2026 is not asking you to set yet another goal. It's asking you, who are you finally willing to be. What we're doing here is the part that most people avoid the decision. The part where you stop pushing your real life to someday and realize that it's now. I just led an intention setting workshop all about raising your standards, about committing to what you're available for this year and what you're not available for. No more vague promises, no more dragging old patterns into a new calendar year. In this one hour workshop, I'm going to help you choose a clear embodied intention for your year, understand why past intentions never stick, set standards that you're actually going to keep, get honest about what you're no longer available for, and learn how to follow through all year without forcing. This is not just motivation, it's actually recalibration. This is the kind of workshop where your energy cleans up, your boundaries solidify, and you stop negotiating with your true self. You don't need another sign. You don't need to keep waiting for something. You don't need to keep postponing the life that's calling you. It's time. It's time to step into the life that's always been yours. You can watch the full replay of this intention setting workshop@kathyheller.com Replay this one hour will change 2026 for the better.

Creativity is a sacred thing. The capacity to surrender to a creative process, to let yourself dive in and start fiddling around and making things, is sacred. And the truth is that the to do lists and the systems are often a distraction from vulnerability. Because let's be honest, that creating is actually there's a version of being creative that feels a little bit vulnerable. So sometimes it's safer to hide behind some logistics. But Our job is not to have any kind of perfect systems. Our job is to show up in our truth. That's where all the magnetism is. So I just want you, if you're listening to this, you're listening to this for a reason. I want you to ask yourself, this is a good question. What is one thing I could create this week that would make me feel alive, even if it's messy? So instead of building a fortress of tasks, I want you to build momentum through a question around joy and aliveness. And so what if you blocked out an hour a week and you call it like your sacred window of time, and this is a non negotiable time just to brainstorm and to allow yourself to ideate literally like it's created for you, to just kind of allow yourself to be Jackson Pollock with whatever is coming through you. And perhaps you might ask yourself, when you begin this hour of this like sacred window is what's the most alive and imperfect thing that I could share this week? So I think that what happens is we get so preoccupied with the systems and the to dos and then we're losing our greatest human capital, which comes from a place where logic doesn't exist. And it's usually the thing that catapults our business is something that it has to do with telling the biggest truth or coming from the part of us that's the most real. Because logistics can't come close to creating what resonance creates. And so it's usually when we feel untethered and unleashed that we start creating things. And then it starts to show us what we're really meant to be creating. And the logistics are usually the easy part that come and they start to attend to the, the inspired part. You know, it's interesting. It's like, I'll meet people who are building a business, logistics first, and they're looking at, you know, what are my systems, what are my operations, what is the tools I'm using, what is the. I mean, there's a million different kinds of systems. There's systems for social media, there's systems for operations, there's systems for funnels, there's system for podcast processes, and all of that. And what actually matters is like what's coming through all of that? What's the energy, what's the content, what's the heart, what's the truth that got told in that email? What's the truth that got shared on that podcast? How much of you has become revealed to you that when you go to put something in the world, it's not the logistics that need to do the heavy lifting. It's the truth, it's the inspiration, it's the idea that is so palpable and powerful that everybody's interested. Because there's an energy, there's a resonance, and usually it's. There's a part of us that is keeping ourselves from actually revealing whatever is the most powerful truth. And the more that we do that, we don't have to rely on systems because it's energy that's captivating people. It's an idea, it's a way of saying something, it's a conviction that is so different and it's such a standout that that is why then you can then hire somebody to do the system. Because what you created was actually viral. Because it comes from a place that speaks to people, from here, not speaking to people's minds and egos and not trying to be impressing anyone, but trying to make the impact you were born to make. And so you need sacred time where you're not thinking about logistics, but you're there to let your soul be your muse. And when your soul is your muse and you answer to your soul and you answer to what's coming through, you make amazing things. And there's plenty of people who can then build a system for you around something that's worthy of having a system.
