Welcome back to the Kathy Heller Podcast. I hope you had a good weekend. Yesterday was one of those days where my heart just broke. I think there are moments where you just meet up with that edge and there's something that you've been needing to be with and face, and there it is. And then you just have to give yourself a day or however many days just to kind of be with whatever the feeling is. And it's so interesting because the day before, I was feeling so much peace and I was taking a nap on the swing outside my house, and my kids and I had an art class, and I was like, oh, my God, this is really life. Just so much drinking in of these, like, peaceful, special, simple moments. And then a day later, it's just amazing how we can bump into things that are just waiting for us to slow down enough to kind of visit these parts of ourself that just need a little attention and care. So I hear you. I get it. I sent a Sunday email. Anyone who's on my email list, you know, I send a personal email every Sunday, and I said that I'm in a season where the relationship I'm pursuing is a relationship with my most authentic self and with God and my goals. This Season are not about achievements or metrics. They're like, really focus on how much deeper every day can I come to find the peace within me and have a conversation with God. So I support all of us on this journey. And today I'm happy that we're going to be sharing a interview I did on Angela Foster's podcast. It's called High Performance Health Podcast. And I just really enjoyed the way she interviewed. And I loved the conversation we had. We talked about how to rewire your reality using the wisdom of Kavala and the science of energy, and how you can shift your vibration to attract abundance and miracles into your everyday life. Angela asked me such beautiful questions, and this conversation really gets to the heart of how you can move from fear into faith and start living in alignment with your soul. So I wanted to share this with you. Take a listen.
Angela Foster
I've been listening to you a lot today and just been in your energy, which is such beautiful energy. So I know this is just going to be a lovely, lovely interview. Welcome to the show.
Kathy Heller
Thank you. That is so kind.
Angela Foster
It's so nice to have you here. I think the first question that I have for you because so many people struggle with this, is when we talk about abundance and it being our birthright. How can you kind of translate that for someone listening to this who is struggling to. To feel that sense of abundance?
Kathy Heller
Okay, so first of all, my background, I studied Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism, living in Jerusalem for three years after college, and I've been studying that for 20 something years. But there was like a chapter in my life when I was like, literally just swooning over pages of mysticism. That's all I was doing. And then when I moved to Los Angeles, I was studying mindfulness and meditation and how the body actually responds when we're in flow state. I was studying that at UCLA for three years. So when you combine the body, what we actually see scientifically, when we're actually in alignment. Right. There's data on that. And what happens in the brain when we're actually in a state of heart coherence and open, when we're actually an open channel. And you combine that with the spiritual technology and the language of Kabbalah and understanding the world, now you'll understand why I say everything I'm about to say. Okay, so the answer to your question is there's a lens that most people are looking through, which is just completely. It's false because you're only seeing reality with your eyes, and the eyes actually don't See, they don't perceive reality itself. Most of reality is an infinite field of energetic molecules and atoms. And your eyes don't perceive that, right? And so we are living in an energetic spiritual world and we're operating from a very limited view most of the time until we read Einstein or we start learning Kabbalah, or we start taking, you know, part in meditation and we start to see further because we see so much further with our eyes closed. With our eyes open. So the, the way that it actually works is we are each a vessel for the infinite. And so there, there is only because you can't limit God, right? The energy that is swirling the rings around Saturn is the same energy that's flowing through us. And you were really sweet before we just started. You were like, I love your energy. Energy is the only thing that's actually impressive energy, right? There's a lamp behind you and it's a nice lamp, but if there was no electricity, moving through would be useless. It's the electricity that it emits, right? And so we are each capable of emitting that level of electricity. Some light bulbs have 50 watts, some light bulbs have 100 watts, right? What's the capacity of a light bulb? Right? We as human beings, as souls, we have an infinite capacity as a light bulb. We're just not using it. So I don't know if that makes complete and total sense, but I hope that that starts to begin the discussion of how I would answer that question.
Angela Foster
Yeah, it does. It absolutely does. And I think like one of the things that I've heard you speak quite a bit about is that in order for us to really open up our abundance, you often, I think, ask the question about how much can we give? And people feel like they can give a lot, but they don't always feel that they're ready to receive. And it's this concept of us being a vessel, right, And a conduit for energy, energy to come and that we need to expand our capacity to receive. I think this is an area that people genuinely struggle with. What do you see as the key blocks that people have here?
Kathy Heller
I mean, it really is uncanny because there are people who are therapists who do ifs internal family systems work. Another word for that sometimes is parts work. Because there are different parts of us, right? There are different aspects of who's running the show. Sometimes we're operating from fear, sometimes we're operating from our truth, sometimes we're operating from, from a reactive place because there's an eight year old girl inside of us who had a particular experience and we're not responding as ourself, we're responding as this other part of ourselves, right? So there are parts of ourselves that do not feel worthy and there are parts of ourselves that were conditioned to believe in that. We don't get to have what we want. It's not even an option. And so when those parts are running the show, we're not at peace. And we can't receive the part of us that's actually us, right? The essence of who we are. When we're really not reactive, we're responding. When we're really feeling at peace, that part of us has an infinite capacity to receive. That part of us has courage, that part of us has equanimity because that part of us feels whole. So that part of us doesn't need anything. It doesn't need more abundance, it doesn't need validation, it doesn't need to achieve to prove its worthiness. It feels whole and the mind swirls all day long. That's what minds do. And it pumps out a lot of cortisol. And it's always in lack, it never is at a resting state. The heart is always in wholeness, it's always a peace, it's always full. So if you're ever in a moment and you want to check in with these two parts of yourself, you'll notice your mind always has some headline for you about what you need to do, what's missing, what the problem is. And if you asked your heart at any given moment what it wants you to know, it gives you just this wisdom and everything is as it is and everything's okay. The part of us that moves from that heart creates abundance because we, we create abundance from abundance. We don't create abundance from lack. So when you're moving from your mind, which is all ego driven, you'll just keep pushing abundance further and further away. When you're moving from the heart, which is whole, which is peaceful, which is calm, which is flowing and overflowing and always in a state of giving and receiving and giving and receiving. I mean literally that is what the heart muscle does. And the heart is the very first thing created on the human being. It's first just a heart. Yeah, yeah. So all wisdom comes from there. There's actually no wisdom in the mind. They recently did fmris on monks and looked at their brain waves. They're very little brain activity and a tremendous amount of wisdom. So where's the wisdom coming from? It's not coming from the mind, it's coming from the heart. So when we become a force for energy, that is a heart centered experience. And then every opportunity you become a magnet for it. Because you're not moving from this illusion, this lack. You're moving from the part of you that is connected to the divine. And it opens and unlocks and rearranges. It is just, you know, love has a higher vibration than fear. So love actually creates coherent patterns in the atmosphere. We can actually see that under a microscope where if somebody's coming from fear, it actually creates a chaotic scene in the atmosphere. So that is why, you know, you look at like David and Goliath or anything that's ever been, that the truth is a just, it's a more coherent, more resonant. It will just always create and fear and lack and proving and impressing and all that will just never allow in abundance. Because it's actually, it's like a resistance to our heart as opposed to just the full embodying and claiming of what we already are. Which is, as my rabbi says, you are a masterpiece. You are a piece of the master. You are someone because you are some of the one. And all there is is oneness. And so the mind takes us into this illusion that nothing's one and therefore we have to prove and it's never enough. And we always feel behind and we never feel full. And when you move into a mindful state, you just completely in love with life, you have more than enough and you're in awe of what you already get to appreciate that you have. Boom. Now you just became a vehicle for more abundance. Because abundance creates abundance.
Angela Foster
Yeah, that's obviously true. It's really interesting as well, isn't it? Because when you experience that flow and that kind of magnetism, as you say, doors unlock, things happen that you could never have predicted. You connect with people that you could never have even. I found I could never have even seen an opening as to how that could have happened.
Kathy Heller
It's constant. Yeah, it's. You know, I mentioned the rings around Saturn earlier. We have all this imposter syndrome usually. And then we also have all this arrogance, like you can't even conceive of how the universe is working, but it's working right. And then all of a sudden you think you know how it's supposed to happen. It's so much bigger than us. And the people who've become the most fulfilled, the most impactful, the most significant, the most successful, they move from vision. It's their capacity to see before it actually is created. Things always are created first. In the form of energy, and then they take form as matter. They always begin in the form of consciousness. So when the consciousness is elevated, you're just literally printing on a three dimensional level all the time from an elevated state.
Angela Foster
If someone's listening to this, right, and they're thinking, I want to access that right more, and let's assume that they're clear on what they want, right? Because there's some people actually, and we can talk about that in a bit, that don't yet maybe have the clarity. But if someone's clear on where they want to go, but they have this fear and doubt that comes in, right? And that could be that, for example, in any level, it could be they're trying to attract the right partner into their life, but they feel they have a history of not having good relationships, for example, so they have this fear that they might never meet the right person, or they haven't yet experienced wealth. And so they're not sure that they can attract that wealth and abundance. Or they are struggling with a health condition and they want to visualize and see themselves as in, you know, true kind of 100% health. But it's hard not to fixate on what's going on. What would you say to them? How can they embrace that level of abundance?
Kathy Heller
First of all, there's real trauma that people have experienced. And it's interesting because every single one of us has our own version of trauma. And what we tend to do is we compare our trauma to someone else's trauma and then we negate ours. Like, well, it wasn't as bad, you know, when my husband and I got married, his father died unexpectedly when he was 13. My dad actually unexpectedly left. My parents got divorced when I was 13. We used to talk about that. And I would say, oh my God, mine is nothing compared to yours. Like your father's dead, you know, like. And then I realize, first of all, it's totally irrelevant. Like my soul path and what I experienced, that is for me, my version of whatever was the highs, whatever were the lows. That's how I. That's the blueprint in which I became who I am. Those are my, that's my trauma, my, my. All of the, the good, the bad, the ugly, same thing for him. I say this because people are walking around with so much unhealed trauma and then they're trying to access a higher register of consciousness. And literally the body itself, somatically, like literally on a physiological level, is in fight or flight because of the trauma. And your body is your Body's creating the vibration before you're even thinking about what your vibration is. So if you're, for instance, if you're walking down a dark alley before you think the thought, I'm scared, I probably shouldn't be here. Your body was already scared, your heart rate was moving, your pupils were dilated. So if you had a traumatic, any kind of trauma, you know, little one, big one, you were always criticized by your parents. Whatever it was, it doesn't again, doesn't matter what other people experience. Whatever ours was, if we have not yet healed or processed that, and then we're trying to make this jump into like a higher vibration. Think about water on a stove. You put it on a stove, it's, it's tepid, it's lukewarm. Whatever it is, it doesn't boil instantly. That's not physics. But what it does is it gets hotter. And then if you keep it on the stove, it gets hotter and hotter and hotter until the molecules move and they change and they boil. And when the molecules are bubbling and buzzing that quickly, what do they do? They change three dimensional matter. If you took hard, hard pasta that you could not break with your teeth and you put it in boiling water, it bends it, doesn't it? Because that level of frequency changes reality. Well, when we're feeling heavy, we're not going to just boil the water in one second, but we can move toward boiling water, right? And so a lot of times people are very frustrated that they can't get the water to boil instantly. I can't feel good immediately. Forget it, forget the whole thing. I'm not going to meditate, I'm not going to do affirmations, I'm not going to visualize because it didn't happen immediately. It's like there's a building of your capacity to keep feeling, oh, this really is available to me. Oh my God. There's more energy that's moving through me. Oh my God. I can perceive a greater reality. Oh my gosh. This has always been here. I just was telling myself so loudly, I'm not worthy of this that I couldn't even perceive it. And now I'm perceiving it. Oh my God. This is so exciting. You feel that, right? So the reason yoga is a practice, there are people who know how to do every one of the poses, but they do it consistently for years because it's about deepening that practice, the reason people meditate and pray. And it's about deepening the practice so that eventually the water is boiling and then you get to a place where the water boils every day. And in my life, the water boils every day mostly, but not all day. Not all day. And there are many moments where I go, oh, I see what just happened. This part of me that's very familiar and addicted to stress and pressure just came right back on.
Angela Foster
You slipped into it.
Kathy Heller
I stepped right in, totally unconsciously. And now it's been four hours or 80 minutes or whatever it's been. And I'm going to move myself back by beginning to turn the stove on. Right. And telling my body it's safe to let this go, it's safe to heal this. I'm going to listen to whatever the body is saying. Sometimes if you lean in, your chest is tight, your back is tight, you're feeling your stomach, you know, stressed, just ask it. All right, I'm here. Tell me what you need me to hear.
Angela Foster
You.
Kathy Heller
Well, I want to hear you. Why are you stressed? Right? And your body will say, I'm just frustrated. I don't like this. And then you'll say, where is this coming from? And what do you need me to do so that you can feel safe to let go? And, I mean, this is what people do in breath work. This is kind of what we're doing, you know, in any kind of healing modality. But those of us who've done some kind of healing know how to take care of ourselves when those things happen. Right. And then move back into the water. Starting to boil again. Right. But another really important piece of this is who you spend time with, because human beings can be, like, wi fi for you. Like, you said it again. It was so nice. You said, I love being in your energy. Right. There are certain people, you're in their energy, all of a sudden it's like the sky part. So you can see the sun again. Right. Because we actually feed off of each other's energy. If you're with somebody who has low energy, that's going to be affecting. That's going to be there right now. Instead of worrying about protecting your energy in that situation, you could project your energy because the person with the most resin energy will win. So if you're in a space, because.
Angela Foster
What the other energy will raise to the whole vibration.
Kathy Heller
Yeah, exactly. That's just. It's like water seeks its own level eventually and, like, raises to the point. Yeah, but what has to happen is just the acknowledgement, because the question you asked is, what if somebody's been struggling or. There has to be an acknowledgment that the body is dysregulated. And we need to understand the arc of moving from where we are to the boiling water and not feeling this, setting ourself up to fail. Because we need that feeling to happen instantly. But we can start moving toward that feeling instantly. Right. And then start getting. Until we start letting in the abundance and letting ourself know it's safe to feel good.
Angela Foster
I love that. I mean, it's just interesting, isn't it? Because, like, with. I noticed with like, somatic breath work, things like that, you can actually move that attention through the body. I feel like. I don't know about you. I feel like we're living. It's almost harder for people because we live in such a distracted world that it's so easy to use distraction to go on social media, which actually leads to more kind of comparisonitis. If you like it, it drops a lot of your neurotransmitters. You feel so kind of kicked out that it's almost like we haven't created space anymore. I remember as a child, I didn't have a smartphone.
Kathy Heller
Right.
Angela Foster
So I would sit in the car and I would just look out the window and dream. You know, we've almost. It's almost a forgotten art, right, of giving ourselves that space.
Kathy Heller
Yeah. That's why this conversation and conversations like this are so powerful and important because we're walking around with an unconscious amount of grief all the time, and we think that's just quote, unquote, life. And we can feel so much better and we can have such a greater experience when we begin to understand what's happening and we start to become conscious of where we've been unconscious. And we can start to open our lives up to so many miracles and incredible experiences and our real potential, which is to turn our thoughts into things.
Angela Foster
Yeah. So true. I mean, when you were talking about love earlier, what really, like, struck me was I. When I was sort of at my worst, if you like, I was. I used to be a corporate lawyer and I was so burnt out, so depressed, had major depressive disorder with bipolar episodes. And it culminated because I had this kind of prison in my own mind. It culminated with hospitalization with double pneumonia. And I was kind of like, there was a way out at that point. Right. Because it wasn't clear if I was going to get well. I was neutropenic, my white blood cell count was so low, and it was viral bacterial pneumonia. And after my children came to see me in the hospital, I looked at photos on my phone of them afterwards. And I felt this deep, what you were talking about there, this deep and profound sense of love. And that's what I connected with. And when I felt that love for my kids, I was like, I've got to get well. Mind, body, well, this. I've got to be there to see them grow up. So all the other stuff that kind of fell away. And I just felt that I had this kind of mission, if you like, that I was going to get out of here and I was going to get well. And so I made that decision. And within 48 hours of me making that decision, my white blood cell count started to rise. And they thought they. I later learned they thought they would have to intubate me. They never did. And it just created this transformational healing process. And for me, I then have like perpetually focus on health, not on, you know, what could have been or the damage that was caused, things like that and have been moving towards. But I think, you know, sometime it takes something really bad, right? And you can reach that deep kind of transcendent experience which is transformational. That's what some people do, right? Events like Dr. Joe Dispenza. But when we're looking at it on a. On a daily basis and we're all familiar with what you're saying there of like, you feel that you've slipped into kind of some of this old programming and you can, if you check in with the body, as you're saying and ask it, you can feel. That's right, tension. There's different things. You might be getting a racing heart, you feel stiff, any number of symptoms. How do people move, like just slowly move up. You were saying about asking the body what it needs. How do they, you know, let's say someone is. They're focused on their ill health or they're looking at their bank balance and they just feel that sense of panic, but they want to move towards this new reality. How can they shift that?
Kathy Heller
I mean, first of all, for me, when I was living in Israel and learning Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism, the reason that I say I'm beginning with this piece is because it was like hitting control, alt, delete on the software program inside of me. I truly believe that. And I have so much data that can back up what I'm saying. We have to have a spiritual life. You have to. And if you read Dr. Lisa Miller's books about the awakened brain, and she has been published in over a hundred of the most impressive medical journals, like the highest standard medical journals around, what it does to the Brain and body. When we have a spiritual connection with the divine, it's unquestionable that we were made to have that. We don't even have the same. First of all, it gives an upgrade to our mitochondria. It literally creates bioluminescence in our cells without having a connection to the fields, to the quantum fields. It's like basically walking around and the server's off. There's no cloud, there's no data, there's no signal. Okay? So we're not made to walk around separate from this divinity. Okay? So that's so important because for instance, in Judaism, when you wake up in the morning, the first thing that you say when you open your eyes is. It's a prayer. It's two lines, and it basically says, thank you, God, for returning my soul to my body, because you need me here today and you have faith in me to do whatever is my divine assignment today. Why that is so important is because when you know that you're a soul that is connected to the infinite and your soul is, was, and will be, and every single day you're on, you have divine instructions for asking God, where would you have me go? What would you have me know? And you're setting out because it's not about outcome today. It's about you doing the assignment of your soul. You'll have a fulfilling day every single day. The ego, which. There's either love or fear. Okay? The ego is ruled by fear. It feels separate from God. And when something is afraid, what does it try to do? Control everything. So the ego says, you have to predict how this is going to go. You need an outcome. You need to validate your experience by having success. You know, everything is about the outcome. The soul is uninterested in the outcome. The soul says, I'm here because of just being here. I'm giving love because I want to give love to this person, not because of what I'll get. I'm writing this book not because I want to hit the New York Times list, but because I feel called to say these words. I'm. I'm showing up to offer my friend support. And it's okay with me if this person doesn't leap out of their chair and say how grateful they are that I'm here. I'm just here. You see how different that is? So when you're not soul directed, when you're ego centered, egocentric, nothing feels good. No amount of success even will do it, because the ego will just say, cool, let's move the goalpost let's do that. Bigger. Again, this, that. The Kabbalah says that your soul doesn't even get a reward from the outcome. It only gets a reward for the intention. Can you imagine? Intention creates effect, not what the outcome is. Because you don't know why you're where you are today, Right? Two days ago I was with my kids. There's a whole craze now with these little toys. They're called the Boo Boos. They're like viral. These little monsters, these little dolls. And you can get them if you wait on a long line at the store, Pop Mart. But it's like really hard to do. And then once you get in, sometimes they don't have them. So they became a craze and people mark them up. Instead of $30 at the original store, they're now like a hundred or two hundred. It's crazy, right? So my eight year old is like, I really want one. We went to the store, we couldn't get in the line. This one was sold out. She really wants it. It's summer break. Fine, let's try to get it. So we drive all the way out, like way far from our house to this tiny little hole in the wall store where this woman, she's done well for herself. She got a bunch of them, she marked them all up. We're standing there and I'm thinking, this is a racket. I can't believe I'm doing this. Like, my daughter's 8.
Angela Foster
I had this with LOL dolls a few years.
Kathy Heller
Right, right, right, right, totally. So I'm with my 8 year old, but she's got her friend there, so I'm, I'm in for two. I gotta get at least two of these, right? And I know that this woman, she's marked them up from 30 bucks to 150 bucks. I'm like, this is ridiculous. But all right, fine. So we're standing there and while we're standing there and the woman next to me, she's trying to buy hers. And we're all, you know, whatever, and we're, we're getting through the whole thing. This woman walks in and she's from an organization that's like a Make a Wish foundation. And she says, I'm here from such and such organization. I'm here on behalf of an eight year old kid who's dying and he asked for this Labu Boo and I only have $30. She says to the woman at the desk, is there any way. I heard you have them. I drove here for him. She starts to cry. And the woman behind the desk says, They're $100, but I'm just going to give it to you. You don't. You don't need to give me $30. And then me and this other woman say, can we also buy you one? You know what I'm saying? So she walks out with three of them, and she's crying, and we're all crying. And I say to my kids, did you see how all I said it in front of the saleswoman who's crying. We're all crying. I said, do you see how as much as you wanted this toy, do you see how everyone in this room felt when we got to give it to someone else? So we thought we came here for this. This reward, this dopamine hit of getting the toy. Now, you know, it was a much bigger dopamine hit, and it really wasn't dopamine because it's really a lasting, meaningful hit. It was the purpose of being able to be involved in that. She gave us purpose. We felt connected to something purposeful, which is way better than a doll. And then the woman hands me the receipt, and it was 55500, okay? Because I wound up buying. I have older daughters, too. I wound up buying a few. And I said to her, you know, have you ever seen a receipt that says 55500? Usually it's like $115.88. Like, I've never seen a receipt. Usually it's like 11100 or 4. 4 I get. I said, there must be a message in that for you. And she goes, and what about for you? I said, okay. So we leave. We go eat, like, three doors down. And we're sitting there, and the woman comes to find us. She saw me go to this cafe, and she's like, what does it mean, 555. So I go to chat GPT, and I look it up, and it says 555. Means it's. It. It's the angel numbers of telling you that you're about to move to a higher timeline and whatever you've been through was for a purpose. And she starts to cry and says, you don't understand. I just got divorced. I needed to hear this message. I needed you to come in today. I'm telling you this because I have these experiences all the time. But my point is, when we wake up in the morning, our ego says, you better create more. You need more piles of things. You need more money. You need more affirmation of people liking you. You need More validation, more followers. It's so ego driven. It's obsessed with itself. The soul says, I have way bigger dreams than that. I want to have a mystical experience today. I want to have something happen that makes me feel not successful, but significant. I want to feel impact. I want to feel connected to a stranger. I want to feel synchronicity today. That's so much cooler than a Range Rover. But the ego says, I'm only whole depending on how much I have around me. And the soul says, I'm whole because of how much I have within me. Right? So as we kind of start to move through this, what I'm saying is, if you don't have a spiritual experience with life, you're missing the sound and light show, you're missing the orchestra, you're missing all of it. So to me, ultimately, the answer to your question is having that spiritual blueprint roadmap, right? And finding that. And, you know, you can find it in different ways. Like, some people do study Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism. Some people study the Vedas and yoga and Buddhism. When I spoke to Deepak Chopra, the two times that I hung out with him, he was speaking to me in Hebrew because he's so brilliant. And he's like, I can interchange the Hebrew words with my words. And it's like where the rivers lead to the same ocean, right? And so. And not, by the way, that's not true for everything, Right? There are definitely people peddling a lie, but there are certain wisdom traditions that really are using different words to say the exact same thing. And when you find it, you know, because everything in your body should feel like love.
Angela Foster
I love that everything in your body should feel like love. I've heard you talk about going with this, the spiritual practice. I've heard you say that you should meditate every day, twice a day, Right. And that you do that. I'd love to hear more about how you wake up in the morning. I love what you said earlier. That was what. Tell me again, please. I want to adopt this. It was beautiful.
Kathy Heller
The prayer, what was it? Yeah, the prayer is. Which means, thank you, God, for returning my soul to my body. Because you have great faith in me. What you put me here to do, like, the reason most people are in pain is because they don't feel worthy. But you're not just loved by God. You're needed. That's how worthy you are, that you actually have so much value. And your value doesn't come from your career or where you went to college. It comes from Your heart just being you, with your specific beautiful soul and being present in the world. And we all know that, we've all had that experience. You're standing in the grocery store and there's somebody with really beautiful energy and they bless your day. Not because they convinced you of how smart they are, not because of the car they're driving, but because of their just beingness. So when you get that every single day, and that's how you wake up every day, you see the divine in everyone and you see how you're able to love other people into life, what greater power could you have than knowing everywhere you go you're going to bring people more life force. You're going to remind them of who they are. It's like walking with like a Jedi, like sword. And we all have that lightsaber.
Angela Foster
Yeah, that's beautiful. So you, when, when you wake up in the morning, how do you stay connected to that? So you say your prayer.
Kathy Heller
I mean, to me, like, look, I spent years, I've spent years studying this. And once you. What? Words don't teach, okay? Words don't teach. Like we're having a conversation and it's beautiful. But ultimately, experience changes us, not words, right? So living in Jerusalem and having the experience of the kinds of moments with God, the kinds of uncanny feelings in my body, the kinds of synchronicities, the ways people exchanged and transmitted energy to me and I to them, Right. And even every day, like I just said the other day, Right. But when you live it, you experience it. You can never unsee it. So how do I stay in it? Because I'm in it.
Angela Foster
Because you're in it. Yeah, because I'm in it.
Kathy Heller
And I've been in it for a long time. But if you want to be in it, here's the really cool thing about the way the universe works, the way God works. If you were to set out today and say, okay, God, you're on. I want to have a mystical day. I want you to show me, show me that it's here. Give me an experience. You'll have it, guaranteed. If you really are willing to say, I want my whole day to feel like a conversation with the divine, that I find myself in conversations with people standing in line at the bus stop, at my kids school. And these are all divine conversations where I'm needed and there's a purpose to me being there. And there's some synchronicity about what's happening. You're going to find it everywhere. And then you start to experience life. This way. And you never go back because you realize you were missing out. It was always right there. It's like in the Sixth Sense when he's like, he was there the whole time. It's like there's a movie with Bruce Willis and this little boy sees ghosts. And then you watch the movie again. You're like, hey, he was there. It's like he was there the whole time. It was there the whole time. But when your glasses aren't on, which is what we started the conversation with, and you're only looking at a physical scarcity reality lens, you're just not going to see every opportunity that's right in front of you all the time. It's non stop, non stop. I mean, I have a million examples of this from my own life. But what I will say is, what you can do also is remember that we work like a radio, right? The word Kabbalah means to receive. That's what it means. Le cabel means to receive. So what that means is a radio is like a receiver. And when a radio is on, music plays through it. But if radio is off, there's no music in the room. And that's ridiculous because the music is in the room. When you turn the radio on, where was the music? It was hidden in plain sight. It just had to be turned on. And now the frequency is moving through this receiver so many times, we're just, the radio's off. So if you close your eyes and for like 30 seconds, you say, I want to tune in to what's hidden in plain sight, what is already in escrow. And I want to feel the love, the possibility, the energy, the creativity, the equanimity, the passion, the compassion. Whatever it is, you'll just start to feel it. And as you tune in, you can feel with your whole body, oh, my gosh. Which one do you want to select as your station? Which one do you want to choose as the music that you play? Okay, maybe you're going to just feel what it feels like to be in wholeness, surrender, inner peace. Boom, there it is. Boom, there it is. And then you realize you have the capacity to feel all of this. So why would you wait for something to happen to make you feel that when you can feel that right now? And so you just tune the radio and you start hearing the song and you become the song. You realize you are the piece of. You are the love. You are now going to bring that peace and love into the world. And when you move in the world from that radio station, the whole world will Reflect that song.
Angela Foster
You can feel that as well. When you close your eyes, you can feel yourself move right into our space. Yeah, really, really quickly.
Podcast Host
That's the problem.
Angela Foster
That's the practice. I heard you also say, actually when I was prepping for this, I heard you talk about when people are not getting the result that they want. I think you'd actually put on. It was very interesting. I think you actually must have been. One of your sessions that I was watching on. It could have been your YouTube channel maybe, where you were coaching a group of people and you were guiding them through. It looked like some kind of business launch or something. And that when they weren't getting the results that they wanted, it was because on some level there was a degree of resistance that they'd kind of connected that there could be a potential negative outcome for them in this. And you were describing, I think, around how, you know, if they got that client or they got those program members or something, it could involve work for them, or there's something, Right. That they not consciously yet aware of, but in their subconscious that's leading them in this direction. How can people find that? Is it through this divine connection? Because I think that's the thing that people struggle with the most, is they go on this journey of like, well, I must have some kind of limiting belief or something. But they can't quite put their finger on it. And often they're actually then consciously trying to suggest something that it isn't because.
Kathy Heller
They'Re looking for it behind our forehead. You know, in our prefrontal cortex, most of our mind is made up of a subconscious world which is a. A collection, it's an artifact. It's a collection of your parents, stories, their parents, their parents of 14 generations of subconscious thoughts. That's a lot to hold. Yeah. And they've done all these studies, right, which are adjacent to this, where if you take fleas and you put them in a jar, they'll jump out. But if you take fleas and put a lid on the jar, they'll jump as high as the lid. When you take the lid off, they won't jump out. They'll still jump as high as the lid because it's learned helplessness. What's even more crazy is when the fleas have babies, they don't jump out. They jump as high as the lid, even though the lid is off. That's what's going on. So when you've been running a subconscious program that your mom had, your dad had, your grandparents had, their grandparents had, their grandparents had 14 generations. And it tells you what's possible for you. It tells you what to see, what to think, what to believe. Even if you have a new thought in your conscious mind, it's only 5%, right? Enough. That part is saying, of course you can have this. Of course it's safe to be abundant. Of course you could have the audacity to dream big dreams. Of course having money and success doesn't make you bad. Your subconscious mind has a different idea about that, right? So it's not a matter of having to understand every one of those subconscious thoughts, because there's thousands of them. But what it is a matter of is knowing that that is happening for all of us. And that you, from your conscious mind need to tell your body, literally your nervous system, it's safe. It's safe to be abundant, it's safe to thrive, it's safe to go beyond the lid, beyond the reef. Because ultimately we won't have what we don't think is safe. So you can say, I want money, I want success. But if there's a subconscious program that says that will make you evil, or that will make you disloyal to your generations of family, or that will make you selfish, you just won't let yourself have it. Same thing with relationships. You could say, I want to date, I want to date. And then if you believe that relationships equal pain or problems, you just won't let yourself have it because your subconscious mind is protecting you from what will create pain. So when you look under the hood, most of the time people don't have money because they have really terrible relationship with money. You can't have more of something you've got a relationship with. It's just worse, right? So when it's clean, there's only two thoughts. It's either you believe money equals security, or you believe God equals your security. When you believe money gives you security, you're attached to it. That's your security. Which means you're going to just repel it. You'll never have enough of it because you need it. That is security. You've put that on such a pedestal and you believe God is your provision. You're unattached to money, so now it's safe for you to have it.
Angela Foster
Yeah. And then it flows.
Kathy Heller
When you're in a relationship and you're like, this person completes me. This person. I need this person. This person is my. Without this person, I'm nothing. You're gonna suffocate that relationship. That relationship will not sustain itself. When you believe you are in charge of your well being. You're gonna have a good relationship. So that would. That which we are. That. That which we are super attached to, you can't have it.
Angela Foster
Yeah, yeah. Same right with fertility. If you're trying to get pregnant, anything that you're, like, attached to, it doesn't happen. So true. And it's interesting because I think I've heard you speak about you want to imprint wholeness in the universe, right? In the universal field. That's definitely what I felt. You know, that day at the hospital, it was just pure wholeness, unconditional love.
Kathy Heller
That's what we want. Why do we want the baby? We want to feel peace and joy. Well, feel your peace and joy now. Why do we want the relationship? We want to feel connected. Connection and bonding and love. Feel in love with life now.
Angela Foster
Right.
Kathy Heller
And then you have better relationship, you know, and then you are already creating and enjoying the experience that's already been waiting for you. And then more of it will come. Because it can.
Angela Foster
Yeah. Because you're allowing it.
Kathy Heller
Yeah.
Angela Foster
It's amazing. You dive into all of this in your book, right? Abundant Ever after and your podcast, which has millions and millions and millions and millions.

In the show notes that you can follow her and listen to all the other great episodes that she does. But now here's Maddie with the takeover ways.
Maddie
Number one. We as human beings, as souls, have in infinite capacity. Number two, you are someone because you are someone. You are some of the one and all there is is oneness. Number three, when you wake up in the morning, the first thing that you say is thank you God for returning my soul to my body because you need me here today and you have faith in me to do whatever my divine assignment. When you know that you're a soul that is connected to the infinite, you'll have a fulfilling day every single day. Number four. Your soul doesn't get rewarded from the outcomes, it only gets a reward for that intention. The soul says I'm whole not because of how much I have around me. I'm whole because of just how much I have within me. Number five. You're not just loved by God, you're needed. That's how worthy you are. You actually have so much value which doesn't come from the career or where you went to college. It comes from the heart just being you with your unique, beautiful soul and being present in the world. Number six. If you were to set out today and ask God for a mystical day, you'll have it guaranteed. You'll find it everywhere. Number seven. It's safe to be abundant. It's safe to thrive. It's safe to go beyond the reef. Thank you so much for being here. I know you've got a lot of things going on, so I really appreciate that you take an hour of your busy day to listen. If you want more episodes, make sure to follow us on Apple podcasts or Spotify or wherever you listen. And if you're enjoying, please leave a rating of Review here's one that we got today.

It says love. For some reason the show was randomly in my podcast library. I had never even heard of Kathy Heller but decided to listen to an episode on my morning walk. I found her content deep, relatable and thought provoking. I also love her down to earth approach. She's like a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed it so much I even shared the episode with my 13 year old daughter and husband after dinner that evening. I just ordered the book and can't wait to receive it. Thank you. Oh my gosh, that is so incredibly kind. It lights up my heart. Thank you so much Bobby Lee 333 for leaving that review. I love reading these on the podcast. So if you haven't already, maybe you'll hear me read your review. If you leave us a review before we go, I just want to let you know that you can get the replay for my Cabala workshop.
