So we were talking on the show last week, and Amy said that her boyfriend asked for her ring size.

No, that's not what I said.

That's what we heard, right? Okay.

I didn't say anything about ring size.

What did you say?

[Amy]

He. I think we were talking about or looking at Taylor Swift's ring style, and he was like, what. What kind of ring do you even like? Nothing about size side.

[Bobby Bones]

So, like, what did you hear, Eddie, when you heard that?

[Eddie]

I mean, I heard, yeah. Are you interested, like, in something like this?

[Bobby Bones]

And, like, I'd like to know more about the rest.

[Amy]

Like, it's just more of like, do you like that shape? Cuz, I mean, it was an interesting ring. He didn't necessarily like it, and I think he was getting my opinion.

What we heard was he was doing the research to figure out what kind of ring you wanted. But you told us that story out of nowhere.

I know I did. And I said the only. The only reason why I felt like it was okay to just casually bring that up when we were talking about rings. And it popped into my head that he had done that the other day. And I felt safe sharing with y' all was because.

[Bobby Bones]

Never feel safe sharing with us.

It. Because I know that an engagement is not on the horizon. Like, it's just not.

[Bobby Bones]

I mean, you didn't present it that way, right, everybody?

[Amy]

Yes, I did present it that way.

You were even like, that was kind of weird when it happened.

[Amy]

Yeah. But then I was like, well, I.

Mean, was there fallout at home?

Morgan even admitted, was there fallout at.

No, there wasn't fallout, but his phone did blow up. And then I was like, now we're.

So I just assured him it wasn't me saying he's proposing or looking for a ring, because it wasn't me saying that. I was just like, huh. This is a conversation that came up the other day, interesting enough. And Morgan said that even with her boyfriend, because of Taylor's engagement, they talked about something. Like, I'm sure with a Lot of couples. It just sparked conversation.

[Bobby Bones]

Yes. However, you brought that up kind of out of nowhere.

[Amy]

Yeah.

[Bobby Bones]

And made us go, wow, that's like you presented as. Hey, guys, get this. My boyfriend asked me about a ring because we wouldn't have just jumped on this for no reason.

[Amy]

No, I know, but I think that I felt okay with doing that.

[Bobby Bones]

So what are you saying?

[Amy]

I'm saying clear the air. We're not getting engaged this year.

[Bobby Bones]

This year? There's, like, four months left in it.

[Lunchbox]

There's less than that.

[Eddie]

Yeah. Are you sure?

[Bobby Bones]

Well, that's three months.

[Amy]

Well, I guess I was just clarifying, because if y' all heard, which I didn't say, but if you heard, what's your ring size? One might think, like, oh, is that coming up, like, in the next month or two? But it's just not.

[Bobby Bones]

We didn't think next month or two. We would say, like, next six months. Oh, you saying not three months says all we need to hear. Right?

[Amy]

Okay. Not the next six months. I don't.

[Bobby Bones]

Wow.

[Amy]

I wouldn't. No, no, no.

[Eddie]

But you don't know for sure. Like, that's.

I can't control what he's gonna do.

Since he has people that contact him, I would advise that that not happen in the next six months. We're not ready for that.

Yeah. To be clear, mine wasn't fallout. He just said my phone was blowing up. And he was like, what happened?

I don't know. That sounds like a little bit of fallout.

That's not fallout. He got curious. He got curious about it, and then he was like, I'm sure my pastor is going to call any minute.

No, he didn't know we talked about it.

So his phone did not blow up? No, it didn't. So his finance bros don't listen to the show, so they didn't message him and.

That's what I'm saying be ridiculous for us to not have certain conversations. If we didn't think maybe there was potential for that, we wouldn't still be together. Right? Would you? I'm not dating just to date. And we've got five kids in the mix. Like, we're not trying to be, like, complicate things, like, keeping someone around if we don't think they might be around. But honestly, it's still not for certain certain. So I don't. I don't know. And I'm not. I. I wasn't trying to say we're getting engaged. And I never said he asked for my size.

Don't you think it's a little sloppy of a dude to ask a girl they've been dating for a year? Hey, tell me what you think about this ring in general. If you don't. What?

Who knows what he's planning? I'm telling you what I have in my mind.

But it is kind of a rule. Like, you don't really even bring it up unless you're really trying.

I didn't swipe right, but I couldn't unsee it. Now I'm stuck wondering. I feel sick holding on to this, but if I bring it up, I could blow up their whole family. Signed, stumbled on a secret. Okay. I don't know that that's him. I'll be honest with you. There are a lot of burner profiles. No, people use people's pictures and create full profiles of people they just take off the Internet. That's what I would bet. Listen, I don't know this family. I don't know this guy. But any guy that is halfway intelligent is not going to put his profile up on such a public, universally used dating app. So, not sticking up for him. He could be doing dirty dog stuff. I would bet someone stole his picture and is creating a fake profile with it more than anything else. So I would say something.

Yeah, like, but, but, but. Approach it like that. Like, surely this isn't Your dad. This is like somebody's hacked your dad.

I would for sure say something to your friend. I wouldn't go and post it in a message board. I'm glad you didn't give any more details in this email. But my bet would be if it's somebody who's married and is halfway intelligent, if they were cheating, they would not do it on Bumble. They wouldn't just post their picture up and say, let it rip.

[Amy]

Oh, I'm so glad you presented this scenario because it makes me feel so much better about it.

[Eddie]

What are the odds of them getting hacked, though? I don't understand.

[Bobby Bones]

It's nothing to do with getting their picture hacked.

Doesn't matter. They steal hot girls all the time to catfish people, and that's just about getting vulnerable women or men, depending on what picture you steal to communicate, then make a connection, then get money.

Yeah. Remember my friend thought she was talking to that hot Italian model on a dating app. It turns out, like, Mike D, like, reverse image the photos, and they were stolen from his Instagram. I know it's really him.

[Eddie]

My picture's not out there. Like, no one's.

You know why. And I hate to say this.

I'm not. You're not that good looking, but that's what it is. If that. That was my next point. If he's. If he's, like, pretty good looking to really good looking, then that's probably what it is.

Because they're not grabbing a bunch of gross people and going, hey, you know, you're not gonna catch a lot of flies with vinegar. Sure.

No, I get what you're saying.

It is called a honey trap for a reason. I bet you that's what this is. Because I can't see anybody with a brain going to Bumble and just putting a picture up and being like, well, I'm going to cheat and let me do it really publicly. So that's what I say. You should go to your friend and also approach it like that. There's no way this is you. I think somebody's hacking your dad or stole his picture. All right, let us know. We got to know. Eddie, I didn't mean to go there, but you asked.

I know. Just saying, like, you. I have a lot of pictures out there of me, and they're like, I don't have any.

Mine's not because I'm good looking. Mine's Because I'm a public figure.

Yeah. They, like, take listeners that are fans and know Bobby's philanthropic, and they try to get them to donate to causes.

We're done. We're done. Close it up. I watched Zach Bryant climb a fence with barbed wire on top, trying to get to Gavin Hadcock to fight him. And then security held him apart. Hilarious. First of all, Gavin Adcock will kill him. He's a former football player. He has, like, £80 on him. He'll kill him.

Yeah. But he was feeling feisty.

[Bobby Bones]

Yeah.

[Amy]

And you go over barbed wire.

[Bobby Bones]

Yeah, he went over the barbed wire fast. He also knew how to do it in jeans, which. Oh, that's somebody who's climbed technique. Yes. That's for sure. Someone that's climbed barbed wire before. It's at a music festival, and you see the Zach Brian at the gate yelling through at Gavin Adcock. Then you see him climb the fence, and then you see everybody jump in and separate them. Hilarious. Now, afterward, Gavin Adcock was like, zach Bryan was in the gate in the festival grounds all day, and he didn't come up to me, and he waited to do it until right before I go on stage through a fence. And I was like, that's pretty funny, if true.

Yeah, I didn't think about that part.

[Bobby Bones]

I don't think Zack Bryan's a very good person. He wasn't locked out of the festival. He had been there all day with his multiple security guards. He saw me standing between my buses when he got here and saw me walk on my bus when I went to watch the Georgia game. Proceeded to go to other artists and ask them, where's Gavin? Where's Gavin? And their guest decided he was gonna wait, like, an hour before my set while I was standing out there. And no artist that cares about their fans is gonna fight right before they're set, missing going on and disappointing fans that spent way too be there. Before my set, I was standing outside. He pulls up in a pickup truck outside the gate and starts giving out threats. So I just decided to stir him up to the point where he jumped over the fence.

[Bobby Bones]

Oddly, Gavin Adcock is the adult in this situation.

[Eddie]

Oddly.

[Bobby Bones]

And that was Gavin there Because Gavin's like, I'm not going to get into a fight right before I go on stage.

[Amy]

Okay. That helps make sense why he looked like he was kind of just walking away.

[Bobby Bones]

He was fully dressed to go on stage.

[Amy]

Oh, yeah.

[Bobby Bones]

He was, like, in his vest and his hat. And the fact that Zach Bryan was there all day and didn't pick a fight all day leading up to it.

[Amy]

Also, when he knows he's, like, invested in a Georgia game on a bus, he starts walking around asking where he is.

[Bobby Bones]

It feels like Zach Brian's playing a character, and Gavin Adcock's like, okay, I'll beat you up, but let's not do it right before a show starts. Yeah.

[Amy]

Interesting.

[Eddie]

This is good, though. This is good for country music.

[Bobby Bones]

I don't think it's good for country music.

[Amy]

Yeah, no.

[Eddie]

I'm like, I love it.

I'm like, why can't we just get along?

They'll end up doing a song together in, like, two years.

They're friends.

Yeah. I don't think they'll be friends. I think they'll just realize at some point we'll start. We'll just do a song together to. Because this is all they're going to be asked about for a long time, and they'll get tired of talking about it. But Zach Bryan looks like a complete loser, and I. I would get beat up by both of them. So I'd like to say that first and foremost, but Gavin Adcock would kill him. Yeah.

You kill him, he's got 80, 90. You can only be so crazy before crazy doesn't equal. You're just gonna lose in a size battle. Yeah. So if it's true that he was inside the festival grounds all day and didn't pick a fight with him until the very end.

You can be genetically blessed and not really have to go to the gym and still be pretty ripped up.

It definitely ain't me. Experts say because it shows the man is comfortable in his own skin. The comfortability could be with his family relationship, how he's viewed. He's just really content. And more people are likely drawn to his easygoing attitude. But what I would say is this is not attractiveness. This is once you're weighing in other factors.

But isn't all of it attractiveness?

Not just visual, because they're just looking at pictures of people.

Because, like, what if someone is walking with their shoulders down like that? That's not attractive. But someone's like standing straight up, looks confident, attractive.

Oh, so like if you're a confident dad.

Yeah, confident dad bod. That's a different version of dad bod.

Like, what if my wife is at the pool, same scenario. She sees Liam laying there. He's probably just laying there, soaking the son, not talking to anyone. Right. But me, I'm hopping around with my.

Beer, making people laugh, doing finger guns. You looks fun.

So now I'm attractive.

My point is they're showing people pictures and going, which do you find more attractive? And they're picking the people not based off attractiveness, but their association with what they do with their life based on their body. And that's not attractiveness. Yeah. I don't know, man.

Like you look at like, who's the guy that was with Ariana Grande and now he's Pete Davidson. Not attractive.

[Bobby Bones]

Funny and rich. But. Yeah, but rich. Famous.

But women love the dude.

Again, guy. Successful, funny, rich. Yeah. Probably charming.

Yeah. Oh, it's just an attractiveness study though. If you were to take and put up models versus Right. And you said it yourself, if your wife walked by and saw you and Liam Hemsworth. Yes. Doing the same exact thing, she would pick probably.

I would say Leah, I'm not her. I'm speaking for her. I would say Liam, but just because she's not putting any thought into it.

But that's what attractiveness is.

I wouldn't stick my hands in the fries if I were a driver, but if they did fall off in the bag, I would eat a few. That would be a driver tax. My wife calls it a fry tax. Whenever I order something, she's like, oh, fry tax. And she takes like six of them. So. Yeah. Ray, did you ever do Uber eats, or did you just do Uber driving? Yeah, I was just doing the people, never the food. So you never had to deal with a secret situation? No, because I Thought, I'm gonna have to go get the food. Then it's like a two for one. Price wise, you're not getting double the payment. I have to go to a place, get the food, then take it to somebody. That's two rides and I only get paid for one. Why not just pick up one person and get paid? That's a fair point.

I've also seen the people just wait there for, like, service.

I don't know that I'm gonna eat it, but I'm probably gonna do it. What do you tip on yours? Do you just do the suggested.

Overall, the whole online ordering food thing, it really just depends on my day and my mood and how much I've going on. Because there's some days I'm like, this is ludicrous. I am getting in my car and going to get it. In other days I'm like, oh, I'm very desperate right now. This is a okay with me. I'm gonna pay way extra for this food. So it's totally dependent upon the day.
