Bobby Bones
Hope you had a great weekend. Welcome to Monday Show Morning Studio.
Lunchbox
Morning, Amy.
Mike D
What?
Bobby Bones
You may not remember this, but what's the game show that I have said? I'm the absolute worst out of all game shows in the history of game shows. Do you remember that?
Morgan
Wheel of Fortune?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I'm the worst. I got invited to do celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
Morgan
Awesome. Are you going?
Bobby Bones
Yeah. So I know. I am so bad.
Morgan
Yeah, but you still have to go.
Bobby Bones
Okay. So I haven't seen these puzzles. And so Mike D is going to put a puzzle up on the screen.
Morgan
Okay.
Bobby Bones
My grandma used to play this and I used to sit with her and I if it was three letters and the last two letters were O and G, I'd be like I don't know, Cat. I sucked. It's Wheel of Fortune. Not that bad.
Morgan
I know, but you need to change your language around it. Like, if you're gonna go on, we need to start talking just about how great you are at it.
Bobby Bones
Okay, so I have been invited to do Celebrity Wheel of Fortune up on the screen now it says it's a phrase. And Amy, would you describe the board there, our listeners?
Morgan
It's got a bunch of green things.
Bobby Bones
No, like the living.
Mike D
Gosh, Amy, we've seen the game.
Morgan
Okay, so there's four words and the first word, it's three letters, but we don't know any of what they are.
Bobby Bones
Okay, so, so like me, I would go like the probably, but there's already two E's on there.
Morgan
Yeah, so it's not the. Okay, because in the second and third word there is E and then the last word is five letters and it has a L and a S. Guys,
Mike D
I will add too that there are letters that have already been played here. R, S, T, L, N, E. Okay,
Bobby Bones
so I'm just gonna look at this and see if I can get it. So I would go. Give me a timer, Ray. You have like a 60 second timer or something?
Mike D
Come on, man, try hard.
Bobby Bones
Okay, okay. RSTL and E. So it can't be one dog. The mutt. Okay, so that second one could be B. B. No, don't say no.
Mike D
It's a phrase.
Bobby Bones
It's a phrase. One.
Mike D
Yeah, I like that. Oh, no, N's already been used.
Lunchbox
I don't know what a phrase.
Bobby Bones
Blaz, Blay, Clays, Malays, if you have it. I'm gonna come to you in a second. I want to see if you guys are actually good at this. Men do B. Cleave. Run big. Play. That last word is blank. L, Blank. S. Blank. It can't be E. So it could be a
Lunchbox
bl.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I have nothing.
Mike D
Me.
Bobby Bones
Me plays can. Okay, my answer is. Can I wallop me Cons. Is that what it is?
Mike D
I don't think.
Bobby Bones
Okay, does anybody have it?
Lunchbox
No, I don't. Can you tell me what a phrase is?
Bobby Bones
Anything?
Lunchbox
Like, like a. A sentence? I. I don't know. Like, like what am I like this
Bobby Bones
is anything you say.
Morgan
Could the last word be flush?
Mike D
It could be.
Bobby Bones
Do we have the answer? Yeah. Hit it. You made me blush.
Mike D
And lunchbox.
Bobby Bones
That's a phrase.
Lunchbox
Thank you.
Morgan
You made me blush.
Mike D
Oh, man, I would have never gotten that.
Lunchbox
That was a tough one.
Bobby Bones
Those single word.
Morgan
No, no, I'm just. I'm glad I Got the ush part, right?
Bobby Bones
Yeah. See how much money that would have got you?
Morgan
None.
Bobby Bones
All right, we have another one, Mike. Here we go. It's four. It's five words. There's a.
Morgan
It's another phrase.
Bobby Bones
A. What are the letters on the. Off the board. Off the board.
Mike D
R, S, T, L, N, E. Okay, so they're all the same one.
Bobby Bones
So the first one's probably like an A. This is a phrase.
Lunchbox
A.
Bobby Bones
A bone to pick. No. New. That other word looks like new. New one. New. Don't say no.
Mike D
I'm sorry.
Bobby Bones
I don't need you.
Mike D
Feedback. But you can't be one because the
Bobby Bones
O's in the nose. I know. I'm trying to figure it out here. I.
Morgan
Hmm.
Bobby Bones
Long. New.
Morgan
That can't work.
Bobby Bones
I don't mean to say it like that.
Morgan
Long. Duck. Dong.
Bobby Bones
Does anybody think they.
Mike D
I'm close.
Bobby Bones
A G net. It's gotta be new, right?
Lunchbox
No. No. Yeah.
Mike D
I can't figure out the second word.
Bobby Bones
New. Ne. Nell. Ne. Ne.
Lunchbox
I got it.
Ad Voice
What is it?
Bobby Bones
Okay, well. No, I'm trying to play.
Morgan
Oh, sorry.
Lunchbox
Okay, I'm gonna tell you. Go. I found a new job.
Mike D
No. Oh, that's gotta be it.
Bobby Bones
Hit it.
Lunchbox
Boom.
Bobby Bones
Good job.
Morgan
Oh, my God.
Bobby Bones
For my appreciation, would you guys not say you have it or say yes or no while I'm doing it? Yes.
Mike D
Yes.
Bobby Bones
Because I suck at this.
Lunchbox
Apologies. Apologies.
Mike D
Good job.
Morgan
We want to support you.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Ad Voice
He's good at this.
Mike D
It's really good. Oh, I had something on you.
Bobby Bones
Top. But I have eyes. I long for the dong. And that was.
Mike D
Man. Can you imagine? That was it.
Lunchbox
That wasn't it.
Bobby Bones
All right, one more. Son of a. This is two words. It's a food and drink. Okay. And it's S, Blank, blank, N, blank, ch. That's the top word. Okay. R, S, T, L, N, e are gone. SandW, N, I, C, E. What's that first word? Some. Niche.
Lunchbox
You.
Bobby Bones
Some. Nich. Nom noke. Somnoke. Rachi. Sun. Slin. Slinok. Milchi. It's got to be n, I, c, h, n, o, c, h. No. Sun. Munchy.
Lunchbox
Su.
Bobby Bones
S, T, R, S, I. Simnoc. Kimchi. Son. Guys, I. Okay, I'm gonna come to you guys in a second here. I'm going to tell you, I would be here 100 years and I would not get that. Amy, how did you do on that one?
Morgan
Not well. No. I don't know.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox probably has it. This is probably a game he's good at, so I'm Gonna go to him last.
Lunchbox
I got the last word. I don't know.
Bobby Bones
I have.
Morgan
Is the last word same Kimji?
Lunchbox
No, it's quiche.
Bobby Bones
Oh, dude, if it's quiche, you are the man.
Mike D
Oh, that's not what I have.
Bobby Bones
So, okay, so spinach. Quiche.
Lunchbox
That's it.
Bobby Bones
You didn't get spinach, but you got quiche?
Morgan
Yeah, like, the minute you said quiche, like, it's obvious.
Bobby Bones
Spinach.
Mike D
I still don't have that. I think it's spinach.
Bobby Bones
Gnocchi. No, no, it's not enough letters. Oh, no, it's gotta be quiche. He nailed quiche. That's the hardest one.
Morgan
What's going on?
Bobby Bones
Wow. Hit it. Hit it. Mike, show us what it is. Spinach quiche.
Mike D
Good job. Wow.
Bobby Bones
So not full credit, but Keisha, solid, dude.
Mike D
Good job.
Morgan
Okay, so food and drink is just a category. It doesn't mean it's a food and a drink.
Mike D
Right.
Morgan
Okay.
Mike D
Category.
Morgan
I get the category. I thought that.
Ad Voice
That.
Bobby Bones
What was that one you said? What's a phrase?
Lunchbox
Amy, can I be honest with you? I got quiche so that I was trying to think of a drink. Up top.
Mike D
Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh.
Lunchbox
That's why I was like, help me understand.
Bobby Bones
What's a phrase?
Morgan
No, I just thought it was going to be something you eat and something you drink, either. Right, right. I get that now.
Bobby Bones
Is there another one? I got one more.
Lunchbox
That's funny. I did the same.
Bobby Bones
Rstlne off the board. Let's give us one more shot here. Up on the board, it's three words. It. Mutilated. Mit. At. It's just a phrase. At. Muddled bat. It R, S, T, L, N, E. And there's no a bat. At. Misled bat. No, it M I, s T. It. Missile. At. Missile. Butt. Does anybody have. Don't say it. But anybody have whistled? W H I s not enough.
Lunchbox
It.
Bobby Bones
Or at? At. At.
Morgan
What are the letters that have been used?
Bobby Bones
Rst? L, N, E. It's got to be at or it. Right. Ut is not a thing. Ut then we at bristled. T. Guys, I'm awful at this.
Ad Voice
It.
Lunchbox
Fat.
Bobby Bones
It. Missile. It. Whistle. W H I S not Just not enough letters. Sut. It. Mike, can you tell me. Can you just tell me the first word? It.
Mike D
Okay, I think I got it.
Bobby Bones
It's Mustelled. Nut. Hat.
Announcer
Bat.
Lunchbox
Sat. Cat.
Bobby Bones
Can you tell me the third word? I think you've said it. Nut. Out. Yeah, it.
Mike D
I have it.
Bobby Bones
What is it?
Mike D
It fizzled out.
Lunchbox
Oh, good.
Bobby Bones
Good job. Is that what it is? Good job.
Morgan
There we go, guys.
Bobby Bones
If I go on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, it's gonna be me the whole time going, I want dong.
Morgan
But nuts.
Mike D
That's a nut.
Bobby Bones
But nut.
Morgan
I mean, you just have to commit to that. Like, if that. If that's a situation you're in, just.
Bobby Bones
It's gonna be scrotum Pat.
Morgan
No, Ryan.
Bobby Bones
I know. I was just making a joke in case people didn't get it. There's Ryan Seacrest.
Mike D
I got you.
Bobby Bones
Gotcha. Yeah, so anyway, I got invited to Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
Mike D
It sounds like you're gonna do it.
Morgan
I wonder what other celebs will be out there with you.
Lunchbox
And I think. Honestly, I think they make it easier. I don't think they put the hard puzzle.
Bobby Bones
And I've seen.
Mike D
I've seen it before with Celebrity One, and, like, no one's good. No, no one's good.
Lunchbox
No one.
Bobby Bones
But do they yell I crave dong
Mike D
or whatever I said, that'd be so funny.
Morgan
Yes. I'm serious. You have to commit to that.
Mike D
That's your thing, man.
Bobby Bones
What is saying stuff like that anyway? Yeah, I'm considering it. I don't mind going on something and looking foolish. I also don't want to take somebody's spot if, like. Because if I go on, I'm taking somebody's spot, and if I just know I'm not, I'll think about it.
Mike D
It's for charity, right? Like you.
Bobby Bones
No, they pay me.
Mike D
Hey, even better.
Lunchbox
Don't even think about it. Sign the dotted line.
Bobby Bones
Okay. I'll have an answer in the next couple days if I'm going to do it or not, but that was. I'm glad you guys could look into my head. I cannot do that. I am very bad at that. Lunchbox is the best at that. Of all of us. I'd give Eddie second. Amy, that was fun to hang out with you and be on the same level. You and me, we struggle. Hello, Bobby Bones. My boyfriend and I have been living together for almost a year, and our lease is up soon. Before I make any decisions, I wanted to run this by you. I've decided I don't want to renew it with him. Living together has made me realize how different we are. I still care about him and don't want to break up, but I think we may have rushed into living together after only six months of dating. I'm worried he'll take this as rejection or judgment. How do you tell someone you don't want to live with them anymore without losing the relationship entirely. Sign, moving out soon. Oh, he's for sure going to take this as rejection. And I think there's a bit of rejection there that you don't want to live with him anymore. So you're rejecting what you are already experiencing. I would compare this to someone proposes, someone says, no, but I still want to keep working on it. It's hard to bounce back from that. It's gonna be hard to bounce back
Morgan
from this because they did jump into it pretty quickly, though.
Bobby Bones
I agree. I'm not saying that every part of this was healthy. Getting into it, yeah, you're not gonna
Morgan
stay together, but they could.
Bobby Bones
They could. But you're not. If I'm, if I'm betting, I want DraftKings right now.
Morgan
The odds are, what if he's like, oh, thank God.
Bobby Bones
If he's like that, then we're not gonna be together anyway.
Morgan
No, I would love to stay with you too, but. Yeah, I was feeling similarly, but they're
Bobby Bones
not gonna stay together long term. That would be my best guess here. But I don't, I don't suggest you live with them anymore. Yeah, but understand that you. That's gonna hurt his feelings, hurt his pride, who cares? He'll get over it. But by you knowing this, you're not all of a sudden gonna be like, okay, I'm ready for that real crap show again. Let's get back into it. You're not. I think when you move in together, regardless if it's early, mid or late, you get a real, a real lesson in all of the intricacies of that person's day to day life. And you either learn to deal with it, you love it, you hate it, all those things happen. You don't love it, you rushed into it. Heck, this is a good thing that you live together early. Now you realize he's probably not the one you're going to marry, but yes, he's going to take rejection to it. And I doubt you'll be together, but you can always have the conversation, hey, I don't think we should live together anymore, but let's stay together. It ain't going to go great, but I don't think that because you feel this way, you're going to stay together.
Morgan
And that's the gamble you have to take because you definitely can't sign another lease. So, no, these are your options.
Bobby Bones
He's not going to get any better to live with later, and you're not going to be better adjusted to live with something that you don't love because you don't deserve that. So say it to him. He is going to feel rejected. I doubt you guys stay together for very long. You know, I don't think you want to stay together, frankly.
Morgan
Oh, you think she's in denial?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, a little bit.
Morgan
But she's ready to fully move on, but she just can't bring herself to it because it is sad. It's so hard. Even if you have the realization that you don't want to be with someone, it can still be really sad. And then you have to figure out you're trying to decipher, like, am I sad? Because, you know, I. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Starting over is a lot of work.
Morgan
Yeah, it's a lot.
Bobby Bones
But do not sign another lease. Do not sign another lease. And tell them you want to stay together. And then hit me up at three months when you're no longer together, because I think that's what's gonna happen.
Morgan
Why do you have to throw that part in?
Bobby Bones
Because I just wanna. I wanna know updates. They never let us know.
Morgan
I just want to send us an update. Wishing you the best.

half of Americans get scam messages every day. I'm surprised that number is so low. I get so many scam messages in my email and they get better. But I had one and I'm a Lifelock subscriber. Like, I pay money for it, and I got one that was like, hey, your lifelock is. And I'm like, oh God. But it's just a numbers game because they send so many of those out, there's going to be people that have it to go. Oh, so I didn't click it. I mean, I feel like I'm so vigilant, but I've almost fallen for a couple I watched a woman talk about the scam on Venmo where somebody sends you money. You literally get money from somebody. And you know how you get scammed?
Morgan
You accept when you try to give it back.
Bobby Bones
So let's say I get money from somebody that I don't know. It's real money. I have a hundred bucks in my account. They're like, hey, I didn't mean to message you that money. Would you send it back? Now, if you send them 100 bucks back, you literally lost nothing. You actually didn't get scammed. You just helped in the scam. Because how they sent you that hundred bucks was from a stolen card.
Mike D
Oh, so you made it their money now?
Bobby Bones
Yep.
Morgan
It's their way of washing it.
Bobby Bones
Yes. Sneaky. What sucks for me is I've accidentally sent people money before for real. And then I know that they think it's a scam, so I don't ask for it. That one time on the show, I sent that girl 500 bucks and I hit her up and I was like, you probably think this is a scam. I know you're not gonna give it back to me, so just keep the 500 bucks. Now, I never heard anything from her, but if I were her, I'd have thought that was a scam, wouldn't you guys?
Morgan
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
All of a sudden 500 bucks shows up in your Venmo.
Mike D
But that'd be awesome, though, to get 500 bucks.
Bobby Bones
It's real money. So if you get money from somebody, don't give it back to them unless it's your friend. Yeah, yeah, but that's how that scam works. It's not you getting scammed. It's somebody else just had it stolen from their card. And then you're making sure they get the clean money. Then another story similar. Ish. A FedEx driver was arrested after $62,000 in stolen packages was found in the storage unit.
Morgan
Oh, my gosh. 62,000?
Bobby Bones
Yeah. The baton Rouge Paris Sheriff's office detectives found about $62,000 worth of stolen merchandise. The investigation revealed the stolen package and all of them were being stored inside of this unit after deputies obtained a search warrant. After completing the search, detectives found Jackson, the guy that they have here, and took him into custody. Sounds like he was just keeping stuff he thought could be a value. Wow, that's from wafb.
Mike D
How do you know what's of value out of a box? Like what? Heavier, I would think. Heavy box. Valuable?
Morgan
I don't know, because I order cat litter. It's pretty heavy.
Mike D
That's nothing.
Bobby Bones
He's got 62 grand a cat litter in there.
Morgan
Very heavy.
Bobby Bones
I would think if you just do something so much, you start to know what some things are and where they come from. Even you could probably see at times, too, where certain things are shipped from. And that could be a valuable location if you know what Apple. What Apple. Where Apple ships from. You have so many packages, you probably know what a laptop feels like. Good call versus it's like anything else you do all the time. You probably just get really good at it. But that's a lot of packages. And then also. Why are you not turning that over? You got all that stuff sitting in a storage unit. You got to take a box cutter, open them all, get stuff out of the package, get them to a pawn shop.
Morgan
It's gotten overwhelming at this point.
Bobby Bones
That's a great point. I wonder how much he actually made from that. That's all alleged. I'm just reading a news story. Don't come at me. New York Post. A diner is outraged after finding an added charge for a charity donation on the bill. The whole story was they got their bill and There was a $1 donation listed on the receipt that they paid. And they were upset, not so much because they hate charity, but they hate the fact that there is something added to their bill without Being asked, this happened to somebody on the show recently, Lunchbox, did you get some kind of
Sponsor Voice
charge on a bill?
Lunchbox
Yeah, I got a hospitality charge for $5.29.
Bobby Bones
That's a lot for a charge.
Lunchbox
And I don't even know what that means. And I asked the waiter, I said, hey, man, what is a hospitality charge? He goes, oh, that goes to the restaurant. That doesn't answer my question. Why am I paying 529 for hospitality? Like, what does that mean? And then that means I got to tip more because it's added into my bill. 529 for hospitality. It's getting ridiculous, guys. We are starting to get ripped off.
Bobby Bones
That is something they should share ahead of time. On the bottom of the menu, there will be a blank percentage charged for hospitality. That's unfair to add that without knowing there's going to be something added and how.
Morgan
I still don't understand what it is.
Bobby Bones
You can just make it up. You make something up and just add it.
Morgan
Call it a hospitality charge.
Mike D
And so what about the charity charge? You like that one?
Bobby Bones
You can't do it.
Morgan
No, you can't do that.
Bobby Bones
And I listen, I love a charity, but you can't add that unless you're telling them it's going to be added or you give them the option to add that money. It's basically a tip.
Mike D
Yeah. Why doesn't the restaurant just charge up and then they can?
Bobby Bones
Because then prices look high. If you're looking at a menu and you're like, dang, the burger here is high. I don't want to eat here anymore.
Mike D
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
So they. And I bet you most people don't realize because they're not looking at the receipt and itemizing it that they're having to pay whatever the heck lunchbox's fee was. The hospitality charge, the charity charge. They're just signing the bill. I bet you 90% of people didn't even see the hospitality charge. I bet you 95 didn't see the $1 to the charity. Who knows what the charity even is?
Morgan
It's probably the restaurant's charity.
Lunchbox
Oh, yeah.
Morgan
They created it.
Bobby Bones
I don't know if that's true, but there's another one. Speaking of money, Amy, do you remember those boards? Ape NFTs. It's like a monkey. And if you bought it, you owned it.
Morgan
Oh, yeah.
Bobby Bones
And they sold for crazy amounts. I hate to compare it to bitcoin, but it's kind of like that. And so people would buy these images of monkeys and Justin Bieber bought one for $1.3 million. And they just did the value of it now it's worth $12,000.
Morgan
Wow.
Lunchbox
I thought you're gonna go up.
Bobby Bones
It lost 99% of its value over three years. Hit all those. Did all those people. I saw that, like Logan Paul, about one for five or six hundred thousand dollars. It's worth like eight grand. But even eight grand now seems crazy.
Mike D
Did you ever buy any?
Bobby Bones
No. No. But you gurus bought all those. Yeah, Cards and the basket sports. Yeah, they're not cards.
Mike D
I got rid of mine. I sold all mine back then.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox. You still have your basketball NFTs?
Lunchbox
Oh, I still have it, dude. And I have a Giannis that was worth a thousand dollars. And I was like, man, I am sitting on this baby. I'm sitting on it. It's worth $17.
Bobby Bones
It's.
Morgan
So how much did Lunchbox pay?
Lunchbox
No, I got it in a pack for like $50. But it's like, oh, my gosh, I'm about to make a lot of money. And I get these emails all the time saying, hey, you've been offered $2 for your. And I'm like, no, I'd rather just let it sit wherever it sits, and it's never going to go anywhere. And I lost all this money. I used to sit on there 45 minutes early to get a pack. Like, you would have to get in line in the waiting room and you're like, oh my gosh, I'm about to make a lot of money. I'm about to make a lot of money.
Bobby Bones
And it's like an image or like a. A movement of a player.
Mike D
It was one little move, one play.
Bobby Bones
So it's not even a physical thing you got. How many of those do you think you have, lunchbox?
Lunchbox
Probably 50, 60.
Bobby Bones
How much money do you think you spent on those all in?
Lunchbox
Probably a thousand dollars.
Bobby Bones
How much have you made back?
Lunchbox
$0.
Mike D
The defeating his voice.
Lunchbox
And I didn't even understand him at the time, and I still bought them.
Bobby Bones
Because you thought that's something you just wanted, even though you didn't understand everybody else was doing it. So you thought it would just make you some money.
Lunchbox
Yeah, I had to get on the boat. Didn't want to miss the boat.
Mike D
Well, they made you believe that you were owning one thing that no one else had.
Bobby Bones
That's true, though. It still is.
Mike D
Right? That move that Dak Prescott made, you owned it.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Okay, but you did. And you still. And Lunchbox still does. But yeah, those NFTs. Bad news. North Texas dentist has been Arrested for performing surgery while intoxicated. Sad 36 year old Kelly Buck faces a state felony charge for performing surgery while intoxicated. An alert dental assistant noticed that Buck did not seem. What's a her?
Mike D
It's a woman.
Morgan
Yeah, well, when you said Kelly, I
Bobby Bones
figured, I know Kelly's at her dudes and it's a somebody making a bad decision. I assumed it was a dude. Yes, I assume most bad decisions. If there's a unisex name, it's a dude. Did not seem to be herself during the first procedure of the day, leading the office manager to call police. That's a tough call to make because your boss, the dentist by the boss.
Mike D
Here's the thing, you know that that's what's different about her. She was a contract dentist that would just come in and do work out of that office.
Bobby Bones
Oh, you can't do that drunk.
Mike D
I mean, you can't do that that drunk. But you can also, like, maybe they don't like you. You're not the boss.
Morgan
They have a connection relationship with her.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like you can't do that one drunk. I mean, if you're the owner, we don't want you to do it drunk. But that's. It's gonna be a harder call to call on your boss. Wow, I didn't know that. Investigators confirmed Buck was not a permanent employee, but was working as a temporary contractor through a staffing agency at the time of her arrest. Fox 4 News with that story.
Mike D
That's a little easier.
Morgan
She can get help.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, yeah. What if your dentist is like in your face and you smell alcohol? Is that something you say?
Morgan
Well, I would be like, so did you just have one drink or.
Mike D
No, you wouldn't.
Bobby Bones
You'd be like,
Mike D
Bones.
Bobby Bones
We asked 2, 000 Bobby Bones show listeners on social media name a famous person that's named Steve. Let's play the Bobby Feud. It's Amy, It's Lunchbox. It's Morgan. We rolled the dice backstage. Lunchbox goes first. Name a famous Steve.
Lunchbox
Oh, man, that's a tough one. Gosh. Steve Martin.
Bobby Bones
Show me Steve Martin. Number three, answer. Love Steve Martin.
Lunchbox
Okay, Steve. Oh, man. Yep.
Bobby Bones
Steve
Lunchbox
Buscemi.
Bobby Bones
Show me lunchboxes. Doppelganger Steve Buscemi. Number six, answer. Good job, Steve.
Lunchbox
Watching tv. And there's a Steve. Give me Steve O. Steve O.
Bobby Bones
From Jackass. It's a good guess, though.
Lunchbox
That's all I got, man.
Bobby Bones
That was a good guess. That was a good guess. Let's go over To Morgan. Morgan.
Morgan
Okay.
Bobby Bones
Name of famous Steve.
Janice Torres
I'm gonna go with Steve Carell.
Bobby Bones
Steve Carell.
Lunchbox
Oh, my God.
Bobby Bones
Your number two answer from the office. Michael Scott. Steve Carell.
Lunchbox
And I get that. That's so stupid.
Morgan
Okay?
Janice Torres
And then we all know him. He created a lot of technology that we know. I'm going Steve Jobs.
Bobby Bones
Show me jobs. Number four answer Steve jobs.
Lunchbox
Oh, my gosh.
Janice Torres
R. Another rip that I really thought of.
Morgan
Crocodiles.
Janice Torres
Mr. Steve Irwin.
Bobby Bones
Show me Steve Irwin. Number five answer.
Morgan
Killing it with the Steve. Okay,
Janice Torres
okay.
Lunchbox
Now we're in trouble.
Janice Torres
Yeah, now. Now I started to.
Morgan
Hey, I. I'm.
Janice Torres
I did better than you. Now, the next one that comes to mind is Steven, but I'm going with Steven Tyler. Does that count as a Steve?
Bobby Bones
Joey. Steve. Todd Stevens will not be Steve.
Morgan
Okay, Okay.
Lunchbox
I want to name him to guess a Steven.
Morgan
Okay. Steve Miller.
Bobby Bones
Oh, good.
Lunchbox
Amy.
Bobby Bones
Some people call me Space Cowboy. Show me Steve Miller. Okay, points are now doubled. Right now, Morgan's in the lead with 11 points. Lunchbox at nine, Amy at zero. The number one answer still on the board. Two thousand listeners were asked. Name a famous person named Steve.
Lunchbox
Steve. Steve Sanders.
Bobby Bones
Steve Sanders from 90210. Good get, though.
Lunchbox
I mean, that's all right, Morgan, you're in the lead.
Janice Torres
I mean, honestly, like, the only other person I know of Steve is somebody that works with us. Scuba Steve.
Bobby Bones
Is that your answer?
Announcer
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Show me Scuba Steve.
Lunchbox
That's so stupid. That is so dope.
Bobby Bones
That's awesome. Let's go, Morgan. Now with 31 points.
Morgan
Okay.
Janice Torres
I mean, I was looking at. I was like, you're Steve.
Lunchbox
Oh, my gosh.
Morgan
Okay.
Janice Torres
Okay, now I'm stuck again. The next one that came to mind was. And I don't know if we're in the same situation with Steven, but Stevie, the character Stevie from Family Guy.
Bobby Bones
Oh, Stevie the little baby. Yeah, there are no Stevies. But show me Stevie. Yeah, it's all Steve's. Amy, you need some points. You have zero points.
Morgan
Yes, I have Steve Urkel. Oh, I know it's fiction, but I wrote that down.
Mike D
Solid.
Bobby Bones
Steve Urkel. Show me. Did I do that?
Morgan
Yes.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Round three points are tripled. Number one answer still on the board. Really?
Lunchbox
How do we not have that? Steve. Steve, man. Like, my dad is a Steve, but he's not going to be on there. Lunchbox's dad, Steve.
Bobby Bones
Classic Steve Box.
Lunchbox
Yeah. Steve Box is not going to be there. No Steve. Steve. Who else is a Steve? Oh, yeah. Steve Smith.
Bobby Bones
Who's that?
Lunchbox
There's a lot of them.
Bobby Bones
Okay. There's a lot of them. Show me any. Any of the Steve Smiths. Amy, you're gonna be in last place if you don't get one.
Lunchbox
I know, but it's Morgan's turn.
Bobby Bones
Oh, true.
Mike D
She's just getting Amy ready.
Bobby Bones
True, true. Thank you, Eddie Morgan, you're dominating.
Janice Torres
Yeah, yeah. And I. I can see him, and it's really making me mad that I can't put his name on thing, and I don't want to give any.
Lunchbox
Amy. Any clues.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox is recording Amy.
Lunchbox
Yeah, she is typing on her computer.
Bobby Bones
Go see what she's looking at.
Lunchbox
Oh, my goodness.
Bobby Bones
Well, then go see what she's looking at.
Lunchbox
I can't. I don't know what she's doing.
Morgan
Does it have anything to do? I don't know exactly, because I'm not cheating.
Bobby Bones
You have to not type on your computer.
Janice Torres
I'm sorry, I can't.
Bobby Bones
Amy's like, I'm looking up stoves.
Lunchbox
She has a lot of screens. I can't click on all the screens because what am I.
Bobby Bones
It says stove.
Morgan
Hide my hands behind my back.
Mike D
And maybe that's why you're losing Amy. I mean, concentrate.
Bobby Bones
I saw Lunchbox take his phone out and start recording her.
Morgan
Okay, but I wasn't looking up Steve's. I'm not an idiot.
Bobby Bones
But you just can't.
Lunchbox
We've had this talk.
Bobby Bones
I know, but you just can't type on your computer while we're playing a game. You know that's against the rules.
Morgan
Hey. Okay, I have not even gotten one point.
Bobby Bones
That's correct.
Lunchbox
Hold.
Bobby Bones
Morgan, it's back over to you. You've had. You've had an hour to think about
Janice Torres
it, and I still can't come up with the person I'm thinking of, so I'm just gonna go.
Lunchbox
The.
Janice Torres
The Spradling. Isn't it on the volleyball. Steven Spradling. It's kind of like Scoop's name, but it's still on the volleyball game.
Bobby Bones
It's balding.
Lunchbox
I think you just said his name.
Bobby Bones
Show me how. Steve's Spalding.
Janice Torres
It is on the volleyballs, though, right?
Bobby Bones
Spalding's a brand. It's like a basketball. Amy, what you look up, what you see over there in your.
Morgan
In your Google searches, how many are left?
Bobby Bones
Four.
Morgan
I have three.
Bobby Bones
Wait. Well, if you get that.
Morgan
But none of them. I don't think one of them. I don't even want to say Vomit. I don't like him.
Bobby Bones
Steve Epstein. I don't know what that is.
Morgan
No, but he is in the files.
Bobby Bones
Steve Epstein.
Morgan
No.
Bobby Bones
Okay, we asked 2000. Bobby Bone Show. Do you remember somebody? Yes, Amy. Name a famous Steve.
Lunchbox
Steve.
Morgan
Can I ask a question?
Bobby Bones
No. When did he ever have questions?
Lunchbox
Can I type on my computer? Can I ask questions?
Bobby Bones
Go ahead.
Morgan
I can't ask the question. Okay, fine, fine, fine. Stone cold Steve Austin.
Bobby Bones
Show me Steve Austin.
Mike D
Yes.
Bobby Bones
Number seven answer, 21 points. Wow, just like that.
Lunchbox
I mean, without controversy.
Mike D
Just like that.
Bobby Bones
Go ahead. Number one answer. Still out there, Steve.
Morgan
What? A nine and eight. They're out there.
Bobby Bones
Eight, nine and one.
Morgan
Eight, nine and one. Steve Moakler.
Mike D
Great guy.
Bobby Bones
Singer, songwriter. Hey, good dude.
Lunchbox
Good dude.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Show me Steve Moakler. So let's congratulate our winner. First with 31 points, Master of the Steves. Morgan. A little controversy, but she did get Steve Austin as her only answer. That was enough, Amy. Second place.
Lunchbox
Wow, Amy.
Bobby Bones
And going home. He does not get to compete in the next round. Lunchbox. With nine points. Your number nine answer was Steve Aoki.
Lunchbox
Dj.
Bobby Bones
The dj. Very famous. Number eight is Steve Young, the quarterback. Lunchbox.
Janice Torres
Don't know who that is.
Bobby Bones
And then number one. Nobody has number one.
Mike D
I. I knew immediately, and I know it sounds easy. I wasn't playing.
Lunchbox
Oh, here.
Bobby Bones
Immediately. Oh, what was it?
Lunchbox
Yes.
Mike D
Come on. I mean, guys, who's the host of this game? Not this game, but the other game?
Lunchbox
Steve Harvey.
Bobby Bones

rich and you want some food and you hire a doordash driver to drive it from a whole state over. Oh or two states over. That's great. So this is what the story kind of is. This guy showed himself going to the airport, boarding a plane, going to pick up In N Out Burger from Vegas for a customer who lived in Indiana. Then he got back on the plane
Morgan
but isn't gonna be cold.
Bobby Bones
Well yeah, he had a burger and fries in the bag and he kept it in it.
Morgan
Oh, insulated.
Bobby Bones
Keep it warm. Yeah, I'm gonna play this clip.
Lunchbox
Here you go.
Bobby Bones
What's with the doordash?
Lunchbox
I got a delivery. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Welcome to Las Vegas Someone got in and out. Burger.
Lunchbox
Extra items in here, right? Yeah, someone ordered from Indiana.
Bobby Bones
Welcome, Indianapolis.
Morgan
Oh, y.
Lunchbox
Oh.
Bobby Bones
Drink somewhere?
Lunchbox
No, they ordered a drink.
Bobby Bones
I had a drink. Wouldn't it be nice to be that rich? Elvis used to do that back in the day. He would send his plane to go pick him up the famous peanut butter and banana sandwiches that he loved. Wow. So he just send his plane, the tcb. Yeah.
Mike D
Taking care of business.
Bobby Bones
Airplane to go pick up his food.
Morgan
Yeah. That's crazy.
Bobby Bones
I got another one here. This guy pulled out his own armpit hair and he put it in the plate to avoid the bill.
Mike D
Oh, that would hurt.
Lunchbox
Like it's. That hurts so bad.
Bobby Bones
I think though, you could do that one a lot more inconspicuously than the head of the hair. Hair of the head, yeah. So hospitality venues have been urged to stay alert after a family tried to avoid paying a 600 bill by planting a hair on their plate. They ordered a ton of high priced Items, including a 1.8 kilogram tomahawk steak. I don't know. Sounds big.
Mike D
Oh, those tomahawks.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
But they watched and he was. He could pull the hair from his underarm because you couldn't really tell. Pull it out and then put it on his plate.
Lunchbox
That's crazy.
Bobby Bones
And then he found a hair in it. That's. That's ballsy. It's dishonest.
Morgan
It's disgusting.
Bobby Bones
He's probably done it at many other places. Yeah, he's getting caught.
Morgan
Yeah, they went hard. They're like, order whatever you want.
Mike D
Yeah, it's gonna be free anyway.
Bobby Bones
That's $600. That's from Seven News Lunchbox saw a delivery driver. What was happening with him?
Lunchbox
So it was like a furniture delivery. They worked for a company, you know, had the name on the side of the van and he was eating yogurt as he's driving one of those big old box trucks in traffic. And he's trying to take a left hand turn. He's got the yogurt in his left hand. He's using his wrist to turn the wheel. He's got the spoon in his right hand as he's getting the yogurt turning. And then it has a little sign on his truck. How's my driving? And all I'm thinking is, do I need to call this number and let them know that this dude is sitting in traffic making a left hand turn with his wrist and his yogurt because it's not safe driving.
Bobby Bones
Would you ever call how's my driving? If they're doing something like this.
Morgan
The yogurt. Maybe not, but I mean, if I saw him like throw a beer can out the window. Yes, sure.
Bobby Bones
I mean, that seems dangerous. Lunchbox. Honestly, if he's so distracted either texting and driving or yogurt and driving.
Mike D
But how was the driving? Was the driving bad?
Lunchbox
Well, I mean, he's struggling to make the left hand turn because he's using his wrist and literally has the open yogurt. And I'm like, oh, he's gonna grab the wheel with his right hand. No, goes in with the spoon with the right hand in the middle of the turn.
Morgan
Reminds me of the time I saw the 18 wheeler guy reading a book.
Bobby Bones
No, that's dangerous on the highway. I know. Did you call?
Morgan
No.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox. I'm assuming you did not call.
Lunchbox
I didn't call because he was going like I was sitting at the light and they. He was coming from across and I didn't get the number in time. If I could have snapped a picture of the number would have called.
Mike D
Yeah, the numbers aren't very easy either. Like, it's always like a complicated number. You have to really look at it.
Bobby Bones
And do you think they just roll their eyes when someone calls about how someone's driving is?
Morgan
Then it's like not safe for you to. Yeah. Be looking down, trying to dial.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, that's. Do you wish you would have called?
Lunchbox
Oh, I wish I'd have been able to snap a picture. And when I got to a safe location because I'm a safe driver, I would have taken the time to call and say, hey man, like I saw your dude. Here's the intersection. Taking left hand turn. Yogurt, left hand. Using the wrist as a steering.
Bobby Bones
Here we go again. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lunchbox
And I'm just like, I just want to let you know that he's not doing safe things out here.
Bobby Bones
It's. I. I feel bad whenever I want to give a delivery driver a bad review on Ubereats or Doordash or whatever. Because I'm like, maybe this was just a. They were just having a bad moment. Maybe I shouldn't because they'll do everything wrong, Leave it at the wrong house even. And I can't, I cannot get myself to do it.
Morgan
Oh my. An entire target order got dropped off at my boyfriend's house the other night. And. And we couldn't figure out it was like a laundry basket. Ice cream, sour cream. He didn't order, but. And so I was like, we gotta text your neighbors.
Bobby Bones
Like, did you have an ice Cream sour cream party.
Morgan
There was no laundry, so it must have been, like, through shipped, like, or something. The Target deliveries. But I just thought of that. Like, I don't. The whole order, they're probably sitting there waiting for their laundry basket and their ice cream, and we have no idea how to figure out who this belongs to. And it was a large order.
Bobby Bones
And you're not going to knock on doors and be like, hey, did you guys have Target?
Morgan
No. He just started texting the neighbors that he knew, like, hey, any of y' all order Target? And, like, nobody did. And so I'm like, thinking, well, this is crazy. Hopefully they got their money back.
Bobby Bones
There was a whole case of beer that came to my house. No way. I told you guys. Yeah, it came to my house, and I was. I didn't order this. It was with stuff that I ordered. So they put it in the wrong bag basket. So somebody was missing their beer.
Morgan
I love when Door Dash messes up my order. It's awesome. All you have to do. This happened to me and Stevenson.
Bobby Bones
You get too excited about whatever you're about.
Morgan
No, I'm telling you. So Stevenson and I ordered Chipotle on Door Dash. We got two bowl. We ordered two bowls. We got two bowls. But it's not what we ordered. However, it was eatable. Like, it was, you know, chicken, rice, salad, the. Some guac. I'm like, okay, but if you go to our order, it's not it. So all you do is provide photographic evidence. I take a picture. My entire order was refunded, but we. That's what we ate for dinner.
Bobby Bones
And then I may not like the food. So then you're hungry, and I'm very. I can't have dairy.
Morgan
You know, anything from Chipotle is probably going to work out. It's going to work out. But if they get it slightly wrong, you get your money back.
Bobby Bones
That's pretty cool. You're not scamming or scheming, but it feels like you're excited, so you can.
Announcer
I'm not.
Morgan
But normally I would. I was like, you know what? Because Door Dash is. So let's. How do I put this? Generous with the refunds. I'm never lying. Like, it's. But they make it way easy to
Bobby Bones
lie if you wanted to, I think.
Morgan
Yeah, me too. But I'm always. I. I provide the photo, and I'm definitely telling the truth. But just like that, $40 credit in my account.
Bobby Bones
Will you ever give a bad review on Door Dash or Uber Eats? I. I can't do it. Either. And sometimes they'll take a picture of my phone.
Lunchbox
It.
Bobby Bones
Well, they'll take a picture, and I can recognize the doors around the neighborhood. Now, based on where they've messed it up before, I'm like, that's not our house. I recognize that door. It's over there. So you just go over and get it. What'd you do with your beer? I don't know. I thought I brought it in and gave it to someone. I didn't give it to you.
Mike D
I remember that, Bones.
Bobby Bones
All right, this just in. Lunchbox has received a summons for jury duty, and he is to report and serve on a jury. Why do you have that face?
Morgan
Well, because, like, what? I need to know what kind of cases he's going to be on.
Bobby Bones
Well, he doesn't even know. So what's the deal?
Lunchbox
Yeah, I got the thing in the mail, says I've been selected for jury duty, that I need to show up, that. Oh, you're gonna go in front of a judge. That you could be selected for a trial and you would sit on the jury and do your civic duty.
Bobby Bones
You ever done that?
Lunchbox
I've never been on a jury before. No. I've been to the room, but I've been sent home.
Bobby Bones
Oh, I got past the room, so I went in for jury duty, then went into the courtroom, and it was a case where a dude pistol whipped another dude. And it was. And I was like, ah, I've been pistol whipped. Yeah, I'm gonna be biased. You're free to go.
Mike D
That makes sense.
Bobby Bones
All right.
Sponsor Voice 2
It's crazy.
Morgan
I've never even gotten any letter or anything.
Mike D
Nothing. Zero.
Lunchbox
Have you guys run.
Morgan
But they already know. They already know. I don't want to be register.
Mike D
Well, you have to register.
Bobby Bones
I even have a driver's license that you're now in, so if you got a new driver's license.
Morgan
Yeah, okay.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Morgan
It's like our duty.
Bobby Bones
So what are you gonna do?
Lunchbox
I'm gonna opt out.
Bobby Bones
Wait, I don't think that's. You can just go. I pass.
Lunchbox
Well, I mean, it's just not good timing, you know, when is it.
Bobby Bones
When is it good timing for Jerry duty?
Lunchbox
Right. But it's like, you know, we got a lot of things going on here with work and, you know, and so I'm just like, I'm gonna have to tell them that I can't make it when they asked me to come
Bobby Bones
again. I don't think that's how it works, or everybody would do that.
Lunchbox
Oh, I think everybody can do that. I think really they're not going to spend time tracking down people don't show up for jury duty. They do.
Morgan
They do. We spend a lot of time doing stupid stuff like that. That's exactly who we go after.
Bobby Bones
So you're saying we can take our time and put in other places?
Morgan
Yeah, yeah, yeah. But of course, like, you're gonna get in trouble for not doing your civic duty.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. What did it say in the letter that you got? You have to report on a certain day, right?
Lunchbox
Yeah. And then it says, I need to reply to that letter within 10 days of getting it. And I had to fill out my information, like. Like, Am I a US citizen? Am I 18 or older? And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And that's it.
Morgan
I would think that you would jump at the opportunity to do this. Like, this is right up your alley.
Lunchbox
I know, but it's just not good timing, Amy.
Bobby Bones
It's never good.
Morgan
Wait, what is this? What is this inflection?
Lunchbox
It's not.
Morgan
Just not good timing. Like, do you hear it in his voice?
Mike D
This is better than calling 91 1.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Morgan
Like, you're.
Bobby Bones
This is real life. 91 1. Yeah.
Lunchbox
Right. But I worry that I'll get on some boring case that you will, and
Bobby Bones
it'll probably be let out the same day. Honestly, most of those are like, if
Lunchbox
I want a case, I feel like I need to be on one that is like, oh, they're gonna call their third witness. Please can we call Marsha?
Morgan
You don't know.
Bobby Bones
Tell them that in the letter that you send back. Be like, I want to be put on something dynamic.
Morgan
I don't think you can do that.
Bobby Bones
No, but I wanted to write it down.
Mike D
But you can do what Bobby did, right? Like, you can show up and be
Bobby Bones
like, you have to show up.
Mike D
Well, whatever it is, say it's a murder. Right? And stabbed. I got stabbed one time.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. I have been murdered twice. So I need to be able to get that out of here. Or you could just stand up and say something racist.
Mike D
Can you do that?
Bobby Bones
No. Never do that. No.
Lunchbox
You could never stand up and say, I hate white people.
Bobby Bones
You can say whatever you want, but they know now, that's such a bit.
Mike D
They're like, sir, you are white.
Bobby Bones
That's not the thing. Lunchbox, you have to go.
Lunchbox
All right, man. I. I just. I don't want to leave the show shorthanded, you know, things like that. It's really complicated.
Mike D
Oh, we're good.
Bobby Bones
Let me look around. Yeah, we're good.
Mike D
Yeah, we're good, man.
Bobby Bones
But you should do it, because if you don't go, you will end up. You'll get fined.
Lunchbox
Oh, I don't want that.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I didn't think you would. So go. And then we'll just update. You can live stream from the trial.
Mike D
Oh, that'd be awesome.
Morgan
Can he.
Bobby Bones
No, no, none of this. I'm giving him tons of bad advice here, but you should do it just so you have the experience of doing it. Then if you go, you won't get called for a long time.
Lunchbox
Okay. All right, well, yeah, I'm. I'm one for the civic duty, so. Yeah, I got the notice on the fridge. It's sitting there.
Bobby Bones
Bam.
Lunchbox
Gotta go to court.
Bobby Bones
Wear a suit, take a briefcase.
Lunchbox
Oh, do jurors wear suits?
Bobby Bones
Suits and briefcase.
Mike D
What's in the briefcase?
Bobby Bones
Doesn't matter. Just have one just in case. Wake up, wake up in the morning. And the dial just keeps on turning. Steve ran trying to put you through M riding his wigs. Next bit. Now Bobby's on the mic. So you know what this is? This is the Bobby right now. Time for the morning corny.
Lunchbox
The morning corny.
Morgan
How do lemons clean their house so quickly?
Bobby Bones
How do lemons clean their house so quickly?
Morgan
They hire a minute maid.
Bobby Bones
I get it.
Lunchbox
I get it.
Bobby Bones
Like, minute made.
Morgan
Like the minute made lemonade.
Lunchbox
That was the morning corny.
Morgan
Oh, my gosh.
Bobby Bones
All right, hit me with this. I just finished listening to the podcast
Morgan
of Amy and Bobby with when Bobby came back from Haiti after surprising her.
Bobby Bones
And honestly, it is still so emotional to listen to. It's absolutely fantastic, and I suggest everybody go back to it. Thanks. Love you guys. She's digging in the archives there. How do you find that? Emmy was kind of mad at me for that in a weird way. Well, so this is what was happening.
Lunchbox
I'll give you the.
Bobby Bones
I'll give you the quick version. Amy has two kids now, and she adopted both the kids. They're her kids now. They've been here forever, so they're normal to us as their kids. But at the time, they were in an orphanage, and we're trying to get them over to America, and there was a lot of, you know, bureaucracy involved, and I hadn't met them, and I wanted to meet them before they came over. So I just snuck over on a weekend and flew to Haiti and went to the orphanage and did all. Then I came back and I told Amy on the air, and she was emotional, but I think she wanted to kill me too, because she didn't go with me.
Lunchbox
Yeah, that's not why you're angry.
Bobby Bones
There was also a bet involved that if Bobby. I don't think the bet made her mad.
Morgan
I mean, I honestly. That didn't even pop into my head until y' all just said it.
Bobby Bones
Me too.
Morgan
So the bet, that must not really linger with me.
Bobby Bones
I do remember now. You owe me a tattoo of my face on your body, but that's a whole different thing.
Morgan
Yeah, but you finagled, manipulated the situation. You snuck down to Haiti. You went there. I could have gone. I could have gone. It's fine.
Mike D
Why did you choose to go without.
Morgan
Yeah, why did you?
Bobby Bones
Because I went pretty last minute, and it was just a whole bunch of like, I'm just gonna go meet the kids and come back. And that's what I did.
Announcer
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Stayed one night and came back. And she'd also probably wanted to stay more than one night, spend more time there. I mean, that was her situation. I had a limited time, but I did want to meet them.
Morgan
I can't remember. You, like, you started playing audio. You were like, here's what I did this weekend. And then you started playing audio. And I could hear their little accents. And I was like, are those. Are those my children? Yeah, no, it. It was very sweet. And.
Bobby Bones
Why are you convincing yourself again? She's in that town where she's like, no, no, it was very sweet.
Morgan
It was, it was, it was. These two things were true at the same time where I. That it was really, really cool. And then. Yeah, part of me was bummed, but I haven't. I don't think about it.
Bobby Bones
We can put that at some point on a podcast. Just that part. I mean, she's digging through the archives. I appreciate that. Bobby Bone Show Bonehead story of the day.
Lunchbox
This story comes to us from Miami, Florida. A 26 year old man's driving around a neighborhood and he sees a landscaping van. He's like, oh, I'm gonna take some of the equipment out of there. Gets out of his car, goes into the van. Landscaper runs over, slams the door shut. It's locked, guys. Locked inside, going, let me out, let me out.
Bobby Bones
Isn't that the premise of the show Bait Car?
Lunchbox
Yeah, Bait Car was a old TV show, and I'm sure you can find reruns somewhere. They would put a car in an area where, you know, cars got stolen a lot, and they just watch it. And then they would. Someone would steal it. They'd drive around, pick up friends, run errands, and the cops would be like, all right, guys, shut her down. And they would Just turn off the car and lock all the people inside.
Bobby Bones
It was great with the story of this guy, though. If he's locked in a van, you can't really be locked inside of something unless someone's holding it from the outside. Right?
Lunchbox
He was, I guess. Maybe there's a partition between the front. It was a big white. Like a white van.
Bobby Bones
So there was like, your dad used to drive.
Lunchbox
Yeah, my dad used to drive a white van, yes.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lunchbox
And so maybe he couldn't get to the front doors to get out. And maybe the inside, the back doors didn't unlock from the inside. I don't know. But he's just stuck in there.
Bobby Bones
Okay, there you have it.
Lunchbox
I'm Lunchbox. That's your bonehead. Story of the day.
Bobby Bones
Had the embarrassing thing happen where the waiter brings my wife something because he thinks it's a fruity thing, but it was for me.
Sponsor Voice 2
So we were.
Bobby Bones
We were dinner. And so I don't drink, but I love fruity drinks. The fruitier the better. You put a whole orchard on there. I love it. And so, you know, Carmen Miranda is. She would wear that big hat with all the fruit on top. Oh, yeah. I want my drinks look like that.
Morgan
Yeah, yeah.
Mike D
Carmen Miranda.
Morgan
Yeah. Fruity as possible.
Bobby Bones
Yes. And so I ordered this drink, and so the waiter puts it in, but the waiter doesn't bring it. Somebody else from the staff from the bar brings it and drops it off. And so they walked up and gave my wife this extremely fruity drink. And she's like, no, no, my wife wants everybody to know, too. That's for him. And so I had that happen to me. It was reminiscent of when Lunchbox got the steak and his wife got the salad, except they both ordered the other one where the wife had ordered the steak and Lunchbox ordered the salad.
Lunchbox
Yeah. And it was a burger, but same thing. The girl brought me the burger and gave my wife the salad. And her tip was deducted handsomely because that is really rude and sexist to think like that. And you have to show. You should just say, oh, who had the burger? Like you. You should have said, who had the fruity drink? And instead of just assuming it's the woman.
Bobby Bones
I'm not embarrassed about fruity drink.
Lunchbox
No, that's what I'm saying. You don't. Shouldn't be. Well, you should be in, as people
Bobby Bones
say about me, the fruitier the better.
Mike D
They say that about you?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, a lot of times. Yeah. Yeah.
Lunchbox
But don't you think it's just stereotypical and we gotta teach these people that. Hey, you can't assume things like it makes you look bad.
Bobby Bones
Never for one split second did I think the tip will be altered because of this mishap.
Morgan
Well, lunch did alter his tip. You didn't at all?
Bobby Bones
No, no, I didn't think about that until Eddie brought up.
Morgan
Hehe.
Bobby Bones
They just gave you. You gave your wife your drink. And I thought, oh yeah, we did a segment on this and Lunchbox made the tip worse for that waiter. Now my wife's pregnant, okay, and she's a woman. And they probably thought she was getting the virgin drink because of that.
Morgan
Yeah, that's definitely.
Lunchbox
They thought. They can't assume things. That's the problem. That's what you get in trouble. You want equality.
Bobby Bones
I know that's not about equality.
Lunchbox
Quality in America, we want it and then we don't act upon it. We just start. We still go to the stereotypical. Oh, you get a salad, you get the fruity drink. That's what's wrong with society.
Bobby Bones
Well, that happens. I just wanted to share.
Morgan
Didn't impact your.
Bobby Bones
Not once. Not once. Until Eddie reminded me, hey, remember when they gave your wife your fruity drink?
Mike D
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
All right, that's it. We hope you have a great day. We will see you tomorrow. Bye everybody.
Morgan
Bobby Bones.
