It seems like every day the world gets crazier and crazier. People being labeled as domestic terrorists, debt going through the roof, new wars overseas, and everybody's getting angrier and angrier and potentially they're calling for a civil war. Well, today I'm going to talk about whether or not that's legal. And if you tried to start your own militia, what would happen to you today on the David Rutherford show. You. Welcome back to the show, everybody. When I talk about a civil war or a new revolutionary war, everybody's ears get perked up, right? Obviously Navy seal, CIA guy starts talking about what, what. When the impending doom of the societal collapse comes around all over us, you know, what happens? How does it go down? You know, is it going to be that each state starts to develop their own militias, right? Do they start to, you see it all over in the gun culture, in the, you, you know, gun tuber world. Everybody and their brothers out there training, everybody's getting new kit, everybody's getting new nods, everybody's buying the latest in your thermo quad night vision, multi badassery, new ar plat gun, right? And they're preparing for the unknown of the future. And you know, I think with as you look back and you pretty much, you can start at Covid and what we all believed was true is not true. And just this recently, in the last couple days, I've seen, you know, there's more and more coming out about how the intelligence agency has covered up whether it was a lab leak or not and what, and then Foushee perjuring himself. You know, there's also more and more stuff coming out about Russiagate and what was going on. And recently I just did a Show about the FISA 702 and America, American government's ability to spy on congressmen and presidents and people running for congress and president and, and spying on you and me if we get looped into the dragnet of terrorism or domestic terrorism, whatever you want to call it. And, and so I think with that, you com, the JFK files, the, you know, the UFO stuff, the GDP to debt. You combine the inflated markets, the, the endless Middle Eastern wars, including this thing in Iran that seems like it's about ready to burst every day unless someone wants to make a short trade and make a couple hundred million on some bogus announcement that the the, the, the negotiations are successful, which is a load of crap. You know, people are getting more and more nervous, and if you, if you spend any, any legitimate time on X or on the Gram or TikTok, whatever, man, there's all these people who are starting to call for, you know, raising your militia and fighting back because it's in the Declaration of Independence. And this is how we got to do it. We're going to fight back and we got to stand for what's right, which is truth and liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Good luck with that. And I'm going to tell you why none of that's going to work, all right? And then try and tell you some solutions as, as, as how it will work. All right, before I get in, I gotta read something that's relevant, right? And you gotta understand, and this is the reason why I think people have such grand convictions of their ability to fight back against the U.S. government. All right, here we go. When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, in organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and. And happiness. I. I don't know about you, Jordy, but when I read that, man, I get aroused, right? I get fired up. I get fired up, right? No, hands, hands down, this document is the whole precedent for how our country was created. And, you know, when you go down and you keep reading all that, you know, you basically. It lays out all of these, These grievances that we had with the English imperial rule, right, with King George. And, you know, this was really the founder's blueprint for us. This was the blueprint for why we came into existence and how we were going to govern ourselves, which was, you know, antithetical to the way we were being governed by, By Britain. And, you know, but one of the things in there that most people seem to forget is what the sentence that comes right after the last one that I read, which is this prudence indeed will dictate that governments, long established should not be changed for light and transient causes. And basically what the founders were saying is, man, you got to tread lightly on this stuff because what a lot of people who just whip this stuff out for clicks aren't thinking about is when you do go against a. A powerful state or an imperial government or whatever it might be, then. Then guess what happens, man? People die. And not just a few people. A lot of people die. Now, people were like, well, the revolution wasn't that bad. Only 2 to 3% fought in it. You know, I guess there was only about 25,000Americans died and 25,000American Brits died. And so that's not a big deal. Well, I'll get to other numbers here in a second. It is a big deal, right, because it disrupts the entire flow of what, the social structure or hierarchy which keeps chaos from. From exploding, right? And people dying, right? Whether it's through starvation or kinetic warfare or just outright despair or whatever it might, lack of medical. Health coverage or medical assistance or whatever it is. I mean, all of these things begin to happen in civil wars, and there's plenty of civil wars that you have out there to think about now. You know, the colonists had very, you know, specific reasons why they Governed the way they did around the world. And you know, we were pissed off that we didn't have representation. Right? They had dissolved our legislators, legislations. We couldn't have a standing army to support what we were doing. Right. The courts were obviously rigged, although that's pretty much what's happening right now. And listen, don't get me wrong, like, I understand that we're seeing many, many, many of the similar grievances that particularly launch, because I know that's what you're seeing. Well, Rut, dude, we went to war for 3% tax in bogus courts. Well, hell, if you live in New York or California, you're dealing with 60% tax of, of, of your life, you know, and you're, you're going in like you stand up for yourself on a subway against some crazed crackhead that has 75 arrests and then you go to jail. There's a, there's a legit argument that our system is breaking down. And don't get me wrong, I, I, I agree with that wholeheartedly. But what a lot of people forget is what was put on the line when this happened, right? And Britain's enforcement toolkit was humongous, right? They had the riot act of 1715, which meant, you know, any more than 12 people assembling unlawfully could face the death penalty, right? And then they had treason laws that were out the wazoo. That meant hanging and drawing and courting, quartering. I don't know about you, but I don't want to be drawn and quartered, right? That would suck, right? And then the last one, the Declaration, the Declaratory act, claimed that Parliament had unlimited power over colonies in quotations, in all cases whatsoever. Think Patriot Act. All right, all right, so, you know, here's the thing. That our founders did not just wake up one day and get pissed and throw tea into the Boston harbor, right? This was built up over long periods. I covered them on a show recently or hinted at, not on the show, but in a, in a post I did recently. Like, this was a long buildup, right? It really started post the Indian Wars. It emerged in some other type, the Stamp act and some other things that really began to get the colonists going, like, hey man, we came over here to escape that shit. And now they're right back at it again. And so we're, our liberties are being constrained and forced in to fit into that imperial governance by King George. And you know, and so I think what you have, because of the, the Constitution, right? And because of the Bill of Rights in particular, The Second Amendment. I think people believe that there's this opportunity and because of how easy it is to go and train with your guns and get elite tactical training from the GPRS group or, or, or right. Anyone, you know, Jared Hudson down in there or Jeff Gonzalez or, or, or Pat McNamara or whomever. I still teach tactical shooting. And you know, oftentimes and, and, and putting together a little cool course that's we're announce here, very limited spots. It's got some really stellar tier one guys that have advanced degrees. So it's not just about tactical training, it's about counseling, it's about managing performance. We'll let you know when that comes out. Or we're loosely going to call it the Anvil. And so it'll be a really cool course, so pay attention. I'll announce it more here in, in a little bit. But so you know, you, everybody thinks, well, I'll, yeah man, I'll just go out, I'll start my own little militia. We'll go train, we'll get ready. I'll make some inroads with some, you know, powerful wealthy people that can support our training and you know, and then I'll meet some, you know, other people that are powerful politically and we'll, you know, we'll start to just, you know, behind those closed doors we'll just start being like, hey man, you know, we've got the, the Florida regulators, right? Or the, the Florida what would be a good one? Jordy? Give me a good militia name. Oh man, just the Florida men. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the Florida Gator men or some like that, right? There you go. But there's a problem. Yeah, there's a big problem with all that. There's a ton of laws that will prevent you from doing this, right? You can't just go out and do it.

and so what is the law? And there are already tons of laws that prevent from private militias starting in to in beginning to conduct operations in this vein to take down state governments, local governments, federal governments. Right. And so I'm just going to briefly talk to you about a little bit of those. Right? So right. You know, as you as I demolish your legal fantasy right now, here it is. So in the Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, this gives Congress the power to Call forth the militia, meaning a government organized and government controlled force. Right. And there's certain states that are starting to think about doing this too as a reserve. If their reserve units go overseas and get decimated in Iran or Ukraine or in Russia or Eastern Europe or China and Taiwan or wherever that happens. Which is all legitimately something to you should, you know, understand because the days of the G WAT of the 7,400 guys over 20 plus years dying in combat related incidences, those days are over. Especially with drone warfare and what's taking place. All you got to do is look at the, the amount of carnage that has happened in, in, in Ukraine right now with the Russians and Ukrainians. So you know, that's the first thing, right? The unorganized in quotation militia, you know, male, 1745 and a draft pool that come out and, and, and want to start their own militia. That's illegal. You can't do it. Right. And this precedent is very clear from a couple different Supreme Court cases right now. You would think that these cases took place back in the 1790s or, or in the you know, 1860s or fifth 60s, late 60s after the Civil War. But really these, this precedent one is Presser Vers, Illinois of 1886 and that means states can ban private military organizations and then get this one in a Heller 2008 preceding this protects your individual right to own firearms but explicitly does not protect private paramilitary groups from organizing. So. Right, just those two. That's 2008 by the way. That's 19, not 19, 1819 or 1868 or whatever it is or you know, 1887 or whenever I mean this is happens. Why? Because the US government is pretty freaked out that this is a possibility. Why? Well, you've got a lot of disgruntled human beings and a lot of different factions of ideologies that have really emerged in the United States over the last 30 plus years. Why? Because of our freedom of speech, because of our ability to create NGOs that have massive influences. Right. Obviously we've seen one kind of NGO sponsored type thing and antifa emerge to where now all these as they're peacefully protesting. My favorite is the dude at CNN with the, the, you know, the gas station burning behind. Today's been mostly peaceful protests, right. While the you know, fire, fire stations burned down, police stations burned down, all this shit. Fiery but peaceful protests. That was the tag. Thank you. Thank you. Fiery but peaceful protest. You know, that's the reality. And Trump has come out and actually in a EO designated antifa's domestic terrorist organization certainly has called out foreign NGOs that are influencing, doing these influence operations all over. Just look at Mike Benz's work and all this. And even internal organizations like USAID that funded overseas revolutions, color revolutions we call them, you could call the Madonna revolution. We funded that certain other ones that we had major, major roles in. Well that technology is, is been reapplied here and I think that's another reason why so many people, not technology but ideology has been employed here now. That's why so many people are starting to say, hey you like you can get this little NGO going and put pressure on us and have bricks delivered and, and do civil disobedience. I mean how many, how many government officials have we said, have said over the last 20 years, hell, in the last 10 or 15 years we've got to fight for what is ours, get out on the street and disrupt things, get into the even. Just this past week up in Tennessee you had massive disruptions in their, their state proceedings when it came to the non Supreme Court validated gerrymandering of, of certain voting blocks based on, on race. Right? And there's this huge uprising. People are starting to protest this now. We saw ICE raids and the, the deportation, the forced deportation of illegal aliens. There's coordinated riots. So this is taking place. You know, and another thing too with the law, all 50 states have very distinct laws that prohibit the unauthorized development of military organizations that drill or parade with firearms as a military unit and train with the intents of causing civil disorder, right. And don't think that you can go do this in Florida, Texas and you know, in whatever red state that's out there, right? You know, whatever you want to talk about. Just like in California you think that or Illinois that they would, you know, throw you in jail if you did an NGO that causes because they let antifa go wild, right? We've seen literally antifa members, right, that had hold civil disobedience, communist type civil disobedience which led to cultural revolutions by the way. Get arrested and get let off, not serve any jail time for firebombing, Molotov cocktail bombing, police cars. So the, the concept has been integrated culturally for sure. I would say really since 2012 is where it really began to kick off. Right. You could look at the Tea Party movement, you could look at back the 1% movement, the anti capitalist communism, socialism. Now you're seeing, you know, hardcore nationalist groups, right? All these and, and they're really, that's why this rhetoric seems to be Building. But again, to go back to this reality, you know, you can own your own guns, you can train on your private property, you can do all that and even start with preparedness stuff, right? You could build bunkers, you could build compounds, you can build all this stuff. Although it doesn't seem like you can build a compound if you're white, an exclusive compound or a Christian, because then you're going to get hit with civil rights. Whereas other groups are starting to develop these types of things and collective. Because why? Because tribalism's on the rise. Because whoever runs the algorithms or ever runs the bot farms, whether it's Russia, Iran, China, foreign governments of whoever kind, you know, they're, they're pumping that straight into the algorithms to what? To tear us apart? To keep us divided. And so, you know, just. I'm gonna give you a little history scorecard now. All right? So before you go out and spend another $30,000 on kit and get ready for this thing, let me just talk about it. All right? So there's been one successful revolution in the United States history and that's the Revolutionary War. And as I said before, 25 000Americans died roughly same and then we did have the backing of a full foreign country of France that came in to. To defeat the world's number one. We did have the fact that we were across an ocean from. From. From England and and they weren't able to use really at the highest level their. Their naval fleet to. To put the quash the. The Continental or not was continental army but led by Washington which was a bunch of farmers, landowners, hell even you know the people who. There was one dude I was reading about who was a part of. Of the. The one of only two guys to be on sick sign all three right Declaration Bill writes and the Constitution. You know he personally financed to the tune of like 1.4. I think it was Marsden was his name financed this the Revolutionary War. And he ended up, you know, poor and had nothing right. And he was FA and he actually went to debtors prison for three years before Washington let him out of jail because he couldn't pay his debts because he had funded the Revolutionary War. That's just the irony and that's pretty wild. All right, so yeah that 1775, 1783 then you had Shays rebellion of 1786 to 81787 indebted farmers from the Revolutionary War who paid for revolutionary soldiers to eat, have clothing, horses, all this stuff. Well they didn't get paid back by the US Government because US Government was broke too, because they owed France, you know, millions. All right, so they tried to seize an armory which was then crushed. Its leaders were sentenced to death for treason, who were later pardoned by my good old boy, my favorite John Adams. Let them out of that. All right, total killed in that was four to six. There was a whiskey rebellion, right, of 1794, where frontier farmers hated the fact that guess what the U.S. government did? They implemented a whiskey tax, right? So as people were distilling their own whiskey to trade with other goods and services, the government had come in and said, you're going to give us money on that. It's funny how certain whiskey or drug things have always kind of been at the heart of US problems throughout our history, right? All right, so the rebels were crushed, all right, Two convicted of treason, both ended up part being pardoned. I think they were pardoned by Washington. All right, John bound's raid of 1859, 21 men tried to spark a slave uprising by seizing federal armory. U.S. marines under, get this, Robert E. Lee quashed that rebellion, later ended in 36,000. Guess what old Mr. Brown was, was hanged for that treason. All right, the Battle of Blair Mountain in 1921, where 10 to 15,000 armed coal miners. Now this was the biggest one ever, right, in history. And Daryl Cooper, the Marmade podcast has done a great series on this or a show on this. You should check it out. 15,000 armed coal miners, the largest armed label uprising since the Civil War. Federal troops and planes deployed. Again, I say the largest one, obviously, the Civil War, we don't classify it in here because that's a whole nother, It's a whole nother factor, but it is in here. So you can, I can drop it in obviously, and you go back, you know, the 20 years leading up to it, it really lays out the grievances between the two. Again, fundamental sociological plus economic differences between the north and the south led to that. Again, more people than all other wars combined died in that one. A little over 600,000 total Americans died in that. Pretty unbelievable. I highly recommend go watch Ken Burns documentary the Civil War. Trust me, I know Ken's gone woke. I know he is. But that first one, it's one of the best documentaries ever. If you don't want to watch that, then go buy Shelby Foote's three volume series called the Civil War. It's absolutely spectacular. I have not read the entire thing, but I have read snippets of it because I don't think I can sit down for that. Long to read. Read it. All right. Then you had the bonus. Army post World War I, 1932, 25,000 World War vet veterans camped out in D.C. demanding the promise of back pay, to which MacArthur rolled in tanks and used tear gas, uh, and burned all their camps and kicked them out of D.C. uh, and in which two veterans were killed there. And then finally the battle wounded knee in 1973, where 200 to 300 AIM AIM activists occupied a site for 71 days. Two were killed, 1200 restored. Most of the charges were dropped due to government misconduct. But the occupation changed nothing structurally. So what do we owe for five or six or whatever that was? Yeah, because you could count. The Civil War was a. Did not win. Right, because the, the guys who revolted the south, they got crushed as well too. So right here's the pattern, Jory. People rise up, they're pissed. And the government, because of its weight and its sophistication and its, you know, and its abilities, comes and, and completely destroys these uprisings. So, so, you know, I want you to just think about, I want you to think about the Osama bin Laden, right? I want you to think about the recent Venezuela raid. I want you to think about what we just did to Iran over the last two cycles of contact with them last summer and just recently. Now imagine, I don't know, 2, 200 former GWAD operators and local farmers get together and they go take over a government, you know, a state capital in Texas or, you know, out in Oklahoma or something. And the United States military decides, okay, you're our target. We're going to go to town with you. Now, the, the probability of those guys, you know, winning that, that, that engagement, it's probably, you know, zero out of 10 times. Right. However, what you always hope is that their action sparks to continue those revolts spread all over the country. Now you've got them in every state, all over the state. More and more people, they, they Act. The U.S. government, FBI, law enforcement, they kind quell these things. They keep building. Now all of a sudden, instead of like, you know, one instance of like Waco, you have a thousand Wacos taking place. And, and it's been, it's been known. If you go back and you look at the riots in 1300 cities around the country after Martin Luther King was assassinated, you look at some of the other civil rights riots that took place, which were fomented by leftist organizations, by the way. Communists, socialists, those types of people had infiltrated these kind of civil rights movements and really wreaked havoc. You Know, there were some considerable challenges. Now granted, it was during the civil rights revolution of the mid and late 1960s. And so the US government was very restrictive. In particular, after you look at Kent State, you look at Selma, Alabama, where you had troops and, and just beating the snot out of these protesters. Right. That really stoked this thing. But what was the thing that really made the difference? Right. It was exactly what you would think it was that really changed it. Right. Because the government's toolkit to put these things down is amazing. And let me just. Before I get into what actually works here, I'm going to read you what the government will bring to bear against you and whatever militia there is. Right. So the First Amendment, obviously everybody says the right to peacefully protest, assemble and petition the government. Great. And that's, that's well within your right. It does not protect civil disobedience. So, you know, although we see these, you know, these crazies sit in the streets or block highways or, or whatever, like, and you saw it happen in Canada recently or during COVID where the farmers went in and, and they started disrupting their, blaring the horns. Well, what. They went, they went in and froze all those, those truck drivers, bank accounts. They started attacking their businesses. Right. Their licenses. They started attacking, wrapping up their family members. They put a bunch of those dudes in jail. So that's kind of the premonition of what it's going to look like. I do believe here in the next two to three years, we're going to see this taking place overseas in Europe first. If it does happen, I don't know if you just saw it, but just yesterday, the King of England was giving an address, his annual address with Parliament, and he basically said, guess what? Stand by for a digital id. He himself, the King of England said, it's coming. So that's, that's something that is going to create some redresses with the people, man. And we've also seen it in Germany. We've had German farmer revolts. The, the rise of the ad, have all these things, you know, and then. So what you also have right, is the. After the First Amendment, which doesn't allow you to do that right, you got the Patriot act. In particular, section 802 defines domestic terrorism as acts dangerous to human life that will violate criminal law and are intended to initiate civilians to coerce government intimidate. Intended to intimidate civilians to coerce government policy. So Patriot act, what we implemented that to start to stop terrorists in, in America. But that really opened up this Mass opportunity of their playbook. Because once you're labeled as a domestic terrorist, which you know, there are people on lists and if you listen to Sebastian Gorka, he's putting some conservatives on that or wants to, we see Tulsi Gabbard was put on a list, no fly list. We've seen, you know, all kinds of people that are beginning to be in incumbent. And once you get that, guess what? Now you've got wire tape tapping, access to all your social media, access to your email accounts, to your bank accounts, to your work accounts. They can force people to fire you. They can throw you in jail. Like, you're done, man. Once that happens, you're done. And so I want you to think your, your little private signal chat is not private. I'm telling you that right now. They, as soon as they put you under some FISA warrant or 702, which I just did a little piece on the other day, that means the full force of the U.S. intelligence and military apparatus can, can focus on and, and bring you down. If you are trying to cite a revolution in any way, shape or form, or even if they think you are, or plant evidence on your, your laptop or your phone that you are, boom, that's it. That's what's going to happen. They also have the RICO act, right? Which basically any criminal activity that involves arson, extortion or violence, which a RICO act would be it more than a few people in a room plotting to overthrow, you know, whatever, or kidnap the Michigan governor, like happened. Which was, guess what, planted by a bunch of FBI agents, right? And those four dudes got prosecuted and then the, the one that kills is the asset for forfeiture. So not only are they going to freeze your assets, they're going to go after everyone in your family's assets because they're, they'd be considered a co conspirator, right? Because once that net is thrown on you, everybody in your, your sphere, your people you work with, your family, your friends, anybody you've made jokes with in any way, shape or form, they're going to be brought in, they're going to be questioned, they're going to be put in this investigation, which is wide open. They're going to have their, their stuff seized, their phone seized, their computer, computer speeds and they're going to basically, the US Government is going to advance its lawfare. We saw what Biden did to Trump and everybody else he didn't like. You are going to be caught up in that. It's just the way it's going to be right. And you know, so you don't want to get on that list. And they make it that reason, right? And it's not like it was back in, I guess it would. It's all things are relative, right? But the ability for the, the U.S. government and its intelligence and military apparatus to take people out at will, I don't think there's any doubt that that's something that you don't want to toil with. Now here's what actually works, right? And this is the playbook that works. Now, thank God to our founding fathers, we have a system to which we can address our grievances and we can do so within the boundaries of that First Amendment and other abilities, Right? You know, so before you get all pissed off and start spouting stuff off on, on the Internet about raising a militia or going against government, think about doing it legally first because you know, that's the deal. And when you go back to that, the Declaration of Independence, man, there was this laundry list of things that they were pissed off that, that, that King George had done. And they had brought this forth in multitude legal ways right before Lexington conquered ever happened before, I guess before the Tea Party event ever happened.

Option 1 Here's a good one. Run for something. Now I know what you're going to say. You're like rut, what the hell am I supposed to run for man? Like I can't run for Congress. Because like look at the Massey Ed Gowering thing going on right now. It's, that's a 30, potentially a 30 million dollar primary for a congressional seat. Now granted, running for state seat, congress, congressional seat or state senate or even your county commission or your city commit commission or city mayor or whatever. Now you're talking something that's viable and your real community begins at that level, right? And you can have optimal resistance as a community against state overreach or federal overreach. And we've seen that happen. We saw it during COVID right? Particularly with Ron DeSantis and some other governors. All right, so run for something, right? Get, get in the game. Put your skin in the game. And you're like well I don't have multi million dollars. Well guess what, the podcast system has completely changed that. There are people that actually you can run without having to run. I mean I would recommend go to door to door and try and you know, get large Groups of people put together a coalition. I mean, that's the way it seems to work. But you don't have to do that. With social media and podcasts, you very much can do whatever you want. I mean, you just look at what's going on with Randy Fine and Dan Balzerian. I mean, it's crazy. Like anybody can get, get in the race and you can say whatever you want because you're protected by the First Amendment as long as you're not inciting violence. And you've got a fight there, right? So people have to answer for those accusations or dodge debating if you want. My favorite is Spencer Pratt. Spencer Pratt is a perfect example. He's a former online famous guy and he's got a big voice in his house got burned down in the Pacific Palisades and now he's going on all these podcasts. Now he's got all these stars supporting and the messages out and, and people are interested in taking down Karen Bass. I mean, and this might happen. So there you go. Option to build parallel institutions, right? Homeschool, co ops, local businesses that are tied in a communal. Like start the next version of what's the, what's the old school one? Jordyn Chamber of Commerce, right? Or the Knights of Columbus, whatever. The new one. You want to start a new church, a veterans network that, that talks about how can we push back in a, in a, in a legal way, right? Build something better next to the existent corrupt or dysfunctional system so that people can see and distinctly be able to show this is not good. This is good. This is the group, this is what we support. And they will find you. I'm telling you, the truth prevails. Ultimately. Eventually it will prevail. And if you can do it through non violent means, there's no better way to do it, hands down, right? Nobody wants mass carnage. Trust me when I tell you that. All right. The other is use the legal system, right? File against the corrupt systems. File that you've been wrong, wronged in civilian court. Yeah, but I don't have the legal means. Hey man, you've got Claude and Chat, GPT and Grok, right? To, to figure out a legal argument. You can, I mean, the courts allow you to represent yourself, right? I mean there. Or you can find some activist lawyer who wants to take on the case and take down big pharma, Take down government officials who lie, who've perjured themselves, right? Figure out there is a legal system that you can operate in and that's, that's by far the Most, the most important thing that we still have going for us, right, is the First Amendment. And until that gets decimated, which I think would actually call for, for resistance, for sure, more forceful resistance. And you've got the Second Amendment and you've got there. And if they come for your guns and they take away your free speech, now you're in the, the realm of what, what would make sense for sure, right? Digital currencies, that type of thing. Now you've gone over the edge, but we still have a legal system that works. And it's, you know, is it dysfunctional? Yeah, there are things, but there are ways to fight back. You know, the other is to starve the beast financially, right? And people don't realize that. So the system is supported by what, large corporations, financial institutions and big donors, right? And lobbyists, right? That's what, that's what supports the situation right now. And so if you want to fight back against that, if you really want to go back to that, then build your own internal economy, right, that doesn't need that. Put your money in local credit unions or local banks, right? Create your own commerce group in your town that supports each other, devise pass laws in your, in your city that allows people to trade farmers with, with produce producer, you know, producers, people that make clothes with someone else. I mean, the Amish are perfect example of a self sustaining community that is able to essentially say F you to the government system. And they're, and they're still working, they're thriving. You can look at how the Mormons do it. They're. They have their own internal system that supports, they've used the system against the system and created its own self sufficient community or culture in there, right? You can do this too. There's no reason you can't. All right, and the last one is, you know, get your own house on order first, right? And this is a big one, you know, this is me as the motivational speaker talking to you. This is me as the performance coach talking to you, you know, and before you like decide you're gonna throw your kid on and go take down your local police department in Defiance or you know, shoot up some crazy thing or something dumb, right? One of the things that you want to do is think about your own community, your own relationships, right? Because that if you live in a broken or fractured perception of reality and you get to the point where violence is your only outcome of hope, man, you need to really check about, you know, are your perceptions dialed in? Is it in line? Is it a reality? And all, you know, are your options really gone? Because that's what I see. A tremendous amount too. Right? This freaking algorithm is. Is pumping a. A level of. What is it? It's demoralization, right? And when a person feels that they've been demoralized to the state where they have no dignity and what they believe in or their. Their principles, their fundamental beliefs have been shattered, you know, it's only natural to go back. Well, well, what do I have to lose? They're taking everything away from me as it is. Why not go ahead and lash out in a violent way? And there are also chat rooms and. And online groups that are out there that are actively trying to provoke people to do this, especially in the trans world. Right? Getting all these trans shooters or the radicalization, how we just learned that the. The. The. The what? The. The Southern Poverty Law, whatever that group, the SPLC or whatever, some of the ACLU and some of these. These groups that are supposedly from. Have actually been funning the opposition and to radicalize the Ku Klux Klan or some of these other, you know, whatever. And they're certainly sponsored by certain federal influences, whether it's my favorite or the Patriot Front, although we don't know if they're real or not, or all these other. What was it, the Proud boys and the J6. This is an insurrection. Meanwhile, Clay Higgins finds out there's over 200 confidential informants or, Or. Or law enforcement officers in the crowd provoking J6. Right? So it can be called an insurrection. So they can take out a sitting political party. So, you know, the government is actively involved. And so when you start to see that thing, yeah, it makes you feel demoralized. But until they take away your constitutional rights or they amend that constitution or change that constitution, you have the tools necessary to fight back, right? You have the tools necessary. You have a voice. You have a framework in those. Those original documents for us. You have a way to express yourself in a legal way to begin to fight back against what you think is the inevitability of our collapse. Now, all the. The online historians out there are going to come at me, Jordy. I know it, buddy. And they're going to be like, you know what, Rut? You're just uneducated, man. The system's already turned on us. Look at JFK and look at what's going on. And, you know, nobody's getting brought up on charges for their corruption and their state governors and, you know, the election systems. Yeah, I feel it too. Don't get me wrong. I feel all the same pressures you feel. And I'm, there's a lot of me that's dissatisfied as well, like you are, but there's also a part of me that's, that's founded in the reality of, of what that revolution meant was to create a new system that is governed by the people. And so if we got together and we, you know, you had 50 million people decide, hey, you're going to change this or we're going to stop paying your salaries. If that happened, if the right messaging got around, you better believe these people would act. Or if you got together as a voting block for your state or for your city or for your county, and you said, enough is enough. We're getting rid of all of these corrupt politicians, both sides, everybody, it's all the same. We're going to get rid of them and we're going to bring this person in to take over. Or these people who have these fundamental beliefs that are constitutional in nature, right. That those top. We are all created equal. Right. We have these inalienable lights, right? To the pursuit of, of life, liberty and, and happiness. Right? That's that. What, that's our rights. We still have that. And so it's incumbent upon you to, to not get caught up in the hate, to not get caught up in the distractions, to not get caught up in that feeling, that destitute feeling that the negative insurgency has already invaded or captured or we've lost control and now it's time to put our kid out and go and wage warfare against the government. It we're not there, right. We don't need to be there ever. As long as you have the ability to stay grounded in what you believe in, adhere to the legal system that is in place still for us, and to collectivize ourselves and push back with legitimate grievances where we can stop the corruption, stop the endless wars and to be represented by people that have honor, dignity and decency.
