If you keep saying that you want a new life, but your days still look pretty much the same, it's identity. Most people aren't blocked. They're just unconsciously loyal to the version of themselves that they've always been. Because we all love to plan and journal and process and we love to talk about what we want to do. And then we wake up the next day and we don't do any of it. And it's because manifestation is not about wanting harder or having only better vibes. It's actually about your behavior. Because your identity is not just how you think and feel, but then it becomes the actions of what you're doing. And then the results show up, right? So if your actions don't change, your life doesn't either. That's why so many people are living the same Groundhog Day year after year, on repeat. And they set new intentions, but they have the same outcomes. Because the shift is not about more insight. It's from moving differently. Moving differently long enough for life to respond at some point. It's taking that action that becomes the flex. So if you've been thinking, I know what I should be doing, so why am I not doing it?
This is for you.
It's not because you're lazy or broken. It's because we keep living from an old identity, but we have new desires. And manifestation does not work that way. You can visualize the next level all day long, but if your habits stay the same, life keeps responding with the same results, the same patterns, the same money, the same almost Groundhog Day, but just with affirmations. So this is why I created done, period. Done is a 90 day sprint where we stop talking about what your 2.0 self would be like and we start living like her. So inside Done, it's daily training to lock in your 2.0 identity habits. Clear direction every single day so you're not second guessing yourself. There's going to be two live coaching sessions a week for me, for momentum and support and a container that keeps you in motion long enough for reality to actually shift. This is not about trying harder. It's about committing differently. It's the identity. It's how you think and feel. It's the action, it's what you do. And then the results can't help but show up. When you change your behavior, the identity follows. And when you change your identity, life reorganizes. If you're tired of just waiting to be ready, this is your season. The doors are open now and the price is going up. On Monday if you want to join us, go to kathyheller.com done. You are going to be so happy that you did this. And now in 90 days, we are going to do more in 90 days than you did all last year than you probably did in years. We're going to collapse decades into days. I cannot wait. Let's freaking go. Go to kathyheller.com done. I can't wait.
Hey guys, it's Kathy.
I'm back for a bonus episode. Because your dreams can no longer be just in layaway.
Like this is the year that you.
Are going to allow yourself to show up and live as the most expansive, healthiest, wealthiest, most alive version of you. So I hope that this is going to inspire you. And I want you to know that I just announced a brand new program I'm doing. It's called Drumroll, please. Done. Done is a 90 day sprint where we stop talking about your 2.0 self and start living like her. Done is about mastering manifestations so completely that deciding becomes enough. You move, life responds. It's done. It's 90 days of structure, support, follow through. If you're tired of knowing what you want and still not living it, this is for you. Doors are open now and the price goes up on Monday. So get in now. Just go to kathyheller.com done. Okay, let's get into this episode. Take a listen.
Welcome back, everyone. I am so excited because today is the day where everything is going to come together and we're going to talk about manifestation made easy and money made easy. And then I'm going to reveal something to you at the end that is super exciting. And we'll be back tomorrow to do a little bit more and wrap it all up in a bow, which I'm so excited about. Okay, so we're going to start with talking about how manifestation works. I'm going to make it make sense to you and then we're going to talk a little bit about the money piece. Because you'll see, once we talk about how manifestation works, you're going to get it like that. So what's coming through so far in terms of what you think is the trick to manifesting? If you had to kind of throw out a word or. Yep, somebody already got it. There's a lot of this, right? Listening flow. Like what I've been doing with you over the last 12 days is to give you these. These building blocks, right? And what we're doing is sort of like we're building the model so that you start having a real clear Picture. And how we learn is through repetition. How did you learn the ABCs? You kept repeating it. Right. And so sometimes you. You're learning it, but you haven't embodied it yet. Right. And I feel like for a lot of us, there are seasons in our life where we kind of get it, but we want to close the gap between kind of getting it and then going back to sleep into that old version of us that's still operating from a place where we're not actually living it. Right. It's still on the to do list. It's not done. So let's see if we can really create this breakthrough today where it goes from. From a thought that you kind of get to a lived experience. Okay, so somebody already said it, and the word was identity. So why is the word identity so connected to your manifestation? And today, because we're getting towards the end of this challenge, I'm going to actually ask you these questions because you. I want to really pull from you what you're putting together. Because when we fire and wire new understandings, knowledge is power. It really, really is. Right. The whole idea of mindfulness is awareness. Right? Why? Because if you become aware of something, you're not going to be blindsided and walk right into it and trip over it. Right? Awareness alone, really seeing clearly, really knowing. Right. Is going to change, is going to change what you do. Right? Have you ever noticed that if somebody tells you, and I'm definitely guilty of this, so now you're going to be like, there, there it is. But if somebody tells you, you say the word, like, all the time, you become aware of it, and then you say it a little less. Right? And it's okay. We've all grown up in this era where people are saying this all the time, and now I'm, like, super cognizant. I'm sure I'm going to say it 1,000 more times before the end of this session, because I grew up in the 90s, and this is what's happening. But the more aware you become, the more aware you become, which means you start having choice. And so much of what we talked about. What did we talk about on day. I think it was like day two where I showed you the baking soda in the water. That is the part of us that's in the fog, unconscious. Okay? And what we want to do is we want to live out our lives being sovereign, being conscious. And when we are consciously choosing, right. You choose where you're focused. You choose what thoughts you're thinking. Everything changes, and you're going to start to see today that this is literally air. It's. There's no mass to what I'm about to say, meaning there. There's actually nothing actually in your way. What's blocking you is a story. It's a thought, it's consciousness, which you can change. So you can change your identity, not because you just lost 49 pounds. I mean, you might want to, but that's not what's going to change your identity. You can change your identity not because all of a sudden you have new parents. You can change your identity all of a sudden, not because you're a new religion or what. I mean, you can do all of those things. So maybe not change your parents, but the point of it is what changes your identity is the story that you tell yourself about who you are and about what's possible, right? And so your personality is basically what you think and what you feel and then how you choose to react and respond. Okay? And over and over and over again, you are living out the timeline that is according to that personality. Now, what's so awesome, and this is what I've been trying to weave in, is that your true identity is the I am. I am a masterpiece. I am a piece of the master. This is why there's a method to the madness. This is why I say that so often, like little Easter eggs. I've been dropping it through this whole thing because if you really knew the story, if you really understood who you actually are, you can manifest all of it because you have a direct access point to the creator of the universe. Are you hearing me? Are you getting this? That's the only story that's true. The only story that's true is the reason I wrote this book, Abundant Ever After. What is abundant? Your soul. It is. It was. It will be. What are you connected to? A power bigger than you. What is real? Abundance. It's the feeling of being really inspired, really alive, really in flow. Do you have access to that? Yes. Do you live in that most of the time? No. Because most of the time you're hanging out in an old story. An unconscious identity that that identity has a reality. It's the one you've been living. Do you want to live a different one? Are you happy? Is the reality you've been living 10 out of 10? Or is it 4 out of 10? Now tell me, is it 4 out of 10? Is it 6 out of 10? Is it 3 out of 10? Why not live 10 out of 10? Right? God has given you this life. And like Harold and the purple crayon. He's given you that purple crayon. You can create whatever it is. Thoughts turn to things. If you drop the fake identity and you step into the truth of who you are, the whole world is literally at your fingertips because you have in you. You're a masterpiece, a piece of the master. Each one of us has the force within us so we've been talking about. So we've been endowed, we've been bestowed. Within us is the power to create worlds from thought alone, from energy alone. Are you getting this? But it's as if you've had some headphones on your whole life and some horrible little satanic being is whispering to you all the time who you are and who you're not and what's not available to you. And you buy it. You just drink the Kool Aid and it's a total joke and it's keeping you from every single thing that you desire. Now. So let's talk about it. So identity comes first. And from your identity, that's where the action comes. So I hope that this is clicking because most people think, and we're going to talk about money later, but I'm going to give you a way that this sort of plays out for people. Okay, let's say people want to manifest more money. They want to have $6 million in their bank account, $14 million, $1 billion, whatever it is that they want. And by the way, money is meant to be circulated. Money is like blood in the body. It's got to keep moving. What happens if blood stops? No good, right? You get a blood flow. Money is meant to be circulated. So we'll talk about this later, but remember that I said that. So the truth about money is you are meant to be a steward of money. So why on earth. I'm already giving you some of the money class, but why on earth would you want less money if your job. Each of us is here to be in circulation, right? For the collective. You are meant, on behalf of the collective, to circulate as much energy, as much inspiration, as much love as possible. Oh, but I won't do that with money. Great. That makes you better. I don't get it. I'm confused. Right. If you open a shop on Main street, you just made everybody more money. Now other people can make more money. They can open shops on Main Street. Now you're creating commerce, now you're creating an economy. I don't get it. Right. This is all bs. This is what? Literally, once you start getting it, you realize I'M not doing anyone any favors by having less of anything because I'm meant to be in circulation. I'm meant to be a steward of. Of all the abundance that exists. Okay? So we'll talk about that a little later. However, let's say one of the things you want to manifest is a lot more money. So most people think, once I make more money, I'm going to be relaxed. Once I make more money, I'm going to be fine. Once I make more money, I'm going to just. Oh, that's when I'm going to feel great. Once I make more money, I'm going to feel. Fill in the blank. Have you ever thought it and finished the sentence? Once I make more money, what? I'll have more fun. I'll feel more confident. I'll feel, like, secure. I'll feel free. I'll buy a house. I can breathe. Okay. Once I make more money, I will feel safe, confident, free, relaxed. Okay. Less stressed. I won't worry. But is that the right order? Is that the way it works? Is that the way that manifestation works? No, that's not it. That is you being externally referenced. That is you thinking your power lives outside of you. And when something happens, that's when you will be in alignment. Something outside of you happens to you. Now you're in alignment. Can you imagine God creating the world that way? Like, here you go, walk upon the earth. You are totally at the mercy of everything outside of you. You have no power. So if you're lucky enough for things to come to you, then all of a sudden, you inside of you will become activated. Or what if it's the opposite? What if you are so powerful? What if you are so abundant? What if you walk in rooms and the room changes because you walked in that room? What if you don't wait for something to feel good because you have within you the magic, the. The most potent thing ever. This life force, this divinity, it lives in you. It moves through you. So the real order is the version of you who already, right now, feels safe and confident and free. That's the version of you that makes the decisions, that creates the money. Let me say that again. The version of you who already, right now, when you lock in to that ocean within, not the frenetic mind we talked about all these things, right? We're building now you're seeing that all the stories I told you and all the teachings are leading to this. It's like Mr. Miyagi and paint the fence and sand the floor, and I are like, I Kind of get it. So the version of you who's within you sovereign equanimity, the version of you who's really you, who already feels safe because you're a soul. I was in a car accident in 1998. I was sitting in the backseat, and the woman who was driving, she was a girl who lived in our dorm, and she was reckless. And I actually said to my friend before I got in the car, I don't want to drive with Tara. I don't like the way she drives. But this is way before there were Ubers. Was not easy to get home another way. And there were no cell phones. There was no apps, nothing like that. And I said we could call, like, a yellow cab or something. And we decided not because we didn't want to look uncool. So we just got in the car. Well, she flipped the car. We were driving a Jeep Chero. She was driving a Jeep Cherokee. I was in the backseat right behind the driver. And remember when those Jeep Cherokees were getting recalls? She flipped the car, and we flipped on the freeway, and I was sitting in the backseat behind the driver. So my head went through my. What's it called? Window. Not windshield. Window. And I broke my jaw, and I. And it was amazing that we didn't get flung from the vehicle. Anyways, when we were flipping on the freeway in that moment, when we were going I don't know how many miles per hour, but, like, literally flipping on a freeway, like, over and over and over again, what do you think I felt inside of myself? Because it'll shock you. Totally calm. Because my soul took over. I was like, oh. It was like I was watching it happen from above. And I was like, okay, God, you got me. And then we were pulled out of the vehicle because it was kind of smashed up and everything. And I looked at the car, and I looked at my hand, and I looked at my face. There was like, you know, you don't. You're in such adrenaline. You don't even feel the pain yet. And I was like, oh, my God, I'm here. But it was like everything was a movie, and I was watching it, right? And all of us, except for this kid Joe, who was sitting in the front seat. I think he had weed on him. So he fled the scene. He didn't want to get arrested. Isn't that insane? He had a broken shoulder, and he just walked away because he was afraid the cops were going to arrest him. Him, which I don't think that they would have. I'm not sure who Knows, I don't know back in 98 what would have happened to him. But I remember feeling how wild that there was a calm inside of me that was really me. And she showed up. And then I went through a year of physical therapy. And that. That was interesting. And there was definitely pain, you know, after. I was definitely in pain after. But what I'm saying is the truth of who you are. Ever had an experience where you're doing something and you can't believe that you could ever handle it, but you're handling it. You know, A year and a half ago, my dad died. We were with him in hospice, and then we were with him when he died. And we're there, and his body is in the room, and I'm calling, you know, all you have to go through, all the things you have to go through. And I'm like, here I am. You know? And, like, got up and spoke at the funeral. Yes, I broke into tears, but, like, here I am. What is that? Well, because there's a part of me that's really me that says, I came here for this. I have the capacity bigger than what you ever knew you had within yourself. Right. And you also see it in other moments where all of a sudden you're doing something and you're just in flow, and you have this talent come through you, and you're like, wow, there's something happening here. So the version of you, the version of you that is fully plugged into your soul, that version of you feels sovereign, doesn't need anything outside of you to make you feel safe because you feel whole. I think I mentioned this to you, that when I met Deepak, he said to me, say, I am Kathy Heller. So I said, I'm Kathy Heller. He said, say it again. I'm like, okay. So I say it three times. He goes, now just say, I am Kathy. So I go, okay. He goes, say it again. All right. He goes, now say I am. Now say that again. That's you. Not a personality. That. That's you. And the I am in each one of us is a unique imprint. But that's who you really are. Before people told you, before you started to be in survival, who the heck actually are you? It's like that Patrick Swayze and Dirty Gaga. I am. I am. You come back to that. You're not looking outside of yourself for anything. All of a sudden, everything around you responds to you. So this is how we manifest. So the version of you who already feels sovereign, whole lit, inspired, safe, grounded, that version of you moves Differently. That version of you just prints money so you don't have to grind your way into this new identity you don't manifest by efforting and pushing. You become this 2.0 truthful you version of you. And money follows that, but so does everything else. So let's say it this way. The wealthiest version of you doesn't work harder. What does she do? She has different assumptions, she makes different choices. So she has different results. Let me say that again. The wealthiest version of you not pushing harder, but she assumes differently because she thinks differently, because she's interpreting differently. So she makes different choices, she makes different results. So same person, totally different operating system. So the thing about it is, and we're going to talk about this later, you've had moments and days and even sometimes months where you're operating this way, and then you had a fall back in. And even when you've had moments, when you've operated this way, don't you think you could 10x that? Don't you think you could 10x your assumptions, 10x your interpretations, 10x your choices? Of course you could. That's exactly what we've been talking about. So there's three versions of you. And I made it this way so I could help you make it make sense. So let's talk about version A. Okay, let's talk about this. Like it has like a trajectory here. Okay, so version A, we're going to call that the scarcity self. That's the you that's in survival mode. All right, this is version A. We're going to do an A, B and C. So version A, you know what she does? She waits for proof. You know what she does? She tightens around receiving. She feels guilt a little bit. She over explains, she asks for permission all the time without realizing that she's doing that. This version of you, she might be smart, she probably is, but she's also living from fear. You feel that? So type in A if you've ever been her, if you're still her too often, if you'd love to let her go because she's exhausted. And that is not good for your biology either. When you're operating from those states of being that is really actually bad on a cellular level. Okay? That's honest though, and I love the honesty. Because when we're honest, we can actually do something about it. Now let's move a little further. Now let's talk about version B. This is your transitional self. This is the one in between. Okay, so this is the in between self who does Perceive sometimes in a heightened way. She sometimes takes action, but she double checks constantly for safety. She believes on good days, and then she spirals on other days. So it's like kind of trust, panic, repeat, trust, panic, repeat again. You take action sometimes, but then you believe on good days. And you spiral over here. Okay? That's where I would say most of the time, you're hanging out. You're like, I love this girl. Because I get it. I've been there at least some of the three out of seven days. I'm kind of operating that way. Then I fall right back in. Damn it. Right? Because you get it. There's a part of you that gets it. You've had moments where you see clearly in the quantum field. You feel it, you get it. You understand. Esther Hicks, you know, Wayne Dyer, you could read it backwards and forwards. You've memorized it, but you fall back, you fall back, you fall back. So this is where you're getting stuck. So now let's talk about version C. This is the most badass. This is the baddie. This is your baddie self. Okay? Virgin C is the wealthiest, most audacious, most alive, most sovereign, most playful, most flow, happiest version, most fulfilled version of you. So let's call version C the abundant identity. This version of you just feels calm. This version of you has this feeling of being regulated and grounded. Here's what she's about, okay? She moves first. She moves. Does it. She's gonna write the book proposal, start the podcast. She's gonna invest. She's gonna go take out a small business loan. She's gonna buy the car and say, I'll make more money this year. I'm buying the better car. She moves first. She listens to herself. She's like, this relationship is over for the highest mess for both of us. I'm out. She just moves. She just moves. She expects support. She expects it. She's like, universe supports me. God supports me. World supports me. There it is. There it is. There it is. So I can move because I know I'm supported. She makes decisions from overflow. She's like, oh, you know, it'd be fun, a trip to Paris. Not, oh, can I really spend the money? She's like, no, no. I'm already an overflow. I'm a vessel. God's my cfo. There is no budget here. Let's just move. Let's just go to Paris. Let's do that. She doesn't chase anything because she just receives. She positions herself on the chessboard. That's her only job. Everything is just going to flow right to her, always at the right place at the right time. So she's always assuming. There's always more coming. There's always more on the way. Now, this is a. This is an easy question. Which one of those would you like to be? What comes up when I talk about that version? Sounds like a fantasy excitement. I see her, I know her. Uncomfortable. I'm already there. So when we talk a little bit more today, and we talk a little bit about money, because everything I just said applies to everything. Not just money, but everything, Right? The quality of your health, your relationships. It's like that version of you who is not spiraling. That version of you who is perceiving and assuming and living from a different identity, therefore has a different estro. It's a different timeline in every, every vertical of your life. But when we talk about money specifically, it's actually helpful because when we talk about, and I wrote this in the book, when we talk about your health, okay, it's not as triggering. And I'll tell you what I mean by that. If I told you to go onto Instagram and say, okay, guys, it's January, New Year, new me. I'm going to be the healthiest version of myself this year. I want to be healthy. Af, who's with me? And you were talking about your health, and I told you to go do that, you'd probably say, I want to do that. Let's do it. I'm going to get all my friends. I'm going to tell everybody that I'm doing it this year. I'm going to give myself a health challenge that 20, 26 will be the healthiest version of me. Would you do that? Would you feel comfortable saying, I want this to be the healthiest year of my life. I want to age backwards. I'm, you know, I'm 41 or I'm 39. I want to get ahead of aging, and I want to be. I want to age backwards. Yeah, that's not that triggering. It's exciting. You feel like you'll be telling your friends. It's not, look at me, it's, come with me, let's do this together. You'd feel proud of that. You'd be the good friend that's helping other people be better to themselves. But money is really interesting, and it's an interesting one to play with for the purposes of really getting underneath how we're going to break through that iceberg of the subconscious that really keeps running the show of the old identity, because it's way more triggering. And I'll tell you why. If I were to say the same thing to you and say, okay, I want you to go post on Instagram, this is my year. I'm going to be wealthy. Afraid I'm going to be the wealthiest version of me. I want to be as wealthy as possible. Who's with me? Is that as easy to do? Why not? People will judge me. Fear of judgment. So now let's really look at this. Let's get wide awake. So we talked about these three different selves, A, B and C. And you told me, I don't want to live from A. I don't want to be in this place. I want to be over here. I don't even want to be B. I don't want to have some days where I'm living from flow, other days where my thoughts are spiraling. I'm done with that. It doesn't feel good. I want to live in abundance. But what did you now just tell me? You just told me something else. That there is a world, there is a whole ocean, there's an iceberg underneath that comes to the surface that gets activated when you talk about it with money. When money becomes the thing that you want to manifest as part of an abundant life, right? Just part of it, right? Because what you really want is amazing relationships, incredible opportunities, incredible challenging work that lets you be in flow, that really calls you into your potential. That's what you really want, right? That's what you really want. You want to use your potential in this life before you are no longer in this world anymore. That's what you really want. That's what we all want. We want to be as significant as possible, make the biggest impact as possible. Be the best mother, the best friend, the best version of ourselves. That's abundance. But part of that might also be, and I want to not deny myself, right, to thrive, to be the most abundant, and we talked about this the other day, that redwood trees are not meant to have a little bit of water. They're meant to have an incredible amount of water. Dolphins are not meant to swim in a tiny little pool behind your house. They're meant to be in the ocean. Does that make mean that they should be judged for that? Does it mean they should be judged for that? No. That is what it needs to do its job. So what are we doing as human beings, right? You're meant to have an abundance of all that. You need to thrive so that you can go get to work and bring Your gifts to the world, right? If every single one of us has the capacity to be Jim Henson or Steve Jobs or Mother Teresa, of course. Do you know that Mother Teresa, she brought in more money in her lifetime? Money. Money. Literally. She went out and asked for it and received it and literally created an unbelievable empire with the amount of money that she brought in so she could do the work that she wanted to do. Okay, so what if you get to be more sovereign when you write bigger checks? So then all of a sudden you're like, no, but I don't want to get judged. What are you talking about? Right? It's all bs. It's been programmed into version A. And version A is afraid of being judged, so she keeps herself from being version C. That's why I said to you at the beginning, thoughts don't even weigh anything, but boy, are they happy. They don't weigh a thing. They have no mass, but they're completely heavy. They completely keep you from your entire life locked up. Fear of judgment. So desire is supposed to be with a capital D, right? Kabbalah says that your job is to be a receiver, which means you're not even desiring enough. You should have a bigger desire. Your desire should not be a tiny D afraid of judgment, but a little D here. Your job is to create. Your job is to thrive. Your job is to have a capital D on your desire. Because we don't receive for the self alone. We receive on behalf of the collective. Everything that we receive. Our ideas should transmit the energy inside of us should radiate the love, the flow, the compassion, the insight should spread, right? Because if the redwood trees, let's talk about that. If they're not tall, they're not doing their job on behalf of the ecosystem. And you know that we're literally. It's all one. We can't not be one. We're all one. We're all one. We're all one. Right? That is literally. The central prayer in Judaism is this prayer called Shema Israel, which says, every single thing is one. We are all connected. We're all part of one ecosystem. So when you paint your house and you make your house look better, what happened to your neighbor's house? You just made the. The price of the value of your neighbor's house went up because you made your house prettier. When you are healthier, what happens to your friend group? They get inspired. Maybe they also start losing weight. When you start stepping out there, right? And you're glowing, what happens to the people who meet you today? You just bless their day because you came in with good energy, right? It's oneness. We're all in one energetic field. So the more that you become a lightning rod, so that you become able to broadcast more stew word more, you're doing your job on behalf of the whole ecosystem. We were in the May river in South Carolina. It's one of our favorite places to go. And the. We had our own little boat. Like a little boat, right? The kids went tubing, whatever. But we have this guy who takes us out on the boat, Gino. And he said, do you see these oyster beds? And he said, look how they. They filter the water. It's a net, God's natural water filtration system. They're spitting the water, right? They filter. It's like a gigantic Brita, right? And he said, do you know what happens if these oyster beds dried up? And we were like, no, we don't know anything about oysters. And he said, well, eventually it would hurt us because we'd have red tide and it would hurt the oceans. And eventually everything's one, everything's connected. So just the oysters alone, not functioning, flourishing at 100% capacity. That's not good for you and me, right? We all saw the bee movie. We know that Jerry Seinfeld loves these bees. We talk about the bees and the honey, right? These little bees. All of a sudden, there's a problem with the bees. We've got major problems, right? So who are you? Well, what if each one of us is a world, and when we're thriving, everything in the neighborhood starts to be a little bit different? Everyone around us, everybody starts to. Oh, and what if we all did that? It affects everyone. And the opposite is also true. If somebody down your block started creating a meth lab in the back of their house, well, that would make good television. But the point of it is, it would affect everybody, would it not? Right? We affect each other. So who are you not to thrive fully? So we're going to talk a little bit more about all of it, but let's just clear up the manifestation piece, okay? Manifesting is not pretending that you're rich. Manifesting is not lying to yourself or being delusional or visualizing even harder. Although visualization helps. But it's not those things. Manifesting is practicing being the version of you who assumes that just life just works. It's showing up in real ways. It's being showing up from the identity. And it affects how you speak. It affects what you say yes to. It affects what you say no to. It affects how you sit with uncertainty. It affects that you receive without apologizing. It's not mindset theater, you guys. It's behavior that's rooted in identity. Let me say it again. This is not theater. This is not like, oh, just. It's all mindset, and it's this and that, and that's all it is. No, no, no. It's actual. It's concrete. It's. It's a done list. It's behavior, and it's the behavior that's rooted in identity. Ultimately, when the identity changes, your actions change. And so it's moving from a different identity. And when those behaviors come off of that identity, everything in escrow, that's meant for you, that version C, you're like, wow, just like that. I'm sitting in first class on my way to an event where I am on stage doing such and such. And next week I'm in Paris with this amazing person who I met at this conference. And now I am right this way. They're putting the lavalier on me. I'm sitting down over here. I'm funding this thing. I'm standing up at this dinner, writing a check for $22 million. Like, yeah, now you finally just arrived. That's just go. Now you're on the Monopoly board. That's just the beginning. And once you get there, you're like, oh, this isn't even a thing. There's a lot of people here, and they're asking much better questions than will I be judged if I'm in flow? They're asking questions like, what am I going to do with all this? What's my responsibility? How am I going to show up? How am I going to impact what's going to be the most fun next thing that I can create on behalf of all these people? It gets so boring and so old when we keep ourselves from that. Just get in the room. Just get on the Monopoly board. Just start. You know how in the Monopoly game they give you $200 and you start with go in. In terms of actual life, the inflation would be get on the board with $2 million and then go. That's just the beginning. Now you're here. How do you want to show up? How do you want to use your gifts? How do you want to use the money right from the CFO of the universe to steward amazing things in this world? Does that change it? Are you hearing me? That's reality. That's how we play the game. So here's the simple formula, okay? Identity creates the Energy. Because now, how do you feel right now? Do you feel any different energetically than you did when you woke up this morning before you got on this call? Yes or no? Any different? A little change, Sliver, because we're talking about who you really are. We're calling her up. I'm calling her up. So the identity changes your energy. And what does your energy change? If the identity is locked in and it changes the energy that's happening inside of you. Now you're in flow. Now you're a masterpiece. Now you're connected to the master, right? Yeah, exactly. Your behavior changes, your decisions change. And what happens when you have different identity, different energy, different decisions, brand new reality. That's it. That's how manifestation is made. Simple. That's it. So if you really, really, really, really get this, what are you going to do to not go back to sleep? Because if you were to implement everything that I just said, scale of 1 to 10, what do you think the chances are if you were living from the place that we are in right now, the identity, this energy that comes from that identity? That's correct. That's literally how it works. So it's not when I make more money, I'll be more calm, I'll be more free. It's when I move from here, the energy changes. I perceive differently, I assume differently. So I make different choices because they were always available. And all of a sudden I'm living a different life, I'm creating a different reality. And that is the story that I been telling you. When I went and bought that book on commercial real estate, then I'm standing in line at the Cheesecake Factory, he turns to me and this guy, he's like, are you in commercial real estate? Yeah, I'm in commercial real estate now. I just decided, great, let me hire you. Boom. That was a $225,000 a year job. The next day, from going to get the book and living in that reality and going. And it's funny, right? Because I went to eat lunch in Brentwood and that was the first time I had ever been at that Cheesecake Factory. It was almost like I thought to myself, I'm going to read a book on commercial real estate. Where am I going to read it? I'm going to go to Brentwood where all these like pointy toity people are like having lunch. And I literally took myself out because I stepped into that identity and there was like, right there, just like that. And same thing with everything else that I told you, right, with my podcast, you guys know this story that I started the podcast in my closet, and then I was invited to go to Podcast Movement. Everyone's walking around with business cards. And I'm like, I didn't bring business cards. I'm like, I was so uncomfortable because everyone was so inauthentic in the, like, schmoozing. And I was like, I'm out of here. I'll come back when the panels begin. So I left the conference. Literally left. Walked to a different hotel in Anaheim, like, across a big street, sat down in a different lobby, ordered a nice tea, and I was so relieved that I was no longer in this, like, schmoozy, trying. Everyone was trying so hard, like. And I said to the person next to me in the lobby of the. Of the conference, who are they all trying to meet? Like, they're trying to meet the people from Apple. Because if somebody from Apple, you know, if they like you and they feature you, you could really be something. I'm like, I'm so out of here. I'm done. I'm not doing this. I don't need that. I was like, that's so weird. Like, I don't want to try to meet the right person and say the right things. So, sure enough, I go to the other hotel, and you guys know what happened. I literally left the conference, and sitting down next to me, there's a guy, and he's wearing the same badge as me, and he's like, were you in there? I'm like, yeah. It was so annoying. Like, I hate that networky energy.
He's like, me, too.
It's just like. It's not a vibe. I'm like, no. So we talk. He's from Chicago. We talk about the Midwest. We talk about creativity. And then he hands me his card, and he's like, I really enjoyed meeting you. I would love to show you around the offices. I'm the head of Apple Podcasts. Can you come and meet with me? And I was like, yeah. So what's that about? It's already happening. You don't have to do anything. In fact, you can leave the conference, right? But all those people in that conference who brought business cards who were walking around the lobby, like, I better. I better, like, pretend. And it was such fake energy, you know, that energy. I was like, I'm done. I'm done with this, right? Because what's mine is already mine. I'm Kathy Heller. I started a podcast. I open my mouth every single day and ask God to move through me. What else do I need? I don't need anything from you. I'm here to give something. I'm not here to ask you for something. I'm here to give something. Let me say it again. I don't need you to give me anything. I am here to give something to you. I'm here. I'm here to offer something. I don't want to walk around because I need something. And that's what everybody does in those things, right? They're not like, here's my card. Let me know how I can provide support for you. They're like, here's my card so I can call you and pitch something to you, right? So I left and literally walked straight in because the guy from Apple, he had left the conference, he didn't want to be in there either. So when you're living from the identity of I don't need to constantly strive. I already am. I was enjoying my show. I was living from the point of I like my show. I like how I'm able to like, make a difference. Whatever's meant to be mine, it's already coming to me. There's nothing I need to do. You're always at the right place at the right time when you're operating from the identity of that most abundant you, because it's just coming right to you. That's really how the quantum field works nonstop. That's how magnificent the universe is. It is a web of quantum possibility that you cannot perceive with your eyes. You can only perceive it with the heart. And that's how you get into flow. And when you move into this place, do you notice how your identity locks into what you really knew all along and gets out of the soup and the fog? And now you can actually move. So the practice that you can start using immediately is. And it's not about vision boards and glue sticks, although that's. It's fine if you want to do that. It's this identity check in. Your abundant identity check in. So before you start your day, before you make a decision, I want you to ask, what would the version of me who trust the universe do here? What would the version of me who trusts in overflow do here? Not what's the safest move, not what if this doesn't work, but what's the most true to my identity move? Because abundance is built on self trust from the I am. So you're not here to get rich by chasing money. You get rich by becoming the person money recognizes as home base. And this is just one part of it. So we're going to go even further into this tomorrow. But essentially. And I'll. This is my last moment on the money piece because I'm trying to wrap it all up. But I want you to understand that money is on full blast. The tap is on full blast, okay? You can either show up with a bucket. You can receive a bucket amount. You could show up with a thimble. This is the only amount you feel you're worthy to receive because you have so much judgment around it. You could show up with the ocean. You can show up with infinity. Okay? It's meant to be circulated anyway. It's not meant for you to have it. It's meant for you to circulate it. Let me say that again. It's not meant for you to hold on to. Money's like blood in the body. What did I say? The word currency comes from the word current. It has to keep moving. So the whole lens that most people look through it, it's all about ego. It's all about you, you, you. How much do you have? Have. Have. It's literally not the point of it. It's meant to be circulated all the time. So therefore, why wouldn't you want to circulate money? That's the reframe. Go circulate it. Go invest in things. Go give money to charity. Go build a business. Go create in business alone. Go. What did I say earlier? I said that when I worked two days ago. I told you that when I worked for that guy at the real estate firm. I realized that people make the most money when they start, spend it, when they invest it. And what happens when people invest in the stock market? They just made our lives better because they built a better economy for all of us. Just by putting money in your bank account, do you think it sits there while you're asleep, while you're going to work? People are using it. It's being circulated. So just having the money, it doesn't stick to you. It's funding someone's mortgage. It's funding somebody's student loan. It's funding somebody's credit card. Oh, but you didn't want to do that. Why make it make sense? Unless you're going to be Mr. Magoo and put the money under your mattress, just by putting it in a bank, you've helped. Oh, but I don't want to be judged. Great. So don't circulate money. I get it. No, make it make sense. Please make it make sense. I don't get it. Because just by putting money in a bank, the reason that they're Going to pay you a little interest on it. They're using it because somebody else needs to buy a car. Don't help them buy a car. You're right. You're a better person than me. You're right. You're so much better. Don't have money because you're a better person because you didn't help anyone buy a car or go to college. You're right. That makes so much sense. The less you have, the nicer you are. That's right. You're correct. I forgot. I forgot. You're so right. You made it make sense to me. You had less, you circulated less money. You invested less money, you bought less things, you helped the economy less, so you were more righteous. That was great. I'm so glad. What are you talking about? No, no, no. It just doesn't work that way. It just doesn't work that way. It's the complete opposite. The complete opposite. Okay, so money is trying to come into you all the time because that's the way the universe created it, right? Rain, sunlight, money, love, energy. All the time. God is pouring this into your life on full blast. You unknowingly keep the door locked. Now, why do you keep the door locked? Not because. You mean. You don't even mean to, right? Let me say this. I wrote this down so that I could say it exactly so you hear me. You keep the door locked because your nervous system learned that having more is unsafe. That's what it thinks. That's what it was taught. What would it be unsafe to have more of, though? Is it the money? Because I'll tell you, it's something that comes with what you think the money comes with. Your nervous system believes that having more is unsafe. More what? More money. But why? Because it believes that it's unsafe to have more visibility. It thinks it's unsafe because you'll have more judgment. Because anybody who judges anyone. These are unhappy people. Right? You ever notice, even if you had a bad experience at a restaurant, are you really the person who takes your time to go write a horrible review? Like, who has the energy for this? Who has the energy? Right. I love it when people hate on me in the comments, which doesn't happen enough. It should happen more because if you're really saying something valuable, it should trigger people in both ways. But whenever it happens, I'm like, yes. And I just leave it there. A, they're helping my algorithm, so thank you. And B, they just identify themselves as looking so stupid. It's like you took the time you're like, no, this. And it's just like. And then, my poor. I feel so bad because, like, people in my audience, like, come to the. Come to my rescue, and I'm like, you don't have to defend me. Right? In my defenselessness, I am safe. There's nothing to defend. Right? There's just nothing to defend. And you can go ahead and run your mouth and honestly, thank you. It helps my algorithm. I appreciate it. But it's that. So when we go back to the beginning of this conversation. What did I say? Thoughts have no weight. They don't weigh anything, but they weigh down your whole life. Because version C is the version of you who says, I don't care how people perceive me. I don't feel unsafe in your judgment. It's like Teflon. It just goes right off. That's when you can have more. Because all of a sudden, you say you want money, but your body flinches when money gets close. Because that's the block. Because there's a part of you that says, oh, my God, there's going to be all this expectation, more judgment, more visibility. And also, you fear the responsibility. And we're going to go more into this tomorrow because I told you there's more to be done with the money piece. But I have to kind of tread lightly to get around your system. I'm not joking. Your system will come at me. Like, if I would have just started this off with, like, I want you to be wealthy af. You're like, judge, judge, judge, judge, judge. Like, you wouldn't even mean to, but you'd hate me because your system was built to do that. So I have to. Literally, that's how much you're. In your own way. Are you seeing it? It's insane. This is why. It's like, I posted a reel of my gold Range Rover because I want to let this die, right? Like, anybody who spends five minutes on my Instagram feed or listens to my podcast or reads my book is, like, it's really hard to come out with. Like, I've decided. Kathy Heller. Superficial. It's, like, pretty hard to, like, let yourself rest there. Which is why, even more so, I want to show people. Guess what? You can be the nicest, most really intentional version of your soul possible. And you can have all this money. Like, they're not mutually exclusive. In fact, that's when you get to work being the better steward, more responsible, more allowing, more of the person who's inspiring and who can make an even bigger difference. So we're going to talk More about it tomorrow. But the money block, it doesn't feel dramatic inside of you. It's very subtle, but it literally is like, suffocating you and keeping you from having all of the abundance. So tomorrow we're going to talk about how we're going to go even further and unravel it so that we can live from the third identity, which is really who you are. And I want to announce something to you guys right now because I am super excited. So, you guys, I'm about to do something that I'm giving you the first clue because it's going to be something really big. So I'm rebranding my podcast. I just felt like it was going to be time for like a rebrand. And so we have a new title for the podcast, which I'm not going to reveal yet, but I'm going to give you a clue. Okay. I'm going to give you a big fricking clue. So we are going to do a. We always tend to do a summit, like once or twice a year. We use this theater in LA. It fits about 400 people. We're going to do that summit in July. And that summit is going to have a name that's also part of this whole, whole theme. So you'll hear about that soon, too. I can't wait to show you. The idea just was such a download for me that I'm so excited about it. And I already made merch. Literally, like, I started designing merch around it because it just made me so happy. And you're going to hear a little piece of it right now. So then I started thinking, once I got this download, okay, what am I going to name the podcast? What's our rebrand? What's our, like, platform? Is it all going to be about how are we going to make this feel so electrifying and so fun and so, so all sort of came to me and included in that, I was like, I'm going to create a 90 day intensive program around this thing because I couldn't not. And when you hear what it is, you're going to be so excited. I've been leaving you guys little, like goose eggs, little Easter eggs throughout this whole thing. So what did I say? I said, you don't need a to do list, but what do you need? Yeah, a to done list. Right? And I realized I had a saying that my daughters kept saying. That was my, like, my thing. They're like, mom, this is your vocal sim. You say it all the time. And I realized that when I Was like ending my marriage and moving out of LA and taking my kids out of school and all the things I was doing, all of the things I was doing, even the way I was setting boundaries, the way I was, like, leveling up my identity even more, losing the £28, all this stuff. They said that all year I had a phrase, and my phrase was, I'm so done. I'm just so done. Right? Have you ever had that you get off the phone with someone and something happens or you get really upset and then you're like, that's it. I'm so done. I'm so over it. I was so done. Okay? So I've been saying, I'm so done. I'm just so done. I'm so done. That's it. We're going to Italy. That's it. I'm so done. I'm so done with guilt. I'm so done with this. I'm so done with being in my own way. I'm so done with not having boundaries. I'm so done. I'm so done. I'm so done. And so that's it. And then I started thinking about how one of the greatest compliments that people give me is they say, cath, you know what it is? Every time I'm around you, I finally do the thing. It's like, I'm with you. And then I just did it. It's done, it's done, it's done, it's done. And I'm like, yes, because at the end of the day, everything I've been talking to you about over the last few days, right, it's not just about thinking about it, it's just do it. Because where does God meet you in motion? Just do it. What did I tell you? Successful people have, what, an action taking bias? And what did we talk about? When you're having fun with it, you can just do it. It doesn't have to be perfect. You're just having fun with it. Let's go. And so I realized that so much of what actually makes me me, all the spirituality, all of the ways that I help people as a coach, but also just where the rubber meets the road with me is I just do it. I just show up. And that's me living from the 2.0 reality. It's done, it's done, it's done. So I'm giving you major clues. Okay? I'm not going to tell you yet the name of the podcast, and I'm not, because it's really going to make you laugh. But it's on this theme. I've given you more than anybody knows. Okay? And the merch is adorable. The summit that we're going to have in July, we're going to have something at the summit for our vipers who do this one thing. The people who show up at the summit who don't have a to do list because they have a to done list. They have receipts. Guess what they're going to get to be part of at the summit. The finished line. You're on the finish line. It's finished. It's not a thought. Think less, finish more. You're not thinking about it. It's done. This whole thing we talked about today, like this whole thing when I said you're going to live as the 2.0 version of you. Not three days a week, seven days a week. What if you actually did that? You didn't just think about it. You do it. Do. Done, done, done, done, done, Period. Done, period. I'm doing it. It's not just a good idea to. Maybe I should overthink that another year. No, no, no. I'm done. So then the question is, what do I need to do? So it's done. Because I don't want to spend another day not feeling the way I feel when I'm in this room. What does she say in Dirty Dancing? I don't want to wake up another day not feeling the way I feel when I'm with you. Whatever she says. But this feeling when you're in your identity, this feeling when you're energized, this feeling when you start perceiving money is about currency because it's a current. Money is about circulation. I want to live from this place where I'm sovereign and calm and knowing that I move first and then the universe meets me there. Right? And it's done. In order for that to happen, do you think you can be self motivated? Honestly? Because the iceberg in your head is like choking you. So we have to create certain structures. You know what I bought because I had already had all these other little gadgets. No, no. You know what's on my fridge right now? A brick. You know what a brick is? It shuts your phone off. It's on my fridge. My daughter has one. We all have one. Right. Because you think I can leave it up to myself to get off Instagram? Are you kidding? No. And I do it less than other people. But it's still too much. I don't want this in my face. I don't give a crap what you ate for lunch. I don't care. I don't want to see it all the time. Okay? So I had to force that. So it literally, in order for me to unlock my phone, I have to walk to my kitchen. That's kind of inconvenient, right? So it's great. So I am so clear that this is who I am for people is like, we are going to create every single thing, including when we talked this last 14, 13 days. It's not 14 yet. When we talked the last 13 days about flow. Flow has a whole rhythm to it. It's about getting into that part of you where you're allowing yourself to be creative, flexing that muscle. So there. There is a how to how we move when we're getting things done, right? If you're moving from pressure and perfectionism, you think you're going to get anything done? No, you have to move from flow, where you're, like, curious, playful, right? Just sort of like in it. Like, let's just see. Let's just do this. Let's just. Let's just be creative. Let's just be curious here. Let's just play with it. So there's a lot more I want to teach you. And what I want to look at is what do you want to get done? So I'm curious, when it comes to your life, finances, health, what do you want to get done? How do you want to relate to money? How do you want to relate to your career? What do you want your relationships to be like, your health to be like? What do you want to get done this year? What needs to be on the to done list? Art, projects, career, finances, all of it. Divorce, wealth. Yes. The desire alone, I want you to get done. Meaning the desire is still a lowercase D. Because if it was a capital D, you'd be writing it right now. You'd be like, this is what I want to get done. And I'm not afraid to say it out loud. This is my vision. This is what I want to create. I want to create a media company for women. Like, hello, sunshine. Why are there only four of those? There should be 20. I want to create this. I want to write a book. I want to move to France. I want to. We have this woman, Sue Skelly, who's in our community. She was here this past weekend. She was in our program of mine a few years ago, and she and I came up with this idea, and she created something so powerful called Women who Walk the World. She takes women to walk across Tuscany. She takes Women to walk across France and the Camino. It's amazing. Like, what do you want to create? Create it right? It's like the desire has to be a capital D. Okay? So I want to show you. So we are creating a 90 day program. And you know what it's called? Who thinks that you can guess what the name of this is? Because you're gonna probably smile. It's called Done period. Okay. It's 90 days to your to done list. 90 days. And normally when I do a program, I usually meet with you. I do meet with you live, but it's usually like once a week. This is twice a week. And some people have the annoying thing about living in different zip codes and time time zones. So we're meeting Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings so that hopefully one of those you can be there every single week, twice a week. Those of you who are in this abundant life and those of you who are in business class, you have a very sweet discount on it. But let me just show this to you, okay? So done 90 days to the to Done list. This is what we're doing. So let's be honest. You're tired. Not sleepy. Tired. Not tired because you're doing too much. Tired because you keep stopping yourself right before things click. Tired of the mental gymnastics. Tired of revisiting the same decisions. Tired of knowing exactly what you want and somehow still circling it. You've had the vision. You felt the alignment. You touched that 2.0 version of you for moments at a time. And then you go back. Done is where you stop going back. Here's the part most people miss. Manifestation is not about wanting. It's about completion. Things don't come together when you think about them enough. They come together when you decide who you are and move from there. Your life responds to the version of you that's in motion. Not the version of you that's visualizing, not the version that's journaling. The version that's done. Deciding done is manifestation already finished. This is the year you stop doing this thing. You know, the one where you feel the flow, then second guess it, sense the next step, then wait, get clarity, then overthink it. Become her for a few hours, then revert. That back and forth is exhausting. And done is the version of you is for the version of you who's ready to stay there. Not sometimes, not when. It's easy all the time. What done actually is. Done is not a productivity program. Done is not a mindset. Reset. Done is not another container. We talk about changing done is a 90 day embodiment experience. You stop visiting your future self. You move it. This is where your 2.0 self becomes your default setting. Sorry. The one who moves from flow, trusts her timing, makes clean decisions, lets money circulate instead of gripping it. Takes care of her health without drama, shows up powerfully in relationship, finishes what she starts. Not perfectly, consistently. This is what's actually getting done. What gets done and done is you. The version of you who doesn't stall when it's time to act. Who doesn't wait for emotional safety, who doesn't block abundance by hesitating. Who doesn't leave energy scattered across unfinished things. You become someone who completes. And completion is magnetic. This is how manifestation locks in. How this feels. This doesn't feel forceful. It feels grounded, relieving. Steady, clean, surprisingly calm. You stop asking is this right? You start saying this is done. That certainty changes everything. And what happens in 90 days? Your energy matches your actions. Your action matches your identity. Your identity matches your results. Health feels more regulated. Money feels less charged. Relationships feel more honest. Work moves faster with less effort. Not because you tried harder. Because you stopped toggling between versions of yourself. You chose one. And it's not a to do list program. You've done enough managing. This is a to done life. You're not collecting tasks, you're collecting proof. Proof that you followed through, stayed in motion, trusted yourself, finished what you started. Let life meet you halfway. Momentum builds because it's finally uninterrupted. This is for you. If you're done living in your head, you're ready to be your 2.0 self full time. You want manifestation to feel real, not theoretical. You're tired of starting and stopping. You're ready to live like it's already decided. And this is what it is. Okay, so here's how it works. 90 days of guided execution. So two live sessions per week. The decision room and receipts. And reality. And we're gonna have so much fun with this because you guys are gonna get homework every single week. You have to bring receipts. You're going to have to bring receipts to the second session. Literally. No joke. I'm not playing. I'm only going to be available for the version of you who you want to be. I will not tolerate the version A or the version B. Version C. This is who's showing up. This is what we're doing for 90 days. You got to be version C. If you want to go back to version A when you're done, you do that on your own time. Okay? I'm going to call you out. You're going to have daily already done prompts. You're going to have accountability partners. You know what? We're calling you guys the done deal. Okay? You talk to each other about what's. This is your deal. It's done, okay? You're gonna have weekly proof of action. No overwhelm, no fluff, just movement. You move, life responds. That's the effing law. And let's be clear, done is not about doing more. It's about being done with hesitation, energetic leakage, half lived visions, waiting for permission, revisiting the same year on freaking repeat. Because you don't need another insight. You don't. You don't need more information. You need the implementation. You need completion. You've already met the version of you who knows what to do. Done is where you stop leaving her behind. You decide. You move. It responds. It's done. Now, those of you who are already in this Abundant Life and business class, check your. The Voxer group for business class, you can check it there. And the Facebook group for this Abundant Life, you can check it there. Because you guys have your own special rate. Because we feel like membership should have different rates. But for those of you who are not in our membership, you have a one. It's either it's 2, 2, 2, 2 or it's 2 to $220. But the price goes up on Monday because anyone who knows me, anyone who spent any time with me knows I've never ever released a program for less than $3,000. So on Monday, the price is going to be going up. So if, because you were in this challenge and you're the first people who ever heard me talk about done, and I can't wait because you're the first people then who are going to know what we're doing at the summit, what we're doing with the podcast rebrand. But if you want this early action price, this is going to be freaking fire. If you want to be done this year, what's your plan if it's not this? Because I'm sure life is filled with infinite possibility. I'm sure there's something else you could do besides this. I know it. That life is infinitely possible. So are you going to do something different but have a plan? Are you going to hire this coach? Are you going to go for 90 days to Esalon? I don't know. I've never been there. I'm just making it. Whatever you're going to do, do it. Because what you actually can't afford. What's way more expensive than spending $2200 hanging out with me? What's way more expensive than that? I mean, stop share. What's way more expensive is your freaking life. You know that. But you don't have to do it with me. You know that. Also, you know, I'm not just saying this to be cute. You know that I'm not the only person who can help you with this. There's lots of people who can help you. And there's lots of ways that you could put yourself into something. Like my brick that's on my washing machine, my dishwasher that helps me from looking at my phone. There's a million things that you could do. There's a number of possibilities, but it's not about the money, right? At the end of the day, what it's costing you every day you're not in flow is way more than 20$200. You know that, right? And we made it a payment plan so you can just pay it out and like be a part of this. And then those of you who get it done are going to be at the summit in July. Well, you don't have to come, but you could come either. Well, even if you don't come, I'll tell you what we're doing. We're creating a finish line. Everyone who finished what you finished. And we are going to actually make a little brochure and a booklet and name every person and what they finished. They got their book proposal done, they started their business, they started their podcast, they lost the weight, they ended the relationship, they started going on. They actually up their online dating. Whatever you finished and whatever you're actually done with, you are all going to be. And it's going to start the first week of February, and the summit's going to be in July. We were just talking to the theater. I'm going to make the decision about the dates asap and I'll let you know what it is. It might be the first week of August, but I'm going it's going to be either late July, early August, and I'll tell you all about it. It's going to be amazing. And you're going to get rewarded for crossing that finish line because we want to have those. Those of you who cross that finish line, we want to have your name in lights. It's so important and how you're going to change your life in all these ways. So if you want to check out, by the way, I'm just so proud of the Sales page. Because when I was writing this copy, it was like the best monologue I ever gave. I was like, oh, I need to say this. It just feels so good to say it because I'm so sick of it. And I told my community, I was like, this. This year we've got to kick it into hard drive. Like, we've got to like keep. We've got to actually put our foot pedal to the metal, right? Because it's enough with. You can get inspiration constipated, you're just inspired. But it's like, what are you doing with it? What are you doing with it? So I was like, no, we're going to do a 90 day sprint. I'm going to give you a daily prompt, okay? I'm going to expect receipts. I'm going to expect receipts. You're going to have to turn it in, right? And so in 90 days you're going to move and we're going to dedicate different weeks to different aspects of this, right? I lost 28 pounds this year. I got really clear about what I was no longer available for. And I don't miss a day where I move my body. It's done. I don't drink any alcohol anymore. I'm over it. It used to be like a nice little treat, like a little sham. I'm just done. I'm just done putting crap in my body. We are going to talk about it, right? And also making the money. It's time. You're done. You're going to live from this 2.0 version of yourself. So we're going to spend different weeks doing different homework that relates to flow state. Getting into flow state, what your homework is. Getting into the 2.0 identity, getting into it with your finances, with your career, with your health, with the things that you just want to do because they're a really fun project that's been sitting collecting dust in the overthinking part of your brain. I'm done with it. I'm just done. Okay, so before we get off, I want to take you guys through a really quick little visualization. Would you like to do that? Because the name of the game here, you guys, is that we have to teach your body to stop flinching. For you to move into 2.0U. We have to really make sure that the part of you that's conscious, which is only, unfortunately, 5% of your brain, 95% is unconscious. Except here's the thing. When you get into flow state, guess what happens? You're not dealing with either parts of those you're dealing with the superconscious, your higher conscious. You're moving from something that's not in the mind at all. Do you understand? Michelangelo, Jim Henson. We were talking about Michael Jordan. You're not moving from the mind. It's all in the field, okay? You just bypass it. So who cares? 95% is unconscious, 5%'s conscious. Let's go beyond that. Let's just tap into what's moving beyond the mind. So, however, day to day, right, you've been living from this unconscious for so long, this old identity from so long that you've taught your body that it's only safe to live in that old familiar program. And so part of what we do when we visualize is we start to integrate and our body starts being comfortable and safe. Living from the sovereign, calm, Sexy, Alive 2.0, that most abundant version of the C, the A, B, and C, that C version of yourself, right? Which I like because I say be a C student because that's the part of me that's in flow, okay? So close your eyes for a second. Let's let all of this land. Let's find our breath. Take a slow breath in. And exhale. And again, inhaling and exhale. And just let your body settle into itself. Just let your body respond to the truth of your identity. I am Gaga. The sovereign. The calm, the equanimity, the part of you that's connected to the creator of the universe. No bracing, no pushing, just a deep quiet. This ease that spreads through you. And imagine yourself. I want you to imagine yourself as the 2.0 you. And I want you to imagine yourself waking up with your beautiful sheets on your beautiful bed. And there's this. This feeling. You wake up in this beautiful room that's filled with soft light. I want you to just step into the vision of you living your life where your desire has a capital D. Where it is safe to want what you want, where it is safe to receive. And you can just feel you're not rushed, you're not behind. You sit up slowly on this beautiful, comfortable bed. The air is still and you stretch. And your body feels at home inside itself. There's no urgency in you. You already know that. Everything is already handled. And you walk over to the window and you look out. Where are you? Are you in Malibu? Are you in Paris? Are you on some beautiful farm in Tennessee? Are you looking over Central Park West? And below you, you see this landscape. Maybe it's cafe tables. Maybe you hear the morning laughter, People walking on the beach. Maybe you look out and see this beautiful expansiveness. And there's a horse running in the distance. And then you go and you get dressed and you put on clothes that feel like you. There's elegance. It's easy, it's natural. There's nothing that's trying. Everything just fits. And you walk downstairs and you get into your morning routine. Maybe you have a cup of coffee. Maybe you put your hand on your heart and have a moment with the. With the divine. Maybe you're excited because you have such a fun day ahead. Then you grab your stuff and you begin your day and you head out and you walk into town. Maybe you're sitting at a cafe. Maybe you're riding a horse this morning. Maybe you're taking a walk down the beach, say hello to your neighbor. And you have this moment. And you just feel it. It's a frequency. You're not chasing anything. The day just unfolds around you, one synchronicity after another. Not because you demand it, but because your calm is a magnet. And just imagine the people that you spend the day with. There's an expansiveness. There's a generosity, there's a sovereignty. And the conversations flow easily. And there's laughter. And ideas emerge without effort. And you feel supported without even being asked, without even asking. Because opportunities are just always making their way to you. One conversation leads to an invitation. This invitation opens a door. A door becomes something even more beautiful. And it all just feels natural, like this was always meant to be your life. And now imagine you're traveling. You're seated in first class. You sink into the seat. There's a quiet. You feel taken care of. You're available to receive this life. You look out the window and you smile. You don't think about all the things that got you here. You just simply receive. And you arrive at your destination, and there's a beautiful car that awaits you. You slide into the seat. The ride is smooth. You feel carried by life. And everywhere you go, these people are kind. And the timing always lines up. And the meetings are just beautiful and connected and expansive and creative. You're not hustling, you're just allowing. And I want you to see yourself.
Doing work that matters.
And there's something simple and clear about your words. And people listen because they feel your groundedness. You don't rush to convince anyone. Your presence does all the work. You're invited on stages, not because you push for them, but because people trust being in your energy. You're centered and calm and at ease. You're not performing. You're just being. And everything you touch turns to gold. Because you're in alignment, because you're available, because you trust the flow of life that moves through you now. Feel this version of you in your body. Feel the softness in your shoulders, the steadiness in your breath, the quiet confidence in your chest. It's not the future you. It's a remembering of who you already are right now. And I want you to silently repeat to yourself. I'm at ease with abundance. Pause. Life responds to my alignment. Pause. I allow good things to come to me. Pause. I trust myself to receive. Pause. I move through my life calmly, supported, and just pause. Here again. Take another slow breath. In a moment. When you open your eyes, I want you to bring with you the version of you that doesn't have to make anything happen. Because you're the woman that life responds to. And when you're ready, you can open your eyes. How does that feel? That was so much fun. So we're going to come back tomorrow and talk more about money type of one if you'll be back tomorrow. And as you can see, because I think we made it make sense today, those three versions of you, there's work to be done to close the gap so that you move from version B to version C. And that's what I want to get done with you this year. I've had it. I'm so done with it. I've had it. Yeah. And when you get to that place, you realize, this isn't a joke. This is my life. This is not just mindset fluff. This is. This is what I need to actualize because there's an entire gorgeous, unreal, surreal, magnetic, magnificent life that's waiting for me when I show up as the version of me that life responds to. So we're going to get that done, and I can't wait. And it's going to be amazing. And we're going to start the first week of February, which is why you guys have this fast action pricing. And then we're going to put up the price, a higher price to it next week. And then we start February, the week of February 2nd. So the first. The first day of February. So if you want to join us in the program and you might want to bring your friends, I feel like this is the kind of program you're not going to be like, I'm taking four of my friends with me because we're all going to be on the finish line this year. Amazing. Okay. So if you want to get that fast action 22, 22, which is all in alignment. Come and join us. I will be there. But this is different than anything else because this is not just about information, although I have information to teach you in terms of really getting that flow state in and really looking at what we want to do and in all these verticals of their, of our life. And when it comes to finances and it comes to career, I will have things that I want to teach you all of these things. But the biggest thing is you're going to have to bring receipts. Like, we're showing up twice a week because I'm going to be teaching one class, but the other class every week is where we bring the receipts and we're actually getting things done and implemented, which I think is huge. So I'm really excited to see you guys manifesting and living that because I know, I know the way that the universe works. It's just so amazing. And when you just show up as this version of you, life shows up for you. So let's stop playing hide and seek with the universe, right? Let's just choose ourselves and watch how the universe responds. I'm so excited. Yes. We're doing it extra special so there's no excuses. Meaning not just once a week, but twice a week I'll be with you and once will be Sunday mornings and the other will be Thursday in the evening. And so hopefully one of those two times you can make or maybe both. And there'll be daily done prompts for your to done list. And you'll see I'm going to make them fun and doable so you can do them and you'll start noticing, oh my gosh, she's telling me to do this thing. Why is she telling me to take out France? Why is she telling me to just post this thing? Why is she. It's like, just stick with me. Like the Johnny B. Good. Just stick with me for the changes and you're going to see how it starts to activate the parts of you that you need in order to just like be playing with the universe. And so it's going to be daily action prompts. You're going to have a to done. You're going to have a accountability partner, which we call the done deal. And you're going to need to bring receipts and you're going to have to submit your homework and there's going to be rewards and there's going to be things that happen when you actually get it done and there's going to be a way that you feel when you don't get it done because we're going to have all of you self reflecting in the homework and all of that. It's going to be huge. I cannot wait. I'm so excited. I can't believe that this came to me now and this didn't come to me before before because it hit me like a ton of bricks and I'm so excited.
Host: Cathy Heller
Date: January 16, 2026
In this bonus episode, Cathy Heller dives deeply into the core of true manifestation and the relationship between money, self-worth, and identity shift. She moves beyond spiritual platitudes and vague mindset work, instead offering a grounded framework for why so many of us find real change and abundance elusive. Cathy outlines a path to living as the "2.0" version of yourself—the embodied, abundant, and decisive self who finally gets things done, not just dreamed about.
Cathy also introduces her new 90-day program, "Done," as well as teasers for an upcoming podcast rebrand and live summit, all tied together under the theme of taking real, aligned action—moving from vision to completion.
Notable Exercise:
Cathy asks listeners to self-identify where they are most of the time, and challenges them to declare: "Which version do you want to actually live from?" (from 28:00)
Simple Manifestation Formula:
“Most people aren’t blocked. They’re just unconsciously loyal to the version of themselves that they’ve always been… If your actions don’t change, your life doesn’t either.”
– Cathy Heller, 00:00
“Manifesting is not pretending that you’re rich... Manifesting is practicing being the version of you who assumes that life just works.”
– Cathy Heller, 54:00
“The wealthiest version of you doesn’t work harder. She assumes differently, makes different choices, gets different results.”
– Cathy Heller, 30:30
“You unlock the flow of money not by chasing, but by becoming the person money recognizes as home base.”
– Cathy Heller, 1:03:00
“This is not about trying harder. It’s about committing differently. It’s the identity. It’s how you think and feel… When you change your identity, life reorganizes.”
– Cathy Heller, 01:04
“It’s not about the money. What’s way more expensive than spending $2,200 hanging out with me? What’s more expensive is your freaking life.”
– Cathy Heller, 1:53:00
At the end, Cathy leads a powerful visualization (1:56:00–2:05:00), asking listeners to:
“It’s not the future you. It’s a remembering of who you already are right now.” (2:03:30)
“Let's stop playing hide and seek with the universe, right? Let's just choose ourselves and watch how the universe responds.”
– Cathy Heller, 2:10:00
