Lisa Booth where we get to the heart of the issues that matter to you. The Senate recently held a hearing featuring a CIA whistleblower basically blowing the lid that the the Biden administration knew the origins of the COVID vaccine, that it came from a lab, yet lied to us anyways. But we're still being lied to about a lot of other things. And one big issue that isn't often discussed is what sort of vaccine injuries did we see, have we seen from the COVID vaccine? There really only seems to be one man in the Senate talking about any of this, and that's Senator Ron Johnson. He recently had a pretty explosive report pulling the curtain back on what could be one of the biggest public health
Alliance Defending Freedom Announcer
controversies of our time. Did the FDA knowingly overlook serious safety
Lisa Booth
signals and the COVID vaccines to protect public confidence? I think we would all say yes, but he's got the evidence, so we'll talk to Senator Ron Johnson about that. Why it's being ignored, why it's still being ignored, what do we actually know about vaccine injuries from the COVID vaccine, and why his concerns that he's raised keep falling on deaf ears. So stay tuned for an in depth conversation about what we know, what we still don't know, and what he's hoping to find out. Stay tuned for Senator Ron Johnson. Well, Senator Ron Johnson, it's great to have you on the show. Always appreciate having you on. So thank you for making the time.
Senator Ron Johnson
Alicia, thanks for having me on. Hope you're doing well.
Lisa Booth
Thank you. I am. I hope you're doing well, too. A little worried about the midterms, but we'll get to that later. I wanted to start off on Covid. You had a report a few weeks ago pointing out that some FDA officials under the Biden administration were more aware that their vaccine safety monitoring system had some major blind spots, yet it was ignored. Kind of walk us through the core, like the crux of the report and what those blind spots were.
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, first of all, thank you for having me on to talk about it because the legacy media is completely ignoring what I consider the biggest scandal in government in my lifetime. So I can tell the story pretty simply on March 1st of 2021. This is less than three months after Moderna and Pfizer shots had been given emergency use authorization. Peter Marks, the head of cber, that is the group within FDA that approves vaccines and then monitors for safety signals, was briefed by one of their chief data mining experts who was working with the algorithm inventor, that the algorithm they were using to analyze VAERS was going to hide or mask safety signals. And again, it's pretty easy explanation. You had two different injections very similar to each other, and if you compare one versus the other in all the vaccines, it looks every bit as safe, even though every bit is dangerous. So set that explanation aside. So they were warned that their safety surveillance system was going to mask safety signals. 26 days later, they developed a new state of the art algorithm that they presented the data, the findings on. So they showed that there are 49 cases of extreme masking using the old system. And using the new system, There are now 25 safety signals on very serious adverse events like sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, Bell's palsy, different types of strokes. They continued to do more data runs for about three months. They kept showing more safety signals on more types of sudden death, very serious safety signals. But Peter Marks and FDA officials didn't pin a badge on their chest and say, thank you God, we would have missed all these things. No, they shunted them off to the side. They decided to keep using the algorithm they knew was hiding safety signals and they didn't warn the American public. So, but again, less than three months into the administration of these injections, FDA officials knew full well they were causing their algorithm was going to hide the safety signals. And Lisa, let me just end with I didn't need a sophisticated algorithm. From 1990 all the way till 2020, the, you know, the VAYER system was operating and on average about 280 deaths per year reported to VAERS associated with some kind of vaccine, anaphylactic shock, that type of things. 20, 21, 21,000 deaths reported worldwide currently on VAERS is 39,000 deaths worldwide. 24% of those deaths are occurring on the day of vaccination or within one or two days. And I know they say, well, VAERS doesn't prove causation. I tell you what, if a loved one of mine went in, got a COVID injection and died that day, or started feeling ill and died a day or two later, I know what I would blame. Even though our FDA officials, I mean they can't definitively determine that it caused that because they don't want to see the safety signals. They don't want to Definitely determine that something they approved is literally killing or permanently disabling people. I don't know of a bigger scandal because I don't know how many, because of this scandal, because of this cover up. How many hundreds of thousands of people were permanently disabled? How many tens of thousands of people died? I can't give you an answer, but it was a massive number.
Lisa Booth
So, okay, so does that mean if the Varys system that wasn't picking up and, you know, concerns at the time, does that mean that it's always been inconsistent and wrong?
Senator Ron Johnson
Right.
Lisa Booth
Because we've used VAERS for all the vaccines.
Tori Spelling
Right.
Senator Ron Johnson
So, so first of all, understand a CDC Commission study at Harvard, the Pilgrim study, showed that only about 1% of adverse events on vaccines are reported to Vayer. So it dramatically understates the number. The reason you need a sophisticated algorithm prior to Covid is because again, you've got all kinds of different vaccines. People do have reactions to them. How do you pull out of all that noise with very limited data? Well, this is something you need to be concerned about. So, so they need a sophisticated algorithm. But once you have the two Covid injections, you didn't need an algorithm because the adverse events were through the roof. They had to hire the contractor that loaded VAERS reports into the system, had to hire hundreds of additional people just to load in the thousands of extra adverse events they were getting. So the reason they clung to the original algorithm is it allowed them to tell the public, lie to the public, that we're just not seeing safety signals. Now they hide behind the fact. No, we need to be consistent. We can't change the algorithm in the middle of a pandemic. We have to be consistent with it. No, they were warned by being consistent they were going to hide the very safety signals they were responsible for finding and for alerting the public. So again, 280 on average for 20 some years, 30 years, and then all of a sudden you have 20, you got thousands coming in. I mean, I met with Francis Collins in April of 2021. I was following VAERS very carefully because I'd been talking to people who were highly concerned about these genetic therapy injections. And so I was monitoring VAERS. So by the end of April, there were already 2,900 and I think 26 deaths reported on VAERS. Not asked Francis Collins about that. He said, senator, we've attributed six of those deaths to the, the, the Jensen, the Johnson and Johnson injection with women of, you know, clotting in women of childbearing age. And so what about the other 29? 20? So? Well, Senator, people die. I mean, that's the, that's the cavalier, the callous attitude they had toward, again, deaths, exploding invaders. And by the way, with the swine flu, I was old enough, I got the swine flu injection. I had a serious reaction from it. You know, not life threatening, but I did not feel well for a couple days. That vaccine back in 1976 was pulled after less than three dozen deaths. They pulled it, they had about four or five hundred cases. Guillain Barre disease, which is a common vaccine reaction, a neurological problem. Less than three dozen deaths. The Ford administration pulled the vaccine. We allowed tens of thousands of deaths to be reported. And we're still, these people are still claiming it's safe and effective. And what adverse events we're seeing are generally rare and mild. I mean, nothing could be further from truth. A recent Rasmussen poll said that 59% of Americans think it's likely that the COVID injection led to unexplained deaths. I mean, again, the American public saw this, but we have, we just have an across the board state denial from federal health officials, big pharma, our medical establishment, doctors, members of Congress who cut videos, get that jab in the pandemic. You know, the Biden administration, nobody wants to admit that they recommended or pushed something on the, or mandated it to the public that killed a permanently disabled people. They don't want to admit that, so they continue to not admit it.
Lisa Booth
Well, and to that point, because I remember, you know, I went on TV pointing out that the various data was very concerning about what we were saying from, you know, Covid adverse events compared to, you know, as you're saying, a substantial period of time of all other vaccines. And you know, what they'll say is, oh, you got to take it with a grain of salt. It's, you know, it's people self reporting and you know, yada yada yada. But to your point, we've used the VAERS data for a long period of time to give us, point us in the direction of, you know, this vaccine's not safe or concerns here and there, but yet for the COVID vaccine, all of a sudden it's no good and that's dismissed.
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, remember, I think a study showed, and this is prior to Covid, I think 38% of various reports are actually reported by medical professionals. I think over 30 are reported by the pharmaceutical companies themselves, which leaves a pretty small percentage reported by the public. Now, nobody knows exactly what their reporting was. Okay, but again, you're not going to go on VAERS and spend the 30 to 45 minutes on crank, you know, input. You're just not going to do that. You know, a few people might, but you know, the, the other excuse they'll use is, yeah, but Senator, you got it. You got to recognize how many billions of doses are out there. Okay, so, so we took a look at that. So we took a look at a deaths per million doses. And for this, we did this calculation 20, 23 for an oversight letter I sent to CDDC, which they didn't respond to in a timely fashion at all. For the COVID injection, there were 25.5 deaths per million doses reported on VAERS. For flu, about 0.46. So you look at them per dose, that's a 55 fold increase in deaths per million doses. Again, an enormous safety signal. I didn't need a sophisticated algorithm. I just needed the number of deaths versus the number of doses. And you can do a pretty quick calculation going, something's wrong here. I mean, to have a 55 fold increase in the number of deaths per dose. But again, they didn't want to see it. I mean, they were shown, they were shown safety signals. They denied they saw that we're not seeing safety signals. I got a clip that I used in my hearing, Peter Marks talking to VAC injection injured people. Because also In March of 2021, by the way, the NIH was diagnosing and treating people with the injection injury. But they told about the 20, I think 23 people they ended up treating because they wanted to treat them and then issue a study. They told those people they were treating them. Don't tell anybody. We want to get all the results. We don't want to jump the gun here. We want to get all the results. Then we'll issue a study, acknowledge these injuries so that the medical community in total can acknowledge injuries so all these people that are recounting on you and their support groups can also get treated. They never issued the report. To this day, they have never acknowledged those vaccine injuries or those injection injuries. I mean, it's sick. I mean, it's evil what has happened. And again, the media was complicit in pushing these injections. I cannot get the major news outlets to cover the story.

Why do you think they then forced the vaccine on so many Americans? Because even I believe it was July of 2021 there was an outbreak in Provincetown, Massachusetts and 75% of the were vaccinated. So we knew that it wasn't stopping transmission. And then Joe Biden went on stage at a July town hall telling people that if you got the vaccine you wouldn't get Covid, that it wouldn't spread Covid. So you know, why, why, why, why did they force the vaccine on so many Americans then?
Senator Ron Johnson
If you haven't or your listeners haven't read the Aaron's series Vaccines on Men, I'd highly recommend it. It's kind of the seminal book. There are other good ones. Dissolving illusions, turtles all the way down. Peter McCulloch's vaccines, mythology, ideology, reality. But Aaron, serious vaccines. Amen will answer that question for you. Okay, I understand the appeal of vaccines. I also understand the American people actually want to believe these public officials are looking out for us and they're trying to protect us and they're truthful with us. Problem is they're not. They lied through their teeth. And we know the lies use masks. Six foot distancing. The injection is going to stay in your arm, no body, distribute all over your body. We just lie after lie after lie. And what's the saying? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. We've been fooled dozens of times during COVID and people still lapping it up. I can't explain it but. But again that's kind of the state of affairs right now. And everybody who pushed this, nobody wants to admit they're wrong. If you're a doctor that was injecting your patients, you don't want to admit that something you didn't do the research, you didn't understand what this was. It wasn't a vaccine. It was a gene therapy that was going to hijack the cells to turn the cells into a manufacturing site of the most toxic part of the coronavirus, which is the spark protein. Body distributed all over the body, not knowing exactly what cells they're going to hijack to turn in those manufacturing facilities. Nobody wants to admit that. And so. So they. They turned a blind eye to it. So they don't even know the harm they've caused. So, again, it's doctors, it's federal health officials, it's the media, it's members of Congress. I mean, everybody's complicit in this. Nobody wants to admit they're wrong. They just want to move on. And they do not like the fact that I'm trying to raise this, because we need a Covid reckoning to prevent this from ever happening again. And look at what they're trying to do with Hantavirus right now. Or Ebola. Again. It's all about fear. I was down the Senate floor. I had to object to a Sheldon Whitehouse resolution on climate change. We've spent 6 to 10 trillion dollars. We haven't made a dent in their climate change. Right. But we've misspent, wasted $10 trillion because of fear. So that's how they do it. They scare the, you know, what out of people to get them to comply, to board up their schools, not go to church. It's all about fear. And political figures, tyrants, know exactly how to use fear to control the public. And unfortunately, the public gets fooled time and time and time again because fear is an incredible motivator.
Lisa Booth
Because. Because even if you go back to when they're pushing the vaccines on everyone, we already knew that there, there was like, a thousandfold difference in mortality between young and old, and that young people weren't at risk of, you know, getting sick and dying. And we knew what sort of comorbidities were driving the people to the hospital with COVID yet, you know, they acted as if everyone was equally at risk from getting sick and dying of COVID So just a lot of lies that we were told. Do you think we've learned anything as a country from it and as a society from it?
Senator Ron Johnson
A pretty good percentage has the 59% who think the shot probably led to some of these deaths. They understand it, but again, a lot of people, their eyes are still closed that they just want to move on to. I mean, they don't want to contemplate that the DNA contamination might be driving some of these turbo cancers, and people just want to move on. But to underscore why this is the biggest scandal, imagine if, if you're a parent and, you know, I can't remember exactly when they approve these things for use in children. But you're listening to Joe Biden saying this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. We're losing patience with you guys. You know, parents get your children vaccinated so they don't infect your, your grand, their grandparents so your grandparents don't die. Don't, don't you be irresponsible causing other people to die. I mean, this is just preach to people. And then at the same time, you've got Peter Marx lying through his teeth that we're not seeing safety signals, what adverse events are rare and mild. And so you're that parent and you decide you're going to do what the government's telling you to do. You're going to do the right thing, you're going to protect people. You get your child vaccinated and that child never wakes up. That happened. That happened. You know, Ed Dowd's got a great book where he just lays out all these local news stories because the national media wasn't covering it. But local news stories did cover these deaths. But we also saw these incredibly in shape athletes, right, dropping deads or unconscious on the field to play. Newscasters just keeling over and our federal health officials going, I can't explain that. They came up with a new term. You've always heard sids, which by the way, parents of children with sids, what they generally ask is did the vaccine my child just get, did that cause that? Of course it didn't. Of course it didn't. But now we came up with a whole new acronym during COVID injection phase of sads. Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. By the way, you don't hear, you don't hear about it much anymore because we're not really using that injection very much anymore. Yeah, or they've made it safer. Maybe they've learned, maybe it's not as, maybe you don't have such so many lot to lot variations. That by the way, that's one of the oversight letters I sent 5% of the lots cause 80% of the, 80% of the serious adverse events. And the FDA took them two years to respond to me. And they said, well, we're not, we're not seeing any variation in lots again. It's because you're not looking, you don't want to see them, so you're not seeing them again. This is a, this is such a major scandal. And you can tell by the frustration of my voice the fact that the legacy media is not covering it. And the reason I need them to cover it is so it never happens again. So that we don't get the wool pulled over our eyes again with this kind of experimental gene therapy and just really, the loss of freedom. They took away our freedoms, and they've not been held accountable for it. And Fauci's sitting on his fat pension. What did have Secret Service protection.
Lisa Booth
He's home free when he's pardoned, too. You know what? What would a reckoning look like?
Senator Ron Johnson
What I'm trying to do a truth commission. One that. The one that the media pays attention to. I've held excellent hearings, held hearing Voice of the vaccine injured. The hours before that, my ranking member, Senator Blumenthal, went, held a press conference, said, I hope nobody covers this. This hearing is incredible enough to be covered. I was the first person in decades to actually give parents of vaccine injured individuals a chance to just tell their story. Because, you know, with Bill Clinton allowing pharmaceutical companies to advertise in 1992, now. Now they've captured the media. And I point this out. You know, Lisa, you've listened to some of these drug ads, right?
Lisa Booth
Yeah.
Senator Ron Johnson
I have no idea what the drug is treating, other than maybe teaching how to throw a Frisbee at your dog. But if you actually listen to them and the last half of the commercial, which is telling you all the incredibly serious side effects, no way he'd ever take that drug. And by the way, no smart salesperson would ever create an ad like that to sell a product. You don't. It does identify the disease, really. And you list all the serious side effects. The only reason they spend billions of dollars on awful ads like that is because they're spending the billion dollars to control the narrative. And we saw how effectively they were able to control and are still controlling the narrative on Covid and on these injections. Remember remdesivir? Nurses call that run Death is near because it knocks out your kidneys. The WHO recommends against its use. And yet that was the standard of care because our hospitals got a lot of money. They made a lot of money injecting remdesivir. They got. They didn't get any money for using Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine. So they never used it. We've got an attorney who. These are rough numbers that started representing families whose loved ones were held captive in hospitals that they couldn't get him released. They were begging the hospitals, just try Ivermectin. Just try it. Budesonide. I mean, just try it. Nope, not gonna do it. Forced to be inubated where this Attorney won his cases. I think two people of the 40 people died. They're too far gone. Where he lost his cases, and the hospitals never administered those things. They all died. Now, I know it's anecdotal, but we'll be holding a hearing on hospital protocols as well. I am assembling, and it is heartbreaking. It is heartbreaking reading the assembled testimony I'm getting from loved ones, wives, family members of people who were basically imprisoned in hospitals, lost all contact, begging, I don't want to be ventilated. And they ventilated him anyway, and they died. It's horrific. It's horrific reading these stories.
Lisa Booth
What sort of response have you gotten from the Trump administration? Because I would imagine that RFK Jr would be a little bit more receptive to.
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, unfortunately, I haven't. They just fired Tracy. Beth Hogue, who I think was, prior to getting the position of Cedar, was generally on my side when it comes to concern about the COVID injections. So I don't know, are they purging anybody who would bring that up? Now, this. You know, listen, I. I love what President Trump is doing. I mean, he is doing things that had to be done that nobody else would do. But this is. This is an enormous blind spot on the president, on the part of the president. He. He wants to believe that he saved tens of millions of lives with Operation Warp Speed. I pretty well just real quick, in one of my hearings, Richard Blumenthal trotted out this Commonwealth Fund study that said that the COVID injection saved 3.2 million lives in America in 2021 and 2022. Let me just give you the math that makes it so easy to disprove that. 2019, prior to the pandemic, 2.85 million people died in America. Okay? It's a very, very steady number. Okay? Very steady. It grows very slowly, about 1% a year, because we're aging and population is growing. So 2.85 million. The year the pandemic, 3.4 million people died. So something's obvious. You know, half million more people died the year of the pandemic. Without a vaccine, if the vaccine was effective, you think in 2021, less people would have died, right? Nope. 3.5 million people died. 2022. 3.3 came down a little bit. 3.3 million people. You know, the pandemic was winding down. In order to claim 3 point or 3.2 million people were saved in 2021, 2022, you would have to assume we were going to go from 2.85 million died in 2019 to 3.4 million the year the pandemic thought of vaccine to then 5 million deaths in 2021 and 2022. I mean, that's how what a fantasy that projection is. But that projection is used. It was used in a Senate hearing. How can you say that? You know, yeah, there were adverse events, but the benefit far awayed the risk. We saved 3.2 million lives in America in 2020. No you didn't. That's a massive lie. That is total bs.

But I also think that there's a difference between trying to get a vaccine to market and allow people to make the decisions for themselves versus mandating a vaccine on people who are young and healthy and people who don't need it or people who don't want it. You know, because like I, I get what President Trump was trying to do with warp spree speed and getting a vaccine to market. My main issue is one Protecting the companies from liability. And then secondly, the force, the forcing, the mandated aspect of it, which came under the Biden administration, by the way,
Senator Ron Johnson
I was supportive of Operation Warp Speed. I was. I mean, we need, we needed to end this pandemic. We freaked out about it. We shut down the economy when we shouldn't. We need to end this pandemic. So I was willing to do anything, which is why I held hearings on early treatment. You know, treat it so people don't die. Right. Of course they sabotaged early treatment, but, yeah, the mandate. I don't think President Trump ever would have mandated it. And I think that's the path he should take. This is. I was lied to. I was listening to Anthony Fauci, the criminal. That's the tack President Trump should take. And then he should take a look at the Vayers data, which, by the way, I've shown it to him. He took a look at it. You know, my, my various chart that got people deplatformed for talking to me about on air. He kind of looked up from it. He said, well, you know, Ron, even Democrats say I saved a hundred million lives. So again, that, that's what he wants to believe. And listen, I'm not denying that some lives might have been saved with the injection. Seniors that might have gotten that, that might have got sicker, their lives might have been saved, but it, it wasn't on the order of millions in America. And there were, there were millions of people harmed. And that's what's being ignored. And it's being ignored because it's being ignored. They can't get treatment. That's the main, the main reason I've got involved in this, why I'm so passionate about this. I've met the vet, the injection injured. All they want is to be seen, heard and believed so they can be treated. They're still being gaslit. They're still being told. It's all in your head, Doctor, I can't walk. It's not in my head. I'm experiencing extreme pain from this neuropathy. Ah, it's all in your head. Psychosomatic. They can't get treatment. I saw just a heartbreaking video of a man in Japan with severe injection injuries. It's the only place he get treated. He had a central line from his neck into his aorta. They're somewhat successfully treating him, but that's in Japan. He can't get in the U.S. so again, that's why it's so important to acknowledge these injuries so people can be treated. And also acknowledge it so it doesn't happen again. This MRNA platform, it never worked. They could never get it approved. There's no control over it. It's biodistribution. And yet because it's so profitable, because it's a vaccine, because that liability shield again, read vaccines. Amen. You'll see how unbelievably underpowered the studies are on the vaccines of childhood schedule. Anthony Fauci lied through his teeth and he said, oh no, we've had random double, you know, double blind placebo controlled. No, we never, never one, not one vaccine in the childhood schedule has ever been studied and compared to a true placebo. Not one. Bobby Kennedy was absolutely right on that. Anthony Fauci lied through his teeth. And when they say these, oh, these things are studied. Read the book. A couple hundred kids monitored for a few days in some cases, compared to drug trials where some of these, the safety is monitored with true placebo groups for years because they have liability, they can't afford to issue an unsafe drug. But in this case, Moderna and Pfizer they could administer, make billions off of billions of doses and it'll never come home to roost. They have total liability protection that has to end.
Lisa Booth
Well, also, you know, we know that people get injured by vaccines, just like period, end of story. And so it is strange that, you know, somehow people want to ignore that that's a possibility.
Senator Ron Johnson
There's a reason we had the 1986 law, because the press was reporting on vaccine injuries. And so vaccine companies going out of business, they couldn't be in business anymore. The bottom line, you need informed consent. And that's what was such a scandal about what Peter Marks did. He knew it, federal agencies knew it, and they did not inform the public. So whether it was mandated or people getting the shot, the injection did not have the information that they deserve to have. And by the way, it's the Nuremberg Code that, that requires any medical treatment be voluntary. And unfortunately, the Supreme Court continues to hide behind a 1906 or 1907, I mean, a ruling over 100 years ago that allows for Maxine mandates, that needs to be overturned. Shots should not be mandated to the public. And by the way, if a vaccine is so effective, why in the world would you care whether somebody else is unvaccinated? You're protected. I mean, you may mourn the fact that a lot of people died that didn't have to die if they would have got vaccinated. But as an individual, if these vaccines are so effective, nobody who's vaccinated should care whether anybody else gets vaccinated.
Lisa Booth
Particularly when we realized that it wasn't stopping transmission. I mean, I don't think it should be mandated, period, you know, particularly when it's not in the public, the public health. Because they were trying to argue that it was in the public health interest to get the vaccine. But then we realized pretty quickly on that it was not stopping transmission. And so that sort of negates the idea that it's in the public interest to get it.
Senator Ron Johnson
So. So let me explain a little bit. So when you have immunity from the natural infection, you have mucosal immunity, your body reacts to it. It's a respiratory virus. The injection is in your bloodstream. And so it might be protective once Covid gets into your bloodstream, gets further into your organs, that type of thing. But it allowed the virus to replicate in the nasal passages. So the vaccinated sometimes had higher viral loads than the unvaccinated. Okay. Plus, there were, there were. Senator, there were. Experts have said the worst thing you can do in the midst of a pandemic is of mass vaccination because you will drive variations, mutations. So we had the original, you know, then, then we had Delta, then we had Omicron. I mean, is that what happened? Did the mass vaccination campaign actually prolong the pandemic? There are a lot of people say that's exactly what happened.
Lisa Booth
Do you feel like, have you. What's been the feedback from like Leader Thune and leadership in the Senate? Have they tried pushing back on you're trying to accomplish here and getting some of this truth to light or what's the reaction been like from the party?
Senator Ron Johnson
It's been completely ignored. I think Bernie Marino's the only member on my committee who's actually participated in the hearings that I've had. It may be Josh Hawley, others may show up, but it's been completely ignored. And people don't want to touch this or me with a ten foot pole. Again, I just find shocking again, the reaction to what I've done, they can't refute it. You can't refute what I've been revealing here. So they just ignore it.
Lisa Booth
Is there anything else you'd like to leave us with before we go, Senator Johnson?
Senator Ron Johnson
I will say that, you know, now my investigation's only begun. We wrote all these oversight letters asking for all this data from the. The Biden administration never got squat. It was Bobby Kennedy's commitment to radical transparency. The agencies weren't turning over information to us versus based on Our subpoena, he finally said, no, turn it over. We got 11 million pages. That's a lot to go through. My staff has done an excellent job pulling these needles out of a haystack. Now that we have the data, now that we have the proof, now that we have documents, now we start the investigation of interviewing people. What do they know, when do they know it, who do they tell? Who else knew this? So literally, this is just a preliminary report. My guess, there's a lot more to come from testimony, not necessarily documents, because my staff also was the one that pulled the needle out of the haystack on the David Moren's email, not from documents we got from hhs. This was a university in Texas, replied to our request for information and gave us 115,000 pages. And we pulled. My staff pulled that one email where Mores is bragging that he had a FOIA lady that's told him how to make emails disappear. If there's something sensitive, send it to my Gmail now. The Biden IG did nothing. The Inspector General did nothing when we presented that to him. Trump's IG finally did investigate that further. And Department of justice now indicted Dr. Morens for conspiracy and destruction of records. But that's a problem in terms of these investigations is people know about foia. They don't put incriminating things in writing, they don't put them in emails, but they put just enough, and in this case, they put more than enough to incriminate them and just prove the case. So again, if you don't believe me, read the report. Go on my excite. It's right there. Download. It's only 38 pages. A lot of that's just footnotes. An excellent timeline. You'll see we have these people dead to rights. They are guilty.

Host: Lisa Boothe
Guest: Senator Ron Johnson

Lisa Boothe interviews Senator Ron Johnson, one of the Senate’s most vocal critics on these issues, about his recent report alleging that the FDA knowingly used faulty monitoring systems and suppressed critical safety signals in order to protect public confidence.
