If you keep saying that you want a new life, but your days still look pretty much the same, it's identity. Most people aren't blocked. They're just unconsciously loyal to the version of themselves that they've always been. Because we all love to plan and journal and process and we love to talk about what we want to do. And then we wake up the next day and we don't do any of it. And it's because manifestation is not about wanting harder or having only better vibes. It's actually about your behavior. Because your identity is not just how you think and feel, but then it becomes the actions of what you're doing. And then the results show up, right? So if your actions don't change, your life doesn't either. That's why so many people are living the same Groundhog Day year after year, on repeat. And they set new intentions, but they have the same outcomes. Because the shift is not about more insight. It's from moving differently. Moving differently long enough for life to respond at some point. It's taking that action that becomes the flex. So if you've been thinking, I know what I should be doing, so why am I not doing it?
This is for you.
It's not because you're lazy or broken. It's because we keep living from an old identity, but we have new desires. And manifestation does not work that way. You can visualize the next level all day long, but if your habits stay the same, life keeps responding with the same results, the same patterns, the same money, the same almost Groundhog Day, but just with affirmations. So this is why I created done, period. Done is a 90 day sprint where we stop talking about what your 2.0 self would be like and we start living like her. So inside Done, it's daily training to lock in your 2.0 identity habits. Clear direction every single day so you're not second guessing yourself. There's going to be two live coaching sessions a week for me, for momentum and support and a container that keeps you in motion long enough for reality to actually shift. This is not about trying harder. It's about committing differently. It's the identity. It's how you think and feel. It's the action, it's what you do. And then the results can't help but show up. When you change your behavior, the identity follows. And when you change your identity, life reorganizes. If you're tired of just waiting to be ready, this is your season. The doors are open now and the price is going up. On Monday if you want to join us, go to kathyheller.com done. You are going to be so happy that you did this. And now in 90 days, we are going to do more in 90 days than you did all last year, than you probably did in years. We're going to collapse decades into days. I cannot wait. Let's freaking go. Go to Kathy Heller dot com. Done. I can't wait.
Hey, guys, it's Kathy Heller. Welcome back to the Kathy Heller Podcast. I'm wearing Invisalign, so I hope that you guys can still understand. I feel like I sound a little bit funny with my Invisalign. And anyway, I just wanted to say that. And that's probably a good segue. I feel like one of the things that I really worked on last year in 2025, was being done with self betrayal. And honestly, it actually started with getting my Invisalign, the very first thing I did after the fires in la. We got back after we were evacuated for a couple weeks, we got back to our house and I was like, you know, I've really been putting off getting my bottom teeth straightened out. And it was just really bothering me. And my dentist was like, you know, as you get older, you really should straighten your teeth out. It's not good for breathing at night. Da, da, da. And I had been putting off fixing my teeth, like, for so long. I had even gotten fitted for those trays in 2020. And then, of course, Covid happened, and I didn't go pick them up. But the point of it is, like, how often are you not the first thing on your priority list? Right? Like, you'll show up for everyone else, but you'll forget to show up for yourself. So I decided to start wearing my Invisalign. And that was like a really big domino effect, because from there I was like, okay, what else can I commit to? What else can I do? And I started to work out, and then I started thinking about drinking wine and how I was drinking wine and it was affecting my sleep. And I was like, you know what? What if I stopped drinking alcohol? Could I do it for like a month or two months or three months? So I completely stopped drinking at all. And then I just had all these epiphanies about what I really knew was my truth, but what I kept feeling guilty about. And I just had dinner this weekend with a friend who I hadn't seen in years, and we were having this whole conversation about our lives. And we met when we were like, 24, and here we are in our 40s. And I was like, gosh, we're living like parallel lives in a way. And I said to her, the theme, it comes down to we really like can't handle when we are living inside of a life where we self betray, where we are just abandoning ourselves all the time. And I feel like that's probably the most important thing for me to show my kids because at the end of the day, if you don't have your own inner peace, you don't have anything. Right? So I wrote this thing and I posted it this weekend on Instagram. And here's what I wrote. More than anything. What I was done with in 2025 was self betrayal. I was done knowing my truth and then talking myself out of it. I was done shrinking a full body. Yes. Into something more acceptable. I knew what I wanted and I kept pretending I needed more time or more proof or more permission. Self betrayal is expensive. It drains your energy and turns your intuition into background noise. And at the end of the day, what could ever feel better than spending your life according to what actually delights your soul? No amount of validation or money or approval can touch the quiet power of making every day an altar to what truly feels true in your heart. And I share that with you because many of you know that I'm doing this 90 day sprint, it's called done. And we're going to be habit stacking basically every single day. We're going to be showing up and having a to done list to really show up for the life that's ours instead of continuously overthinking it. But to me, the biggest reward is to really feel like you're committing to what feels truest to you in your life. And today. I think you're going to enjoy this episode because we're going to talk more about manifestation and we're going to talk about how we manifest with ease and how we manifest more abundance with ease. And I think you're gonna see how so often we are financially stuck, not because we lack the talent, but because we've been operating from outdated belief systems and all this limitation. So this session, I'm gonna help you stretch your sense of what's possible. And I'm gonna walk you through 10 beliefs about money that come from someone who has an abundance consciousness, and 10 beliefs about money from someone who's struggling with money and how you can become a conduit for wealth. Also, you're going to hear a little bit more about my brand new program which I mentioned before. It's called Done and it's still available for early bird pricing. That pricing ends tonight at midnight. So if you want $700 off the program, you can go to kathyheller.com done. And you can sign up before midnight. Okay, let's dive into this. I think you're going to find it really juicy today.
We're going to go deeper into understanding wealth and money. So first of all, take out your pen and paper and let's just do a couple little things here. I want to begin with what it is that you desire. And remember I said the biggest problem we have is that we don't desire big enough because God is our cfo. There is no budget. Abundance is the frequency of the universe. Right? And. And our biggest problem is that we have guilt around our desire, so we dim our desire. So I just want to hear it out. I want you to write this down. The money I desire to be earning monthly, slash annually is what. Put it down. The money I desire to be earning monthly, slash annually is what? What is that number? If you want to put your answers in the chat, go ahead. 500k a year, 2 million a year, 300,000 a year, 83,000amonth, 10,000 a.
Year.
200,000 a year, 5 million a year. Now, I want to ask you this question because everyone chose different numbers. Everything from 500,000, 10 million, 11 million, 140,000. It's all over the place. So how did you come to that number? What was your logic for coming up with that number? Like you could have picked a number higher, lower. It came to me. I felt into it worthiness. It felt realistic. It's what's familiar. I just really want you to look at this. Expenses plus fun money, realistic. So if we work from the concept that each of us, we don't desire for the self alone, we desire on behalf of how we then we don't receive just for the self alone. We receive on behalf of the collective. We're each a lightning rod. And so abundance creates abundance. You've heard me say that the, the Maharal, who was a 16th century rabbi, he said that if you took one candle, how many candles can you light from one flame? 10, 100? Infinite. So one candle lights an unlimited amount of other candles. So what does that mean? It means that you being in abundance generates abundance. If I plant a cherry tree and my cherry tree starts to bear fruit, do I have cherries or what just happened? We just now created the potential for thousands of other cherry trees with all those seeds. Do you see that? Abundance creates abundance. What happens when A leader has vision. What happens is that vision is something that they transmit to other people. And now that vision gets multiplied, and now all these other people get tapped in and turned on from one person's energetic frequency. Do you see that? So isn't it interesting that we still live from the part of our mind that says, well, this is logical. Well, this feels reasonable. What is reasonable and what is really the truth of what you want to embody? What you want to embody is that you are this walking possibility, that you are a circuit that you allow in so much that you become radiant and resonant. And so you are a walking WI fi router. And other people can plug into that WI fi now, because it's never, look at me, it's come with me. And so what happens when you have money? Barbara Corcoran, she's such a spitfire. She was on my show, she said before money has come into her business, she's already earmarked where she's spending it before she even makes the money. She knows where it's going out before it comes in. She knows where it's going out. Why? Because she understands money. Money is for the collective. Money is circular. And by the way, that's what happens with it, which is why you shouldn't really touch money, because money has been touched. So most of the time we're circulating money. We're not holding it in our hands. We're using credit cards, we're using whatever. We're moving it around online in our bank accounts, but it's circulated. It's like water. It's constantly moving. So if it's not circulating through you, it'll be circulating through someone else. Now, are you responsible to be a great steward of that money? So what that means is before money even comes in, you already know where it's going out. What are you investing it back into? This person, this new person you're going to hire, which means you can now give that person a job. Is it that you're going to invest in the economy and go buy from this little mom and pop store? I just bought these little cute little things from this little handmade shop. They were made in Mexico. So I could now help her put food on the table because the money here gets circulated. Now it's going to her, or we invest it. Like, I bought this house that I'm living in, but we also bought another house. And now that house, somebody's renting that house. And we talked about this yesterday. Even when you just have money in the bank, somebody else is benefiting from you just putting the money in the bank. They're using it. The bank uses it to help people pay, pay for their mortgages, pay for their student loans, pay. So do we want to have a ceiling on how much money we allow ourselves to circulate? Does that make any sense? Would you do that with love? Would you say, you know, this is how many units of love I want in my life, but not, not more than that. It's not realistic. Do you want to do that with energy? How much energy can you possibly withstand? No, you want to have the most amount of energy. I remember when I had Marianne Williamson on my show. She and I have become friendly, but she's been on the show, I think, twice or three times. And the first time she came on, she said even Mother Teresa didn't scratch the surface on her potential. That's how much we have inside of us. Just think about that for a second. She said, that's the capacity of a human being. Like, people will say to me, kath, what do you want from me? I'm just human. And I'm like, you're just human? Do you understand what you can create? Do you understand that? Just the love that you walk around with when you're tapped in and turned on, you know that you change other people's biology when you're in a room and you're loving, you do it to your plants, too. Your plants get a biological upgrade. When someone around your plants has good energy, we literally see it under a microscope. So what are you telling me? You're just human? You're just human? Do you know what you can do? Do you know what one person can do to change the world? Do you know what one person can do to change and make an idea that change, just the idea alone changes people? So I want you to think about that. Like, why come up with that number? Now I want you to write this down on your sheet of paper. Let's go back. You have this money, and now maybe you're going to increase it a little bit. See if you can increase it just a little bit. Can you increase that number a little bit? Stretch, stretch your number. Now that you've stretched it, what's Your new number? 500K. 2 million, 3 million. 5.5 million. And you start to realize, by the way, you guys, that the market, all this money, it already exists. You're not creating the market, you're just being available to circulate more of it through you. Money exists anyway. It's not like you're Saying it doesn't exist. It does exist. You're saying, how much of it am I available to be circulating? That's what you're saying. And we're going to go into more of this. You're going to start to get it more and more. So now we're at 186 million, 10 million, 3.3 billion 500K, 7.8 million 400K. Okay, great, cool. It changed. It changed. Isn't that interesting? You know, I want you to do something for me. So put your hands up like this. Put your hands all the way up. And now put them up as high as you can. As high as you can. Now stretch and go further. Now put your hands down. When I said, put your hands up as high as you can. And you did. And then I said, now stretch further, did you stretch further? Yes or no? Isn't that interesting? I said, put your hands up as high as you can. And then I said, now stretch further. And you're like. So when I said, was it as high as you can? Was it as high as you could? Because all of a sudden you stretch further. So what is that? That's what this whole thing is about. You operate from this is as high as I can go. And then I go, stretch further. You go, okay. Oh, my God. Where'd that capacity come from? What just happened? What do you mean? It happened in a second. And it was literally, I was watching you all on the screen. You're like, as high as I can do. Stretch further, further. What? It's wild. So every single day, where are you living from? You're living from as high as I can go. And what do I say? That's bs. It's not true. That's why I'm doing what I'm doing this year and doing a big pattern interrupt and saying, we're doing 90 days to a dead on list. Because I call bullshit on it. It's just not true. And it's lulling you to sleep and it's making you feel fatigued and tired and it feels like grief. When you have unexpressed creativity and energy, it turns to grief inside of yourself and then it starts to eat you alive from the inside. I'm not joking. We all know this is true. The reason people are scrolling their phones is because to sit quietly in a room alone, you have to face the fact that you think you've hit your limit and your soul goes, that's not true. That's not true. That's not true. And you're so over it. People say to me, I would love to do this with you, but I'm not ready. But here's the thing. You're over ready. Just wanted to let you know that. So now write this on your sheet of paper. This new amount of money that you have, you guys increased it. Here's a good one. Ready? Who do you have to be to have it? Who do you have to be to receive that money? What version of you? What would have to change? Because you're saying, myself, I agree with you. But have you been yourself? Have you been operating as yourself? Have you been operating from this place inside of you that can manifest anything? Yes or no? So I want to tell you this. We manifest from wholeness, not from lack. When we're in lack, what do we create more lack. When we're in wholeness, we don't walk in a room like we need something, we walk in to give something. We're not in lack, we're not in need. We're not saying, I need your approval, I need your validation, I need your money. You don't need money, by the way. Money needs you. Money on its own has no value. It's neutral. You give money value, you give it value. You decide, I'm going to spend it on this clean water. I'm going to spend it to help this person. I'm going to spend it on a home, I'm going to spend it on food. You just gave it meaning. It had nothing. It's totally neutral. When you operate from wholeness, you manifest like that. When you move from I'm in lack, I'm in scarcity, you're not a match because you print whatever is happening on the energetic vibration. When you're in overflow, when you're in wholeness, when you're operating from this feeling that's delicious inside of you, you can't help but walk right into abundance. Because it is you. It is you. So when you're operating from lack, are you being yourself? Is the I am in you lacking? What is it lacking? It's just the ego that's in lack. Is the soul in lack? No. I mentioned this to you before. My grandmother didn't go to school past the fifth grade. She grew up with nothing. Like totally below the poverty line, came from the Ukraine, had nothing, lived in a tenement, got evicted from the tenement all the time. That's how little money that they had. They lived in very dire circumstances. But you know what she told me? She said, I always felt rich because I would go to the library and Buy kerosene lamp, teach myself to read. And Jane Austen would take me away to all these places. And she didn't have any money for stockings, and she wanted to be a dancer. So she would buy an eyeliner pencil and draw a line up the back of her leg to make it look like she had stockings on, because she couldn't afford the stockings. And she danced at this club in Harlem called Roseland. And she became friends with Ella Fitzgerald, and she met my grandfather, and they became these, like, star dancers. And it was a fascinating story. Because the club was restricted. Jews and blacks couldn't dance at the club. Ella Fitzgerald was performing there, but she wasn't allowed to dance. My grandma had to pretend she was Italian to be a dancer there. And my grandfather had to pretend he was Italian. So when they became partners, she said to him, I can't marry. They fell in love. She goes, I can't marry you. I'm not Italian. He goes, me either. They were both undercovered. So cute. Anyway, my grandfather also was so poor, he had no money for dress shirts. And you had to wear a certain kind of starch dress shirt to perform. And they became. They were on the radio, there was no tv. They were like the main dancers. In fact, eventually the two of them performed in the Catskills with Gregory Hines and his dad and all those people. And they had like, this amazing. This amazing era of them dancing. It's so fun. Anyways, the point of it is, my grandfather had no money for new shirts. So he did something interesting. He took cardboard and put it in his dress shirt collar to keep his shirt collar up. And guess what he then did? He invented a business that took off and started selling those little cardboard things to different department stores. And they bought it from him because they said, that's a genius idea. So he created that business out of his own resourcefulness and ingenuity. Because necessity, my grandmother used to say, necessity is the mother of invention. And so that led them out of the city out of poverty. And he wound up. He supported him and his four brothers. And then my mom grew up on Long island and had her own car and went to college. I mean, it was amazing what he did from his own ingenuity. But just the fact that they decided to go dancing in the middle of hell after everything that they had gone through, the war and all the. All the different. And they were like, we're gonna go dancing. And then from that, it was like, that's not gonna stop me. Just. Cause I don't have the stockings to get in. I'll pretend like I have the stockings. I'll use an eyeliner pencil. Right? I mean, and then they weren't even allowed to get in there. She's like, I'll pretend I'm Italian. I could look Italian, you know, and it's like, we literally sit here and we're like, that's as far as I can go. Is it, though? No. And your whole life is on the other side of getting back into flow and saying, I'm just going to move. Because where does God move us and meet us in motion? So if you just answered that question, who do you need to be to have that money show up in your life? Are you starting to get who you need to be? Because what I just gave you as my examples of my grandparents, that's them really being themselves. That's them saying, I'm here, I'm alive, let's go, let's move, let's create, let's find the joy, let's find the flow, let's find the rhythm, let's find our way to what's next, as opposed to sitting it out. So being yourself, is yourself the version of you who literally spends hours and hours in your head? I don't think so. I don't think that's really you being yourself, because I don't think you did that. I don't think that was your default setting. You didn't come with that default setting from the factory when you were born. You didn't spend your childhood overthinking and sitting it out. You were yourself. All of a sudden, one day, that stopped. Somewhere along the way, that stopped. So I now want you to go into. Write this down. What was the first message you ever received about money? What did your parents teach you about money? Did they teach you that money is hard earned? Did you. Did they teach you that money requires sacrifice? Did they teach you that money is for greedy people? Did they teach you that the more money you have, the more evil you become? Did they teach you that money is a pleasure, that money is good, that money is available? Did they show you that they allowed themselves to be good stewards of money and have as much as possible? And so, let's see, rich people are selfish. Money was coveted. There was fear and scarcity. Money is scarce, hard to come by. You have to work hard for money. Discipline. There was a fear of money. So this is really helpful because when we're not conscious of this, whether we know it or not, it literally chooses our behavior because it chooses our assumptions. And it Chooses how we perceive and what we do and what possibilities we see, because all potentials exist 100% of the time. So this is really, really helpful and interesting. So now I wrote this out for you, and I want to take you through this. So I want you to hear beliefs, okay? And I'm going to read you 10 basic mindset beliefs that wealthy people have and 10 basic mindset beliefs that people who don't have from both sides. Okay? So let's go through the wealthy people and then we'll go through the. The non wealthy people. So, number one, mindsets, beliefs of wealthy people. Number one, this is what they walk around with. Money responds to who I am, not how hard I try. They focus on identity standards and decision making, not grind. That's number one. They wouldn't do. Ten. Number two, I move first. Life meets me in motion. They don't wait for certainty. Action creates clarity. Number three, I'm a good steward of money. They see money as energy. They manage it, they multiply it, they direct it wisely. Number four, my time is more valuable than my money. They protect their focus, they protect their rest. They protect their creativity, because that's where leverage lies. Number five, there's always more where this came from. Abundance is the baseline assumption. Number six, I get paid for the value I create, not the hours I log. They think in leverage, scalability, and impact. Number seven, discomfort is a sign of expansion. If you're starting to feel that stretch, this isn't dangerous. This just means your nervous system is growing. It's part of wealth. Number eight. Receiving is as important as giving. They understand overflow requires capacity to receive and to give, so they're giving money away. Number nine, they decide quickly and refine later. Indecision is more costly than mistakes. Indecision is much more costly than mistakes. Make the decision, refine quickly, decide quickly, refine later. Number 10, money just amplifies who I already am. So they trust their character, their values, and their leadership. So before I go into the 10 beliefs of people who struggle with money, I just want to say so. The Talmud says, from a kabbalistic standpoint, money is like rain in a garden. And you've heard me say this, I'll just repeat it. What that means is it says that money is an activator. If rain falls on weeds, weeds grow. If rain falls on roses, roses grow. And that's like the money. So if there's a person who has low class and bad values and they get money, they'll just do more horrible things with the money. True or false, You've seen it. You can come up with evidence of that. If there's a person who has good values and integrity and they get money into their ecosystem, what will they do more good with it? You could think of evidence of that. So there is a very rampant belief that money makes you a bad person. It's actually not true. That's 100% not a fact. It's who you are gets amplified and actually expands with money. So if you are out of integrity, you'll be more out of integrity because you have this money. If you are in integrity, you'll be more in integrity, which is why you could go and look and say, well, there's names on every hospital building who's donating that money. There's names on every theater on Broadway who's donating that money. There's names on all the buildings on college campuses who's donating that money. So if you are in integrity, you will use your money to make more good, do more, create a legacy. If you're out of integrity and money comes into your life, you'll do more bad things the way that you already were doing, but you'll do it now with money. That's what it means. So if you are allowing yourself to have the money, it means, you know, it amplifies who you already are. And it's actually one of the defining concepts of self trust is allowing yourself to be wealthy because it means you trust yourself. You trust yourself with your character, with your values. You know that you can be responsible to direct it, to spend it, to invest it. And if you're not in one category, awake enough, meaning, let's say I meet a lot of people, especially women, who literally have. They just don't have financial literacy. They just don't have it. What that means is they don't know anything about compound interest. They don't anything about investing. They're like, I don't know. It was never taught to me. I don't know. So I can just sit here and keep doing my same 9 to 5 job as opposed to knowing how money goes and makes money. Because I said this before, the most money you'll ever make is from where you spend it. And if you don't know how money makes you money, it's not cute. It's just not cute anymore. Right? We get to a place because you have to understand this is such a wow moment in history, okay? My mom graduated high school before women's lib, Gloria Steinem. And all of that happened after she graduated. High school. When she went to college, they gave her three options. You could be a teacher, you could be a secretary, or you could be a nurse. That's it. So I'm the first generation. My mom wasn't. My mom was not given this message. I'm the first generation. Those of us sitting here in this moment in history, it's the first time that women are being told, you can steward money. What? You can start a business, you can be a CEO, you can start a podcast, you could be an expert, you can write a book, you can host a talk show. You can. What? What are you talking about? And so at this moment, it's actually a necessity. It's not cute like, oh, it's kind of cute not to know anything about it. It's like, what are you talking about? For centuries, they weren't directing this information in our direction. They were sitting down with women and saying, do you know about your finances? No. They would call and say, is your husband at home? Do you remember those days? But these days, we need to know that we can trust ourselves to be a steward with money. We can trust ourselves that for every dollar that comes into your bank account, you know where 25 cents of it gets put back into the market. So that 25 cent of it goes and works on your behalf. Right? Because otherwise you're just sitting on a hamster wheel. Because the most money you're ever going to make is going to get made through how you spent the money, what you spent it on, Right? Not from exchanging dollars for your. For your hours. Does that make sense? So I said this before. Part of what I want to do and what I want you to get done in our done program is I want you to change your relationship with money. So I'm going to be bringing in some of that financial literacy, but also just in general, getting you in a place where you start living from the version of you who is available. And you'll see, I'm going to have you do things on your to done list that are going to be extremely helpful and start opening up your vessel. Now, let's go through 10 beliefs that people who struggle with money have. Number one, they say, I need proof before I make a move. They wait for safety, permission, or guarantees. They never come because it doesn't work that way. Number two, they say to themselves, more money would change me. They fear money. Instead of seeing it as neutral and revealing, they actually fear it. Number three, this is a big one. They believe that wanting more money is selfish and desire is treated as a Moral flaw instead of a compass. And I'm going to tell you this. The word desire almost feels like a naughty word, doesn't it? It's been beaten into us. You have a desire. Just be happy with what you have. Don't you dare desire more. No. Here's the name of the game. The mandate for humanity. The word Kabbalah means to receive. Isn't that amazing? You would think it would mean something like holy. Oh, the word Kabbalah, you translated it means holiness. No, it means receivership. It means receptivity. Why? Because I said this. The creator of the universe has the tap on full blast and is looking for each of us to be a big enough vessel to pour through. So our mandate, our directive is, how much can you receive? How good can you allow it to be? How much creativity can you move through you? How much love can you be a vehicle for? How much money can you be a vehicle for? How much can you receive from the tap? So desire is everything. The word desire in Hebrew is ratzon. We're supposed to wake up every day with a desire like a lion. Because if you look at a baby, the hardwired factory setting on humanity, we come in with a ravenous desire, insatiable desire. That's human. You want as much as you want. As much connection as possible, as much play as possible. You want to eat, you want to hold, you want to connect. You want to all of it. That's how you're created. Because it's from desire that you create. Because when you have a big desire, next thing you know, you're going to be given the capacity, the idea, the flow, the ingenuity to create it. Do you hear what I'm saying? So desire is an invitation from the universe, saying, build it, create it. Make more space for it. Show a greater expansive possibility. What do we want more than anything? We want to wake up every day and feel that the way we perceive has been expanded. We have a greater consciousness. Why do people like to take mushrooms? Because it opens your third eye. It shuts down your fight or flight. It shuts down your amygdala. So you see reality as it actually is, which is expansive. So our job is to expand. Our desire is to expand it. Now, part of it is you're like, well, Kath, how can you say you need to live from wholeness but have a big desire? Here's how. Because if you walk around with certainty beyond logic that you remember we talked about it, your naked eye sees 1% of reality, but your heart sees the 99%. When you walk around with the certainty I'm a masterpiece, a piece of the master. What lives in me is what's meant to come through me. It's not about what I need outside of me, so I'm not lacking anything. I'm here to mine for the gold, to be a bigger steward of all this energy that's moving through me. The ideas, the love, the. All of this. All of this. That's your abundance, so that's your wholeness. And it's fun the way that God created the world. Because remember in the Willy Wonka movie, when he's opening to see if he got the golden ticket, he opens a little bit and then a little bit more and a little bit more. And then he sees that. Well, the first time he doesn't get it, but the second time he does. We like to unwrap our life. We like to keep expanding. It wouldn't be fun if on day five of your life, all of it just dropped into your lap. Because the fun of this life is to keep growing your desire and then turning your thought into a thing and noticing that you can make it even bigger and make it even bigger and make it even better. The better it gets, the better it gets. That's what makes it so fun. In fact, the Talmud says that at one point, God said to the world, I'll give you a perfect world. And humanity said, I don't want it that way. It's way more fun to be in partnership with you and to experience contrast. That we can help feel like we're creating. Because the most fulfilling thing is to emulate God. Which means you create. Because if it was all perfect, it might be boring. Do you get that? So we asked for it to be this way, which is why at any point in time in the history of humanity, there's 50% good and 50% bad. Because that gives us free will. There's always. For every person who's horrible, there's an equal amount of people who are good. And I tell you the truth, it's what you focus on. People are like, look how bad the world is. I'm like, are you awake? Tell me any time in history where everybody was good, it doesn't exist. But I can show you for every person you're going to tell me about that sucks. I can tell you about all the nice people who will be there for you for no reason, just because their hearts are good. So it's what you focus on. But it allows us. The contrast is put into the universe for a Reason, because it allows you to say, ooh, now I sort of see the good and the bad. What am I creating? How do I want to impact the world? And that's the most amazing thing, is that we were put here to partner with God and to complete the world. It says, and the Kabbalah that when the world was created, and this is before science came up with the idea of the Big bang. Now that's 100% accepted that there was a Big bang. So it says in the Zohar, it says in the Talmud that the universe shattered into millions of pieces and that it's our job to put the pieces of light back together. That God created it that way on purpose so that we would have this job to do, to be in partnership with the divine, to create, to impact. How fun is that? So, like, literally, that's the job. That's what we came to do. We want to do it. Rabbi Aaron says, imagine if you went to an amusement park and you go to this ride and it's broken. And you go to this ride and it's broken. And you go to this ride and it's broken. And then you realize that you have a shirt on. And on your shirt it says serviceman. Oh, you came to fix it. You were sent there to make it better. You're there to fix it. That's why we're here. And it's so much fun when you realize as soon as you're just willing, you get sent all the tools and all the clues. So then it feels like it's coming from you. It's actually not even coming from you. You're just the paintbrush, and God is the artist, and you can start to make such an impact in the world. And that's actually what we're chasing. We're not really chasing piles of money. We're not chasing success. We're chasing significance. You want to be significant every single fricking day. Let me keep going, because I think I left off here. Okay? So I said, wanting more is selfish. We're doing the beliefs of people who struggle with money. Number four. They say, I'll feel confident once I have money. They outsource confidence. It's the other way around. People with confidence make the money. I'm going to tell you a quick story. I wrote this in my book. So some of you remember this story, some of you don't know it. When I was working at that real estate firm for two years, that's the last job I had. And I left there in 2006. So it's been 20 years since I had a job where I worked for someone else. Now I just create my own ecosystem every day. Anyway, so when I worked at that company, I had my annual review, and I walked in, and my boss wasn't the person that the head of the company who I've talked to you guys about over the last 14 days, he doesn't do the reviews. He had his. This guy who worked for him do this, do the reviews. So I go in to meet with this guy Doug, who does the reviews, and he's like, how do you think you did this year? I'm like, I think I did well. He's like, do you want a raise next year? I said, yes. He goes, how much money would you like to make? How much more money do you want? What do you want your salary to be? So I gave him a number, and he goes, okay, done. I go, done. He goes, yeah, there you go. We'll change your salary. That sounds perfect. So I walk out thinking I'm like, just, you know, such a baddie. And I say to this guy Ryan. He's going in for his review. He comes back out. I say to him, how'd it go? He goes, it went really well. And he started working there, like, eight months after me. So I say, I was there at that point, like, over a year and whatever. So I said, how was your review? And he goes, my review was great. I said, how much money did you ask for? And he tells me he asked for twice as much as I asked for. I go, did you get it? He said, yes. I go, that's what? That's insane. Like, I've been here longer. I'm doing a better job than you. My results are better. So I walked back into Doug's office, and Doug said, I asked you. I asked you point blank, how much money do you want? How much money do you believe that you should be getting? You gave me an answer. I said yes. I asked him the same question. He gave me an answer. He said yes. I'm like, so change it now. I want that. He goes, no, because money is always a match for what you believe is yours. And so you get what you believe you're allowed to have. Let me say that again. You get what you believe you're allowed to have. So I never forgot that lesson. Let's keep going. They believe that money is working harder. So working harder is a solution. They default effort instead of alignment. They don't use their alignment as leverage. Do you know how many times myself and friends of Mine. Whether we're coming up with the podcast idea or the next idea for the book, you know how you get the idea is by unplugging, not by working harder and grinding. It's like take yourself to the beach for three days, leverage your alignment, and boom. There's the idea. That's the book, that's the podcast, Right? It's like you're not pushing harder. The solution comes from within you. And really mining for that. Having a meeting every morning with the divine and saying, how am I meant? Even if it's scary, what am I meant? What's my message? That's where it comes from. Number six, they say money is scarce and fragile because they hold it so tightly. Anyone who holds on to their money, good luck. You probably know people like that. They also hold on to their love. They also hoard emotion. They're not risking. They're really hard to be around. Right? You want to be around the person who's like, here, you like my shirt? Take it. You like my shoes? Have them. I'll buy other ones. Constantly generous, constantly paying for the person behind them. Constantly. Just so good, you're circulating it. The more you circulate it, the more God says, I'm going to give you more money. You're a good steward. Let's go. Let's create more circulation for you. And so we are going to be doing more of that. And done. I'm going to be having you do things where you're giving away money, like charity and things like that and fun little ways. You can just, like, buy the Starbucks for the person next to you because it signals to you abundance and overflow and wholeness, which means you're a match for more. You're going to love that part. They also say, if I charge more, people will judge me. They prioritize being liked over being resourced. This could be one of the biggest culprits of all. People who don't have money are prioritizing being liked over being resourced. If I have more money, people will judge me. Number eight, they say success is risky because they associate visibility and wealth with punishment. Ever had a memory of being in seventh grade and you stood out and you, you know, you sort of got criticized or there were rumors spread about you? It's like, I don't want to be visible. I don't want to open myself up to critique. No. It's like Brene Brown says, just get in the arena. Because anyone who's criticizing you is in the cheap seats for a reason. So visibility, that is what's scary for people as opposed to like, I'm not going to try to control everyone and control how people perceive me. It's none of my business. And by the way, let me just tell you this. Haters make you more money. You should have them. If you don't have any haters, it 100% means that you're a liar. I'm just telling you. And when I say liar, I mean a people pleaser, people pleasing is lying. So if you don't have haters, congratulations, you people please. Which means you self betray. I'm just going to be. Because there should be something someone doesn't like about your POV or you don't have a pov. It's one or the other. Either I have a point of view on things or I choose not to have a point of view so I can be liked. Which means I self betray all day, every single day. So I lie. I lie to be liked. So I just do this thing called give away my entire life and feel totally empty inside. But at least I'm liked. So if you don't have haters, you need some. Let's get some haters. Because haters mean, oh, you have a point of view and not everybody likes it because you can't, you can't look me in the eyes and say, I agree with everyone all the time. That means you have no point of view. That means you're weak. But the truth is you do have.
A point of view.
You're just afraid of not being like. But that's actually your job. We're not all supposed to agree with each other because when you sit in a room and you have differences of point of views, you make each other better because you can start to learn from each other. So we're not supposed to be a copy paste of each other. Number nine people say, who don't have money. I should always know how to do this. So the shame is what's blocking becoming and learning. As I said to you several days ago, you have got to be willing to make mediocre things. You have to be willing to make something mediocre so that you can eventually make something brilliant. Because the first time, whatever you're beginning at, the first cupcakes you make, the first podcast you create, the first year in business, it's not your best work, but in order to make brilliant things, you have to start with the mediocre. The last one is they believe it's safer to stay where they are because familiar discomfort feels safer than unfamiliar expansion so wealth is not created from effort. Wealth is created by the assumptions that you live from. Wealth is created by the assumptions that you live from. So that is a little bit about money. And there's so much more I want to do with you because it goes deeper than this. We just scratched the surface and what we're doing is we're building the awareness and the model. Someone just said, I don't want this to end. Well, you should join done. You should be in done for the next 90 days. 90 days to the wealthiest, most fulfilled version of you. And it's really that because we create it first, we become that version of us and things start changing around us. So we're going to be doing it inside Zoom Sunday mornings and Thursday nights, Eastern standard time. And you're going to have a accountability partner called the done Deal. You guys are going to meet, you're going to have homework every single week. You're going to have to bring receipts for your homework on Thursdays. This is all about the to done list. And now let me just ask you this. What questions do you have specifically about done? And by the way, you're going to always have the replays. And the reason we're meeting twice a week is so that there's no excuses because if you can't be there at one of the calls, you can be there at the other call. And remember I said that people often say their biggest reason not to is time. But we realized, I think if we're being intellectually honest that we're wasting all of our time by being in the fog of our fear and the part of us that just goes into the spiral, we're wasting all of our time. That's a guaranteed way to literally not spend our days really using the time that we have. Yes, the done process will be recorded. And yes, if you have travel, that's because here's the thing, it's 90 days. You're going to have a to done prompt every single day. Even if you do half of it, even if you do a 25% of it, you'll get more done in 90 days than you're going to do if you don't. And everybody knows what they need to do. Sometimes you need a kick in the ass and you know it. And sometimes you're like, I can be self motivated. I mean, I don't need to convince anyone to do anything. I believe in what you believe is true. You know what you can do and how you want to do it. There's an not an infinite, but there's a million ways for you to wake up 90 days from now and say, it's done. I'm living as this person. And not all of those ways include you having to work with me as your mentor or having to do this program. And some of you are in this abundant life and you're like, I'm just going to kick it here. Like, I'm good here. I know that I can show up in 90 days without it. So do that. Honestly, trust yourself. You are the authority of yourself, not me. But if this feels cool, that's why I created it. I created it as an extra resource because I said to myself, these 14 days are a jumpstart to the year. And I think in 90 days we can have a bigger year than we've ever had in an entire year. Like, I fully believe that you can get more done in 90 days than you did all last year or in the last 10 years. I think you can collapse decades into days if you're actually moving from this part of you that's awake and in flow and moving from these assumptions and moving from this part of yourself. That is my bet. That's what I believe. But you can do it however you want. I do feel, though, that most of the time we go through things like this and then we just move back into the uncertainty of I can't trust myself. I don't invest in myself because why would I invest in me? Or I don't know, I don't believe that anything will change. And so that's a scary place to hang out in. And if you're not going to do it this way, do it some other way. Hire a one on one coach who you think is like amazing. I don't know, whatever it is that you think you need. But I wouldn't go back to sleep because your life is too precious and too amazing. I would do something to get it done and to stop spinning your wheels. That's what I would do. When I say bring receipts. Yeah, we're going to have homework every single week, things for you to do. And you're going to bring the receipts on Thursdays that you did your homework and it's going to feel so good. I'm just curious, what are the things on your almost list? What are the things that you almost did in the last year, in the last three years? What are the things that you almost did but you didn't do? Did you almost start a business? Did you almost do a podcast? Did you almost make more money? Did you almost lose the weight did you almost change your relationship? Did you almost get into a habit with your health? What did you almost do but didn't. You almost started a podcast. You almost wrote a book. You almost changed your habits. It's honest. This year for me was the year I was done with almost. I was just done. I was like, this is the year I'm just doing it. I've just had it. I've just had it. So what would it be? If you could move from the part of you that has the connection right to the part of you that's been bestowed with this creative force inside of you, you could really wave your magic wand and you could get it done. What would you want to get done 90 days from now? What would you want to tell me is done? Start on newsletter, first draft of the book. Your health, belief in yourself. Start making real money. Yeah. Get paying clients for my business. All of it. Song placements left. Your marriage. Create your own economy. 100%. It's all here. It really is. And what's so fun is that when I look back on the last nine years that I've been coaching, the thing, when I boiled it down, that is the thing I hear the most, is Kathy, I don't know what it is, but when I'm with you, I feel like I can run through a brick wall. Like, I'm just. I just got it done. I just finally did it. And so I'm like, so I will be there to hold you accountable to the greatness in you, and I will not let you underestimate yourself, and I won't let you require yourself to be perfect. I'm not available. I'm available for you to play with it. Get excited, get curious, and get it done. And stop living for the judgment of other people and needing to be perfect and being so worried about. Just make the move. Just make the move. God meets you in motion. Because what I'm sure of is that there are a million things you can't even see that show up in your life through synchronicity. And that's really what you're missing out on, because the clue you get is write the book. What you don't realize is who you meet once you write the book or who you meet on the way or who you become available to date, because you're now the person who's writing a book, and all of a sudden, you've just completely changed your reality, whatever it is. I'm just saying to you that that's the most exciting part of life is that when you move. When you change who you believe that you are and you operate from that place, a whole different reality shows up. And that's the one you really want, is the one that's mystical, is the one where you're like, I can't believe that just happened. I'm always now at the place at the time and I can't believe I just had that conversation. It's almost like the universe is listening in on my heart and my conversations. Like, yes, that's how good it gets to be when you move from that wholeness. So it's so exciting. So a couple things somebody said, are you still doing this Abundant life? Yeah. So if you're in the membership, you get a big discount on the program. If you're in business class, you get an even bigger discount. And then when done is over, the membership will be fueled because you're going to have an even greater level of yourself that's showing up. It's like a kickstart for the year. Also, just so you know, I said this yesterday, but I've never, not anyone who knows can go look at the receipts. I've never, never, never launched a program that's less than $3,000. Because most people when they create programs, they're, they're selling information. I don't sell information. I sell transformation. So I show up live and this time I'm not showing up once a week, I'm showing up twice a week. So the cost of this program is going to go up to normal pricing on Monday. That's what we always do, but we opened it up now. So before Monday you can get it hundreds of dollars cheaper because it's 200. $2,222. And you can do the payment plan for 222amonth. So come Monday, that fast action early bird pricing is gone. And the reason it's good to sell things and charge this kind of money is because when you have sunk costs, you're actually going to show up. Right? It's, it's annoying to you if you're spending the money and you're like, I didn't show up. So it, it's a forcing function. When you hire a trainer, you go to the gym because you don't want to lose the money you spent for the guy to be standing there waiting for you. You're like, she's waiting for me. I better show up and get up at 6am because I have to make good on the money I invested. And I'm aware that the universe is abundant. So when you go first, you just told the universe, I'm available to be a steward of more. I'm available to invest in more. I'm available to play at a different level. I'm available to invest in this. Let's go. And I, a zillion percent believe that my coaching is worth that. I mean, it's worth a lot more than that. If you really consider one of the mic drops that you got from one of these 14 days, I really stand behind that. I believe that this work is better than years of therapy. I really do. And I know so many people who spend hundreds of dollars and thousands of dollars on a therapist. And I'm like, let me just get my hands on you for two weeks. Like, I don't know what you're doing. Like, I got you. This is what I do. Everyone has a gift. I have plenty of things I'm terrible at. I'm really bad at math. I'm really bad at, like, organization. There's plenty of things I'm bad at. But what I'm really, really, really, really good at is coaching. And so I believe that it's worth way more than what I charge. And I don't just send you modules. What the hell is modules? They're just going to sit on your desktop. You're not going to do anything. You need. The transformation information should be free. It's transformation that you're paying for. So I'm going to be there and we're going to be adding fuel to the fire. So I will be there and let's go. And by the way, I will be on every single call, leaving time for you to be asking your questions and getting coaching. And I'll be looking at the homework that you submit every week. And I will be reflecting on the homework and sharing what it is that I'm seeing that's happening.
And.
And so we will be moving forward. And every single week, you will be moving, taking action so that you are becoming this version of you who has a different relationship with abundance, with money. It's just different. It's finally done. You're going to change your relationship with that and you want to change your relationship with how you move. So things are actually on the to done list and things will just come to you in the midst of it all. So we're really excited about this. You can join us for done@kathyheller.com done. If you have any questions, by the way, you can email helloathyheller.com or you can DM me on Instagram because my Team and I are always available in the DMs to answer questions. And if you are a member of this Abundant Life or business class, please check for your specific discount codes because you have them. And the price to the program goes up to our regular price on Monday. What the receipts will look like. So there's going to be homework every single week, and I'm going to have you turn in your receipts. So sometimes your receipts are that you're going to have to show the homework. We have this thing called Jotform, which I'm sure you've used before. If you haven't, it's literally like a simple, like, form you fill out. Sometimes the receipts are just that you filled out the homework. Sometimes the homework is you telling me about three reflections that I'm going to have you do on really looking at your beliefs or looking about how you showed up this week, or looking about one thing that you realize you were still unconscious around. So your homework is the receipts, but sometimes the homework is you actually doing something. I might say, I might tell you, I don't want to give this away, but I might have you do things. For instance, I'll give it away. Many months ago, when was was in April, we did a retreat in LA called Bloom. And I gave everybody crayons. And I gave everybody that composition paper that's from kindergarten where there's like a. A big white space and then lines underneath it. And I put jazz music on in the room. And I told everybody to draw something and then write a letter to themselves from their kindergarten self. And I told them to draw like, a mystical little, like, creature in the box. And that was a big assignment because what people forgot is that they have this capacity to play. And when we listen to jazz music. And I don't want to go into the entire thing that I was teaching them. But the reason we love jazz is because no one who's jamming even knows what the next note's going to be. Miles Davis, when he's playing jazz, it's jazz, it's in flow. And our favorite moments in our life is when life feels like jazz. And so some of the homework I'm going to give you is to make messy things creatively. I might tell you to write a short story why you're going to be like, I don't need to write. I might tell you to. And I don't want to give all of this away. But basically, in your creativity recovery, you move back into jazz. Because the people who create the things that shape the World, Whether it's somebody who's coming up with Apple, like Steve Jobs, you know how he created Apple? He was taking a calligraphy class. He was taking a calligraphy class. And by taking calligraphy, he started to think about fonts, and he started thinking about fonts. And then he started thinking, what if technology was beautiful? And then he thought to himself, what if technology helps you make beauty move from that place and see how you change the world? That's a thought that turns into a billion dollars. So what we've forgotten is how to be in flow, playing the jazz. So the receipts, the receipts. So much of what we talked about is moving action, taking action, getting it done. What do you need in order to do that? You need a muscle called. I am remembering that part of me that moves into creativity. When you were a kid, you love to play, you love to draw, you love to create, you love to get your hands messy. You've lost it. So now before you do anything, you overthink it and say, how am I going to make this perfect so that I'm not judged? And then you don't create. And then you don't create the next step, whatever it is, even if it's with your health. You're like, why would I bother if I'm never going to commit to actually losing the weight? Like, no, just take the first messy step. Do you have three minutes to do sit ups? Just do three minutes. It's with everything you've just gotten that the, the enemy of, of next step and good is perfection and greatness. And it has to be this. And I'm constantly comparing myself and who am I to do it. It's just insane. It's exhausting. So the receipts are going to be interesting and funny and different. And I'm not going to tell you ahead of time because I want you to just start to move back into recovery. Recovering your soul, recovering your capacity, recovering your abilities so that you can start to get things done. Because it's about just doing it. It's not about doing it perfectly. It's like there is so many ways in which you have shut down, shut off. And this relates to money as well. Because money is about circulation. You have to be circulating. And so there's ways that I'm going to have you do things that make you feel abundant. For instance, you might say, well, I can't give charity now. I don't have extra money. First of all, what can you give that makes you feel abundant? You could give someone 20 minutes of your time. You could Donate that. You could donate the two blenders. One of them you don't even use. Anyway, give it to someone, because when you're in these kinds of action steps, you start telling yourself, I'm in circulation. I'm abundant, so don't worry about what the receipts are going to be, but I'm going to give you homework. And you're going to have to show up with the receipts because all of these things, as crazy as they sound, put you back in motion. And when you start to move, that's when you start to expand. So every single week, I'm going to teach you, I'm going to coach you, and then I'm going to give you homework. And the second time we meet, every single week, you're going to bring the receipts. So I hope that that starts to make some sense. But I don't want you to know the whole thing, because part of it is being in the jazz. That's the point. Go join. Done. If you want to be able to say, 90 days from now, it's done. I'm done. I'm in flow. I'm living this way. I took all of this action. I was around people who were playing a bigger game. And if you don't want to kick yourself on Monday because the price of it will be its normal price, then join it before Monday. Thank you for today. It was so much fun.
So I hope that session opened your eyes to something new or reminded you of something you needed to hear and remember. If you want to sign up for my program. Done. Do it today. Go to kathyheller.com done. Get it done before midnight because the price will be our regular price this week. But right now it's on sale for our early bird pricing until midnight tonight. But here are the takeaways from today's session.
Number one.
We don't desire and receive for the self alone. We desire and receive on behalf of the collective. Number two. Abundance creates abundance. Number three, you print whatever is happening on the energetic vibration. When you're in overflow, in wholeness, with you're operating from this delicious feeling inside, you can't help but walk right into abundance because it is you. Number four. The creator of the universe has the tap on full blast and is looking for every one of us to be a big enough vessel to pour through. So our job is to receive and allow it all to be so good. Number five. Desire is an invitation from the universe saying build it, create it, make more space for it. Show a greater expansive possibility. Number six. The fun of this Life is to keep growing your desire and turning your thoughts into things and noticing that you can make it even bigger and even better. The better it gets, the better it gets. Number seven, Money is always a match for what you believe is yours. Number eight, wealth is not created from effort. Wealth is created by the assumptions that you live from. Number nine, when you change who you believe that you are and you operate from that place, a whole different reality shows up. Thank you so much for listening.
