Now, according to the criminal complaint, officers went to a home in Brookfield for a domestic incident. A victim says he was stabbed in the neck by his girlfriend. He says they had a disagreement about possibly using their house as a wedding venue and she attacked him without warning. She used a knife. Detectives say he had four injuries. The victim admitted to hitting Branter.
