TACTICAL APPLICATION:

NAME IT, DON’T NURTURE IT
Call it what it is. Sin. Stop calling it stress relief.
CUT OFF THE SUPPLY
If you keep access, you are still negotiating.
REPLACE AND REINFORCE
When the urge hits, do one replacement action immediately.

DANGEROUS FOCUS FOR THE WEEK:
Write down the one deal you keep making with your demons.
Then write the new policy under it.

Examples:

“I do not do that anymore.”
“I do not touch that.”
“I do not go there.”
“I do not entertain that thought.”

This week:

Speak the policy out loud daily.
Cut one access point.
Tell one trusted man.
