Welcome to the Boys and Girls podcast. Arranged marriage is basically a reality show and you're auditioning for your soulmate. And who's judging? Only your entire family. It's time for the good news.
Bob Pittman
Tell me something good.
Bobby Bones
I'll go first. Last night I watched the finale of season two of Paradise. This is a great show. I think it's the best show on tv. That's all. I don't say much more because it's over for season two. I can give you some double up good news as they've already renewed for three and they've already written season three. Because I saw a picture of all the writers, they're on a bus or an airplane or something and they were like, we just finished season three writing it. I love the show. And a lot of times when you hear a show has been renewed and then there's a finale, you're like, I don't know, is the finale good or do they just kick the can to the next season? Because sometimes they don't really give you enough. I feel like this gave you enough and also opened up doors for another season. But that show, now it's in dangerous territory because this is where shows either get real bad because they go chasing something weird or they get really good. But I love it. Paradise. It's an excellent show. Did you watch Finale? Oh, yeah. Do you like it? Yeah, exactly what you said. It kind of reminds me of Lost of like, okay, it's gonna reach a point where it could go so far to like, oh, I don't know what they're doing anymore or it gets so much better. I love Sterling K. Brown.
TJ Holmes
He's great.
Bobby Bones
This show is made for him because he gets to be like soft and warm and a dad and real likable. But he also played a secret service guy and so he can do the kick butt stuff. Like it's all the elements. He's ripped. He's like a superhero. Yeah, it's awesome in it, but it's not a fake superhero because as he's doing stuff that's crazy, you're like, dang, he's good with that gun. Then you remember he was a secret service agent. That makes sense. So finale was last night. That's my Tell me something good and new season and it's already written. So there you go. Amy, you.
TJ Holmes
It's just a shout out to someone in our company named Sandy.
Bobby Bones
I don't know Sandy.
TJ Holmes
Yeah. Well, if you ever have any questions about anything regarding your paycheck, I now have a direct line to Sandy. So hit me up. I can give you her number.
Eddie
Really?
TJ Holmes
You call her. She knows everything.
Bobby Bones
What happened with your paycheck?
TJ Holmes
Well, sometimes, you know, it's just a little confusing. Have you ever felt that way?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, because they don't always list everything out. And there's just like a clump that's $417 in there. And you're like, I wonder what this is from.
TJ Holmes
Yeah, like, literally. For what?
Eddie
Sometimes the salesperson will be like, did
Bobby Bones
you get paid for that? I'm like, I don't know.
Eddie
You tell me.
TJ Holmes
Because it's not itemized. There's no breakdown. And Sandy, she said she's been with the company 10 years, and that's one of her big things that. With talent. That has been a struggle because nothing is broken down. However, she holds the key, guys. And now I have her number. And you never know when you've emailed with someone what their phone tone is gonna be like, am I gonna get Sandy on the line? And she's gonna sound annoyed? No, Sandy's fabulous.
Bobby Bones
Nice, big shout out to Sandy.
TJ Holmes
So hit me up. I have her number if y' all need anything. And now I feel better. She's sending me a breakdown of something I had a question about.
Bobby Bones
I've had the incident too, where they had to take money back from a check. That sucks. Like $3,000 or something.
TJ Holmes
She did say, you know, if you feel confused by your check, imagine Bobby's.
Bobby Bones
I was like, yeah, she didn't say that.
Eddie
She said that. What in the world?
Bobby Bones
Sandy's rubbing.
Lunchbox
Rubbing our face.
Bobby Bones
Like, that is so wrong.
Lunchbox
Like, hey, you have money on a
Eddie
lot of money coming in.
Bobby Bones
Funny.
TJ Holmes
Yeah, it wasn't. She was referring. She was just like, all the different ways you get paid because there's a lot of different moving parts and things happening within the company. And so she's like, trust me, I get it. And if you think yours is bad,
Bobby Bones
just imagine mine's a mess. Yeah, mine's a mess. Just because I have different. I do different things for the company. So it comes in through different avenues.
Eddie
It's so much.
Bobby Bones
If it was just about so much, it would just be a single dump.
TJ Holmes
No, it wasn't like she was.
Bobby Bones
It's national, local spots. It's podcasts. It's podcast spots.
TJ Holmes
Yeah, she brought it.
Bobby Bones
Appearances. It's Video content, all this stuff. I agree. Oh, no, look, I'm not gonna lie. It's a lot more Sandy. It just comes in through different roads, say.
TJ Holmes
And listen, Sandy is in the know.
Bobby Bones
Yes, Andy.
TJ Holmes
It almost felt a little.
Bobby Bones
Did she tell you?
TJ Holmes
Not about anybody.
Bobby Bones
How much you make?
Eddie
Yeah.
TJ Holmes
No, I don't want to know.
Bobby Bones
Probably better that way.
Eddie
Yeah, yeah.
Lunchbox
Oh, yeah, I see Sandy's profile.
Bobby Bones
On what?
TJ Holmes
Oh, see, I don't know what she looks like. Don't tell me because I already have a picture of my mind.
Lunchbox
Yeah, tell me what you think she looks like.
TJ Holmes
No, I don't. Sandy. She's like brown hair.
Eddie
Sandy blonde hair.
TJ Holmes
Brown.
Bobby Bones
She has Sandy blonde hair. That's where our mind goes.
TJ Holmes
Kind eyes.
Lunchbox
Is she. Where is she out of? Do you know?
TJ Holmes
No clue.
Bobby Bones
I'm going to guess.
TJ Holmes
I thought San Antonio maybe, but her. Her. Her cell phone is up east also.
Bobby Bones
From New York then. But I would say Atlanta if I were just guessing.
Lunchbox
From what I can see, she's out of Phoenix.
Bobby Bones
Oh, okay. I don't know why, but.
Eddie
What are you on Facebook?
Lunchbox
I typed in Sandy. Iheartmedia.
TJ Holmes
Well, she works for Premier. Technically.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. And you can also, so.
Lunchbox
But she's a cpa.
Bobby Bones
Oh, yeah, that's right.
Lunchbox
So I assume that's who it is.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox, do you have anything? Tell me something good.
Lunchbox
Oh, yeah, I got to. Tell me something good, man. I'm finally caught up on Survivor. Let me tell you. Survivor season 50, is it good? It's really good because they're all great players. So you don't have any duds. It's not like, you know, some seasons you just get people cash and you're like, they suck. They don't need to be there. They're going to be gone quick.
Bobby Bones
Are they famous players? Are they just good new players?
TJ Holmes
They're from previous seasons.
Lunchbox
Yeah, they're all from previous season.
Bobby Bones
Got it.
Lunchbox
And so you already know them because you've watched all the seasons, so you already have a connection to them. And then when someone gets voted out, you're like, oh, no. I wanted that person to win. But it's like that with everyone because you like most of them. And so we had missed a couple of weeks because I was on the cruise ship, then this, then life. And so finally yesterday we watched the double elimination episode and we are now caught up.
Bobby Bones
Have you seen every episode of every season?
Lunchbox
No, because I didn't watch the first 10 seasons.
Bobby Bones
You have to go back.
Lunchbox
I probably should, but I started like season 10 when Tom the firefighter, he was a firefighter and he had a machete, and there was a shark swimming near the shore. And whack. Whoa. Got it with the machete. And I was like, I'm all in.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Eddie
Don't you know who won, like, on those early seasons?
Lunchbox
I know who won season one, but I don't know, like, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
Bobby Bones
My light OCD in me since I've seen most all of it. If I were him, I'd want to go and just. You know how I do with my
Eddie
marker, black out everything.
Bobby Bones
I don't want to make sure everything was completed. That doesn't bother you?
Lunchbox
I mean, a little bit. But the game has changed so much because, like, back then, they didn't have hidden immunity idols. Now they do, where you can guarantee your safety. And I was told the first season there was no strategy, that people were
Bobby Bones
just like, nobody knew the game.
Lunchbox
Right. We'll just vote you off because alphabetically and whatever your last name, that's how they voted them off in the beginning.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Nobody could have watched the show because it was season one. It also wasn't a show in other countries. There also wasn't social media. It was just, we're gonna stick these people on an island or in the desert or wherever. I think it was an island.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
What's the best competition show now, period?
Lunchbox
I still think Survivor's amazing. People say Beast Games.
Bobby Bones
My answer was gonna be Beast Games, but I've never.
Lunchbox
I've not watched it.
Bobby Bones
Beast Games is a bit. It's much more elevated, but it's. Sometimes it's like stuff that we do, like, stupid stuff, but also funds, but they bring in celebrities. I like Beast Games because I think we're. We naturally like something that everybody can kind of do.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
But then put a whole lot of money there and add a celebrity, and then that's fun.
Lunchbox
And it tempts you because, I mean, I saw the one clip online where it's like, this guy has a team, and they're down and they're depending on him to whatever.
Bobby Bones
The million dollars.
Lunchbox
Yeah. And the guy. And Mr. B says, I will give you $1 million right now to eliminate your team. And he rang that buzzer, said, get him out of here. Like, I'm like, that is the kind of. That seems fun. I just have never watched it.
Bobby Bones
Do you think if you went on Survivor, you'd be a villain or you'd be one of the good guys?
Lunchbox
I think that's a good question.
Bobby Bones
Thank you. Thank you.
Lunchbox
That's a Great. I mean, you want to. You don't want to be the villain because then everybody hates you. So you have to play like you're the nice guy. But behind the scenes, you got to be digging knives in the backs or else you can't win.
Eddie
So fake.
Bobby Bones
But don't they fake? They still make you the villain, but nobody else just knows you're the villain. Like the viewer sees Psyche.
Lunchbox
Yeah, I'd rather be the. I'll be the villain on tv. That's fine. But the people in my tribe are going to think I'm mister. Hey, how are you doing? Are you feeling okay?
Bobby Bones
I don't think I feel that way about me. Yeah, Nico Jackson doesn't.
Lunchbox
N. Jackson talks like this.
Bobby Bones
Tell me something good, daddy.
Eddie
Man, yesterday was crazy. So my wife calls me and says, hey, you need to pick up the boys at three. And so I was already at work. I'm like, well, you know what? I'll just stay at work and I'll do my work here, and then I'll just go straight to the school and pick them up. So I was going to go get lunch downstairs. Guys, I forgot my wallet. I don't have my wallet. And I'm like, what do I do? I gotta. I gotta eat. I didn't realize that on my phone I don't have Apple Pay. I know what you're thinking.
TJ Holmes
Okay, okay.
Eddie
But on my phone, I had signed up for this Venmo debit card thing. So I was like, I got to eat. Like, and it. And it's gonna make me sound old. But it was cool to think, like, just because I forgot my wallet doesn't mean I can't eat.
TJ Holmes
So you scan it like you Apple Pay. Like, you just scan your phone and it attaches to the Venmo.
Eddie
Yeah, yeah. Like, it's like I would tap my credit card. I just tap my phone.
TJ Holmes
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
So you don't actually need the card.
Eddie
No, it's on my phone, which I know you guys use Apple Pay. I've never used Apple Pay before, but I'm changed.
Bobby Bones
I don't use Apple Pay on the regular, but there have been times where I forgot my wallet. Then I'm like, oh, I'll just use Apple Pay. That's where I. Or not even Apple Pay. Like, I have my credit card as well in my phone, in my wallet. Because you can put your credit cards, obviously, if you pay for. Do you pay for stuff on your phone?
Nick Dickenpole
Double click.
Eddie
Never. That's the first time I've ever done it.
Bobby Bones
Neither do I. You don't double click on your phone to buy stuff from it.
Lunchbox
No.
Eddie
And that's what this thing asked me to do because I was, like, scanning it on the credit card machine. They're like, no double click. I'm like, oh, and it paid.
Bobby Bones
Okay, we weren't gonna make fun of you for the thing you said, but maybe a little bit. That you don't have your credit cards into your phone that you can buy stuff with.
TJ Holmes
Oh, yeah. He doesn't have Apple Pay.
Eddie
Wait, hold on.
TJ Holmes
That's what Apple pays.
Bobby Bones
So what is that? But you put your credit cards into Apple Pay? Yes, yes, yes.
Lunchbox
Oh, yeah.
TJ Holmes
I'm not talking about Apple Cash.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Or like, if I put them into my wallet, sometimes the credit card will come up and I just pay it straight.
Lunchbox
You have a credit card on your phone?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, two. One debit card, one credit card.
TJ Holmes
Explain. I think they think, like, do you understand when he says wallet? It's a digital wallet. It's not like a wallet.
Lunchbox
I know what a wallet is because I put my airline ticket in there. Whenever I'm going to board a place,
Bobby Bones
it's the same wallet I have in
Lunchbox
there is my airline ticket.
Cino
But hold on.
Eddie
I can get my credit card show you.
Bobby Bones
Look, here's my American Express up here now. And so this is not officially Apple Pay, because Apple pays through your phone. Through the. But this is. It's in my wallet. And so beep it.
Morgan
Oh.
Lunchbox
Make sure you don't pull out your wallet and grab credit card.
Bobby Bones
No, I do most times, but if I don't have my wallet, I easily can just do it from my phone.
Lunchbox
Z, I'm with you. If I didn't have my wallet, I couldn't pay for anything.
Eddie
I went around the office asking people, hey, can I borrow 10 bucks? Like, I forgot my wallet.
Bobby Bones
I mean, that's okay. You learn. So I think I only learned mine through having to figure it out. Oh, God, I don't have my wallet. And then Caitlin's like, hey, dummy, you have. You basically have your wallet on your phone. Just use that.
Eddie
I am doing that today. I'm getting my credit card on my phone.
Bobby Bones
But, like, look, I have that. I have a region's debit card. I don't have. I don't keep Apple Cash.
Eddie
But you could have Apple Cash, right?
Lunchbox
What is that?
Eddie
And that's like a separate debit card,
Bobby Bones
but you can get a card.
TJ Holmes
Apple Cash is like Venmo.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
TJ Holmes
Because you can pay people through. Like, if someone can request, like, Venmo. Hey, Venmo. Me 50 bucks. Like, you can do the same transfer
Bobby Bones
through Apple Cash Text instead of, like, you know, Venmo. Like, if I Venmo you money? Yeah, it comes with the app. I could. You have your phone on you?
TJ Holmes
I have to do Venmo, though. I'm locked out of Apple Cash.
Eddie
Hold on. Are you gonna send me money?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, but love it. Look, so if you hit the little plus sign on the text message, Right? So Apple Cash is an option.
Lunchbox
What?
Eddie
Okay, send me five bucks.
Bobby Bones
So watch.
Eddie
I will.
Lunchbox
Why would you say five? Say 100.
Bobby Bones
So watch. Two, three, four, five.
Eddie
Sending me five.
Bobby Bones
And then I'm gonna do send. And so it's gonna put it in the text. So as soon as I send this text, it looks like a gift card in the text? Yeah, as soon as I send it, then I do. It's gonna be for my debit card.
Eddie
Oh, so you select which card you want it to come from.
Bobby Bones
Because I don't have Apple Cash. If I had Apple Cash, I could do it straight from there as well.
Eddie
Okay, hit submit.
Bobby Bones
Okay. You just want the five bucks. I get the joke, but I'm just showing you.
Lunchbox
I got a question.
Bobby Bones
Hold on. So now I sent it. Okay, So I wanna see what it does if. Since you don't have that set up.
Eddie
Got nothing so far.
Bobby Bones
Okay.
Lunchbox
I was gonna say I know, because
TJ Holmes
how does any of it.
Eddie
Okay, Bobby sent you $5 with Apple Cash. I open it up, it's loading, and I get the same picture you have. So what do I do? Click on it.
Bobby Bones
Push it.
Eddie
It says, set up Apple Cash.
Bobby Bones
Now you have five bucks. Now, this may be a good reason
Eddie
to set up, because I have $5
Bobby Bones
and you can pay in Apple Cash for stuff too.
Eddie
I feel like that's how they get you there.
Lunchbox
Eddie, try sending that to me. See if it forwards.
Eddie
I copy and paste it.
Bobby Bones
What do you mean, get you?
Eddie
I just feel like once all that stuff on my phone get hacked, that's where the hacking comes.
Bobby Bones
It's not where the hacking comes from, but where they get you is it's so easy to use that it's a lot easier to pull the trigger to buy stuff, right?
TJ Holmes
Oh, yeah. I mean, if.
Lunchbox
If.
TJ Holmes
If something has an option, like if I'm looking at a shirt that I clicked on, like somebody posted a link to a shirt and I click on it and then an option is through. That store is Apple Pay double click. It's so easy. If not, if I have to go get my credit card out and enter in anything, the odds of Me buying the shirt have gone down significantly.
Bobby Bones
I am super happy, though, 80% of the time, because that does happen with Amy says where I'm like, oh, man, I was just in the moment. But most of the time I want it and I don't want to have to go get my car to load in the number again every time.
Eddie
Sure.
Bobby Bones
I'm just grateful that it's there. So it's like, boop, boop. They all work together. It is Apple does it. But I guess my Apple pay in my head is Apple literal. The Apple money, the cash that goes on. Yeah. But the wallet. I guess if it's in the wallet, it's still considered Apple pay.
Eddie
I just love.
Bobby Bones
You should put your card in, though, for safety reasons.
Eddie
Yes, I do like that. And I love the fact that we don't have to worry about our wallets anymore. Our real, actual wallets.
Bobby Bones
Well, you do.
Eddie
Can you put your driver's license in your digital wallet? That would be legit.
Bobby Bones
But you just talked about getting scammed, and that's even more now.
Eddie
You're right.
Bobby Bones
You're right.
Eddie
Let's not do that then.
Bobby Bones
No, I don't think so. I don't think I could be wrong.
TJ Holmes
Like, if you get pulled over by the police, can you just show them a picture of your license?
Eddie
You can.
Bobby Bones
No, but. Yes. You're not supposed to.
TJ Holmes
But you can.
Bobby Bones
But you can.
TJ Holmes
I guess it depends on the officer.
Bobby Bones
Yes. Yeah. And what you've done. And some states you can put in your. They do have, like, it's not Apple, but you can keep your. It's like an official identification in your phone.
TJ Holmes
Got it. Some states not like insurance and stuff.
Bobby Bones
It's not federal. Let's see. Participating states. Arizona, California.
TJ Holmes
What do you guys do? Insurance.
Bobby Bones
Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii.
Lunchbox
Registration.
Bobby Bones
Iowa, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri. New. Oh, you can take pictures of that? I do all the time. It's in my phone.
TJ Holmes
Yeah, I know.
Bobby Bones
Insurance, too. My insurance card. My glove box in my phone.
Lunchbox
Yeah, you can have insurance because when I got my wreck, my wife went online and showed me where I could get it and she sent me a text. They said, oh, that's perfect.
Bobby Bones
Hey. So we don't have it here, but you are able to with Apple in some of those states, put it into your wallet app.
Eddie
That's cool.
Bobby Bones
I know you could save it on your phone. I didn't know it was with Apple, but. Yeah, not here.
Lunchbox
So do you have. If you have Apple Pay. Right. So if you use your computer and you go to whatever website and you need your Credit card number. Does it just pull up, too?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, but you have to know your. On some of those. You have to know your CVV code.
Lunchbox
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
And so as long as you know that, you're good.
Eddie
You know, my wife knows our credit card number.
Bobby Bones
I know my credit card number.
Lunchbox
That's not good.
Bobby Bones
I memorize.
Lunchbox
I mean, it spins too much.
Bobby Bones
I memorize all mine.
Lunchbox
That's what that means.
TJ Holmes
No, it's very impressive that you have that. Like, I don't even know my driver's license.
Eddie
No chance.
TJ Holmes
And I've had that since I was 16.
Lunchbox
No.
Bobby Bones
There are certain ways that I don't know how to get to work or anything.
Lunchbox
Like, you came to Tennessee.
Bobby Bones
You gave a number. Hold up for a second. You guys are having a conversation. We're having. Everybody's having a conversation. Let's all chill out here. Yeah. Anyway, good for her. She should know that you know your Social Security number.
Eddie
Yes, that I do.
TJ Holmes
That I do.
Eddie
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
We just got Billy Social Security card. Do I need to memorize her card?
TJ Holmes
No.
Eddie
No.
TJ Holmes
I don't know my kids.
Bobby Bones
No, I said, do I need to? I didn't say do you guys. Why do you need to. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know if it ever came into play.
TJ Holmes
I mean, as long as you have it.
Eddie
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. It's weird. It comes on paper.
Eddie
I know. And that's that paper so important. You can't lose that piece of paper.
TJ Holmes
But also take a photo of it.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, laminate it.
TJ Holmes
Laminate it. Take a photo. Put it in the freezer.
Bobby Bones
Can you laminate it? Is that illegal?
TJ Holmes
I don't know.
Bobby Bones
Is it like you're supposed to?
TJ Holmes
I just keep mine in a Ziploc bag.
Bobby Bones
Is it like cutting the tag off a mattress? Cops show up immediately?
TJ Holmes
Maybe.
Bobby Bones
Okay, times are good. Eddie did his lunchbox.

Lala Kent
Hello gorgeous. It's Lala Kent, host of Untraditionally Lala. My days of filling up cups at Sur may be over, but I'm still loving life in the Valley. Life on the other side of the hill is giving grown up vibes, but over here on my podcast Untraditionally Lala, I'm still that Lala you either love or love to hate. I've been full on over sharing with fans, family and former frenemies like Tom Schwartz. I had a little bone to pick with Schwarzy when he came on the pod. You don't feel bad that you told me I was a bootleg housewife? I almost flipped a pizza in your lap.
Bobby Bones
Oh my God. I literally forgot about that until just now.
Eddie
Sorry, I don't want to.
Bobby Bones
I don't want to blame alcohol that I got to blame that one on the alcohol.
Lala Kent
This is about laughing and learning when life just keeps on life. And because I make mistakes so that you guys don't have to. We're growing, we're thriving, and yes, sometimes we're barely surviving, but we do it all with love. It's unruly, it's unafraid, it's Untraditionally Lala. Wilmer Valderrama
Hey, I'm Wilmer Valderrama and this is Freddy Rodriguez.
Freddy Rodriguez
Welcome back to Dos Amigos.
Wilmer Valderrama
Dos Amigos, season two, baby.
Freddy Rodriguez
This time, we're going even deeper into our careers, our lives, our art, and everything in between.
Wilmer Valderrama
Each episode emanates from our very own speakeasy, where we swap stories about the moments that really shaped us on and off camera.
Freddy Rodriguez
What do we invest in right now? What is the immediate advice you give
Wilmer Valderrama
people right now is to value time, to be cognizant of time and how important time is, because once the time is up, it's up, and then that's it.
Freddy Rodriguez
And the relationships, collaborations, and even the failures that pushed us to grow. And the common denominator is that we have the same people with us since, like, 30, 40 years ago. Right? Like, we have a lot of the same homies that stuck around.
Wilmer Valderrama
Plus, the door always stays open for a third amigo to pull up a chair. Listen to Dos Amigos as part of the My Cultura podcast network, available on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts.

I went and sat on the little ottoman in front of him and I said, hi, dad. And just when I said that, my mom comes out of the kitchen and she says, I have some cookies and milk. This is badass. Convict me just finished five years. I'm gonna have cookies and milk at mom. Yeah.
Cino
On the CNO show podcast, each episode invites you into a raw, unfiltered conversations about recovery, resilience, and redemption. On a recent episode, I sit down with actor cultural icon Danny Trejl to talk about addiction transformation and the power of second chances. The entire season two is now available to binge, featuring powerful conversations with guests like Tiffany Haddish, Johnny Knoxville, and more.

Bobby Bones
Now, Morgan, you have one.
Morgan
Well, Bobby, you might feel this way, but whenever you finally get, like, a really good recipe, if you have dietary restrictions, it's like a huge moment. And this happened for me last night. I put together two different really good recipes that are vegan gluten free, and I'm obsessed with them. And it was. I was so happy, like, it changed my whole day because I was able
Bobby Bones
to get these recipes if with me, obviously, I've talked about it so much, but I can't have dairy. And there's dairy in everything, even butter. Like, a little bit of butter is dairy makes me sick. Not emotionally. It does make me sick, but it also makes me literally Physically ill. But it's so hard to find stuff that tastes good, that doesn't have dairy. And if you find something, it's like, the person. The friend that made a cake. Like, I was so grateful that she spent the time to make me a cake. And it tastes good. It was olive oil cake. There was no dairy. She purposely did that. Like, I text her. I was like, I'm so grateful. I text her again, I'm so grateful. And she was like, hey, bro, I just made you a cake. Yeah, it's awesome. If you find something that's good.
TJ Holmes
Yeah.
Morgan
And it's, like, so. It's so rewarding. I feel like when I do finally get one. Last night was a taco casserole, and then I made these, like, Snickers peanut butter bars, and now I just want to eat them all the time, and that sounds good.
Bobby Bones
Your eye getting better?
TJ Holmes
Yes.
Bobby Bones
I think that's telling me something good. I brought. Because in case you had your word glasses and Morgan has her weird glasses. I brought.
TJ Holmes
I have mine.
Bobby Bones
Well, I brought these just so you didn't feel stupid.
Eddie
Those are cool, man.
TJ Holmes
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Prescription.
Eddie
Even cooler.
TJ Holmes
I had that on standby if, you know, if Sandy. But Sandy worked out, so she was telling me something good. But I still have a huge bump. I don't know what happens with the bump.
Eddie
It slowly goes away.
Danielle Robay
Okay.
TJ Holmes
Someone said it was gonna pop, and I was nervous. I don't want it to pop. That would be gross.
Bobby Bones
I don't know.
TJ Holmes
But it's.
Bobby Bones
I've had sties. I don't think mine got to the size of popping mine.
TJ Holmes
Now when I blink, I don't feel it. That's a huge blessing because, well, Kenny
Bobby Bones
Chesney said it best.
Eddie
Don't, Don't.
Bobby Bones
Don't blink.
TJ Holmes
Yeah, that's right.
Bobby Bones
But it's getting better.
TJ Holmes
It is. I feel a little. Like it's a little smaller than the other eye, but that's okay.
Morgan
Have you used stye eye drops?
TJ Holmes
I got some sty cream.
Morgan
There's stye eye drops, and they are awesome. They make it go away quickly.
TJ Holmes
Well, shoot. Wish I would have bought that a few days ago. I do. My. My. My patch worked great. I don't know what it's called, but just if you have a stye. Just on Amazon. I just typed in stye patch because so many people were DMing me. You need to get the patch that you put in the microwave, and it's just this one patch. You put in the microwave for 15 seconds and don't do longer. Because I did that and then I burnt the top of my skin up here.
Bobby Bones
You burnt your face with a micro tower.
TJ Holmes
It was red for hours because I think it's just a little. It wasn't burnt burnt, but just too hot to where it left a red mark above my eyebrow for a while. And I thought, oh, great.
Bobby Bones
I'm glad it's going better though.
TJ Holmes
But yeah, the patch was legit. And apparently, I mean, I guess I could still go get the drops because I still have the stye.
Bobby Bones
Technically, I'm going to find out today. Speaking of eye drops, if Stanley has to have surgery on his eye because Dr. Josey comes over today, I hope not to look at him again. I've been eye dropping him four times a day. He's to the point, I think I said this where he's just like, yeah, eff it, put it on, I don't care. At first he fought it like. And then he kind of fought a little bit and now it happens so much. He's just like, yeah, get it over with, man.
Eddie
Yeah, we made the joke.
Bobby Bones
He like, he like opens it up. Yeah, yeah. So today I'll find out. Dr. Jose will be over and hope, hope to God he doesn't have to have surgery. The dogs, I just kind of feel bad for them. They're not getting the attention they're used to getting.
Eddie
It happens.
Bobby Bones
Even Stanley, like, I'll walk through and I try to take them out a couple times a day and throw the ball and stuff just so they are like, hey, I'm still here. And Stanley will like take his paw and like hit me in the leg with it. Like, hey. Yeah, he feels it. Especially Eller. She can go in the woods for the most part and be fine. There you go. Tell me something good. That was. Tell me something good. It's time for the good news with Amy. Tell me something good.
TJ Holmes
Shout out to Ashley Anderson in Tallahassee, Florida. She's a clinical social worker and she took in one girl into her home as a foster mom. Then she realized this girl had a sister. She took in that sibling to make sure they could stay together. Well, then there's a third. Oh, so she takes in the third. All with the intention of keeping the girls till they can be reunited with their family. Well, then they're at court and the judge says reunification is not possible. So that means.
Bobby Bones
So if they split them up, they can't get them back together.
TJ Holmes
It just means these, these girls, they're not, they're not going to go back to their family. So whatever the family needed to do to. For the judge to say, okay, reunification is now possible. They're like, yeah, it's just not going to happen. So, yeah, there's potential now that these three sisters could get split up. Ashley Anderson is single. She obviously being a social worker, she's close to these types of children, but had never taken them in in this way. So now she's officially adopted them. That's great, because she did not want to see them split up. And all three girls, their names start with an A, and then her name starts with the A. So they call themselves the A Team.
Eddie
That's cool.
Bobby Bones
I mean, a similar situation happened with Eddie where they were fostering a child.
Eddie
Yeah, we got one. And then they told us a couple weeks later there was another one that they needed. And that's where I was like, oh, can't take them.
Bobby Bones
The brother, right?
Eddie
Yeah, it's a brother. And I was like, that's two kids in a matter of two weeks. Like, I don't know if we can do this, but, you know, fast forward. We've adopted them. And it's pretty amazing to what Amy's saying, when you keep them together, those siblings like that there is a special connection that they have. Even though my biological kids had a connection with the one child that we had. And they. They treat them like brothers, but the two real biological brothers have this protection over each other that where I think all the time, like, I'm so glad that they have each other in their life.
TJ Holmes
Right.
Eddie
And they would have been split. Who knows what would have happened?
Bobby Bones
Good story. Good story. That's what it's all about. That was. Tell me something good. It's time for the good news with lunchbox.
Lunchbox
Officer Jerry Padilla was sitting at a red light in Aurora, Colorado, when all of a sudden, the car behind him starts. Honk, honk, honk, honk. And he's like, what in the world? He gets out of his patrol car and she goes, my baby's not breathing. And officer says, here, give me that baby chest compressions. Boom, boom, boom. Nothing. Back slaps. Bam, bam, bam. Saying, breathe, baby, breathe. He did it for five minutes, got the baby to breathe again.
Bobby Bones
That five minutes feels like it's got to be an eternity forever. Aside from his comedic version of this,
Lunchbox
there was no comedic.
Bobby Bones
No you telling. It was funny.
TJ Holmes
Breathe, baby.
Lunchbox
It says in the story. He kept saying, encouraging the baby to breathe while he was doing it.
Bobby Bones
I'm watching the video.
Lunchbox
Breathe, baby, breathe.
Bobby Bones
It's on body cam, and he is
Lunchbox
just slapping the back, and he's saying, breathe, baby, breathe. If you have the audio up.
Bobby Bones
But yours is like a song. Yeah, that's awesome.
Lunchbox
What's his name again is Officer Jerry
Bobby Bones
Padilla, and he's from Colorado.
Lunchbox
Aurora, Colorado. I mean, just think about that. You're sitting at a red light and it's red, and the car behind you starts honking. You're like, well, who is this idiot? Exactly.
Bobby Bones
Do they not know they're honking at a cop? I'm about to take them in. All right, great story. That is what it's all about. That was. Tell me something good.

Boys and Girls Host
Welcome to the boys and girls podcast. Arranged marriage is bas. Basically a reality show, and you're auditioning for your soulmate. And who's judging? Only your entire family. I sacrificed myself to this ancient tradition, hoping to find love the right way. And instead I found chaos, comedy and a lot of cringe.
