The challenge is that even when we reach the goal, the feeling we expected often doesn't arrive. Instead of finding peace, we move the finish line and begin chasing the next version of success.

I share why I believe it's more helpful to focus on moving in the right direction rather than becoming attached to a specific destination or emotional outcome. Your direction can evolve as you learn more about yourself, and allowing that flexibility can help you avoid burnout while creating a calmer, more sustainable approach to growth.
