TACTICAL APPLICATION STEPS:

Two Breath Rule
Two slow breaths before you answer.
Ask: “Is this necessary?” If not, shut it down.
Name the Impression
Label your urge to speak before you do so.

“That is insecurity.”
“That is anger.”
“That is ego.”
“That is the need to control.”
You are not your impulse. You are the commander.

Three Gate Filter - Before you speak:

Is it true?
Is it useful?
Is it timely?
Fail one gate, it stays in your mouth.

DANGEROUS FOCUS FOR THE WEEK:

Silence Fast. One day. Minimum.
Speak only if it is necessary, only if it is true, and only if it is useful.

Night debrief, write three lines in your journal:

Where did I feel the urge to fill silence today?
What emotion tried to domiate my mouth today?
What strength did I keep by staying contained?
