Welcome to the carpool podcast with Kelly.
Liz
I can't do this anymore. Like, I can't be a mama 4 and be spending hours a day matching socks on laundry day. I can't do it. Yeah, I can't.
Kelly
And Liz, they're mythical creatures, sure. But also they appear in multiple, like historical writings from multiple civilizations, especially dragons. So, like, what are we missing? Your mom. Time off starts now.
Liz
Welcome back to the carpool podcast with Kelly and Liz. Hey, Liz.
Kelly
And Sloan.
Liz
And Slonia. No Liberty today. Oh, no. She's snoozing. Sawing logs. Good for her. Yeah, she's actually. Her sleep's been. She's connecting dots. She's connecting dots.
Kelly
That's very good to see.
Liz
And what's really fun, like something that I'm really grateful that my kids did is as soon as she started connecting dots, Fred stopped connecting dots.
Kelly
Yeah, they do that.
Liz
You know what I mean?
Kelly
No one's in sync.
Liz
No one's in sync. I gotta figure out what I'm gonna do because we have two bedrooms, kind of. We have two rooms with walls. But I feel like I can't like get Libby and Fred together, so. And I'm don't really Want to. I don't think George and Hattie want to really separate. So I might just do all three of the big kids in one room until Libby is, like, a little more consistent.
Kelly
Yeah. Because if. When Libby wakes up, she's going to wake Fred up.
Liz
I guess. I don't know. Fred normally is a very good sleeper, so I don't know if he's a heavy sleeper because, like, I don't go in there. Yeah, because he just sleeps. But now he's been waking up really early. I don't know. And, like, Libby's not doing amazing. Like, he's still waking up, like, three times a night. But.
Kelly
Yeah, so.
Liz
Yeah, but she was waking up, like, a lot more. So.
Kelly
Anyway, can you imagine what the people will say if you have your three children sharing a room?
Liz
I probably.
Kelly
And also you have a Louis Vuitton.
Liz
I'll probably go out and buy another. Think of the money I'm saving forever. My favorite Internet hate comment. If you don't remember, I'm not even going to give it any more light.
Kelly
Yeah. If you know, you know.
Liz
If you know, you know.
Kelly
Well, I am. And I'm feeling better than I have been.
Liz
Well, I believe 18 days has passed since. Since the time of that second to last recording.
Kelly
I love that Menti Be. No, the podcast with mom really helped. I really needed to hear those things. So if it didn't help anyone else, it did help me. And yesterday I. So I took James out of daycare a few days a week just while I'm on maternity leave to, you know, subside my mom guilt. And I don't know, I just, like, I want to have some time with him. Like, we're going to go back to work, and I just. I want to have time with him. Whatever. So I had him home yesterday, and I was like, I have to do something. I have to get out of the house. Everyone's happier when we're out of the house. So I looked up lap time at libraries near me. I've never been to a lap time. Have you ever done lap time?
Liz
I'm not. I'm not a storytime lap time kind of girl. No, I've never done it.
Kelly
You've never done it.
Liz
Okay.
Kelly
I wasn't sure if you want a girl because you didn't like it or you haven't done it. We went to lap time at the library. It was bumping. It was so much fun. Luckily, Sloane slept the entire time, so that definitely contributed to us having a good day. See, we're at home and she's pissed. Yesterday she was sleeping at this time. She slept the whole time. But it was so much fun. You get there and they're like, here are the rules. If your child is making too much noise, that's okay. Children make noise. If your child is running all around the place, that's okay. Children do that. And it was just such a open space for kids to be kids with no judgment.
Liz
Wow.
Kelly
And so we went to the 0 to 24 month one, obviously, because James is, what, 17 months or something, and he was one of the older kids there, but he was running around in front. He was playing with the toys. He was listening to the music. And it was like, I. It was one of the better days I've had in a long time.
Liz
Okay. I literally thought you were gonna say, if they're being too loud, you know, to respect the other kids. And I was gonna be like, okay. Yeah, I kind of get that. Like, that. That was my initial reaction. The fact that they're like, we don't care.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
And also good, because you think James cares if another kid's, like, running around? No. Like, no, James, the kids don't care. So if the parent cares. Sorry. This is a safe space.
Kelly
Obsessed.
Liz
Elizabeth, which one was it? Which one did you go to?
Kelly
It was the. It was the library across from Frontenac Mall. If you live in Missouri, if you live in St. Louis, they have them at every library on different days of the week. So I just went to the one that was closest to me and was on Thursday, because that's when I went. So I think I'm going to go again on his next day off. And it was just fun. I ran into, like, a girl that I knew from high school. I ran into another girl that I recently met at my church.
Liz
So would you say you're, like, making mom friends, like, too, like, slowly?
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Wow.
Kelly
And. And those girls who I talked to, they're like, oh, yeah. We come here with, like, our little group of friends. Like, I came solo. Like, other people, like, came in, like, a pack of Mommy of moms.
Liz
Oh, my gosh. So now you could be in the pack, maybe. I'm so happy for you.
Kelly
It was great. It was. It was great.
Liz
That's awesome, babe. Good job. I'm proud of you.
Kelly
Thank you.
Liz
Thank you. Well, my. I'm staring down the barrel of on the day we're recording this. It's a Friday, so we're about a week out from recording this, and I'm gearing up for my first solo parenting weekend with Four. Oh, Tyler's gone all weekend. He's hunting. He won't be back till Sunday night. It's Friday, and I'm a little nervous now. I've always, like, been alone with my four kids since Libby's been born, but I haven't ever, like, tackled an entire weekend. And I will say I am blessed in the fact where, like, Tyler has made most of the kids bedtimes. So I'm nervous for bedtime, I'm nervous for morning. I'm nervous for it all. But I knew this was coming and it's so good for Tyler. I literally told him because he's like, you know, I might come back, like, depending on. I'm like, please don't come back till you miss us. Like, I need you to miss us.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
So, like, when you come back, like, you're excited and ready to, like, you know, I mean, I just, I really want him to have this. So I don't want to be annoying. I don't want to be naggy. I don't want to be calling him and complaining like, and I want him to feel like. I truthfully want him to be like, okay, the kids are having fun. Because I think he's feeling like, you know, I want to do this, but are you going to be okay? And, like, I want him to know we're thriving. So here's. Here's how I've set myself up for success.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
One, you best believe a chichi pie. Pie is coming out of the freezer tonight. Chichi pie. Pie for dinner and likely lunch tomorrow. No one bother me about that. Done. I have a couple of emergency things up my sleeve. Like a couple of activities that I could save for Christmas. I could say for later. I could pull out if I need.
Kelly
Mm.
Liz
You know what I mean? Yeah, I've got that. I have friends coming out. I actually also stacked my weekend with people. I have a friend coming over tonight with one of her kids. I have friends coming. I have Ashley coming over tomorrow with her kids, and I have. My sister in law's coming over tomorrow night. So I was also, like, not alone.
Kelly
So you're actually not. Are you ever alone for a single moment? I was gonna do.
Liz
I'll do bedtimes and mornings alone.
Kelly
Well, and that's the hard part.
Liz
And that's the hard part, but that's okay. And like, things I'm nervous about since I'm having so many people, like, in and out of my door this weekend. And every person who's coming is bringing an insane amount of Children with them. Like everyone's bringing three to four kids with them as well. So I am a little worried about the state of my home after and it feels like all the prep in the world and like I'm. By the time my sister in laws come on Saturday, like the house is going to be trashed.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
But that's okay. I mean they won't care.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
So that's what I'm gearing up for. I've got coffee for myself. I. I gave everyone baths last night so I won't really have to tackle that until Saturday. So we can skip tonight? We may. Some of some people can probably skip Saturday, honestly. Yeah. I do have to also do farm chores, which is incredibly stressful. I hate doing the farm chores with the kids.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
So. Yeah.
Kelly
So you've got. Well, I was gonna offer to come over and help, but. Sounds like you're good.
Liz
No, I think less is more. I think, I think I'm good. And the people, respectfully, people I have invited, I do think have older kids and will be more helpful than you would be.
Kelly
Yeah, no, I would, I put you.
Liz
In like I'd put you in the liability column at this point.
Kelly
For sure. For sure.
Liz
Oh, and then mom and dad are coming over for lunch on Sunday. So like I'm good.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
I'm good. But I also do need to make a soup before mom and dad come. Cause I did promise them soup which I'm gonna save for our ditch the drive thru for today.
Kelly
Sounds like they should bring you lunch. I don't think that.
Liz
No, I like, I wanna do a soup.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
You know, I like to get up on a sundae and make a soup.
Kelly
Okay. Soup Sunday.
Liz
I'm not going to attempt church solo with the four kids, so. No, I won't do that.
Kelly
No. Turn on some worship music in the morning and.
Liz
No, because unlike the library, like I do think the church has a slightly less tolerance for like kids running up and down.
Kelly
For sure.
Liz
I understand. Yeah, I understand.
Kelly
I mean it would be hard to take that for those four anywhere. So you are just kind of like sad at home.
Liz
No, we're sad. And I think that's what's kind of messing with me the most mentally is like, yes, I won't be alone, but I don't like to sit at home all weekend.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
And I respectfully am sitting at home all weekend.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
So.
Kelly
Well, if you want to come to my house to have like a new. Okay.
Liz
Nope, I want to just be sat and I have plans of people coming over so, anyway, that's what I won't be. That's what I'm doing. By the time you're listening to this, I will have survived it. So we'll see. Yeah, but enough about me.
Kelly
Enough about you. We've got an episode to get to. And we've got some dumps. We've got random facts. We both brought a random fact. I'm so excited about mine. We've got. You said fast lane philosophies.
Liz
Industry news. Ditch the drivers, Ditch advisors.
Kelly
Blake's besties. Blake's besties.
Liz
Gosh, we better get to it.
Kelly
We better get to it. Okay, so first thing that I want to talk about, and I know that this drama may have, like, kind of been over by now, but just because we're recording so far out. But it is, like, consuming me right now. And I know it's consuming a lot of people because I post about it on Instagram and, like, everyone is talking about it. And it's the Brianna Chicken Fries Zach Brian drama.
Liz
Okay. The fact. But here's where I just need to set the table. The fact that it's a Zach Brian, not Zach Brown, not Luke Bryan. And Zach Brown has a song named Chicken Fry, which has nothing to do with Zach Bryan's girlfriend named Brianna Chicken Fry, which no one knows why we call her that.
Kelly
Yeah, it's just, like, her stage name. Her name is, like, Brianna La. It's something like La Palagia or something like that.
Liz
I love Zac Bryan's music. So, like, it's hard to separate. To quote trolls, it's gonna be hard to separate the art from the artist. And if you watch that movie. If you watch that movie. That was a hilarious joke I just made.
Kelly
Yeah. I've never seen it. Sorry.
Liz
It's okay.
Kelly
Yes. I was also Zac Brian fan. I am skipping all of his songs. I will not listen to him. I have no room for emotional abusers. I have no space for Narciss, and I'm Team Bri all the way. And I just kind of want to briefly touch on.
Liz
Yeah. The drama. Because I do think this could be something to come up at your Thanksgiving table this year. Yes. And I feel like, you know, if you have a young Gen Z cousin, like, they probably definitely know what's going on. And you're going to.
Kelly
The thing with this drama is it is just touching so many different audiences because it's got Zach Bryan involved, which a lot of people like Zack Bryan. So you've got country fans. Or even he kind of, like, crosses into the non country space. Like people really like Zach Bryan. Then you've got Brianna involved. Who she has a. She's on a couple of podcasts. She's kind of like a comedian. Like she has an audience. And then you have Dave Portnoy in Barstool Sports as a whole involved. So now you've got any Barstool fan involved in it.
Liz
Yeah, it's like your 20 year old cousin who you see, you're.
Kelly
I mean, my, my husband listens to, pardon my Take, which is a Barstool Sports podcast. Like he's listen to every single episode. So it's like, it's, it's everywhere. So anyway, to give you some brief background, Brianna and Zach Bryan dated for like over a year, maybe two years. And she works for Barstool Sport. Barstool Sports. She has a couple of podcasts. She's on a podcast with Dave Portnoy. She has her own podcast. She's kind of like made herself as like this personality, like comedian, like kind of comedian. And she started dating Zach Brian and he was like, in order to make this work, like you should, you need, you should come on tour with me. So she went on tour with him for a year, and it was a year of what everyone thought was like this beautiful, awesome relationship. And she deep dives onto how it was a relationship filled with like emotional abuse and like really, really crazy stuff. Like him, you know, intentionally like disconnecting her from her friends and her family and all this like crazy stuff unfolds. And I would really. The only podcast you need to listen to to understand all the Context is the BFF's podcast, which has Brianna and Dave and Josh. Richard. Josh something on it. Anyway, long story short, she goes through this year of emotional abuse and he breaks up with her. And then the next day after he breaks up with her, he posts on his Instagram, hey, Brianna and I broke up, like this really weird Instagram story.
Liz
Like, do you think I have typos? Like it's riddled with typos.
Kelly
Like, no one.
Liz
It's like, did he write it drunk?
Kelly
It looks like he wrote it drunk.
Liz
Yeah.
Kelly
And the reason he did that was because the day that they broke up, he reactivated a dating account and people found him. Obviously everyone knows who Zach Bryant is. And then he posted this story. Brianna didn't get to tell her parents, her best friends, her sisters. She didn't get to tell anyone that they broke up. Everyone found out through his Instagram story. So, like, that's crazy. Anyway, he, his team, which, like, not.
Liz
Zach, I'M sorry, Zach. Bryan. Needing, like, you have to go on a dating app.
Kelly
I know.
Liz
It's like, it was Raya, so it was like, you have to be a celebrity to join it. Fun fact is, Sydney got accepted on it.
Kelly
Oh, is that the one that Sydney's on?
Liz
Yeah. No. Like, that's the funnest fact that we have since Sydney was a college athlete. Like, she's on Raya, so. Sid, watch out, Zach.
Kelly
Yeah. Do not swipe right on Zach.
Liz
She would never. He's a short king.
Kelly
It's so true. So. Oh, gosh, where was I going with that? Okay, so his team. So his team offers Brianna $12 million to sign this NDA that she will not speak about their relationship and she will sign over essentially all of her experiences and never bring anything up. So she goes back and forth on whether or not she should take it or not. Ultimately does not take the $12 million that was going to be paid out over like three years or something. And she goes on the BFFs podcast and tells mostly all. She keeps a lot. She says she's going to keep some things private. And then Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards. I think that's his name. Is it? Josh Richards?
Liz
Yeah. He's like an ex tick tocker.
Kelly
Yeah. He. They released this diss track. They have two diss tracks out at this point. And it's just good drama. I mean, it's really sad to hear what she went through and I'm like, heartbreak heartbroken to hear about it because I think that, you know, some of us have been through an emotionally abusive relationship like that, and it's just, you know, hard to hear.
Liz
Yeah. Like, one of the things that she shared on the podcast was she woke up, like, they were out the night before, and then she woke up, like, singing a Morgan Wallen song. Like, it was just stuck in her head. Like last night, like, it was just stuck in her head. And he, like, yelled at her and was like, don't sing another man's song in my house.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Like, okay, you're freaking. That's what. That's crazy.
Kelly
Crazy.
Liz
So he's. And like, him just like going on the dating app. Like, truthfully, that feels for a celebrity of that level to want to, like, do that the day after your relationship goes like, you and your relationship, like you're a predator. Like, you're just then, like, looking for your next victim.
Kelly
Totally.
Liz
He spooky.
Kelly
He doesn't. He doesn't care about her. He's a full blown narcissist Potentially a sociopath. Like, when you hear this stuff, it's just. It's crazy now.
Liz
Very interesting that there wasn't an NDA signed, like, before they got in a relationship. Like, I don't think he will ever make that mistake again. Like, that's crazy. Like, I feel like all celebrities have NDA days, so.
Kelly
Yeah. Yeah.
Liz
That's weird to me. That, and I think her not taking the money. I think $12 million sounds like a lot, but, like, she. I think she's gonna. I really think, like, with her following with, like, Dave's, like, participation in this, like, I think that opportunities are coming to her. Like, now everyone knows her name because she spilled this.
Kelly
Yeah, I agree. And when you listen to her talk, she just seems so normal and, like, down to earth.
Liz
I agree. I is normal and down to earth. And I think that she's probably making a good living as an influencer. Like, she's probably making, like, I would say, at least a million dollars a year. And what's. I mean, really, like, if she, like, doesn't need to do all of these things, like, she's probably, like, making enough and feeling happy and comfortable, and it's not worth silencing herself. I don't think everyone has a price, so.
Kelly
Yeah, I agree. I'm like, I'm very, very. I'm happy she didn't. She didn't take the $12 million. I'm happy that we get to hear all of it. And now we kind of exposing who this guy. It's so easy to just look at celebrities and be like, I like their music, and they have wholesome music. They must be a good person. And you just.
Liz
I mean, I thought. I feel like we all. I mean, his music is, like, a little troubled. So I'm not.
Kelly
I don't know. Yeah, but it's easy to, I guess, idolize people and just assume that. And assume. Assume good of them. And really, the big. The big thing is just like, Dave Portnoy. And I don't. I don't know much about him, but Maddie has filled me in on a lot of stuff. Is, like, the worst person to become an enemy with because he will go through great lengths and spe a ridiculous amount of money to, like, write, to, like, bring justice. Like, he. He holds a grudge.
Liz
Well, and Zach and Dave had drama because, like, Zach told Dave he wasn't allowed to come to his show, and he, like, offered Brianna. Zach offered Brianna money to not renew her barstool contract because, like, he didn't want her working there. And like she said no. So like there's also Zach and Dave drama. Yeah, that's. That's what you need to know. That's like if it comes up at the Thanksgiving table, everyone's on team. Everyone's on team Brianna.
Kelly
So everyone's on team Brianna.
Liz
Be on the right side. Be on the right side of history here. Be on team Brianna.
Kelly
Totally. And if you want to know more, go listen to the BFF's podcast. Yeah.
Liz
Because we need to get her that $12 million back.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
So they need the streams.
Kelly
Okay. Well, that was.
Liz
Thank you for the bringing that drama, Elizabeth. If we have one more episode, do we have another episode before Thanksgiving? I think we do. I think we'd have the Tuesday.
Kelly
Yeah, I think we do the toast.
Liz
Podcast I like to listen to. They always do a patreon on like five topics to up at your Thanksgiving table. Maybe we should do something like that.
Kelly
Oh yeah, it's a good idea.
Liz
You know, especially like the Thanksgiving post an election.
Kelly
Wolf, wolf, wolf, wolf. Here are five things you can bring up other than the election. Yeah.
Liz
To not fight with your uncle or like whatever.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Okay. Now let me get to some things I wanted to chat see about. Okay. Do you want my fast lane philosophy?
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Are we doing last three or. No, we have enough to cover?
Kelly
No. Okay. No.
Liz
Then I'm gonna put this on my dump. Before I get to my fast lane, I want to talk about socks for a second.
Kelly
Okay, let's. Let's dive in.
Liz
Two things. One, I used to, I've heard the advice, like, get your kids the same color socks. We don't have to match socks. And I kind of like always wrote that advice off because I'm like, great advice, but like I have a socks and like my mother in law, like my mom like buys my kids socks. Like we have socks. I can't just. But I'm heeding that advice because here's the thing. I'm going to slowly start. My socks get trash. My kids have a really toxic trait where they refuse to. Sometimes they forget to put shoes on and they walk out to the barn with their socks.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
So I'm going to start solely phasing out the socks that we have. And I'm. I can't do this anymore. Like, I can't be a mama 4 and be spending hours a day matching socks on laundry day. I can't do it. Yeah, I can't. So the plan is George and Hattie, first of all, you're getting you, you guys, your, your shoe sizes Are two apart. Like, you're getting the same socks. George and Heidi are getting the same socks. Fred's getting his own socks.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
Libby's not wearing socks yet. I'll deal with her later. I'll probably have her jump on Fred's train. Like, I literally think George and Hattie are going to get, like, a gray, and Fred's going to get, like, a black. And I'm just done with these kids. So I need Rex for packs of socks that are sold like that, because why I have to buy a pack of socks and then, like, they're not all the same. Like, that's so. That's so annoying. Like, even. Oh, that heel is gray. Oh, this heel is striped. Oh, that heel is black. Shut up. Give me one. I don't need this. I want socks.
Kelly
Yeah. Yeah. When we were growing up, we just had a laundry basket in the laundry room. Just. That just had socks. And now I understand why. It was like, go find your. Go try and find matching socks or just wear mismatched socks. That's. That's how we grew up.
Liz
That's how we grew up. Okay. On that same note, I, like, made such an impulse purchase the other day. First of all, people, maybe it's not people, but we've all been sleeping. I've been sleeping on Kohl's. I love Kohl's right now.
Kelly
Mm.
Liz
Like, Kohl's versus Target for kids clothes. I'm going Kohl's. I'm going Kohl's.
Kelly
It's a.
Liz
It's a tick more expensive. It's like a dollar or two more expensive. But they have way more selection. Not everybody has it. And I think the quality is, like, good. So then I'm, like, checking out at Kohl's because I got my kids. I had needed more leggings because she, like, completely grew out of 14. Now she can only wear 5T. So I got her some leggings, and I see in the checkout line some Nike. Some tall Nike socks for adults.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
And I was like, I think that these Gen Zs might be onto something with the no ankle socks and instead, like, the Nike tube sock. So that's what I bought. And I've been wearing Nike tube socks this week over my leggings with my sneakers, and I feel hip as hell.
Kelly
First of all, Kel, I don't think that this is, like, a big Gen Z thing.
Liz
No lit. No. Liz, like the other side.
Kelly
No. Because it's Princess Diana. Like, she is the one. Like, when you think of the tube socks over the leggings with a oversized sweatshirt that's Princess Diana.
Liz
Okay, well then call me Princess Diana. But here's I'm saying my ankles are warm. It's just so comfy. Like it's the Nike sock is like it's very has like a little compression. Like it's just a comfy sock to put on. They're brand new and white, which again, like feels fun. And there's been very flattering. Like I think it almost makes you look like skinny when you've got this like chunky sneaker, chunky sock going on.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Okay. Well, I'm just. Okay.
Kelly
No, I'm happy. I'm. No, I love it. I'm excited for you.
Liz
Well, that's that on that.

Liz
Now for my fast lane philosophy. Okay, let me get this out. Then you can get to your fact.
Kelly
Because I'm really excited about my fact.
Liz
So I went on a rant on my Instagram stories today about new cars, new car payments and I basically ended with like, hey, if you're paying $600 a month on your now 5 year old car and you're it's giving you a stomach ache, go get it detailed. Which I know is a little counterintuitive to like spend more money to like make yourself feel better about spending money. But I'm telling you, I'm such a big fan of professional details and someone DM'd me this quote saying I need to get it correct. Did you see what I posted?
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Something like care creates. Care creates contentment. Contemptment.
Kelly
Contentment.
Liz
Contentment.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
And that apparently it's from this woman called Debt Free mom who I was not following. I'm now following. I might try to get on the podcast because I like her content.
Kelly
Really? I want to follow her.
Liz
Yeah. And that's such a good freaking quote. For the record, because if you're feeling like a little uncontent or you're like, oh, I need this or I need that, it's like, take care of what you have. Go clean your spice cabinet. I think it will bring you contentment. And I think it's like, you want a new car? Go clean your car. And I think it will give you a little bit of that peace, because I know, like, all that noise of, like, want new, want new. Seeing new and shiny, like, it is hard. And I know I'm coming off, like, a sock talk rant, so take this as, you know, with a grain of salt, but I do think there's something to that. And I'm going to be taking that energy into 25 for sure.
Kelly
Yeah. Well, I think it. I think it's really hard to just see, like, reel after real when you're just scrolling and you get this, like, inside look into, like, like, everyone's homes. And there's just a level of, oh, gosh. Of just like, why don't I have that? Or I need that. Or my. My pantry needs to be organized like that. And I don't really have any advice because it's something that I sometimes struggle. That I struggle with, too. But it's just like being content with what you. With what you have and just, like, knowing that even if you don't feel like you have as much as the next person, you still have more than the average person throughout all of his history. I, like, we have so much and just. I don't know.
Liz
Well, I think it's like, if you feel like your pantry feels not Instagram worthy and that's making you feel sad, let's clean your pantry really, really well. And then I think you'll feel better.
Kelly
Yeah, let's. Let's maybe organize. Organize.
Liz
And that's like the naptime kitchen hack that Chewy shares. Like, you don't need to go buy a clear acrylic tub from Amazon. Like, go get a freaking shoe box.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
And, like, make it so organized. And then you might be like, okay, now I still want the acrylic thing. Or I might be like, oh, this box checked. Moving on.
Kelly
There is one part of my pantry that's organized, and it is where all of my cleans and blades protein powder is. It's in, like, a box, and I have my variety packs, like, next to it. And it's easy to get to, and it's easy to put away. And it is my favorite thing to pull out and put away. Like, it feels so good because I know exactly where it goes. I know exactly where it is. And if all of my pantry was like that, I would be so happy. It's Just not. And it will be one day, but it's not right now.
Liz
Crawl, walk, run, babe.
Kelly
Yeah. But for right now, my clean simple eats. I love to get out.
Liz
Good. So anyway, go clean your car today. That's the moral of that story.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
Take some care. Take some pride in your car. And also, there's no downside to taking care of your car. One, One, you have to ride in it. Two, helps your resale value. Like, if you roll up a well maintained car to the dealership, they're going to be like, oh, this is a well maintained car. If you bring a hunk of junk, they're going to be like, oh, she didn't take very good care of her car. Even if you literally detail it the week before, they're never going to know. It's all about perception. And you know what they say about perception, Liz.
Kelly
What?
Liz
It's reality.
Kelly
But don't get it done the week before you trade it in. Enjoy it for a little bit.
Liz
No, exactly. Like, it's just like when we moved out of our last house. House. Oh, now Teller decides to fix the drywall. Like, thanks, Ty. We've lived here for years. That was annoying. I won't let him do that again to me.
Kelly
Yeah, totally.
Liz
Anyway, that's what I wanted to say. What fact do you got?
Kelly
Okay, it's time for the part of the episode where we bring a random fact and I have a fun one.
Liz
We need to think of a slogan.
Kelly
Okay, well, we'll. We'll get there. Kelly, what do you think the national animal of Scotland is?
Liz
Okay, can I ask, like, two qualifying questions to see if I can get it?
Kelly
Yes.
Liz
National animal of Scotland. Well, I think we all think it should be a goat for some reason. I think that's just like, what? But I'm not going to go. So obvious.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
What'S the national animal of America? Bald eagle.
Kelly
Yes.
Liz
Okay, right. Is it a bird?
Kelly
No.
Liz
My second qualifying question will be, does it have hooves?
Kelly
It does.
Liz
Is it a goat?
Kelly
No, Kel, it's a unicorn.
Liz
No, it's not.
Kelly
It's a unicorn. The national animal of Scotland is a unicorn. Unicorns have been linked to Scotland for centuries and celtics.
Liz
Celtic.
Kelly
Is it Celtic or Celtic? Celtic mythology. The unicorn was a symbol of purity and innocence as well as masculinity and power. Tales of dominance and chivalry associated the unicorn. Maybe why associated with the unicorn, maybe why it was chosen as Scotland's national animal.
Liz
Who's gonna tell? Him.
Kelly
Tell. Isn't that a fun fact?
Liz
That is a fun Fact. But that's being like a. It's not a real animal.
Kelly
No, it's not. Where did the unicorn come from? That isn't. You know, and now we're. Let me Google it. Because, you know, you may. It makes you wonder. I'm really worried about the day that.
Liz
Hattie finds out that unicorns aren't real.
Kelly
You think it's gonna be hard for her?
Liz
Well, I remember when George found out that dinosaurs weren't real or not. Not around anymore. Like, that was hard.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Like, when he had the realization he'll never see one. See one at the zoo. Like, I think that. And, you know, we do this. We delay this realization of it because then, like, they have a dinosaur exhibit with, like, robot dinosaurs or, like, Hattie goes to a birthday party and someone has a unicorn, and these kids, they're just denied that were.
Kelly
Well, it just makes me. It makes me wonder if animals like the unicorn and the dragon, like, okay, they're mythical creatures. Sure. But also they appear in multiple, like, historical writings from multiple civilizations, especially dragons. So, like, what are we missing?
Liz
Well, why can't. I think the unicorn could be real? Like, it's not that crazy of an animal.
Kelly
No, it's just a horror.
Liz
I mean, we're living in a time of giraffes, and this is just a. A horse with a horn on its head. Like, if you brought, like, I'm saying, if you took, like, someone who, like, not from this world and was, like, which animal looks more fake, the unicorn or the giraffe? Like, you choose the giraffe.
Kelly
Yeah. Or like, the walrus. Like, what. What's the purpose of a walrus? Like, have you seen those? They're. They're crazy looking.
Liz
Crazy.
Kelly
Anyway, it just makes me wonder if maybe, like, dragons and unicorns, like, had a place in history.
Liz
Do you believe in Bigfoot?
Kelly
I don't think so. No.
Liz
I don't believe in Bigfoot either.
Kelly
No, I just. I don't think we've seen. Like, how have you not found. How do we not have legitimate proof?
Liz
Totally.
Kelly
You know?
Liz
Okay, well, that was a fun fact, babe.
Kelly
I thought you had a random fact.
Liz
Oh, well, mine was, like, so lame compared to that. How'd you find that? Did you just literally Google random facts?
Kelly
Yeah, I'm just waiting to go to a trivia night. And that is the question.
Liz
Okay. The universe's average color. In 2002, a study astronomers found that the light coming from galaxies averaged into a beige color that's close to white. It's called cosmic latte. Like, that's the average color of the world.
Kelly
Oh, is beige.
Liz
Beige.
Kelly
So we all live in a sad, beige world.
Liz
We all live in a sad, beige universe. And then to keep it chicken related, there was this story back in the 1940s where a chicken survived with 18 months without its head. Mike the chicken's incredible feat was recorded back in the 1940s. He survived with his jugular vein and most of his brain stem were left mostly intact, ensuring just enough brain function to remain survival. 18.
Kelly
I liked my random fact better than both of yours.
Liz
That's something to bring up around the turkey table.
Kelly
Yeah. I did see someone posted in the Facebook group that turkey eggs are sold at their farmer's market and they always sell out.
Liz
I want bucket list item. I would need to try a turkey egg. Yeah, I gotta get one.
Kelly
Well, re listening back to the egg conversation. Re listening to our podcast when we kind of like, briefly touched on the fact that reptiles lay eggs. If you crack a reptile egg, does it look like. Do you think it looks like a chicken egg?
Liz
Elizabeth? When I was looking back to this, I'm like, but what does it look like? Yeah, I don't. I don't know.
Kelly
I'm kind of too scared to Google it, so I'm not going to.
Liz
I'm totally too scared to Google it. But we might get turkeys, so we'll see. I feel like. I feel like if Tyler does this podcast, he'll come in with a turkey.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
You just never know what's. Well, you never know what's next at Stumpy Farms.
Kelly
You never know.
Liz
Let's move on to industry news, where I spill the hot tea. Going on the auto industry.
Kelly
We do have some advice questions I was saying we could do first.
Liz
Oh, that's totally fine. Elizabeth. I'm so sorry to jump ahead like that.
Kelly
That okay. It's okay. I. I have two, actually.
Liz
Are you loving the fact that, like, you're not here to keep the. Keep me from posting all these reels?
Kelly
No, because you're po. Yeah, you're. They just keep every time along on my Instagram, the car mom has posted a new reel.
Liz
Normally we have the reels on Elizabeth's phone and, like, she literally only like, she either posts or text me the real. I'm allowed to post that day, but now they're all on my phone.
Kelly
Well, because Kelly will get stressed out and be like, I haven't posted. Like, I have to film content. And you. And you, you stress yourself out and it's like, well, had you just like, Held onto that one reel and slowly release them. Like even one a day. You wouldn't get stuck in that rut. And you're about to be solo parenting, and you're gonna come back on Monday and be like, I haven't posted anything. It's like, well, because you posted all the things you did last week. Yeah, you make yourself stressed out.
Liz
Can't help it.
Kelly
Anyway, here's our. Here's our. We have two advice questions. Okay. How are you all handling the dog hair slash general dog dirt with crawling and walking toddlers? It seems so much harder to keep up now that my baby is all over the floor. A robot vacuums. The answer or just letting go? I wanted to answer this question because I just had this conversation with Maddie the other day. So we have two dogs. We have dog hair everywhere. I don't really have all the answers, but in reference to the robot vacuum, I did get one for my wedding, and I used it for a while, and it was nice. But because you have. Because you have dogs, the canister fills up with hair every single time you run it. You have to, like, empty it. And it's not a cute empty. Like, you empty a vacuum cleaner. Like you're pulling stuff out. It's very annoying. And I've retired my robot vacuum. What I'm finding to be more easier to use and more effective is a stick vacuum. And now I did get the Dyson stick vacuum. I don't think you have to get a super duper nice one like that. I think you can just go on Amazon and find another one. But I use that instead of. I do not sweep. I do not pull out my broom anymore. I just take my little stick vacuum cordless. I take it on the carpet. I take on the hardwood floor. The Dyson has different attachments. And then I can take it on the couch, and it's like part of my nightly clothes down the kitchen.
Liz
Does tech shed or just Tyrion?
Kelly
No, they both shed. I have dog hair everywhere.
Liz
See, here's my hack. We shave our dog.
Kelly
Yeah, they shave. They shave Tommy.
Liz
We don't do that.
Kelly
And we made such a mistake by having a white dog and a black dog, because then it doesn't matter what color you're wearing. You can always see the dog hair on you.
Liz
Yeah, we shaved Tommy, which I know is controversial. He's an Australian shepherd. They have beautiful coats. It's fine. We keep Tommy's hair very short. But he's also, like, always, like, out and about in the barns. It could be disgusting if he had like chicken poop clinging to him all the time. I wouldn't let, I wouldn't allow him in the house.
Kelly
Yeah, he wouldn't be an indoor dog.
Liz
So we shave him and we have no dog hair. Hack. Hack.
Kelly
Okay, just wanted to answer that. My, my solution would be stick vacuum. Okay, next question. This is a car question. Kelly. Okay. Hey, Kelly and Liz. We currently own a 2023 Palisade with a bench seat in this in the second row. We have two children, four and two who use Britax 14 Life Car Seats and one will be rear facing for likely two more years and the other is forward facing. We are due with our third in March and we'll use the Duna for an infant seat. We bought the Palisade thinking it would work great for three and are having major regrets and need your help. We expect to move our four year old to the third row but are unsure how we will access him to help get him buckled or even how he will access his seat with a limited movement with the second row chairs. The Britax seat don't allow seat movement at all because they use the seat belt for latching. Once the baby is out of the infant seat and into a regular car seat. We may be even, may even be in more trouble if we continue to use the bright tech seats which we love.
Liz
You can stop there because like my answer is going to be the same. And I, and I read this one before. So here's the issue. I don't like the Palisade in the Telluride for three kids in car seats. So like that is my PSA now am I going to get messages being like I have it and it's great. Sure, that's fine, but it's not my first choice. It's a very hard car to do three with. And I also stopped you because what's, what's, what's going to confuse the audience with here is it doesn't matter. What if she has the bright text or a different car seat. The Palisade doesn't have have the car seat tilt. So it's like a mute point to think that a different car seat would give you third row access. There's no car seat tilt so it doesn't matter. The bench seat sucks for three across. It's not one I'd recommend. And you also couldn't do three across. So you can't do three across in the Palisade, especially with those car seats. So you're spot on. You're going to have to put the four Year old in the third row and the middle seat is too small and your car seats are too wide to do like both the seats on the four on the 60 and like leave the 40 open for third row access. So your only option is they're going to have to enter through the trunk.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
And is that hard? Yes. End of story. I think that sometimes people, like, want me to, like, wave a magic wand and like, come up with a better scenario. But I also like three kids in car seats. Three young kids in car seats is a hard combination. I did it in an Expedition, which is the easiest car to do it in, and it was still freaking hard.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
So like, also just give yourself a, like, give yourself the permission to be like, okay, this is a hard phase. It's fine. I don't want you to think that going out and getting another car is going to make it all that much easier. I truthfully don't think it is. I think it would make it like 25% easier. Is that worth being upside down and increasing your payment?
Kelly
No.
Liz
Keep the freaking Palisade. It's fine. Yeah, they're going to enter through the trunk and it's going to be a pain. Now what you can do is I would remove the headrest of the second row that'll be in front of your child in the third row so, like you can reach out. So then you can reach over the second row seat to buckle them. And that's just the story, Morning glory.
Kelly
Yeah. So had they not like, what would you. If someone's listening to this and they're like, dang, that's sort of sounds like that's gonna be my setup. And I was maybe considering a Pallidator Telluride. What would you recommend they get instead?
Liz
Well, I would. I think that for three young kids like that, I think three across is the better option. So I would do a Volkswagen Atlas or a Hyundai or a Honda Pilot in the midsize category. Or I'd move to a van or something full size like the Expedition.
Kelly
Had they gotten the captain chairs in the Palisade, would that have made things any easier for them or. Not really, because I think that.
Liz
I actually think it would have. I think that, yes, it would have made it a little easier because what I would have then told you to do is tell your oldest to, you know, go to the third row before you click in the duna car seat. Or I would tell you to get a rotating car seat for the two year old and rotate it forward facing while the older child is entering. To the third row.
Kelly
So. Yeah.
Liz
And that's why, like, if you've ever watched any of my pals I Telluride tours, I tell you, you cannot do three across. Get the captain's chairs in this car.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
And honestly, sister, like, I would consider like the doona, I would just consider ditching all together for this baby if you want to. Because I think what people and Liz, you and I have talked about this. I'm all like, everyone's all about these stroller infant seats and I've been like, currently obsessed with one that I have. But also think about like, aren't you in double stroller territory? But actually forget what I just said because you're not fitting a double stroller in the back seat of the, of the Palisade. So never mind. So keep the duna. And the two year olds gotta walk tough. It's just tough.
Kelly
It's hard.
Liz
It's hard.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Honestly, like, I think if you're gonna have those kids of that age, like it's the van makes so much sense. And I think people just feel so silly about buying one for one kid. But I mean, look at you. You're going to have three kids in four years, basically, so it wouldn't have been that silly.
Kelly
Yeah. Just the forecasting your family's growth is sometimes hard to do, but also very necessary. And just kind of look at it as, you know, worst case scenario. This is where we're at. I mean, some might call that best case scenario, but the most outrageous scenario, maybe put yourself in that position and.
Liz
Buy a car for that. Yeah.
Kelly
Okay, Kel, now it is time you can get into industry news.
Liz
Okay, now it's time for industry news where I spill the hot tea going on the auto industry. I don't have a ton, Elizabeth, but this was such a funny freaking story that like I just simply had to talk about bear trashing. Rolls Royce is actually a guy in a costume committing insurance fraud.
Kelly
What?
Liz
This is the funniest story. Insurance fraud is so interesting to me because it's like people are trying to commit it all the time.
Kelly
Yeah.
Liz
Do you know what I mean? Like, that's crazy. So this guy tried to commit it in his Rolls Royce, I guess. And this person.
Kelly
Please tell me there's a video or photo. There's a photo put in a bear.
Liz
Put on this bear costume and then turned in this like security footage of.
Kelly
A bear tearing up story right now.
Liz
Tearing up the inside of his Rolls Royce. And then it like has photos of like scratches and the insurance company was like, this is a sus story because, like, this is just. It's giving. I can't believe they said it's giving sus. Because it sounds like once. It sounds like rare, of course, but I would never think so somehow, I guess they got a warrant to search the person's house and that's where they found the fake bear costume.
Kelly
Oh, my gosh.
Liz
So they'll likely have to pay a fine and return the $140,000 they claimed from the three insurance companies.
Kelly
This is hilarious.
Liz
You could say he's stupider than the average bear.
Kelly
Did you come up with that or did they write that in the article?
Liz
They wrote that in the article.
Kelly
That's a good one. This is so funny.
Liz
I googled car news this morning. So you know it's a slow news day when that's the only article you could find.
Kelly
No, I mean, I've never. I've honestly never been more interested in industry news. It's like, than that one.
Liz
And I'm just really excited to get to Ditch the drive Thru because I would love to be so honored to bring it today.
Kelly
Please do.
Liz
Okay, now it's time for Ditch the Drive Thru where we bring you an easy dinner recipe to mix it up.
Kelly
To get you out of your dinner rut.
Liz
And if you want to leave your own dish the drive thru, you can email us@helloatthecomofficial.com Now, I got a new cookbook that I tell the people. I got an ambitious kitchen cookbook. It's stunning. It's darling. It's like, I. I love cookbooks. I'm probably gonna buy it for you for Christmas. Oops.
Kelly
Spoiler. You do have me for Secret Santa.
Liz
That's true. Okay, I won't buy it for you for Christmas and to surprise you, but you should ask mom for it because it's stunning. Stunning cookbook. Not that it's the drive through though. You know, I've been on my soup Sunday grind. Yeah, I love making my soup, so this is not going to apply to you. And one of my favorite soups to make. I will somehow get the people the link, but just, you know, also just google it. It's fine. It's a ham and potato soup. So savory, like, so it's kind of like giving potato soup vibes, but like with more vegetables and like it has the ham so it's some good protein. It is so tasty. Makes amazing leftovers. And that will is what's going to be simmering on my stove on Sunday after a Weekend of solo parenting. I'm going to cozy up with a bowl of soup. Now, I plan on starting my soup prep truthfully today, because I got a peeled potato. It's a peeled potato kind of soup.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
So I have to peel potatoes, cube ham, get my veggies all prepped. So I'm probably, like, going to start it whenever I have a free moment. Whenever my kitchen's dirty because I didn't remember. That's the hack of this entry. Like, while your kitchen's. Don't clean your kitchen to start cooking. Just, like, keep going while the kitchen's dirty.
Kelly
Totally.
Liz
And then put it all away at once.
Kelly
Totally. You know what, Kel? I do think I like a soup that has a potato in it. It.
Liz
Oh, okay. That's.
Kelly
I don't know. That sounds good to me. That's. I don't know why, but that sounds actually pretty good to me.
Liz
So. Yeah.
Kelly
And I like it. Okay, Cal. Well, are you ready for Blake's Besties?
Liz
I am ready for Blake's Besties.
Kelly
Okay, so Blake's Besties is a segment where we read the stories of families who have lost babies to honor infants. Infant and Pregnancy Awareness Loss Month, which was October, but we're doing it in November. So if you want to stop listening to the podcast, you can do so now. Okay. G. I am going to read a store a stor story from Alyssa, Alisa. Hi, Kelly and Liz, Longtime follower and family car enthusiast here. I never thought I'd be one to write in for Blake's Besties. After over five years of unexplained infertility, my husband and I finally got pregnant through IVF Just a mere nine weeks later, there was no heart beat. We were heartbroken, but again, didn't plan on writing in about that. A year later, we were pregnant again with and now have a three and a half year old boy. He had some challenges that made us wait a little longer than planned for. Trying for another. Finally, April 2024, we were spontaneously pregnant. Not through IVF. We were so excited that we would actually got to surprise our families. We wanted to be surprised on gender and we were scheduled to have a C section to Deliver the baby January 1, 2025, at 30. Just last week, on November 5, at 30 weeks, I went in for a routine ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. We were in complete shock. I hear of this happening, but I never thought it would be our story. A few hours later, I had a C section and was shocked to find out the baby was a girl. I was sure it was a boy. Chloe Michelle was born, was a stillborn, but we still got a holder and spend the night with her. This is also fresh, so I'm crying as I type this. Chloe was the girl name we had settled on from the beginning. It means fertility, which we chose because of the spontaneous pregnancy. Michelle is my middle name. I. I don't necessarily have a special memory, but I was so happy to see that she had my dark, curly hair. Our friends and family have been so supported. I love how they speak of Chloe and use her name. That is one of my favorite things. I imagine her meeting her sibling in heaven and look forward to the day that we can meet them both. She will never be forgotten. And I am so thankful to the hospital for giving us a memory box filled with pictures of her, her blanket and hat, and a sweet beaded bracelet with her full name on it. Thank you for the way you've been sharing about our loved but lost babies.
Liz
I think. I think one of the best things that, like, you can do to a. To a parent like, that is say the child's name. And I. There's a lot of people who think maybe they don't want to talk about it. And. But I think, like, everyone I've ever spoken to is always like, no, I love to hear their name. So, like, if I was friends with. What's. What's the mom's first name?
Kelly
Elisa.
Liz
So, like, if I was talking to Elisa, I'd be like, oh, when you were pregnant with Chloe, did you crave anything weird? Like, I think that is. That is how you remember their child. Like, people ask me about my pregnancy all the time. Or, you know, they'd be like, oh, well, how was that with Fred? Or didn't you have that with Libby? Like, I would. I just think it's so important to say their name. And I'm always trying to be like, my friends who. Who are, you know, part of the Blake's besties club, too. Like, I'm always texting them, being, like, thinking of baby's name.
Kelly
Yeah, well. And you just think about one of the coolest when you have a baby, and then, like, in the mail, you get their Social Security card, or you get that first thing where you see their full name, the name that you thought of, the name that you marinated on, the name that you and your husband, like, came to, and then you see it written, like, assigned to a person for the first time. It's so cool.
Liz
Yeah.
Kelly
And so what I liked about that story is that the hospital, like, gave Her. The wristband with her daughter's full name on it. And I just. I don't. I think that's really special. It just, like, makes it feel more. I don't want to say real, but just, like, val. Like, having their name not just, like, in your mind, but, like, physically out there somewhere in the world is really beautiful. Full.
Liz
My Blake's Besties is going to be a personal one because I asked if I could share it, and they said yes, but they didn't want to write it in.
Kelly
Okay.
Liz
And if you are familiar with Sam from Mama Knows car seats, Sam, Elizabeth and I are obviously good friends, and we all went to the New York Auto show together in April, and we were all kind of commiserating together because we were all freshly pregnant. I was due September. Don't remember 9th. You were due the 28th.
Kelly
Sam was due, like, the 21st or something. She was in between you and I.
Liz
In between you and I. And we did. We know that we were all having girls, too? I think. We did.
Kelly
We did.
Liz
So we knew that we were all pregnant with these girls at the New York Auto show, like, these three car moms, like, and Sam was. Was so amazing at the auto show, like, and so I was giving tours and Sam was, like, helping with the car seats.
Kelly
Like, we were.
Liz
It was just. It was so fun. It was my first time ever meeting her in person. We connected instantly. And it was just. We all were, like, taking care of each other. Like, I had all my joint pains. Like, I was putting my feet up. Sam was nauseous and craving Nerds Gummy Clusters to the point where it's like, sit. Wasn't Sydney with us, too?
Kelly
Sydney was there. So we sent Sydney out to go get Nerds Gummy Clusters, like, for Sam.
Liz
Because that's what she needs needed. And then about probably, like, eight or nine weeks later, Sam called us and let us know that she had lost her baby. Kylie.
Kelly
Kylie.
Liz
Kylie. Elizabeth. And it. I think she was 17 or 18 weeks along. I'm not going to share, like, too much of the details because I just, like, don't know exactly what Sam wanted me to share. But, like, Kylie is such a special baby to me in the car mom, because I have gotten, like, very close to Sam after. And, like, just the more we talk and, like, the more she helps us with the car mom, it's just been really heartbreaking. And, like, I remember, like, at the auto show, like, we were all supposed to be, like, really pregnant together. And then, like, Sam, like, the strongest woman in the world. I know like comes to the auto show when me and Liz are very pregnant and she's not and busted her butt to help make the auto show happen for all of you.
Kelly
So she did so much. She did so much for the auto show. You can't even imagine.
Liz
So I'm just thinking of Kylie Elizabeth today and every day and every time I eat a nerd scummy cluster, I.
Kelly
Always think of Sam and Kylie when I see nerd scummy clusters. I know can't separate the two.
Liz
So yeah, so that is. That is Blake's besties, y'all.

Liz [08:24]:
"I'm gearing up for my first solo parenting weekend with Four. Oh, Tyler's gone all weekend. He's hunting. He won't be back till Sunday night."
She discusses strategies to manage bedtime and morning routines, leaning on pre-prepared meals and stacking her weekend with friends to alleviate the challenges of handling solo parenting.
The episode's centerpiece is a deep dive into the Brianna Chickenfry drama involving country artist Zach Bryan, his girlfriend Brianna Chickenfry, and Barstool Sports' Dave Portnoy.
Kelly [12:12]:
"Brianna and Zach Bryan dated for over a year, and their relationship, once seen as beautiful, unraveled into emotional abuse."
Kelly recounts how Brianna detailed her tumultuous relationship on the BFF's Podcast, highlighting Zach's manipulative behaviors, such as isolating her from friends and family. Fast Lane Philosophy: Embracing Contentment
Liz shares her philosophy on finding contentment by taking care of what you have, such as cleaning your car, to alleviate feelings of inadequacy triggered by social media.
