And, Doug, there's nowhere I wouldn't go to help someone customize and save on car insurance with Liberty Mutual, even if it means sitting front row at a comedy show.
Bow Wow
Hey, everyone, check out this guy and his bird.
Charlamagne Tha God
What is this, your first date?
Bow Wow
Oh, no.
Doug
We help people customize and save on car insurance with Liberty Mutual together. We're married. Me to a human, him to a bird.
Raz-B
Yeah, the bird looks out of your league anyways.
Doug
Only pay for what you need@libertymutual.com Liberty.
Bow Wow
Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Hold up. Every day I wake up. Wake your ass up.
Angela Yee
The Breakfast Club.
Bow Wow
Morning, everybody.
DJ Envy
It's DJ Envy. Just hilarious. Charlemagne, the guy. We are the breakfast club. Lon LaRose is here as well. We got some special guests in the building.
Angela Yee
Yes, indeed.
Bow Wow
Bow Wheezy's in the building. Yeah, yeah.
DJ Envy
And also B2K. Welcome, fellas.
Omarion
Yes, sir, indeed.
DJ Envy
How y' all feeling?
Omarion
Man, Everybody amazing.
Angela Yee
Every 30 something year old woman in here got dressed up today, put on makeup. One of them came in here talking about, yo, spray something. Y, you ain't never sprayed nothing in here.
Bow Wow
You ain't never got a jersey dress. You know what I'm saying?
Charlamagne Tha God
We excited. So good to see y' all together. I had to ask him earlier, like, am I old because I'm excited. Like, is it nostalgia or is it like, I'm still young, but, like, I'm happy this is happening? Okay, baby, okay. All right. Thank you for that.
DJ Envy
So. So let's start from the beginning. How did the talk get back together? Well, first of all, how did B2K get to the reason and say, we're going to come back as a group and say we're going to put on a show for the people. How did y' all have start those conversations?
Raz-B
I knew y' all was going to look at me.
Angela Yee
Come on, bud.
Raz-B
Oh, man, just real quick, I came to co. He had a show out in la. I pulled up on him and, man, it was just. It was dope. I'm like, I want to come support. You know what I mean? And when I got there, he pulled me up on stage. We did a quick little rendition of a Girlfriend. But after the show, we. We talked and we. We had dinner, and it was like a breaking of the ice. I hadn't seen him since like 2019, so it was like six years or something like that.
Angela Yee
Yeah.
Raz-B
To make a longer story short, it was a great conversation. You know, we talked about some of the issues that we were having. You know what I'm saying since the last time we seen each other and then moving forward, we brought the guys into the fold, and we just kind of made a group chat, and we start, you know, mending a lot of the broken parts. And then we had a great conversation that almost led to a couple blows and some wrestling matches.
DJ Envy
I'm sure, I'm sure, I'm sure.
Raz-B
Cause you're like, you know, I'm gonna shoot it straight with you if we gonna get past this. I like that. You feel me? But we ain't gotta go into detail. But it brings us to the current space where, you know, it was an opportunity for us to go back on the road. And that's where Raz comes in. How Bow got tied in. We was at the BET Awards, and if you know Raz, you know Raz.
J-Boog
Raz is always super passionate about brotherhood. You know what I mean? And obviously, I've had my trials and tribulations and, you know, time and great counseling has definitely brought me to a better space. And, you know, what better person to tour with other than Bow Wow, being that we started our career with Bow. We was in his first Ghetto Girls video. We went on tour with him. So it's just a full circle moment.
Angela Yee
I want to stay there for a second because, Omarion, I know you're a very spiritual person.
Omarion
Right.
Angela Yee
And you all about energy. What needed to hit exactly for this to happen?
Omarion
I think maturity, you know, that plays a big role in everything. You know, being able to see other perspectives and respect. I really feel like, you know, in 2019, things were shifting. You know, it was a great opportunity for us, but I don't know that everybody was on the same page as far as life experiences, wins and losses. You know, you get to a space as an adult, you know, where, you know, else should feel like lessons instead of losses.
J-Boog
Yeah.
Omarion
And it feels like we all have kind of, you know, risen to that level where, you know, we're all. We're all parents, you know what I'm saying? Like, we have to look at the scope beyond our personal feelings. So I really feel like that's what. That's why we're here again today. And a lot of people like to, I guess, hone in on the business aspect of it, which is cool. But what people forget is. Is that, you know, we were very young when we started, so we. We established something beyond, you know, in respects to the business. We. We really created a bond in the brotherhood. So we're happy to present ourselves in a better way in a More mature way. And yeah.
DJ Envy
Now, what about you? How was it for you getting back to the group? Because you said you sent out a bunch of emails and you've been up here passionate before about making this work. So what was for you to say, you know, what this is going to work or what needed to happen for you to say, this could work again?
J-Boog
For me, I had to take accountability for my actions. Right. And learn how to regulate my emotions. There's a lot of things I learned in different coping skills and therapy. And I feel like with my maturity, my marriage, me having children, it just really grounded me and I feel like there was a love that I was looking for because when you dedicate so much to this industry and then the rug is pull up on you and you're just trying to figure out your back is against the wall, you're. You're feeling these emotions that you don't know how to express. You got people around you exploiting that. You know what I mean? So just getting into good space and then having my brothers, you know, bull.
Raz-B
Shout out to his therapist.
J-Boog
Oh, f.
Angela Yee
Got to have a good therapist.
Bow Wow
I'm a great therapist.
J-Boog
I just want to see anybody.
Bow Wow
I thought he had a male therapist. I have a thera fist, but he's
J-Boog
like a life coach.
Bow Wow
I call him like 4 o' clock
Raz-B
in the morning, like, yo, bro, walking
J-Boog
the floors like, hey, listen, man, we
Raz-B
ain't gonna go into that. But yeah, shout out to myself, no
J-Boog
real talk, not real brothers. Count accountability, man.
Fizzy
Yeah, definitely just the maturity, you know, growing up, taking accountability, having those rough conversations with O and, you know, just really displaying the true genuineness from my heart, you know, in action more than words. So I think that's just really what brought us all back.
Angela Yee
What do you and O argue about? Like, who got the best baby hairs?
Charlamagne Tha God
We saw, like, the public with Omarion and. I'm sorry, with Omarion and Fizz. We saw everything with like, you know, April, like, whatever. And I know that there was a. When I saw your apology, Fizz, a few years ago, I felt like there was a lot of hurt on both sides that led to where y' all got to. How has it been dealing with that hurt in real time? Because I know the conversations are probably still happening actively. Like, that's not like a one time thing.
Fizzy
Well, nah, you. You said.
Bow Wow
Say that again.
Fizzy
You said the.
Charlamagne Tha God
So basically I'm saying, like, when y' all were going through it, right, and you started d in April, there had to be, or I'm assuming somebody's Feelings was hurt in the midst of that. Right or wrong?
Bow Wow
Yeah.
Fizzy
I mean, the whole entirety of it.
Charlamagne Tha God
Right.
Fizzy
You know what I'm saying? It was hurt there. So to. To come from it, you know, it has to be rough conversations.
Bow Wow
Yeah, for sure.
Charlamagne Tha God
And I guess my question in that was so. In dealing with that day to day, because that's not like an easy thing to deal with. How is that every day? Like, when things come back up, how do you guys, like, work through it actively?
Raz-B
So let me. I'm gonna speak on that because it's. It's deeper than this them, you know what I'm saying? Like, there's a family that you talking about, so if anybody got siblings and you close, you know what I'm saying? Like, what they go through don't just affect them.
Charlamagne Tha God
Right.
Raz-B
And it's not just them, you know, I'm saying working to get through it. You know, for us, it's like since day one, it's always been a straight up, you know, so we not gonna hold on to nothing that we didn't already covered. You know what I'm saying? Like, once the conversation is had, even if it's a boxing in the. In the closet, that got to go down. Like, once that's done, it's done.
J-Boog
Done.
Bow Wow
Yeah.
Raz-B
You know what I'm saying? So it's not a question or a conversation.
Charlamagne Tha God
Yeah.
Angela Yee
I did not know Bugs was the Bill Belichick of this.
Raz-B
No, I just wanted to be, you know. Yeah. And bad.
DJ Envy
I was gonna ask, you know, what made you say, you know what? I wanna do it with these guys.
Fizzy
Right.
DJ Envy
Cause they've been effed up for a while, up and down. There'd be two members, one member, three members, half a member. So what made you say, you know what? We gonna put this effort to go on tour and make sure they gonna stay the whole tour together?
Bow Wow
No, it just made sense. Like BET Awards, like, it just made sense seeing them together. It was strong. Like, presence was there. It was like, okay, feel right. And of course, you know, Raz gonna speak his mind whenever he don't care if it's we own. I'm like, we on live. You know, I don't give a damn. You wanna do this tour with us? He said it live on tv, put me right there on the spot. So I was like, yeah, it do make sense. You know what I'm saying? It's like the Scream tour all over again. You know, me and. Oh, we've been doing it for the past couple of years together. I came out on the first run with 2019, you brought me out right in Atlanta, and it just made sense, them as a group. I haven't toured with them in over, what, 20 years.
Doug
Crazy.
Bow Wow
So it just made sense. Me and Chris did runs, me and O did runs. And I'm like, yeah, we only danced, what, twice? It'd be good to dance one more time. And the millennium tours, we've been killing them, like, every year. We just been killing them. And we just felt like the time is now. They celebrating. I'm celebrating 25 in the game. The boys are celebrating theirs. And it's just a full circle moment. It's like, yeah, let's do it now. And we still got it. We still got it. Yeah, absolutely.
Jeremih
Leaving out the fans, you know, me and a whole other millions of people,
Bow Wow
like, wanting to see this, and we ready. And I could tell they were serious. I could tell they were serious. Like, you could just tell, you know what I'm saying? And I'm like, yeah, just feel right. Let's go ahead and dance.
DJ Envy
Let's do it.
Angela Yee
What was harder for y', all, B2K? Rebuilding trust or rebuilding chemistry?
J-Boog
Trust, I would say. Trust. The chemistry is definitely there.
Omarion
Yeah.
Raz-B
B2K is a wild question. Y' all might think we R and B singers, and it's like, we cool, but, you know, we crazy as hell.
Omarion
I would like to speak to. You know, how young we were in the game. You know what I mean? We were kids, you know what I'm saying? And we spent a lot of time, like, you know how kids go to school and then they, like, see each other in class? That's like, no, we were seeing each other at the airport. You know what I mean? We were doing radio interviews. So, you know, our bond is like no other. You know what I'm saying? It is a brotherhood, but it's also professional element to it as well. So, you know, do y' all remember
Angela Yee
the moment when the trust was rebuilt, when y' all could all look at each other and be like, all right, they got my back.
Omarion
It's. It's silent. Yeah, yeah, it's silent. It's. You know what I'm saying? What. What's. What's understood don't even need to be explained facts.
Charlamagne Tha God
How full does this feel for y'?
Bow Wow
All?
Charlamagne Tha God
Like, you talk about it being a full circle moment, right? But, like, having that trust back and being able to do this together, like, how does it feel internally?
Omarion
Like this.
Bow Wow
I mean, for me, I got a
J-Boog
big smile on my face.
Raz-B
That says it all.
Fizzy
I Mean, for me, sometime it don't feel real, you know, But I think being older and more aware and present in the moment, you can. Like, it just gives a lot of appreciation, you know? Like, damn, like, I love my dogs, man. We back to this shit. You feel me?
J-Boog
Tomorrow's not promised, you know, it was unfinished business. You know what I mean? So we. We back to it.
Omarion
Feels like completion.
J-Boog
Yeah.
Omarion
Feels like a complete, you know, I mean, because we had a lot of just out outside noises, you know what I'm saying? In. In everybody's ears, just really, we weren't able to get back to us. And now, you know, we've experienced enough life where it's like, okay, I need to have a conversation with whoever we man enough to have those conversations. We don't have to talk to third parties or anything like that. We. We in alignment.
Angela Yee
We for all of y'. All. Were y' all ever given the tools to process fame as teenagers or y' all just had to perform through whatever?
Raz-B
Nah, I think that's. I think that's the origin of, you know, how things can get a little crazy because it all happens so fast. Even speaking with Bow, you know, he was, what, 12? When everything, like, really took off? Crazy, us being able to come on his tour seeing that, like, for the first time, the girls going crazy, and then week in and week out, they start going crazy. Crazy for us. B2K took off. It's like you don't really get a chance, or there's no. Like, there's no guideline or no course to say this is how you supposed to process it. It's like one day it is, the next day, everybody scream your name. You know what I mean? Egos can be created through that, you know? Oh, they screaming the loudest for me. Oh, they screaming a lot. Oh, you the favorite. Like, it's a lot of stuff that come into it that start to break everything down, you know what I mean? So I feel like sometimes in the industry, you. You gotta go through that point where it's, like, all brand new to you. Then you feeling yourself, you smelling your own ish, you know what I'm saying? And then you get that dose of reality, and I feel like all five of us has had that dose of reality to be like, okay, like he said, you got it ain't promise. L is not a loss. It's a lesson. You know what I mean? And when you get that again, you be very humble. You know what I'm saying? Humble, appreciative, you know, of it.
Jeremih
Yeah, how did y' all pick the rest of the ax? I see y' all got crime art, Pretty Ricky, Jeremiah, Waka Flocker. That's a long ass show.
Bow Wow
Is it different? Oh, like we, we, we. We ain't.
DJ Envy
We ain't.
J-Boog
That's a BPC question.
Bow Wow
Okay.
Omarion
That's a lot of people.
J-Boog
Black promoters, collector, sometimes.
Bow Wow
I ain't gonna lie. I ain't gonna cap. Like, sometimes we do got a little say.
J-Boog
So.
Bow Wow
I ain't gonna lie. Like we did Ashanti the one year. Like I had, I had hit sis. Like, yo, I think you should roll with us. And then if we get the okay, like, we'll lob it to like Gary or whatever. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like franchises pimping, that's the homies. It's like, all right, man, we don't have Yang on this six.
Raz-B
Sure. But they don't come with that energy though.
Bow Wow
No, they definitely do. They rock. I'm like, we gotta switch it up, man. Bring them back. Like, so we. Sometimes we did some say so. Then sometimes we be like, I know I. I know I have. I've been like, man, put this on there, we'll get closer. They don't. I'll be like, oh, it. But yeah, we do get a little say. So I'm sure if. Oh, you did it because you got me on the.
Angela Yee
You was always the headliner.
Bow Wow
Nah, I always give oh his. His credit when it come to the millennium brand, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, and Raz too. And just the whole. The guys, you know, I mean, it was theirs, you know what I'm saying?
Angela Yee
Scream and bling them.
Bow Wow
You just got the get ready to
J-Boog
go back out on Scream tour. He's getting ready to Scream fest.
Bow Wow
Yeah.
J-Boog
You know, probably still is going to do it.
Bow Wow
I think the conf. Yeah, for sure. The confusion is. It is the DNA from the screen, right? That's where it comes from. But the Millennium tour, Owen them popped that off first. The boys popped that off first, you know what I'm saying? Then O came and grabbed me like, hey, you can't turn this down. Like, it's really a no brainer. So I give credit to my bro because I wasn't even thinking about touring out. That wasn't even on my mind. I was on some other shit. And he like, nah, you gotta come get a piece of this. And bro did that. You know what I'm saying? How come you take it serious?
DJ Envy
Cause it was one time you was wilding about. I Mean, when you was wilding on
Bow Wow
JD I gave me the broke my.
DJ Envy
You and Ray J running around, twisted. There was times where you even said that you was drinking too much. When did you say, nah, I gotta
Bow Wow
stop and take it seriously.
Raz-B
You know what?
Bow Wow
Cause I know. I know they think, like, look, I know an old thing. Y' all think this nigga changed. Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah. Cause we got a group chat. We got a group chat. I'm the one that's always wild in that. Like, I'm always wild but passionate. I think for me, honestly, I mean, I said it already on record when I had to talk with. With somebody, you know, I mean, I ain't. I ain't got to say no names, but pretty much, I think y' all probably know what I'm talking about. And he kind of just told me, man, you need to tighten your ass up. Like, oh, you out here doing all this goofy. You understand that you a legend, man. You gotta.
Raz-B
You can't.
Bow Wow
You can't come around me with that no more. It's time for you to wake up and understand. With a JD you close, so I'll say a puff said it. He told me. You know what I'm saying? Told me this years back. Like, remember when he came up here? Yeah. I was like, man, he's like, cut the. You know what I'm saying? You around SNOOP, you around J.D. you know, I mean, really with you. You got a billionaire, you can call everybody, can't call them, everybody can't call me. But I pick up for you. You know what I'm saying? Like, you got to understand your brand. Don't that up you. Yo, all your OGs is here. You got to be one. So I think when he said that, like, about seven years ago, whatever, it just clicked in. And then, you know, my kids getting older. My son about to be six, shy, driving this year. So it's kind of like a lot of things come in perspective. I'm about to be 39. It's like, you start getting all that love and everybody giving your flowers. Me and, oh, we don't want a Billboard Award for the tour. You start getting all this. It's like that right there. Make you sit back and be like, okay, yeah, I am him, all right. I am one of the ones. It's like, when you understand that you're gonna move like one. And that's why you ain't seen me. No, no. For the past. I don't know how long I just been on my. I've been in the crib. Focus. Working. Selling these durags and doing what the I'm supposed to be doing. That's it. I'm focused on the I'm focused. I got you straight. Now I gotta get you a sponge, though. Speaking of. Hey, Mel, Bring my durags in here.
J-Boog
Where Mel at?
Raz-B
Bow wow Durag. And get the brush to go with it. I'm telling you, it's different.
Bow Wow
Yeah, man, it's crazy.
Angela Yee
It work for you?
Bow Wow
Oh, my God. Number one, I got that sewed up. Lane. I'm good.
DJ Envy
The brat was up here. She said she spaz out on you a couple times.
Bow Wow
When Brad don't spaz up. Brad spaz on me when I change my number and I don't give it to her when I thought I did give it to her. Like, that's it, though. Like, that's another one.
J-Boog
Who gonna hold you accountable?
Bow Wow
Hold me accountable. Check on me. I was just with Snoop last week. That's another person that you know that's gonna get on me. And it's just too many people that I got that's in my corner that I know I can always talk to. And even back to the question, he's like, how you navigate through this? It's like, now, you know, I used to. That's why we got the group chat. You know what I'm saying? That's why we got that. Because instead of us wilding. Oh, yeah. I like how you did that, bro.
J-Boog
Yeah.
Bow Wow
It's that 25 anniversary, though. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I seen that one in there that ain't out yet.
Angela Yee
You got a lot of LeBron in you. I'm gonna tell you what I mean. Right. Like, it's hard to, like, meet expectations. When you think about when we saw Bow Wow on Arsenio Hall.
DJ Envy
Yeah.
Angela Yee
All them years ago, he's like, yeah, that little dude. Nice.
J-Boog
Yeah.
Angela Yee
You didn't have to become a superstar.
Bow Wow
Nope.
Angela Yee
That could have went either way. You ever think about stuff like that?
Bow Wow
Nope.
Angela Yee
That you fulfilled expectations?
Bow Wow
I knew it. I knew it. I knew it. I just knew it. Like this. It's all I knew. I didn't know nothing. That's all I know. I didn't know nothing else. At first. It was being a comedian, and I think that's how I was able to transition to the acting thing so easily. I started out with that first rapping came because I could mimic just about anybody. And then if you could mimic a. You basically doing it. So then it was like, all right, Cool. Then somebody started writing my raps. I think if I write his, then, boom. Then the whole Chronic Tour 93 came. Snoop found me. I mean, dad shout out to dads, Dash finds me, bring me to the back. And now the rest is history. And it was like, okay, I guess we're gonna stay on this path then. This is what we gonna do. This is what God chose for me. So we gonna ride it out. I'm gonna ride out to the death, though. I ain't gonna stop this no time ever. I'm never gonna stop.
Jeremih
I love hearing you say that now, because even when you were wild and going through your. I knew it and like, it. It just wasn't for no reason. Like, what do you think it was? Did you feel alone?
Omarion
Like, were you dealing with.
Bow Wow
Honestly just doing dumb. It's just for nothing. Was stressed out or nothing. I really. Listen, I really thought I was low key when I was put up the plane. I really did. I thought I was low key when I did that. I just got caught. You know what I'm saying? Real child. And who was there to witness? Well, you weren't with me on the plane. I'm saying. No, but you was at the studio when we did the little skin. You feel what I'm saying? He was right there when we did the skin. So for me, you already see, I'm a team. I play ball. Like, we got the group chat. My. I got. I don't got thin skin. Like, this is what we do. Like, but all my fuckups. And it's really happened. Like the hoodie, when my daughter just recreated we coming out the crab boil. And she like, I'm about to do this to my dad. He got on the outfit too. We got the black hoodie and I'm
Raz-B
about to get him.
Bow Wow
And I didn't even know what she was doing. But as soon as she did it, I was like, yo, you about to. You're going to go viral with that. Because it already went viral. It reoccurs every some odd weird years, but you about to bring this all the way back fully. But when she did it, it was like, that was really a moment. It was a million kids out there. I got anxiety. You heard, oh, say we was child stars. We hear crowds and shit. We get the flipping. I'm like, oh, they don't know what they don't know all the time. But I love it, though. I love it. That's just that daddy daughter dynamic that we got, you know what I mean? And I love it.
Angela Yee
I never thought about that type of ptsd. We always think about PTSD from, like,
Bow Wow
telling you the negative way.
Angela Yee
But imagine, like, if everywhere you go, you're used to crowds just rushing.
Bow Wow
I went to the mall the other day, and I used to.
Charlamagne Tha God
The mall.
Bow Wow
No, I put up to the back. My man come out the mall through the back door. He'll just put my shoes and. And hand it to him. He was like, bob, I think you should really come in and got some good chrome hard. I know you're going on tour. You might have to try these on. I'm like, all right, cool. I'm like, why are we walking through the real way? Like, I just. I started. I started flipping the. Out there.
Omarion
Like, where's the.
Bow Wow
Yeah, yeah. I'm like, I don't do this. I don't go to the mall. Like, I don't go to my. I don't leave my house. Like, the boy. I. I don't leave the crib. I'm in the crib 24 7. I got everything I need. After I was on, I saw y
Charlamagne Tha God
interview with the shave room, where y' all were talking about that, and you were talking about how now it's crazier because people just. It's pictures. It's not autographs. Like, people just pull up with the phones and, like, you don't even have a chance to, like, hold on, relax.
Bow Wow
And that AI is crazy, too.
J-Boog
Yeah.
Bow Wow
The AI is wild. No. Yeah. I don't. With that.
DJ Envy
Y' all think we'll ever see some of the things that we've seen when you guys were kids and teens and running from thousands of kids chasing y'?
Fizzy
All.
DJ Envy
Because we don't see that now. We don't see superstars like that. You think we'll ever see that?
Jeremih
I don't think they want to go through that now.
Fizzy
I think that that level of mystique is gone with. With social media and all the reality tv, there's no more. Just you can turn on your phone and see what somebody's doing.
Omarion
The real world, essentially.
Fizzy
It's not like you have to guess, oh, I wonder where they are, what's going on. Then you see us.
Bow Wow
It's like, oh, my God.
Fizzy
That gives that. That effect of shock, that shock value, you know? But without it, I mean, without the social media and all of that, then it would be there, but it's not there.
Omarion
I think we'll see, like, you know, here and there, you know, I mean, I think it's going to really be about the artists because, you know, they connect On a different wavelength now, you
DJ Envy
know, kids would sleep in front of 106 and park days before this.
Omarion
That's what I'm saying. It was a different connection. So I. I don't know. I. I think there will definitely be some bright stars in the future. It's a natural cycle of things, you know, I mean, but how they connect, I'm not sure. I don't know if people would still be running after them and have that kind of fandom. I think you see it in some other cultures, like maybe K pop and stuff like that. Yeah, you see it in K pop, but, you know, they run a system completely different from our world, you know, I mean, so I'm not sure the
Raz-B
access and availability has changed, you know what I'm saying?
J-Boog
We live in a different world now.
Raz-B
So it's not. It's like back in the day, you had to run home to see 106 and park or you was going to miss. It was like, no, I'm going to watch it later and I got it recorded and.
Omarion
Yeah, or let me see what this person is doing right now.
Raz-B
Right, exactly. You didn't have that. You know what I mean? So you had to. You had to get those moments. You had to try to get they shirt or they wristband or they towel, because you ain't going to see them again until they maybe come back to your city and are, you know, you're not going to see them live. You know, you'll be able to go up and touch and feel. You know what I mean? So, yeah, I think that that's what created in it. Why it might not be that way no more. Everybody is just too comfortable with. I'll just see it later.
Jeremih
Are we gonna get posters? Are y' all gonna redo posters? I still got B2K posters. I still got bioeasy posters. I got all kind of posts.
Angela Yee
Can we.
Jeremih
Can we. Oh, y'. All. Y' all redid posters?
Omarion
Yeah, we're actually considering doing kind of like a type of yearbook, you know what I'm saying? Where, you know, we go back through some word up magazine photos, vibes, because that memorabilia is so key and important. So. Yeah, yeah, we definitely. We definitely thought about that.
Angela Yee
But for y' all as a group, is forgiveness something y' all fully achieved amongst each other or something y' all still practicing?
Omarion
I think. I think it's a constant practice, you know, I mean, like Raz said, tomorrow's not promised, but we here. You know what I mean? And we available. I know I'm available. For forgiveness and understanding. I think you have to meet your days like that. That's how I personally feel.
Raz-B
Yeah, for me, shout out to my Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. I've been on this journey for like three years now. Shout out to my wife for bringing me in.
Angela Yee
But you got saved.
Raz-B
Yeah, I got saved, man. I got baptized. And once I understood that, you know, I forgive everybody immediately, you know what I'm saying? I'm not gonna let that torment me. I'm not gonna carry that with me, you know what I'm saying? So it's like, I don't gotta rock with you, but I forgive you, you know what I mean? Cause I'm not gonna carry that. So when I see you again, it's, what's up, bro? You know, I don't rock with you, but I ain't holding that.
Angela Yee
Yeah, even. But not amongst each other, though.
Raz-B
No, in general, it's a way of life, you know what I mean? Like, I love these dudes. I ain't gonna let nothing happen to them, even when I'm angry at them, you know what I'm saying? In the past seven years, if something was to go down and I seen something, though we squabbing to the death, and then I still don't like you, you know what I'm saying? But I'm not gonna let nothing happen to you. But now, now I just like. Like I said, you, as humans, we can't hold on to that, you know what I'm saying? You gotta let it go.
Omarion
Yeah, it's not good for all of that. So, yeah, Fizz.
Angela Yee
Raz, what about you?
Fizzy
For me, I. I feel like life is pretty much empty and meaningless until you put meaning behind it. So whatever action or whatever happens, it doesn't have any meaning until you give it what meaning you want it to have. So forgiveness for me is easy, I
J-Boog
would have to say. Learning how to forgive, you know, repent, means to turn things around, you know, I mean, so just, you know, correcting your behavior and understanding, you know, how can you be better and set boundaries? Because everyone's different. So, you know, I think it's a daily process, you know, because you don't want to let the. The mind is like, if you're not keeping your thoughts under the captivity of Christ, it's like now your brain is just everywhere and it's taking you to a place of dark spaces that you don't need to be in. And it could make you kind of, like, respond differently. So I think every day it's a process hold on.
Angela Yee
You said boundaries. What boundaries exist now, Raz. That didn't before. And why are they necessary?
J-Boog
When you're an adult, you have to understand, okay? There's a time to play and there's time to be serious. So you need to understand. You need to read. Read the room, you know, read people's energy, read their. What they're going through, have compassion and have grace and understand that. And knowing that and understanding those things, it allow for you to navigate and move through this world a lot easier and a lot less problems.
Raz-B
Yeah, I've learned that you have to manage everyone differently. Like, I can't manage you the same way I manage Bao, you know what I'm saying? And that's where the respect comes in, is understanding that you are you the way you are. And I gotta. I gotta rock with that. You know what I mean?
DJ Envy
As. Do you own the Scream tour? You own the Screen franchise?
Bow Wow
Something like that. I heard you own.
J-Boog
I don't.
DJ Envy
Do you own all of it? A piece of it or a piece about that?
Bow Wow
Because it was your face. A piece. Just business, you know, Once it came back around, it was up for grabs, you know. Gary, Shout out to Gary, bpc, of course. Just. Just felt like, man, this is like, this is yours. Like you, you know, you should have this. If it's up, you need to come get this. And it was just as simple as that. And just everybody know, like, I'm not one of them people. Like, if I. If I own something, I don't want it to be bow wowed out. That's not why I did. Is a full circle moment for me. But, you know, I feel like it was so. I felt like the branch should have been handed to me a long time ago. I feel like we shouldn't even have gotten even to this point, you know, I mean, and pretty much it's kind of like I just want to be how Jay Z is for Made in America for it. Like, I'm around, but I'm. I'm gonna be in the trailer doing, you know, enjoying myself on the tour bus, just enjoying all the artists perform. You know, it's not the Bow wow put on. It's the Scream Fest. It's the Scream. It's for everyone else. It's no different than a Coachella. It's no different than anything. You know what I'm saying? It's not.
J-Boog
It's huge.
Bow Wow
Yeah. Yeah. I might one year, I might want to host it and that's it. And I might not never want to perform on it.
Raz-B
At all.
Bow Wow
But it's for. It's for all of us, you know?
DJ Envy
Are you doing an album with Just as X Ex. You wouldn't. Y' all doing a full album?
Bow Wow
Who? Your ex?
Jeremih
Chris.
Omarion
Y' all know.
Bow Wow
You know.
Jeremih
You know me and.
Bow Wow
Was together, like, two years. What? I've never seen you.
DJ Envy
I never seen an album together. Y' all got songs together?
Bow Wow
Nah, Chris, we. We got a record out now. Use me. Shout out to hit maker. You know what I'm saying? We got that out, but now we. It's been talks in the past about us doing something, but. Nah, that ain't. That's wrong. R B singer, but I definitely. There is an album, though, and it's done.
Charlamagne Tha God
And it's done because you were on live and you said that there was a lot of music, and you said it on Gillian Wallow.
Angela Yee
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Bow Wow
It's done. Album's done. Album's done. Me and the RMB artists, I'll show y'. All. I'll show y'.
Omarion
All.
J-Boog
He ain't ready to reveal it to the world yet. It's fire.
Bow Wow
You're gonna get all three of them. Yeah, well, we just did something. We just did finally, after so damn long, we finally did a record.
J-Boog
Okay.
Bow Wow
Hopefully we can get that out asap. And then me and Bro, who I'm talking about with the album, we about to drop something this month. Videos done all that, too. So. Yeah, we cooking. We ready.
Jeremih
Okay.
Bow Wow
And look, you looking like from Atlanta. No, he ain't from. He ain't from the A. From the south, though.
Jeremih
Okay. B2K, I'm done. Okay.
Raz-B
Yeah.
Bow Wow
They said, I know y' all had
Jeremih
plans on releasing one, but I didn't know if y' all were really doing it. Okay, so when.
J-Boog
March 6th.
Omarion
Oh, shit.
Jeremih
That's when the album released.
Bow Wow
All right, Because I know. First day of the tour, that's when you're opening. First open tonight.
Jeremih
Yeah, that's fire.
J-Boog
Now, being equity owners in. In this project, we wanted to shout out to Prince. We. We wanted to make sure that we curated and stayed within our own ecosystem of our. Of our Die Hard supporters. Right? So we. We included the. The album within the ticket sale.
Omarion
So, you know, and it slaps.
J-Boog
Yeah. We proud of ourselves. Everybody's singing, everybody's doing their thing. Yes.
Angela Yee
When did y' all learn the music business?
Omarion
Well, it's always changing.
J-Boog
Okay.
Omarion
It's changing. I think it's, you know, something that you. You continue to learn, you know?
J-Boog
What do you mean by that exactly?
Angela Yee
Just in general, like, what you talking about now? Like. Because I'm sure when y' all was
Omarion
younger, right, we didn't understand that.
Angela Yee
Exactly.
Omarion
Yeah.
Angela Yee
Yeah, exactly.
Bow Wow
Yeah.
J-Boog
I mean, being around the business, you learn a lot and read the books. Read a lot of books. And when you want to, I mean, the more you understand your business, you know, it can take care of you. But, like, you know, when you get
Bow Wow
robbed for your money the first time. Wait, I just went on to. What you mean? I came by this Bentley. I just came on.
Omarion
I gotta do six more shots.
Bow Wow
Yeah, that's when. That's when it get. That's when, you know, that's when, like, everybody. One time for me, like, I don't got no account accountants. Like, 16. I don't got no accountant. Like, it's a lot of artists out here. They can't just get on their phone and see how much money they got. I do that. Like, I pay somebody to pay my.
DJ Envy
Somebody to pay your taxes, though.
Bow Wow
Yeah, I do that. I got the agent and all that for that. Boom. It's time. I just sent them 13, 000. Got them up out of here. Yeah, I do it myself, my aunt, myself. I'm not paying nobody to look at my money to do none of that. Yeah, I want to go on my app.
J-Boog
App.
Angela Yee
I want to see it.
Omarion
Yep.
Angela Yee
I'm good at 16. How short were you, like, money wise?
Bow Wow
Like, what was it?
Angela Yee
What was missing when you was like, was it.
Bow Wow
Was it. It was more of like. Like, just. Well, did you. Did. Like, why didn't this get done or was taking so long? Or, like, why would you put money over there? Why would you invest that? I didn't tell you to do that. It's like that. Like, I didn't tell you to do that. Like, and then, you know, cats might try to. Well, you got. Got 7.5 coming in. If I can take 2 and put the 5 there. But I can take this 2, try to flip that and bring it back. You won't know that. It's like, nah, I ain't tell you to press green on that. Like, therefore, it's like, nah, I want to press. I'm gonna press green. It's my. I'm. We up here dancing and flipping and working hard and traveling and going around the world. Nah, but it's a lot guarantee. 89 of artists can't open up their phone and look at their money. I bet you.
DJ Envy
Let me ask you. Did y' all ever get to a point, every. Okay, all y' all can answer this. Where it was tight where it was like, what the fuck?
Bow Wow
Like, it was like, I don't know
DJ Envy
if I can make this next month mortgage or. This is gonna be tight for the next couple of months. Has it ever got that for any of y'?
Charlamagne Tha God
All?
Bow Wow
Hell, yeah. Hell, yeah. That's back outside.
Omarion
Yeah.
Bow Wow
That's life. Go ahead. That's life. You could have.
J-Boog
I mean, you could have a half a crib. That's a half a million dollars, and money's tied up, you know what I'm saying? And you. You can't, you know, liquidate some assets fast enough, you know? I mean, I remember I. When the group disbanded, I had went to China for about seven years. I was able to make a living. So, yeah, was tight, you know? I mean, when the group broke up was slow, especially. Everybody was looking at me crazy like, you know what I mean? So, you know, I'm glad we live in a different space nowadays, China.
Bow Wow
And when I got off the boat.
J-Boog
When I got. When I got off the boat, I had to offer for the. For the B2K tour.
Raz-B
So I got off.
Angela Yee
To me, it's like, man, whatever you got to do to get your mind right.
Bow Wow
Like, you took a boat back here. Yeah.
Charlamagne Tha God
You're in a great space now. I saw you taking your selfies like, you're in a really good space, so whatever you had to do.
Jeremih
And congratulations on fatherhood.
Bow Wow
Yes.
Jeremih
That's amazing. Amazing. You are all smiles at your baby.
J-Boog
I got another one on the way, too.
Angela Yee
I don't know why I'm so interested in your spiritual journeys. I guess because we see. We've seen Omarion's kind of play out, but then I'm listening to books talk. I hear you, Fizz, I hear Raz. I'm like, God, I want. I want to know more about the healing process. You said you went to China. I want to know what book you say you found. Christ, if you a fan. We knew.
Charlamagne Tha God
We know about. We know about.
Bow Wow
What you mean. No, no, no. Real talk. The fact that I. I was talking
J-Boog
to Fizz, and he was. I mean, you can speak for yourself, but from my observation, he was doing a lot of long walks, and he was in church and studying the Word and, you know, he was in a place where he had the courage to be able to stand on stage and apologize to him publicly. He could have did that, you know?
Bow Wow
Did I call you?
Omarion
Yeah.
J-Boog
I think I tapped you. I'm like, yo, that's.
Omarion
That made me feel real.
Fizzy
We was at the concert together, yo.
J-Boog
Yeah, right? Oh, Facts.
Charlamagne Tha God
She forgot it.
J-Boog
There was a lot of things that needed to be handled.
Fizzy
But, bro, thank you, man.
Angela Yee
So it's been. It's God in therapy for the most part.
Fizzy
Definitely God. Definitely God. I would say my fitness journey helped a lot. You know, being in. In the gym with myself locked in and looking in that mirror, you know, having to get right with myself, that. That's where the work came in.
Omarion
At self realization.
Bow Wow
Yeah.
Fizzy
Yeah. Realizing who I am and what I
Angela Yee
mean, you know, how has your. Your understanding of vulnerability changed since, you know, y' all first run?
Omarion
I know for me, I recognize and realize it's a superpower, and it's only something that, you know, it's. It's something that if you allow people to use against you, can be. It could hurt you. You know what I mean? It's nothing to be afraid about when you're vulnerable. Vulnerability is a superpower for an artist because we're about self expression. We're about growth. So I figured it out. Pretty, Pretty young, you know, singing songs, being vulnerable, talking about personal issues. I know for me, that's when I

Okay.
Omarion
Vulnerability is not a bad thing. As long as you face what you're feeling, you know, sensitive about or insecure about. No one can use that weapon against you if you're honest with yourself. So vulnerability is actually a superpower for an artist.
Angela Yee
Is that gonna come out in the music?
Omarion
For sure, yeah. We got a song called Mileage.
Bow Wow
I was thinking in my mind, I'm
Omarion
like, yeah, a song called Mileage. Don't care about your mileage. Because, you know, at this, you know, at this age, you have to realize that, you know, you meet somebody, you know, they have a pass.
Bow Wow
Somebody else was knocking that muffin up.
Angela Yee
How many miles, though? Come on, man. It gotta be.
Omarion
It might be nine. Nine, nine, nine, nine.
Bow Wow
Got to press That O. Like, did you shoot.
Charlamagne Tha God
Get shot at? Ne long in the last interview? Did that work? Did that get anywhere?
Omarion
Oh, no, no. I'm not a shooter shot. Or I'm like, when I see you, I see you, and then we going to see what happened from there.
Fizzy
Yeah.
Charlamagne Tha God
You ain't seen her yet?
Omarion
Yeah, no, I. I ain't ran back into her yet. We see what the vibe is, though.
Bow Wow
Yeah.
Omarion
I ain't a shooter shot her. I see, though.
Bow Wow
Whenever you talking about people's hit, they never bring you up.
DJ Envy
But you got a secret hit.
Angela Yee
Wow.
Omarion
He's a.
Bow Wow
This the real O coming out now. I'm a. No, no, be real. Like, if we homie, we bros. Like, be real.
Omarion
You're a slur,
Raz-B
Raz.
DJ Envy
That's a sl.
J-Boog
I don't think so. I just think you got good taste. And they want the bus.
Bow Wow
Be real. Buzz. You called me a buzzard the other day.
Raz-B
My wife outside,
Bow Wow
I go, listen, I this. The person that I look at like, like, man, like the. The perfect. Like, the role model as far as, like, in that space. You know what I'm saying? Because wifey be right there. Look, she getting it. Making sure he get his footage. She be in. You know what I'm saying? I can't meet nobody like that. Like, they don't. So I always. It's good.
J-Boog
You need to get married.
Bow Wow
What was my reply right there? I don't think I replied to it. You said, you know what you said? I'm a.
Jeremih
Where you shopping for him at? Yo, where you be going?
Bow Wow
Where are we going? Where can I go? Like, where can I go? Like, I'm either on stage. We at the nightclub. Yeah, I'm on it.
Raz-B
What?
Bow Wow
The air. Like, where am I going?
Charlamagne Tha God
Soon I forget her name, but the pretty girl, Jada Pinkett's niece, right? She's so pretty. What happened?
Bow Wow
Why you sit up like that?
Charlamagne Tha God
I mean, she's out the way.
Bow Wow
Very beautiful. It's me, I guess me. Like, it's me. You know, I have my moments where, like, sometimes I just want to be by myself. And sometimes, like, you know, the responsibility of being a boyfriend, it's hard.
J-Boog
Rules.
Bow Wow
And, like, I've been making money since I was 12. It's hard to put. I like to be free. I like to be free. I don't want to be like, right now. Phone going off. You didn't call me. I'm doing a breakfast club. I don't got time to be talking to you right now.
Angela Yee
Like, you gotta stop calling them.
Bow Wow
No, I'm just saying,
Raz-B
like, you can
Jeremih
get sometimes, like, the right woman will understand your work. You have to.
Bow Wow
Y' all got a whole tour.
Jeremih
You got the album you about to drop.
Bow Wow
This is when it's the worst. So this is when o was with me on tour last year. Like, I can't. I'm happy. This is. This is the happy tour for ballot.
Raz-B
Yeah. We.
Bow Wow
We.
Jeremih
You're not gonna be like Clifton Powell. Learn to love at 70, right? You're gonna.
Omarion
I mean, honestly, too late.
Bow Wow
I feel like. I feel like I done met a lot of great women. I've been with great women. And I just feel like my strength is when I'm single. And I just got all the time for my two kids and my money. Sometimes I don't feel like spending on money. They get a check, and then it's like your girl just know when the check hit without you even telling me.
J-Boog
Hit.
Bow Wow
Oh, baby, this. You think you can do this? Like, man, damn. If you want here. I wouldn't have to give up this, man. I could have sat here and just be playing 2Ks smoking. Like. I just love having my. My peace. I'm just not boyfriend. I'm not there yet. No. I got.
Omarion
My girlfriend is expensive.
Bow Wow
It's too many women. Like, I got too many female friends. It's hard to cut off relationships, like, throughout my journey that I girls for this 16 years of friendship. Now I meet you, you become my girl, and we go on tour. I'm about to hit Houston, all these places. Like, it's just hard for me to tell the friend that of 18 years. Hey, just want let you know, my girlfriend, she like, I don't give a. I've been knowing you for how long? And then your girlfriend like, well, I've been with you for two years. It's like, damn. 18 years. Two years. It's like. It's like aund girls I've been knowing for 18 years.
J-Boog
It's the boundaries. It's how you talk to them, how you lead them.
Bow Wow
No, I mean, there was between 18 years is.
Jeremih
That's not a play.
Charlamagne Tha God
Okay, so these are friends that you've been.
Bow Wow
But then when we get around it just. We ain't got to. But I got. You know what I'm saying? It's just. It's just tough. I y. Oh, you know me, bro. I'm a host. Naturally. I love naturally host that. And it bothers a lot of women that, you know, you. You be around a lot of girls, and it's like, well, they don't want Nothing from me. They ain't gotta worry about battling for girls, whatever. And it's just cool. I made. I made a fortune off of women. So I get to hear them talk and converse. I can make that a record. I can write about some shit, like, having conversations with different people.
Omarion
I don't know.
Bow Wow
I just can't be pent up with one person forever. It's just not realistic to me. Like, it's hard. That's why I look to you sometimes. Cause this my brother, man, you see the dynamic. Like, as soon as I'm about to go left, I go to him for. To go right. Like, all right, yeah. Oh, yeah, of course I'll listen to him. I hear.
Angela Yee
But isn't it hard, too? Like. Like, you and Omarion. Like, how do y' all know? Women want y' all for y', all, you know, tough.
Omarion
But what about, you know? You know, you know? Okay, yeah, there's a certain. Well, I mean, I'm. I'm a person that likes to take my time. You know what I'm saying? Especially when it comes to titles and ideas. I don't like to invest blindly, so, you know, we'll see if they stand the test of time. If they do, then more than likely keep a friendship.
Bow Wow
Always a sniper, too. Don't let that fool you. I'm glad I'm here with him today. I just want to put that in there. He's like, sneaky sniper. Oh, don't get it confused. Hell, yeah. He just ain't.
Raz-B
He's just.
Bow Wow
He just, you know. You know. Oh, he just. Yes, yes, yes.
Omarion
You want to maintain that.
Charlamagne Tha God
So.
Bow Wow
Yeah. Okay.
Charlamagne Tha God
So, Marianne, if you meet somebody, though, that she giving you all the right vibes, you're down to be in a relationship. Like a. Because I thought you said you didn't really believe in, like, the monogamy thing.
Omarion
Yeah, I'm. I'm. I'm definitely down to explore a. A partnership.
Raz-B
Yeah.
Charlamagne Tha God
Explain the partnership. Like, how does it work?
Omarion
Well, I mean, it could come in in different ways. You know what I'm saying? Again, No, because it's like, it is a partnership, Charlamagne said, you know? I mean, how do you know? Only time will tell. Circumstances and situations show you who people are. People could do this all day, and women are excellent at it. You know, they're excellent at the mask, you know what I'm saying? So it's like. Like, okay, time is our friend. You know what I'm saying? Show me. Let's go through some situations. Let me see how you Respond to. Really see if you on a level like that, you know? I mean, how are you re responding to life? You know? I mean, like, what, what's your family situation? Have you dealt with your childhood traumas? And a lot of beautiful women sadly haven't, so I just take my time. You call me sneaky sniper, but time,
Raz-B
I got a better name for you now. It's Opalion.
Omarion
And then when you think about it, you know what I'm saying? Because again, that was funny. But again, when you think about it, it's like, okay, you know, we, We've literally given ourselves to our audience. They're. They're women, you know what I'm saying? So it's like, hold up. You can't make your mane. You don't want to make her mad, you know what I'm saying? Bringing out this new one, you know what I'm saying? So I think, think for me, you know, I, I, I, I don't want to share my space with someone who really isn't qualified, you know what I mean? Because I've done that because I've done that before. What'd you say?
Jeremih
I said, omarion will heal a right out them drawers.
Angela Yee
That's why Bulls got his wife and his bible on this toy.
Charlamagne Tha God
You know, we spread our seed, and we just want to be honest and transparent. Now it's like, yeah, because heal your trauma, girl.
Omarion
I'm just saying what I'm saying.
Jeremih
But women should go like that.
Charlamagne Tha God
Like, nothing wrong with it. But just listening to you, it's like, I thought it was. You were. You were monogamous because you really just don't want to be with one person.
Omarion
And then now I still don't. I'm not sure about that. I can't come across a woman that I feel like, oh, okay, well, you know, like, I came across one woman, that quality time was her love language. So it's like I spent more time with her than maybe some other chicks that I had. So it was like, oh, okay, I'm not really. I don't need to be inundated with a whole bunch of chicks, you know what I'm saying? So it's possible in, in that avenue, if I just so happen to love somebody on that level, then I could see it. But if, if, you know, if I get bored. You know what I mean? If I get bored and you ain't, you know.
Fizzy
Yeah.
Omarion
This girl on Monday, another girl on Tuesday, another girl on Wednesday.
Jeremih
Now, did that move shorty up in the roster? Because her love language was quality time. He was spending that. Okay. Moved her up.
Omarion
It did.
Jeremih
So how did she get moved back down?
Omarion
No, no, it was. No, no, no. It was childhood trauma. She didn't. She didn't deal with that. She was avoidant.
Jeremih
So she went back down to number eight, and it's like, nah, she.
Omarion
She disappeared, actually.
Angela Yee
I haven't heard a bunch of women say women be like, yo, I'm not dating no man that's not in therapy dealing with his childhood. Yeah. So why should it be different if a man.
Charlamagne Tha God
I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I just was trying to figure out where your sense of I want to not be with one person came from.
Omarion
Yeah, it just came with just being honest about my lifestyle and about how many women just really are insecure and don't deal with that. You know what I'm saying? And then it's like, you know, some secret territory vibes going on, and it's like, no, baby, this is my space. Space?
Bow Wow
Yeah.
Omarion
This is my space of work. If a fan comes up and she wants a hug, I'm not gonna be like, get. Get off of me. You know what I'm saying? Or, who is that? Or have to explain. It's just like, as a man, you don't want to do that.
Charlamagne Tha God
Yeah.
Omarion
You know, I mean, you want to be like, okay, he's doing this thing.
J-Boog
There's some mature women out there, too, and even, like, our supporters. Like, I've seen them. Like, if I'm with my wife, they'll walk up and they're like. They'll ask her, like, is it fine if I take a picture? You know, I think it's cool. You gotta have the right chick, though, though.
Omarion
It's all about the right woman or the right women,
Bow Wow
man. I ain't met one yet who can just never about.
Charlamagne Tha God
Damn.
Bow Wow
No, who was the woman that.
Jeremih
The woman that introduced you to collard greens at your big age.
Omarion
Well.
Jeremih
Remember?
Bow Wow
No.
Jeremih
Because he was too old.
Bow Wow
I don't need collard greens.
Omarion
No, you got laundry.
Charlamagne Tha God
It was a laundry. Oh, you don't know.
Bow Wow
Oh, that was Corinne Stephans.
Fizzy
Some.
Jeremih
You said somebody made you try some collard greens because you never ate them.
Bow Wow
Oh, yeah. I never ate collard greens before.
J-Boog
Okay.
Omarion
You don't like it?
Bow Wow
Hell no.
J-Boog
You got rid of her.
Bow Wow
I don't eat collard green.
Jeremih
Okay.
Bow Wow
Hell no.
Omarion
Turkey.
Bow Wow
Hell no. Because I don't like.
Raz-B
I don't.
Bow Wow
Man, it's like, I don't like how the turkey like that pink be just floating all in the green juice. And like, I never was a fan of it, man. Hell, yeah. That's what you want to say?
Raz-B
I don't know why.
Bow Wow
It just don't look appealing to me. I don't know. I just don't, man. I'm cool, solid. I ain't anything green. I hot, green, hot.
DJ Envy
Shouldn't be eating that.
Bow Wow
Look, green. I ain't eat no. That's green now, but I ain't met one yet, though. No, Cap, it's tough, man. It's tough, man.
Omarion
It's like he eat them groceries, though.
Bow Wow
That's crazy, man. Make sure y' all get y' all tickets to the Boys Malay. Get your meet and greet, too. Get your meet gre. Tickets are on sale right now. Personal meet and greet for Bow Wow. Yo, you wish.
DJ Envy
Yo, he.
Bow Wow
Girl, get your meat and gre.
Charlamagne Tha God
I think I know who the collard greens girl was.
Angela Yee
You think?
Charlamagne Tha God
Was it Jake? Was it? No.
Omarion
You going to whistle?
Bow Wow
Yeah. I don't know if I'm ever meet it, though. That's why I just be chilling. I'll be cool.
Raz-B
Y' all shopping. Tell them again.
Jeremih
Telling is where you shopping you got to go to.
Bow Wow
Where do I supposed to go? Coffee Bean in the morning. Starbucks, where I'm supposed to go?
Jeremih
Like, not Starbucks, actually.
Bow Wow
Go to church, nigga. The biggest freaks bitch. Church. You know how many strippers? You know how many strippers I know that get off work and be like this?
Jeremih
I'm.
Bow Wow
I gotta go to. I gotta get up and go to church. I'm like, oh, oh, okay. It is true.
Angela Yee
Go to church.
DJ Envy
He said, how many shippers that be like, I gotta get up. So that means you sleeping with him.
Bow Wow
Like, I gotta go to church.
Angela Yee
I mean, look, I love this, man. I like looking at the brotherhood, man. Like, what does the brotherhood mean to y' all now? Outside of the contracts, outside of the tour, outside of the cameras, just this relationship that y'.
J-Boog
All, the five of us is really friends. Like, real talk. We talk.
Omarion
We.
J-Boog
We hold each other accountable. We talk a lot of. In our group chat, you know what I'm saying? It's not just business, you know?
Jeremih
I mean, we.
J-Boog
We hanging out. And what do you say, Fizzo?
Fizzy
What it means to us, man? This is.
Raz-B
This is.
Fizzy
This is brotherhood. It means. It means, like, never being judged. You know what I'm saying? Walking in front of somebody, feeling like I can fully be holy myself, you know, I don't have to put on an act. I could take my shades off for a second. You feel me? So it's just. It's true authenticity. There's no. There's no. Was it smoking mirrors?
Bow Wow
So did you.
Angela Yee
Did you and O ever feel like y' all would get back to this point?
Omarion
I didn't know. I didn't know.
Raz-B
I was praying.
J-Boog
I believed that it would come.
Omarion
It would happen.
Fizzy
Yeah.
Charlamagne Tha God
Just because of the brotherhood. Raspy, like, what was your hope in it?
J-Boog
I truly understand the platform that we've been given. So love covers a multitude of sins. So the fact that we can come back together, show the world that we can heal, we all can go through our traumas and different things and overcome it, that's huge, right? So just having that faith, and then we have families and stuff. So to be able to go out and, you know, not only be. Just be friends and brothers, but we get to go out and make money and we get to, like, finish what we started. And really, like, not that we took it for granted, but, like, appreciate it even more, you know, just being back up here, it's cool, man. It's good.
Omarion
I think for me, it serves as a grand remembrance. You know, sometimes you go off into life and you forget things, and, you know, sometimes you feel like you're doing it alone. You know what I mean? And quite frankly, even when we disband, you know, I realized that wasn't our doing. You know what I mean? So for me, I think it's beyond brotherhood. I think it's a grand remembrance of our hard work and purpose in life. You know, I think you meet people along your journey, and they reflect your purpose to you.
Raz-B
You.
Omarion
And they remind you the importance of walking, you know, your path and how it's different, you know, it's different from others. So this serves as a. A grand remembrance, and I'm so happy to be a curator, along with my brothers of nostalgia, because nostalgia is a special gift. And to be quite frank, I'm gonna say this. We brought that back on the planet 2019. A lot of, you know, shows and promoters, they wasn't putting together early 2000s, before 2019. So to be, you know, fathered into this level as an entertainer, when artists nowadays, they don't. They don't even survive five years. They don't even survive two or three years. So it's a high honor to be in this position, to still be able to come and, you know, sit and have an opportunity to make 200 million.
Bow Wow
I was gonna ask you, man, what is that? That was my question. I was gonna wait. I was waiting the whole time. What's up? Charlotte, man, talk about, how does it feel, dog?
J-Boog
I was gonna ask him the whole time.
Bow Wow
I couldn't wait.
Charlamagne Tha God
When they asked you about the 200
Bow Wow
million over five years, you think y'
Angela Yee
all missing what he was talking about
Bow Wow
thing?
Angela Yee
It's about the process. I'm glad to hear you say that, though, because I feel like there is a responsibility when you're performing music tied to people's formative years.
Omarion
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Bow Wow
You know what I mean?
J-Boog
Yeah. Facts.
Omarion
It is a responsibility.
Fizzy
Yeah.
Angela Yee
So what about you in the Brotherhood book?
Raz-B
Oh, man, I'm excited, man. I'm just happy. I. I don't know if it's words that could explain, express, like, what it truly means to me. So I'm just say it. Being with these guys from basically 12 years old, you know what I'm saying? Like, we spent some of the most valuable years. The most valuable, like, really, like, maturing, like, you know, the experiences that we had, only we can. You know what I'm saying? Like, talk about that. Like, when he was saying we was overseas at 14 with no. Like, we was thugging it. You know what I'm saying? I felt like when the group broke up, a big piece of my puzzle was taken away, you know what I mean? And it wasn't complete no more. And it made me go to a space where I would never trust nobody again because I trusted them so much. To see something like that be able to be broken up, it made me feel like the only thing I'm gonna trust is my kids and my woman, you know what I'm saying? My household. And for all of those years, I literally didn't make no friends.
Omarion
Wow.
Raz-B
You know what I mean?
Omarion
Y' all should have seen him in rehearsal, and he was like, damn, I don't hang out with nobody.
Bow Wow
No. Like, hold up. And started a dance battle. I'm like, oh, we going back. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Raz-B
I shut. I shut down, you know what I'm saying? And I just. I always say that, like, I couldn't talk to nobody around me and be like, remember when.
Bow Wow
Remember that, bro?
Raz-B
So it's like, all my jokes didn't make sense, you know what I'm saying? Like,
Bow Wow
it just was lonely, you know what I'm saying?
Raz-B
And then when we was able to. When we were able to come back this time, it's on a different level, and we solved every, like, issue that we had, and it's like, finally my puzzle is complete again. You know what I'm saying? And I can call O and be
Bow Wow
like, bro, I remember when we was
Raz-B
in the dinner, and I can laugh with him, and it's like, I got that. That. That part of my life back. So it's like, Overall, I'm at 100 now.
Angela Yee
Yeah, that's got to be the same for you, too. About right.
J-Boog
Thanks, brother.
Bow Wow
Yeah. I mean, you know, even though the. The boys went through they do they drama. Me, oh, me. Oh. We done went through our drama multiple times. You know what I'm saying? Even, like, right now.
Fizzy
Yeah.
Bow Wow
Oh, yeah. Like the last turkey. Oh. Didn't say one word to each other. We passing each other shoulder to shoulder, not saying one word. But my aunt like, hey. Oh, you like, oh, hey. I take. See, I see. Y' all see Orion. What up? Oh, what up? What up? Oh, right there. So for us to go from. I got the facts. I got the ego. So it's like, yeah, I don't want to do it. Trey. Trey trying to get us, man. Y' all need to talk. Well, all right. If he walked right here and I walk right there, and then we can talk. We all meet him in the middle like this. All right. I don't want to talk neither then. So it's like, yeah. For us to. To watch them, what they went through. Then me and. Oh, we've had our own things as brothers. And then for us to finally be like, ah.
J-Boog
Like especially BET Awards. I was. I was already me and Bo was like, let's go.
Bow Wow
Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, that was the perfect time. Yeah. But we end up fact last time.
DJ Envy
Always here up here. Always. Like, I would never do another tour.
Bow Wow
Yeah. I'm telling you. So, like,
Jeremih
be doing too much.
Bow Wow
Nah, it's just, you know, the boys know. Cuz even in the group chat, they'll know Bow gonna come in that spazzing at least twice every time. But it's about the work. It's just. Is just really passionate about this. This is all I know since five. So it's like, I know where we supposed to be at. I know how to look supposed to be. And if everybody if. If we all on the same page, but if we can't get them on stage, like, it's. It's frustration built. And this is the fact that we want to be great. So I think think to watch ego, too. Oh, there's definitely ego for sure. And then, you know, like I said with the brother thing, it's like, I don't like working with people if I really don't know you. And it's a lot of artists that's like that. Like, I didn't ask for features before. And they like, man, I don't know about all I need to hang with him. I need it. Like, they know they shoot me over record. I'm doing it right there, sending it right back. Like, these are the guys that. It ain't even about the money. It's just about like this. To me, I don't even care about the money. Like, this tour is just fun just to do it with them. It's a full circle moment. And you see, anytime I tour, I'm touring with one of my brothers. If it ain't them, them as a group. If it ain't B2K, if it ain't oh, then it's Chris. If it ain't Chris, then I'm trying to do something with Snoop. Like, I like working with people who I genuinely rock with and with. It's just the work feels better. The fans can receive it better. They know it's organic. Organic. They know it's authentic, and it's just received well. So, like I said, I couldn't. Like, I wasn't going to tour this year at all. I was just going pop over the screen Festival, my 25th anniversary show in Columbus, and. And call it a day, really, and just do all the festivals. But when he brought this up, it was kind of like a. I was like, damn.
J-Boog
I just.
Bow Wow
Me and Trey just got done. Y' all want to do it again? So I was like, all. You know, this. This. This is different. I don't know if they gonna see this again.
Omarion
So me and Trey just got done like, I was.
Bow Wow
Me, O and Trey. All right, there we go. I was. Think I was. I was talking too fast, bro. My bad.
Angela Yee
Conversation between y'. All, like, how did y' all finally just.
Bow Wow
All right, so it was after two. It was in London. It was in London. No, it was in London. I'm gonna tell you. It was in London. Here go Trey being Trey. Shout out to Trigg. He go, come my room. Come on, man. We party in the room. I said, I'm partying in my room. I got a girl. We chilling. We in London at the last show. He like, come on, come on, come on. We're gonna do, like, a last photo. Whatever. I'm like, all right, cool.
Omarion
Y' all gotta see the photo, too.
Bow Wow
You gotta see the photo. So I'll walk in the room.
Omarion
Oh, yeah.
Bow Wow
Oh, walk in the room. I walk in the room. Trey like, oh, man. You know, I got my brothers here. Oh, bell, man, we gonna do this picture, man. Let's go. I'm like, man, all right, come on. Hurry him take the picture. Let's do it, man.
Raz-B
Oh, oh.
Bow Wow
Like, the same way we still don't speak. We all were in London. It didn't really crack open until BET, who's on the side of the stage. And I. You know, I even know it was because I apologized while I was hosting. I told him my fault. I was in my ego, you know what I'm saying? Even though the tour was a success. You know what I'm saying? What? Top five r B hip hop tour last year, right? Yeah, but we up because we didn't get the fans what they wanted. We never performed together. Not one time.
Omarion
Yeah.
Bow Wow
Never spoke to each other. Not one time.
Omarion
I was serious.
Bow Wow
Yeah. Like, serious.
Raz-B
Yeah.
Bow Wow
It was just worse. Like, it was weird. You know what I'm saying? It was weird. And, you know, I was like, man, we ain't gonna let that happen again. Like, we just not gonna let that happen again. Not even the work, but we got to get back how we was.
Angela Yee
The work.
Bow Wow
Is there more about that later? Like, let's fix this. And once I apologize to him and said, yo, bro, bro, I was ego tripping sometimes. I ain't gonna cap, bro. You know me. You know me, bro. And same. Vice versa. And we put that to the side and group chat popping and we cracking jokes. They be sending these memes. I don't know who he said, you send it. You know I'll be sending us crazy.
Raz-B
It's just incense.
Bow Wow
It's all lit, though. I love it. I love your.
DJ Envy
Piece it out because y' all were
Bow Wow
going through your thing.
J-Boog
They don't have a problem. So why everybody think they got a problem?
Omarion
And we ain't close.
Bow Wow
They don't got it.
Omarion
Ain't close.
Bow Wow
They don't got a problem.
Omarion
Y' all ain't never seen us hanging out, you know what I'm saying? I'm a whole. Whole part of a group, you know what I'm saying? So.
J-Boog
No, I mean, Mario's an incredible talent. Nah, I love Mario.
Fizzy
He's.
J-Boog
But I like, people ask me, like, what's your problem? Like, why do we.
Bow Wow
Who said we got a problem?
J-Boog
We just. We just did verses together.
Charlamagne Tha God
I mean, he. Was Ray J.
Jeremih
It was Ray J at first music.
Charlamagne Tha God
And then. So he said that. And then when you responded, people were like, wait. Even Mario, when he was here was like, I. Okay, we have an issue. Like, he was a little confused, too, because we were all at the Ebony Power 100 Gala. And he was like, well, he didn't say nothing to me, so I didn't know that that was a thing. But you said that he didn't respect your craft because he said whatever he said about how you sing.
Omarion
Yeah, he was like. He said something like, it was.
Jeremih
It was the demeanor.
Omarion
He's like hitting a miss. And this is like, come on on, bro. 20 years. Come on, bro.
Bow Wow
Everybody knows y'. All.
Raz-B
That's like, you know, the host of these podcasts. That's some messy stuff right there. You feel me? Like, you, you, you. You presenting the opportunity for us to have to go head up, you know, Like. Like, literally, what kind of question is that? You know what I mean? And at the same time, shout out to Mario, but, like, what kind of answer is that?
Bow Wow
That.
Raz-B
You know what I'm saying? Like, we all. We all work to build this music industry.
Omarion
And guess what? Your favorite artist has bad days. Your favorite artist is flat. The greatest singers. They don't sound great all of the time. Like, it's a part of it. Y' all come here and show up every day. Y' all not feeling good every day. Y' all feel like talking about this? You know what I'm saying? They don't see that, though.
Charlamagne Tha God
Yeah.
Omarion
You know, I mean, so it's like for another person at another station to be like, oh, yeah. And you'd be like, oh, what's.
Jeremih
What's up with that?
Omarion
You know, I mean, and I've never. I've never been an artist to hate on other artists. That's never been my thing.
J-Boog
So we've always supported everybody.
Omarion
Yeah. So when people try to do the little slide thing, I have an issue with that.
Jeremih
Yeah.
Omarion
Because it's unnecessary.
Bow Wow
Right.
Omarion
We all here and we have enough room to make space for everybody. You know what I'm saying? And that's why everybody sees me. And then they put their arm out and want to say what's up? But then they go on the interview and it's just like, I have a problem with that.
Angela Yee
Another thing they with you about Mar. Which is crazy, cuz I've seen real dancers give you props, like the Chris Browns and them. For whatever reason, there's always this meme going around. Mario, I'm getting away with this.
Omarion
Yeah.
Raz-B
Yeah.
DJ Envy
It's just that one dance that they. Everybody redoes. But he gets busy dancing crazy.
Jeremih
And everybody know it.
Omarion
When you see those never.
J-Boog
I was still. I was still cold.
Charlamagne Tha God
What?
Fizzy
Like, what?
J-Boog
Yeah.
Omarion
First of all, when you dope at something, you don't Lose it. You know, you might shift, and it might change for you, but. But, you know, you change from how you used to be in the beginning, but you don't lose it. You know what I mean? Unless you don't use it. And trust me, I'll be in the lab.
Jeremih
I'll be in the lab.
Omarion
Yeah.
Bow Wow
Old dance, 24 7.
J-Boog
Now.
Bow Wow
That's not a cat. I'm gonna be in the lab.
Omarion
Oh.
Bow Wow
Gonna dance everywhere we go.
Omarion
I'm joyous.
Bow Wow
Yeah.
Raz-B
I think the other day we was at rehearsal, and he just out of nowhere was like, I just love dancing. Dancing. He was like, I want y' all to really know this.
Omarion
Yeah, I really do.
Bow Wow
Well, the tour kicks off. You got another one?
Charlamagne Tha God
Yeah. You mentioned the BET Awards where y' all were talking. That was the. The year that just.
Bow Wow
Yeah, yeah. The one that just passed. We did the 106 and park tribute.
J-Boog
Great.
Charlamagne Tha God
I'm glad you said that, because I gotta ask you.
Angela Yee
Oh, yeah. They was mad at you.
Charlamagne Tha God
I was there. Are we talking?
Bow Wow
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Charlamagne Tha God
I talked to you for bet. Yeah, we were. We wanted the Sierra Bow Wow. Like, what happened? Like, that was a moment that we wanted. What Sierra Bow Wow.
Bow Wow
It. Be honest. It was never discussed. Like, it was never discussed. I know. I mean, I've been performing by myself for 20 plus years, so it's.
Raz-B
It's.
Bow Wow
It really creatively didn't even pop in my head. I was just more putting the show together. BET came with the. With the records they wanted me to do. I honestly. On everything I love, and I said it, too. I think TMZ or somebody caught me coming out of somewhere that weekend. I said I didn't even know that. That they were there in attendance, you know, because when you hosting the show or performance, the.
Omarion
The.
Bow Wow
You know, the luxury we get is we don't got to go in the audience. We get to stay in our trailers and just come get us when it's time. And we go back to the trailers. I never sat out there, so I didn't know. But I think that, you know, BET would have known or if I would have known, maybe that's something that we probably could have worked towards. And I think that could. That really would have been like, even. It would have made the 106 tribute even more major. Would have been crazy. But I'm good. Yeah. She. I didn't know none of that.
Charlamagne Tha God
Yeah. Not. Yeah, we asked her about it as well, too, and she.
J-Boog
What did she say?
Bow Wow
Yeah, she ain't saying nothing. I'm surprised her PR Ain't stepping and say something. My only thing is this, like, you is my record. It's a number one record, right?
Omarion
Right. No, it's y' all record.
Bow Wow
Bow wow featuring Yes.
J-Boog
Hold on.
Bow Wow
We go. You know what we got.
Jeremih
Y' all ain't never had nobody.
Bow Wow
I got two verses.
J-Boog
I'mma say this. Y' all made a great record together. I. I personally would love if Sierra
Bow Wow
came out
J-Boog
with you on the Boys for Life tour.
Bow Wow
This is. We want to see it. We want to see it. Cece.
Omarion
It's all love, man, that you love in life, and it's beautiful.
Bow Wow
Let's go.
Omarion
Just for old time's sake.
Bow Wow
I wouldn't trip.
J-Boog
It's gonna break the Internet.
Bow Wow
I wouldn't trip. But for me, I'm not about to be campaigning for it, though. Like, I ain't about. You know what I'm saying? I'm already rocking that. Yeah. I ain't campaigning.
Angela Yee
Got your ego under control?
Bow Wow
No, I do, but I'm not about to begging a motherfucker to come out and perform my song with me. Like, I'm not about to do that right with me. That was ego, too.
J-Boog
There's one thing I want to see. I want to see three get back together as well, so that if y'.
Charlamagne Tha God
All.
Bow Wow
If y' all hear this message. KE notor Adrian, we got a spot for y' all on notor the homie Notor getting her acting money right now. That's the home. And she came to one of Molina.
DJ Envy
She came.
J-Boog
She came.
Bow Wow
Adrian Rich as hell, and Kelly talk about she got.
Angela Yee
I do got one last question. Standing on stage together now feel like closure or a second chance.
Omarion
It's something different. I think standing on stage feels more like power than a second chance or. Or forgiveness. It feels like, yeah, we did this. Nobody got in our way. All of the mishaps, the misunderstanding, it's like, yeah, yeah, it's our choice now. So it's power to me.
Bow Wow
So piggyback on that, though. One thing I want to see happen, though, out of this is we don't do this this time, and that's it. Like. Like, I remember just talking, like, just. I know how passionate Raz is about it, and I know I heard O say this in one interview. Like, we left a lot on the table that we got to go back and clean up. I want to see. God bless you. I want to see them do all the festivals this summer after we wrap off the tour. I want them to do everything, like, go get everything that y' all left on the table for them years, you felt that whatever's od, go get that. Cause it's there. And being at this nostalgic thing is in. You see? God bless you again. You see everybody on tour. You've seen what Nelly and Wayne went out last year. You see tip about the damn. They have the number one record right now. You know what I'm saying? Monica. Monica. And Brandy's got done. Like he said. Like, he booted it back up again. And it's like, I want to see the boys go get it, because it's a space for B2K, okay? It's a hole that's missing for y'.
