When you look at the current events: the Epstein Files, war with Iran, antisemitism, etc., the world can feel pretty confusing. As a Christian, with an eternal perspective, we know why the world feels shaky but even amongst believers, there is debate.

Rita reads a few excerpts from C.S. Lewis’, Mere Christianity and draws parallels between historical text and timeless literature and the confusion in the world right now.

As much as the government and media would like us to believe the answer is a simple one, just pick a side…it feels like people are ready to have deeper, more complicated conversations. Maybe, as C.S. Lewis said:

"If you are on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; and in that case the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive man.”
