The tree has to be live. Okay? Amy doesn't do any. Anything but real deals.
So I'm going to and the tree needs to be as big as it can be. But I don't want any help. I'm going to pick it up myself, put it in. Put it in the house myself. And so it's got to be big enough but not too big. And so then last year's tree was bigger. But we get it home and we put it in the house and I'm like, you know, great, here we are. Got her, got it straight, you know, everything's tight. We're good to go. We're going to put the skirt around it and start, you know, decorating. Decorating.
She's like, man, it's kind of small. The following is a production of Dirty Mo Media.
This is the most fun I've had in this chair the last hour and a half. Yes.
Host 2
I don't know if we've ever argued. Did I piss you off over the.
Dale Jr.
Weekend or I'm still sour that I was the best man at your wedding.
Host 1
Who was your best man, Dale?
Dale Jr.
Tj.
Tj. You don't need a cool vest for that race. What are you thinking? Get him, DJ Hell. Way to start the show.
Host 2
All right then.
Dale Jr.
Hey, Everybody, it's Dale Jr. This is the Ask Jr portion of the Dale Jr download. Me and TJ in the studio. This is brought to you by and presented by Xfinity. In racing and in lifespeed isn't an option. It's expected. As a. As a sometimes driver and a full time team owner. I rely on things that perform under pressure. That's why I go to Xfinity. Wi Fi. Their fast, dependable Internet is at one price locked in for five years. No contracts, no slowdowns, no nonsense. I got an email this week. They're out on the highway upgrading my hardware, my service. They're like, hey, man, we're going to have a little downtime, but we're We're. I think we're going to get some faster speeds. Everybody up, down the road. Pretty good.
Host 2
We need that.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, we need that.
Host 2
We always need more speed.
Dale Jr.
Yes.
So, anyways, thankful for Xfinity, everything they do. And we got some questions today, so let's get to it.
Host 1
Um, so I'm gonna. Trying to find it from Jennifer here. She's asking, how's the shopping going for your girls for Christmas?
Dale Jr.
Good. Done. Yeah, done. Yeah, I. Me and Amy.
I'm still shopping for Amy a little bit. I would.
I would have liked to have started sooner, but I couldn't get her to tell me what she wanted. So it's kind of tough prying that out of her. But she's starting to trickle in some ideas with the girls, though. It'll be, like, middle of the summer, and Amy will send me a text message. What do you think about this for the girls? I'm like, just right now, she's. No, no, no. Christmas. I'm like, oh, yeah, okay. You know, that makes more sense. So, yeah, that was something. We got done pretty quick and early, and I'm pretty excited about it.
Host 2
Tj yeah, no, it's same boat. I'm in pretty good shape. But the kids are doing well, are there?
Host 1
Like, I remember back in the day, there was always, like, the it gift.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, that's the way we're gonna do it. I try to. So this is. This is something that probably will. Me and Amy are going to do a bless your heart next week, but. So I kind of want to save some of this stuff for that. But the.
When I.
My Christmas has.
I don't know whether what I want to say here, but.
I don't know that I had the it gift type of Christmases as a kid. We just kind of got some stuff. And there was some stuff you liked more than the other stuff, but there was no, like, all right, man. The big reveal. Yeah, well. And we really didn't do that with the girls, but, man, I'm going to tell you. And I'm not. You know, this ain't a knock at all. This was just. This ain't a knock on Amy or any kind of anything that I'm. I'm. I don't like, but I had no idea what I was in for when I had kids. And me and Amy, you know, started doing Christmases.
The amount of little, tiny.
Not. Not tiny in size, but, like, the amount of little nothing presence, you know, just.
Host 1
Just.
Dale Jr.
They're.
The girls. Christmas is very good. Comparable to what I experienced, you know, and I don't do much. I don't do hardly none of it. You know, Amy does it all, and I don't get to see it. Amy hides it from all of us, and I don't. I know where it is, but I don't need to go look at it because it's in cardboard boxes.
Host 2
I can't see.
Dale Jr.
You don't know. But the night before Christmas, you know, we set all this stuff up, and.
And I'm like, my goodness. You know, and the. The thought that Amy puts into this is insane because, like, I mean, I think I'm a caring person, and I. I'm. I'm thoughtful. My feelings about my friends and my wife and my kids, all that genuine. But Amy's on a whole another level. Amy's like an acts of service sort of type of person, a doer, like a provider. You know, I want to make sure that your birthday is the best. I want to make sure this is the best for you. This experience is the best for you. And I'm very lucky because of that. But, man, she. I don't know. I guess it's like, as she's going through the whole calendar year, she's like, flagging. Oh, she knows stuff that she sees on the. On TV or. Or friends tell her about, or she sees it another person's house or whatever. And so she's sort of flagging and cataloging this sort of. This sort of idea of what the girls Christmas is going to look like.
Host 2
I don't have a catalog.
Dale Jr.
Holy moly. And. And it's like, you know, it's. It's clothes, and it's just, you know, and it's little. You know, the little fingernail kits, and it's just all these little, tiny, little nothing that you never think of. Yeah, but it's just a lot of it. Right? And I'm like, man, I'm more like, let's get the big gift. And that's the gift, and that's your Christmas. But Amy's like, no, no, no. They got to get the nail kit and the polish and the makeup.
Host 1
It's also about having multiple gifts to open up to get that experience.
Dale Jr.
But Amy doesn't wrap any of it. Amy sets it all up, and they walk down and it. Well, it's from Santa. And Amy walks. Amy.
She goes down there, the kids come down there, and it's all out.
Host 1
Oh, no, that's a.
Host 2
That's actually the same way. Do the same thing.
Dale Jr.
What?
Host 2
That's not how I Everything I got when I was always wrapped. Yes, but, like, it's not that everything's set up.
Host 1
Elves no longer wrap gifts.
Host 2
I mean, speaking of the elf, that's one thing.
Host 1
Cutting the work.
Host 2
You still do the elf, right?
Dale Jr.
Yes.
Host 2
Yeah, we don't do the thing.
Dale Jr.
You don't do the elf?
Host 2
No, they're too old now.
Dale Jr.
Huh. So our elves today were in two rolls of toilet paper, and they. The toilet paper is like a.
Snowman. It's fun.
Host 1
Are you talking about elf on the shelf?
Dale Jr.
Yeah. Yeah, we have. They missed. The elves didn't come one day this month. This month because our girls were not behaving.
Host 1
Oh, is that how it works?
Host 2
Yeah. You can't touch the elf either. If you touch it, the magic's gone.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. Like, Nicole doesn't like that rule. Yeah, this is. Yeah, the. Yeah. The elves didn't come one day because the girls were misbehaving, and so the elves had to go back and talk to Santa. And I was like, man, I don't know if they're coming back. You know, hopefully to come back, y' all gonna have to start acting right. But we run tight ship.
I don't even remember what the question was. Anyways, I like the big gift. I like the big gift Christmas, because it's simple. I like to get Amy, like, a. An a gift and then maybe a couple little other things. But it's like, I don't know if that's what. You know. That's always a tough thing, too. You ever. You know when you're in a relationship, because the other person, you're like, I'm gonna give. I'm gonna do Christmas how I like it, and.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Is that, like, gonna make it work for you? That worked for you.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
I would like to not do Christmas presents. How many people out there have gotten to the point in the relationship where they're like, you know, for birthdays and other things, they're like, you know, yeah, we don't. I don't want nothing. Don't get me nothing. And especially if you have kids. Right. You're like, you know, let's just do the kids, and you and I.
Host 1
Makes sense.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. Yeah.
Host 1
That's probably normal. Pressure off and.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 1
But I remember we always, as kids, you got the little gifts, but there was one, like, family gift for us kids.
Dale Jr.
Really?
Host 1
Yeah. So, like, the one year, like, we got Nintendo 64. Like, my brother and I, that was our Damn.
Host 2
For your birthday or Crowdfund or something. Oh, yeah.
Dale Jr.
Well, that comes with two controllers. I mean, no.
Host 1
Yeah. So it was always a gift.
Dale Jr.
That's like they weren't gonna get each of you your own console.
Host 1
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, but that's always kind of how it was. There's like one big one that like.
Host 2
Whatever year Nintendo came out, we got a Nintendo me and my sister did the year it came out.
Host 1
I mean, the video game's always the best gift when you're a kid.
Host 2
It was like 88, something like that.
Dale Jr.
The new console.
Host 2
Yeah, yeah, dude, that was for every year.
Dale Jr.
I know. I tried to. I tried to get my old. So I got an original Nintendo and a bunch of games and I tried to get that out and see if the girls would get into it. They played a little bit of Mario Bros.
Host 2
Original, but interest levels gone quick.
Host 1
Yeah, those graphics aren't enough so bad.
Host 2
They are.
Dale Jr.
Well.
Host 2
Well, we're also playing them on TVs. They should never be played on.
Dale Jr.
Did you.
All see those things they're popping up in my algorithm where they're like those little game sticks or stuff and then plug it in games on them. Yeah, it's got 8,000 games on it. Yeah, I bought one of those.
It's garbage. Yeah, yeah. Like it. You can't. Like, if you're going to get one of those and there's. It's got 2,000 to 8,000 games on it, you better know the games that you're going to want to play because otherwise you will spend 10 hours searching for the game you're trying to find.
Host 1
Is it just like one giant list and the user.
Dale Jr.
User interface is garbage. Yeah, there's got to be some decent ones out there. But you'll see them. They'll be, they'll be. I saw one the other day and I'm like, damn, it looks pretty good. The user interface is a little better. Nope, you're not getting me. I'm not suckering into that.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Because I bought one like a two or three weeks ago that I thought was going to be good and it was.
Host 2
They're so cheap too.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, it was 100 bucks, but.
Host 2
Oh, that's kind of pricey.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. Yeah.
Host 2
I have one that has like maybe emulators. Yeah, I have one with like 15 games on. It actually looks like a little Nintendo and they're actually. It's got all like name name games and they're actually pretty good.
Dale Jr.
So I try.
Host 2
I mean it's got like Mike Tyson, Mario. I'll just tell you, send you a link to one or you like.
Dale Jr.
I know, but you like to Sell stuff. Yeah.
Host 2
Well, you want to buy.
Dale Jr.
You like to mark it up. You like to buy it, Mark it up and then sell it.
Host 2
Well, I would like to buy a new refrigerator with Registic. So, yeah.
Dale Jr.
Good job.
Host 1
All right, we'll stick with the Christmas theme. Do you have a favorite Christmas movie? Is there, like, one that you always have to watch each year?
Dale Jr.
Well, I mean, we've watched all the regulars. The Christmas Story was on this morning when the kids were getting ready for school. They like that one right now. No, no, no, no. I'm sorry. Home Alone.
Host 1
I was gonna say Christmas.
Dale Jr.
Home Alone was on this morning. Christmas Story is good.
Host 1
So that movie, my dad hated it, and so it was banned in our house. I never watched it. Why don't you.
Host 2
How. Are you serious?
Dale Jr.
Do you know what his problem was with it?
Host 1
I forget.
Dale Jr.
Maybe it was too close to home. Maybe too much. Too much about his own childhood.
Host 1
He didn't like it, so it was banned. Like, literally. Do not put it on the tv.
Dale Jr.
Really?
Host 1
Growing up. Yeah.
Host 2
That. That's odd. Yeah, that's a great movie, honestly, Meme. Well, I'd say that's probably. If there's a movie that I'm putting on Christmas Day that's just gonna stay on all day, it's probably the Christmas Story.
Dale Jr.
We. We do National Lampoons. Christmas Vacation.
Host 2
The kids aren't.
Dale Jr.
Whatever that one was. It's not Christmas vacation, is it?
Host 2
Lampoons?
Dale Jr.
Yeah, but they were at home. They weren't on vacation. Why they call it that?
Host 2
Die Hard.
Dale Jr.
That's.
Host 1
Is that a Christmas movie?
Dale Jr.
No, it was Christmas Vacation, so we watch National Lampoons. But there's a couple moments in National Lampoons that are a little questionable for five and seven years.
Host 1
Just a little.
Host 2
Yeah, there is now. Back then, there wasn't. Like, when we were watching it, probably.
Dale Jr.
Well, we watch it on, like, you know, Netflix or Amazon. And so, yeah, they got all the cussing in there. Like when he gets. When he gets mad and he asks him to go get his boss, and he's standing there and he does all this cussing. If you're watching on tv, where you got the commercials and stuff, they bleep all that.
Host 2
Yeah, they take it out, go silent.
Dale Jr.
But, I mean, all the usuals. We don't. I don't have a favorite Elf.
Host 1
Santa Claus is one of my.
Host 2
Santa Claus. Yeah. Elf. And then what's the one? The one with the train.
Host 1
Polar Express.
Host 2
Yes.
Dale Jr.
Too many times. I've had enough Polar Express.
Host 1
Are your girls where they, like, they want to watch the same One over again.
Host 2
Yes, that does happen.
Dale Jr.
I have had enough of it. I've had enough of a few of them for sure.
Host 1
Just like. No more.
Host 2
Yeah, they, like from Frozen came out, oh, my gosh, thousands of times.
Dale Jr.
I'm just thankful that, like, you know, it's Home Alone this year. It's probably the leading, but it's. At least Home alone's a little more mature than.
Host 2
Yeah, for sure.
Dale Jr.
Some of them.
Host 2
But there's still some parts in. In Home Alone that are kind of.
Dale Jr.
Like, you know, I'm just saying, like, you know, I can stand. I can stand.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
For Home alone to be on multiple times during the day.
Host 1
So my dad said, I don't need. I said, what's your reasoning for hating it? He goes, don't need one. Just not a film I enjoy. I like the classics. Why?
Dale Jr.
That's a classic.
Host 2
That is a classic. You know, you can go through that house like you can. I think you can stay in it. It's in Cleveland.
So you can actually go there. And I've actually priced a leg lamp for my window.
Dale Jr.
The big one.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
I've got a little miniature.
Host 2
I know. Yeah. Like, the real one's almost like 60 inches tall. You can get them off ebay. Yeah, I think.
Dale Jr.
EBay.
Host 2
EBay.
Dale Jr.
Interesting.
Host 2
Get the. The frigile box set next to it.
Host 1
So I don't. Yeah, none of this. I know what you're talking about.
Host 2
That's a shame, man. That's sad. It is bad.
Host 1
And now because I'm like a stubborn person, like, I'm like, my dad didn't watch it.
Dale Jr.
You're not going to watch it. Whatever, dad.
Host 2
Well, the rest of the world watched it, so, you know.
Host 1
Well, yeah, like TBS and TNT. It's like literally 24 hours and I'm like, nope, not doing it.
Host 2
You got to watch it.
Dale Jr.
All right, all right.
Host 2
It's good.
Dale Jr.
Let's cruise on to the next.
Host 1
Is Die Hard a Christmas movie, Dale?
Dale Jr.
Sure.
Host 2
Do you know why it's a Christmas movie?
Dale Jr.
I think it's celebrating a Christmas party.
Host 2
Yeah, it's a Christmas party, right? Yeah.
Host 1
I can't get behind it.
Host 2
I don't.
Dale Jr.
I don't give.
Host 2
I don't.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, whatever.
Host 1
How is your tree going?
Dale Jr.
It's done up. Rocking.
Host 1
Did. How much did you have to do with it?
Dale Jr.
We got it. So we. We went to. There's a farmer's market, Josh's in town.
Host 2
Great place.
Dale Jr.
Great place.
We go there every year. We got a. We got a nine foot tree, which, I mean, standing on a lot Looking at the shape, size and everything, I'm like, that's a good looking tree, man.
So we get it home, I pick it up, I put it in the sand, I bring it into the house, all that good stuff, because I take it home.
Host 2
Did you put it on the roof? No. You're not putting that tree on your roof?
Dale Jr.
No. They put it in the bed of the truck.
Host 2
I gotcha.
Dale Jr.
So the tree.
The tree has to be live. Okay. Amy doesn't do any. Anything but real deals.
Host 1
Interesting.
Dale Jr.
So I'm going to an end. The tree needs to be as big as it can be, but I don't want any help. I'm going to pick it up myself, put it in. Put it in the house myself. And so it's got to be big enough, but not too big. And so then last year's tree was bigger, but we get it home and we put it in the house. And I'm like, you know, great, here we are. Got her. Got it straight, you know, everything's tight. We're good to go. We're gonna put the skirt around it and start, you know, decorating. Decorating.
She's like, man, it's kind of small. I was like, damn it.
Host 1
Oh, that's not good.
Dale Jr.
She's like. I was like, that's fine. It's fine. It's good. Sunny comes by the next day to do. To deliver something or talk. Talk to Amy about something. We're building a barn, and so we have a lot of rescues, donkeys and horses and stuff. So we need a barn. So you.
Host 2
To sleep.
Host 1
I was gonna say, you're the rescue.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. And.
He comes up in there and he goes, man, it's kind of a small tree.
Host 1
Oh, no, Sonny.
Host 2
Bad Sonny.
Dale Jr.
Man. I felt like we were super close to having to swap the tree out.
Host 1
Oh, no.
Dale Jr.
She's literally like thinking, would they take it back? And I'm like, man, let's not do this.
Host 2
I can't wait to come to your house. I'm watching you saying that right now.
Dale Jr.
You need to. Yesterday. Yesterday, she finally started putting the lights on it. She had a little funny. Remember we. We had a conversation on our show Bless yous Heart, where I was like, man, you know, Or Amy weaves the lights into the branches and she's all particular. Yeah. And I just, like, sling them around. She put on her Instagram story yesterday. She's like, took a picture of the light. She's like, just throwing them on there, like Junior and so. Which I thought was pretty funny, but she's got it decorated. So we're good. We got the tree. We're not undoing it, we're not taking a tree back. But it is a. It's in to some people's standards a little short, but I think it's perfect.
Host 2
So next year you're just gonna have to get a gigantic.
Dale Jr.
I don't want to do that because then it's harder for me to put it in the house and I don't want to.
Host 1
He doesn't want to help.
Dale Jr.
I don't want to buy helping. I want to do it. I can. I could probably carry a 12 foot tree and that's about the limit.
Host 1
Then get a 12 foot tree next year.
Dale Jr.
Well, there wasn't one there. We. The tree we got was, you know, roughly average size or it wasn't like, you know, oh man. Over here are the 12 footers.
Host 2
Oh, I can't believe Josh didn't have the perfect tree for you, man. Geez.
Dale Jr.
I thought it was.
Host 2
That's all that matters.
Host 1
Are you a real or fake tree, tj?
Host 2
Fake. It's easier. Yeah, it's just easier.
Dale Jr.
I wouldn't, I wouldn't mind going that route.
Host 2
I've got one that has the lights that you can change with your phone built into it and oh man, you can match them. You can take a picture of the tree and it maps out the light so you can color the tree with your phone. It's pretty awesome. Yeah, it's easy.
Dale Jr.
That sounds amazing.
Host 1
That's. That's the TJ thing ever. Yeah, I like a nice classic. White lights on.
Dale Jr.
We don't have.

You know, what happened the other day that or yesterday that was so interesting. And if you're. If you're a parent at home, boy, you'll appreciate this. So a friend of mine.
Text me the other day, and they're like, man, my kid wants this 3D printer. And there's these little box 3D printers. They print, you know, little toys and rings and whatever, right? Little plastic stuff. And he's like, I don't know why they want that. They also.
Host 2
It is a hot item. Now.
Dale Jr.
They also might want to. Would want a console. So it's the printer or the console. What should I get them? I'm like, I'd get the console. I was like, we got our girl the printer last year, and she messed with it for a day. And it's not been touched in a year. Not a year. Has she asked, hey, can we print something? I literally said that two days ago. What is Isla? Come into the bed. Come into the living room yesterday in the, you know, in the afternoon and say, dad, can we print something on my printer?
Host 2
There you go.
Dale Jr.
I'm like, damn, I do think it costs. Better call my buddy back.
Host 2
It's a big world, that 3D printing deal, man, I know what I like. There's. They see things and they can make these toys and stuff, but it's just setting it up and printing it. It is pretty. They've made it a lot simpler.
Dale Jr.
But how frustrating is it, though, as a parent, when you get them a gift and they don't mess with it? Like, and this. I mean, it doesn't matter how big or small. Like, I go upstairs in their playroom, and I'm like, I won't throw this away. They don't even touch this you grab it, pick it up off floor. Where are you going with that? Don't throw that away.
Host 1
We use it.
Dale Jr.
And even Amy. I'm like, amy, they don't even mess with this. They're not. We can't throw it away. I'm like, we can donate it. We can give it away. They won't get it out of the house.
Host 2
They'll never know.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, they'll never know.
Host 1
You got to do it at, like, nighttime or when they're not there.
Dale Jr.
Of course I know. Not when they're doing. I'm just saying, like, there's a. Yeah. There's so many things in there that I'm like, I could just. So I put. I've got this square body 77 green pickup truck in my garage, and we put. We fill the bed up over the course of time with clothes and all kinds of stuff to note to donate to Christian Mission. And I'm like, man, let's just put it all. Put all the toys in the back of this truck. But I don't know, man. When they're. There's dresses, stuff they never wear.
Host 2
I know. You know what's weird, though, is, like, whenever, you know, I'll bring the girls over, and every toy in your house is cooler than what's in our house. And whenever yours come over, everything. Yeah. Every kid's. Other kid. The toys are cooler at the other place.
Dale Jr.
That's right.
Host 2
It always seems like that.
Dale Jr.
I'm hoping. I think, too, every Christmas, once we. We do. We get. We get Christmas done, we do a purge.
Host 2
Oh, yeah. Hey, man, you got donate.
Dale Jr.
We got these boxes. Fill these boxes up.
Host 1
Maybe it's like, if you want a new toy, you have to get rid of a toy.
Dale Jr.
That take a while.
Host 2
You can't wait.
Dale Jr.
I ain't trying to work.
Host 1
But then maybe that'll lessen how much they're asking for each year.
Host 2
Yeah, you just go in there, and if they haven't touched any year you're.
Dale Jr.
Grabbing, they're not asking for much. They don't ask for much.
Host 2
Now, did you go through the catalog that you would get in the mail? When you were little, you never got catalogs in the mail and, like, circled stuff, did you?
Host 1
The Sears catalog.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
Like, it was like. It looked like a Bible. That thing was massive.
Host 2
Yeah, but you go through the circle, like a hundred things and be like, here you go.
Host 1
Give me this Tonka truck. Give me the.
Host 2
Oh, yeah. Oh, electric guitar. Yeah, I need that circle that I remember.
Host 1
I got like, a 6 CD changer for my bedroom with two speakers. Oh, that was.
Dale Jr.
That was a great Christmas, man.
Host 2
Just playing that have been pretty good.
Host 1
You think you're gonna like. Yeah, I'm gonna jam out into like two songs in your dad's screaming.
Dale Jr.
Shut it off.
Host 1
Like.
Dale Jr.
Well, there was the fun. Yep.
Host 2
Did you ever get. When you first got the dual cassette player thing that. Did you ever get one of them.
Dale Jr.
Be able to record for one?
Host 2
Yeah, that was awesome. When you pack of tapes with it too, that was a really good gift.
Host 1
Would you call in the radio station, request a song, get ready to hit the button?
Host 2
Yeah, I've called the radio station.
Dale Jr.
I just listened to the countdown. Yeah, they had a countdown every night. Yeah, you'd be sitting there like, all right, yeah, I'm gonna get this Milli.
Host 2
Vanilli and hopefully the guy dj and when the guy, when he talk over the beginning of the song, he gets so mad like, gotta do it again now.
Host 1
Like I miss calling in. Like it. Was I calling number nine? Nope. Damn it.
Dale Jr.
Kelly and Tony Jr. Won a contest, a call in contest to the local radio station when we were really, really young. And.
They got. It was the top 100 and if you were like the number seven caller or some, you got a record of every song in the countdown and they won it.
Host 1
Damn.
Dale Jr.
They literally like. I know, literally like four days later in the mail come a pile of full length records albums and some songs were in the 45 single format. So like, you know, you'd have some 45s and they got them all. I couldn't believe it.
Host 2
Big package. That's awesome.
Dale Jr.
They gave me Queen, Radio, Gaga. I believe that was the one I got out of the whole bunch. They kept their other 99 songs. I think I might have gotten. Oh, I got.
Fleetwood Max, hold me on 45.
Host 1
Always good.
Dale Jr.
And.
Yeah, that was it. I might have also gotten.
Damn it. Oh, Falco. What was that song? Rock Me Amadeus.
Host 1
Is that the song that you picked and you was in the German?
Dale Jr.
Yes.
Dude, that's a. That was a banger back in the day.
Host 2
That's a good one.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 1
Do the Bills have a shot to make the super bowl this year?
Host 2
Oh, I don't know. I don't look for. I don't get my hopes up for it, but all we can do is hope they win every time they play, so it's all you can do.
Dale Jr.
Did you get blown out, shut out by Minnesota last weekend?
What a awful game.
Host 2
I was watching the Bills game on Sunday at the beginning of it and there's. We were at A little event and one of the crew guys there was a Patriots fan and Patriots fans right now are about the most annoying fans that you can come across because now they're nine and two or whatever. They are good again. Well, they've had a really weak schedule and a lot of things go their way, but they're now they're coming out of the woodwork.
Dale Jr.
Chiefs.
Host 2
They're coming out of the woodwork and Chiefs, it's over. Don't hate it. I don't hate it.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 2
Do not hate it at all.
Dale Jr.
Well, the commanders look like they kind of were finding some solid ground to stand on. And then the tase of Vikings. We didn't score a point. We lost Ertz. He got Zach got a terrible torn blew his knee out.
Which sucks because he came in and he's been awesome. It's been rough.
Host 1
Don't you. Do you ever wonder what's like, man, it'd be nice if like what it's like if I wasn't a sports fan where like I'm not getting upset on a weekly basis because well, team.
Dale Jr.
I don't know, man. I'm hope.
Host 2
I feel like you had high hopes going into this year. A little bit.
Dale Jr.
We just went to the NSC championship, tj. Geez.
Host 2
I mean but you know they were.
Host 1
Going to let you down on a.
Dale Jr.
On a positive note this past weekend in our fantasy football league, which you're doing really well in. I had to play Regan Smith and the winner of the game made the final six seed of the playoffs and I won. So I'm, I made a. I won four out of the last five games to crawl out of the damn basement.
Host 1
Who's been carrying your team?
Dale Jr.
My expert scouting. Honestly.
Host 1
No.
Dale Jr.
No.
Host 1
What player on your team is my.
Dale Jr.
My, my expert moves and my choices? Yeah, me.
Host 1
You're not answering the question.
Host 2
Who scored most of your points for your team?
Dale Jr.
Nobody.
Host 2
Nobody.
Dale Jr.
We barely been getting by, guys. I mean it's been rough. I mean I think I got gain well the running back, the second the, the goal line vulture from the Pittsburgh Steelers as my number one running back. We're barely.
Host 2
So you don't have an A.
Dale Jr.
We got, we got, you know, Bo Nixon, Drake May and like we're really the, the B squad but we're a lot of bees. We've got all bees or I got guys that are getting me 12 to 15.
I do got that McBride guy or whatever his name is. Cardinals tight end.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Picked him up. He's been awesome.
Host 1
TJ Christian says the path the super bowl for the AFC rolls through Foxborough and Bill's mafia is sad.
Host 2
That's not sad. Yeah, that's okay. The. The Patriots had a bye week this last week, which has basically been their entire season.
Host 1
So, I mean, they beat you guys.
Host 2
That's okay. It's a division game. It happens.
Host 1
How sad will you be, though, if the Patriots are back to being good again?
Host 2
I don't mind a rivalry. I think it's good to have good rivalries like that. I don't think. I don't anticipate Drake may being Tom Brady, maybe will be, but I don't think that's going to happen because I don't know if we'll ever have another Tom Brady.
Host 1
All right, so on the record, will you beat the Patriots this weekend?
Dale Jr.
Goodness gracious.
Host 2
I think the Bills can beat the Patriots. I do.
Dale Jr.
You probably saw registics on our Junior motorsports cars this year, and a lot of times they were at the front of the field and you're probably wondering who they are, what they do. So if you sell discount appliances or merchandise, you need to get in touch with them. Registics works directly with retailers and manufacturers to get you the best deals from the leading home improvement brands. Whether you're looking for great deals on truckloads of customer returns, scratch and dent appliances or shelf pull inventory, Rigistics can help you get all that stuff out there. It's like junior Motorsports. They're a team that knows what it takes to win. So I got a quick story. Those Rigistics colors on the car will forever be special to me. They were part of my first win as a crew chief when they were on the car. Connor Zillich was driving the number 88 earlier this year at Pocono. Great moment, great opportunity. I never assumed that I'd ever get a chance to sit on top of the pit box in the crew chief position, but there I was. And Connor drove an incredible race and did an awesome job to get the win. As memorable as that day was for me, it was just as special for them. They had won in their very first race as a primary sponsor. Logistics on one of our cars. We had a blast celebrating in victory lane with Phil Grant and their entire team. The logistics car design has basically become a good luck charm. They picked up another win with Connor at Watkins Glen. Then they finished with the top five and five of their six primary races. I don't know how they're going to top that in 2026, but we're excited to have them in our corner. They've been amazing partners. They do a lot for our fans, including hosting an incredible fan event at their headquarters with all of our drivers back in September and providing a lot of fun giveaways throughout the season. We're proud to partner with Registics. They center their business around building long term relationships, which is something that we put a lot of energy into as well. They've proven that they're invested in your success and know that when you win, everyone wins. Unlike the other guys, when you partner with Registics, you can trust that they'll do what they say they'll do. For reliable inventory and fair and consistent pricing, visit registics.com that's R E G I S T I X.com Right now.

Who is a underappreciated driver from the past. I saw this on Reddit. Guy mentioned he had Terry Labonte. A couple other names that were out there. Sterling Marlin, Ricky Rudd, Ken Schrader and Ernie Irvin. But who are some drivers you think that were really good drivers that don't get the credit that they deserve?
Dale Jr.
Butch Lindley.
Is one. Sam Ard.
Is one also.
TJ Gunny White Deals thinking.
Host 2
I mean I I'd have to go back but I think there's a lot of guys that came in it probably didn't get a get as much credit as they deserve or just the right the timing of their when their deals happen and the equipment they got in. You know what I mean? I think there's been a lot of great race car drivers that just didn't I got a name out right?
Dale Jr.
I got a name for you. I just wanted to get this statistic Correct. So, Ray Elder. His name's Raymond Marvin Elder. He raced in the NASCAR Winston west series back in the 70s.
Host 2
That's right.
Dale Jr.
And he won the West Series championship.
Six times. 70, 69, 70, 71, 72, 74, 75.
He actually.
Won.
He won the Motor Trend 500 in 1971, essentially making him the very first winner of NASCAR's modern history.
Ray was a West coaster that when we would go to Riverside, Richard Petty, Bobby Allison, David Pearson, all them guys, you know, he would compete and he beat them. He beat them in Riverside twice. He beat the East Coast NASCAR cup regulars when they would go to Riverside, he beat them twice.
You know, why he's not.
Working himself into the hall of Fame? I don't know, but he should be the. So, I mean, my name, my. You know, Sam Art. Another guy that, you know, I think has won a ton of races that doesn't get a ton of credit. Butch. You know, Butch won over 500 races, most of them at NASCAR racetracks.
Host 2
I think there's a. There's a handful of guys from that generation that won hundreds of races at short tracks and have rooms full of trophies that got into the truck series a little bit, but they definitely have a really decorated past. Yeah, I mean, you don't have a lot of that anymore.
Host 1
Yeah, I always wonder, like, what a driver would have done if they just got the shot, if they were in a little better equipment. They just need that one little break that just.
Host 2
Yeah, there's a saying.
Dale Jr.
There's like, Dick Trickle would be a great example of like a guy that kind of, you know, had. Had he been given an opportunity at cup earlier. Right. When Dick Trickle came in, dude, he was damn near 50. So.
You know, he was probably beyond his prime when he finally gets his opportunity at Cup. He ran some cup races in the 70s that just, you know, things just didn't work out. But, you know, you think about guys like that. Jody Ridley won a race in the 90 car for Junior Don Levy at Dover in 1981, and that car wasn't winning races. Uh, and so I know it was a lot of attrition that day that give Jody the opportunity to win. But Jody Davis or Jody Ridley came in and tried to make a NASCAR career out of it. It didn't really, you know, work out in his favor, but I think he was a, you know, short track ace that, you know, in the right situation, who knows?
Host 2
Yeah, there's a lot of them. You get in the right car at the right time, you're going to Succeed.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 1
Any drivers currently that you think.
That are underappreciated or talented drivers just waiting to get that shot?
Dale Jr.
Well, I don't know about waiting to get that shot, but I believe that I don't know how people feel about Josh Berry now. I still feel like that his.
His talent is not as appreciated as I think, you know, I think, you know, he's one now and he driving for the Wood Brothers. He's established. He's. He's good to go. Right. But I still feel like that people don't really know how good he is. Ceiling is, you know, Martin Trix Jr. I would say that I feel exactly the same way about Josh today as I felt about Truex when Truex was driving our cars and then he got in the 56. I went to, you know, Truex was sort of. We were between drivers at some point with. With Rick Hendrick, and I went to Rick and I said, y' all got to consider Truex. And they were like, really? And that's as far as it went, you know. And then he got in the 78 car and won a championship in a bunch of races with Cole.
But I knew Truex had that ability and he was super talented. Just a really help, you know, great race car. I feel the same way about Josh. I think Josh is incredibly good.
Host 2
And before Cole, though, I mean, you would say Martin. Nobody probably would have put Martin in that bracket.
Dale Jr.
No.
Host 2
And then all of a sudden, Cole.
Dale Jr.
Was a big part of that. Cole Pern is insane.
Host 2
But thing, you know, here's Martin winning.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 2
Multiple races a year. Yeah, tons of races a year.
Dale Jr.
So I think.
Yeah, I, We. We could. I could tell you a handful of guys. We could talk about that all day.
Host 2
And there's a lot of guys coming up. There's a lot of kids that are getting chances in higher. In higher equipment out. A lot of them from the CARS tour. There's a lot of kids from the cars who are getting shots in trucks, Andy cars and stuff.
Dale Jr.
And there's going to be a lot of fun things happening in the Truck Series next year.
Host 2
Oh, big time.
Dale Jr.
There's going to be a lot of. I think I watch the Truck Series next year more than I've ever watched it. Agree. Because there will be a lot of limited. There'll be a lot of drivers getting opportunities to drive a handful of races and it'll be very important, I think, for all of us to kind of watch, to see how they do, to see if they get that next sort of, you know, get a Little traction to get that. Next.
Host 2
Yeah. What can they do in it? Yep.
Dale Jr.
What can they turn. What can they turn this into?
Host 2
Yep. I like that stuff.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. And I think there'll be a lot of that happening in the truck series next year.
Host 1
Yeah. It'll be fun to watch.
Dale Jr.
Yep.
Host 1
This next person said you talked about cereal. The other week on Ask Junior, debating with my girlfriend, ranked these three cereals for me. Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, and tricks.
Dale Jr.
Oh, just like you said.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, Tricks.
Host 2
Yeah, I agree.
Dale Jr.
But I don't know that I love. I don't know that I. You know, Fruit Loops and tricks are down the list for me.
Host 1
The problem with tricks is that they get very. Just like, mush real fast.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. I'm not gonna hold that against cereal because the same way. Fruity Pebbles. I love Fruity Pebbles. Same thing. You can't even fast enough. The back end of the Fruity Pebbles is mushy. Yeah. Yeah.
Host 2
But it's hard to grab a handful of them dry and eat them.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. Oh, no. You can't eat them dry. Yeah. But I like. I'll put a fruity pebble in the top five Lucky Charms for sure.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
You got to be careful not to, you know, you don't go in there and eat the marshmallows first.
Host 2
I like cinnamon.
Dale Jr.
Got to get one. You know. Do you do that when you eat. When you eat a bowl. Lucky Charms, you kind of do the spoonful.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
And it's one. It's one marshmallow per spoonful. So you.
Host 2
Yeah, you get. You cheat that a little bit at times.
Dale Jr.
Maybe.
Host 1
I don't think I've ever.
Dale Jr.
I just don't want to end up with no marshmallows and not be. You know, still have cereal.
Host 2
That's good.
Dale Jr.
You got to ration it out.
Host 1
Those last three bites have got to hit hard, or else you feel like you unsatisfied.
Host 2
Can they just make a special version of that that just is more. It's all marshmallow and then the other. Flip the ratio from.
Host 1
Yeah, just up it by, like.
Host 2
No, flip the ratio. Make marshmallows with a little bit of the other cereal.
Dale Jr.
I'll tell you, a cereal that. That underappreciated honeycomb. Oh, remember the honeycomb Hideout and all that? Dude would tear the roof of your mouth up. Yeah, but it was so good. You had to be, you know, if you knew going in it could destroy your mouth. You just have to kind of be careful and just.
Host 2
You know, I have that in my house right now. My mom.
Dale Jr.
Really?
Host 2
Yeah, my mom snacks on it all.
Host 1
Captain Crunch will do it to you, too.
Dale Jr.
I know, but I don't like Captain Crunches.
Host 1
What?
Host 2
I like Captain Crunch.
Dale Jr.
It's not good enough for the damage that it does. They are honeycomb. On the other hand, I can. I can withstand, you know, a little damage for as good as it is. I think another cereal.
Count Chocula and just chocolate and. And blueberry. Remember those? Cocoa. There's like a little. No, there's a little family right there of.
Here.
Golly, man.
I think it was blueberry. I don't know. Yes. See that one right there? T.J. in the middle.
Host 1
Yeah. Blueberry. Marshmallows.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, Blueberry. There was. There were Frankenberry.
Host 2
Oh, there's a whole.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 2
Okay.
Dale Jr.
Oh, man.
Host 2
Have you ever had honey oats?
Dale Jr.
Count Chocula was so good.
Host 2
I like honey O's too. Or my commercials too, for Count Chocolate were so good. They were. They were all over it. You knew them. By the way, that one commercial, I just saw it the other day, they play every year. The one with the palm tree at Christmas time.
Dale Jr.
Oh, yeah, everybody.
Host 2
Everyone knows Corona. They play the same commercial every year.
Dale Jr.
It's a classic.
Host 2
It is.
Dale Jr.
No need to mess with it.
Host 2
It's awesome, though. They can just use the same commercial.
Dale Jr.
I did a good job of that.
Host 1
They don't make commercials like they used to. Serial Budweiser commercial. Like. Yeah, we've missed it.
Dale Jr.
That's true.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
There's definitely the Budweiser and Bud Light commercials from the Super Bowl.
Host 2
Oh, man.
Dale Jr.
Decades ago.
Host 1
But even like the Happy Holidays ones that they just classic Clydesdale's with snow.
Dale Jr.
Clydesdale's. Yep, yep, yep. Those are always good.
Host 1
Back to cereal. Apple Jacks, yes or no?
Host 2
No, no, they're okay.
Dale Jr.
Oh, I don't know. I can't get down with the name. The name alone is, you don't want to Apple Jack. No, I mean, I'm not. Yeah. What's the one that's not trying to. When I mean, cereal. I'm pretty much going ahead, buying into the idea that this is not going to be great for me. So don't try to, you know, sell me on some, like, fruit. Apple Jack's name.
Host 2
What's the cereal that has, like, no sugar in it?
Dale Jr.
Popeyes. No.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
Kicks.
Host 2
Kicks. Oh, my gosh. It's so terrible. Like, you get put. I have to go hungry.
Dale Jr.
We had to eat Popeyes. It came in a bag I've never heard of.
Host 2
Oh, the bag.
Dale Jr.
Dude, look.
Host 2
I mean, it looks like Dog food.
Dale Jr.
It is.
Host 2
It is dog food food.
Dale Jr.
Crazy. It just doesn't look great. Look up Popeyes in the bag.
Host 2
Oh, Pops, those are all right.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, no, I know.
Host 2
I'm just saying. I saw a picture.
Dale Jr.
Popeyes cereal. Come on. There it is. So look, there it is. The guy's holding it right there.
Host 2
Is that you?
Dale Jr.
That's it. That's it. Puffed Wheat.
Host 1
It's just air.
Dale Jr.
It was literally. And there's no sugar. Right. And so you would get it in a bag, you pour it in the bowl.
Host 2
Oh, they got a sweet one.
Dale Jr.
You'd have to go over. Teresa wouldn't let us have nothing but this. You'd go over to the. Yeah, you would. You did more damage trying to be. Teresa was trying to make us eat cereal that didn't have sugar in it because she, you know, she didn't want us to eat a bunch of sugar. But then I would do even more damage by taking couple packs of Equal and putting that in there to kind of make it edible. And I'm like, who knows what the hell is in that?
Host 2
Oh, that's because of that guy. What's that guy on the top there? That's why. That's why it tastes bad. When you saw that scroll up in the middle right there, when you saw that logo, you didn't.
Dale Jr.
Quaker.
Host 2
Yeah, like, that got the.
Dale Jr.
Whatever. Roots.
Host 2
Whatever that guy is. Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Ain't that the Quaker Oats?
Host 2
Yeah, that's just when you saw that Quaker.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, that's what it says.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
It was terrible cereal. Terrible. It's basically Sugar Smacks.
Host 2
I like Etsy without the stuff, you know? Yeah.
Dale Jr.
That's just awful.
Host 2
Sugar Smacks were okay.
Dale Jr.
Well, that was what Popeyes was.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Without the sugar.
Host 2
Yeah. Sugar Smacks, right? They were sticky. If you try to eat them by hand.
Host 1
I wasn't a big fan of those.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, I wasn't much either. You know what was really good? That was underrated, too. Frosted Flakes. I will say I was a Frosted Flakes guy.
Host 1
Did you add more sugar to it?
Dale Jr.
No, no, but I would say.
Host 2
Did they have a regular version of just, like, Flakes or whatever? Yeah, yeah, that was terrible.
Dale Jr.
I like Frosted Flakes and Frost Flakes are okay. I liked Frosted Mini Wheats. Another one.
Host 2
Those would tear your mouth.
Host 1
What are you talking about?
Host 2
Those are terrible.
Host 1
Don't worry about tearing your mouth apart. Those things are like.
Dale Jr.
I liked it.
Host 1
Eating a buzz salt.
Dale Jr.
I wasn't mad. Look, this guy. That would open it up the cabinet and see freaking Popeyes in there. This is a frosted mini. Oh, that was a huge step up.
Host 2
It was like a piece of cake. Yeah, compared to that.
Host 1
You got to let those, like, sit there for a little bit, get a little soggy.
Host 2
What about Cinnamon Toast Crunch? I like. Oh, that's so good.
Dale Jr.
It's a classic.
Host 1
You can't go wrong with that.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, Cinnamon Crunch. Yeah.
Host 1
Yeah. I still eat Wheaties today.
Dale Jr.
Like I have a box is no good. No, I wasn't in. I wouldn't. That was just not.
Host 2
Not Big ten champions.
Dale Jr.
I was not into wheat.
Host 1
Hey, we got a national championship as old now.
All right, we still got time.
Dale Jr.
I'm missing one cereal and I can't think of what it is, but it's an old goofy, sugar laced, you know, kind of like a Count Chocula. But I can't remember the. I can't remember what was chocolatey. I can't. There's so many cereals. I want to go to the sugar aisle or 0 right now and be like, oh, yeah, there it is.
Host 1
There's a place that have like, there was like restaurants where it's just cereal.
Host 2
You know, from the 80s or 90s.
Dale Jr.
Or earlier that they have a bluey cereal.
Host 2
Oh, I saw that.
Dale Jr.
I almost bought a box. We have a box.
Host 2
I almost bought.
Dale Jr.
My girls love it. Yeah, it's not bad. It's got in the ingredients, you know, comparable to other cereals. Not too bad.
Host 2
I saw a Stranger Things cereal.
Dale Jr.
Really?
Host 2
Yeah. I don't. I don't watch Stranger Things, but I don't either.
Host 1
Trying to see if our chat knows.
Dale Jr.
It, but knows what.
Host 2
What your cereal is.
Dale Jr.
Oh, I don't know. I'm just. I think the one.
Host 1
Dan needs help. Raisin Bran Crunch. Get out of here.
Host 2
Awful, Dan.
Dale Jr.
Awful. I've had to eat that. But. Oh, you know what else?
Host 2
Raisins.
Dale Jr.
What was that?
Oh, man, the nut. The cereal. That was super hard.
Host 2
Oh, the clusters or something.
Dale Jr.
Honey.
Host 2
Was it Honey nut clusters or something like that?
Dale Jr.
Oh, my God.
Host 1
Yes, those.
Dale Jr.
No. Oh, wait, it. No. Kind of. It was kind of like those clusters. Yeah.
Host 2
Just type in cluster cereal.
Dale Jr.
Grape Nuts.
Host 2
Oh, yeah.
Dale Jr.
You remember that?
Host 2
Yeah, I'm looking at.
Dale Jr.
Oh, yeah, Grape Nuts. We would have some Grape Nuts sometimes.
Looks like when there wasn't Popeyes around, Teresa would buy Grape Nuts. What a name. Yeah. That was awful. Awful. Yeah. It was like little rocks. Tiny little rocks.
Host 1
The worst is when people throw fruit in their cereal.
Dale Jr.
Gosh.
Host 2
Oh, yeah, that's. You got to put fruit in it sometimes.
Dale Jr.
It's already a bad cereal, sometimes a little cup. Slicing up some bananas and putting in your Cheerios wasn't too bad.
Host 2
No, that's not good.
Dale Jr.
I like Chex. Chex was good.
Host 2
Chex was also very bland.
Host 1
Chex is meant more for just snacking on dry. I feel like.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, yeah.
Host 2
That's why they make Chex Mix.

Yeah, you have. I forget who this came from. You have unlimited funds to build a racetrack. What size and style.
And you can pick location too, if you'd like.
Dale Jr.
I would probably build the track in the.
Somewhere in Florida.
Doesn't really matter. I would go south, south, South Florida, toward Key west or maybe, maybe the, the, the east, eastern side of the Gulf or in the Panhandle. But I like, I think the reason why is because I know the asphalt would age rapidly and it would get slick and worn out. Plus, it's Florida. People love to go to Florida. So you'd have your nice vacation spot, get a lot of fans that come down there, travel out of state.
And I would build a. Basically an asphalt Bristol. I built a high banked, you know, kind of, I don't know, kind of similar to what, you know, Five Flags or Pensacola. Pensacola, but more banking and, you know, 60,000 seats.
Host 1
I feel like that's perfect. You go too big and then it's.
Dale Jr.
Like, yeah, half mile.
Host 2
T.J. something similar. Maybe. Maybe something. I think that side, that location would be really good. Anywhere between Pensacola and Tampa. Maybe somewhere in there.
Dale Jr.
I'm not, I'd not build it near Pensacola. Just let that happen out of respect for Pensacola. Yeah. I wouldn't try to do anything that was going to be detrimental to that. What about Orlando? I would find an area in Florida that was underserved.
Host 2
What about Orlando?
Dale Jr.
Lack of a better word.
Host 2
Because you got Daytona on the eastern side. You can drive across the state an hour, an hour and a half and be at another, you know what I mean? Like Orlando area.
Dale Jr.
Yeah, I mean, you're not going to, you're not going to compete against the Daytona facility because it's totally different style.
Host 2
Yeah, I would go something like Bristol, but maybe, maybe something irp. I think would be another type of flat, a little bit of progressive ranking where you can try to run the bottom, move up, Band Aid it a little bit.
Dale Jr.
Yep.
Host 2
So I think that style track, I've always liked IRP and how it moves when you race there. You could run right by the fence and now guys run down on the flat and it kind of moves around as the race goes on. I liked that a lot.
Dale Jr.
Yes, sir.
Host 1
Wood Rooster said bring it back to Dirty Myrtle.
Host 2
I did like Myrtle beach, but.
I.
Host 1
Like being near the water, though. I like that idea.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 2
I also like the Fontana area out there for a short track, I think. I don't know if it would do very well, but I Always liked. I liked Fontana.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 2
But I know it wasn't the racetrack and the racing itself. To me, I always enjoyed the race there. So.
At least with our cars, I.
Dale Jr.
Ain'T going all the way over there.
That's too far.
Host 2
If they had a Bristol there, do you think it would still be there?
Dale Jr.
Yeah, I mean, I think. I think a short tracking on the west coast would be great.
Host 2
A high bank short track like that. Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 2
As you see the pictures of Fontana, how you see, like, pit road and there's a sidewalk at the end of it. Like, whoever posts them pictures. I mean, I. You look down at straight away, like, I. I can still see the whole track almost, you know, picture it.
Dale Jr.
It's wild.
Host 2
Yeah.
Dale Jr.
Yep. All right. Well.
Host 1
And that's all we've got today.
Dale Jr.
I want to thank everybody for tuning in for our Ask Junior segment. We just kind of rambled and hope it wouldn't. Hope it was pretty entertaining. Thank you. Xfinity. In racing and in life, speed isn't an option. It's expected. I rely on things to perform under pressure, and that's why I go with Xfinity Wi fi. It's fast, it's dependable, and you're locked in to one price for five years. No contract, no slowdowns, no nonsense. So I like.
Host 1
No contracts.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. No contract. Like, you can quit anytime, go to, you know, whatever you want to do.
Host 2
And stays the same.
Dale Jr.
They're not going to bottle up your service and slow it down in tough times. And the price stays the same for five years. Meaning that they're out on my road right now, improving my service. They gave us a note, and they're fixing it and making it better. And so everybody on the street is going to get more speed, but our price is locked in. So they're not going to jack the price up. They're just going to improve the. Improve the product, the facility. Yeah. Or the stuff. Yeah. So they've done that before, and, you know, I love that. So I feel like it's. It's. It's one of the better, more fair services out there because speeds are just going up all the time, improving, technology is improving, and I don't have to pay more.
Host 1
One last question. I forgot what yours is. Take on eggnog.
Dale Jr.
I'm down. But, yeah, me and Amy drank some the other day after we got the tree. We bought a little eggnog at Josh's farmer's market. Put a little bit of roaming man in it from Sugarlands. We had his little cocktail.
Host 1
Sounds like a perfect day, except for.
Host 2
It was a little small.
Host 1
I mean, I know you're not a big drinker.
Dale Jr.
Except for the tree.
Host 2
Except for the tree.
Dale Jr.
Yeah. Except the tree was easy to carry.
Host 1
That's how you should have known it wasn't big enough. If it's easy for you to carry, then all right, I think you just step it up.
Host 2
Get Josh's number and. And be like, josh, I need a this size tree next year. Save it for me.
Dale Jr.
We just need to go earlier, I suppose. Yeah. Maybe get a pick of our pick of a taller tree.
Host 2
Yeah, could do that. Find the perfect one.
Dale Jr.
Yeah.
Host 1
All right.
Dale Jr.
All right, y'. All. See y' all later.
Host 2
See you. Have a merry Christmas.
