by tmz, Wiley and his family were in town for one of their children's basketball tournaments when an argument broke out inside their hotel room.

officers he stood over her while she was sitting in the bed, initially poked her in the face and threatened to kill her. Investigators say the couple's three children, including their seven year old daughter, were in the room during the incident. Wiley denies those allegations.
