Welcome to the Tudor Dixon Podcast. We have a pretty explosive show for you today. We have some information that Town hall exposed from behind the scenes of child trafficking and children crossing the border and all of the things that you wondered what was happening, but you didn't really ever get the information from the Biden administration. We knew that there were children missing. We didn't know the details. We're going to get into that in a minute. But first I want you to hear about Alejandra. And she lives in a remote community. She has very few resources. She has little to no health care. And when she got sick, her parents didn't really have any options. There were no doctors in her community, no money for real medical care. And by the third day of her sickness, her little body was shutting down. She woke up just long enough to tell her mom she couldn't take the pain anymore and she couldn't keep going. Her parents drove hours to find doctors. They tried everything. But she needed a private hospital and that was impossible for her family to afford. That's when Compassion and International stepped in. Through Compassion, Alejandra was treated. And against all odds, she survived. She lived because someone took action. And right now, there are children just like her that won't survive unless someone steps in. Someone like you. Compassion International partners with local churches, providing children with the support they need. Critical medical care plus food, education, and the hope of the gospel, all in Jesus name. Help a child like alejandra today. Visit compassion.com that's compassion.com now we're actually going to get into talking about other children that we want to help. I have Kyle Olson here with me. He is a special correspondent for Town hall this is pretty explosive stuff.
Kyle Olson
Yeah. So I recently wrote a series of stories for townhall. Com. You can find those@townhall.com. just search my name. And because I was hearing these stories about what was happening with children at the border, and when Joe Biden had this open border policy, there was just this massive rush of kids across the southern border. And so I published. So I wrote this series of stories that are based on undercover videos that were sent to me. And basically, they were videos that showed agency workers, some administration workers, who were talking about what exactly was happening. And so here's just. Here's some numbers, I think, to keep in mind. So UACs are unaccompanied alien children. So those are minors that came across the border without a parent, without a relative, etc. And so in President Trump's final year, in his first term, in 2020, there were 15,000 unaccompanied alien children that came across the border. So 15,000. In Joe Biden's first year, in 2021, that number went from 15,000 to 122,000. And then it peaked in 2022 at 128,000. And then it declined in 23 and 24. And then in 2025, President Trump's first year of his second term, it went down to 22,000. So basically, 15,000 in his final year, 128,000 during Biden's term was the peak. And then it dropped back down to 22,000. And so the real implication of that was that we had a system in America that simply was not equipped to handle these kids. And so what we see in this series of videos is our workers who were handling these kids, their agencies were handling these kids, just telling horror story after horror story.
Tudor Dixon
And these are, in some cases, these are private agencies that the government goes to. So these are just like these government contracts that you're hearing about anyway, Catholic Charities, for example. But. But a lot of these. I mean, as I was watching these videos, it reminds me a lot of Minnesota, some of these. One of the groups, they said, we know One group got $12 million and never had a kid. Which to me, that is stunning. Like, they're just handed money on the off chance, and they just continued to have the contract. That is almost the better scenario considering what was actually found. And there the. We want to play one of the clips, the first clip is just kind of these people bragging about how many contracts went out.
Kyle Olson
I think this sets the stage for the chaos that unfolded.
Unidentified Shelter Staff
Orr was ill equipped to handle what the Biden administration put in who was
Mint Mobile Sponsor
monitoring the Biden administration. I mean, let's be honest, Biden should
Unidentified Interviewee
have never opened the gates so that
Mint Mobile Sponsor
many can come in because they overloaded
Unidentified Interviewee
the programs to provide quality care to the kids.
Mint Mobile Sponsor
To be honest, what it sounds like is that they were literally like, everyone has a contract. What is it that people say? Oprah? Everyone wins a card.
Tudor Dixon
It's a card.
Mint Mobile Sponsor
I feel like when they were handing out contracts that Orr was like, yes, you have a contract. Yes, you have a contract. They weren't really heading the places.
Tudor Dixon
I mean, when I hear that, I think, does this go beyond just, you know, they have the message of, oh, it's so compassionate to have these people in here. Obviously, these are people who were on the Democrat side who are pretty much admitting wasn't compassionate. There was no plan. These kids were just being thrown places. They didn't. They didn't have nearly enough places for kids to end up. And when you get into the details, it gets so much grimier and so much more disgusting. But I think this is like the dirty underbelly of Washington. You know, that those people had friends in high places. Like, you don't get contracts like this from Washington, D.C. unless you've got a friend and a lobbyist and another person and they're all talking together. And then all this money goes to these groups and they're suddenly running a home for kids when they have probably likely no experience doing this even.
Kyle Olson
Right. And she mentioned. Or that stands for Office of Refugee Resettlement, which still exists today. It's actually, it's under hhs, but DHS was involved. But basically what was happening was the money was going to that agency. And then because there was this massive influx of kids, all these different agencies, a lot of them had no history, you know, caring for these sorts of kids. The money was just flying out the door. And then as one of the other clips is actually that same person, she said that there was an agency in New York that got. She estimated $12 million was received by the agency, and they never saw a child. That's how dysfunctional and disorganized the whole system was.
Tudor Dixon
But there was also someone. And I don't know if we're going to play this in one of these clips that we. But there was one person who said they took the documents from all the kids, all their passports, everything, and put it in a big garbage can. And then the kids were shipped off with no documentation. They know nothing. I mean, think these kids have no history. They have. They don't know if that's their real name. They know nothing. They have been shipped and they're kids of all ages. But what happens to them is so stunning. And that's why I am so mad that these videos are have not gone viral, to be honest. Like the, the fact that people have not picked these up and just run with them. There's one where they just openly admit that these kids are being trafficked and that they are the hotel staff, the people that they're released to are having sex with these children. Here, here's this one.
Unidentified Shelter Staff
Stories that we've gotten can be anything from staff. And these are the hotels as well as safe shelter staff sleeping with the miners or the uncommon miners, National Guardsmen sleeping with the miners in the hotels. Runaways that come back and are not handled properly according to protocol and compliance when they come back. Children being sent to folks that we knew were not knocks their relatives because the process was rushed so much. And even we have cases of children that we know were sent to traffickers.
Kyle Olson
So what was happening was because there was this massive rush of kids, the administration and the agencies that were getting the money were dropping the vetting procedures because what is supposed to happen is when a child comes into the country, they are supposed to go to a parent who is already in the country or a relative or a sponsor that is approved by the family. But what we've, what these, what these videos found and what, what I found in this reporting is that what was happening was kids were going to. Kids were being given to traffickers and the vetting of the sponsors was lacks. And so there it was just, it was just horror story after horror story.
Tudor Dixon
I want to play clip number six next. It's a long one. It is, but I think it goes to what we're talking about. These kids are being sent places. You might go. The most horrifying thing that you can imagine is these kids going, being sent places and being trafficked. You gotta understand, there are so many different ways. They're trafficked into work, they're trafficked into sex work, they're trafficked all different ways, but they are not loved. And sometimes they're not even living at home. And when we listen to this, I want to ask you, afterward, the person talking says, they call us. And you'll hear this. They call us because they're not in school yet. And I think these are. I can't imagine my kids calling and being like, hey, can you help me get into school? How desperate are these kids? And shame on the Biden administration. And anybody in government who knew this was happening, and these people, they're talking about it. They don't know they're being recorded. They're talking about it. But where were they? Why weren't they yelling about it when it was happening? Because you've, you have to listen to this. It will disturb you beyond anything you've ever heard. Because this has never come out before. Here it is.
Unidentified Interviewee
It may not necessarily be a parent, but the sponsor is a potential trafficker. The child will call in and go, something very simple like, I'm having trouble getting enrolled in school. Okay. Which is real typical call for our kids. And we ask, oh good, do you have in your possession and where, where is sponsor? Are they having trouble enrolling you? Are you doing this by yourself? Blah, blah, blah. And you're looking forward. Oh, well, you were discharged a year ago. Did you ever go to school? No. Great. Okay, that's fine. Can you tell me a little bit about that before we proceed to identify what we can give you to get enrolled in school?
Tudor Dixon
And now we get.
Unidentified Interviewee
Well, I couldn't go to school because I was forced to work. Great. What you do with the money. It's great that you got a part time job or it's like, no, no, no. This was my full time job. I worked 12 hours. My sponsor owns a fat factory and put me to work there. And they told me that in a
Mint Mobile Sponsor
year I can go to school, but
Unidentified Interviewee
that I need to pay them for, for the trip here. And so I live with them in the factory. That's a red flag when a kid says, oh yeah, sometimes I go home with them, but I live in the factory.
Tudor Dixon
I live in the factory. But, but, but this is so much bigger than that. Because in my opinion, whoever sent this kid there knew this is where they would go. Because the factory owner must have bought them on their way in because they say, you have to pay me for the trip. They must have paid the coyote to get them here. And they go on and they say, oh, some of the coyotes have protected us and we would have been raped on the way. They're taking kids from countries where the parents can't afford to take care of them anymore. They're moving them into the United States. This is happening in the United States of America where these kids were being funneled through the government, through government programs, into factories where they were working for free. The person claims, you owe me money. They're not even allowed to go to school. How is this, how is this not national news?
Kyle Olson
Right. Well, and there were Several stories where the child would come across the border and they went to work because they had to pay the debt to the cartels to get them through, through the.
Tudor Dixon
But they had Mexican desert. The government had to have known they were going to work to pay.
Kyle Olson
Of course they. How. I think, I think Alejandro Mayorkas was an idiot, but clearly he had to have known and these people knew. I mean, you remember these, the interviews that he would do. He just looked like an idiot and he sounded like an idiot.
Tudor Dixon
Maybe that was on purpose so that he could continue doing this. And I serious mean that.
Kyle Olson
So he went out and he would say, the border is closed. And then he would pause and then he would say, but if you child, if children get to the border, we're going to take care of them. Well, then that's a signal. And so that's what was happening. And so there are examples and again, you can find these@townhall.com There are examples in these videos where they talk about the kids are. There's some examples where the parents are selling the children. I mean, think about that. Parents are selling their kids in America. This is happening and this is because of Joe Biden's open border policy.
Tudor Dixon
But to have those numbers, those numbers that you went through at the beginning, 15,000 in the Trump administration, we're talking about almost 130,000 kids coming in a year, a year later, A year later, 130,000 kids were not sent here to save them from the place they were living. They were purchased. This is trafficking. They are trafficking humans across the border. And it will happen again if these people get into power. Because they're already saying it. They're already saying they want to go back to the open border. All you have to do is ask them, should we have a closed border? No, we should absolutely have an open border. And they cannot tell you now that you know this. They cannot tell you that this is for the child's safety. Kyle Olson
There's just, again, if you watch these videos, they're, you know, they're very long because there's lots of examples of what exactly was going on. But here is, here's one of the agencies talking about some of the documents that they would receive.
OIG Investigator or Related Official
Sponsorship checks was a huge one. And not having, like, like, for instance, they're clearly photoshopped pictures of like a sponsor and a child. And I'm like, how did this past muster with anybody? Like, super egregious. And when OIG found out about it, you know, they were on their behinds about, you know, the sponsorship process and
Tudor Dixon
getting those kids through.
OIG Investigator or Related Official
And I remember the last administration just saying, like, well, summer bounds slipped through the cracks. But literally you could tell that person is like, stamped in the picture.
Tudor Dixon
Like, that's no way a real picture.
Kyle Olson
So it's blatantly fraudulent. And the Biden administration, she, she was one of the, she was with Orr. She was one of the Biden administration employees. And she says the response from the administration was, oh, some, some kids will just slip through the cracks. Can you imagine Joe Biden saying that
Tudor Dixon
in a debate, if anybody had known this was happening. But it's not. I mean, you're talking about specifically making fraudulent documents, giving them to the government, the government seeing them and saying, I'm going to take a child and give it to somebody who clearly wants to get this child for some reason that is not theirs. How can this happen in the United States? I mean, if this were happening any place other than the border, people would go crazy.
Kyle Olson
Right. And how do these people live with themselves? I mean, how, how is this, as you said earlier, how is this not a national scandal? And how are. And why is the bind administration not being held to a greater account? To me, this should be. This story should be Joe Biden's legacy.
Tudor Dixon
Yes.
Kyle Olson
The way that kids were treated when he had his open border policy and we're still dealing with it today. But this should be his legacy.
Tudor Dixon
But what does this create? And you think about, just think about how Mamdan ran in New York, because when he was in the. What they don't call it the legislature there, what was. He was in the Assembly. The assembly in New York. He was one of their representatives. He was talking about making sex work legal. So now you're bringing in all these kids and they're going to New York. Do you guys not see this? Do you not see what they were planning? They're going to keep this border open. They're going to run this crime ring. Who knows how many people are getting paid off. But we know that there's pimps. We know that these kids are being trafficked. We know that these kids were being told, come back and you get to join the sex trafficking. We've got that one in clip four.
Unidentified Interviewee
Trafficking.
Youth Program Staff
It's a little bit more. Do I say frequent now? I see it a little bit more with the youth in our programs now, but we're always aware of it, especially for a lot of the youth that tend to AWOL from home. And we see that they're coming back with cell phones, money, you know, different things. We're like, where are we, where are we getting this from?
Mint Mobile Sponsor
The kid, 17, goes through the system. He's going to be 18 in six months, and his sponsor is the pimp. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, exactly. So, you know, they're figuring out the system. They're stupid. They come to the border, they come in the program and they're like, okay,
Tudor Dixon
be a good boy for six months.
Unidentified Interviewee
They'll steal them.
Mint Mobile Sponsor
They'll tell them to run away.
Unidentified Shelter Staff
You know, who does that?
Mint Mobile Sponsor
The people on the outside, Whoever that
Unidentified Shelter Staff
they, whoever, whoever they're here to meet or wants to get a hold of them that knows they're at the shelter, who make contact with them and then tell them to run away.
Unidentified Interviewee
Yeah.
Tudor Dixon
This is not hidden from the people who were running these programs. And if you're thinking, oh, this is a bunch of women who are being sex trafficked, she just said he. So this is a massive industry in the United States, and we know the United States is second in the world for sex trafficking because we have an open border. Because Democrats have defended this and to the point where you have a mayor in New York City who wants the entire industry to thrive there. And they all went there. They had you talk about the one group that didn't get any kids but there were multiple. I mean, all these people are in New York, right?
Kyle Olson
Yeah. Yes. Yeah. A lot of these people in these videos are in New York. And I think it's important for people to remember that. I mean these agencies, so called agencies, they're businesses. And these people see government contracts and they see, they see money, they see dollar signs, they see business opportunity. And they, I'm sure, were more than happy that Joe Biden and Mayorkas were in charge and they had the border open because it meant thousands and tens and hundreds of thousands of kids coming across the border that they could then make money from. And if they were trafficked, if they were abused, if they were, you know, didn't actually go to appropriate sponsors, well, some just slipped through the cracks.
Tudor Dixon
But they were also making billions in just the movement of these kids. So you think about this, this is in any, a never ending cycle and stream of money. So the cartels, you, I mean, you heard the, the woman say that these people who buy them for the factories, they're paying the cartels. You cannot, this is, there's no other way to look at this. They say we paid for your trip over here. They pay a lot of money. You pay a cartel member a lot of money to get across the border. They bring these kids across the border, they go, they get handed off to their next person. That person's making a massive amount of money. They've got free labor. They're not paying for anything. These kids aren't even living in houses. They're living in the factory that they already own. So what are they paying? They're paying for food. If these kids are lucky, they're probably not getting much food. And what, maybe they get a shower
Youth Program Staff
once in a while.
Tudor Dixon
I mean they're probably wearing the same outfit every day. This is slavery. It's slavery. And I feel like, man, if you go to the factory and you're working on the line, you're probably one of the lucky ones.
Kyle Olson
Right. And so the bind administration, the Office of Inspector General did some investigation. The Congress, the House in particular held some hearings and, but here's a clip where there, where the person's talking about some of that, some of the children
OIG Investigator or Related Official
were having to work or were saved from this labor because they were paying that money or paying for their family.
Unidentified Shelter Staff
They were forced to work jobs to pay back the cartel for coming across.
OIG Investigator or Related Official
Yes. And some of them, and that's where we got caught up in school, the OIG investigations because some of them were released to people that were not, didn't
Unidentified Shelter Staff
have the best interest in our cartel. Some of the kids got released.
Tudor Dixon
I mean, they just openly admit that they got release. But we, I'm telling you, this is what we were saying the entire time Joe Biden was in office. We kept saying this open border, these kids are missing. And you should never listen to the CNNs and the MSNBCs or Ms. Now, whatever they are of the world who wouldn't report on this, because they wouldn't. Do not forget that. They would not say that these kids were missing. They would harp on the fact that there were some missing kids. When Donald Trump was in the first administration we're talking about over the time that he was in office, hundreds of thousands of kids that came into this country and they were sold, they were trafficked, they were abused, they were put into slavery. Whether it was slavery on the factory floor or sex slavery, these kids became slaves to whomever chose to buy them and the government was selling them. I mean, there's no other way to
Kyle Olson
look at it, right? And I think people need to know that. It was horrific during the Biden administration. The Trump administration obviously is significantly better because the border policy changed and they were not going to tolerate this kind of stuff. But people need to know a lot of the infrastructure on the southern side of the border is still there. And these agencies and these nonprofits in the UN and all of these organizations that were involved in profiting off of this, they are hoping for a different administration in 2029 to be able to continue this flow of kids all over again.
Tudor Dixon
And they don't hide it. If you are, if you are watching these videos and you say, wow, this is shocking, ask the Democrats. They won't hide it. They want to go right back to it. Because nobody gives up billion dollar industries. That's just the facts. And certainly not bad guys like the cartel members. But it's not just the cartel members. You have to understand, Americans are running these organizations, too. Those people, the people in this video, they know contracts, big contracts went out to these groups saying, we're going to protect these kids. These kids weren't protected. These kids weren't protected at all. These kids were sold. This is just a way to move people and buy and sell people. And guess what? More than drugs, more than anything else, there is bigger money in moving people than anything else. And based on these numbers, I would bet there's bigger money in moving kids than anything else.
Kyle Olson
Well, and to that point, I mean, that's why the cartels were. They shifted to moving people because it was more lucrative than moving drugs. And so what we saw on the southern side of the border is cartels focusing more on human trafficking than drug trafficking.
Tudor Dixon
I mean, it is just sick and it hasn't been shared enough. I appreciate you all listening to this today. I'm going to tell you I'm going to post some of these videos online. If you go to my social media, whether it's Facebook, whether it's X, whether it's Instagram, we're going to put some of these videos up and I am asking you to make sure you share them based on the fact that people need to know exactly what happened. We are grateful that you put this story out there. I appreciate the fact that you're willing to put your name on this because I think that most people are afraid to push back on. I mean, this is. You might as well be pushing back. It's so funny to me because you've got the AOCs of the world yapping on about billionaires. These are the billionaires you should be afraid of.
Kyle Olson
Yeah, yeah. These are the people that are exploiting government, taxpayer dollars and kids and. And apparently not thinking twice.
Tudor Dixon
They're getting paid every which way. They get paid as the kid comes across the border. They get paid by the US government and they get paid when the kid is working for free, doing whatever they're doing. Big money in sex, big money in factories. All of this stuff is just like payday after payday. And when there's payday like this, when there's this amount of money involved, the only way to stop it is for people to actually know. And it stuns me that this article came out in Town hall in April and you probably have never heard about this. Episode Title: Biden's Missing Border Kids: A Living Nightmare Revealed
Date: May 13, 2026
Guests: Kyle Olson, Special Correspondent for Townhall
This episode, hosted by Tudor Dixon alongside guest journalist Kyle Olson, delivers a searing exposé on the severe failures and alleged abuses surrounding unaccompanied minors at the U.S. southern border during the Biden administration. Drawing on undercover videos and investigative reporting, the conversation reveals horrifying accounts of child trafficking, exploitation, and agency mismanagement, emphasizing the lack of preparedness and accountability in government-contracted agencies tasked with child resettlement. The hosts tie these failures directly to policy choices and government-industry collusion, aiming to incite public awareness and action.
Kyle Olson:
“The real implication of that was that we had a system in America that simply was not equipped to handle these kids.” (05:17)
Tudor Dixon:
“The fact that people have not picked these up and just run with them... There's one where they just openly admit that these kids are being trafficked and the people that they're released to are having sex with these children.” (10:45)
Unidentified Shelter Staff (played audio):
“Staff sleeping with the minors or... National Guardsmen sleeping with the minors in the hotels. ...We knew were sent to traffickers.” (11:37)
Tudor Dixon:
“Parents are selling their kids in America. This is happening and this is because of Joe Biden's open border policy.” (17:32)
Kyle Olson:
“These agencies... see government contracts and they see, they see money, they see dollar signs, they see business opportunity.” (27:43)
Tudor Dixon:
“This is slavery. ...If you go to the factory and you're working on the line, you're probably one of the lucky ones.” (29:27)
Kyle Olson:
“The story should be Joe Biden's legacy. The way that kids were treated when he had his open border policy.” (25:09)
