The Creation Cycle:

Thoughts create feelings
Feelings drive actions
Actions create results
Results reinforce thoughts

If you do not create on purpose, you will create by default
What you are experiencing right now was created, which means it can be recreated
Transformation is not accidental. It is intentional and requires your participation
Renewing your mind is the starting point for real, lasting change
