You probably have a lot of things on your mind. Work things, family things, what's for dinner things. So here's one less thing to think about. Protecting your engine. Just swing by your local take five for an oil change and ask for Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic motor oil. It helps protect against wear, keeps your engine running clean, and gives you the kind of peace of mind you don't have to overthink. Just remember one thing as for Pennzoil Platinum by name, at your local Take 5 Pennzoil. Long may we drive. Many people are back in the office, but remote work is still alive and well. Unless you have spotty Internet. In that case, you should look into Starlink. Starlink is a satellite space based Internet service that's available in your area right now and it's fast, up to 400 plus megabits per second in the U.S. it's great for 4K streaming, remote work, online gaming, smart home devices, and it's extremely reliable even during bad weather. Say goodbye to frequent outages. Order online in two minutes on Starlink.com radio.

Usually when the race is over, we all, everybody goes home. You know, San Diego, a lot of people stayed out there for the, you know, couple at least a day or two and then drove or flew to Sonoma. And so that's our plan. So it's kind of cool going to the hotel and hanging out and seeing, seeing folks, your peers. And man, we had a lot of fun. We drank a little bit, got up in the morning and drove to Santa Barbara and then we went from Santa Barbara up to Monterey. We spent the night in Santa Barbara. Then the next night we spent the night in Monterey. Monterey's badass little town.
Adam Alexander
Sounds like it.
Steven B.
It was Santa Barbara's great. We get to Santa Barbara and Monterey, both towns. We get on our phone, found the closest bar and like a block and a half from the hotel and we went to the me and Stefan and Latart, his family, Adam Alexander, we went, we went and had drinks and stuff and just hung out. And
Dylan Hart Jr.
that was pretty cool to be
Steven B.
able to kind of sit in these little dive bars you'd never have a beer in. And Drink in one of the bars in Monterey. We were sitting there, and I noticed that
Elliott Sadler
in.
Steven B.
They had this thing on the back wall, and it had all these little buildings on it. And in the doorways of all the little buildings were these little miniature Jesuses.
Chris Rice
And.
Steven B.
You ever seen things? Oh, yeah. And so, you know, after about, I don't know, six or eight beers, I was like, man, you've got those little miniature Jesuses all up in the buildings there. And he's like, oh, man, there's. There's a lot of them in here. I was like, yeah. He's like, how many do you see? I was like, well, I'll probably see about four up there. He's like, there's a whole lot more in this room. He's like, you gotta take a look around. And so all around the room, they had all these tiny little Jesuses hiding everywhere. And I thought, that's hilarious. And, you know, six or eight beers, I'm like, you know, I'm going Amazon. I'm gonna order me some tiny Jesus. So I brought them.
Jerome Davis
I just wondered what you brought in.
Dylan Hart Jr.
There's a box full of them.
Adam Alexander
Nice.
Steven B.
Look at that, man.
Jerome Davis
Are you just gonna put them throughout Junior Motorsports?
Steven B.
I'm just gonna hide them places. There's already one in here.
Adam Alexander
Here, dude, I've already got them.
Dylan Hart Jr.
Oh, you don't want one?
Adam Alexander
Well, I've already got.
Jerome Davis
How could you say no to Jesus?
Adam Alexander
I've got a lot of them.
Dylan Hart Jr.
How could you say no to this little guy?
Adam Alexander
Oh, my God. I've got a lot of them on.
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
I have one.
Steven B.
Yeah.
Amy
All right.
Adam Alexander
My mom gave me one of them.
Steven B.
I'll give you a handful.
Adam Alexander
My mom gave me one of them. She's like, here, you need.
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Hey, I got an idea. We could.
Jerome Davis
We could hide them in Mike's office.
Adam Alexander
You need to put a whole bunch of them in there.
Steven B.
So you keep them.
Dylan Hart Jr.
You walk around and you just put
Steven B.
them places when people aren't looking. So Steven's sitting next to me, and he ordered a box, too, and he just tried to bring them in here and give them to me. I'm like, no, that's your box, man.
Jerome Davis
I thought you had trading cards he was bringing in.
Adam Alexander
That's what he had. That's what he.
Jerome Davis
That's hilarious.
Steven B.
I'm like, that's your box of miniature Jesuses.
Adam Alexander
I lined up my spare bedroom in my house with those things.
Steven B.
Did you?
Adam Alexander
My mom gave me one, so I'm like, okay.
Steven B.
They've been around a while, huh?
Adam Alexander
So, yeah, so I bought A box, like you did. And I put them in her room whenever she comes, and they're all. There's like a hundred of them in there.
Steven B.
Things are awesome.
Adam Alexander
They are. You put them all over the place.
Dylan Hart Jr.
Race cars.
Steven B.
Yeah, for the race. For the.
Adam Alexander
For the race on Saturday. We drive, walk up and give one each driver.
Steven B.
Yeah. Yeah. I have one in my backpack that somehow I got it. Somebody gave it to me.
Adam Alexander
Yeah,
Steven B.
well, I thought that was funny.
Dylan Hart Jr.
We drove up.
Steven B.
There's a name for this road. What is it? Yeah, there it is. Why do they call it that?
Adam Alexander
Pacific Coast Highway.
Amy
Okay.
Steven B.
There you go. All right. See, I'm not familiar.
Dylan Hart Jr.
The pch. So we drove up that thing.
Steven B.
Man, it was a. It's badass. If you go on Google or go on your phone and take a look at that road or the pictures of it, you'll. The pictures that you see, that's what it looks like. It's badass. The whole way up, just on the. On the edge of a mountain. Probably hundreds, maybe thousands of feet.
Adam Alexander
Yeah.
Steven B.
Or hundreds of feet up from the coast. But you can see. I mean, just the ocean. See it as far as you can see. And so that was a blast. We stopped and ate it. Some little restaurant on the side of the road.
Dylan Hart Jr.
Man, it was just fun.
Steven B.
We were just normal for a few days, you know, no responsibilities, no job, no. No work, no. No podcasting. None of that. We just kind of got to goof
Dylan Hart Jr.
off before we move on. Here's a quick look at Dirty Mo Media's newest show.

Jordan Bianchi
Is there anything new to say about SVG winning this race?
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
He looked human or like less than soup.
Jerome Davis
He wasn't like Superman out there, I would say.
Matt Colletti
Yeah.
Elliott Sadler
I mean, I don't know. I started within a row of him, which was fantastic, because I could kind of watch a little bit, and it still looked rather impressive to me, you know, Was it the big gap over the field that we've seen at other tracks? No, but I think what the field is starting to figure out is his approaches to speed in certain corners. I think that that's where he'll struggle to maintain. The big advantage that he has over the field is that when I watch him approach, you know, 11 corners at Sonoma, there's a few where it's like, wow, I never thought to approach that corner that way. And, and so I think the field sees that and eventually they close it. You know, does his. Is his really acute awareness of what he needs out of his car, his techniques and all that stuff, Is that able to be replicated? That's likely a tougher discussion. But I do think the field can close and. And if on a given day, like it seems like the, you know, the Gibbs Gibbs cars definitely were the next best cars or next best in speed to him, sure, you could, you could beat him. But it, you know, you're. You still got to put in the back of your mind that, you know, the trackhouse cars still have not been great this year. So he's probably not driving the fastest car, but he's driving it the fastest. You know, he's got the car, he's got the fastest. So, you know, so it. Maybe he gets that advantage back when his cars get a little bit faster. So he makes.
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
You have to be perfect, though.
Elliott Sadler
Yes, yes. Because he's just not going to make that many mistakes. You know, the, the work. You know, this is crazy. Say, like, the worst driving I've ever seen him do was actually when he was racing Connor at Watkins Glen last year. Or not Watkins Glen, Sonoma, when they were racing head to head. Like, you would see SVG miss corners and you'd see him lock up tires and it was like, whoa, okay, he. He doesn't run just every lap perfectly now, but that was the first time that we saw him really have to.
Jordan Bianchi
You need someone behind him to keep him honest.
Elliott Sadler
Yeah, you got to keep him honest. Right? So. But that's just as long as he's got this little gap on the field that he's got, he can. He can run it at 95% and still, you know, keep. Keep his pace and distance.
Jordan Bianchi
So we made some predictions two weeks ago as to how many points above the cut line he would be out of these two road course.
Elliott Sadler
I think I said 60.
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
He ain't 64.
Elliott Sadler
I know he's not 64, Travis.
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
No, I'm just.
Jerome Davis
No, I'm just saying that, like Diego
Elliott Sadler
had he, by the way, take where he was running versus where his position was at San Diego and he's like 70 up, but he's not right. Yeah, this is.
Lenny B.
That.
Elliott Sadler
That's racing wrong place, wrong Time and, you know, so how do, how do
Jordan Bianchi
we feel about his, his chance for the chase? That's what I'm getting at.
Elliott Sadler
It's got to be Jones. Kozlowski, Joey's 20th. I mean, holy cow. I mean, A.J. with Kaulig having no support or anything, is ahead of Joey at Penske. It's just wild to put, wrap your head around, but they just, you could just see that there, there's just not much speed there. Um, and, and if you mix in a few bad finishes, you know, you get these wrecks and things that happen, and especially where he's running, you're more prone to get in those things. I think, man, can he avoid the 30th place finishes. You know, he just has some weeks where it's like SVG is out to lunch and he's, he's spinning and spinning and crashing multiple times per race. It's like, if you can avoid that over the next eight weeks, I think he can out. I think he can hold that over a Cedric Jones, Keselowski because it's not like those guys were having 50 point days. Right. I mean, what would you say? Can you tell me, can you tell me the last. Has priest had a 50? Has any of those guys had a 50 point day?
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
I don't think without researching, I'm gonna say no.
Lenny B.
Right.
Elliott Sadler
I'm gonna like. Me neither. Let's save ourselves the time. I just don't think they have. So he can bleed a little bit.
Jerome Davis
Would you be worried about like, Erik
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Jones,
Jerome Davis
who's of late has been racing really well.
Matt Colletti
Yeah.
Elliott Sadler
But I still think there's some chinks in that armor. I think that. Do they have the short track speed? Like, we're going to a few short tracks too. Right. So their bigger track program has clearly gotten better, but what about the other tracks? And in this little stretch of eight races, is there like one mile and a half?
Jerome Davis
We've got Chicago, Atlanta, North Wilkesboro, North
Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Iowa, Richmond, New Hampshire, Daytona.
Elliott Sadler
So where. Where Legacy has seemed to taken the jump, there's Chicago, Indy. Right. I think svg, he, he's gonna have to be tidy, tidy with his weekends.
Jordan Bianchi
I mean, I think this just comes down to can he average a 16th, 17th, 18th place finish from here on out?
Matt Colletti
Mm.
Jordan Bianchi
And that seems like a challenge. That, that seems like an uphill battle because again, like you said, one of
Elliott Sadler
those depends on how you approach it. Yeah, it depends on how you approach it.
Dylan Hart Jr.
Right.
Elliott Sadler
Do you want to be the, the guy that's going all out on kill on restarts trying to get every spot or you are you willing to take the risk to do that to get a better finish or and then maybe put yourself in a bad spot? I. I don't know. I I truthfully don't know. And I think it's going to be very close and this whole thing is going to be very interesting to watch.
Dylan Hart Jr.
All right, don't forget about stopping by the online merch store.

Matt Colletti
I love to tell this story. So I get this text from the Nate, the guy at Ram, and he says, can you meet this guy? Can you and Ty meet this guy Wednesday?
Steven B.
Yeah, sure.
Matt Colletti
He sends a picture of him. I have no idea who he is. Don't. Couldn't tell you anything. I'm a racer. I grew up in South Boston in a trailer house. I don't know. I don't know any of these people.
Lenny B.
This guy, he lived on the same side as Ward. I don't know if you're gonna see his twang, but him and Ward, we'll
Matt Colletti
get it out in a minute.
Amy
The more we get going.
Lenny B.
Yeah.
Amy
We're only in the first part of the show.
Matt Colletti
This guy shows up, and his name is Craig Paligian. He started Lionsgate. Do you know what Lionsgate is? Where they. Where they go on the screen?
Lenny B.
Yeah.
Matt Colletti
Still had no idea. They walk in and they have just like, what you have here? And they gave us this. They said, hey, we need 15 race trucks. We're going to take them to Las Vegas and we're going to do a reality TV show. I looked at him and I go, no, you're not. We don't have one. And another thing. You can't test them. And he's like, what? And he literally sit there, and this is a month and a half before the show started and balled it up and threw it to the side. And he says, what are we going to do month and a half before the show thing? And I cold sweat again. I'm like, oh, Ty and I were sitting there. I said, first thing is, let me text my mom said, I need five racetracks. Can you help me with this? And that day, we sit in there for two and a half hours, and we looked at how we would get the drivers to where we needed to get them. Okay. And then we started working on it. We'll go to South Boston. We'll go to Ace. We'll do this, we'll do that. I love dirt racing. So we did it almost like the dirt weekend, just like they do at heat races. And then you gave them brackets and you let them race inside the brackets. And we came up with the point system was the best thing ever, because then, you know, it's not cheating. The guy that wins the points wins it. And what we taught them and what we learned is that it's teaching them life. I had no idea they were going to take their cell phone from them. I didn't know that part of It. I didn't know the TV side of it. I just knew that we needed to figure out that it didn't look cheesy and shady and all of that stuff. I didn't know that I was going to be a commentator. That happened the first episode. Like, we were at a speedway and we're standing up and they said, just comment about the guys. Craig Palagian sitting behind us, he goes, why don't y' all be commentators? And I'm like, uh, oh, I've always wanted to do this, but not on a reality TV show where we're judging the kids or young men. And we came up with it. Ty, myself, Matt Colleg was involved every single time. 15 days, 20 hours a day straight. Right after the season was over. When we got done, I actually caught the norovirus. I was sick for three days. I was down and out. I had to have five IVs. I was about. It was bad, so. But it was a lot of fun. It come from marketing. It worked. I think they told us two weeks ago they have had over 30 million eyes look at it. You know, views and stuff. So it's actually worked. Mini Tyrell won. It did a really good job. It was very dramatic. At the end, we gave $50,000 to the winner of the money race, which was for Carson Ferguson.
Amy
Yeah.
Matt Colletti
And we've actually raced him. We're going to end up racing him three times. So he actually got more than that. Jordan Bianchi, the athletic reports that Dodge could move to the Cup Series as soon soon as 20, 27. Who should we ask?
Chris Rice
What's the tea, Chris?
Nate
What's the T?
Chris Rice
What's the tea?
Matt Colletti
Well, I'll tell you this. We would love to. We would love for Dodge to do it, but they have not committed to do it yet. But it's a lot of fun. I appreciate everybody pushing Dodge to do it. I appreciate everybody talking about it. We would love to have them here. Yeah, absol. Are we working hard towards it? Absolutely. But you didn't think we were going to sit still as colic racing doing nothing.
Lenny B.
Look, let's just.
Matt Colletti
Are they coming? Let's just not as of today.
Lenny B.
Let's just throw it out there. What is the biggest hurdle? Everybody?
Matt Colletti
Engines.
Lenny B.
Right. Everybody needs to understand this. Not many people listening so we can talk about this. So what is not many people.
Matt Colletti
You got a lot of. I looked at it yesterday when they asked me to be on, like, holy cow, you guys got a lot of listeners.
Lenny B.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Some people claim that they are the number One podcast in nascar. But, you know, we can. We can argue with that.
Matt Colletti
Are you talking about Denny again?
Lenny B.
No, no, no, no. Denny's. He's way behind.
Amy
Freddie's not on here, so we're not talking about Denny.
Dylan Hart Jr.
Why?
Lenny B.
Because people don't understand why you can just. What is the hold up?
Matt Colletti
Yep. So engines are the holdup in nascar. You're supposed to have, you know, your engine in a car. Well, when Dodge. The only reason Dodge left. Guys, don't many people know this is they didn't have an engine. If you think. If you remember back Penske went to Ford, Penske was building engines. They had no engine and nowhere to go. They were done. And then, you know, through. Through the businesses, you know, I want. I want to say this. Tim Kaniskis is. Is the man. Like, he's a guy that makes it happen. He is the one. Tim Kaniskis is awesome for bringing Ram back to nascar. You can do Ram because they're Elmore engines. They're spec engines. You can do those in nascar. In cup, you have to have your own engine. So engine is the biggest problem right now. Are we working through it? I actually had a call on here, and you probably better see it on tv. That was about engines. When we were getting ready to go, that's what the vibration was like, because I got to meet with them this afternoon. So, like, engines are the problem. Are they coming back to nascar? I can tell you on this show right now, Colleague Racing, Matt Colleague, Chris Rice, everybody, Colleague Racing would love to have them back. Yes, immediately. Fast as we can go. Get them in the sport. It would be great for the sport. It would be great for Chevrolet. It would be great for Ford. It'd be great for Toyota. More people in here trying to sell cars would be great, but the engine is an issue. So, you know, it's been people reaching out. I can do an engine, man. It ain't that easy. Yeah, it's not that easy.
Nate
And how you've handled your world since then, what do you hope they're taken from all of this and that you're giving them?
Chris Rice
I would say the greatest thing that I hope is for them to see that I don't have the strength by myself. That it is an absolute foundation in faith and trusting God through it. I got to spend time with Samantha a day or so after losing Kyle, and I told her. She's like, is it going to get. You know, what's it going to be like? And I'm like, it absolutely sucks. It's awful. And My heart broke so much. But I said, your kids are going to watch you and you're going to find strength. You're not going to have it on your own. You have to have a relationship with the Lord. Have to trust in him, because he's going to sustain you no matter how upset you are with him right now. And it's okay because we were made to have emotions. But he's going to walk with you through the darkest moments, which we're in right now, and through the highest moments and back to the dark moments. And if you don't have that foundation, you're going to be lost, you're going to be bitter, you're going to be empty, and no one on earth can fulfill that. And I think for my kids, also understanding that our home isn't here. You know, we're not meant to be here forever. Our home is in heaven. And knowing, you know, it means so much more to me now. I grew up a Christian family, and knowing, you know, growing up understanding Grandma and Grandpa are in heaven. But when you have someone, your beloved that is there, I wanted to understand every part. What is he seeing? What is he under, you know, what's going on? And it counts so much more. And I think my kids have seen, you know, like, this is a moment that we're here. Work hard, be relentless in everything you do. Show compassion to everyone. But this isn't forever. So it counts what you're doing here now. And I think that's what I want them to see. I want them to see that it's funny. People are like, it's okay. Cry in front of your kids. And I'm like, no, nobody wants your mom to cry in front of them. They want to see strength. And I remember those first few days of waking up and putting makeup on, and finally my daughter's like, are you all right? You know, because she's. You know, weekends, I have no makeup, my hair is a mess. And so. But I wanted, you know, just to be able to show up and show them we are going to get through it. And right now it's going to be hour by hour, and then it's going to be day by day, and then it's going to be week by week. But. And remembering Coy, we tell funny stories all the time. We want to be happy, we don't want to be sad. And we want to celebrate him and remember him. So it's in everything. I mean, he is kind of a once in a lifetime. And so I think our kids so many times Will be like, okay, what would dad do? And Ty's like, dad's going to kill you. What are you thinking? So I love seeing that in all
Nate
of keeping that at the front and center. Yeah, the faith is big. I, you know, same thing growing up, went to church.
Jerome and Tiffany Davis
Didn't really.
Nate
My grandparents and all that were. Some were already passed and this, that and the other. So I didn't have, like, that modeled, you know, I just. Our parents sent us to church. It was the thing to do. We were in church every Sunday, even when they were on the road and all that, and kind of got. Didn't get away from my belief in God and everything, but kind of got away from the practice of every day. Right? You go to college, you do this and that. And honestly, my mother's death in 2019, it was just like. I mean, it just came as an aurora, like, you have to give this up and to have that peace about it. Because you're right, you will be bitter, you will be angry, you will have the regrets. You will, you know, ask question why and all those things. And that was the. That was the time for me, whenever that really resonated, to just hand it over and, you know, have that faith that, you know, I said earlier, God, God's wrote the story. Yes, we're living it. And that that belief helps you through worry. It helps you through the unknowns and all of those things, you know, that we just, you know, we can't. And it's hard. It's hard for driven. It is to, you know, relinquish kind of that control.
Chris Rice
It is so hard. So many times I'm like, God doesn't want my perspective or opinion. I'm like, if we did it this way, I feel like it would be, you know.
Nate
And we joked last night, we were talking about some decisions we were working on for Wyatt, and my husband goes. He goes, I'm just. I've got to let go of this. I've got to turn it over to God. And he turned and he just made a little quip and he goes, God, can you just please give me an answer by tonight?
Chris Rice
That's exactly right. Sometimes the timing doesn't work.
Nate
I'm like, I don't think that's how it works.
Chris Rice
It's so true, though, you know, I mean, I think with all the kids, with all my, you know, my boys. He's case has just finished his freshman year, went into the transfer portal. We've been praying about the right place. He just committed to College of Charleston, which I'M so excited to be close by. But it's. It's a huge leap of faith and a huge, you know, like, there isn't coy to be there to walk us through. And even though they lost, you know, their earthly father, they have a heavenly father that cares about them more than even I care about them. And it's hard to wrap your head around that.
Nate
Absolutely.
Chris Rice
But I think our family kind of verse was that even El used. It was, you know, going back to the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and, and what they went through and that we know no matter what. But if not, you know, it was the verse that God is with us, whether he answers it the way that we want to, whether the story comes out the way we want. And we know with losing Coy, it absolutely wasn't the story we wanted. It wasn't what we want. But we knew that God was with us and is and continues to carry through, you know, some days. Some days are tough, you know, and. And my kids are like, sometimes we don't act like Christians. And I'm like, it's okay. We're not perfect. But we know that that's our foundation. And that's the most important part.

All right you guys, something big is going on at Arby's and if you're ready to seriously upgrade how you do meat and cheese, you'll want to hear this. It's bold, it's craveable. It's meat and cheese done right. This is the new Arby's Cheesesteaks and they're here and they're on the menu for good. Which means you just found your new favorite. Arby's brought lunch to the shop last week. Carson was one of the first ones to dive into the new 100% Angus cheesesteak and he said it might be his new favorite. The cheesesteak is a total upgrade compared to other boring meat and cheese out there. It's got this rich and melty Cooper cheese that's the real deal. Straight from Philadelphia. That's how you know it's good. The new Amoroso's sesame seed bun gives you the perfect balance of crispy yet soft that really makes this cheesesteak elite. For real. This will change how you think about getting lunch in the drive thru. Why settle for a run of the mill burger when there's Arby's Cheesesteak right around the corner? This is an authentic, higher quality sandwich. Burgers wish they could be this good when you're craving something that's just better. Arby's has your new Go to the new 100% Angus cheesesteak prices may vary. Third party marks of the property of their respective owners. Amy
But I wanted to talk about the road construction because the last week I was here, I came down with the girls a couple weekends ago, I think over Father's Day weekend. You were in San Diego.
Steven B.
They're putting in a bunch of drainage.
Amy
They're putting in drainage pipes. So they've had the road torn up for a while. When it rains here, there's flooding all in the road.
Steven B.
Yeah. Drain. Drain. Yeah.
Amy
You're thumbs upping. I didn't know what was happening.
Dylan Hart Jr.
I'm glad they're doing it.
Amy
You're flailing.
Jerome Davis
I was confused on what the thumbs up was about, too. I was like, what is he doing?
Amy
I thought y' all had, like a secret thing happening. And I was like, I don't know
Dylan Hart Jr.
what Amy's about to say, but I'm
Steven B.
just saying I'm happy they're doing it.
Amy
I am happy. I don't know what to do with my hand. I am happy they're doing it, too. It just takes long. It takes a long time. And the timing of it isn't that great because it's 4th of July and it's going to be busy and the road's still turn up. But more than that, the weekend we were here, so I've talked about before that you can't pull into the driveway. So all the parking in front of the house is all we have. And it's public parking right there. So, like, the blocks are kind of funny around here. Some. Some roads have parking and some don't. So I was just having to bank on getting a spot in front of the house or schlepping the kids down the street or finding a spot somewhere, which is fine, except that it's, you know, it's a lot more stress with little kids doing that.
Steven B.
So can I say, if you. If you're in one of the public spots and you move to do anything, somebody is ready to take it.
Amy
It's like somebody came out of the woods just waiting for you to pull
Steven B.
out the public spot.
Jerome Davis
It won't last 10 seconds.
Amy
And we're right here next to the beach inlet, too, so, you know, there's a lot of people wanting to park here just for that reason.
Steven B.
So since we can't use our own driveway because the road's torn out and they won't let us, it's literally like a foot drop off down into the Belly of the. Of the road, so we couldn't get in and out of there.
Amy
It's impossible.
Steven B.
She had to use some of the public parking.
Amy
I did. So that's fine. It's right in front of the house. But if you pull out and go eat or anything like that, it's gonna be a challenge to get it back. So I bought myself some cones. I ordered cones off of Amazon like a total Karen and was coning off in front of the house, willing to get a ticket, because I'm sure that's not allowed, right? Like, you're not supposed to put cones out in the public parking. And it worked pretty seamlessly, to be honest. I've had, like, cones for me. I had cones for my girlfriend. So it coned off honestly across the whole front, and it worked really well. Except the last time we were pulling out to go to dinner. Lisa's on the other side of the car trying to get the kids in the car seats. And I have pulled out a little bit so that she could put the cones back out, right? So I'm not actually in the spot anymore. I'm kind of hanging off in the road, but the barricades are in the road, too, so I'm not really, really messing up traffic. And anyway, so there's a guy coming through the stop sign, and he can't see that Lisa's on the other side of the car. He just sees that the Suburban's kind of pulled out in the road, and he decides to start honking at me. That horn thing, you know, that we talked about how rude that is, just honking for no reason. And we're at the beach, people. We're not going anywhere fast. So he honks, and instead of doing anything out the window to let him know we were like, hang on, we're coming out. I just get out of the car, and I walk straight up to his window.
Steven B.
Damn.
Amy
I walked straight up to his window.
Steven B.
I heard this story.
Amy
No, I haven't told Dale about it. I wasn't mad, but I was at the point of the day where we're putting the kids in the car for dinner. It's hot. There's four children trying to get into car seats. It's been a long day. I'm stressed out. I'm in that weird, fuzzy space between I'm having a good time and anything could set me off. So I just get out of the car and walk straight up to his window, and I just stand there until he rolls his window down. He's in there with his Wife. And he's like. I was like, listen, we have little kids are trying to get into the car. We're going to take a minute. Okay? You can see that I can't get into my driveway. This is my house. You're going to need to just chill out. And he goes, you scared the shit out of me. I was like, you probably shouldn't be honking then. Like, what are you doing? And so he rolls his window back up and I get back in my car and I take my ever loving time getting out of there because he was waiting to park in that spot anyway. I'm like, off, man. Now take me and my cones.
Jerome Davis
Like, the whole thing was, don't mess with Amy.
Amy
I know. Well, I had had enough.
Steven B.
End of the show, man. None of our topics are gonna top that.
Jerome Davis
I used the horn when I was in San Diego, but normally I have my IKEA and my horn when I use my Kia. It's like, you're not allowed to honk
Amy
at anyone if you're in Ikea, by the way.
Jerome Davis
It's like my horn's like a. Excuse me, but the Tahoe that I was driving out in San Diego was a rental. And I hit that and that thing was like, move, motherfucker. That horn was loud, and I just. Because it was just. It was supposed to be a gentle, but it was not a gentleman. I felt bad. I did the. Sorry.
Steven B.
I have a. I have a truck that has a train horn in the bed. It's obnoxious and it is freaking 100 decibels. And when you lay on that thing, you have to put to prime it. There's an air pump underneath the hood, so you flip on a switch to prime the pump and get the compressed air in the tank.
Amy
Why would you put something like that on your truck?
Steven B.
To be the biggest you can be.
Amy
And that's what your goal was.
Steven B.
I mean, if somebody deserves it, they're gonna get it, so.
Amy
Well, that took the Honda. Yeah. I've never heard you. I've never heard it. You've had the truck at the house to show. I love the truck. Cause it's huge. It's like a big monster truck. And she used to watch Blaze, and she looks just like Blaze, the monster truck. Blazing the monster machines. Yeah. So she's not at that point. She was the same height as the tire.
Steven B.
Yeah, it was.
Amy
It's huge.
Dylan Hart Jr.

It's not widely talked about and some men may feel reluctant to bring it up, but it's more common than you think.
