And when I tell you that I gained such a substantial amount of relief, Jordy, from what I witnessed yesterday, it's, it's beyond, it's beyond measure that I can actually fully describe the joy that I feel that finally after basically since 2017 when my little spidey senses popped up, much like yours, I'm sure, and all of you listening who were paying attention to the devious nature of what has transpired, the attack that President Trump has been under and the political system of America since basically July of 2016 with the Crossfire hurricane probe, that we finally are what we're, we're, we're, we're approaching a realm potentially of accountability. Now, I'm not going to, you know, go slap and giving high fives and chest bumps to my wife or to my friends or, or anything that, oh, you know, here we go, people are going to jail, man. You know, we're, we're all set. I'm not going to go that far. I will say, Jordy, and to all of you, it was a great, great day yesterday for me for sure.

Yeah. Finally, finally we get some answers. And yeah, like you said, I'm not trying to celebrate too early or else I'm going to need another David Rutherford how to embrace my fear and cure my depression episode.

All right, so before we get going on all this, could you play the clip by Tulsi when the reporter asked her what she thought the implications of Obama and this whole thing, the president, yesterday, you've inferred that the former president.

I am not an attorney, but as I've said previously, when you look at the intent behind creating a fake manufactured intelligence document that directly contradicts multiple assessments that were created by the intelligence community, the expressed intent and what followed afterward can only be described as a years long coup and a treasonous conspiracy against the American people, our republic, and an attempt to undermine President Trump's administration.

Now, if, if, if that isn't dropping bombs. So, so basically, yes, is what you say. So, yes. Now thinking about this as you're listening to this right now, and you're going, why is this coming up? Why do we need to process this? How is this going to affect my life? I want you to remember, if you have been a Trump supporter since the beginning, I want you to remember that feeling that you felt, that feeling that you felt once you began to realize that the outgoing government believed that Russia was interfering with our election systems and that they believed and were basically through their media proxies, their relationships, through their leaks, their unmasking, through all of what transpired during those, that, that time, from basically May 16 into the begin, probably February 14 or 16, February 16, when Mueller came in as a special investigator. You know, I want you to remember how you felt like, wow, how is this possible? How is it possible that this non politician, this guy who's this billionaire who basically is tired of what's been transpiring in the government, is sick of it, is coming into this race and right out of the gate he tries to coordinate with Russian intelligence. Vladimir Putin, he was a stooge for Putin. He was working with Putin, he was working with the Russians to basically dismantle the system that we have in place for our elections for, to take out Hillary Clinton. All of this, man. I want you to remember that feeling because it was shocking. It was shocking to me. I'm sure it was shocking to you as it was shocking to the American public. Now, what we know conclusively that this, this conspiracy went all the way to the top as early as 16, Obama understood and knew that the Clinton campaign, which included John Podesta, Jake Sullivan, the former head of the sec, Perkins Coy, the law firm, Mark Elias, all these people were involved in, in recognizing that they had a real problem. Now why did they have a real problem? One of the things about all of this is very difficult for most people, and I know it was for me initially, even though with my background, you know, working in the intelligence world for a short period and trying to understand how case officers work and how information is collected and then turned into an intelligence that can be actionable, right? Which can lead to all different types of investigations, all different, different types of actions by our government within the State Department, the intelligence world within DoD. I have a pretty good understanding on how that takes place. And so it was remarkable to me to recognize, because what a lot of people have also forgotten is that Clinton was in some rough water at that point. She had already was under investigation by the FBI for her illegal server. Right? Everybody remembers she had illegal servers in her house. I think a lot of people may have forgotten that in the investigation that they were conducting, the Clinton campaign, the Clinton administration or the Clinton campaign, it should have been turned over. All of these damaged hard drives, right? They had poured bleach on them. They had smashed them with hammers. She had her own server in her house that was unprotected. And that essentially, we discovered that through the WikiLeaks. All right? And that essentially was a big problem for Clinton. And so what did she ultimately have to do? She had to cover that up. And thus began this insane. What I want to say, you know, pretty much is still going on to this day. When you look at the divisiveness, the interruptions you look at, I mean, the list is so long, Jordy, that it's troubling. So what I want to try and do is consolidate this information for you. I want you to kind of wrap your mind around the greater context of not only what took place, but why was Donald Trump such a threat? Right. Why was Donald Trump such a threat to the establishment and to the order of what was taking place at that time? Our political ecosphere. All right, now, the key thing is, you know, Trump comes in the crossfire, hurricane initiates in July, really ramps up with the FISA warrants, but I'm going to kind of go through this. So, you know, Robert Mueller was appointed, and if you're not familiar who Robert Mueller was, Robert Mueller was the former head of the FBI. He played a major role in investigations that took place with whether or not Iraq was legitimate or not. And he basically came out and said, yep, they had weapons of mass destruction, all this. So he's not exactly has the greatest reputation, although the other side will definitely put him as the gold standard for investigation. That's why he was appointed. And so he was appointed May 2017, which led to March 2019, focusing on Russian interference in the 2016 election, potential campaign links with Russian Trump and obstruction of justice by Trump. That's key. All right, the trigger guy who would put him into place was by the deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, who we now know through a bunch of most particular the Brenham or the Durham investigation and the text messages back and forth with all these people that there was something deeper going on. Right? And he was very close to James Comey, who had gotten fired by this time. Key early investigations was the one thing that they really leaned on in this was there was a meeting between Jared Kushner, Paul Manafort with a Russian lawyer who had promised information about Hillary Clinton. Now, what else came out this week, we now know that the FBI, in their investigation, had found clear information that Hillary Clinton was suffering from a bunch of debilitating health challenges. Right. To include explosive anger outbursts. I mean, I know Secret Service guys that say she was the worst person they ever served for. And they served for some of them, four different presidents. They said she used to throw plates and just if you got caught looking at her, staring at. She would dress you down right in front of her, put you out in Timbuktu in a station. She was a vicious person.

And then she said she was on tranquilizers.

David Rutherford (13:50)

Yeah, yeah. My, my favorite ones are the mashups they're showing of, you know, when she was doing interviews and she's convulsing and trying to. Or when she was on stage with, with Bill one time and she was like, you know, and she gave.

Jordy (14:04)

Oh, yeah, the balloons or something like the confetti came down.

David Rutherford (14:08)

That's right. And then the other aspect was the famous video of her getting into a van where everybody had basically, oh, she was in. In deep trouble. There's another video of her giving a speech where she turns and basically throws up into a glass where she was a mess. So she had significant problems. And that apparently was what Russia had. So we know that was true. Now, here's the kicker. You have to understand this, right? If, if politics are disgusting, both sides doesn't matter. I'm not here to profess that, you know, the Republicans are better than the Democrats in terms of what they're willing to do to find dirt or what they're willing to do to fake dirt on people. Politics is the ugliest, dirtiest game there is in the world. And American politics is, is no exception. But, you know, what they took here is really, they blew it out of proportion. And the other one, which I believe, which was really the one for me that didn't make sense, was that with when Michael Finn, who had been established as Trump's pick to be the head of the intelligence world and on top of all the intelligence, oversee all intelligence groups, he had a talk in December 2016 with Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislok. Right. Well, that was the big thing that they used to basically go after Trump that connected him in this nefarious things. Now, we all know that he was ultimately exonerated from that after they bankrupt him, after the, you know, the lawfare that they ensued on him. And Sidney Powell, the famous attorney, got him off with all that and vindicated him. But. And you have to think to yourself, well, why are they picking These people, right? Well, General Flynn was the head of the DNI or the dia and was one of the top intelligence people all through Obama administration. And he was one of the guys that was nominated repeatedly by Obama to stay in these positions. So if you wanna know where the bodies are buried, General Flynn knows through the entire sequence of that time, right? Now, again, this started picking up steam. Why? Because of all of the news sources, right? From the New York Times to CNBC to MSNBC to cnn, if you don't remember. I certainly do. It was around the clock. Every.

Do you remember how crazy it was?

David Rutherford (16:43)

Every story it was every night. It was every story. It blew up ratings for all these organizations because people couldn't believe, of course, this crooked real estate guy from New York City, of course he's going to be crooked. Of course he's going to do that.

Jordy (17:00)

Did it seem kind of real to you at the time? Did it seem any shred of credibility in there? Because when everyone talks about something so much, sometimes people think, well, maybe there's something. I mean, why would everyone be talking about this?

David Rutherford (17:13)

That's a really great question for me. No. Had it been something like Trump's connection to the mafia or, you know, the various mafias that, that run New York and New York real estate and New York, you know, labor and all those things, right? Organized crime, then, you know, whether it's financing, you know. Cause if you look at Trump's history, there were multiple times he had financing that came from interesting places in New.

Jordy (17:42)

York, they just call that business.

David Rutherford (17:44)

It's business, right? So I would have imagined that. But for him to be able to cultivate a person like Vladimir Putin, or Putin to cultivate him as an asset, it made no sense to me. And so I was always suspect of it, but I didn't know how. Now, by 2018, they had indicted 13 Russian nationals, entities from social media, troll farm influencers, charged 12 Russian intelligence officers for hacking the DNC in the Clinton campaign. Now, that was their excuse, right, to move forward with all these things. But you got to go back and you got to understand the sequence in the, in the crossfire hurricane investigation, because it was in September where they had a DOJ lawyer submit these FISA applications, right? And that's to be able to spy on Americans who are, they believe are linked to doing foreign espionage and all that. So they went after Carter Page. Well, we ultimately found out through the Durham report that those FISA applications were built on the fake Steele dossier as well as the Denchenko information. Right? As well as what we also know there was through the Clinton campaign, they had paid for somebody, I think it was at Georgia Tech, and I might be off on that one, but they had paid a cyber group in there essentially to find correlation between finance influences. And so they had a Russian bank ping Trump Tower in their servers and then use that as another credible way to, to build out these intelligence sources.

Jordy (19:32)

Which, which, so it's a house of cards.

David Rutherford (19:34)

It's. But you, that's, and that's how these intelligence things are built out. Right. But what happened, unfortunately for them is you had this two year investigation, something like $40 million of taxpayer money. They researched millions of pieces of documents within the Trump campaign, the Trump business, the Trump everything, to try and find these, these gotcha things. And what happened, what happens is that it comes out there was a 448 page two volume document that said Russia conducted quotation sweeping and systematic interference via hacking and disinformation. Right? Over 100 Trump campaign slash Russia contacts. Now the details of those contacts, right? That is never was conclusive enough to initiate a criminal or criminal conspiracy or coordination. And that's the key to understand. Now, as we all know now, if you spend 5 seconds on X or any one of the other social media companies, we know that bot farms all over the country, every single country that's of any sizable influence has all the massive organizations that support this type of these campaigns, these disinformation campaigns, bot farms, all this. And that's, that's Israel, that's Russia, that's Iran, that's Korea, that's South Africa. I mean they, every country, including us, by the way, including us, acts on these types of things. So essentially the big one is they outlined 10 obstruction charges, right? Trump's attempts to fire Mueller was one, putting pressure on Comer was another, and trying to limit the Flynn probe. Mueller neither concluded obstruction nor exonerated Trump evidence was inconclusive for charges. And that's a key. Now why is that so key? Well, I'll get to that. Right.

So this is, you're saying that they came out with all this information in these reports, but the quote unquote evidence they found or they released it sounds to me like it's a lot of circumstantial stuff. Like if, if they found some guy that was stabbed in the mall near, in my town, and then someone was like, well, Jordy has a car, he does own a knife, he likes going to the mall sometimes. And then, then next thing you know, there's A guy that's dead at the mall. Like, it kind of sounds like car.

David Rutherford (22:20)

Was in the park. Yeah, that's right. 100. 100, absolutely. That's. And that's how these cases are built. And we saw those cases in the overwhelming majority of cases brought against Trump. Right. From Jack Smith, from Fanny Willis in. In which was also an election denial conspiracy case, trying to influence the governor and of Georgia to find votes, if you will. And I'll get to that here in a little bit too. But you know, that's political warfare or lawfare I should call it. Everybody understands that. Okay, so you had the Mueller poll finished. Right. And Barr and the Attorney general. Barr. Right. Claimed no collusion or obstruction. As controversial as the report was, it was nuanced. And there was no definitive evidence that could indict President Trump. But they already accomplished what they wanted to do. They basically disrupted Trump's entire first four years in office. And again, you have to ask yourself why? Why was he that big of a threat? Ah, come on. Why is this taking so long? This thing is ancient.

Is the one that I believe was the most unique and the most substantial one, and that was the John Durham report. And this was an investigation into the origins of the FBI's Trump Russia probe. Crossfire Hurricane the FBI probe Crossfire hurricane launched in 2016 based on claims of possible Trump campaign Russia chaos. But what was really the issue was we now know that Hillary Clinton and the DNC plan to tie Trump to Russia. That was proven in this report. And this was brief to Obama, the Vice President Biden, Attorney General Loretta lynch and the FBI Director James Comey, the CIA Director John Brennan and the DNI Director James Clapper. And they all knew that this was a Clinton campaign move to create a false narrative. Why? Because what had happened? The Hillary Clinton emails had been hacked and we know that because of who Julian Assange released thousands of documents to which then he ended up going and hiding for many, many years, only recently released last year under an agreement that he would no longer talk about it or anything like that. So we know that, that she was afraid that her issues, her corruption, her challenges was going to come out. And so what they do is they immediately stoke the FBI. There's many reports of Mark Elias as a patriotic American offering information that he had found out about this Steele dossier. But we also know now, based on the Durham report, that the Clinton campaign had actually paid through GPS Fusion, had paid for the Steele dossier. If you don't know, Steele is, He's a former MI6 guy who basically you can hire him and he'll do assessments for you. And he conjured up this whole idea that there was the Russians had blackmail on Trump. He'd been over in Moscow, he'd been with hookers and they had done some horrific things in the bedroom and they had, that they also had the connection to Trump Tower and this bank. So they paid for all of this, which was the initiation of what took place. Now that's crazy. Is, is Brennan Clapper, the Vice President, they all knew what was going on. Now the real thing and what we just learned from Tulsi and her crew is that the real meetings took place in late December, which basically they had done all this information collection. Both the intelligence world. Oh, and there's one other thing, I really want you to understand this. This one of the main tip offs that this was taking place came from Australian intelligence. Now, most people are not familiar with the five Eyes. So the five Eyes are all of our basic allies, right? It's, it's, it's us, it's England, it's France, it's Australia. And then the fifth one, I'm forgetting who the fifth one is. Maybe Italy or I'm forgetting who the fifth one is. We look up the five eyes and who that fifth one is. But these are our interconnected intelligence. And so what happens through what both sides do is if you think you have a problem internally, what you do is you reach out to one of the five Eyes groups, the other intel communities, and you say, hey, can you look into this for me? And they'll have their spies, their case officers, if you will, look at what's going on in our, through our country, through their own sources, and dig up intel on us. What.

So it looks like it is the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

David Rutherford (30:57)

There you go. So those are the five eyes, all right. So we got a tip, or I should say our intel got a tip from Australia, because they're deeply immersed in our political environment, and that was what assisted. So you have the Steele dossier, you have all this other stuff transpiring, and then you have, you have Comey and the Pfizer report. So now they're, they're looking into all Manafort, Roger, Stone, Papadopoulos, and they're actually running. And, and so if you're not familiar of how these work, so let's say you get a tip and you get one person. So then you submit to the FISA court, and the FISA court greenlit these on false, bogus intel lies, right? Which, by the way, nobody paid the price for this. And if you go back and you look at Annie McCabe, the woman he was with, their text messages that came out in the Durban report, they were going after, they were gunning for Trump, they were gonna take him out no matter what they were getting him. And so you get this one piece of intel, right? You submit that in your FISA request. The FISA judge says, yeah, green light. Now, we can conduct surveillance through listening their phones, accessing everything, and trust me when I tell you everything's accessible. But then that person who knows this person, then. So once you have a connection to this person, this person, you can open up on them. Then this person, you open up on them. And next thing you know, before you know it, everybody within the web of Donald Trump's ecosystem, politically, business wise, is under investigation.

And he knew everyone, Donald Trump, I.

Mean, the guy knows people all over the place, right?

I mean, so if you try one tip, you're telling me that if a tip appears, they can basically investigate anybody in the world?

David Rutherford (33:00)

Pretty much. That's the way it works. It's. Yeah, I mean, and that's what's happening. And you know where that came from. Patriot act, right?

Good old Patriot Act. All right, so we have the Durham report comes out again, basically saying that none of this was true. It was all fabricated, all of it, the whole thing, that it wasn't real intel. They had made it up, up. And the worst part was, and he didn't quite come out and say it, is that the intel world knew about it, which included the FBI. All right, So I always, I give you that because I want you to really understand the magnitude of what took place right in the beginning of this and the intensity of that and the, the collusion, the, the conspiracy at the very top. One, one little Side thing I really want to know is, is. Is. It was essentially it came out that it was Joe Biden who was the guy who said, well, we need to basically unmask General Flynn and that will help the cards fall. And that was in that late December, early January meeting of all the key players involved in that. All right, so the thing I keep asking you, and I know that you're asking yourself hopefully, is why, why was Donald Trump such a threat? Why was this business guy who, you know, came out and campaigned, you know, because what did he campaign on? Do you remember, Jordi? Do you remember some of the. What was the big thing he said he was going to do?

Drain the swamp.

Drain that swamp, boy. Right? Yes, I'm going to drain the swamp. God, I suck at that. I really wish I was better drained. The swamp was a big swamp.

Swamp, a big beautiful swamp. It's not. We're going to make it much more beautiful.

We're going to drink. Remember when he was in the debate with Clinton and he said, like, I'll put you in jail, you know, and. And so we heard this because we all kind of felt like something was going on. Well, one of the things that you have to understand is the magnitude of corruption that had been taking place right now. Now, I think there's a couple ways to think about this. The big one that I seem. That seems to make sense to me is kind of an interesting. It's kind of conspiratorial in nature, but when you get into it and you begin to take a 40,000 foot is you look at the cloud pivot strategy, right? Come on. Why is this taking so long? This thing is ancient.

Yeah, this is really interesting. So think back to the times, right? You had the counterculture revolution, the anti war movement, American socialism was exploding. Communism was being rampantly taught all, or socialism taught all through major universities. These two guys come up and say, all right, well we figured out a way we're just going to overload the system. Now no discernible documentation has ever been released saying that any one of these people that I'm talking about as has said we're going to use the cloud Piven strategy. Right?

Jordy (41:38)

Why would you do that?

David Rutherford (41:39)

Why would you do that? Right, right. But again, most, most of these things, you know, do not come out. People don't say, you know, like the Epstein list, everybody wants this definitive EP list of everything that went down. Like the Secret Squirrel dossier hidden in some, you know, whatever. That's just not how it works. People who are really good at corruption and cheating and all that, they, they, they know how to not get caught, if you will. Although some, some are so arrogant, they, they think they're above the law anyways and we'll get to that. So this whole strategy is basically overloading the system. Well in 2008 Barack Hussein Bama came out of nowhere, right. As a junior senator, one term senator from Illinois who basically didn't vote on almost everything Senate vote he had on. Now all of a sudden magically appears on the scene and is through hope and change takes over. Well when you look at his background and how he was raised and who he grew up and who he was friends with, he was friends with one of the gentlemen that was part of the Weatherman group which was a socialist based group from the counter revolution in the 1960s. His mom, one of his biggest influence was a guy that was a known communist. There are bizarre interesting ties to his father being working for the CIA overseas. And then my favorite favorite was during when he came in one of the big things, one of the big things was his birth certificate. Well guess what Jordy, who was one of the people that was banging about his birth certificate the most?

Jordy (43:24)

It was this guy at a TV show. It was called the Apprentice.

David Rutherford (43:28)

That's right, that's right. The president, Donald J. Trump. Right. He was a big proponent. Let's see his birth certificate. He got caught up in that conspiracy. So my point of all that is when you look back at the eight years of Obama administration and then the proposed following eight years by Hillary Clinton, you were going to have 16 years of radical transformation within the US government, within the US political scene, within the US financial scene that essentially was going to change the way America looked and we saw a tremendous amount of that. So what I believe is that they could not let this guy who ran on the campaign. I'm going to expose this corruption. I'm going to expose Obama who he believed was one of the worst presidents ever. I'm going to expose the Clintons as being one of the most corrupt politicians ever to live or exist. I'm going to, I'm going to expose them and that's what they believe. Now you go to me, well, what's the level of corruption? How bad was it? Well there's a few things that I just wanted to bring up and first and foremost one is the Clinton Obama uranium deal. And this was the 2010 sale of Canadian based Uranium One to Russia Rosteron. Uranium One held mining rights for about 20% of US uranium production capacity, mostly in Wyoming and US Utah. So think about 20% of uranium production that took place was owned by a Canadian based mining firm. Right. So in 2009 that Russian company, Rosta Ross Ross, Tom Rossatom. I always can't pronounce things. Well, Roston began acquiring shares of Uranium One. Now the Rostrum sought controlling stake at 51, a deal approved unanimously by the CFI, US, the US nine US agencies, including state Department under guess what, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with President Obama's sign off also approved by Canada's investment agency in Utah's radiation control boat. All right, by 2013, Rosadam had 100% ownership of this company, right? So 100% owned Russian uranium company has access to 20% of American uranium and they brokered this whole deal. Now here's where things get interesting, all right? Uranium One chairman ian Telfer donated $2.35 million to the Clinton foundation via his family charity. Most donation actually from Frank Geristra who sold the stake in 2007 pre sale additional payment Bill Clinton received how much? 500,000 for a Moscow spre speech from Renaissance Capital, a Russian bank promoting the Uranium One stock. Right. So you start to start to think, right, how these things are taking place through American might and American political influence. You have companies, organizations, NGOs all over the world beginning to get rich by essentially paying to play, right? Now one of the interesting things I went into the Obama foundation and one of the biggest donations to the Obama foundation came from Jeff Bezos to the tune of $100 million. And I tried to dig into that a little bit. And the biggest thing I find was the cloud system and the contracts that they had received from the US government during his administration. But the biggest ones basically had taken place under Trump. And now recently the end of the Biden and now massive $9 billion, that includes Microsoft and Oracle and all these Google and all these companies and they all make donations to all these different foundations for sure. So, so that's essentially where I see the pay to play. Now there's another massive corruption thing within the Clinton was the Clinton weapons sale of Clinton Obama weapons sales, right? And this is as they sold these illegal weapons, right, to covertly to Libyan backed rebels in 2011 after the Arab Spring. And these were to get rid of mobile Gaddafi because Clinton needed a big, big foreign policy win. All right, now you know, the State Department facilitated these weapons transfer despite a UN arms embargo on Libya. And they used third parties like Qatar in the uae. So again now you've got illegal weapons sales. Now the kicker to this is, and I have a lot of friends that were in Libya, I lost two very, you know, good friends of mine, close friend in Tai woods and then good friend Glenn Doherty who had gone through training, had a ton of other buddies that were in country trying to regain these weapons back. A lot of shoulder fired missile systems, stuff like that. And then guess what happened to those weapons, Jordy.

Jordy (49:10)

Let me guess. They end up with some people they shouldn't be with.

David Rutherford (49:16)

That's right. They ended up going to ISIS and Al Qaeda back rebels that were fighting a covert so funded US military funded war in Syria against the Assad regime and Russia.

Jordy (49:30)

I thought we were, dude.

David Rutherford (49:33)

Well, so we were, but then now we're not. We need them. And what's crazy is one of those gentlemen that was a part of all that nice is now the president of Syria. So when you think about illegal weapons safety, you think about Clinton foundation, illegal donations, pay to play. And then you know, another one that kind of ties into the beginning of this, which was the Seth Rich murder, right? And this was a DNC guy, he was a DNC staffer working on voter data, was murdered. Basically the theory is that he allegedly was murdered for leaking the DNC emails to WikiLeaks. Not the Russians, but Seth Rich because he saw a tremendous amount of corruption within the workings of the DNC in Clinton mind. You remember the primary in 2016, Bernie Sanders was on the up and up was going and basically the DNC says you're out, go away. Now we kind of saw that take place when we saw it in 2020 with Joe Biden and then we saw it again when in 2025 with Kamala Harris taking over the nomination. Once Joe Biden checked out Democracy now, they said he actually he was murdered by some just random Ms. 13 guys or, or someone and it was a basic robbery. Although they didn't take his Rolex.

I don't know if it's Rolex, but he had a nice one watch. His, his wallet wasn't gone, his laptop wasn't gone, basically, so whatever.

Jordy (51:20)

Were they saying that he was leaking it to Julian Assange? Is that in the connection?

David Rutherford (51:24)

Okay, yes. Yeah, that's what they basically that Julian's Assange got all those damning emails that was, was the source, was, was Rich. And he kind of insinuated that multiple times. But that, that's why, that's why the FBI had started a probe into the Hillary Clinton Clinton and her campaign because of these leaked emails that exposed all kinds of crazy things in those emails. And all of those emails are available online. If you go to WikiLeaks, you can read all of them. All right, so you have illegal arms trade, you have the Clinton Foundation. Oh, there's another one too. You know, remember the Haiti relief when the, the earthquake took place and decimated, they raised something like a billion dollars and less than 5% ever made it to the Haitians. There's, and then, you know, there was a human trafficking component of that that emerged that some American woman who ran an NGO got busted trying to traffic Haitian children into the Dominican Republic. And she was connected to Hillary Clinton, found the Clinton Foundation. So you have all of these, just one after another. And then you know, obviously my favorite one is the Joe Biden corruption scandal that took place during his vice presidency to you know, James Comer and the House Committee on Oversight Accountability has basically found $27 million worth of payments going to the Biden family and their 20 + LLC or something like 1920. And these came from China, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan and Romania from 2014 to 2009. 19 and this was essentially a pay to play. And we can't forget old Hunter Biden who was the president or on the board of Burisma making $83,000 a month basically selling whatever what needed to take place over there.

Jordy (53:30)

So it's just all to fund the efforts. You brought up all these things that sound like pay to play things, taking control of the ranium, the weapon sales. So what, what's the connection with this to all of the Russian invented hoax?

David Rutherford (53:44)

Well, what I believe is that you had some very corrupt people move to the highest positions of power within the US Government. And what they figured out how to do is that they had an unlimited budget via the American taxpayer to fund all different types of NGOs, covert projects, weapons sales, all different types of projects that they were engaged in. And, and, and, and by doing so, by taking the, the tax the American taxpayer money to fund all these things, they essentially were also paying out out exorbitant amounts of money to their friends. Right? They were all these different NGOs, they were paying them off. They were paying off the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, they were paying off the Clinton foundation, the Obama foundation, they were paying off. You know, you can even go back and look at after the collapse of the 2008 economic collapse from that debacle of illegal financing for the mortgage fiasco, and who got bailed out. And you looked at when you have banks getting bailed out, when you have big massive American companies being bailed out, and then what the Fed said in terms of quantitating, easy, just giving away essentially free money while spending exorbitant amounts of money, blowing out our debt to the tune of 38 trillion right now. Now, you know, all of that initiated around that time.

Jordy (55:30)

I want to say it was something, don't quote me on these numbers, but this is roughly correct. In the history of the United States up until the financial crisis, I believe that the US debt, government federal debt, was about 9 trillion.

David Rutherford (55:44)

Yes.

Jordy (55:44)

And then from 2008 until now, we've just hit 38 trillion.

David Rutherford (55:50)

So we've essentially $30 trillion from 2008 till now. Now I, you know, there's a woman that was on Tucker Carlson a few months ago, I want to say now, and she's been on the circuit and I think she was a forget where she was, but she was a deputy director in a high up position, I think under George Bush or before I forget what her name was. But she essentially has made a insinuation that this just absolute grotesque amount of spending and the fact that we inflated our national debt by $30 trillion in that amount of time, that there's no oversight for any of this money. Right. There's. It just. And what she said, I think, and I need to go back and re listen to it, but you guys can too is she suggested that something like $21 trillion dollars is completely unaccounted for. Right. That it just went away. That the Fed just based on these policies and the requests from the US Government and all the different organizations, whether it's USAID or whatever it was, was just spending trillions of dollars all over the world and the accounting system was, was there was nothing there.

Jordy (57:10)

Or you want to expose that with doge 100% saying just not even cut anything. But can you label your transactions?

David Rutherford (57:18)

That's right, do it. Nothing, none of that exists. So you go back and you say, all right, cloud pivoting strategy, yes, that was for the redistribution of wealth. But what you have now since 2008 is you have this massive spending, all these covert corrupt things taking place overseas, these deals here, weapons here, all these color revolutions and Ukraine in 14. Right. You have all of these things taking place and then you have, you know, all of these people getting filthy rich. And that's people in the US government, that's people in Congress. I mean, how does Nancy Pelosi making $187,000 a year is now worth 120 plus million dollars by betting on these, these companies that got these payouts, right? All this insider trading that's taking place. So all of this took place and then Donald Trump came in and said, guess what? This, it's over. You guys are robbing the American public and nothing's getting better. So that is the backstory on what I believe was the impetus and why it was so critical for this to take place, why they had to go so hard as well as they did. And I firmly believe that once we get into discovery and once they really begin these investigations, we're going to find that it was not just 2016, it was not just his first term. It was the 2020 election cycle and system where we saw what we saw leading up to that, these crazy impeachments that came out of nowhere. You know, we saw all this stuff take place. Then we saw the COVID release, right? And you go back and you, you think about in October 19th, why would they conduct event 201? Why did we have all this like, hey, let's get ready for a pandemic. Why was the World Economic Forum saying, hey, a pandemic's coming, A pandemic's coming, right? Why, why did BLM blow up the way it did? Why did we have a pandemic but it was okay to go in the streets and burn cities down, down, right? And why all of a sudden we're the first time ever voting laws changed because of a pandemic? And these, you can't be six feet near, you can't, gotta have mask on, which we all know was just made up, made up stuff. It was, it was illegitimate in order to reshift and shape A, a 2020 narrative, which, which was what? Which was that, you know, Trump was gonna cheat just like he cheated in 60. And what happened? You had mass mail in voting, which Dinesh d' Souza and true, the vote guys figured out. We also have a tremendous amount of evidence from Mike Lindell and all of his cyber people exposing the potentiality that Dominion basically was flipping votes. Now that's allegedly, that's alleged. Mike Lindell actually just got an appeal, won an appeal victory for, I think, a defamation case that he was involved in. So who knows what's going to happen and all that. But you know what we see, we had, who came in, they put in Joe Biden, who was easily manipulated as all the corruption things, so he could be manipulated in any way, shape or form. And they put him in, right? So with, with all of that being said, you know, and I know your, your head is spinning right now. You're like, oh my God, David, you just, just opened a fire hose on me, man. What am, how am I supposed to process all this? Listen, I, I, I'm right there with you. I firmly believe that you Know, this is overwhelming to think that, that our, that our country could be in this particular space or environment. And I'm sorry, man, I really am sorry that you feel like I do do. But, you know, if, if we don't do something about it and it continues, then our country's going to be lost forever. And I hope you feel that way because I feel that way as well, too. You know, I, like I said, I have four daughters. Jordy has a newborn daughter. And, you know, I've, you know, I interact with young people all the time. Time and the imagination. That this is the standard for our country is appalling to me. I didn't join the service. I didn't raise my right hand to die for the country for this at all. And so it's up to us. It's up to you. You in your car right now, you at your lunch break right now, you listening to this podcast while you work out. It's up to you to make your voice heard word, to demand answers and not to back down and demand accountability on all of this stuff, whether it's the Epstein files or it's this corruption or it's the land deals. I mean, we literally just saw something revolutionary take place right within the one big beautiful bill. There was this 7 million acres of land that potentially is going to be sold. And what happened, Braxton McCoy had had the gumption, had the strength, had the courage to, to, to come up and speak out, and he did. And Sean ended up having him on his show. And then next thing you know, it blew up and they took that out of the vote. There's also the pressure from the Epstein case. Don't stop. Demand that this is exposed. And the same with this. You need to call your congressman, you need to call your senator, you need to slam the White House switchboard, the doj, all of it, and make your voice hear that we, we want accountability, that we have to have accountability. Because if we don't get accountability in, in, in all of this, then, you know, it's going to be very difficult to recover and to get back to some semblance of, of a constitutional republic that we believe is what we live in. All right, now the challenge is what, Jordy? The challenge is is this or Right? I see all over X. All right, this is treason. I, I put it out. This is treason, period. And someone correct me, actually, it's sedition. Right? And, and, and so there are all these debates taking place, right? So what is going to happen? What is the doj? Right? And I I forget what, what Mike Benz was on Greg Gutfeld last night or night before or something like that. And he said, yeah, this is now the next thing to be placed on the abyss of Pam Bondi's desk. And, and, and how they're going to prosecute this. Right. So what we have to ask is what is going to happen? Who's going to be indicted? But what we want to know is anybody going to go to prison? Is anybody going to pay a fine or serve time? Now, this is what you have to understand. All right, so basically there's a couple different U.S. laws that, that potentially are on the table. And this is what I got. It's 18 USC Section 241, which is conspiracy against rights that it's illegal to conspire to oppress or intimidate someone's constitutional rights like running for office. Penalties up to seven years in prison or life if someone dies. 18 USC Section 371 conspiracy to defraud the United States covers schemes to interfere with fair elections like rigging votes. Carries up to five years in prison. 18 USC Section 1505, obstruction of proceedings applies to interfering with election investigations or congressional certification up to five years or eight if tied to terrorism. That's what they were trying to Get Trump on January 6th. 18 USC Section 595, Interference of Federal employees prohibits using official authority to meddle in elections. A misdemeanor up to one year in jail. They also tried to use that 52 USC section 30121 federal election campaign act ban soliciting foreign help in elections like seeking dirt on arrival fines up to up to two years in prison. That was another one. The Hatch Act, 5 U.S.C. section 7323 through 7323 restricts using government resources for partisan campaign activity. Typically involves fines or administrative penalties. Right. However, here's a key one in that because that was used as well against Trump in the 2020 from Trump versus United States ruling grants presidents immunity for official acts, potentially shielding actions tied to constitutional duty. But unofficial acts like fake electors or violence aren't immune. Now, that's the kicker for President Obama. He can always claim what that this was an official act, the investigation. And that's what makes this me not exactly the most positive in terms of the outcome for this because there are these protections and the very thing that Trump, you know, went to court for his, his constitutional right in the act to be able to discover what he was trying to disc in the 2020 elections and that presidential immunity and that was Also within his records, the illegal records case. So saying all that to say this, is President Obama going to jail? Not likely. Is former CIA Director John Brennan going to jail? Not likely. His former head of the FBI, James Comey, going to jail? Jail? Not likely. Former DNI James Clapper going to jail? Not likely. Former Vice President Joe Biden going to jail? Not likely. Loretta Lynch? Not likely. Susan Rice? Not likely. Not likely. Not likely. So what we can do is bring it to the courts. What we can do is let the American, American people see the extent of corruption that was involved in all of these scandals. They can hear the testimony. They can have public hearings. They can put people on the stand. That's televised. So we can watch them squirm, plead the fifth, and lie to our faces in order to have a profound impact. However, somebody needs to pay some kind of price if we don't get this. And if, if you're in the US Government and by random chance you're listening to this, if you're driving and you pay attention and you're in the government, you're listening to this. If we don't get some type of conviction, then the future, in my opinion, opinion is in profound jeopardy for the American public. All right. Yeah, man. Yeah, that was a big one. I've been waiting to do that show for probably seven years, man, and finally I got to do it.

Well, I think it's important to point out something very, very crucial for the show, that it's somebody's birthday today.

Ah, yeah, man. I, I, again, I feel very blessed. It's a wonderful day. 53. I feel overwhelmed with opportunity. I can't, you know, I guess I should give thanks on my birthday, right? I'm incredibly thankful for, you know, my employers, I think very grateful for iHeart for giving me this opportunity. My other job where I get to, you know, interact with people all across the country. I'm very grateful for that. But, you know, mostly I'm. I'm grateful for you, Jordi. In my life now, I mean, it's been just revolutionary for me in terms of confidence building. I'm grateful for you. I'm grateful, obviously, for my other friends who are supporting me out there, for my family. You know, I got to have some real great family time the last couple weeks. Really grateful for my children and my mom and dad and John, his family, who are so loving and supportive of me, you know, beyond grateful for Jonna. I wouldn't be in this spot if had she not come into my life eight years ago. And every day she Just gives me more and more confidence, confidence to do what I'm doing. Best gift I've ever had in my life, you know. You know, it's, it's. When you think about it, it's, it's. It's tough because I've been thrust into this deeper reflection this week because, you know, two of my childhood heroes have passed. Right.

Yeah. Incredible people. And that's how, you know you're getting older when, you know, people from your era that you had such influence, you know, Ozzy Osbourne passed away. And, you know, I started listening to Ozzy in 1987 when my good buddy Chris Bunch or Gubba, you know, introduced metal to me and I was like, holy cow, that's awesome. Right?

What is this?

David Rutherford (71:28)

You start hearing Ozzy Osborne and Black Sabbath and you're like, oh my God, that's amazing. And, you know, and then the other component as a kid in the 80s was, was Hulk Hogan. I'll never forget, you know, Rocky 3 being in the theater with two of my friends. You know, I think it was, I'm pretty sure it was. It was Drew Barker and Chris Longo. And I'm on the seats in the back and the fabulous Thunder Lips comes out, you know, and he know, he body slams Rocky and then Rocky gets on the back of me, chokes him out. And, you know, and, you know, afterwards it was, you know, he's like, I thought you were going to kill me. And he's like, oh, baby, it's all good, you know, and like all of a sudden, the Hulk Hogan emerges, you know, so it's, it's like a piece of your childhood passes with you. And so I think as it juxtaposes my reflections of my age and my being on my birthday day, I just, I'm. I'm. I'm beyond grateful of, of the life I've had to I've lived. I'm beyond grateful to the life I'm living right now. And I guess, you know, the ultimate gratitude and, and goes to Christ and my faith and, and, and through him, what I've been able to experience in my perspective in the world. And I just, I, I'm. I'm. I'm so much looking forward to, you know, the next year coming. Man, I think this year with you, Jordy, and with Johnna and with what we got going on, it's just going to be unbelievable. And, and my 53rd year is, is going to be a big one.
