This is the Bobby Bone Show. Alaska. Welcome to Thursday's show, Morning, Studio. Morning. The 10 most popular names for babies that have really been driven by social media, mostly Amy. It's. Let's just see if we like them or not, okay? Some of them are stupid as crap, but not for us. For 21 year olds, number 10, Stormy.
Amy
Not for me.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I don't like it. It feels like one of the X Men. Is there a storm? Yeah, there's storm. Yeah. Does she have a thing in her hair? Some versions of her. Yeah. Sally Bear character has like a light white stripe or something right here. Yeah. I think a baby, if it's born with a white stripe, maybe it's called. I think you're thinking of Rogue. Oh, maybe so. Yeah. Stormy at 10. Don't love it. Number nine, Charlie with an eye.
Amy
Cute.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. I don't mind it. Yeah, I think a bit that's. That might be from the d'. Amelio. Charlie d'. Amelio. And also, like, are they. Would you call them a unisex?
Amy
Yeah, unisex name. Yeah. A girl Charlie. So cute.
Bobby Bones
I think so, too. I don't mind them. So we're gonna go Charlie with a. With thumbs up on Charlie.
Amy
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
How about Saint? No, to me, that's such a loser name.
Amy
That's like.
Bobby Bones
Because the New Orleans Saints, they've not been good in a long time, so. And I like people from New Orleans. It's fine. I don't really hate the Saints either. They just haven't won in a long time.
Amy
Don't Kanye and Kim have a saint?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, that's probably what it's from. My mind just goes to the New Orleans Saints. I'm like, man, they've had a rough go. I'm gonna go on Saint. I'm gonna go thumbs down.
Amy
Yeah, thumbs down.
Bobby Bones
Zara.
Amy
No, no.
Bobby Bones
Or Zara. It's got to be Zara.
Eddie
Is that from the store?
Amy
I mean, but why would you name your child after a clothing store?
Bobby Bones
It's not.
Amy
It's got to be Zara.
Bobby Bones
McDonald is who they say is. Really. There's Also a Zara Larson who is a. A musical artist.
Amy
Huh.
Bobby Bones
From one of the European countries who's pretty big.
Amy
Zara Larson. Sounds kind of cool, but.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. I don't think you pick your. Your last name though.
Amy
Still thumbs down for me.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. It does go to the store, though. You're right. The store has some good stuff, though. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Eddie
It's reasonable prices.
Amy
I love that store so much. It just. I walk in and I have to turn around, walk out, because I get overwhelmed.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Zara, we're thumbs down. Yeah, man. We're not giving out a lot of thumbs ups. We've only got Charlie with a thumbs up. Arya. Arya. Arya.
Amy
No, not for me.
Bobby Bones
I'm too Game of Thrones on this.
Amy
Or Vegas Hotel.
Bobby Bones
That's what I thought of. Oh, good. Yeah, that. Is that how it's spelled? I'm getting mixed up. Is AR From Game of Thrones? Mike Ar. Y is from Game of Thrones. And then what's Arya?
Amy
The hotel with an I.
Bobby Bones
Okay, so.
Amy
But still.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, still I'm going go thumbs down. I think too much of Game of Thrones and the hotel. Yeah. Sage.
Amy
Sage. I don't hate it.
Bobby Bones
It's. It feels smoky.
Amy
Okay.
Eddie
I feel like sage has been said in those clubs.
Amy
Sage. What, like welcome Sage to the stage?
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Oh, that's interesting.
Amy
That's what I associated with my spice rack.
Bobby Bones
I think of it as when people burn it weirdly to like cleanse yourself.
Amy
And I'm like, that's it. I've saged my house before.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. I don't. I think it's smoke. Okay, so we're thumbs down that one. This list is not for us, by the way. We're too old for this list. Addison. Addison.
Amy
I like it.
Bobby Bones
Like Addison Rae.
Amy
I like Addison. You don't.
Bobby Bones
Maybe if you'd call him like ADD for short.
Eddie
Oh, is that a boy name for you?
Amy
I was hearing girl name.
Bobby Bones
It's a girl name. I guess Addie's good.
Eddie
Oh, yeah, there are Addies.
Bobby Bones
I can't go thumbs up on that one. It's too much Addison Ray for me. Okay. Rowan.
Amy
Is that from Scandal? That's the dad's name on Scandal. Rowan. I don't like it.
Bobby Bones
I didn't go there. I like it cuz it's gender neutral. I think it be a boy or girl.
Amy
Oh, his character is evil. Is his name Rowan the Olivia Pope's dad? Yes.
Bobby Bones
Oh, from Scandal. I was thinking of what's the. The show where they all do business and all the family on hbo Succession. Yeah, Succession. Another S show.
Amy
Oh, that show's so good.
Bobby Bones
Succession. Kai. That feels to me like Karate Kid. I can't do it. Yeah.
Eddie
Cobra Kai.
Bobby Bones
Cobra Kai. Yeah, Kai. It's Influencer Kai. Lenny, who's a surfer. Do you like Kai?
Amy
No.
Bobby Bones
I don't hate Villanova, but all mine go to sports.
Amy
When it's like this, I don't think I hate Nova. Or to think, am I starting to kind of like stuff just because I feel like I've hated so much.
Bobby Bones
Oh, you're evening out. You just feel like you have to even out. Yeah, I'm not. I'm gonna go Nova as well. That's number one on the list. Nova is number one. This is the 10 most popular, so I think we only really gave one a double thumbs up.
Amy
Charlie with an eye.
Bobby Bones
Charlie with an eye. What do you think of Charlie with an eye?
Eddie
Charlie xcx. I know xcx. Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Charlie d'. Amelio. Charlie Chaplin. Yeah, Charlie.
Eddie
Charlie's Angels. Oh, yeah.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Charlie Brown. How many Charlie's can you name?
Amy
Charlie.
Bobby Bones
Charlie in the Chocolate Factory.
Eddie
Charlie Sheen.
Amy
Kirk.
Bobby Bones
Have you watched the documentary?
Eddie
No, but I want to watch.
Bobby Bones
You watch documentary on Charlie Sheen?
Lunchbox
No, I hear it's really good.
Bobby Bones
Dang, none of us watch that.
Eddie
Oh, you haven't watched it?
Bobby Bones
No, I've been too busy watching the Nova videos. My favorite influencer. Okay, so Charlie Charlie's our winner here. We are old. We only like 1 out of the 10 of the most popular social media influencer inspired baby names. Hello, Bobby Bones. I've been seeing this new guy. Things have been going great. He's funny, kind, seems responsible. The only thing that bothers me is he's 34 and still has a roommate. Shouldn't someone in their mid-30s have their own place by now? He definitely seems like he has his life together, so I don't think it's because he can't afford it. Am I being unfairly judgmental here? Especially if my gut is telling me something's up. What do you think? Sign dating. 34 year old with a roommate. Now, on the surface, I don't think there's anything wrong with being 34 in a roommate because you could be saving money for the sake of just saving money. If you're like, I don't need my own place or all of my own place, and I'm gonna save as much money as I can while I can, I got no problem with that. I think there's a little bit too. If your guts telling you something's Up. Like, is his roommate his boyfriend?
Amy
Yeah. Like, I was like, that's not telling you.
Bobby Bones
I know. That's the only thing. If you think, like, if his girlfriend was a woman and you're like, I don't know, it feels a little weird.
Eddie
The roommate?
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Yeah. If his girl. If his roommate is a dude and you're like, I don't know, they're pretty touchy. Otherwise, let it. Let him do his thing. If everything is right, you're looking for a reason for it to be wrong.
Amy
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Like, because I'm assuming you're in your 30s, the email are here, and you've probably been through trials and tribulations of dating, and maybe it's not working out because you're looking for things to go wrong every time.
Amy
Yeah. Because this is definitely something we'd file under. You're being a little too particular.
Bobby Bones
Yeah.
Amy
But, yeah, pay attention to whatever your gut's telling you. But if your gut's just, like, weird as a roommate, that part's not weird.
Bobby Bones
And if your gut has told you something on every single dude over the past five or six years, your gut's broken and you need to stop trusting a broken compass. So it's fine. 34 and roommate's fine 47 and roommate's fine. With some conditions.
Amy
What conditions?
Bobby Bones
Conditions are maybe you got divorced and so now you're just figuring life out again. Okay, maybe there is no universal rule about when it's okay and not okay to save money.
Amy
Yeah, I feel like there is a gap between, like, having a roommate, like a age gap. You know, like, maybe 34 seems normal to me, but, like, when you start to get into your 40s and 50s, but then it's acceptable again when you're 70 or 80, well, that's forced.
Bobby Bones
Forced back into a room with old.
Eddie
Hey, man, if I got kicked out of my house, I'd move in with you, Bobby. I mean, we'd be roommates.
Bobby Bones
I don't know that you would. Yeah, no, we did that once already, and it was fine.
Amy
Yeah, but you were single then.
Bobby Bones
That's true. That's what I'm saying. We're not doing that now.
Eddie
You're telling me no, I'm not invited?
Bobby Bones
I would invite you for, like, a week. There may be somebody in my house that's like, why is Eddie still here? Right, right, right. That'd be my wife.
Eddie
I know who that is.
Bobby Bones
Yes. Okay. Trust your gut for a minute. Figure out why your gut's telling you this, and then maybe your gut's broken because there's nothing wrong with a 34 year old having a roommate. All right, there you go. Close it up, Bones. Let's readdress some drama from the show. So, a few days ago, Amy was talking about how her boyfriend was asking about her ring. Ring size? Ring finger.
Amy
He didn't ask size. He did not ask.
Bobby Bones
Basically, he was like, do you like this ring? Pretty much.
Amy
No, no, no. He. What kind of rings are you into?
Bobby Bones
That's the same thing.
Amy
No, no, it's not. What size is your ring finger? That's very different.
Bobby Bones
That's. That's the. That's the lube.
Amy
Okay. But it was prompted by Taylor Swift's ring and being everywhere and everyone talking about it.
Bobby Bones
So we had this conversation, and we have this, and then we come back and Amy's like, oh, great. So I had to address it with them. And how'd that go?
Amy
Well, his phone was blowing up.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, obviously.
Amy
And he was sort of like. He understood. He saw where I was coming from. He's like, yeah, I did ask that fair. I said it just came up organically. I didn't. Wasn't trying to say we were getting engaged or anything. And he totally understood.
Bobby Bones
You did jump in, though. No, no, no, no, no. You cannonballed in the pool with this.
Amy
I did jump in with like, hey, guys, this happened. And then I didn't know y' all were going to take it to. Oh, wow, you're getting engaged.
Bobby Bones
Give me a break. You don't think we take everything and blow it up?
Amy
Okay, fine. I was just having a conversation with y'. All.
Bobby Bones
You cannonballed in and you wanted us to ask. And. And it was good.
Amy
Everything's fine.
Bobby Bones
And we had a great time with the bit. Now it's. It's now level three.
Eddie
Oh, no. What's happening?
Amy
Yes, because my son comes home from school and he's like, mom, at lunch today, I heard you're getting engaged.
Eddie
Oh, no.
Amy
From his friends that listen to the show, and he hadn't heard anything about it.
Bobby Bones
Wow. What a way to find out.
Amy
Yeah. So.
Eddie
And what did you tell him?
Amy
I said. I just said, honestly, if. If I were to be getting engaged, I don't want to know about it. First of all, I want it to be somewhat of a surprise. Second of all, once that happens, you would know. Well before I were to say anything on the Bobby Bone Show. So, like. Yeah, but he was happy for me. He's like, you're getting old. And he's like, I get it. I get it. Like, if I. If I was that old. Like, he. He said, I just want you to be happy. And. And he goes, and I'm excited for this journey that you're on.
Bobby Bones
He wants you to be happy before you die. It sounds like he's like, I know you're about to die.
Amy
Yeah.
Eddie
With your old.
Bobby Bones
With your old age. So again, you're just saying you're not engaged.
Amy
Why would I have to say that? No, no, I'm not.
Eddie
Wait, why aren't you just saying it?
Bobby Bones
Exactly. Why didn't she act?
Eddie
This is weird.
Bobby Bones
That's weird.
Amy
You're being weird. You're being weird with how you. No, you're being weird.
Bobby Bones
Why would you say no to that? Why would you say no to it?
Amy
Right?
Eddie
That's like when someone says no comment. Why wouldn't you comment on that?
Bobby Bones
No comment is a hefty comment, sir.
Amy
No, because I'm not eng. Okay, I should clarify that, cuz no point of me has ever said I'm engaged. And then you want me to say, so just for the record, you're not engaged because.
Bobby Bones
Because it came up again and people may be misconstruing what they're hearing now. Just as your son did. Just as other people did to your boyfriend. All I was doing was letting you clear the air. And you got weird guys.
Eddie
Yes, And Amy, very weird. Do you understand where we're coming from? Even your son's friends in the cafeteria thought you were engaged.
Amy
No, because they hear what I think. They probably mostly what Bobby says. And then they are like, oh, she's getting engaged.
Bobby Bones
That was weird. That was.
Amy
That was not weird. It was weird how you asked it. You know I'm not. So then why would you be like.
Bobby Bones
Because I was just giving you space to go for the record.
Amy
But you said you're not engaging. First of all, my son didn't hear I was engaged. She heard I was getting engaged. And then you said, for the record, you're not like, I'm secretly engaged.
Bobby Bones
Morgan. Okay, let's pull in somebody who has nobody. Morgan. Did. Did you think I was, like, asking Amy that question in any weird way?
Amy
I don't think so.
Bobby Bones
I mean, I didn't get a hint that we were implying that she was engaged.
Amy
Oh, but he asked it that way.
Bobby Bones
Morgan, why do you think I asked that question like that? I don't know.
Amy
I mean, I did. I just did it, I guess I didn't feel like either. I didn't feel like Amy was saying she got engaged. And I didn't feel like you were saying that you were asking if she got engaged. We could roll the tape back.
Bobby Bones
I was just letting.
Amy
For the record, you're not engaged.
Eddie
He was giving you the opportunity.
Amy
I know, but y' all know I'm not engaged. For the listener, listeners aren't confused. I've been very clear about this.
Eddie
Your son's friends are confused.
Bobby Bones
Your son's confused.
Amy
Okay, well, they're. They're teenage boys. They're in junior high, and so are.
Bobby Bones
We, basically, in our minds. Okay. So for the record. No, I'm just kidding.
Amy
For the record, I'm not.
Bobby Bones
There you go.
Amy
Okay. Simple.
Bobby Bones
That's all you had to do. You sure acted weird on that question. It's time for the good news with Amy something good.
Amy
So this bride, Shan Cole Fox, she never knew her father. So when the time came for to get married, her landlord, who happens to be 79 years old, his name is Gil, he stepped up to walk her down the aisle. Now she's a makeup artist who rents studio space from Gil. And she said she never really missed having a father until her wedding was approaching. And then she got to thinking, like, well, who's going to walk me down the aisle? And then he offered up.
Bobby Bones
Mr. Roper stepped in.
Amy
That's right. Yes. Mr. Roper. Solid.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. For those listening. That was even before our time. But it was awesome.
Amy
Yeah, But I still watched it.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. That's three's company. Mr. Furley. Mr. Roper.
Eddie
Furley was first done knots.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Yeah.
Amy
He was aware of her family situation. So Gil just had this strong feeling like he should offer, and he didn't know what she would say, but she said right when he offered, it was just an immediate yes, over and over. So it's just meant to be.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. That's awesome. And they must have had some sort of relationship or. That's weird. She just gets a envelope in her box instead of it being a bill or raising rent. It's. I'm here to walk you down the aisle. Great story. Love it. That's. That was odd. I mean, it's odd for me. I didn't have a mom to do a first dance with, so Caitlin did a first dance with her dad, and then I just abstained. I abstained from voting.
Eddie
You didn't dance, did you?
Bobby Bones
I danced by myself. Just hold it with an imaginary. At last.
Eddie
You even do the turret.
Amy
A dip.
Bobby Bones
Oh. We laugh because we cry. Okay. That's what it's all about. That was. Tell me something good. I'm gonna assume that everybody messages their friends. I'm also gonna assume that sometimes you run into issues when messaging, especially during group chats. It is really important that my digital messaging is clear. No mistakes. It's also important when I send messages that they send quickly and that I get responses quickly. WhatsApp can help with all that. First you can message privately with everyone in a group even if you're using totally different phones. Sent a message too fast and you regret it? No problem, just edit it and when the chat gets a little too intense, you can switch to a group video call and actually talk it out. Photos and videos come through clear messages get delivered without gaps or delays. Plus WhatsApp has so many great features like polls, pinned messages, even event invites with RSVPs. So planning stuff just doesn't turn into a big ol mess. It just makes a lot of sense. It's time for WhatsApp message privately with.

Amy, your thoughts?
Amy
Yeah, let's see. There's four weeks at 125 a week. I see how you could get there.
Bobby Bones
Oh, I didn't think about breaking it down like that. I just thought it was like one lump payment.
Eddie
No.
Amy
Yeah, no. They probably are earning it over the week and there are certain chores that we certainly pay for. But I feel like that, that seems on the higher end. It does because it just feels like a lot. But you could get there.
Bobby Bones
The survey shows parents admit they rarely monitor their kids purchases according to a new survey. And that. And that it's about 100 bucks in allowance each month for the average kid.
Amy
How are they rarely monitoring their purchases?
Eddie
Like, yeah, they should always.
Bobby Bones
Well, if it's cash, how do you know what they're buying?
Amy
Like that?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, I mean, I assume that's a part of it. Yeah. They also talk about how kids are buying more than just video. Video games. They're buying crypto.
Eddie
No way. See, that would be awesome. My kids were buying crypto.
Bobby Bones
I wonder where you'd go with that. If it's like, no way. I wouldn't let them do that.
Eddie
Oh, that'd be awesome, dude. I mean they're working for their future. Like instead of bubblegum and ice cream, like they're trying to buy like is.
Bobby Bones
It the 50s bubble gum and ice.
Eddie
Cream for some reason. That's what my kids love to spend their money.
Bobby Bones
Bubble gum and ice cream.
Eddie
Every time we go to the grocery store, anybody want to come to me? I do. And they get gum.
Amy
Yeah, gum's a big thing.
Bobby Bones
Dang Desi arnaz.
Amy
I don't think they call it bubble gum, but my kids definitely go into the malt shop. Gum.
Bobby Bones
Getting one for them and their best girl.
Eddie
I got a little ball.
Bobby Bones
I didn't know if you guys felt like that was high or not.
Amy
I mean my kids aren't making that.
Bobby Bones
But your daughter also has a job.
Amy
Oh yeah. And she doesn't even get allowance anymore. Yeah, no, she's paying me.
Bobby Bones
There we go. You know what? Amy's buying bubble gum. Bubble gum and ice cream.
Amy
That's right.
Bobby Bones
There was a story. A guy's accused of carjacking a pair of nuns as they were leaving mass.
Eddie
That's. I mean that's a one way ticket.
Bobby Bones
It happened last, last month in St. Louis shout out when Jordan Gun Grundy allegedly held up the women of God with a toy gun and forced them out of their car.
Eddie
Okay, but as soon as you see the. The non outfits.
Bobby Bones
I think he knew.
Amy
But. But knew what? Like are the nuns carry around a lot of like, I feel like they Live a simple life. And they don't have to pay for.
Bobby Bones
Much because they were in their car. He wanted the car.
Amy
Oh, he wanted the car. I thought he was, like, robbing them for. Give me what's in your bag. And I'm like, give me that hood.
Eddie
Give me that rose.
Amy
Yes. Like, they have 24 karat gold.
Bobby Bones
Wisconsin man was already in jail when he was hit with additional charges. He crashed the car, dummy. So that one, I thought, that guy sucks. Like, you're gonna carjack somebody. You suck. You're gonna carjack nuns. That's double suck.
Amy
He's probably thinking, like, they're not. They're. They're not gonna harm him, you know, like, they're probably not armed.
Bobby Bones
Oh, yeah, for sure. That's the safest carjacking ever. They probably are like, oh, you would like the car. Why don't you just have it? Hey, no need to do that. This is now your car, my son.
Amy
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
Crashes into a pole.
Amy
Turn the other cheek.
Bobby Bones
How about this one here? There's a story about a guy robbing a. A Disney World place. He swam up and stuff, robbed it, and went back in in his swim gear. Did you guys see this?
Eddie
No.
Bobby Bones
So it's a guy. Investigators in Florida are searching for a man who robbed a popular Disney restaurant by swimming up in scuba gear in a wetsuit and then swimming away. So you got to put the money. First thing I think of, you got to put the money in something waterproof. Yes.
Eddie
Like a Ziploc bag.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Easy. Yeah. It's got to be more in a Ziploc bag, though.
Eddie
But, you know, so some of these restaurants, yeah, they are kind of connected to a little lake or a pond, but I always thought that was still in the park. I didn't know you can exit the park through that lake.
Bobby Bones
A man is on the run after a dramatic late night robbery. Investigators believe he swam up at Disney Springs.
Eddie
Is that world or land?
Bobby Bones
I don't know. It says Disney Springs, but if it's in Disney World.
Eddie
Okay, so then that's trouble, man. They're downtown area.
Bobby Bones
Oh, it's Downtown Disney Springs. Well, yeah, it used to be called.
Eddie
Downtown Disney and Pleasure island, and they just transformed it to Disney Springs, where it's got shopping and restaurants.
Bobby Bones
Pleasure island feels like a funny name. It does. Investigators. Yes. Yes. I'm glad. Yes. Investigators believe he swam up in scuba gear after midnight, slipped and slipped inside and forced two employees in a corner while he stole between 10 and $20,000.
Eddie
In his scuba gear.
Bobby Bones
The suspect described as slim about 510, wearing tight clothing and a blue beanie, reportedly tied employees up. Did not use a weapon. He then vanished as quickly as he appeared. The heist lasted just minutes. Despite Disney Springs typically heavy security presence, no trace of him was found. Wftv. Well, he got away with it. That's wild.
Eddie
I would just think it's risky, man. A lot of gators in those Florida waters.
Bobby Bones
I wonder if they put gators in there on purpose or if they clean them out on purpose.
Eddie
They clean them out last time I was there. Because, you know me, every time I go places, I'm always like, they're gators in there. Yeah, and they told me that. No, they try to get every. Anytime they see one, it's gone. Take it somewhere else.
Bobby Bones
Pleasure Island. Interesting, though, huh?
Amy
Yes. Yeah, very.
Bobby Bones
Bones, let's talk about Nepo babies. So these are famous people who have famous parents. So I'll give you a Nepo baby, and you name both of their famous parents.
Amy
Okay.
Bobby Bones
And you get one point for each. So. Right. Write your answers down. Which, by the way, if you were a Nepo baby of something, what would it be?
Amy
Like, who would our parents be?
Bobby Bones
No, like, if you were a Nepo, like, something passed down from your parents. And, like, oh, she's a Nepo baby. Like, I would think for you, It'd be like, Mr. Gaddy's.
Amy
Oh, yeah. Like, that's what. Okay. I was trying to.
Bobby Bones
You ran a Mr. Gaddy's because your dad used to own Mr. Gaddy's. They'd be like, yep, she's an EPO baby. She's. She's only the manager because her dad owned Mr. Gaddy's. Right?
Amy
Yeah. Restaurateur of sorts.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Mine would be prison.
Eddie
Oh, God, that'd be terrible. Dude.
Bobby Bones
It'd be like, why is he in jail? Well, his whole family was ahead of him.
Amy
That doesn't sound very Nepo.
Bobby Bones
What else do I have? I go. Stepdad, work at the mill. He works at the mill. Bobby works at the mill.
Amy
Yeah.
Bobby Bones
How do you get this job? Arkansas. Keith worked at the warehouse for 30 years. That'd be my Nepo. But mostly prison, probably.
Eddie
Oh, sad.
Amy
Real quick, Eddie.
Eddie
I guess mine would probably just be the Valley, you know, like. Like my. My cat kingpin of the Valley. Like, my dad knew everyone. Like, everyone in the Valley. South Texas, Rio Grande Valley. So I don't know. I'm a Nepo baby.
Bobby Bones
Because you'd be running the Valley.
Eddie
Running the Valley.
Bobby Bones
You probably got. Made a couple bad decisions.
Eddie
No, no.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Yeah, yeah. You're on the American side. Little distribution.
Eddie
No, not like that.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
I guess a painter. I mean, my dad repaired construction, so he did a lot of painting and remodeling of houses, so I guess that would be mine now.
Bobby Bones
Let's do these. I will give you the Nepo kid. Tell me both their parents. Jaden Smith. Name both of his parents. Let me know when you're in.
Lunchbox
And for the win.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
Jada and Will.
Bobby Bones
Amy.
Amy
Will and Jada.
Eddie
Eddie, I have Will and Jada.
Bobby Bones
Correct. That's the easy one. Good job. Zoe Kravitz.
Eddie
I'm in.
Amy
Men.
Bobby Bones
All right.
Lunchbox
I'm in for the win.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
Lenny Kravitz and Michelle Pfeiffer.
Bobby Bones
Not sure if that was ever a pair. It'd be a good look.
Lunchbox
No idea.
Bobby Bones
But Lenny Kravitz is correct for one point. Eddie.
Eddie
I have Lenny Kravitz and Lauryn Hill.
Bobby Bones
Not correct with Lauryn Hill, but Lenny Kravitz is correct.
Eddie
Go, Amy.
Amy
I just have Lenny.
Bobby Bones
Okay, everybody gets one point. It's Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet.
Amy
Oh, yeah.
Bobby Bones
From Cosby Show. She looks just like her mom. Just like her mom. All right, next up, Rumor Willis.
Eddie
I'm in.
Amy
I'm in.
Lunchbox
I'm in for the win.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
Demi Moore, Bruce Willis.
Bobby Bones
Eddie.
Eddie
Bruce and Demi.
Amy
Amy, Bruce and Demi.
Bobby Bones
Correct. Good job. Two points for everybody. Mike, our score right now. Everybody has five. Jack Quaid. Ooh, you would know Jack Quaid from the Boys. He's great in that. That Amazon show. Some other stuff, too.
Lunchbox
I'm in for the win.
Bobby Bones
Amy.
Amy
Dennis Quaid and Michelle Pfeiffer.
Bobby Bones
Eddie.
Eddie
Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox.
Amy
Oh, yeah.
Lunchbox
Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan.
Bobby Bones
Correct. Yes. Wow.
Lunchbox
Where I got that success like this?
Bobby Bones
Dakota Johnson.
Eddie
Oh, I'm in.
Bobby Bones
Dakota Johnson. Crap.
Amy
Oh, wait, no, that's her boyfriend.
Bobby Bones
Not her dad.
Lunchbox
It's probably not her dad then.
Bobby Bones
Hollywood's weird. You never know. Dang. Five seconds.
Lunchbox
I'm in for the win.
Amy
Came in.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
Don Johnson and Madonna.
Eddie
That'd be crazy.
Bobby Bones
I think they did date.
Eddie
Maybe. Did they?
Bobby Bones
Maybe.
Amy
Really?
Bobby Bones
Eddie.
Eddie
I have Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith.
Bobby Bones
Amy.
Amy
Who's Don Johnson?
Eddie
Her dad.
Amy
Oh, okay. Because I have Dwayne the Rock Johnson. And I also have Lyndon B. Johnson.
Bobby Bones
Oh, she went double dads. She went double dad on the Johnsons. It's Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith.
Eddie
Wow.
Bobby Bones
So I think Eddie gets two. Lunchbox gets one. Amy. Well, missed out on points on that.
Eddie
One with two Johnsons.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Next. Maya Hawk.
Lunchbox
Oh, Maya Hawk.
Amy
What the.
Eddie
I'm in.
Lunchbox
I'm in for the win.
Bobby Bones
Amy, you're up.
Amy
Okay. Anthony Hawkins.
Bobby Bones
Anthony Hawkins. Of course. Yeah.
Amy
That's all I have.
Bobby Bones
You mean Anthony Hopkins?
Eddie
That would be Sir Anthony Hawkins.
Amy
Who's Hawkins? I thought she went short with the last name. Who has the last name?
Eddie
Stephen.
Amy
Oh, Stephen Hawkins.
Bobby Bones
Oh, the guy in the wheelchair. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Amy
Oh, dang.
Bobby Bones
Okay, you missed out on those. Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
I have Tony Hawk and Ethan Hawk.
Bobby Bones
So he went double the Hawk.
Lunchbox
Yep.
Bobby Bones
Hawk two. Someone say one Dry Ethan. Ethan Hawk. Eddie.
Eddie
I did the Amy, too. I went Ethan Hawk. Tony Hawk.
Bobby Bones
Okay. Ethan Hawk and Uma Thurman.
Eddie
I didn't know they were.
Bobby Bones
Man. There you go. Hawk.
Lunchbox
And who is their kid?
Bobby Bones
Maya Hawk.
Amy
Maya Hawk.
Bobby Bones
Hawk. Tua. Next one. Mud. Apatow. Mod Apatow. Sorry. Mod Apatow. Final one. Mod Apatow.
Eddie
Oh, my gosh.
Bobby Bones
What score. Mike, as they do this one, Eddie has 10, Lunchbox has nine. Amy has six.
Amy
I'm in.
Eddie
Hold on.
Lunchbox
I'm in for the win.
Bobby Bones
Her being in doesn't affect the time at all.
Eddie
I know, but what is her name?
Bobby Bones
Mod Apatow.
Eddie
Ray. Ray saw her.
Bobby Bones
Three seconds. Time. Eddie.
Eddie
I have Judd Apatow and no one else.
Bobby Bones
There's one point. Amy.
Amy
Judd Apaton. Cindy Crawford.
Bobby Bones
Why do you keep saying her name wrong?
Eddie
How do you. How do you say his name?
Bobby Bones
Apatow.
Eddie
Apatow.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. I didn't know if I was saying it wrong, like, why?
Amy
I don't know that I've ever said it.
Bobby Bones
Lunchbox.
Lunchbox
I have Judd Apatow and Meg Ryan.
Bobby Bones
It's Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann.
Eddie
Leslie Mann.
Bobby Bones
But I do believe since Lunchbox did not get two, Eddie's winner. Eddie wins.
Eddie
Let's go.
Bobby Bones
He is the king. I was watching this tick tock clip, and her name is Cassie Donegan. She won Miss America 2026. This is in the last couple of weeks. And the clip on TikTok was of her very close friends watching it on television whenever they announced her. And these are, like, the greatest friends ever, because I'm gonna play the clip when they announced it, and you can tell they were rooting for her so hard, they started crying when she won. This is awesome. Hit it.
Amy
Your new 2026 Miss America Miss.
Bobby Bones
And we had to, like, turn it down because they start, like, happy crying and cursing, and they're like, oh, my. They're just crying. Like, that is real friendship love there. It was awesome. I started to think, have I Ever felt that, like, I was rooting for somebody that I knew so hard that I got emotional. And one time came to mind, it was my brother in law when he was the head assistant coach at Utah. It was the first time they'd ever been to the College World Series. And I didn't plan to get emotional, but when they won out of nowhere to make the College World Series, I started crying. And I was like, what's happening with me? Like, I was rooting for him so hard because he went in and changed that whole team that once they hit, it was like the only time I've been unselfish in my whole life.
Amy
That's not true.
Bobby Bones
I was just like, this is not about me. This is bigger than me. And like, I was. I was just. It was weird, but I was rooting so hard, I got emotional. I was thinking about the time that Amy was in the audience at Dancing with the Stars. And I want to play this clip because this is me on the floor, live on television. But this is from Amy's phone.
Amy
The finale.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. And they're like, keep your phones down when they announce who the winner is.
Amy
Oh, yeah. They were like, no phones, no phones.
Bobby Bones
But Amy hid hers. Okay, here you go. That's crazy. It's crazy because that's a visceral reaction from you. It wasn't like you're planning to be, like, super excited, but yeah, you were.
Amy
No, we were all like, you're. It's sort of like fading in and out because I'm holding the phone low because I didn't want to get in trouble. But everybody in our group around us, we're all, like, hugging, and we're like, he won, he won, he won.
Eddie
I mean, that was a huge deal, dude. Like, no one.
Bobby Bones
Well, my point wasn't let's play me winning. I was trying to find a time when I was just so untethered to myself. I was just genuinely rooting for the happiness of somebody else. And I thought about my time and then I thought about my name. Was that for me? Because you can just tell she's just like, oh, yeah. That it was. And then that Miss America clip is kind of what spawned that. Can you think of times you've been that way? Because it's rare in life that you're rooting so hard for something that you're connected to that you become emotional now. Now, I'm not putting college football teams or NFL teams because I don't know them. That's a big part of my life. Like my mental health. Depends a lot on 18 and 19 year olds that play football for University of Arkansas. And I hate that it does, it very much does. But like, I don't know them. Know them. Yeah. And I can get over it in a week, kinda. Do you have any instances where that happened to you?
Eddie
This sounds stupid, but, but my kids have been playing basketball, like competitive basketball for, I don't know, five years. And when they won their first tournament, like, I, I rushed the court. I was the only parent that rushed the court, but I rushed the court with a phone and got in my son's face and recorded him. And then finally the coach is like, dude, you got to get off. We got to just say thank you and good game, good game, good game. But yeah, that was the one time where I ran on the court for a dumb like 6 year old basketball game. But I was so excited for them.
Bobby Bones
I get it for kids because those are your kids. Like I, I, like I didn't think about that. But that's probably pretty common with parents, right? When their kids win something.
Amy
Oh yeah. I feel like every week at Stevenson's cross country meets, like, that's me like running towards the finish line with my phone being like, go, Steven, go. Faster, faster, faster. And they're like, man, man the cones, right? My boyfriend got well because he was a track runner and at one of the races he sort of was like, very direct with someone on the course, like, ma', am, you need to get off. And I was like, whoa, you're a little much. He goes, well, I know what it feels like to be running around that and then have like a. What do you like? Someone in the spectator. That's the word. He said a spectator. A spectator in your way. And I was like, well, we could find a gentler way to say it. He's like, sorry, I'm just passionate for these kids because like they could, it could cost them the race because you're in the way.
Bobby Bones
And I was like, we'll post a clip up on social media if you want to see it. Just go to our Bobby Bones show stuff. We'll post it up so you can see it. And if you have an instance like this, let's not do kids because I think everybody probably feels that way about their kids. But you can leave us a voicemail 8, 7, 7 and let us know if this happened to you. I'm going to assume that everybody messages their friends. I'm also going to assume that sometimes you run into issues when messaging, especially during group chats. It is really important that my digital messaging is clear. No mistakes. It's also important when I send messages that they send quickly and that I get responses quickly. WhatsApp can help with all that. First you can message privately with everyone in a group group. Even if you're using totally different phones, sent a message too fast and you regret it? No problem, just edit it. And when the chat gets a little too intense, you can switch to a group video call and actually talk it out. Photos and videos come through clear messages get delivered without gaps or delays. Plus, WhatsApp has so many great features like polls, pinned messages, even event invites with RSVPs. So planning stuff just doesn't turn into a big ol mess. It just makes a lot of sense. It's time for WhatsApp message privately with everyone.

Just kind of took her you know, so no official adoption, but just kind of took her and cleaned her up, kind of trained her up a little bit. Older dog, but now she's like the official dog of the home and, like, goes and stays in all the residents rooms and like, really makes everybody else feel better and now has a home as well. Amy
What exercise does a hairdresser like to do?
Bobby Bones
Curls.
Amy
Curls, Curls.
Bobby Bones
Good job.
Eddie
Let's go, baby.
Amy
Yeah. What's it called when you refuse to do core workouts?
Bobby Bones
No. Abs. No.
Eddie
No abs? No sit ups. No.
Lunchbox
Abstain. Abstain.
Eddie
Abstinence.
Amy
That's it.
Bobby Bones
Abstinence.
Amy
What is the dairy farmer's favorite exercise callous?
Bobby Bones
Calisthenics. Oh, calisthenics.
Eddie
Is that not it?
Bobby Bones
That's not it. We can't have it.
Eddie
The dairy farmer, you said milk calf. Let's do more calf raises.
Bobby Bones
Oh, that's good too.
Amy
That's it.
Eddie
That's it.
Amy
Gosh. Okay. What does bigfoot do at the gym?
Bobby Bones
Squats.
Eddie
Sasquatch.
Bobby Bones
Sasquatch. Dude, this is your category. Wow. This is your category.
Amy
What kind of workout do sheep do together?
Bobby Bones
Back, back, lifts. Back, back.
Eddie
Backstrokes.
Bobby Bones
Back, back, back.
Eddie
It's got to be back right back.
Lunchbox
Barbells.
Eddie
That's not bad. What are the, like, anything? Back, back, right back.
Lunchbox
Bad print. Bad bench press.
Bobby Bones
Back.
Amy
What kind of workout does she do together?
Eddie
Flock.
Bobby Bones
Sheer.
Eddie
Maybe it's a flock.
Bobby Bones
Back.
Eddie
Flock of sheep.
Bobby Bones
Right back, back, lifts, back. What's a back exercise, though? I don't even know. I don't know, man. I'm more of a, you know, bicep, tricep guy.
Eddie
Oh, no.
Amy
Zumba. Zumba.
Bobby Bones
No. That would have been tough. That have been tough. Bobby bone show. Bonehead. Story of the day.
Lunchbox
This story comes to us From Putnam County, N.Y. eMS gets a call about an emergency. So they turn on the sirens and they start hauling. Going to the scene, and they pass A car? Well, the 47 year old in the car is like, huh. This ambulance thinks he's gonna pass me. So it passes it and then slams on its brakes because he got mad trying to cause the wreck. Ambulance passes it again. And so the guy does it again, trying to stop the ambulance. So he got arrested for road rage.
Amy
Oh, my gosh.
Bobby Bones
Dang. That's crazy. You get competitive with an ambulance?
Eddie
I was trying to do something like.
Bobby Bones
I'm a competitive person sometimes to a fault. But that's. That's. That's bad.
Lunchbox
Okay, I'm Lunchbox. That's your bonehead story of the day.
Bobby Bones
We were talking on the show yesterday a couple of things. Eddie comes and goes, hey, I'm doing a dyslexia walk and I'd like for you to sponsor the race. Not even him. Which I thought was weird. I thought he was like, I want you to sponsor me.
Eddie
There's no opportunity to sponsor me. Like, you can pay for my entry fee, but that's kind of lame. Like, dude, you can really make a difference by sponsoring the race.
Bobby Bones
And so the race cost how much?
Eddie
Well, the big one's ten grand. You can be named after you. The Bobby Bones Show Dyslexia Race.
Bobby Bones
So I called yesterday and said, I want to buy the race.
Amy
No way.
Bobby Bones
I did. Okay, I did.
Eddie
Let's go, baby.
Bobby Bones
So I called, I said. I said, I would like to be the presenting sponsor for the dyslexia race. And they said, okay. And I said, I want it to be called. Called the Bobby Bones Roots for producer Eddie. The whole race. Race for dyslexia. And because on the website, it said it was still open, they said, we already have a presenting sponsor.
Eddie
Oh, no.
Bobby Bones
I offered to pay the $10,000.
Eddie
So people that buy this. Just to clarify, people that buy this is like, just. They want to show off their company, like, promote.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. I was gonna do it as a bit. I love it, dude. But they do not have it. It. They said, somebody already bought it. I said, well, the website said it was still open.
Eddie
Correct.
Amy
That makes sense. Somebody already got it. The races next weekend.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, but they didn't have it on. The other things that were available were no longer available on the website. Oh, because it said, like, sold.
Eddie
Right, man.
Amy
They can't have a dual, but you can't be present.
Eddie
And that would. You wouldn't pay 10,000 for that.
Bobby Bones
No way. That's what I said. Yeah. They were like, we'll still take your money. I was like, no, you won't.
Eddie
Of course they would.
Bobby Bones
Yeah. Yeah.
Eddie
So what are you gonna do? The water station?
Bobby Bones
I'm gonna do nothing thing. I gave Amy money.
Amy
Yeah.
Eddie
Oh, for a hole in one?
Bobby Bones
Yeah. I sent her 700 bucks, and I was like, hey, do the hole in one. Because if it's.
Amy
He sent it to me on Venmo, and I'm like, slow down. You could have donated to the nonprofit. And, like, what's the difference?
Bobby Bones
It's going. I don't. My.
Amy
I don't know.
Bobby Bones
My care was. It's something that you're involved in here. Here's the money just to handle it. Therefore, it can get handled. I don't want to be. I don't want to miss. I know people that are supposed to buy lottery tickets and don't supposed to make bets on DraftKings. I don't. I don't want to be that. So I just want to get the money.
Amy
Oh, you know people like that.
Bobby Bones
Yes.
Amy
I know you're leading by example to.
Eddie
Me, but, Amy, this is a win for you. Just say you're donating the money.
Amy
No, it's gonna be. No, no, no. It's. It's already. I'm working on signage, because once he sent me the money, then I was like, shoot, I gotta.
Bobby Bones
I gotta sign.
Amy
I literally said to you, let me find out the details. Like, I hope it's not too late or whatnot, because it's coming up and we literally are making the deadline. Like, I think we already passed it, but they're gonna make it work. Where they get a bay dedicated to that. Because that bay kind of has to stay empty because all the other bays are gonna be full of various teams. But if people want to step right up, they can't have a team working that bay. So it needs to just be empty so people can step up and shoot for the hole in one.
Bobby Bones
And if they make a hole in.
Amy
One, they get a lot of money. I think it's like $10,000 or something.
Bobby Bones
Enough to pay for the dyslexia walk for next year.
Eddie
Hey, they can have their name on it.
Amy
So obviously, topgolf sets that up because. Because the likelihood of it happening must be low if they're really hitting one. So the fee you paid handles the BAE and the insurance that topgolf has, I guess, to cover themselves if someone were to get it, you know? Cause, like, betting insurance.
Bobby Bones
Can I name it whatever I want? Can I call it the Eddie has Dyslexia?
Amy
Oh, I was gonna call it the Bobby Bone Show.
Bobby Bones
I'd rather call it the Eddie has Dyslexia.
Eddie
Yes, but this is for foster kids.
Amy
But I have dyslexia.
Bobby Bones
No, I know, but then everybody wins. Amy gets money for her charity, but also Eddie gets recognized for having dyslexia.
Amy
Okay, so maybe. Yes, it is an event for foster kids, so that'll bring awareness, and then you. The hole could be like, eddie has.
Bobby Bones
Foster kids and dyslexia, whole for $10,000.
Amy
I mean, say it again.
Bobby Bones
Eddie has foster kids and dyslexia, whole for $10,000.
Eddie
I think that's great, Amy.
Amy
Okay. Or maybe we, like, jumble the letters or something like, Like.
Eddie
Oh, like. No, now you're making fun of dyslexia.
Amy
I have it. I can.
Bobby Bones
I don't think that's nice when you have it.
Eddie
That's not how that works.
Bobby Bones
That is not how that works at all. So I did try to sponsor the race.
Eddie
I appreciate that. Dang. I can't believe it was taken.
Bobby Bones
I was a little disappointed, too. I wanted to see huge banners. It says, Eddie Producer.
Eddie
Eddie runs for dyslexia.
Bobby Bones
Runs for dyslexia.
Amy
Eddie, do you want to come to the event with your whole family? There's six people for Bay Per Bay, and you have family of six?
Bobby Bones
Six, yeah.
Amy
Which is body. Does Bobby want to sponsor your bae?
Bobby Bones
No, I'm out.
Eddie
The insurance for the bay.
Bobby Bones
How much is a bae?
Amy
$1,000.
Bobby Bones
I'm already paid.
Amy
But it's always the money to. You were going to pay $10,000.
Eddie
This is how it works, man. They keep trying to get money from.
Bobby Bones
But that's because it was going to be for a bit.
Amy
Well, this is a bit. Eddie can bring his kids.
Eddie
No, that's. That's life.
Amy
Hey, how about when people step right up to shoot a hole in one for dyslexia? They get a pick with Eddie.
Eddie
Okay, guys, let's just.
Bobby Bones
You and you have. You have a sign that says, I have dyslexia.
Eddie
See? No, I'm good with all that.
Amy
Also, how they make. They said that they. I guess topgolf does this a lot with charities and stuff. And I guess how they make even more for the charity is people could say, like, you've sponsored the base, so they get to step right up and swing. But it's like, hey, there's like, a QR code. And it's like, if you want your shot, five bucks or something, and then they get additional.
Bobby Bones
Yeah, you can handle all that there. Oh.
Amy
Anyway, I'm just saying, like, it's kind of cool, Eddie.
Bobby Bones
I tried to buy it.
Eddie
Thank you.
Bobby Bones
Man, no luck. I was ready to write the check, and they were like, no, we can't do it. And then I sponsored Amy's deal. Amy asked for money once you did. So we did that, and hopefully somebody wins $10,000.
Amy
I hadn't thought of it, but when Eddie brought it up, I came in my head and I'm like, I'm gonna shoot my shot right now.
Bobby Bones
And you know what shot hit successfully. We're done. Thank you, guys. Check out the podcast for today. There's so much up, including a rumor about one of the show members that had to be addressed. Also, is 34, too old to have a roommate. That happened with a listener. Also, we talked about Nepo babies. So check out all of that up on the podcast. Yes.
Amy
I'm gonna need artwork for that because they have digital bay signs.
Bobby Bones
You can just make it letters.
Amy
Letters. You know, I need to know specifically, Eddie has dyslexia. Bobby Bones, you said it.
Bobby Bones
No, I don't even care about the Bobby Bones show. My name doesn't have to be on it. Eddie has dyslexia. This is what I wanted to say, or I want my money back.
Amy
Okay, no, no, no.
Eddie
Amy, Amy, Amy.
Bobby Bones
Eddie has dyslexia.
Amy
Okay? Eddie has.
Eddie
Oh, boy.
Amy
Oh, my gosh. I can't believe this is what's going to be on the sign.
Bobby Bones
Golf shot for $10,000.
Eddie
That's it. And then. Not now. I have to be there, Amy. Cuz then they're going to be like, who's Eddie?
Bobby Bones
It doesn't matter. Just take a picture of it when it's up, please.
Amy
Eddie has dyslexia.
Bobby Bones
Golf shot for $10,000 dollars.
Amy
Okay.
Eddie
It's pretty cool.
Bobby Bones
Or you could do in honor of Eddie who has dyslexia. Ah.
Amy
Oh, it sounds like.
Eddie
Wait, wait, weren't you gonna say something about foster kids too?
Bobby Bones
Yeah, but I'll pull that off.
Eddie
That's too much words.
Bobby Bones
Even though it's a. It's an event about foster kids. In honor of Eddie who has dyslexia.
Amy
They're gonna be like, yes.
Bobby Bones
No, no. That's it. That's it. I paid for it.
Amy
In honor of Eddie.
Bobby Bones
In honor of Eddie who has dyslexia, golf shot for $10,000.
Amy
Okay, I'll see if there's a word.
Eddie
They're gonna love this.
Amy
I'll make it into a logo.
Bobby Bones
If there is a word count, just have it say, in honor of Eddie who has dyslexia.
Amy
Got it.
Bobby Bones
All right. Everybody wins, right?
Eddie
Yeah, man.
