Building opportunity, fueling economic growth. Paid for by United for a strong Economy. Third hour of Clay and Buck kicks off now. And to put it simply, Trump is not tired of winning. He's not tired of winning at all. And there's a lot of wins racking up today. We can rack them and stack them for you you have, for example, the wins handed down by the Supreme Court. In summary, the court came with a 6:3 decision saying that these lower courts can't just stop Trump anytime they feel like it, essentially limiting the grounds on which they can going forward try to strangle Trump administration policy and in essence affirming that, yes, he is the president. You may not like it random Obama or Biden appointed federal judge who is by no means up for the task of interpreting the law in a fair and impartial manner. You may not like it, but that is the reality. Trump is the president and has the powers of the presidency. Also, parents are able to opt out for LGBTQ books that violate their religious rights of conscience. Another win on that one, Clay? I'm also, I wouldn't say I think it's likely, but I do think there's a realistic chance that the Supreme Court will do the right thing and say that birthright citizenship going forward is not granted to people who are subject to another jurisdiction by right of their actual citizenship. So we won't have this game of people coming here for birth tourism or people running across the border and then having a baby as quickly as they can while they're waiting for their false asylum claim. So then they get to stay here because then they have a child as a US Citizen. And we're. I'm hoping that that will be the case. We also have the S&P 500 at an all time high today. What am I missing? What other wins am I missing?
Buck Sexton
Yeah, look, there's another case that's not getting a great deal of attention, but I do think it's also important as it goes to parental rights. But states are able to restrict people under the age of 18 from accessing pornographic material on the Internet, which I think is something that most parents would say is something that should be done now. Doesn't mean that your kids might not be smart enough to get to things on the Internet that you don't want them to see. Just like back in the day, kids may have been smart enough to get onto cable or satellite and be able to see movies that you didn't want them to see. But it shouldn't be standard that everyone is just exposed immediately to pornography in a way that never would have happened pre Internet. And so I think that's a really smart rational take. And I think taken collectively, there are two stories that I would say come out of this year's term that are going to matter going forward. One is the president has a lot of authority and that's going to apply for Republican, Democrat, independent, Whigs, you know, Socialist, Libertarian, whoever, whatever political parties are in control going forward, the president's going to have a lot of authority. Second one is parents have a lot of authority too. And I think who has the authority, who is the binder, who is the decision maker is one of the most important questions that any court ever has to decide who has sort of the buck stopping with them. And, and I don't think it's coincidental that when you look at the trans minor surgery issue, when you look at pornography on the Internet, when you look at what books kids are exposed to in classrooms, this court by and large has been very protective of parental rights. And I will just point this out because I do think it's important. The two least protective of parental rights in America judges are two women who never had kids. Now again, maybe that is just coincidental. And Sotomayor and Kagan, neither of whom ever have had a child. Maybe they just happen to believe that parents shouldn't have that much authority over their children's education and health. I don't think it's coincidental, no. I think if you raise kids, which is why I think Katanji Brown Jackson is uniquely alone on an island here as parents. I think, you know, after this decision came down buck I said one of my kids thought he was a Jedi. When he was a little kid, he dressed up like a Jedi. Would be really cool if he had been a Jedi, had those powers. But we didn't actually think he was a Jedi. We let him dress up because he's a kid and we figured that he was going to grow out of it and he wasn't going to always want to put an Anakin fake scar on his face and he wasn't always going to want to have a long Jedi braid. At some point in time he was going to grow out of it. Most kids grow out of the idea that they're the wrong gender. And I think parents get that uniquely because you've had kids tell you they're dinosaurs or they have imaginary friends or they are something that you know is not true and you have to work through it with them. And then you have two non parents that basically think the state should be able to make the decisions about your kids or the kids should have the right to make kid choices. And I think that a lot of parents are rejecting that idea. So those are the stories that I think are most significant here, are that really who makes the decision and the President and, and parents have been and have been Emboldened and empowered.
Clay Travis
And Trump certainly feeling his stuff. Also on the aftermath of the strikes on Iran. They, I think, have quieted down some of the efforts to convince the public that these weren't super successful and very sophisticated strikes. I do believe that has begun to, you know, be pushed back on effectively by Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of Defense and others. So when you rack all this up, Clay, like I was saying, got great Supreme Court decisions coming down today. Economy is, look, S and P is at an all time high. Your 401ks are rocking. Inflation is tamed. They should lower rates. We'll get to that in a second. But prices of stuff going down. Tariffs in effect. Trump's winning these tariff negotiations. Revenue is coming in. Border. Oh, gee, how is the border? This is cut 23. Trump talking about the border in the last 24 hours, talking about how it was last month. Play 23. We've done so well on the border. You know, last month we had zero people that crossed the border. Zero. So Christie and Tom Holman and some of the people, what a job you've done. What a. But, you know, people forget about that. They don't care. The border has been fixed. I want to talk about the border two days ago. And a big group, sir, they don't want to hear about the border. Why it's fixed. You know, it's the second time it happened to me in 2016. I won on the border. I fixed it in about three months. It was beautiful. And they wouldn't let me talk about the border. Sir, nobody wants to hear about the border, but we're going to talk about it anyway, right? Tom Holman, we're talking about it anyway. There's one thing, Clay, we talked to the president about when we were in D.C. at his request to come by and hang out for a bit, said, Mr. President, you know, the one challenge we have now is you fix the border so fast that expectations are so high on other things that it can get a little unrealistic that you're gonna solve all the problems super fast and effectively solve them to the point where they're not problems at all anymore, which is true of the southern border, not true of immigration enforcement yet and the interior. But it's a huge win. Another one to add on. So you got the Iran strikes, you got the border, you got the economy, you got the Supreme Court. Good things happening, Clay. Good things are happening.
Buck Sexton
Yeah. And he's about to get the big beautiful bill passed, which is going to effectively enshrine budget related issues for the term. I, I, I, I've said this before on air, but I do think it's, it, it's really kind of worth contemplating. He's moving so fast, I don't know how much more he's going to be able to do. And, and I don't mean that a negative way. I just mean he's addressing the things that he ran on so rapidly. And I think in the background you're starting to recognize people on the left realize that Trump really is delivering in a way that we haven't seen a president who's a Republican deliver in basically a generation. And you say, okay, what do you mean by that? George W. Bush got into office and he'd barely been in office and 911 happened and basically it threw whatever governing agenda he was going to have. And you know this better than anybody, Buck, because you graduated and went into the intelligence services. But everything else became secondary after 911 for Bush. If we had been able to not have 911 happen, what would a George W. Bush presidency have looked like? I don't think anybody really knows, frankly. I don't know that Bush knows, but it would have been a profoundly different Trump. 1.0. I feel like from the moment he got in because of the Russia collusion and the lies about his election that were spread, felt like he was battling for the legitimacy of his entire presidency. He still delivered, but it was a back foot delivery. He's throwing punches and landing in a way in 2.0 that I think is staggering. A lot of his critics and one reason he's having the success that he is is because of the consequences of his win in 2016. Because a lot of these 63 decisions would have been 5, 4 the other way if Hillary Clinton had won. I think it's really important to continue to point this out. The lasting, durable, conservative majority of this Supreme Court that is ruling by and large in a way that makes many people out there listening to us very happy, is only a result of Trump's win in 2016. And I think a lot of people are forgetting this. Six three sounds substantial. It's two judges changing their mind and you lose. Five, four. I understand. I mean, two judges. Think about what Trump did, changing the majority and providing a dural, durable generational change in the direction of the court. He now is benefiting from that over one term later. And unfortunately, it looks like we're going to be stuck with a moron and Katanji Brown Jackson for a generation or more too. But we could have had three or four Katanji Brown, Jacksons, but for Trump's win in 2016.
Clay Travis
And I'm happy to see as well that while the big, beautiful bill is making its way through, and I do believe it's going to get done here next week, and we'll probably talk to a senator or two before we sign off for the holiday next week, that the Trump administration has done what we've wanted them to do all along with the incredible urgency of now or the acting with a sense of urgency that you really have 18 months to make substantial changes to America and then things start to get bogged down in the midterm fight and then you're a lame duck president. And they're moving as I don't think I could ask for them to ask them to be moving any faster on the big issues than they have been. And they've been tackling a lot of things at the same time. And it just goes to show that for people who had, you know, tremendous faith in Trump, even through some crazy stuff going on with the trials that they were putting him through, I mean, they criminally prosecuted this guy, he got shot at, another guy tried to shoot at him another time. The stuff that Trump had to go through to get to this moment and now to rise to this moment in a way where the administration is so far just a booming success, I think, in every respect, national security, economics, the border. I think a lot of you should just take a moment to feel really good about the faith that you had in Trump when you cast your vote for him this time, the faith you had in the agenda and in this administration. And of course, the great irony of it is, Clay, the purple haired communists who hate Trump and we're hoping he was thrown in prison and all, they get to benefit from all the good Trump policies, too, because they're good for America. So they, despite their, their, you know, utmost wishes and attempts, Trump is making things better for all of us who live in this country. And it's, it's a really good feeling everybody should have going into this Independence Day. You know, like I always say, take the wins when we've got them, because you and I were sitting here when it was multiple criminal trials up against him, Dementia Joe, still pulling off the con with the media. You know, there are plenty of reasons to be concerned about what was coming. And sure enough, here we are. It should feel really good for everybody. It's been, it's been quite a ride.
Buck Sexton
First three and a half years, we didn't have a lot of things to celebrate. Now every day. I wake up and the news comes down and there's something new to celebrate. And it is transformative, significant, seismic change for the benefit of our country and even for the benefit of the morons who voted against Trump. They're benefiting too. I gotta clean up a mess. Yesterday I was making fun of Buck for getting everything wrong with flamingos and I stepped in my own animal related disaster. Hold on.
Clay Travis
I didn't get everything wrong. I was actually right on the mail. It was like you with the direction or the trajectory of the black male vote. You got it mostly right. You know, you just, you missed it by a few percentage points and now you probably owe me a steak with flamingos. I was, I was directionally correct about their inhabitant or their status in in Florida. You get what I'm saying? So, you know, mostly directionally correct.
Buck Sexton
I stepped in it. First of all before I correct my error. Northern Michigan. I tweeted this and it has gone mega viral. And I apologize to everybody in Northern Michigan, the most underrated in the summer. Northern Michigan, most underrated place in the continental United States. Nobody knows how fabulous it is until now. Who has never been there. I would have never gone. I'm gonna be honest with y' all. I never would have gone if I hadn't started dating Laura. I had no idea that northern Michigan was nice in any way. I don't think I ever would have gone if I hadn't been dating a girl who was from Michigan. But it is spectacular. Having said that, I misspoke Yesterday when I was trying to talk about Buck and flamingos and my wife. You know, I never really like to cast blame or throw anybody else under the bus, but this is 100% my wife's fault. She told me there were no more bears in Northern Michigan.
Clay Travis
I driving around. That's nonsense. I know people who hunt bears in Michigan.
Buck Sexton
I, I thought it sounded wrong, but because I've been married for over 20 years, my wife said it so authoritatively, I thought she had to be right. So I brought it up yesterday when Buck was talking about flamingos and in the studio, immediately everybody's like, no, no, you're wrong. But we were going to break and now everybody has been teeing off on me. I tried to be nice to everybody in northern Michigan. And in typical northern Michigan, nice guy and gal fashion, I've been deluged with people telling me, hey, moron, there's tons of bears up here. I now know this, but again, don't want to cast blame. But it was all my wife's fault. Here is a, A John from Michigan.
Clay Travis
Hi. Clay and Buck. Love the show. This is John Q. From Michigan. Hey, there's a lot of bears. And Lower Michigan, Upper Peninsula as well. But the DNR says over 2,000 with sightings in Traverse City, Midland and Bay City, even the lower parts. So, yeah, it's not like flamingos. There's lots of black bears. Love you guys.
Buck Sexton
Thousands of black bears. Again, don't want to cast blame, but it was all my wife's fault. So I apologize for getting that wrong. She does, because she was wrong, not.
Clay Travis
Me boldly throwing Laura under the bus. She is, she's not a blame guy.
Buck Sexton
Not a blame guy. But it was all Lars fault.
Clay Travis
Yeah, there are, there are a lot, a lot of bears up. You know, there was a bear in, in Florida. There's actually a bear attack in Florida not long ago. It was a fatal bear attack that happened down here, which is incredibly rare. Usually you think of alligator attacks.
Buck Sexton
We at the beach, we have to put our, our garbage away because there's bears at the beach. That doesn't even seem fair. Bears on the beach.
Clay Travis

Tudor Dixon as our Wednesday guest host, not only a fantastic host, but also a Michigan expert play somebody who would never make the unforgivable mistake of nullifying Michigan's bear population. You know, the proud state of Michigan.
Buck Sexton
It's really disappointing that my wife who is from Michigan would lead me astray like that. Again. Don't want to make, don't like to cast blame, but Laura Travis, born and raised Michigander, told me there were no bears. She actually, she was actually talking about every business it felt like in Michigan has a bear in the logo. In northern Michigan, you could be a roof repair place. It's like a bear on your logo. Doesn't matter. You could be selling skis or you could be selling snorkels and kayaks for the great clear waters. Bears everywhere. My wife is like, there used to be bears but now they're all gone. And literally the guy, I've never been proven more wrong more rapidly in the studio. They did a great job up in Traverse City helping me fabulous people. I finished that segment talking where you led me astray, talking about flamingos. And I was like, well, it's just like the bears up here. And he turns to me and he has on his phone as we finish the Show. He's like, actually, we have lots of bears here. In fact, here is a bear in my backyard yesterday. Photography. And I was like, well, this is not good. So I got that one a hundred percent wrong. I hope I don't get attacked by a bear that.
Clay Travis
Has you ever seen a bear in the wilderness?
Buck Sexton
Have you ever seen one? Yeah, look, Buck, back when I was a kid.
Clay Travis
Oh, Mr. Tennessee, like, he's like Davy Crockett himself over here. Look at this Clay from Nashville.
Buck Sexton
Well, no, look, back in the day, I don't think they do this anymore. But they used to put bear in concrete pens in like, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and you could feed them. I don't think they do this anymore. But as a kid, Pigeon Forge is basically. And I say this affectionately because I'm from Tennessee, the most redneck place in America. And I. I have a lot of redneck tendencies. So I'm not judging it. But it is the only place in America where they still advertise that motels have HBO and Jacuzzi tubs. It is perpetually like 1978 or 1984 there. And when I was a kid, we would take vacations to Pigeon Forge and. Or Pigeon Forge, like, leads into Gatlinburg. A lot of you have been to the Smoky Mountains. And Buck, they had. You would have. You would have. As a New Yorker coming down, you'd have been like, I can't believe this place is real. They had go kart putt putt and bears in concrete pins. And you could pay like $2 and you could feed the bears.
Clay Travis
Well, that's not a wild. To be clear that.
Buck Sexton
But they had them all out. They had them all out in the distance in Cade's Cove. That was like the place where you could see the real bear. But up close, you could basically touch a bear. You could like, just give a bear food. And I. Probably not safe, probably not good for the bear, but they were everywhere. And. And so this was. I was obsessed with bears as a kid because, I mean, why wouldn't you be?
Clay Travis
They're pretty much like big dogs really, you know, at least tend to be.
Buck Sexton
Well, you just told me somebody got killed by a bear in Florida, leaving a.
Clay Travis
Dogs and kill people too.
Buck Sexton
That's true.
Clay Travis
Yeah. But I saw grizzlies when I was in Alaska, and from far away, they look. They look almost like a person in a grizzly suit. They kind of lope around and they're all. And. And then they get close. You go, that thing is like very large and much bigger and Stronger and scarier than me and I should probably give it more distance. So bears very.
Buck Sexton
We're talking about black bear.
Clay Travis
This is third hour conversation, folks. I know we're supposed to do the news of the day here, but Clay, Clay, Clay stepped into a bear trap, if you will, and now he's fighting his way out.
Buck Sexton
I just want to make sure that we don't get anybody killed. These are black bears, grizzly bears, tremendously dangerous. We have a lot of people listening to us in grizzly country. Not lovable, not like big dogs. This is not a. You don't want to be anywhere near a grizzly bear. So we're talking about black bears. No racism intended. Black. Now we're like one of these.
Clay Travis
You know, there really are podcasts where they have full grown man who sit there like, which animal would win in a fight? And by the way, it's very rarely a hard. You know, people think gorillas are way more fierce than they are. That's a whole other conversation. We got into that whole thing about 100 people fighting a gorilla with silliness. But do you know that the. There's only one in North America, one animal that. That consistently views. Consistently views. Not a mistake in identity and human beings as food. What is it, Clay?
Buck Sexton
One animal consistently eats humans Intentionally? Yes, lions. You mean mountain lions in the United States? I mean like lions.
Clay Travis
No, I said North America.
Buck Sexton
Oh, I missed the North America part.
Clay Travis
Yeah, North American land animal. There's only one that will view a. That will view people as food, not eat if it's sick. Not, you know, opportunistic. But, oh, there's a person. I'm going to eat that person.
Buck Sexton
Grizzly bear would be the answer.
Clay Travis
Polar bears. Polar bears, yeah, they're. They're larger and more aggressive and they only. Remember, grizzly bears eat a whole range of things. So they'll eat. Polar bears just eat seals. They're just carnivores. They really don't get into much of anything else. So it is the polar bear that if they see you, they will track you, they will hunt you and they will eat you. So stay. When you say lion, you mean like a puma, Like a mountain lion, Right? Because we don't have African lines. I mean, yes, lions are like 160 pounds or something. You know, you could probably. If you let them get you from the back. Guys, I'm sorry, this is what this, this show has got off the rails now. I'll get us back in the news in a second. But if the mountain lion gets you from the back with its teeth, you know, in the neck. If it gets your. Then you're in deep trouble. But if you square off against it, you know, I think I'd give it a swift. I got a good right leg.
Buck Sexton
You're a young dad. I'm thinking about trying to save children. You got like a 4 or 5 year old out there, mountain lion. That is dangerous. You know, this is. I spend a lot of time. When you're a dad, you spend a lot of time preparing for combat with animals. I, I was throwing my wife under the bus earlier for being wrong about bears. But if you asked her, I expect that I'm going to have to fight an alligator at some point in time. I wish I had had to do it younger. I haven't had to do it yet. Yes.
Clay Travis
It's like you have.
Buck Sexton
Yeah. Well, I'm always around bodies of water and I'm always prepared for an alligator to try to attack a child. I'm always, I'm heads on a swivel. Like I'm going to be. I'm going down to the beach tomorrow. There are the barrier lakes, might be alligators there. I'm just saying if your child is. If you're drinking beer and you're not paying attention, I'm going to save your kid. I'm ready if I'm there when an alligator attacks. I've been preparing for this my whole life. I know what to do. I know my strategy. And you know, preparation is a huge part of the battle. And, and not to go full GI Joe on you, but I am prepared to go after an alligator. Not a crocodile, but an alligator, which is in northern Florida. What I'm going to come across most frequently.
Clay Travis
So who wants to talk about Jerome Powell getting fired here at the end of this, at the end of his tenure?
Buck Sexton
Jerome Powell I don't think would be very good if an alligator tried to come after your kid. Not good on interest rates. Also doesn't seem like a guy who's ready to take on an alligator either. Just laid on everything.
Clay Travis
I could see Trump throwing an alligator in kind of the side, you know, the side headlock. Trump is a. One thing I will tell you about him for those of you who haven't met him in person. I know some of you have. He is a. When you're. He is a surprisingly large and sturdy figure. He is not a. You know, he, he is bigger in every sense. Like when you're near. Like his hair is bigger, his shoulders. He's a big dude. He's at least 6, 263 and probably about 2 60, I would say.
Buck Sexton
Elon Musk similarly is actually a monster. He looks like Elon does like an NFL linebacker. I think we tend to think of, you know, like sort of tech guys as sort of nerdy and wimpy size wise.
Clay Travis
Well, this is why he said straight up, I don't care how much Mark Zuckerberg tr. I'll just kick his ass because Zuckerberg weighs like 130.
Buck Sexton
Yeah, I think that's true. Having seen. I don't think there's any way that he would lose that battle.
Clay Travis
I think Laura and Carrie Jiu Jitsu could probably still take out Zuckerberg, you know, even with his little cool. Cool. I'm not getting any love on Facebook these days anyway, so what do I care?
Buck Sexton
So for Zuckerberg, nobody has any respect for him. He's like trying to get back in the good grace, you know, the people, you know.
Clay Travis
What else we got, by the way? We got the. What's his name, Bezos, spending a million dollars on a wedding in Venice. I'm going to tell you something right now. Venice, it's a one day, maybe two day max place. It's amazing for what it is to see some of the stuff that's there.
Buck Sexton
I've never been.
Clay Travis
It has. I've been a couple of times. It has no parks, no greenery really of any kind. It smells when it's warm out because there's a lot of sewage in that water. So it looks really cool in photos and everything else. But, you know. And I'll tell you, the food is kind of. I'm not a big Venice guy. Other parts of Italy I love. I'm just trying to save you all the disappointment. The best thing you'll see in Venice is the scenes from Indiana Jones in the Last Crusade. But now, which is. Which is very well done.
Buck Sexton
Oh, that's the best of the Indiana Jones movies.
Clay Travis
Yeah, I think that's probably true. Even though I used to say Raiders, the Lost Ark. I was just trying to be. I just like to be contentious sometimes and take.
Buck Sexton
Well, you get older, you watch them. Some hold up. They hold up pretty well as a group.
Clay Travis
But production value, Last Crusade is superior.
Buck Sexton
So you don't agree with Bezos's decision to have $100 million wedding in Venice?
Clay Travis
Well, what is he, what, what is he doing? I know he's got the money and people say whatever, but there's a lot of things you can do with $100 million that are far more Meaningful than spending it on. On a. But then again, I'm. I'm a small person. This is a personal preference thing. My wife and I agree. We're small wedding people. We didn't want to do a big wedding thing, so I get it. So I'm at the whole opposite end. For me, it's like. It's the church, God, immediate family. That's what a wedding is. I don't need to have this.
Buck Sexton
Yeah. The average wedding now costs like 40k, right? That seems crazy to me. I think that's. What about what.
Clay Travis
That's nationwide. That's if you're throwing a wedding in, you know, the outskirts of Oklahoma City. Average wedding in New York is a hundred grand. Average. That's the average cost of some of these places.
Buck Sexton
That's absolutely, absolutely bonkers. But for Bezos, if you got $200 billion, I actually think that he's making. I. We threw Zuckerberg under the bus. I actually think Bezos is starting to behave more rationally as a reasonable guy compared to the choices that he was making in Trump 1.0. And I don't know if Lauren Sanchez, the new. The new wife, is deserving of this credit. You know, he moved from Miami, I mean, from Seattle to Miami. I think that might have given him a little bit of a cultural swing, not to take a shot at anybody living in Seattle, but if you're a rich guy, I would much rather live in rich, single guy. Would you rather live in Miami or Seattle? I mean, I don't even see that as remotely a choice. And I think Bezos is from Miami originally. And look, the Washington Post is still a mess, but I think he's been more open to free speech, as have Zuckerberg in the wake of Elon Musk buying Twitter, which I think is maybe the blazed trail that they followed. And so I hope the wedding goes well, but I'd like to go to.
Clay Travis
At some point, guys, throw something else your way. We try to think of. Of fun trips to go on and. And things that are worthwhile for the show. You know, we just went to D.C. and we had Palm beach before that. And I was just in France for. For iHeart. And, you know, we. We have to sometimes have excellent adventures here on. On this show. I don't know if you saw this, but North Korea just opened its first ever water park with room for 20,000 visitors, they say. And this is the eeriest, scariest water park I think you can remember. It's in North Korea, everybody. Clay, if we were guaranteed that we would come back alive. Would you want to go see the North Korean water park?
Buck Sexton
I would, because I think if I wrote a story about going to the North Korean water park, it would probably be an incredible story. And I don't know how many Americans will ever see it. I can't believe.
Clay Travis
Only open to Russians and Chinese and obviously wealthy North Koreans right now. That's the only people that are allowed to go.
Buck Sexton
Kim Jong Un is a good test case scenario for what would happen if, like the whole world of Korea is. North Korea is so crazy that he would decide he's like the kid who was the fat kid in Peewee Herman. Do you remember the fat kid in the. What's that guy's name? The fat kid playing with the boats and Peewee Herman that decides he has to have Peewee Herman's bike in the basement of the Alamo. Francis, thank you. Kim Jong Un is what would happen if Francis had grown up and ended up in charge of a country. If you watched Peewee Herman, think about it. The fat kid in the pool, that is Kim Jong Un. Francis would have been like, hey, we're going to build a huge water park and we're going to have nuclear weapons. That is Kim Jong Un all grown up. The fat kid, fat rich kid from the Peewee Herman movies. And it kind of sums him up. You're everybody out there who's seen those movies. Like, yeah, that is exactly what Francis would have been like. So there you go. And I need to tell you, by the way, about the international fellowship of Christians and Jews. Serious issues going on right now all over Israel. Thankfully, people are not having to run into bomb shelters. But you heard President Trump in the press conference earlier today saying, look, if you tell me that Iran still has the ability to enrich uranium, we'll attack again. And that means that things are not completely settled in the Middle east right now. And if you want to make a gift to people who are struggling inside of Israel, that's what the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews does. They provide wide scale food distribution, critical first aid, emergency supplies. They help Israel's most vulnerable, the sick, the elderly, children, families. Clay Travis
Yeah, my girlfriend's Cousin's boy, about 7 years old. 10 or 12 years ago in Palm Beach County. We ran a canoe at a park and as a little boy went down to the canoe, alligator jumped up, grabbed him by the arm. Some adults nearby saw it happen, immediately jumped on the gator before he could go into a death spiral and rip his arm off. They managed to free the kid. He's okay except for a few puncture wounds. That's one. So definitely, if you're coming to Florida, be prepared to protect your kids from gators. And an adult friend of mine about three weeks ago was in the Middle Keys sitting on a beach chair on the shore and about 11 foot saltwater croc decided to come up, take a very close look at him. He decided the better part of valor was to move away from, from the shore. That was a good idea in the.

Podcast Summary: The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show – Hour 3: Ending Birth Tourism
Episode Information
In this third hour of The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show, hosts Clay Travis and Buck Sexton delve into significant political and economic developments, focusing on the Trump administration's recent achievements, Supreme Court decisions, and ongoing efforts to curtail birth tourism. The episode is rich with insights, spirited discussions, and a blend of serious commentary with light-hearted banter.
Timestamp: [01:04] – [04:31]
Clay and Buck kick off the hour by highlighting pivotal Supreme Court rulings that reinforce President Trump's authority. A landmark 6-3 decision restricts lower courts from impeding Trump administration policies, effectively safeguarding the president's agenda against potential judicial overreach.
They critique the appointments of certain federal judges, suggesting their decisions lack impartiality and fairness, particularly pointing out judges appointed during the Obama and Biden administrations.
Timestamp: [03:21] – [04:31]
A significant portion of the discussion centers on the potential Supreme Court decision to limit birthright citizenship. This move aims to prevent individuals from entering the U.S. solely to birth a child on American soil, thereby granting citizenship to the offspring and, by extension, securing residency for the parents.
Clay expresses optimism that this ruling will effectively reduce the influx of individuals exploiting the birthright citizenship clause.
Timestamp: [04:31] – [08:22]
The hosts celebrate the robust state of the U.S. economy, citing the S&P 500 reaching an all-time high and controlled inflation rates. They argue that these economic indicators demonstrate the success of Trump's policies, including energy tax credits and tariff negotiations.
Buck adds that these economic successes are fueling job growth and manufacturing advancements, positioning the U.S. as a competitive global player.
Timestamp: [08:22] – [10:39]
Border security is highlighted as a major victory, with Clay boasting about the reduction in border crossings.
Buck echoes this sentiment, emphasizing the administration's effectiveness in securing the southern border and managing immigration more stringently.
They acknowledge challenges but assert that the current administration has made substantial progress in this area.
Timestamp: [04:31] – [08:22]
Buck discusses additional Supreme Court decisions that bolster parental rights, particularly in restricting minors' access to certain online content and medical decisions.
He connects these legal changes to broader themes of parental authority and critiques judges like Justices Sotomayor and Kagan for their perceived lack of understanding in these matters.
Timestamp: [08:22] – [10:39]
Clay shifts focus to international politics, discussing Israel's self-defense measures against Iranian aggression.
Buck highlights the support for Israel through organizations like the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), emphasizing humanitarian efforts amidst conflict.
Timestamp: [22:30] – [36:11]
In a departure from the heavy political discourse, Clay and Buck engage in a humorous segment about wildlife encounters, particularly focusing on bears in Michigan and alligators in Florida. This segment serves to lighten the mood and showcase the hosts' camaraderie.
Buck Sexton: "I stepped in my own animal-related disaster... Northern Michigan is the most underrated in the continental United States."
Clay Travis: "Bears are pretty much like big dogs, really..."
This banter provides listeners with a relatable and entertaining break from the main topics, illustrating the hosts' diverse range of discussions.
Timestamp: [47:54] – [53:00]
As the episode nears its end, Clay and Buck announce upcoming events and guest hosts, including Tudor Dixon as a guest host with expertise in Michigan. They also reflect on personal anecdotes related to the earlier wildlife discussion, maintaining a balance between professional commentary and personal stories.
Conclusion
In this episode of The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show, listeners are presented with a thorough analysis of recent Supreme Court decisions, economic milestones, and immigration reforms under the Trump administration. The hosts effectively combine serious policy discussions with engaging personal anecdotes, providing a comprehensive and entertaining overview of current events. Their emphasis on parental rights, border security, and international affairs underscores a strong advocacy for conservative values and policies, while the light-hearted segments offer a refreshing respite from political discourse.
