Angela Yee
He got excited about that one.
Charlamagne Tha God
Yeah, I have no idea what these people's nationality are, but if President Trump sees those names, they're getting deported. Okay, they sound like first round deportation picks to me. But that's not why we're here today. We are here to discuss how there is no way in hell humans are the most intelligent life form in all the universes. Okay? Humans aren't even the most intelligent life form here on Earth. It's just not possible. Yesterday Congress heard more testimony about UFO sightings and what the government may or may not know about them. How about our government needs to keep studying humans right here on this planet, okay? Because we don't know much about them either. Because let me tell you why these four individuals are getting donkey of the day. See, they were arrested after they allegedly staged bear attacks. What do you mean, Uncle Charlotte? These individuals Staged bear attacks. Well, let's go to KTLA 5 for the report, please.
News Reporter
Surveillance video shows what looks like a bear breaking into a Rolls Royce and tearing the interior. But after closer inspection, investigators determined it was nothing more than a man in a bear suit. Now, four men are under arrest for insurance fraud after they used the video to place a claim. To make matters worse, well, detectives found two additional insurance claims with two different insurance companies on the same date of loss and at the same location. In total, insurance companies were defrauded of more than $141,000. Detectives executed a search warrant at the home of one of the suspects and found the tattered bear suit complete with metal claws. Feet in a Rolls, in a Rolls, in a roll.
Charlamagne Tha God
Okay. What? Please do yourself a favor and go watch the video. First of all, when you watch the video, you see someone in a bear suit open the car door. They weren't even smart enough to just simply have the window of the car down and make it seem like a bear put his body, you know, in the window. This fool opened the car door like a human would and just started searching through the car like he was looking for his phone. And you trying to convince me that humans are the most intelligent life God created? Yeah. All right. Okay. Not to mention multiple claims were filed for the same location on the same date. All four of the claimants provided video footage to their insurance companies of a supposed bear damaging the interior of their vehicles. And all the videos were in the exact same same location outside of the exact same residence. Okay. Other than buying the costume and cosplaying and Smokey to bear, y'all didn't even try. And what makes this situation even sillier is the claims were made on what I believe to be luxury vehicles. Envy, tell me if these cars are luxurious.

These are the cars you damaging and claiming damages on. Now, if y'all got these kinds of vehicles, then what the hell you committing fraud for? Right? I know what you're thinking. Well, maybe that's why they can afford these kinds of vehicles. Because they are members of the scam tank clan and that's how they make their money. I disagree. I don't know what any of these individuals do for a living, but if they can afford those kinds of vehicles, if they are driving those kinds of cars, then they don't need to be committing fraud in any way, shape or form. Collectively, they defrauded insurance companies for $141,839, and they have each been charged with insurance fraud and conspiracy. And you wonder why the extraterrestrials don't interact with us earthlings. This is why the solar system is segregated and we don't even realize it. But Earth is in the idiots only section. These highly intelligent beings from other planets and solar systems that they was talking about in Congress yesterday. They don't want to share no water fountain with us, and I don't blame them. Please give these names. I can't pronounce the sweet sounds of the Hamiltons.
DJ Envy
You are the donkey of the day. You are the donkey of the day. You are.
Charlamagne Tha God

Angela Yee
He was looking like he was looking for his phone.
Charlamagne Tha God
Yes. Look at the video. He opens the car door.
DJ Envy

Charlamagne Tha God

Charlamagne Tha God
You don't, man. No, don't.
Angela Yee

Episode Overview: In this episode of The Breakfast Club, hosts DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee delve into a bizarre insurance fraud case where four individuals were arrested for staging bear attacks. The discussion highlights the audacity of the scam, the intelligence (or lack thereof) displayed by the perpetrators, and the broader implications of such fraudulent activities.
The episode kicks off with Charlamagne Tha God introducing the "Donkey of the Day," a segment dedicated to spotlighting individuals who have displayed foolish or reckless behavior. Today’s focus is on four men arrested for orchestrating fake bear attacks to defraud insurance companies.
Notable Quote:
Charlamagne Tha God [01:37]: "They were arrested after they allegedly staged bear attacks. What do you mean, Uncle Charlotte? These individuals staged bear attacks."
Charlamagne provides a comprehensive overview of the incident. The four men crafted elaborate schemes by donning bear suits to simulate bear attacks on luxury vehicles, allowing them to file fraudulent insurance claims. The total amount defrauded amounted to over $141,000.

Notable Quote:
News Reporter [02:21]: "In total, insurance companies were defrauded of more than $141,000."
The hosts express strong opinions about the intelligence and motivations behind the fraud. Charlamagne criticizes the gullibility of humans, suggesting that if individuals drive luxury vehicles, they likely don't need to resort to such scams.
Key Discussion Points:
Intelligence of Humans: Charlamagne muses on the notion that humans are not the most intelligent beings, especially when contemplating the level of deceit involved in the scam.
Charlamagne Tha God [02:59]: "Humans aren't even the most intelligent life form here on Earth. It's just not possible."
Eligibility for Fraud: The hosts question why individuals with access to luxury cars would attempt insurance fraud, implying that their financial status doesn't necessitate such desperate measures.
Charlamagne Tha God [04:17]: "But if they can afford those kinds of vehicles, if they are driving those kinds of cars, then they don't need to be committing fraud in any way, shape or form."
Mockery of the Bear Suits: The bear costumes were deemed poorly executed, making it evident to onlookers that the attacks were staged.
Charlamagne Tha God [03:11]: "The bear costume ain't even legit. It just looked like French Montana in a fur coat."
Notable Quotes:
DJ Envy [04:08]: "Yes, sir."
Charlamagne Tha God [05:37]: "You are the donkey of the day."
A significant portion of the discussion revolves around the surveillance videos used as evidence for the insurance claims. The hosts analyze the footage, contrasting it with genuine bear behavior to highlight the fraudulence.
Key Insights:
Behavioral Inconsistencies: The "bear" in the video exhibits human-like actions, such as opening car doors and searching for a phone, which are uncharacteristic of real bears.
Charlamagne Tha God [03:11]: "They weren't even smart enough to just simply have the window of the car down and make it seem like a bear put his body in the window."
Multiple Claims Strategy: The suspects filed claims on the same date and location across different insurance companies, indicating a coordinated effort to maximize fraudulent gains.
Charlamagne Tha God [03:45]: "All four of the claimants provided video footage to their insurance companies of a supposed bear damaging the interior of their vehicles."
Discrepancies in Video Footage: The hosts discuss contrasting the staged videos with a genuine bear attack video, pointing out the lack of authenticity in the fraudulent ones.

Notable Quotes:
DJ Envy [06:05]: "Right now, I am showing video of a bear trying to open a car door using his paw and pulling the actual door."
Charlamagne Tha God [06:12]: "I don't know if I would immediately know. I would allow the glance. I'm like, dang, that bed moving like a human."
Beyond the specifics of the case, the hosts use this incident to comment on human intelligence, societal norms, and even extraterrestrial life—albeit humorously.
Discussion Highlights:
Human Intelligence Critique: Charlamagne juxtaposes the fraudulent actions with the idea that humans may not be the pinnacle of intelligence, especially when such foolishness is evident.
Charlamagne Tha God [04:16]: "Collectively, they defrauded insurance companies for $141,839, and they have each been charged with insurance fraud and conspiracy. And you wonder why the extraterrestrials don't interact with us earthlings."
Extraterrestrial Segregation: Mixing humor with critique, Charlamagne suggests that intelligent extraterrestrial beings avoid humans due to our irrational behaviors.
Charlamagne Tha God [04:19]: "Earth is in the idiots only section. These highly intelligent beings from other planets and solar systems that they were talking about in Congress yesterday. They don't want to share no water fountain with us, and I don't blame them."
Satire on Socioeconomic Status and Fraud: The hosts insinuate that the individuals' ability to afford luxury cars negates the need for insurance fraud, highlighting potential socioeconomic factors behind such scams.
Notable Quote:
Charlamagne Tha God [05:19]: "You are the donkey of the day."
As the discussion winds down, the hosts reiterate their disbelief and disapproval of the scam, emphasizing the foolishness of the perpetrators. They wrap up the "Donkey of the Day" segment by humorously condemning the individuals involved.
Notable Quotes:
