you jumping in? Go ahead.
Morgan
Cracker Barrel.
Bobby Bones
No.
Eddie
Oh, that's really good, though.
Bobby Bones
A story we talked about because it was illegal, but we thought it was funny. We actually rooted for the criminals a little bit.
Eddie
Eddie, that's the heist. The deluge.
Bobby Bones
Correct. Deluge. I'm on the board. Thieves stole. I would have said it just a heist. And after thieves stole 102 million in jewels from the museum, it was reported that the password of its surveillance system was simply Louvre Louv. Security at number seven.
Morgan
Amy, can I guess one?
Bobby Bones
You're gonna go blind. Wow.
Morgan
Oh, why not?
Eddie
He's giving hints away.
Bobby Bones
I got two left. I don't think you're gonna guess them.
Lunchbox
I like it.
Morgan
I guess now I get taken out of the next one. Oh, well, then go ahead, give the hints.
Bobby Bones
I'm gonna give the one that I think is harder, that I don't think you guys will get because it's kind of generic. And I'll save the one I think you might get. I'm gonna give you some of the specifics about this, some clues. Trampoline, a plane, doorbell cameras.
Lunchbox
Oh, lunchbox. Go ahead. The bear falling. Like the. When they were doing all the animals on the trampolines. Jumping. They're memes.
Bobby Bones
I'll accept it. Everybody falls for AI Animals like jump into the pool. There's so many.
Eddie
I felt for that one. It was like deer.
Bobby Bones
I think okay, we have one left. The score is Amy 3, Lunchbox 3.
Morgan
Morgan 2 is the one where there's a bunny rabbit feeding all its bunnies, and then the cat comes in and gets its kitten.
Bobby Bones
Probably AI. I watched a funny AI One yesterday, and you can put this crap on Facebook, and everybody believes it because that Facebook audience believes anything. But there was one, and there's a whole series of people that are, like, doing tug of war at a zoo through a hole, and people can just grab the rope and, like, pull against a monkey. You guys seen this?
Public Investing Announcer
Yes.
Eddie
The gorilla.
Morgan
The arm wrestling the gorilla.
Bobby Bones
So all fake. But I saw one yesterday. Yeah, all fake. All those are AI but the one yesterday, the guy was pulling on the rope, and the gorilla pulls him really hard into it. Big dude. And then pulls him so hard he goes through it, and the gorilla just starts pounding him.
Eddie
I saw that one.
Morgan
Hey, I'm gonna go blind.
Bobby Bones
There's only one left. Why would you not?
Eddie
And you're in the lead, I think, right?
Lunchbox
You're tired of the lead.
Morgan
I just want to go.
Lunchbox
I love it.
Bobby Bones
I'd wait if I were you, but. No, no, no.
Lunchbox
Go ahead.
Bobby Bones
All right, next one. Last one. This was less than 24 hours. All in.
Morgan
Oh, well, never mind.
Bobby Bones
It scared a lot of people. I never thought it was really going to happen. I was pretty vocal that I didn't think it was ever going to happen, even though the threat of it happening.
Lunchbox
Lunchbox.
Bobby Bones
Go ahead.
Lunchbox
TikTok being banned, correct?
Morgan
Oh, yeah.
Bobby Bones
What were you going to guess?
Morgan
Oh, the. The weird UFO things hanging out over.
Bobby Bones
Well, that's not like cringe celebrity. That's like real life. That's real news. They're being suppressed, so we don't know the truth.
Morgan
Oh, it's still a cringe truth, according to Bobby. Culture moment.
Bobby Bones
Did you watch the documentary? Not yet.
Eddie
She bought it, though.
Morgan
I did. I haven't purchased.
Eddie
She says that. But you gave her the money to buy it.
Morgan
Because he gave me the money, so I went ahead and bought it.
Eddie
Now you have to watch it.
Morgan
I didn't spend them. He said I had plenty of time.
Bobby Bones
I'm not rushing her to watch it all, and I don't think she'll. I don't think it's something that you can focus on for a full movie. Especially her. She struggles even an episode.
Eddie
Well, she multitasks.
Morgan
Not. Not during this, I won't. I will dedicate all of my time.
Bobby Bones
Hey, Raymundo. Oh, what's up with your Southwest Companion Pass?
Raymundo
So we're a little Bit short. Usually we're able to. Whatever the threshold is, we can get it. And we. I end up flying throughout the country for free for the entire next year. So we are short and in points terms it's about 7,000 but you can get three times the points at department stores. So essentially we're about $2,000 short. So I was enlisting the help of the show. If you guys need to use our credit card, then let's go and then we can get this and I'll be a companion passer for next year.
Bobby Bones
I don't understand. So you want us. If we're going to buy something, let you buy it. We pay you back.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And you get the points and we.
Raymundo
Got to do it within the next week.
Bobby Bones
Why would we just not do that if we have point cards for us?
Raymundo
Well, to help me accomplish the goal. Cuz we're short. We're not going to get it. I'm not. We're not spending 6k.
Bobby Bones
Oh, you need $6,000 in purchases.
Raymundo
Depending on what it is. Sometimes it's three times a point, sometimes two others. It's just a point for a dollar Question.
Lunchbox
Why not buy 6k worth of items and then return them in the new year January 1st?
Raymundo
Can't do it. Already looked into that.
Bobby Bones
And also the fraud part of it. But yeah, go ahead.
Raymundo
Yeah. Also that we would definitely never. And then some of them, you have to. Two months. They say you got to show proof for two months. Delivery services we had looked into and we're like all right, not doing that for two months.
Bobby Bones
Then how do you get it in time?
Raymundo
I believe they could then revoke it if you cancel with that company.
Bobby Bones
Got it. So they'd give it to you for a minute.
Raymundo
It has been looked into.
Bobby Bones
Got it. I don't know that this show is going to be a big help. Do you guys want to buy anything through Ray?
Morgan
Not really working on my own.
Bobby Bones
It feels a bit shady. Yeah.
Raymundo
A lot of department stores. Maybe if you want cable services that can also be covered and maybe double the points. Those are the ones we're looking for like three times the points. You guys need some in Marshalls. Boom.
Bobby Bones
The mall.
Raymundo
Let's go, let's go. You know, Supermarket sweep. Let's go. And then pay me back the next day.
Bobby Bones
You'll go with us? Yeah, online with you.
Raymundo
Because I would need the money very quickly because I mean we don't. We don't want 6k just sitting build on the card. I would need a transaction pretty quickly after that.
Bobby Bones
Ray's always got like some plan to do something shady.
Raymundo
Well, it's interesting.
Bobby Bones
He always has like the history of Ray is that there's always some way he's trying to figure scheme to make something happen.
Raymundo
Now that my wife's in on this too, she's like, hey, we got to get this companion. I've been all over. I went to Hawaii for free. I went. Did we go Texas maybe not to Mike's wed. I did. I went to Mike's wedding for free. I've been to Vegas for free. Detroit.
Bobby Bones
Can I suggest something? Because I know friends who have been super close on their past and they take a flight and come back the same day just so they can get it. Because to pay for a flight, if there are one flight away or that many points away, it's worth it to spend whatever the 3, 400 bucks. When you're going to save 3,000 the next year by being your partner's companion, that's a free pass with your partner.
Raymundo
Yeah, solo trip for me and I end up getting the threshold too. That's double. Two birds, one stone. Awesome.
Bobby Bones
The people I know that have done have flown there and like made it a point to fly there and come back the same day. I mean it wasn't even like a trip.
Raymundo
I'm going Hawaii if we're trying to rack it up.
Bobby Bones
Does Southwest fly to Hawaii?
Eddie
Yeah, they do.
Raymundo
That is the number one reason to get the companion pass. That is a free trip, nine hour flight.
Eddie
And they serve like a special drink on the flight to Hawaii. I see it. Because when you fly just to like Chicago, it's on the menu, but it says Hawaii flights only.
Bobby Bones
Okay. So does Southwest flight to Hawaii. Let me re ask my question. They fly to Hawaii. I knew that because they fly from California. But does every flight have to go to California and then to Hawaii?
Morgan
Most likely when I went on Southwest, we did have to stop like at lax.
Bobby Bones
Got it.
Eddie
Was the drink. Could you get the drink from Nashville to lax?
Morgan
I don't know. Because I didn't know.
Bobby Bones
That's not a Hawaii flight.
Eddie
Even though your destination is Hawaii.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, because they don't care about that. Yeah, because there are a lot of people on there that are also going to Bakersfield.
Morgan
Yes.
Eddie
But I wonder if you tell them like, no, no, I'm gonna connect in la.
Bobby Bones
And they're like, when you connect when you're going, that trip into Hawaii will make sure you get your drink. Other flights, like when I've flown out, I've flown from Atlanta, which is much better. Because you don't have to, like, change flights way later. I like to just either. I like to do the longest flight the quickest. Like, I like to get on my longest flight quick, meaning if I got to fly an hour to Atlanta and then fly 9 or 10, 11 to Hawaii, I'd rather do that than fly 5, break 4, or whatever that that break is. I just want to be in one place a lot of the time. I don't like moving around. I don't like. Even if it's way longer on a flight, I don't want to stop halfway through. I also don't want to stop with a small layover and then have a small flight. I don't know if I'm explaining that correctly. We flew to Europe. We went to, like, where do we go? Like, we went somewhere in Italy. We had to fly to, like, Paris, which is a really long flight, get off. We're tired, and then take, like, an hour and a half flight to over to Italy. I'd rather fly an hour and a half than go all the way to Italy. But I don't. You don't get to pick sometimes. But I know Southwest, I guess they don't go except from California to Hawaii or Las Vegas. They do fly from Vegas. Yeah.
Guest
We've had to stop there multiple times to go to.
Bobby Bones
You've been to Hawaii multiple times?
Guest
Oh, my God, like, probably 15, 20 times.
Lunchbox
What?
Eddie
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Oh, you're from California, though, or you spent a lot of time in California?
Guest
Yeah, we. From there, we used to just go straight from.
Bobby Bones
Are you eating a cookie?
Lunchbox
Beef jerky.
Bobby Bones
Sorry.
Eddie
Right at that moment, sounds like he's eating a cookie.
Announcer
I don't know.
Morgan
But also, like, don't you have family in Hawaii?
Guest
Yeah, my wife's family. Her grandmother was from Hawaii before it was a state.
Eddie
Wait, so what year was that?
Guest
She was born, like, in 1910 or 20.
Morgan
She's passed since, but he's just sharing how long.
Bobby Bones
Let's guess when Hawaii became a state. I'm gonna guess 1958.
Eddie
Yeah, I was gonna guess 50s. I'm gonna go 55.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, no, now you're. Now we're just all gonna base them off each other. But when would you have guessed? 1962, 56. Okay, so we're just guessing all based off.
Eddie
Come on, baby.
Bobby Bones
What do you have? 1959.
Eddie
Oh, you got it.
Bobby Bones
No, I missed it by a year.
Eddie
Yeah, but you're the closest. You didn't go over.
Bobby Bones
Oh, we're doing prices, right?
Eddie
Yeah, man, always.
Lunchbox
All right, great.
Bobby Bones
I'll take it. I didn't feel like I hit it, so I don't think I should get the victory.
Eddie
But I'll take it because me and Lunchbox went under. Way under. And then Amy went over.
Bobby Bones
Can I get some free points for that? Can I get some?
Eddie
So are we going to help Ray or.
Bobby Bones
No, I'm not going to the mall and walking around with him to buy stuff.
Eddie
No, to me it just seems like a pain. Like, all right, Ray, pay for this and then I got to go to the ATM and give him cash.
Bobby Bones
It does seem like a pain. But. But friendship is pain sometimes.
Eddie
Sure.
Bobby Bones

Eddie
Whenever, Whenever. I think like, this is a no brainer. You know how, like there have been videos, I've been seeing lots of videos of like people just losing it at the store or they're at Starbucks and they're just like, this is not my drink. So I think if Lunchbox goes into one of these stores and just starts complaining, maybe throws the drink all over the counter, something like that.
Morgan
I've seen it flying. Maybe like on a plane.
Bobby Bones
Oh, for sure he'll go viral on an airplane.
Eddie
Dude, it's a no.
Bobby Bones
He'll also go to jail on an airplane.
Eddie
Oh, that's true.
Bobby Bones
This. He probably won't if he's just upset.
Eddie
And I think you have to be careful. You can't like throw the drink on a person. Yeah. But if you do it on the counter and be like, I'm out of here. Kick it on the way out and then get out of dodge.
Bobby Bones
But the question is, are you counting on somebody else to record it?
Eddie
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Like you have to be so out of control that somebody random records you and then they have to post it on an account that gets seen. Or can you have somebody record it and then you post it on your own account? Because I see bands that do this, they'll play. And because we don't really look if we're just doing for you page on TikTok, we don't really look at who the person is. We just watch the video. And sometimes I might look down and see who it is. But if it's for you, we don't even know the people. We don't care. Just entertain us. And so you'll see the letters pop up on the screen in the description. We sat for an hour and this band sucked. And it's the band posting it of themselves and they don't suck. But you're watching it and you're like, oh. Oh. They're actually pretty good. But it's drawn you to watch. So Lunchbox could post on his own account and be like, this dude went crazy at Starbucks. Luckily I recorded it and then it's him going, oh, and it's on his own account. People won't even look and see who it is. I'll just like it.
Eddie
So could that, that could be the backup. Because what if like somebody just happens to record his meltdown and then it.
Bobby Bones
Goes really viral, but then you're depending on other people too much there.
Eddie
But, but if it doesn't happen within a week, then you can post yours.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox thoughts?
Lunchbox
I think if I don't know. I don't know if that's really beneficial to.
Eddie
What? You want to go viral. I don't understand.
Bobby Bones
Do you want to.
Morgan
On his own account.
Bobby Bones
But he's not going to go viral on his own account. His most viral videos of Peyton Manning just stepping off a bus. Oh, it's about.
Eddie
It's about being viral on your account, not just going viral.
Lunchbox
Well, no, no, no. I'm just saying, like, is that a bad viral? Like, where it's going to get a lot of backlash?
Morgan
Yeah, but bad is not always.
Lunchbox
Not always good. No, that's not true.
Morgan
Any viral is good viral.
Bobby Bones
You care about backlash all of a sudden.
Lunchbox
Well, no. Like, you get canceled from your job, you get canceled.
Eddie
No, no, we're not gonna cancel you. We know it's a bit.
Morgan
Teachers suck.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, you're not gonna get canceled.
Lunchbox
We're literally teachers.
Bobby Bones
We're talking about it right now.
Eddie
Like, do you have a job somewhere that you're worried about?
Lunchbox
Well, I mean, you always gotta worry about your job, Eddie.
Eddie
No, I'm talking about. You obviously wouldn't get fired from this job. We're talking about this and you're gonna do it. So you're good.
Lunchbox
Okay, let's do it.
Bobby Bones
No, not let's. We're not gonna be there. You do it.
Morgan
No, I'm not gonna be anywhere near.
Lunchbox
Why be there?
Bobby Bones
Because it's not. We're not going viral. We're not making any money. It's not our social media. Why would we be there? He's giving you a tip as to.
Lunchbox
Well, I need someone to film it.
Bobby Bones
No, you can just put your phone up and prop it up. Otherwise it look.
Lunchbox
And then when I get hauled off in cuffs.
Bobby Bones
Why are you going to go so hard till the cops get there? You don't keep going for like 12 minutes.
Morgan
Also, how awkward if people see him setting up.
Eddie
He's got a little tripod.
Bobby Bones
Well, you do it on, like, you know, like a little table back there. You don't. You don't really tripod it up.
Morgan
I always wonder what influence dancers are doing sometimes. Whenever. Like, what that's like when. Because they have footage of them, like at the grocery store doing things, but, like, the phone is, like, propped up. Do they just go set it up and then go do whatever they're.
Bobby Bones
Yes.
Morgan
Like, do they. Did they feel awkward doing that or they don't care?
Bobby Bones
Both, probably at first. Awkward, then you don't care. I've seen videos like the band one where people are recording somebody doing, like, a dance, and it's from, like, a side angle, and they're dancing hard in front of their camera to do it. And they're like, look at this idiot. And it turns out it's just another video from them on their account. So they know, like, they're aware of what people see and how weird it looks while they're doing it, and they're just using that to their advantage. I think for Lunchbox to go viral doing one of those. If he goes. I think the. I don't want to give him all the. Because I know. What do you got? It'd be an easy way for someone to go viral that, like, can't dance. If you have people hold the. Hold the phone for you. Be like, hey, would you hold this? I'm doing this TikTok dance. I'm like, all right. And they hold the phone, and then you do. You play the music to the phone. You're doing the. Trying to do the dance, and you get their reaction. This guy kind of sucks. Here's your fun. Like, that's funny.
Eddie
It's kind of funny.
Lunchbox
Okay. I like both of them.
Bobby Bones
No, I really want you to go in and destroy the Starbucks then, dude.
Eddie
You don't have to stick around for the cops.
Bobby Bones
No, when I get handcuffs. Yeah, you don't go for 12 minutes.
Lunchbox
But then they hunt you down. Because the video, like, we always talk about boneheads posted online. That's how they get busted.
Bobby Bones
If you don't assault anybody.
Eddie
Yeah. You can't just don't touch anyone.
Bobby Bones
You don't break anything. Just.
Eddie
If you're going to pour the drink, pour it on. Just crash on.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I don't think you pour or just yell, dude, pour it on yourself. Yeah, pour it on yourself.
Eddie
There we go.
Bobby Bones
You think this is hot enough? Watch this. Pour it over your head.
Lunchbox
Oh, man, that would. That would be bad. I mean, hey, what would you complain about?
Morgan
Either sacrifice.
Bobby Bones
No, no, no. I think you're missing the point. They give you, like, a cold, and you go, I ordered hot. You think this is hot? Look, it doesn't burn me.
Eddie
It's not hot.
Bobby Bones
You dump it on your head.
Eddie
You spelled my name wrong. They do. They do complain about that one.
Bobby Bones
I said my name is Ran. You're way wrong.
Lunchbox
Not bad.
Bobby Bones
Anyway, I watch those videos that he. When people crash out. Yeah, dude, the people that crash out at the airports, for the most part don't get arrested. If they go really hard and they, like, hit the person or something, they get arrested. But most times they're just like, calm down.
Eddie
I Think you're free to have a meltdown somewhere?
Bobby Bones
There's no rule. Let me check the law. 1, 2, 3. Nope. No rules against meltdowns. No laws.
Lunchbox
Yeah, I definitely won't do it at an airport. Airport's not gonna happen.
Eddie
Yeah, that's not. That's.
Lunchbox
That's not gonna. That's bad.
Morgan
Yeah, you don't end up on, like, a no fly list.
Lunchbox
That'd be terrible. Man. That would ruin my.
Bobby Bones
There was this story, and this is. This influencer goes into a bar and, like, didn't tip and was like, instead of tipping, I'm going to actually just give you a shout out on, like, the.
Morgan
That's so lame.
Eddie
Social media.
Bobby Bones
That's a. It's exactly what it is. So diner is the person's name. Just one word. Diner is a country singer and also bartending. And on TikTok, it's a girl, she shared the story about how a customer came in and said, man, your service was so amazing. But then they want a tip. They just want to give them a shout out clip.
Announcer
I'm a bartender in West Hollywood, and last night these two girls came in and they stiffed. They had no tip on the handheld. And she walks up to the bar and she goes, you are so amazing tonight. I have 4 million followers on Instagram. What is your at? So I can give you some notoriety. And my coworker is, like 40 years old, does not care about, and neither do I. So we both kind of, like, laugh. We both just go. And she goes, you know what? At least I don't have to work at a bar to pay my rent.
Morgan
Insufferable.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, that's a bad person. And not even about the tipping, just a comment. Like, the tipping thing's awkward and weird and probably you should give them some money because that's their job and you just used. They gave you service, and that's how it works. But the. Hey, at least I don't have to work at a bar to pay my rent. Sounds like somebody who grew up with a lot of privilege and doesn't understand what it's like to have to work to pay for stuff. Well, she would have said who it was.
Morgan
That's so weird.
Bobby Bones
That girl's name is Local Diner Girl. We won't tip her, but we'll give her some notoriety.
Morgan
Yeah, Local Diner girl. Well, someone with 4 million followers.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, that kind of sucks, Bones. According to researchers, to improve your memory, uncross your arms and legs entirely.
Morgan
Yeah, that'll work for a minute, but then I just subconsciously cross them back.
Bobby Bones
Then you forget that's what it is. And you cross them back. Yeah, it's affecting how you remember things. Body language. Researchers found that a group of volunteers attending a lecture that sat with unfolded arms and legs remembered 38% more. I need a bigger sample size than this.
Morgan
I know why. Because they're open to receiving.
Eddie
Oh, you need to make your arms like that.
Morgan
Did they sit their palms up so they can receive?
Bobby Bones
I think that's the hula Hula study group.
Eddie
So it's while you're taking in information.
Bobby Bones
Not just the group that attended the same lecture and sat with folded arms and legs remembered significantly less information. I don't think it's about embracing the spirit, as Amy's saying, like welcoming. I think there's probably some physical. There's something physical happening is what this is saying. Yeah, I'm not saying it. This is saying it. The key to retention when it comes to your memory is not having your body physically closed off. Because if you physically relax, you are able to basically go to the next level and try to understand what's happening. If you're not. And you're tight, you're so.
Raymundo
You're.
Bobby Bones
Even if you're not doing it with your brain, you're. You're so focused on that. Like, if you're not doing consciously. Yeah, your body's so focused on that.
Morgan
I get it.
Bobby Bones
But I like what you're saying, though, but I think that's a different study.
Morgan
Well, I say body language is everything. Even with people like you, you're. You're more welcoming when you're open, armed.
Bobby Bones
I agree with all you're saying. I think this is different because it's a physical manifestation that's happened. It's a physical thing more than it is a spiritual.
Morgan
Oh, I'm not saying spiritual at all. I know it sounds that way, but no, church.
Eddie
You know, I get in, like a receiving position. Yeah, that sounds weird. That's not what they say.
Bobby Bones
Church. Spiritual.
Eddie
Yes.
Bobby Bones
One of the most interesting gifts of 2025 is called a lotus. It's basically a ring that goes on your finger. It lets you turn on or off the light switch or the TV just by pointing at it. Press a button on the rechargeable ring and an infrared signal triggers specialized covers that flip switches without any rewiring apps or the need to get up. It's like a universal remote you can wear for your TVs and lights the ring. And three light switch covers cost 399. That's from time back in the day, you're not going to know this unless you're 35 or up. When that clapper came out, that was legit. Like our grandparents. I never had one because I wanted it. It was older. I was a kid. When you could hit clap twice to make a light go on and off. Clap on, clap, clap, clap off, clap, clap. The clapper. It was amazing. That's what this is. Although I'd be afraid I would just be, like, pointing at stuff. And things are firing off, like TVs on, lights, microwave. Everything's happening now. Overwhelmed by everything. Had to buy a new Oura ring.
Eddie
What happened to the other one?
Bobby Bones
Oh, I'm still wearing it. I live by. I think it's great just for sleep. I have trouble sleeping. If they up, I don't know. This is true. But remember when Apple got in all the trouble because all the phones would slow down? It turns out there was a class action lawsuit against them because they were purposefully slowing down old phones so you'd buy a new one. I feel like when they do it, get a new Oura ring. This one starts slowing down, I have to charge it, like, every day now. It just could be a bad ring. But I love it.
Morgan
You got a lemon?
Bobby Bones
Maybe. But I do love the ring. And so I ordered another one.
Eddie
Why are you buying stuff during Christmas.
Bobby Bones
For yourself when no one's gonna buy this for me? Because I do know. Because you would never think to buy this for me because I wear one. You don't know that I need it.
Eddie
I thought about it.
Morgan
Unless you say, like, oh, my oura ring's been acting up. I might need a new one.
Eddie
I said, well, I wonder if Bobby want an Oura ring. But he already has one.
Bobby Bones
Yes. So I. I bought Eddie a flamethrower yesterday for Christmas.
Morgan
Do you already give it to him?
Public Investing Announcer
Yeah.
Eddie
Oh, yeah. Today I'm buying the tanks for it.
Bobby Bones
I bought on the wrong tank. So it's like I gave him. It's like I gave him a Game Boy but the wrong batteries because I bought tanks to the side.
Eddie
And then it's legit. Amy.
Morgan
So where are you throwing?
Bobby Bones
He wanted to do it in here. Yeah, I wanted to let me. He was getting the tanks out. I was like, I don't think it's a good idea to do it in here. And he's like, no, it'll be okay. And luckily, the tanks didn't go.
Eddie
Once I get the tanks, you want me to bring it back?
Bobby Bones
No, I think you should just do a video at home.
Eddie
Okay.
Bobby Bones
And send it over.
Lunchbox
Dude, your kids are going to burn.
Eddie
No, they're going to love it.
Bobby Bones
It's not this big, so it's not.
Lunchbox
Oh.
Bobby Bones
It's not like an army flamethrower, but it's definitely one that. It's like, oh, bottom. A Tick Tock shop saw videos. Like, Eddie would love this. Mostly. I thought, Eddie's kids will love to watch Eddie.
Eddie
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. They're not.
Eddie
They're not gonna do it. They're gonna watch me do it.
Lunchbox
Wait till you're not home.
Eddie
No, I will hide.
Morgan
Lock it up.
Eddie
I have hiding spots.
Bobby Bones
Do you guys go to TikTok for money advice ever?
Eddie
No, it just pops up, dude. And I. I watch the whole video, for sure.
Bobby Bones
You do? Yes. But do you ever do anything based on what they teach you or tell you?
Eddie
No.
Bobby Bones
It's called Fin Talk. It's like finance Tick Tock.
Eddie
No, I just take in the information and maybe, like, someday I'll incorporate into that. My. Into my money world.
Bobby Bones
You take it in.
Eddie
Yeah. So, yeah.
Guest
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
To incorporate it later. But do you memorize it?
Eddie
Yeah. Like, remember I talked to you guys about the. The car. The guy that. That buys cars. He doesn't. He buys cars cash. And the way he did it was by buying a junker at first, paid cash for it, and then every month after that, he would save 500. $500.
Bobby Bones
Is that Fin Talk, though, or just a compelling video series?
Eddie
That's Fin Talk.
Bobby Bones
It is.
Eddie
Okay.
Bobby Bones
I didn't know if this is considered that, because the Fin Talk that I see, I don't call it FIN Talk is them actually talking about money, like how to save money, where to invest money, things like that. And some of the stuff on TikTok. Just because on TikTok doesn't mean it's true.
Morgan
Yeah, I mean, there's a girl I follow. She's on. I'm sure she's on Tick Tock, too, but she pops up on my Instagram. But I've told y' all about her before. She's. Her handle's like your rich bff and she's a former Wall street girly girl who now breaks everything down for you.
Bobby Bones
Is that her saying that you like, back to us?
Morgan
Because on every video, she's like, hey, it's your rich bff, your former Wall street girly girl ready to help you, you know, save and earn more money. And she gives like, she breaks it down in layman's terms and gives you practical tips and tricks and advice.
Bobby Bones
Nearly 60% of users tried Money saving trends like low budget living, girl math, and no spend. September Millennials and Gen X sold the biggest payoff, saving around $432.
Morgan
I don't feel like girl math saves you money. Girl math saves you.
Bobby Bones
I don't either. Girl math is like an experience.
Morgan
Yes.
Bobby Bones
Girl math, that's like you buy, like you buy something and you take it back. Look at all this money I made.
Morgan
Or you're like, you weren't going to buy it at all, but since it's 20% off, you're totally getting it. It's like, but wait, you weren't going to spend any money.
Eddie
Right.
Bobby Bones
When do you guys take down your decorations?
Eddie
February.
Bobby Bones
Oh, yeah. You wait a bit.
Eddie
We wait a little bit. And that's mostly just because we're tired from the holidays.
Bobby Bones
Have you put everything up?
Eddie
Everything's up. I did the outside the other day.
Bobby Bones
This close to Christmas.
Eddie
Yeah. And my wife's like, if we don't do it now, it's never gonna go.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Because it'll literally be Christmas.
Lunchbox
Right.
Eddie
So. And sand and big Santa's up.
Bobby Bones
All of it's up if you're still putting up holiday decorations or even when you take them down. According to Consumer Product safety commission, nearly 160people are injured every single day while putting them up or after Christmas by taking them down.
Eddie
I've stopped doing the ladder thing. Like the kids were like, oh, let's put it along the roof. And I'm like, no, I'm not doing that anymore. Like I'm just gonna put it around the doorways.
Bobby Bones
All of Eddie's directions are 6 foot or lower, I guess. Maybe if you reached up maybe like 7 foot or lower.
Eddie
What I did was I lined up the sidewalk, you know, like the, the, the walk to the driveway and then did that. Just anything low to the ground was safer. I felt like.
Bobby Bones
Did you guys see the story about the man who tried to save his neighbor in the fire, but now he's being charged as killing the guy?
Eddie
Yep.
Raymundo
Her.
Bobby Bones
It's a woman. He and her was an older lady or something. Yeah, I think it's he and her, right?
Morgan
Yeah, it's a her that he tried to save.
Bobby Bones
So he was getting all the credit at first, but it turns out he started the fire.
Morgan
Oh my.
Bobby Bones
Okay, so I'm going to read you some of this. The story's been out a few days now, but a 70 year old new Jersey man, once praised for trying to rescue his neighbor from a house fire has been charged with first degree murder, felony murder burglary and aggravated arson in connection with the July 25th fire in Fanwood that killed 82 year old Virginia Cranwell. Initially hailed as a hero after suffering burns while entering the burning home, he later became a suspect following investigation that determined that her death was a homicide. He, a corrections officer, retired and her neighbor for 30 years maintains his innocence. He's being held in Middlesex County Jail as the investigation continues. I don't know what happened, but that's a weird story.
Morgan
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And he's still like, I didn't do it. But what if he didn't do it? I don't know enough about it to have a real opinion based on the story was so wild that I pulled it. I think Morgan sent it to me.
Morgan
Yeah, I prepped it.
Bobby Bones

Guaranteed Human.
In this lively episode, Bobby Bones and the crew kick off a new week with fresh banter and a blend of the absurd and the insightful. Topics include whether the studio needs a "hug bell" for spontaneous affection, the intriguing concept of a "human library," a rundown of 2025’s most cringe-worthy pop culture moments, and Raymundo’s latest attempt at running a clever (or questionable) money scheme. Mixed in are signature tangents, viral video strategies, and the usual playful ribbing among friends.
