Welcome our number two, Clay Travis BUCK SEXTON SHOW we appreciate all of you hanging out with us on this Friday. President Trump scheduled to speak at the White House momentarily. We are monitoring. We bring in now the governor of Indiana, Mike Braun. And Governor, I believe you were in the White House a little bit earlier today when news came down about the tariffs coming out. There's been some reporting about the president's reaction. Were you there when he noticed? Did you did the president comment on it at all? We got a bunch of stuff to get into with you, but we will start with that one. Since you were an eyewitness earlier today in the White House at the Republic, at the Governor's Association.
Governor Mike Braun
Yeah, it was a late breakfast at the White House and the president had just gone through about close to an hour, maybe 45 minutes of banter back and forth with us citing the the economic kind of benefits of his policies, the difference between blue straight states and red states. And of course, the blue governors were in the room and got into the first part of a Q and A, which could have gone long. I've been in several of them before and I think two questions got asked and right about in the middle of the first one, a note was brought to him and he said what it was and then did the rest of that question in one more. And then he said, well, to be honest, I'm kind of seething over this. Think I need to go talk to the press. So no real comment other than he was anxious to get out and start, you know, replying in whatever fashion he's going to.
Buck Sexton
Governor, it's Buck, thanks for being here. Now that we've seen what the tariffs have done up to this point and, you know, so we have evidence, we've run the experiment, as I like to say. What is your view of the president's tariffs? And up to this point, again, I'm not asking you to weigh in on the Supreme Court decision. I want to know what do you think tariffs were doing for the economy? Because going forward, I think people are going to have a different perspective on this as a tool for the economy one way or the other.
Governor Mike Braun
Well, it's clear I never thought my macroeconomics degree would come into play from back in college, but it really makes sense. We rebuilt Europe in the trading economy, you know, through the Marshall Plan. And we were deferential to those economies in many different ways to get them up on their feet. And along with that we became, you know, where we did not have reciprocity. And I think that was generally going to need to be weaned off of. And Trump, I think wisely saw that it needed to be done. And I mean we were running a trillion dollar trade deficit and 2 trillion in our fiscal account. I mean, that's draining us from being a creditor into a debt to ordination. So something had to give. And I don't think the dynamic would have changed unless you were using the leverage of tariffs. I think once you get them down or they're reciprocal and a lot of that has occurred, it'll be interesting to me to see if the deals that have been made with the countries where they've already done it, whether they'll try to claw any of that back, I'd be surprised maybe if that happens, what happens going forward in terms of the use of the tool? There are other ways that you can influence bad trade arrangements and I'd hope we'd keep doing it until it's an even playing field.
Clay Travis
Governor Mike Braun with us of Indiana right now. You mentioned blue state versus red state. One illustration of blue state versus red state that has been publicly reported. I'm curious what you can tell us about it is the idea of the Chicago Bears NFL football team leaving the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois and moving to Indiana. What can you tell us about that? Do you expect it to happen and what does it represent in your mind as the chief executive of the state of Indiana?
Governor Mike Braun
Well, for Chicago Bears fans and Illinoisans especially, they need to think about the fact that the Bears have been trying to work with Pritzker and the mayor and the state legislature just recently. But for that to actually move forward to where you get the legislature involved, Pritzker and the mayor said we're not interested. And that started three years ago. So we started having contact with the Bears maybe five or six months ago because to be honest, they were reaching a deadline to where they needed to do something or else it would run into issues for them to transition out of Soldiers Field. So I spent 37 years in the real world running a business and part of it was real estate. So the process was very familiar. But when you look at Indiana's context of regulation and taxes, I think they got a pretty good peek at it and they like what they see and we've made it easy. So when you saw the announcement from them and the fact that our legislature did the accommodating that was coordinated to make sure that we were both as honest brokers moving forward to kind of a threshold point, due diligence, a few eyes to be dotted and T's to cross, which is typical in any real estate deal. That's about where we are. And blame it on Pritzker and the mayor because they basically said we're not interested.
Clay Travis
So you expect we're talking to Governor Mike Braun of Indiana. You expect for the Bears to play in Indiana in the years ahead?
Governor Mike Braun
I don't ever want to get ahead of my own skis. I've been involved in enough real estate deals over the years where something can pop up. I would say this is the most significant point in a roughly four to five month conversation that has had a lot of due diligence done. And yes, unless there's something that would be kind of out of left field, you know, I think a month or two are left, you know, to kind of get this thing to where you'd ink it. But we've made a lot of progress now.
Buck Sexton
Your state has been on our radar. You know, we actually visited the great state of Indiana, not what was it like a couple months ago? I can't keep.
Clay Travis
Yeah, we were in Fort Wayne. Great station up there. 100 year anniversary of.
Buck Sexton
That's right.
Clay Travis
Yeah, we were in.
Donald Trump
Whoa.
Buck Sexton
Land up in Fort Wayne. And it was my third trip. I will have you know, Mr. Governor to the city of Fort Wayne. So I am, I'm like getting my frequent Indiana miles in. But one thing we talked about when we were there and has gotten some national, national media attention is the Indiana redistricting plan versus what you see in some other states that are a whole that are blue as opposed to being quite red as your state is. What is your sense as to why it went down the way that it did? There are some people who are pretty frustrated with Indiana Republicans in the state House.
Governor Mike Braun
Well, I think in many places you still got kind of enclaves of establishment Republicanism that would have never been America first probably didn't vote for me or Trump as outsiders. And I think they felt a little snooty and we're going to make a, you know, die on that hill. And I think it was out of kind of 80% of conservative Republicans. Conservatives were for doing the mid decade redistricting. I mean you look at Massachusetts, they've been gerrymandered, same size state, nine congressional districts for decades. New England, same way. So there was a lot of unevenness out there. And These Republicans, about 10 of them in the Senate, there were another 10 that went with leadership because they probably feared a committee change or a chairmanship not reappointed. But it was a clique of five to 10 that dug in and made Indiana the exception. Now, how this all pans out, whether we net any seats, when you look at how responsive California, Virginia, a few other places have been, but I still think the point of it, why would you stand against it when every other state has said it makes sense? And they've gerrymandered so much over the years, we've been slow footed.
Clay Travis
We're talking to the governor of Indiana, Mike Braun. Is there any possibility that that could happen or is it dead in your mind, irrespective you're mentioning Virginia is potentially going to make an aggressive move. Maryland may still do it. Is it dead in Indiana? Is the timing complete or do you think if other states act, it's potentially readdressable?
Governor Mike Braun
Yeah, it basically is because the filing deadlines for candidacies, we've got one of the earliest primaries and. And there was a technicality on the margin of the vote, which I think the President pro Tem of the Senate got it. I think one vote over the hump where you technically can't bring it back. So in our case, we could have netted out two seats. The one near Chicago has been turning redder and redder every round, but when it gets close, the national dams just pour a bunch of money in there. And then Marion county, which is basically Indianapolis, has become deep blue, like many, many big cities.
Buck Sexton
Mr. Governor, before we let you go, gotta put you on the hot seat. Can't just let you out with this policy stuff. Sir, is the win by the Hoosiers in the national championship game, which I saw the single greatest college football game of all time,
Governor Mike Braun
I think it would be because you got to remember your sports aficionados there will probably know IU had the worst Division 1 record of any football program, and it's been a long one. And by going undefeated this year and only losing two before, we've only moved up to the second worst record. So that context, and to think that a guy like Signetti slipped into a school like ours and the whole nil portal system made it possible, which I didn't really like, that I'm kind of a traditionalist when it comes to it. All of that had to be aligning and I think it's right up there with the Hoosiers movie. I think someday there'll be a football film made that will be kind of the analog of it and it's got to sink in for maybe a decade or so.
Clay Travis
I think 100% it's going to be a football version of Hoosiers. And you guys have led the way on that one, too. Is a heck of a season. Buck was with me in Miami for the game against the Hurricanes. We appreciate the time. Governor, thanks for coming on. Good luck with getting that Chicago Bears deal officially hammered out.
Governor Mike Braun
Well, if that actually hits fruition, maybe we'll do a debrief on it.
Clay Travis
100%. You reach out to us when you're ready to officially say, hey, it's a done deal.
Governor Mike Braun
Okay.
Donald Trump
Good deal.
Governor Mike Braun
Enjoyed it.
Clay Travis
Thank you, Governor.
Buck Sexton
Wait, Clay. So would it be the. Would they be the Indiana Bears?
Clay Travis
Is that they're not going to go,
Buck Sexton
or would it be like the Indianapolis Bears? How does this work?
Clay Travis
Well, Indianapolis Colts, they're not going to give up the Indianapolis that they would still be the Chicago Bears. They would just play in Indiana.
Buck Sexton
Sorry, I forgot about the Colts thing. Let's just. Let's just erase that from the record. But I'm just.
Clay Travis
Well, but I mean, it's. To the people.
Buck Sexton
They can't be the Chicago Bears playing in Indiana, though, Clay.
Clay Travis
Well, the New York jets and the New York Giants are both playing in New Jersey, so some would point out that.
Buck Sexton
But New Jersey is like our close cousin.
Governor Mike Braun
We.
Buck Sexton
It's like a very, you know, I don't know,
Clay Travis
an incredible indictment of Brandon Johnson, the mayor of Chicago, and J.B. pritzker, the governor of Chicago. The Bears are an indelible part of the Chicago's landscapes. Soldier Field is right there on the river, on the lake in downtown Chicago. And so the idea that they can't figure out how to get a new stadium built is frankly, just yet more evidence of the fact that people of Chicago have made awful choices for their leadership and they deserve better. But unfortunately, this is what they're choosing to represent them and there are consequences. And so I think this is a Great Red State vs. Blue State example of being able to get things done versus tripping all over yourself and looking moronic.
Buck Sexton

Welcome back in tlay Travis Buck Sexton Show. Appreciate all of you hanging out with us. President Trump, now speaking, says he is, quote, ashamed of certain members of the Supreme Court. Deeply disappointing, in Trump's words, that this decision has been made. We are do we have the ability to take this live right now as the president is speaking, guys.
Donald Trump
And simultaneously and even More amazingly broken 70 broke in 7,000 on the S&P2 numbers that everybody thought upon our landslide election victory could not be attained. Think of that. Nobody thought it was possible to do it within four years and we did it in one year. They said, you'll never be able. You'll go back and you read the geniuses, read their statements. All of the Nobel Prize winners in economics, they said, no, you couldn't do it in four years. Well, we didn't do it in four years. We did it in one year. We broke every record in the book and we're continuing to do so. Tariffs have likewise been used to end five of the eight wars that I settled I settled eight wars, whether you like it or not, including India, Pakistan, big ones. Nuclear. Could have been nuclear. Prime Minister of Pakistan said yesterday at the great meeting that we had the peace Board. He said yesterday that President Trump could have saved 35 million lives by getting us to stop fighting. They were getting ready to do some bad things, but they've given us great national security. These tariffs have, and together with our strong borders, reduced fentanyl coming into our country by 30% when I use them as a penalty against countries illegally sending this poison into our country to poison our youth. All of those tariffs remain. They all remain. I don't know if you know that or not. They all remain. We're still getting them and we will after the decision because there's nobody left to appeal to. But again, those three people, such respect. I've had a lot of respect for them anyway, but such great respect. But other alternatives will now be used to replace the ones that the court incorrectly rejected. We have alternatives, Great alternatives. Could be more money. We'll take in more money and we'll be a lot stronger for it. We're taking in hundreds of billions of dollars. We'll continue to do so. To show you how ridiculous the opinion is, however, the court said that I'm not allowed to charge even one dollar. I can't charge one dollar. Can't charge a dollar. I would have used one penny, but we don't make the pennies anymore. We save money. Can't charge $1 to any country under IPA.
Clay Travis
Okay, let's pull back. President Trump, I think, is going to announce a new rationale, a new legislative authority to be implementing these tariffs. I think that's where we're headed. He said he's ashamed of certain members of the Supreme Court. That would be a shot for sure at Gorsuch and at Amy Coney Barrett, too, that he appointed, as well as Justice John Roberts. He said that he was concerned about foreign interest meddling on this decision and believed that they were not willing to take the criticism that was necessary in order to vote to uphold these tariffs. We will talk more about this as we continue. Throughout the program. We're monitoring. Rolling. And we'll play some of the audio of this live press conference with President Trump going forward. Yesterday we had some fun talking about Secretary of War pete hegseth benching 315 pounds. And I said, you know, I thought I was doing pretty well because I can bench 225. And a lot of you, many of you so called disbelievers, you decided that you were going to weigh in and say there's no way, Clay, you can bench press press 225 pounds. And guess what? I posted a video last night, three reps, 225. If you want to have some male vitality in your life, if you want energy as you age, that is what chalk is all about. Most guys over the age of 40 need a secondary source of energy. This is an all natural supplement, can get you 20% higher in testosterone. Up that bench up that energy. @chalk.com my name C L A. Yeah that's choq.com my name Clay. Free $99 bag of chocolate powder with your first order. Welcome back in. Happy to be joined now as President Trump continues to speak. We will monitor and bring you audio here shortly. Jeff Hayes, award winning filmmaker, director of a new documentary called Maha Uncensored, premiering February 24th at maha movie.com A hard look at the business model behind American medicine. Jeff, we appreciate you. You've also directed the films the Real Anthony Fauci and On Native Soil. Let's dive in here. Right off the top, we have a lot of discussions about drug prescriptions and the medical industry in general. What does the data tell us about the degree to which Americans are over prescribed, in other words? I've had the theory. I'm curious if you would sign on. If we just cut half of all prescriptions in this country, would we have any change in the actual longevity out outlook for people in their health? In your mind, in other words, how overmedicated do you think we are?
Jeff Hayes
Yeah, and this, this and it starts with the over medicalization of kids. But you know, when you look at just SSRI is just antidepressants, 25% of the country is on SSRI. And we had one psychiatrist who just flat out said it, not one human being should be on an ssri. They don't work and they have potent side effects. And so, you know, we could get rid of way more than half of the prescriptions in this country.
Clay Travis
What about over medicating kids? We talk a lot about gender transition surgeries and the fact that finally people are recognizing that that doesn't make sense. But that's actually a tiny pinprick of the amount of drugs that kids are on these days. It skyrocketed in the 21st century. What does the data tell us?
Jeff Hayes
Yeah, we had one of our experts who was working while he was getting it, finishing his medical degree, was working at a state run institution and he had kids as young as three and four that they were putting on SSRIs. And then when you add to that where we're medicating for adhd, we have no clue what this is doing to a developing brain and we're not addressing the real problems.
Clay Travis
What would you. I know you just did an entire film on it, but let's pretend that. And I'm sure you have, in some ways you've been able to talk with the administration. If you had a magic wand, what would the healthiest thing be to do for America when it comes to drugs and drug prescriptions?
Jeff Hayes
Well, amazingly, the number one thing we can do for our drugs and drug prescriptions is fix our food supply, because that's where, that's where it starts. And so this, we ended up doing 16 chapters in this documentary where we cover pharmacy benefit managers, diabetes, cancer, longevity, functional medicine. It grew where we had to do about 1630 minute chapters. So, you know, this starts on the 24th, but it goes over nine days just because there was no way it would fit into a one and a half hour film.
Clay Travis
One of the, I would say, most transcendent and intriguing aspects of the 2024 election has been this union of Trump supporters. And also then a lot of moms that, that may not have traditionally been Trump supporters, but came in through RFK Jr. And now have become a part of the Trump movement. What do you see from, and what do you hear from these moms that are questioning a lot of what is being told to them about the health of their kids?
Jeff Hayes
Yeah, I was in the room that day in Phoenix when Bobby canceled his campaign on August 23rd. And we're sitting there. He'd wanted some friendly faces in the room. So I'd flown out. And after that, they said, hey, we're all going to a Trump rally. And 24 hours earlier, I didn't know I was going to be in Phoenix, much less on the front row of a Trump rally. And so next thing you know, we're there. And when, when President Trump introduced Bobby, that stadium went wild. And it was just on and on and, and President Trump was, was stunned. Bobby was stunned. And that was where Bobby coined the phrase make America healthy again, impromptu. And the maha movement was born. Now, these maha moms right now are kind of ticked after the presidential order that, that, that President Trump just signed a few days ago, making glyphosate in the interest of national security. So we definitely want to hold on to these maha moms and see what the thinking was behind that. But I knew when all of a sudden I saw those forces join, I'm like, wow, the market for my material just went up by a factor of 100.
Clay Travis
When you look at this, this overall story, which is still in its early days, what do you stand, what stands out to you? You mentioned the, the union of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The coining of Make America Healthy again, this movement that has become transformative for many people out there. Do you feel as if we are seeing the pin prick of an impact? Do you think it's going to grow? Where do we go from here?
Jeff Hayes
Yeah, you never bet against fierce mothers. So yeah, that, that's how things are changed. Is moms protecting their children. And I think that now that we have Bobby and his secretary of Health and Human services, we have a lot of public support. If we can depoliticize Maha and just all agree we all want to have healthy children, I think we can make some changes. But there's some structural things in the way that medicine is run and food is run in this country that we're going to have to dismantle and it's going to take some time.
Clay Travis
How do people find the movie? What should they know? How can they see it?
Jeff Hayes
Yeah, we put it up for free. They can go to maha movie.com and pre register and on Tuesday the 24th they'll see in the, in the first chapter is how did we get here? And it's a fascinating story.
Clay Travis
I can't wait to check it out. We're gonna watch it. Jeff Hayes, thank you so much for taking the time today.
Jeff Hayes
Hey, thank you for having me.
Clay Travis
That is Maha movie.com Jeff Hayes, award winning filmmaker, director of this new documentary. You can go watch it for free@mahamovie.com and it's going to take aim at over medicated kids, economics of incurable disease, alternative approaches to health that haven't been getting a lot of attention and suddenly are President Trump still speaking right now about the tariffs? Let's play cut 25. President Trump has said that he is going to implement a universal 10% tariff. He's going to now cite new legislative authority to be able to do so. But here is Trump starting off that presser again. He is speaking right now live in the White House. Cut 25.
Donald Trump
The Supreme Court's ruling on tariffs is deeply disappointing and I'm ashamed of certain members of the court, absolutely ashamed for not having the courage to do what's right for our country. I'd like to thank and congratulate Justices Thomas Alito and Kavanaugh for their strength and wisdom and love of our country, which is right now very proud of those justices. When you read the dissenting opinions, there is no way that anyone can argue against them. There's no way. Foreign countries that have been ripping us off for years are ecstatic. They're so happy and they're dancing in the streets. But they won't be dancing for long, that I can assure you. The Democrats on the court are thrilled, but they will automatically vote no. They're an automatic no, just like in Congress. They're an automatic no. They're against anything that makes America strong, healthy and great again. They also are a frankly disgrace to our nation, those justices.
Clay Travis
Okay, so President Trump in the White House right now discussing the tariff decision. We will come back. We'll continue to monitor this. But the news is that he is now, as we told you was likely going to be the case, cite new legislative authority, different than the legislative authority that was struck down today to say that he does have the executive power to do this. 800-282-2882. President Trump continuing his press conference, citing as we said it was likely to be the case the dissent of Justice Brett Kavanaugh cut 26. He says there are lots of ways that he can still implement tariffs.
Donald Trump
Listen, the good news is that there are methods, practices, statutes and authorities as recognized by the entire court in this terrible decision and also is recognized by Congress, which they refer to, that are even stronger than the IPA tariffs available to me as President of the United States. And in actuality I was very modest in my ask of other countries and businesses because I wanted to do and it's very important. I want to be very well behaved because I wanted to do anything. I didn't want to do anything that would affect the decision of the court because I understand the court. I understand how they are very easily swayed.
Clay Travis
All right, let's go. He's taking questions. Can we pull up in real time the questions the president is taking on tariffs?
Donald Trump
He has said to us we'll be treated very well. We just left the top person in a place called Vietnam. Just left my office. Great gentleman, strong and smart. He said, you know, I think this means you're allowed to charge us more tariffs than before. And Canada said to Jameson. I might want to say it, Jameson, but Canada said, I hope you win this decision because if you don't, when you'll actually be allowed to charge us with a little additional work. Higher tariffs. Jameson, you want to comment on that?
Governor Mike Braun
Yes, sir.
Donald Trump
So to the President's point, we have
Governor Mike Braun
a lot of tools out there. We have section 122, which will be implemented today.
Clay Travis
It will be signed today, implemented very shortly.
Governor Mike Braun
We have section 301 investigations which are
Sponsor/Ad Voice
incredibly legally durable, where we can address,
Governor Mike Braun
investigate and address unfair trading practices that have led to our huge trade deficit. And so you can look forward in the coming days and weeks to seeing all of that come out. And we're going to keep continuity in the program and we're going to keep addressing this so that the deficit can keep going down.
Clay Travis
That's the trend it has.
Governor Mike Braun
And we can make America great again.
Donald Trump
No.

Several of Republicans in Congress have supported
Clay Travis
this decision by the Supreme Court. And Hakeem Jeffries, the Democratic leader, has called to a wannabe king.
Donald Trump
Why wouldn't. A low iq.
Clay Travis
But why wouldn't.
Donald Trump
He doesn't even know. And I watched him the other day interview. The guy doesn't even know what a television tariff is.
Clay Travis
There's been bipartisan criticism.
Donald Trump
Excuse me, there's several.
Clay Travis
Yeah, you just work with Congress to
Donald Trump
come up with a plan. I don't have to. To push tariffs. I have the right to do tariffs. And I've always had the right to do tariffs. And it's all been approved by Congress, so there's no reason to do it. All we're doing is we're going through a little bit more complicated process. Not complicated very much, but a little more complicated than what we had. We'll be able to take in tariffs, more tariffs. And the Congress people. And the Congress.
Clay Travis
The Canadian tariffs last week.
Donald Trump
There's been votes in the Senate against it. Yeah, because we lost two Republicans or Three Republicans. Because they're not good Republicans. What? You don't say so. You don't say that. We had that. We got 215 votes.
Clay Travis
You need 200 for something to pass.
Donald Trump
You do. We might have lost three votes and we got. And what was the score on the Republican side? To 15 to 3. Right. But you don't say that. We have great unity. There's great unity in the Republican Party and I hope everyone's going to vote Republican because otherwise you won't have a country left because these people have been destroying. They are destroying our country. Please, Mr. President, the 122 tariffs, that
Sponsor/Ad Voice
10%, is that going to be for
Donald Trump
150 days or do you want to charge that indefinitely? We have a right to do pretty much what we want to do, but we're going to charge it starting effectively. I think it's three days from now. Yeah.
Clay Travis
Please, Mr. President, you speak to a
Donald Trump
lot of factory workers, a lot of manufacturing workers.
Clay Travis
What does the Supreme Court ruling say? What's that message to those factory workers?
Donald Trump
Well, I think the factory workers are happy because we're now telling them that they're going to. Look, the man I met with yesterday who owned a factory was out of business. He was out of business. And now he's employing five times. In fact, I walked in, he's got a brand new crane. I said, how old is that crane? We got it in December. He's allowed to write it off in one way. The great big beautiful act gave no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, no tax on overtime. He said this, this great big beautiful bill, frankly, has been the best thing that's ever happened for the workers of the. Much more so than for rich people. The only thing it does for rich people, it allows them to hire a lot more people. But when I saw him and then he said, it's all up and down the line. This is a place in Georgia, all up and down other factories doing different, not only steel products different. He said every one of us was out of business. We could barely make it. Some of them were down to less than an hour a week. Think of it, one hour a week to make just a few little trinkets or whatever they make. Now they're going round the clock. I had it a month ago. I went to Michigan, went to Ford, and I met with Bill Ford, the head of Ford. And we were in one of the biggest plants, an original plant from the early 1900s, where, by the way, just, I might add this, it's not really relevant, but it's all relevant. Murders are down the lowest since 1900, around the time that he had this planned. That's 125 years. We have the lowest murder rate. Okay. And our crime is way down in the country. The factories that we're talking about, the people that we're talking about, they are so thrilled with Trump. So whether we charge IPA tariffs or whether we charge tariffs under a different section, that's what we're going to be doing. There's no way we can. This is what happened to our country. This is why we owe $38 trillion.
Clay Travis
Okay, let's come back for a sec. I want to play that. Trump is responding to questions. Here is the most stun significant news on the tariff front. And we told you this was likely what was going to happen. Cut 28. If we could play this. This is Trump announcing, effective immediately, the new tariffs and the legislation under which those tariffs are. He has the authority to implement them. Cut 28.
Donald Trump
We can use other of the statutes, other of the tariff authorities, which have also been confirmed and are fully allowed, therefore, effective immediately, all national security tariffs under section 232 and existing section 301 tariffs. They're existing. They're there. Remain in place, Fully in place and in full force and effect. Today I will sign an order to impose a 10% global tariff under section 122. Over and above are normal tariffs already being charged. And we're also initiating several Section 301 and other investigations to protect our country from unfair trading practices of other countries and companies.
Clay Travis
Okay? So President Trump says tariffs are still in effect, as we told you was likely the case. He is shifting the grounds under which those tariffs are going to be implemented. He says for those of you who want to know that he does not need congressional authority here because Congress has already given him the authority and that is the authority that he is citing. When we come back, we talked about the story of detransitioning. It was a powerful Wall Street Journal piece from a girl who had detransition surgery as a minor. She now regrets it. I want you to hear her story. That's next here on Clay and Buck.
