I first met Julie, when we began working with her company and her boss asked if Julie could have some coaching to develop her confidence. Despite encouragement and support from the Senior Leadership Team, she was reluctant to share her thoughts, valuable ideas and perspective as in her words she was “Just the PA”. In this episode, Julie generously shares some of her coaching journey and how she overcame her imposter phenomenon to go from “Just a PA” to Company Secretary!

How thoughts are NOT facts. Julie shares how her fixed beliefs got in her way, and actually once she had pulled apart the evidence she was able to prove her negative mindset wrong and free herself from the need to get everything right 100% of the time
