Kay is the lineage keeper of the "pre-flood" wisdom of the Ka Ta See lineage, an ancient shamanic practice taught to her by the Hekata elders from Eastern Peru. In this chat we begin to uncover the wisdom that is held in this lineage that helps us to uncover our "Song", our soul's purpose, to find the unconditional love and beauty that is our true self. This magical exploration is held within Kay's new book "The Seven No-Nos" where the practice of the Ka Ta See is laid out in a simple and easily digestible way for the Western mind to understand and learn this ancient wisdom. In this meditation we take a journey into another world, and lean into the power of the imagination. It is often said that the world our imagination sees - such as in dreams or memories - is just as powerful as the reality in front of us. If this is true, we can be the creators of our own worlds and this meditation invites you to do just that. Please embellish and elaborate your adventure, bring home precious jewels with super powers, allow yourself to be completely free...Much loveRosanne xxTo support this podcast please click hereTo get the Nervous System First Aid Kit please click hereTo get in contact with me please click here

In this episode I am talking about how you can recognise when your nervous system is dysregulated. We tend to notice the signs that are screaming very loudly at us - panic, anxiety, larger physical issues - but can we head these crises off at the pass by recognising the signs that our nervous system is becoming gently fried a little earlier so that we don't have to reach that point before we take notice of what our body is telling us? We walk gently through the things that our mind, body and spirit will show us so that we are aware, so that we can take action, take care of ourselves and our nervous system before we are in a state of emergency. Or so that we can simply stay centred, calm and clear within the furore of our lives...You can access the Nervous System First Aid Kit here.Much loveRosanne xxIf you would like to support this podcast here is the link to do so. In this episode I am exploring something many of us are experiencing - overwhelm. Not the dramatic, falling-apart kind of overwhelm, but the quieter version that creeps into everyday life. The busy mind that won't switch off. The feeling of being permanently "on". The exhaustion, overthinking, irritability and sense that you're carrying more than you can comfortably hold.As life becomes increasingly fast-paced, connected and demanding, many of us have unknowingly begun to live in a state of nervous system dysregulation. Over time, feeling overwhelmed can become so familiar that we stop noticing it altogether. In this episode I am exploring why this happens, what your nervous system may be trying to tell you, and how small moments of regulation can help you find your way back to calm, clarity and yourself.I also guide you through a couple of simple nervous system resets that you can use whenever life feels like it's becoming too much. Please click this link to find out more about the The Nervous System First Aid Kit A collection of 14 rapid nervous system resets designed to help you navigate anxiety, overwhelm, overthinking, self-criticism, poor sleep and moments of emotional dysregulation. The kit also includes a practical Nervous System First Aid Handbook and a bonus Vagus Nerve Meditation. If you enjoyed this episode, please consider following, rating or reviewing the podcast. We all have many "parts" of ourselves and often they contradict each other - we want to trust and another part wants to stay safe, part of us wants adventure and another part wants certainty, part of us wants connection and another part wants solitude... In this meditation we bring an awareness to all these parts and allow the duality to exist within us. We also use the chakras as a way of understanding that there are many differing perspectives, needs and desires that we hold simultaneously.Much loveRosanne xxTo support this podcast please click hereTo visit my website please click hereFor a link to The Chakra Way Playlist please click here!
