2026 is not asking you to set yet another goal. It's asking you, who are you finally willing to be. What we're doing here is the part that most people avoid the decision. The part where you stop pushing your real life to someday and realize that it's now. I just led an intention setting workshop all about raising your standards, about committing to what you're available for this year and what you're not available for. No more vague promises, no more dragging old patterns into a new calendar year. In this one hour workshop, I'm going to help you choose a clear embodied intention for your year, understand why past intentions never stick, set standards that you're actually going to keep, get honest about what you're no longer available for, and learn how to follow through all year without forcing. This is not just motivation, it's actually recalibration. This is the kind of workshop where your energy cleans up, your boundaries solidify, and you stop negotiating with your true self. You don't need another sign. You don't need to keep waiting for something. You don't need to keep postponing the life that's calling you. It's time. It's time to step into the life that's always been yours. You can watch the full replay of this intention setting workshop@kathyheller.com replay this one hour will change 2026 for the better.
Hey guys, it's Kathy Heller. Welcome back to the Kathy Heller Podcast.
I'm excited because today I'm sharing with you a masterclass I gave on the energy of Capricorn and what I love about this month. There's a certain strength that comes from choosing yourself every day, from keeping small promises to yourself, from living by standards. That's the energy of Capricorn. That's what we've stepped into right now. This isn't just a month to dream louder. It's the month that we get committed and clear about what is it that we need to do every day to build the life that we're dreaming of and to build the habits that really support that. So I think that you guys are going to love this class. In this masterclass, I'm sharing how to work with the energy that feels steady and supportive and sustainable so you can create real momentum and long term success without abandoning yourself in the process. This is actually. You're gonna hear the first half of the masterclass. So if you enjoy this and you want the rest of it, there's a visualization, there's prompts, there's notes that we have for you. You can get all of that if you go to kathyheller.com capricorn but let's dive in, take a listen.
This class is perfection for these days approaching this new year. I think you guys are going to feel so regulated by this. So you're going to feel so much ease, you're going to feel so much peace, you're going to feel clarity, and your whole system is just going to feel like it has the capacity to walk into this new year really aligned. So I'm excited for this class and I just love looking at Kabbalah and the spiritual wisdom that is so lasting thousands of years old, because it's just so uncanny how perfectly the seasons of the year support us exactly where we are. So we're going to get into this today and we're going to talk about the energy of Capricorn. We're going to talk about this energy, which started around the 22nd of December and goes until the 19th of January. And it's really fascinating and how much this is exactly what you're going to need to hear today. And again, this class relates to all of us because whether you're born in this month or not, we're talking about how do we leverage the consciousness of this month? How do we tap into the universe and what is being fed to us through the quantum field in this month? How do we access the energetic vibration of what is in the stars this month? Okay, cool. So we're going to dive in. So one thing I just want to start with. I want to tell you two things. First of all, there's a lot of good information out there at this point about mindfulness and about nervous system regulation. So one thing that we've come to now know, as a matter of fact, is that if children in school do some kind of mindfulness practice, they get benefit from that. And do we know? Does anyone know what's the buzzword? What do we call that? What is the thing that we've now been able to really concretely point to that kids get when they practice mindfulness in school? It's two words, and everyone's talking about it because it's something that we can actually, okay, regulation is a good word. Flow is a good word. So I'll tell you what the words are. What's, by the way, what's so cool is that in 2025, going into 2026, we have so much data about the way that we operate and the way that we, we thrive. Think about where we were as a consciousness, as A humanity. Fifty years ago, we just thought, that person's in a bad mood, that person's acting crazy, that person's tired. Like, now we understand what's happening in our minds and our bodies and all of that. So it's called executive function. Now, why am I bringing that up today? Because executive function, okay, what that is is more or less the ability for. Now, I'm talking about in the context of kids. When a kid is in a classroom, if they're feeling dysregulated or they're feeling a little stressed or they're feeling a little uneasy and they go to take a test or they go to sit down and learn in a classroom, they're not going to gain as much as if they're able to take a moment and actually be present, right? And then they can organize their desk, they can kind of be ready. It's sort of like priming the wall before you paint the wall. Now they can retain and receive and connect and start to fire and wire new synapses and really start to, to gain insight. Now, that is fascinating. And what we understand is that for all of us, we have to have that same ability to come back into the present moment, to have our own attention so that we can actually enjoy the moment, so that we can actually be in a state where our nervous system is calm and peaceful, so that we can get the most out of our day and out of the moments. Now, I say this to you because what we're going to talk about today with Capricorn, and for some of you who saw I made this little, like, flyer, the energy of Capricorn has to do with discipline. And a lot of people don't have a good. They don't have a good relationship with the word discipline. They think of discipline as something that was a really negative experience. Like, maybe when you were growing up, your parents were hard on you, or there were some rules, or you got grounded and you, you, you equate discipline with something negative. That's fair. And also, the month of Capricorn is about discipline as devotion. It's discipline as self integrity. It's discipline as self love. And so the reason I mentioned the executive function piece is because when there is structure, when there is order, you do better. And so to have a great year, it's one thing to say, like, I'm going to set goals, I have these intentions, Great, awesome, that's a good thing. But what's actually going to allow you to fulfill, to follow through, to implement on all of those dreams and desires and goals is having the discipline, the real discipline to show up and create structure and standards and boundaries. And so I meet thousands of people a year. True story. Thousands of people a year. Amazing human beings with beautiful dreams. And year after year, it's a little bit like Groundhog Day because we're missing this discipline. So what we want to talk about today is reframing in the most delicious way what discipline as devotion actually means. Now I want to ask you a question. If you make a commitment to somebody, if you tell a friend you're going to take them to the airport, or you tell your daughter that you're going to, you know, wake her up early because she says, mom, I need to be at tennis, please wake. Do you follow through when you make a commitment to someone? I imagine that you do. Like I said, I have a very beautiful idea of the world because I meet thousands of people who speak different languages and I just meet the best people. And I assume that you do take care of other people and you do follow through. Now let me ask you a harder question. When you make a commitment to yourself, do you follow through when you tell yourself that you are unavailable for a hectic morning? Do you follow through when you tell yourself that you now have a standard of well being and you're not willing to feel this feeling of being busy in your nervous system all the time or stressed or urgent? The only way we're going to have a different year is if we get radically honest with no judgment. You know, the word mindfulness has a definition and it means to pay attention. But there's a second part of the word mindfulness, to pay attention without judgment. Part of the definition of being mindful is letting go of judgment. It's just the awareness. It's just this is what it's right. It's like, sit beside the river, don't push it. It is what it is like, I'm just going to observe. It's such a beautiful place to be when you can have non judgmental awareness about anything. By the way, like, that's going to serve you well. If you just got that from this class of what I said, that's going to serve you well. But anyways, so when we make decisions like this, right, we say to ourselves, yeah, I'm going to follow through. And then we don't. What do you think that's about? What do you think it points to? If you can show up for somebody else, no problem. But you tell yourself what you want your morning to look like or that you want to get Your steps in or meditate, but you just don't seem to commit. It's a lack of self love. It's a lack of self worth. And so the reason that I said that Capricorn Energy is discipline as self.
Devotion.
Is because you get to a point in your life where you're just sick of your own crap. You get to a point in your life where you're like, I cannot go another week, month, which turns into another year where I talk about where the gaps are in my life and I just leave myself on red. Just gaslight, gaslight, gaslight. It's just. It just gets to a point where it gets so old. It gets so old. Now I want to just tell you a quick little story, which I think you're gonna understand right away. So we moved into this new house in April, and we came for spring break, and then we went back to la, and then we moved in officially in June. And then we were traveling a lot. We went to Europe. I took my kids abroad for the first time, went to Italy. It was amazing, all that. We've been traveling a lot. And so my kitchen, even though we had unpacked boxes and put things in the kitchen, it wasn't organized. Okay, so literally was like, so non intuitive. Like, where the spatulas and things should be next to the oven, they were, like, literally on the other side in a drawer, right? So every time I go to cook, I'd have to, like, remember that it was, like, over there, right? Then there was, like, a drawer next to the sink that had the cat food in it. And then the silverware was separated in two different drawers. So half the forks were over here and half the forks and knives were somewhere else. Now, it's funny to think about the fact that I live that way over the last many months. But what basically happens is. And you know what this is? Like, you get busy, and then even though something annoys you, you just don't fix it. This is a true story. True story. I'm just being super transparent. So it was annoying me, but I wasn't fixing it. So my friend Arielle comes over, like, several different times. She's a great chef. She's a really good chef. And a few times she was here, we were cooking together, and she's like, your kitchen has got to be fixed. Like, this is just. It's just you can't maneuver it. It's so weird. Like, your knives are not over here. You have a.
What's it called?
A Ninja Creamy. It makes ice cream. She's like, that's the thing that's right next to your stove. Like, how often do you make ice cream? Like, your coffee maker is over there. Like, it doesn't make any sense. So she came over. I was like, I'm fixing this for the new year. So she came over the other day. We put everything in the places that makes the most sense. Oh, what a pleasure. So what do you think I did today? Normally, I don't eat the breakfast I really want to eat. Like, and I'll have, like, a. Like, a turmeric juice that I bought that's, like, in the fridge. But I really don't want to just have a juice. I usually want to have, like, breakfast, but I don't make breakfast because the kitchen was not structured and organized. So today, you'll be all very happy to know that I went into my kitchen, I pulled out the drawer underneath the stove. All the pots were there, and I put my caraway pot on the stove, and I made myself oatmeal. And it was like these slow. What is it called? Rolled up. I don't know. What's it.
What's it called?
My God, why can't I think of it? Not the quick oats. The better ones. Anyway, I put raisins in a steel cut. And I'm telling you, the reason I felt inspired to make my oatmeal is because the kitchen was structured, because the kitchen was in order. So what we're talking about today with Capricorn Energy. Now, Capricorns sometimes get a bad rap because people will say, oh, my gosh. Capricorns are very, like, they're very disciplined. So sometimes it feels very constricted or crunchy. It's like, that's actually, you know, every single sign. I'm a Gemini. I'm an air sign, clearly. And people can be like, you're all over the place. Your feet never touch the ground. Geminis are very much into ideas and all of that. Yes. And when it's channeled in the right way, Geminis, you can use that energy to be super creative and all of that stuff. Same thing with Capricorn. Again, this class relates to all of us, whether we were born in this month or not. But the idea of the discipline, it's meant to be channeled in a divine, beautiful way. So that's what we're talking about today. Now, why that is so perfect is because we enter this new year. We enter this January 1st day that. That we've decided is the new year. And I say that because it wasn't always that way. Right? We changed the calendar. Right. The new year used to be like Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish new year. That's like September usually. And then we changed the new year to be in January because we went from the lunar calendar to the solar calendar. But anyways, the point of it is it still makes so much sense because December, Sagittarius, earlier in December we have Sagittarius energy, which is all about the miracles. That month of Kislev, which is what we call it on the lunar calendar, is all about miracle energy. And then we move into Capricorn, which is called Tet on the Hebrew calendar. And it's all about if you want sustain the miracle and the light that just started to come into your life, you need a vessel in order to hold the miracle. Now in Kabbalah we talk about how each of us is a vessel and the divine right God, this source, this unified source, all it wants to do is give to you 100%, not 48%, not 72%, 100% light. And our only job. I know it sounds crazy, but it's actually harder than it looks. Our only job is to become the vessel that has the structural capacity to hold the miracle, to hold the light. Think about it. Think about a light bulb that's a vessel, electricity flows through it, and the light bulb can hold the light. Think about the difference between something that's just a raging fire. Sadly, last year, not exactly at this time, but almost at this time, I was just talking to my sister about it this morning because we had to evacuate. We had one minute to get out of our house because our entire neighborhood was evacuated because of the LA fires and the fire department. There was a house four doors down that was literally ablaze. And we had a minute to get out of the house. And I literally, you know that question, that horrible question? What would you take if you had a minute to get out of the house? I took nothing, literally. I was wearing flip flops. I took nothing except my kids. And I said, everyone grab a cat. And we have four kittens. So I said, grab the cats. We got in the car and one of the cats we could not find because of the fire engines. He was underneath a chair. We didn't know. We didn't. We left because they were making us leave crying because we left one of the cats in the house. The good news is that we were able to come back the next day, even though it was all corded off. They let us go in just to get the cat. So we went back in. But it was a very, very scary moment. I say this because that fire didn't have a structure to it. So what happens if there's no vessel? If a fire is in a fireplace, If a fire is in an oven? You channel it. You direct it. Now you can harness it. Now it's a blessing. I mean, all of us are really happy that we have heat. So especially when it gets colder, it's even chilly today in Florida. But when it's unstructured, this thing that you need every single day, which is fire, which is heat, we all use it to some degree every single day, as long as it has a vessel. If it doesn't have a vessel, if it's just rampant, it's the opposite of positive. It's destructive. Okay, Now, I started today with executive function because we have a tremendous amount of energy, and we also have a mind that is really unstructured, really untamed, and has this negativity bias. And it usually pulls us into this, like, fog all day, every day. And it just. It doesn't just stay in the mind because every single thought actually is something that we feel in the body. It makes us feel fatigued, it makes us feel stressed. It makes our nervous system get into fight or flight unless we start to have the discipline to create structure. And there are certain things that we can do in our day that create structure. Structure of thought, structure of our own energy, structure of our time boundaries. We start creating this structure. All of a sudden, you get your life back. You just get your whole life back. All of a sudden you become a vessel, right? All of a sudden, instead of you being in the spinning of the thoughts, instead of you being dysregulated, constantly hurried, constantly reactive, constantly rushing. No, no. Now, every chakra, which we call in kabbalah, the sphero, all those energy centers become a vessel. They become available to channel light. Light from within you that comes out, that you emanate into the world, and light that is being poured into you. Now, is it worth it? Is it worth it to make a commitment to do this year differently so that you get your whole life back? And you become a vessel for peace, for what is so immaterial and so lasting and so divine to actually land within you? Because your radio frequency is no longer in static is a clear signal. And when there is a clear signal, you just bump right into the synchronicity. Every day, you become a walking vibration that you're emitting is just this walking blessing. Everywhere you go, people Feel regulated and tapped in and turned on. Okay, so let me just go over some of these notes, and let's see if we can start to put the puzzle pieces together. And then I'm going to walk you through a visualization. Okay. So the core energy of Capricorn is about mastery of your inner worlds. It's not control, it's not suppression, it's mastery. So in Kabalo, we talk about this month where the work is not external, it's internal. The universe is not asking you to do more, it's asking you to be more, to uncover more from within. So the spiritual question is, can you stay in alignment when nothing outside, nothing external is forcing you? But you have the discipline to choose alignment. So this month is teaching us that true power is quiet. It's not dramatic, it's not reactive. It's the strength to pause, it's the strength to choose. It's the strength to act from truth instead of impulse. Capricorn sometimes, as I said before, gets labeled as overly disciplined, strong work ethic, ambitious. That's true. But it's a surface layer. Look. Because what Kabbalah teaches us about Capricorn is it's actually about becoming a vessel of containment. It's a vessel strong enough to hold infinite blessing. Let me say that again. This month is about creating the vessel. And a vessel has an actual structure to it so that it can hold. Think about a water vessel that's not leaking so it can hold the water. Oh, that's a beautiful blessing right now. You can share that water. You can have that water, right? A beautiful well that's not cracked at the bottom is life giving. Right? It's not contaminated because the vessel has a structure to it. It can hold the divine blessing. So Capricorn energy is saying to you, if you can't hold it, you can't receive it. Capricorn energy is saying, if your nervous system is chaotic, abundance will leak. Capricorn energy is saying to you, if your life has no structure, if your day, if your mind, if your inner world doesn't have a feeling of standard and boundary of what it is about, then blessings will be something that your system feels overwhelmed by. Right? You won't be able to support the blessing. So this is not about working harder. It's about becoming that internal, stable vessel. So as I said before, this month of Capricorn comes right after Sagittarius, because Sagittarius is all about light and the miracle of light. It's the revelation of light. And Capricorn is about Integration and sustaining that light. So in other words, you're not chasing any more light or miracles. You're becoming the vessel that sustains it. So the work of the month is slowing reactions, choosing restraint over impulse, responding instead of reacting, practicing consistency over intensity. Leading yourself even when no one is watching. This is why this month can feel introspective. This is strength training for the soul. Okay, so Capricorn in, in a sentence would be Life responds to the person who has a steadiness. So the person who wins the month of Capricorn is not the loudest, not the busiest. It's not the person who's self sacrificing or self portraying Capricorn. You win the day in Capricorn when you are the most grounded, the most regulated and the most self led. This is why this exact time, it says this in the Kabbalah, in the lunar calendar is the most powerful time. Think of this. This is from thousands of years ago, before we even changed the calendars. Most powerful time to reset habits, create morning rituals, change your idea of your identity. Because you can actually implement it. Who you say you are, you can actually do it. You can actually follow through. You're not manifesting through force, you're creating the vessel to hold what's trying to come in. Tell me in the chat, before I go further, what's the one thing I just said that you're like? That is something I need to remember. That is something that really just landed for me. Creating the vessel for the light to come in. Steadiness day should have standards. All of it. Awesome. Not by force. Grounded slowing reaction. Standard Self direction. Expanded vessel. Exactly. It's good stuff. Foreign. Let's keep going. So the corrected energy, right? When we talk about what is really the energy of Capricorn and how are we supposed to tap in when you're living it correctly. You ready for this one? Discipline becomes self honoring. When we get it this month. Discipline becomes self honoring. Structure becomes safety. Boundaries become freedom. And consistency becomes peace. I said to you at the beginning of today's call that there's going to be so much in this class that's going to make you feel this. This feeling of ease and relief. This is it. I'm going to repeat what I just said. Discipline becomes self honoring. Structure becomes safety. Boundaries become freedom. Consistency becomes peace. The expression of this month is calm authority. Calm emotional regulation. You like that in the zoom? Clear standards. The next one's my favorite. Slow mornings. Thoughtful decisions and choosing the long term truth over the short term comfort. How uncanny. Is it like I've been doing this with you guys for months, Those of you in my community, you know, every single month I talk about the energy of the month, whether it's Virgo or Gemini or whatever, right? How fascinating that right here, right now, when the whole world is scribbling out their resolutions, we're talking about exactly what it is that we need. But the reason I brought up the executive function is because what we found is kids can have all of the goals that they want and the parents for sure have even more goals for their kids, which is sometimes problematic. Like I want you to get straight A's, whatever it is. But what we found is the only way the kid actually performs well in the classroom is by creating the structure, the executive function that the person says, okay, the scantron is here, the paper is here, dah, dah, dah, dah. Everything's organized now I can follow through. Now I can show up. It's the Marie Condo. It's the structure, it's everything in its place. It's the vessel first. The vessel first. And what we're looking at, right? When you just take an honest look at yourself or you take an honest look at the people that you know, everyone's in the chaos, busy, over functioning, not steady, no vessel, right? And now you ask that person, make some goals, make a list. How's it going to actually happen when the vessel, it's not there, the structure's not in place. That is a lack of self integrity. So this month is where we learn that we're more willing, okay, to discipline, to disappoint others than we are willing to disappoint ourselves. So whatever your over commitments are, we're not doing over commitments anymore, right? Whatever it is, that's all underneath coming from guilt, we're not doing it anymore. Because the best way for us to have an impact on all those people that we now feel like we have to over commit to is actually to be the most shiny vessel we can be, which means self honoring, self discipline, having the standard. So let's go a little bit further. So we talked about how we need those slow mornings and many of you are going to be with me. We are going to be doing slow mornings together, starting on the first, which is just a couple days from now. And the way that's going to work, by the way, typo one, if you're going to be with us, you're going to start your year with us. So I'm going to be live every single day for 14 days. And if you cannot make it live. We will send it to you so that you can do it later in the day. But it's a beautiful way to commit to this exact work we're talking about. And they're going to be short mornings, 15 minutes, so that you can get back into whatever it is you're doing. A lot of people have holiday travel, but the last three days of the 14 days will be three master classes. Those will each be an hour a piece. The first 14, the first 11 days will be like quick 15 minutes, slow mornings. I'll be giving you little nuggets of wisdom, but it'll be mostly about starting the year with a practice of that discipline to come into that mindful place where we tap in, where we turn on, where we actually become the vessel every single morning. And there'll be some journaling. I think you're really going to enjoy it. We do it in our community already, but we're going to do it with a little bit of nuggets of wisdom that are going to be building blocks towards our three master classes, which will each be an hour. Those will be January 12th, 13th and 14th. But the first 11 days, we will be doing a live morning practice. And along the way, there'll be two mornings, there'll be two different mornings where we actually do a little evaluation of how much you've stayed disciplined to your own commitment to yourself, and that'll be really helpful as well. So if you really want to get this year, like, started, where you are showing up in the way that we're talking about right now, and you have the Capricorn vibes to support you. Right? The stars are aligned to support you the best in this right now. Okay, so some of the things we can start to consider for Capricorn, morning practices that are slow and intentional. Fewer decisions, more consistency. Journaling before the world enters your nervous system. Let me say that again. We will be doing this together, but these are some things for you to be considering, whether or not you're coming with us for the 14 days or not. Journaling before the world gets. Before the world enters your nervous system. So important. Choosing peace over proving. Saying no without explanation. Building rituals that support your energy, not drain it. So the energy of Capricorn rewards repetition, not urgency. So Capricorn is not about becoming harder. It's about becoming steady and creating a very clear vessel that has the capacity to receive. It's not leaking anywhere, and it's centered. Capricorn Energy is not here to make you work. It's here to make you trust yourself. And here's the thing, you guys, when you say you're gonna do something year after year and you don't do it, you say that you're gonna meditate, you say that you're gonna take the walk, you say that you're gonna go to the gym, you say you're gonna be kinder to yourself in whatever ways you know that you need to self honor. You stop trusting yourself. Because you know what you say? I can't trust my own word. My word is not good to me. My word is good to other people, but not to myself. And that's a big problem when you lose self trust. And so this year we're not going to do that. And I said this to you before, we did a class on intentions. Whether we want to admit it or not, we're all committed. We're 100% committed. Whether we know we're committed or not. Just most of the time we're committed to not showing up for ourself. It's a commitment. We don't want to admit that it is. But we have gotten into such a place of self betrayal that we know if we tell ourselves we're going to do something, we know 100% we're going to dabble, but we're really not going to do it. And we would not do that to our best friend or to our child. We just wouldn't do it. So so much of this is because we don't have our own attention, right? Our mind is very busy and it's mostly recycling a lot of stories that you get to choose. But whether or not you know it, you're choosing those stories by not committing to choosing a different story and to focus your attention in another way. So that's why this work and that's why some of you know this about me. My background is a combination of the study of mindfulness and learning and getting certified to teach mindfulness meditation. This was in 2007 and 8. And that just happened to be the three years I spent doing that were the three years right after I spent three years in Jerusalem studying Kabbalah. So I've learned that those two very lasting, very ancient practices together are amazing, right? The spiritual insight, the spiritual wisdom combined with presence, combined with the discipline to take your own attention back. If you combine those two things, ain't no one going to be able to stop you. You're going to be able to turn your thoughts to things. It gets real and it's amazing. And the amount of abundance you can create will be so obvious because of the abundance that you created inside of yourself. There is a resonance that you will have that is unmistakable.
So I hope that you learned something great from that. Remember, if you want the full replay, go to kathyheller.com Capricorn okay, here are the takeaways.

Host: Cathy Heller
Theme: Making Manifestation Make Sense: Harnessing Capricorn Energy for Real Transformation
In this special episode, Cathy Heller shares an insightful masterclass focused on leveraging the energy of Capricorn season—Dec 22 through Jan 19—for profound transformation and authentic manifestation. This isn’t about fleeting motivation or surface-level resolutions. Instead, Cathy teaches how to align with the discipline, devotion, and containment energy of Capricorn in order to build sustainable habits, set boundaries, and become the vessel capable of holding true abundance and miracles. The episode blends Kabbalistic wisdom, mindset shifts, and practical exercises for starting 2026 with clarity, ease, and real self-honor.
“Discipline becomes self honoring. Structure becomes safety. Boundaries become freedom. Consistency becomes peace.”
(Cathy Heller, 33:39 and reiterated in the takeaways, 35:45)
“If you can't hold it, you can't receive it. … If your nervous system is chaotic, abundance will leak.”
(Cathy Heller, 22:00)
“The universe is not asking you to do more, it's asking you to be more, to uncover more from within.”
(Cathy Heller, 35:40)
“Life responds to the person who has a steadiness.”
(Cathy Heller, 29:50)
“The best way for us to have an impact … is actually to be the most shiny vessel we can be, which means self honoring, self discipline, having the standard.”
(Cathy Heller, 36:54)
Make discipline a form of self devotion.
Create boundaries and structure that feel loving and supportive, not punitive.
Focus on becoming the vessel for your blessings.

Choose peace over proving; say no without explaining; build energy-supporting habits.
Cathy closes by reminding listeners:
“The best way for us to have an impact on all the people that we feel like we have to over commit to is to be the most shiny vessel we can be.” (36:54)
She invites the audience to join her 14-day slow mornings series and masterclasses to lean fully into Capricorn’s supportive energy and start the year from a place of grounded alignment and unshakeable self-trust.
