Welcome everybody to the Monday edition of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show. Clay is out today doing some charity golf. So you are going to be rolling with me, Buck the Buckster. We're gonna have a lot to talk about. And Kobe back tomorrow. He's actually down here in South Florida. So we'll be together in studio, which will be fun. Here's where we're going. State Senior Senator Randy Fine of Florida. In the second hour of the program, the Democrats are pouring money into that congressional race, the Florida 6th Congressional District. Randy Fine is trying to fight this one out. We'll talk to him about how it's looking and see what they're doing to try to steal that congressional seat, that House seat. Just remember, we only have a three seat majority for Republicans in the House right now. So it is a tight one. We've also got our friend Ryan Graduski, third hour, going to join us talking about a few things. A Wisconsin Supreme Court, which we're very much still looking at the election there. And we'll talk about Florida 6. But also Maureen Le Pen has just been sentenced to prison and banned from running in the next election in France. There's a broader trend here of populist politicians who go against the globalist agenda and somehow the law is used as a tool against them, abused, of course, as a weapon against them. You know, sort of like what they tried with Donald Trump, of course, unsuccessful against Trump. But we will get into some of that. Now. One thing that I've been focused on over the weekend is really looking at all of this insanity around Elon Musk and Tesla. This is now the, the new thing that the left has latched onto. As you know, it was masks and Foushee and the worship of Foushee during COVID And then it became Slava Ukraine and putting Ukrainian flags up and knowing nothing about Ukraine, having no strategy for Ukraine, but thinking you're a really good, wise and brave person for verbally and visually supporting Ukraine from many thousands of miles away. That is something that the left latched onto and became a. Something of a mass, mass delusion or a, I don't know, mass hysteria of sorts. A branding, a personal branding exercise. And now it is hating Tesla and hating Elon Musk, which just goes to show you how quickly the left and the Democrats can be mobilized to some new thing. You know, the new hatred of the moment, the new. The new decision that they are going to go after somebody. So here we have Elon. Now, one thing that I think is so important here about what Elon is doing is it's time limited. He's already said he's only got a few more months of doing this. What he is doing is good for all Americans, and it is mathematically necessary. It is mathematically incredibly helpful. And the people who oppose him don't actually want any spending to be cut. They don't want any fraud to be stopped. They don't want the abuse to be discontinued for a whole range of reasons. They like it. Elon sees this as critical. And let's just be clear. All credit due here to Donald Trump as well, for allowing Doge to come into being and for finding somebody who has an incredible skill set for management, for finding the inefficiencies, for tearing apart the books to find the waste to stop it. I don't think there's anybody better for this job than Elon Musk. And Elon also has an understanding right now of what the stakes are. This is cut four. This is a guy who came to America and has now truly understands and is working toward everything he can do to sustain and save America. Play four. I mean, I worry generally about the strength of America. You know, America is the central column that holds up, holds up all of Western civilization. So if you like, if you've got the temple of Western civilization, America is the central column. If that column fails, it's all over. You can't run off to New Zealand or some other place. It's over. So either we strengthen that column and make sure America is strong and will be strong for a long time, or, well, that roof's coming down. America is the central column that holds up all of Western civilization, He says. It is absolutely true. Unfortunately, the closest ideological and national security and economic allies of the United States in Western civilization are either insignificant or rapidly failing countries. Insignificant geopolitically. I don't mean they're not nice countries with nice people. But no one cares what New Zealand really thinks about international affairs. A small country with there's more sheep than people. I believe that's a true statistic. If not, it was certainly funny when I read it on the Internet. And then you have Great Britain, once a great empire and now rapidly declining and increasingly abandoning Western civilization. The original fountain of Western civilization in so many ways. Well, not the original, but the one that passed the torch to us is now abandoning it. Which is certainly distressing to see. But what Elon understands is, so goeth America, so goeth the free world. There is no future in which America has a financial collapse or America ceases to be a dynamic economic and, yes, national security force on the world stage. And other places and other countries are doing just fine that want to also be free. Keep in mind of the $115 trillion, give or take global economy, America counts over 30 trillion of that. So our, our, our cool little country America is basically 25 or 30% of all economic output globally. That's a pretty astonishing statistic. And it's why what we're doing now, what Trump is doing, what Elon is doing, trying to fix this, is so very essential because the ramifications for the rest of humanity truly are enormous. It's not just about us. So many countries, the freedom of navigation on the seas, so much that we take for granted. A economic system that not only allows for individual freedom, but is a. Is a prosperity generation miracle. If you look at how much wealth has been created, truly wealth, not. This isn't about status. This isn't about, you know, who's being raised up, who's being raised down. This is across the board, how many people have been taken out of poverty in the last hundred years globally, thanks to America and the system that we perpetuate, that we are the guarantors of. We are the greatest force for good in the history of the world. That is just the truth. We have alleviated more suffering and brought about more happiness and hope than any other political entity, any other polity, any other nation state, group of people in the history of the world. That's a pretty fantastic resume, isn't it? But it's also one that we have an obligation. We have an absolute sacred obligation to perpetuate. And this is part of what I think is motivating Elon so much right now. And Trump, as we all know, Trump doesn't need all this. The billionaire, he's got a lot of grandkids, he's got lots of energies, got a great swing on the golf course. He's earned the right to just sit back and retire if you want to Know. Instead, he wants to go back into the fight and to do what is necessary to try to fix the ailing American system. And a big part of this is the economics, but also the social and political aspects of it. The falling birth rate in America, we have, we need to have more babies. But globally, in Western civilization, Western European countries, this is a crisis, truly a crisis. Again, one based in numbers. There are things you can have opinions about and then there's math. And the math speaks to the crisis. Clearly, Elon is speaking to this as well. Here he is talking about, this is Cut five, how humanity is effectively dying. This was on Fox. The birth rate is very low in almost every country and unless that changes, civilization will disappear. America had the lowest birth rate, I believe, ever. That was last year. Places like Korea, the birth rate is 1/3 replacement rate. So that means in three generations, Korea will be 3 or 4% of its current size. And nothing seems to be turning that around. Humanity is dying and people, it's just not something we evolved to react to. We're talking about real existential challenges for humanity here. When you look at a falling and declining birth rate, this could be, this could have enormous consequences for future generations, whatever's left of future generations. And it will have tremendous, there'll be tremendous upheaval as a result of this too, because you're not going to be able to have the society sustaining themselves the way that they've set up to. And the increasingly beleaguered, smaller, up and coming generations aren't going to want to prop up the gerontocracy. I mean, you're going to see a bunch of huge problems continue to play out. If this is the way we go forward. Elon is trying to tackle this stuff. On the other side of it, I just want to note. So you've got Elon and Trump and they're trying to tackle the debt, they're trying to secure our borders, they're trying to make the government function semi efficiently and appropriately. Elon's also looking at how do these politicians become so rich? I'll come back to that. Some of these politicians are making less than 200 grand a year and yet they're worth 10, 20 million dollars. Let me tell you. Really hard to get to 20 million dollars. You're making 170 grand a year. Unless something else is going on. Elon's looking at that. They don't like that. You'd wonder, why would they not? Why would they care? What's wrong? It should be total trans politicians should be total transparency about their finances. There should be nothing that is hidden from the public. So what's going on? But while Elon and Trump and the right are tackling these very real problems right now, day in and day out, what is the left doing? They're writing swastikas on Teslas. They're lighting Teslas at car dealerships on fire. They're acting out like emotionally unstable maniacs because their team didn't win. And they've been fed all this propaganda, and they're unserious people who are sad with their own lives and need something to latch onto. And so you're seeing yet again, this is the difference between Democrats and Republicans playing out in real time. They have become an entirely, and they have been for a long time, but entirely unserious people when it comes to the real challenges that face us and the things that need to be fixed. And really what unites them is hatred of us while we try to fix them. And I don't know how sustainable that is. I don't know where that really goes. But I would also note this. While I told you that 30 trillion of the 115 trillion of the global GDP is America, and I know they're all Trump and his tariffs. It's fine. It's gonna be fine. Oh, if it's really that rough, he'll pull the tariffs, but, you know, he's negotiating. As they say, let them in. Let the Trump be Trump. Like, they need to just chill about this, but they're not going to. But While we have 30 trillion of 115 trillion of the global economy, you know who's in the number two spot? China, a communist authoritarian state. What happens if we fall? Who. Who becomes the global leader on the economy? Who becomes the most powerful single political entity? It's not the eu, which is just a bunch of squabbling bureaucrats drinking lattes. It's going to be China. So we don't think of this the same way we did during the Cold War. It was also the evil empire. But we got to fix things. And we have to be the leaders in AI and we have to be the leaders in, in advanced computing and rocketry and all of these things, a lot of which Elon's working on, you start, you see a trend, right? We have to be the ones that are leading in those areas, or else leaders, leadership of the world will pass from us to a country that does not share even our most fundamental values, and that is founded on a belief system propagated by a true sadist and sociopath. Mao Zedong. So, yeah, there's real challenges right now. Elon Trump, the right Republicans, we're trying to fix them. They're running around keying people's cars because they don't like something that Elon said. Is there anything else that's more front and center for the Democrats right now than hatred of Elon? I would have to say no. And that tells you everything you need to know. So we'll continue to unpack this, we'll look into more of this, but I just think we have to recognize what's really at stake, what we're trying to do and what the other side is trying to do. And these things are not like each other. Something has gone so wrong in the Democrat Party, and there is no sign of them fixing it at all right now. Total and utter collapse from a intellectual, moral, and ethical perspective. We'll take your calls. We'll get into it. Uh, tax season is here again. Oh, boy. Meaning the majority of us have filed returns, or about to. But what do you do if you have years of missing returns or if you already owe back taxes? Every day you put it off. All right, welcome back into Clay Anbach. You would think that the return of the astronauts would be something that would be all over the news everywhere, not just on Fox, not just talked about here. It's being covered. But have you noticed a lack of fanfare around this? And I certainly haven't seen much in the way of thanks from the journalist establishment toward SpaceX and Elon Musk for allowing this to happen. Clearly, Elon derangement syndrome is real now. And I think at some level it is because they worry that Trump, because of his age and his term limits. I know I saw two over the weekend. Trump's going to go for a third term. This is just the left, the Democrats, they need something to just convince them that he's the boogeyman, that he's horrible, that he's a monster. And so, all right, this is the same. The Trump's going to bomb around. Trump's going to remember when he was going to start World War III with North Korea. That's what they said. Because he was going to meet with the North Korean dictator, Kim Jong Un. Kim Jong Il and. Or Kim Jong Un. Sorry, whoops. That's the other one I believe in. In North Korea, it's considered a necrocracy because technically Kim Il Sung is still like the leader of the party or something. It's, it's crazy over there. I mean, truly makes the Democrats over here look pretty normal by comparison. But we have now a very clear wave of ant. Of anti Elon derangement even in New York City. There was a Tesla store in Manhattan and people were laying on the ground outside, this was just a couple of days ago, holding up signs urging Elon to be well, violence against Elon and more destruction of Tesla property. And these people are insane. These people are insane. But what it goes to is they have decided that they must oppose the people who are trying to do the good things, irrespective of the good things they're doing. Trump said this in his joint address to Congress, and it's so true. No matter what he wants to accomplish. Trump, and I really mean this, a Trump initiative on cancer. Guys, we're going to, we're going to have the best minds in the country. We're going to bring truly the best scientists. The. And we're going to work private sector, public sector. We're going to try to cure as much cancer as we can. Democrats would find ways to have huge problems with that, huge problems with that. And in fact, if he cured cancer, they'd be like, oh, well, what are we going to do with all these old cancer treatments now? He's putting people out of work. They're insane. They're insane. There's no reasoning with this faction, the Tesla burning faction of the Democrat Party. There's no way to reach them. You can't convince them of anything. It's really a mass mental illness, which I think just comes from watching enough MSNBC that think about it, they'll tell us that, you know, our society is like fused with white supremacy because of history textbooks or because of our entertainment. They'll tell us that there's so many things in our country that violence comes from, video games, whatever it is. But one thing that they really don't ever want you to think about is, wait, where does all this hatred from Elon come from? Right. It's the media, they have convinced people and they have effectively induced, manufactured, if you will, some kind of a mass mental illness. And it's, it's insane. It's crazy to watch this play out. Remember, he's trying to fix things that need to be fixed. This is not a fight over whether, you know, a state is going to have abortion illegal except in all, all cases, except for rape and incest or at, you know, six weeks or 12 weeks or something. This is not a contentious partisan issue currently, or it shouldn't be. It wasn't until someone actually tried to fix it. So, yes, I think there's a lack of fanfare around what's going on with Elon and the. I'm sorry, the return of the astronauts specifically. And I think also the idea that the Democrats have learned any lessons. I keep seeing this pop up and they don't seem to be changing really anything. Here's an example. Gavin Newsom, he's going on show after show. He's working on his tan. He's got his shirt four buttons down now, four buttons unbuttoned all the way. I mean, you can see naval. That's how dedicated to being the next president of the United States Gavin Newsom is. I mean, this is a guy who will tell you that he's for the thing that he's actually against while telling you that he's against the thing that he's actually for. And look at you with a big grin and a big smile. The problem is his party is still controlled by lunatics and he can't turn on the lunatics. I don't believe, by the way, that he is one. I don't believe that Gavin Newsom is a true believer. I think he is just an avatar of power and the ruling class. And he'll do whatever, he'll say, whatever, he'll change, whatever. He just wants to be in charge and to be liked by the home team. In his case, the Communist Democrat loons. But Bill Maher sat down with him. Bill Maher's going to have dinner with Trump. As you know, he's going in for dinner with Trump. And you know, I'm going to tell you, when I was on Bill's show back in October, I've talked to you about it a bunch because I nailed that show because I spoke all of the truths and told them Trump was going to win the election. And people laughed and I pointed at them and said, really? Yeah, Trump won big time. Bigly, bigly, as you know. But I tried to tell, and I think this might have been in the overtime segment, which is their digital only segment. But I said, look man, Trump is not a fascist. He's not going to end democracy. Like, you've got to just stop with this stuff. It's just not, it's just silly. It's not. And Bill was like, no, no, no, Trump derangement. He had Trump derangement. He is starting to move a little bit away from that, at least in so much as he's willing to have dinner with Trump. So that's a good thing. But. Or whether it's a good thing or not, I leave to you. I mean, I don't think it changes anything. It doesn't do anything. You know, I don't know be better served the Trump to have dinner with me. But put that aside. I got a lot of things to say. But Bill Maher had Gavin Newsom on to talk about where things are with the party. And one area where the Democrats have just been, they've been losing and they continue to lose the American public is not just on the trans stuff, broadly speaking, although that's true, but on the transing of kids and how that is handled vis a vis parents. That's a really sensitive and should be sensitive area. I mean, can you imagine and remember Elon has a trans son. I think it's a female now, but not really female. You know what I mean? A trans female. You know the verbiage here is a guy who thinks he's a girl that happened to one of Elon's children. And Elon has pointed to that as why he has been so red pilled. So this is why I think his conversion is. You know, he's like somebody who has fled a communist country that he saw all the oppression and destruction and now is a, an ardent anti communist. Let me tell you, the Cubans that I know and I know Cuban Americans now, the Cuban Americans that I know who live in South Florida and I know some, including one who was at the Bay of Pigs. Yeah. Became an American afterwards, obviously. But they hate communism more than anybody. They really hate communism because they've tasted it, they've experienced it and they know and they are, you know, they, they love this country and they are ardent anti communists in all the best possible ways. I think Elon unfortunately had suffered personally from the ravages of wokeness and that is part of his transformation. That's why it is so powerful, so profound. It's one of the reasons why I trust it so much. His actions, yes, speak louder than any words, but also the Origin story here of how this all came together. I don't. I cannot even begin. You know, as you know, I'm supposed to have a child next week. I mean, it's. Little boy is due next week. It's not like I'm scheduling a, you know, a pickup at Costco. Oh, not Costco. Not Costco. Sorry. Some other Sam's club. You guys tell me Sam's club is not woke. So sound like I'm scheduling a pickup. Yeah, next week I'm gonna get a kid. But yes. No, I think we're due next week. So that's what's supposed to happen. But I haven't even had my son yet or met my son yet officially. And I know that there's nothing that I. There is nothing I would not do to protect my son. I already know that. And I can't imagine what it's like for Elon. I know he's got many children, but I can't imagine what it's like for Elon to look at what was done to his child and understand the ideology behind it and who has pushed this and who. Oh, so he is. He is a true believer in this in our side now and how important it is. And when Bill Maher challenged Gavin Newsom on the trans rule, specifically in California, affecting kids in school and what the policies are. I want you to listen to this exchange from Bill Maher show this Friday, play eight. I see today the Trump administration is. They talked about.
Clay Travis
I don't know if this is true.
Buck Sexton
But they talked about the fact that.
Clay Travis
California had a rule that schools cannot be required to notify parents if their kids in school have.
Buck Sexton
Have changed their gender, their pronouns. That's the kind of thing, even though it doesn't affect a lot of people, that makes a lot of people go, well, you know what? That's the party without common sense. Now, if that's your state, how are you?
Clay Travis
Are you.
Buck Sexton
I just.
Clay Travis
I just disagree with that. I mean, the law was you would.
Buck Sexton
Be fired, a teacher would be fired.
Clay Travis
If a teacher did not report or.
Buck Sexton
Snitch on a kid talking about their gender identity.
Clay Travis
I just think that was wrong.
Buck Sexton
I think teachers should teach. I don't think they should be required to turn in kids.
Clay Travis
And by the way, turn in. We're talking about their parents.
Buck Sexton
How can you snitch?
Clay Travis
The idea of a snitch and a.
Buck Sexton
Parent to me doesn't compare. Well, I just. I don't. But what is the job of a teacher? It's to teach.
Clay Travis
If Johnny's talking about Some identity issue or some issue about liking someone of the same sex. Is it the teacher's job to then report that? By the way, in this law the.
Buck Sexton
Teacher can still do that, but they.
Clay Travis
Can'T be fired if that's not what they do.
Buck Sexton
So he wants to create a carve out for far left teachers to hide. And by the way, we all know, right, that a teacher who would hide the gender transition from the kids parents is also a teacher who's probably been really encouraging of this whole idea the whole time, right? What are the chances those two things go together? You know, you start to look at the numbers here, you start to look at the statistics. It's like that head of creative at Disney a couple of years ago when Chris Rufo, God bless him, was finding the videos of Disney internal meetings. We got the whole Snow White disaster. Just, I mean, the whole thing is a poison apple, right? We got the Disney disaster and you saw there was a woman who was senior creative officer of Disney, I forget what her technical title was, but high up. And she has a trans kid and a pansexual kid or something like that. They only got two kids. One's trans, one's pansexual. What are the chances? Well, it comes from mom, obviously, meaning that she's pushed this on her kids as a fashionable ideology that she uses. Almost like she has fashion accessories. Oh, look at me, look at me. I've got these really strange identity, gender identity children. We all know this is what's going on. It's very obvious. But Gavin Newsom is creating this whole. Oh yeah, don't you don't want them to snitch to the parents. Why wouldn't, why wouldn't the parents know? The parents would be told if there were any number of things that were going on. Parents will be told, you know, if the kid has a fever at school, you're not going to tell them. If the kid all of a sudden says he's a different gender. Would you tell the parents if the kid was starting to say things that might make you think that they're a danger to themselves or others? Well, of course, right? I mean any ethical teacher would. But you're not going to tell them about this. And he says, well, you can still do it, but you can't be fired for. Well, if there's no action that can be done, clearly a teacher can make the decision to hide this. And I think we all know that the teachers who would make the decision to hide it would be in favor of it. Because any normal person would say, this kid needs mental health assistance asap. Why is this so important? Why am I hitting on this right now? Because Gavin Newsom has changed nothing. He is just trying to put a new coat of paint on a rusted out, beat down car. That's not going to get the American people where they want to go. He is just a used car salesman in the worst sense. I know there's a lot of good used car salesmen out there. Sorry, I feel like that's always unfair. Why used car salesmen? There's some very nice used car salesmen, but he is a too slick for his own good or anyone else's own good. BS artist. There you go. He is a BS artist extraordinaire. So I'm sitting here right now and some of you saw, by the way, I posted a photo with myself and Carrie over the weekend on Instagram. You can go check it out. We were just going for a family dinner. My dad was visiting and all of you are like, oh my gosh, you've actually, like, you really have worked on your fitness. I'm like, yeah, it's been six months of all out. I mean, very, very specific diet. I could talk to you about it. Looking at my macros. I got a fantastic fitness coach who it's just all the above. It's, it's mindset, it's food, it's, it's workouts and yes, it's proper supplementation. And part of my regimen I'm holding right in my hand is chalk daily. I've never, hopefully I'm taking this while I'm doing the ad. Hold on. There we go. I actually just took my chalk daily in real time on radio. You know what's great is that when we have a chalk ad, it's a reminder for me to take my chalk daily because I keep it right here on the desk and it says boost free and total testosterone supports lean muscle mass. I have added about 10 pounds of lean muscle mass and lost about now. I'm not saying this is specific to any one thing. There's a lot of things that go into this, but I probably lost about 30 pounds of not lean muscle. So yeah, the regimen is working in proper supplementation is a key part of it. So if you're looking to up your game, improve your overall wellness, energy, everything else, check out chalk Choq. My guy, his name is Dane Anderson. You can check him out on Instagram. He's phenomenal. And I had him check out chalk stuff and just independently, he's like These are great supplements. Top quality products. He got some. He says this is great. So chalk is best in class. I really think you should try the subscription. It just makes it easier. The male vitality stack, Incredible. For the ladies, there's a female vitality stack. But once you get on the chalk train, you're not going to want to get off. You're going to feel those benefits. It's going to help you. Clay Travis and Buck Sexton telling it like it is. Find them on the free iHeartRadio app or wherever you get your podcasts. We are joined by State Senator Randy Fine. He is running for that critical seat, the special election in Florida's 6 congressional district. It is imminent. Let's get right to it. Randy, thanks for being here on the show. Appreciate you.
Clay Travis
Thanks for having me. I'm honored to be here.
Buck Sexton
All right, let's start with how's it looking? Bring us up to speed and tell us what are the sort of the broad thoughts you have as somebody who has the eyes of the nation on him with this congressional fight?
Clay Travis
Look, it's looking good. I mean, this is a strong Republican area, but Democrats are angry. President Trump, every time he wins, every time we get excited, they get angrier and angrier. Our wins are their losses and so they're really motivated to vote. And so if, if our side of the world goes to voterandyfine.com finds their polling site and votes tomorrow, we're going to be just fine. But you know, when you have another side that's raised $10 million, none of which, by the way, came from the district, almost none of which came from Florida, frankly. Given it's all through ActBlue, it could be coming from the other side of the world that creates a lot of attention and a lot of smoke. But we're really fired up and we think we're going to have a great day tomorrow.
Buck Sexton
What should anyone know about your opponent, Josh Weil in this one? He's a public school teacher. Is that right? What does he stand for? What's he running on?
Clay Travis
Well, I don't know that he's a public school teacher anymore. He's living in a $51,000 Airbnb that's paid for by his campaign. He's paying himself a salary from his campaign. And he may not be a teacher anymore because while he was a teacher, he chokeslammed one of his students into the ground, bruising their head. And a female teacher wrote him up for poking her with a stick, sexually harassing her, and even changing the screensaver on her computer to a picture of himself. So I think he used to be a teacher. I don't know that he still. Look, he is, as President Trump put it, a lunatic. He does not believe just in defunding the police. He believes in disarming the police. He believes that you take on a risk of dying when you're a law enforcement officer. But quote, unquote, innocent people who are just stealing something don't dismiss, deserve to have any sort of consequences for it. He's a socialist. He's a proud socialist. And his big endorsement, my big endorsement is Donald Trump. His big endorsement is Bernie Sanders. And I don't know that that dog hunts in this part of Florida. So we think if people understand that it's the Donald Trump agenda versus the Bernie Sanders impeach Trump agenda, we're going to win. But we'll only win if people go to my website, voterandyfine.com and find out where to vote tomorrow.
Buck Sexton
Now, you mentioned the Trump agenda. Obviously, we're a couple of months in coming on the third month here. And we played in the first hour of the show, Trump saying, look, it's been phenomenal so far. We've got a lot more to do. If you win this special seat, once you take your seat in Congress, what are some of the top agenda items that you want to work with your colleagues in Congress to get moving on, to help this agenda and to do a lot more of what we're already seeing so far, which is fix the big problems.
Clay Travis
Well, look, as a number one that I will do is I will be a vote for the Trump agenda. And with the House majority being as tight as it is, that's why this election is so important. You know, my Democrat opponent, the lunatic, as Trump put it, has said that he will get in there, he will make sure Democrats take the majority and they'll impeach him on day one. So the first thing I can do is be a loyal member of the team and, and help our team captain, Donald Trump, be successful. What Republicans need to understand, they need to look at the Florida model. When we took the majority in the Florida house it was 6159. Now it's 8733. And we didn't get there overnight. We got there because people followed the team captain. They. We got singles and doubles and triples. And so every two years we increased our majority. We need to be focused on cutting inflation. We need to be focused on on ending the wars. We need to focus on getting the budget under control and we need to focus on throwing out every criminal illegal alien in the country. And I will be helping with all of this.
Buck Sexton
How is the. Now you're speaking to me. And we're on about 550, give or take radio stations all across the country, including a lot here in Florida, which is one of our biggest markets, thankfully. How is the local media treating you? I mean, you're. You're in a plus 30 Republican district. We know Mike Waltz had a big win when he ran before, but I'm going to guess without knowing, because I haven't lived in the six congressional, that the media is either covering up for the. I mean, I looked at some of the local coverage of your opponent and what a shock. Randy. Nothing about him choke slamming any students, nothing about the $50,000 Airbnb. So what's the local media environment like? You getting any fair treatment?
Clay Travis
No, no. And look, the media has really let us down in the sense that they have not exposed who he is and the fact that his campaign's a grift operation. I told every reporter who covered the fact that he raised $10 million that they owed it to their readers and their listeners to point out where he spent the money. They've covered the fact that he's brought celebrities to the district who endorsed him. They failed to cover that he spent $350,000 and paid them to do it. A lot like his buddy Kamala Harris. Haven't gotten a fair shake. I wouldn't have expected a fair shake. That's why we go out. That's why I talk to guys like you. We're working harder to make sure we get our message. I went and knocked on a couple hundred doors myself yesterday. I told my team, I got Sunday afternoon. I don't want a candidate walk list with eight doors on it. Give me a real one. I took my, my family and we went out and we knocked on doors and got great reaction. So we're not going to worry about it. We don't expect to get a fair shake. The liberal media never gives it to us. We're just telling people to go to voterandyfine.com find out where to vote and go vote tomorrow.
Buck Sexton
So important. You know, we had people calling in last week and we were raising a bit of awareness about this upcoming special election and some of them were writing in to tell us, you know, it's, it feels like some of the local media really just hopes that people aren't paying attention and that they could try to sneak some kind of an upset here by not letting people know. You. You would think that they would be all over this and telling everybody, oh, this is so important for democracy. But no surprise there, they have an agenda they're trying to chase. I just was wondering if you could give me a little more insight into something. You know, you said you're going to be part of the Trump agenda and you're going to be a vote for that, which I think your district overwhelmingly is just going to be in favor of. And that's what you should do as a member of Congress. From there, when you talk about this Act Blue and how they can come in and throw all this money around, how does that work? I mean, are they right. Because there's limits in what you can give to candidates. Like, like tell everybody about how this opera. Because they're not just going to do it to you. Right. This is going to be elsewhere in the country as well.
Clay Travis
I've been doing it. They haven't it. So here's how Act Blue works. You can go buy a prepaid credit card, go on Act Blue and say that I could go on Act Blue and give your name and your address and give a $25 donation from you using a prepaid credit card. And you would never know because it's not going to show up on your credit card statement. It's not going to show up on your credit report. And so there was a reporter a couple of weeks ago who went to someone's house who had made 1100 donations on ActBlue. They're all small. And the woman said, I didn't make any of them. So particularly in my race, I am running. The guy I'm running against, I didn't say this. He's a Muslim jihadist. After 9 11, he converted to radical Islam. He believes in Hamas, he believes in Hezbollah. There's a lot of groups around the world that would probably love somebody like that in Congress. And there's no ability on ActBlue to determine where the money came from. If you give money on Win Red, which is the Republican equivalent, you have to use your own credit card. You can't use a prepaid untraceable debit card to do it. So there are real questions on ActBlue whether it's just a big money laundering operation to get, to get Soros money, to get foreign money into these campaigns.
Buck Sexton
Now when people go to vote. Randy Fine Dotcom, the election is tomorrow. What's there? What are the resources? And for anybody, anything they can do that can help out. I mean, it just spread the word. At this point, I wanted to let you just reach out to everybody in your district. We got a lot of people listening.
Clay Travis
Well, there's three things they can do. The most important is if they live in my district, go to voterandyfine.com, click on the special election information. It'll take you to a list of counties, click your county and it'll let you type in your address and confirm where your precinct is so you know where to vote tomorrow. But if people want to volunteer, there's a volunteer tab. We have hundreds of people making calls right now to make sure Republicans know to vote. And look, if they want to donate, they can donate there too, because we're taking every dollar that comes in and sending it out the door immediately in making sure we get the message out. So I'd take any of it. But the most important thing is if you're one of those few hundred thousand people in the 6th congressional district, to make a plan, tell your friends, go to voterandyfine.com to figure out where to vote and to vote tomorrow. Democrats are angry. They will walk through fire in order to vote because they hate the wins. We're getting our side to be afraid of that happening and go and vote.
Buck Sexton
You know, Randy, there's something I wanted to point out to everybody. Everybody, which is, you know, yes, you're, I've looked at the polls. You're looking good right now, but obviously it's game time. Everyone needs to go out in your district and vote and get this done. And part of it is I can see the New York Times, for example, already setting it up this way. Even if there's a substantial decrease in the scale of the win, they're going to try to say, see, people are unhappy with Trump. See, the agenda is unpopular. You know, we know what the propaganda is going to look like. So I think it's important everyone sees this as, yeah, you got to run up the scoreboard for Randy here. You got to win big.
Clay Travis
And that's a great point. I mean, I want to win, but I want to win and send a message that the Trump agenda is beloved because I will tell you, it is here. If Donald Trump in this district is more popular today than he was on election day, but it's all about who turns out. If all the people who love Donald Trump don't vote, then the results will make it look like the district doesn't support him. Because what I will tell you is this. The Democrats are mad and the Democrats are voting. So we need our side to show up. Tomorrow's game day. It's the last day. They got to go to voterandyfine.com, find their polling place and be there. I think it opens at 7:00. Be there, vote. I'll sleep better. The President will sleep better. Because this isn't just about me. This is about Donald Trump and he needs his team to go and vote tomorrow. He just tweeted me out on on X a few hours ago. It's been seen by like 10 million people now. So you don't just take my word for it. You can hear his words. He did a tele rally for me on Thursday. It was amazing to do it alongside of him. But I want to put up a big number tomorrow so we can tell the left to shove it, that people love what Donald Trump is doing and we're going to do more of it.
Buck Sexton
Everybody listening from St. Augustine down to Daytona beach and out west to the Ocala area. And you, you got to show up. Go to vote randy fine.com and find where your polling place is. State Senator Fine, best of luck to you and let's have you come back on when your victory is complete.
Clay Travis
Thank you. Would love to do it anytime. Thanks for having me.
Buck Sexton
Thanks so much. Look, it's tax return return season, which unfortunately also means it is scam tax return season, because the bad guys, they got so many ways of getting your refund and that can cause a mess for you. The next couple of weeks, you could get a phone call from someone pretending to be with the IRS looking for additional information. Keep in mind, the IRS does not call people for information. They use the US Mail system for inquiries like that. Attack. Cyber hackers know the lingo, though. They know how to play the part. They sound slick when they call you. A lot of these scammers have gotten a hold of enough of your info already that from a stolen database, for example, that they're in a position where just a few more pieces and they could steal your identity and they could steal your refund. Cybercrime and identity theft impact everybody. Which is why I encourage you to have online identity theft protection with Lifelock. It works I've relied on Lifelock for years to look out for my online identity. Their systems sift through billions of data inputs every month from online transactions and more, looking for evidence of wrongdoing by some cyber thief. Clay Travis
And we talk about betting. From betting on elections to betting on.
Buck Sexton
Your favorite basketball team, we've learned a lot about taking risks through our own.
Ryan Gradusky
Research and sometimes even our own bets.
Clay Travis
And we share what we've learned with you.
Ryan Gradusky
Are you still doing sports betting? I had no idea that you'd wagered over a million dollars for your research.
Clay Travis
I bet almost the entirety of the 2022, 23 NBA season, all the regular season and about half the playoffs. And I learned that, I mean, it's probably what I should have expected, but I learned that it's pretty hard. I went on a huge heater at the start of the NBA season where I was up like 70,000 bucks. I'm like, man, I'm really good at the sports betting stuff. But then, but then things change.
Ryan Gradusky
Now that March Madness is upon us. We're talking bracket strategies and a whole lot more. Join us and listen to Risky business on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

We're joined by our friend Ryan Gardusky, host of It's a Numbers Game on the Clay and Buck Podcast Network, and his substack is the national populist newsletter. Mr. Gardusky, great to have you back.
Ryan Gradusky
Thanks for having me.
Buck Sexton
Let's talk Wisconsin State Supreme Court. Tell us what's happening here. We know that there are some seats that would be in play if the Democrats win and can gerrymander because they have a majority on the court. How is it looking? How do you, how do you view this one?
Ryan Gradusky
So right now, if so, Wisconsin does not have registered political parties. Right. Some states do. A lot of states do not. Wisconsin is one that does not. Wisconsin is one of the few states also has same day voter registration. So you can show up with an address, say, I live here, I'm a Wisconsin resident, I would like to register to vote and vote. That is also allowed on the law in Wisconsin. As of right now, in Wisconsin, there was 101,000 voters over the last three days. If you break down the municipalities that they come from, which is the only way we could really judge how they're possibly going to vote, it's overwhelmingly been Harris of people from people from districts that voted for Kamala Harris. Right now. If you broke down all the early voting common municipalities that voted for Kamala Harris have about a 6.4% advantage over Trump supporter, over Trump supporting municipalities. That doesn't, that's not a clean science. It doesn't mean exactly how it's going to turn out. There's no registered parties, as I said. But right now it looks like the Democrats and the progressives have a slight advantage that Republicans and conservatives will have to make up on election day by a substantial margin that Republicans do vote on election day. So that matters. But right now it's about a 6%, 6.4% lien in Harris municipalities in the state.
Buck Sexton
Isn't it kind of funny, Ryan, that we're still told by some people they'll say the judiciary is nonpartisan and judges just apply the law. But then when it comes to something like this, all of a sudden everyone is treating this like it is. You know, it's just a Democrat versus a Republican with judicial robes on. Right. Everyone knows that if you get a Democrat advantage on the state Supreme Court, you're going to have possibly two seats gerrymandered. Right. So it just feels like the, the judges as a nonpartisan entity. And I know in some places it's more obvious than others and it depends on it, but I mean, this is like a, it's a political race. Yeah.
Ryan Gradusky
I mean, very much so. And that's why they spend millions upon millions of dollars. Why the unions get involved. Wisconsin's a very heavy unionized state. They'll be, they'll have interest in a lot of things that go on there. And that's why all these other groups, these PACs, are getting involved in Wisconsin. It's very, very obvious. They would all like the control of the House Representatives in 2026. Two extra seats would make it much, much easier if they broke up Madison and Milwaukee, giving Democrats A chance to really pick up seats. And I've heard so far that the western side of the state, the Republican western side of the state, very rural area, have had lower turnout so far. So that's an immensely important key factor is this is if the Trump coalition can come out. Remember, Wisconsin was Trump's tightest state in 2024 and I believe the tightest state also in 2016. So it is a, it's a, it's a, it's a toss up state. It's a tough state. I know my PAC, the 1776 Project Pack, we've been investing in school board races there and spending money on school board races. And I know how difficult it is, especially with nonpartisan things. A lot of people don't know which party people lean on on the ballot when there's nonpartisan with this Supreme Court race because there's so much money involved, it's likely that people do know, but in other races, people don't know.
Buck Sexton
Now, how are you feeling about the congressional race for the 6th district down here in Florida? We had Randy Fine on the last hour. He seems cautiously optimistic but wants to make sure that the win is a big win.
Ryan Gradusky
Well, Randy Fines running right now in a Trump +30 district, former Congressman Mike Waltz won the seat by 3,33 points in the last election. Republicans have started building up a lead in the early vote. A substantially about a nine point lead is last time I saw the numbers. That's substantial and I don't think there's probably very little to no chance that the Democrat can win. And the Democrat, by the way, is somebody with a ton of baggage. So I'm surprised he even ran him. If they would have ran a probably better candidate, who knows if it could have been closer. But the siege is so Republican that Randy Fine should be able to win. It may be a single digit or barely double digit win. It should be much, much larger. Randy Fine came out of the gate when he won his reelection, when he won the primary, rather that he was going to start investigating members of the desantis administration. And he came out attacking desantis himself. He really kind of fumbled the ball going in and was a very easily disliked person by members of the Republican Party. But they put a lot of effort into rescuing his race. Now it's such a Republican seat that he should be fine. But it cannot be overstated how nervous Republicans were about this race and internal polling. And it could have been the reason that they pulled Elise Stefanik from the UN because they thought they could have.
Buck Sexton
Lost It, Yeah, it seems like that's certainly the case. Now. I wanted to take our attention. We're speaking of Ryan Garduski. He's got It's a numbers game podcast, new episode out today. So go subscribe to Clay and Buck network. You'll see it right there. And go, go, please check it out. And listen what is going on over in France with Marine Le Pen and the whole situation of, of their elections. Because I, people are seeing this. They're going, oh, so we're not the only ones where the, the establishment uses the law to knock people out of the game. Buck.
Ryan Gradusky
I'm so glad. Yes. This is the third NATO nation this month to knock a leading presidential contender off of the ballot. Marine Le Pen is the head of the National Rally is the, if they call it the far right, it is the Patriot Party of France. She was the leading contender in the 2027 election. The accusation is of embezzlement. What that really means is that she was member of the European Parliament. They gave her funds to hire a staff. Her staff was working for her as a member of the European Parliament and also working for her as the leader of a party at the same time, even though there is no evidence that she was taking funds personally, enriching herself, none of that. A lot of people do this. They, it was a complete political hit job. They had been trying to get her arrested and keep her out of running for office for years. Like she has been target number one for the longest, longest time. And they basically said she has two years of prison term. This is a woman who has never had a fracture ever. And by the way, the number was $5 million over 14 years. So it wasn't like she was spending, you know, blowing billions of EU money. It was 5 million over 14 years to paid secretaries and aides to do work for both her national campaign and her and her European one. But what it means, what it means ultimately is that either she will have to go to the Paris Court of Appeals to get an appeal so she can run in 2027, where she is the leading candidate by double digit margin, or her likely successor, her niece's boyfriend, Jordan Bardella, who's 29 years old, will be running at her place. And he's also, by the way, has a lot of support if he does run. If he does run, he will be a Frenchman with Italian ancestry who's in his late 20s. It will be the only time since Napoleon that's been the case in France. But it is, it is, it's, it's really triggering. And this is a, this is what Vice President Vance has been talking about. This is what President Trump's been talking about about Europe. Europe has a lot of populists and nationalist parties rising. The center right will not work with them. The judges are trying to make sure they cannot hold elected office. It is, it is, it is so anti democratic from people who scream about democracy all the time, 24 hours. And why it matters to America is when Trump is doing the Ukraine cease fire, when he's talking about tariffs, people like Georgia Maloney are very pro Trump. They're very pro Western. She is the prime minister of Italy. Marine Le Pen is more like Giorgia Meloni than she is like Macron, who wants to send troops over to fight in Ukraine, who wants the war to continue to go on, who wants retaliatory tariffs against the United States. Marine Le Pen, Giorgia Meloni. These kinds of Western nationalist populist leaders see the west as an allied brotherhood and that we can sit there and work together to become, you know, more beneficial. The current status quo. The neoliberals in charge right now, Keir, Starmer, Macron, all the rest of them, they are in opposition of a lot of President Trump's agenda. So we want allies and people in allied countries to have nationalist leaders like.
Buck Sexton
This in charge are for these countries where there have been opposition leaders. Ben, by the way, the list that I have in front of me here, Ryan, Romania, right. Opposition leader banned. Brazil, France, we just talked about there's no elections in Ukraine because it's a state of emergency, so no elections going on there. Turkey, Moldova. Moldova. Has Germany tried to ban the AfD party, right?
Ryan Gradusky
Multiple times. Yes.
Buck Sexton
Yeah. So Germany's trying to do this. Who am I missing? Am I missing anyone?
Ryan Gradusky
Turkey, Turkey just banned their, their, their, their leader against Aragon from running. That happened on march, I think 13th. So Turkey did it. And when they don outright ban them, what happens in like Austria, for example, the nationalist party came in first place. They wanted the, they wanted a nationalist and a center right coalition of the people. And instead the center right said to the center left and to the Green Party, which is far left, I'll work with you guys and I'll isolate a third of the electorate so that their voices are not heard. That's what happens on the alternative side more times. Not. But, but what you're talking about as far as banning people. Yeah. Germany, Moldova, Romania, Ukraine doesn't have elections. Turkey, France, Brazil, it's happening everywhere. Where they're using judiciary as an arm, a political arm which gets back to like America and Wisconsin. This is why it's so important for conservatives to win these judicial elections. It really means a lot. Mitch McConnell was not wrong in the 2016, 2017 when he said we need to remake the judiciary. It is essential.
Buck Sexton
And just to this point about the parties that are being banned because again, bringing this home. So for people who are listening, you know, wherever they are across the country, I don't follow the European parties as closely as you do, Ryan, but it seems pretty clear to me when talking to places like France, for example, and Germany that the, quote, far right are people who are overwhelmingly going to say, hey, we have to stop importing the third world into this country at a rate that is not assimilable and is over overrunning the cultural and political fabric of this country with the new arrivals. Is that, I mean, is that the biggest single issue for these guys?
Ryan Gradusky
Yeah, that, I mean, yes, but there's a couple things. There's green New Deal energy policies, which they're totally against, which the EU is for mass immigration, having terrorist countries. And also there is something in Europe that there's a European compact that was signed right after World War II which doesn't allow for deportations of illegal aliens if they come from nations where they could be mistreated. So the reason that England and France, the echr is what is called England and France and Germany keep having these terrorists year in and year and they can never deport them is because the ECHR and any independent nation wants to sit there and reform it. They're being stopped by these, by these, by, by these mainstream, quote unquote mainstream parties from holding office so they can sit there and do these reforms. They can't even deport the foreign terrorists in many of these cases because of these quote unquote center right and centrist center left parties. So yeah, those things, reforming the building blocks of the European Union, green new energy, and most important, immigration. They are pedal to the metal. Import the third world for Europe and it is, it's a disaster.
Buck Sexton
Ryan Gradus, everybody go check out It's a Numbers Game up on the Clay and Buck podcast network and you can subscribe on substack to his national populist newsletter. I do, I recommend you do the same. Ryan. Thanks so much.

Summary of "The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show" – Daily Review, March 31, 2025
Released on March 31, 2025
Introduction
In the Monday edition of The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show, co-host Clay Travis was absent due to charity golf commitments, leaving Buck Sexton to steer the conversation. The episode delves into critical political races, the ongoing criticisms of Elon Musk and Tesla, America's pivotal role in Western civilization, and broader global populist trends. Buck also engages with State Senator Randy Fine and Ryan Gradusky, offering listeners a comprehensive analysis of pressing national and international issues.
1. Florida’s 6th Congressional District Race
Buck Sexton opens the discussion by highlighting the importance of the special election in Florida's 6th Congressional District. State Senator Randy Fine, running as the Republican candidate, joins the show to discuss his campaign against Democrat Josh Weil.
Randy Fine's Optimism: At [34:20], Fine expresses confidence in his campaign, stating, "It's looking good. This is a strong Republican area, but Democrats are angry... we're really fired up and we think we're going to have a great day tomorrow."
