All right. WebMD states, Kidney disease causes and symptoms and treatment. What is kidney disease? Kidney disease can affect your body's ability to clean your blood, filter extra water out of your blood and help control your blood pressure. It can also affect red blood cell production and vitamin D metabolism needed for bone health. Not sure you knew this, but there are cells in your kidneys that produce a substance that helps build red blood cells. When your kidneys are damaged, waste products and fluid can build up in your body that can cause swelling in your ankles, nausea, weakness, poor sleep and shortness of breath. Anybody out there got any of those? Because you most likely have kidney disease. Without treatment, the damage can get worse and your kidneys may eventually stop working. That is serious and it can be life threatening. You know anybody on dialysis? That's because their kidneys have failed. All right, healthy kidneys. What is their job? This is their key functions. According to WebMD, they keep a balance of water and minerals such as sodium, which is salt, potassium and phosphorus in your blood. Your kidneys remove waste from your blood after digestion, muscle activity and exposure to chemicals or medications. Also, your kidneys make renin, which your body uses to help manage your blood pressure. Kidneys also make a chemical called erythropoietin, which promotes your body to make red blood cells. Your kidneys also make an active form of vitamin D. Did you know that everyone's told you you'll get vitamin D from the sun or you have to supplement it. Did you know your kidneys activate a form of vitamin D? They make it needed for bone, health and bodily functions. Your kidneys also filter all your blood in your body every 30 minutes. What are types of kidney disease? Per WebMD, chronic kidney disease is a condition where your kidneys can't filter toxins or extra fluid from your body as well as they should. CKD is the abbreviation for chronic kidney disease. Usually gets worse over time. They say if left untreated, chronic kidney disease may lead to kidney failure. At this stage, called end stage renal disease, the condition must be treated by dialysis or kidney transplant. It's estimated that one in seven adults. Everybody listen to me watching this show. One in seven adult Americans have this condition. But 40% of those with serious chronic kidney disease aren't even aware they have the condition. How's that possible? Do they not know they have nausea? Parts of the body are swelling, they can't sleep. Here's a list of other common forms of kidney disease. And pay attention. This might be you. Polycystic kidney disease. This genetic disorder causes cysts to grow in your kidneys. It's actually usually parasites, but that's what WebMD tells you. Lupus nephritis. One of my favorite designated chronic kidney diseases. Lupus is an autoimmune disease, meaning your immune system attacks healthy cells. All right, hold on. Everybody listen to me. There are three primary drugs they prescribe to all lupus patients. Methotrexate, Plaquenil, and prednisone. All of them cause kidney damage. But what they call the damage of the side effects of those three drugs most commonly prescribed to every lupus patient causes lupus nephritis. Interstitial nephritis. This condition happens when you've had a bad reaction to a medicine that limits your kidneys ability to filter toxins. Glomerulonephritis. What is that? Glomeruli are the thousands of tiny filters that remove waste from your blood in your kidneys. And this condition damages them and your kidneys can't function as well. That is also a very common prescription drug side effect. Apoll1 mediated kidney disease. Normally, Apoll1 gene helps make an immune system protein. But if you inherit a mutated version of the gene from your parents, you may be more at risk for this type of kidney disease. And then there's long lasting viral illnesses. HIV and aids, hepatitis B, hepatitis C may cause kidney disease. And then all of you have most likely had this at one point in your life. You just didn't know. They called it this, possibly pyelonephritis. This is a urinary tract infection. So you've heard the term uti, but in the medical profession they call it pyelonephritis. Kidney disease Causes for acute kidney conditions or causes or diseases. If your kidneys suddenly stop working, doctors call it acute kidney injury or acute renal failure. The main causes are. They don't even list them. Drugs are number one. Prescription drugs. Not enough blood flow to your kidneys. They say direct damage to the kidneys by drugs. Urine backed up in the kidneys. Alcohol would be another one. Those things can happen when one, you have a traumatic injury with blood loss, such as being in a car wreck. Acute kidney injury can happen when you're dehydrated or your muscle tissue breaks down, sending too much kidney toxic protein into your bloodstream or at the bottom, have complications during pregnancy such as eclampsia or preeclampsia. However, we want to star these three for you. You can have acute kidney injury if you go into shock because you have a severe infection called sepsis. Number two, you have an enlarged prostate or kidney stones that block your urine flow can cause acute kidney disease. And the one I mentioned a second ago, Certain drugs or are around certain toxins that directly damage the kidney can cause acute kidney injury. Now let's go to chronic kidney disease. Per the Cleveland Clinic, kidney disease means your kidneys aren't working properly and are beginning to lose their function. Chronic kidney disease ckd worsens over time. High blood pressure and diabetes are two common causes of chronic kidney disease. Do you know what both high blood pressure and diabetes have in common? Lots of prescription drugs. Therefore, you will see a lot of chronic kidney disease being diagnosed after those conditions are diagnosed. Because when you're diagnosed with diabetes or high blood pressure, you're immediately Prescribed prescription drugs that cause acute and chronic kidney disease. Now read. There's no cure for chronic kidney disease. Do you want to know why you're taking drugs most of the time that are creating it and you've been told to take them for life? Notice the two conditions they're saying precede chronic kidney disease. High blood pressure is anybody ever told you just take high blood pressure drugs for a few months and then you're done? No. They tell you you have to take it for life. This is why you don't cure it. Diabetes. Are you told you can cure diabetes? No. You're told you need insulin, glucophage, metformin. It's an inherited disease. You have to take these drugs for life even though zempic and we go via lifelong prescriptions for diabetes. So there is no cure as long as you're injecting yourself and taking drugs it causes. What are the symptoms of chronic kidney disease? Let's highlight some of these for you. They need to pee more often. Tiredness, weakness, low energy, loss of appetite, swelling of your hands, feet and ankles. Shortness of breath, foamy or bubbly pee. Fluffy eyes, puffy eyes, swollen eyes. Sorry, I couldn't read that far. It's a little far. That monitor from me. Dry and itchy skin, trouble concentrating, trouble sleeping, numbness, nausea or vomiting, muscle cramps, high blood pressure, darkening of your skin. And here's an infographic from Cleveland Clinic just showing you some images of the most common symptoms of chronic disease, which I just read. What are. What are common symptoms of disease or chronic. Sorry. What are common treatments for chronic kidney disease? And you can see it on the list. High blood pressure. Hypertension and diabetes are the most common causes. Sorry. Most common causes of chronic kidney disease. Glomerulonephritis, polycystic kidney disease. We've read through some of these. Lupus, you see at the bottom. Diabetes, nephrotic syndrome. That's kidney failure. Kidney infections, obstruction by stones. What are the complications of chronic kidney disease? Well, here they are. Anemia, brittle bones, gout, metabolic acidosis, heart disease and blood vessel diseases. Hyperkalemia, which is high potassium, high phosphorus. Nerve damage. Neuropathy. High risk of infection due to a weak immune system. Fluid buildup near ankles and hands. What are the medications for chronic kidney disease? And remember, if I go too Fast to this PowerPoint, you can download it for free at the resources tab. The whole thing, whole thing's there for you. Look up preventing kidney disease, Medications for kidney disease. Number one. I highlighted angiotensin converting Enzyme called ACE inhibitors. All right, so ACE inhibitors of high blood pressure. But the most prescribed drugs for kidney disease, chronic kidney disease. Phosphate binders, a diuretic like Lasix, hydrochlorothiazide, medications to lower cholesterol levels. Erythropoietin to build red blood cells if you're anemic, Vitamin D and calcitriol to prevent bone loss. All right, so those are those drugs. Now ACE inhibitors, which was the first one we just highlighted for chronic kidney disease. I can't wait to share this with you. ACE inhibitors, angiotensin. We read that to you just ago. Here we go. The number one ACE inhibitors prescribed for kidney disease are Captopril, enalapril, fosinopril, lisinopril and ramipril. End with Pril. First one ever is the first one on the list. Captopril. And all the other ones are just similar molecules to captopril. So exciting. I want to tell you where captopril comes from. Number one prescribed drug for kidney disease. Let's read together. This is from NeoScienceClub.com how a Brazilian Viper's venom became the first ever ACE inhibitor. Oh my God. Which one is that? Look at that. I mean, anybody with high blood pressure and chronic kidney disease, don't you think you most likely have chronic kidney disease because you're deficient in this snake's venom? Look at him. Any pretty. Yeah, I think God intended all of you to have a little bit of this guy's venom inside of you to lower your blood pressure. Okay, let's read together. You've seen my clips in social media all around the world about this topic. So I'm just going to show you the story of modern hypertension. Treatment began. High blood pressure treatment began not in a pharmaceutical laboratory, but in the Brazilian rainforest with a deadly pit pit Viper. In the 1960s, Brazilian drug maker Sergio Henrique Ferrara was studying the venom of the Brothrops Jarakas viper, a snake whose bite causes victims blood pressure to plummet catastrophically, meaning it kills you. Ferreira identified a peptide, a little piece of a protein from that snake's venom that he called brady kinin potentiating factor bpf. That enhanced the blood pressure lowering effects of bradykinin. When he brought this venom extract to Nobel laureate John Vane's laboratory in London, the team discovered that this bradykinin potentiating factor from the venom of this viper selectively inhibited angiotensin converting enzyme, the key regulator of blood pressure. Let's keep reading. The discovery launched a rational Drug design program at what is now Bristol myers. Squibbling after 60 components and 18 months of optimization, Captopril emerged as the first orally active ace inhibitor in 1977. Captopril's mechanism elegantly mirrors the viper's natural strategy. Oh, that ends with catastrophic death. Approved by the FDA in 1981, captopril revolutionized cardiovascular medicine. It became the cornerstone for hypertension, heart failure and post heart attack care, spawning an entire drug class that now includes lisinopril, enalapril and Ramapril. Oh, how many of you knew you were swallowing dried snake venom in a pill to lower your blood pressure? ACE inhibitors, they say, have prevented millions of strokes, heart attacks and deaths worldwide. Really? I'd like to know why. Since 1981, when the FDA approved a snake venom in a drug called Captopril. Now Lisinopril, Enalapil, and ramipril. I'd like to know why these are the most prescribed for ACE inhibitors for chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure. I'd like to know why. Why is heart disease still the number one or number two killer worldwide to this day. 22 million Americans, by the way, woke up this morning and swallowed this viper's venom called lisinopril. And yet heart disease is still the number one killer among Americans. Amazing. Ask your doctor if snake venom from Brazil is right for you. If you've been prescribed an ACE inhibitor, because I keep talking about it, it perfectly mirrors the snake venom of the viper that catastrophically kills people. There's much safer ways to prevent chronic kidney disease than swallowing either synthetic or crude snake venom from a viper in Brazil. I promise. And don't even get me started. If you swallow anything that looks like is from a viper's venom, it is published since 1956 and 1961 to cause rapid forming cancer in any mammal who ingested or put it on their skin. So ask your doctor if an ACE inhibitor made to mimic and mirror snake venom from a Brazil viper that causes cancer. Proven and given a Nobel prize in medicine. To the guys who figured that out, Rita and Stanley Cohen In 1986, they figured out swallowing snake venom will cause rapid forming tumors in any part of the body that they call cancer. So how many people do you know were put on an ACE inhibitor for chronic kidney disease or high blood pressure, and later we're diagnosed with cancer and then we're told we don't know what caused your cancer. It's probably genetic. Swallowing snake venom or anything, it looks like it causes cancer. They gave the Nobel prize in Medicine for proving that in 1986. You're welcome. Alright, let's keep going. This is chronic kidney disease. I don't want to digress too much. Medications for kidney disease ARBs are another class of drug that include losartan, you see that highlighted. But Omelsartan, Valsartan, Eprosartan, Azalisartan, Irresartan are all chronic kidney disease drugs. What do these medications actually do? Well, here's the published side effects of Vasotech known as Enalapril. See the generic name of their analapril. This is captopril, Lisinopril, you name it. Vasotech belongs to a class of medications called angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. ACE inhibitors. Snake venom Viper from a Brazil. Enalapril works by decreasing certain chemicals that lighten or sorry, tighten the blood vessels so blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently. That's what it looks like. Snake venom in a pillow. Black box warning for FDA. For the FDA for analApril made from Snakevin. Discontinue analapril as soon as possible when pregnancy is detected because it will kill the baby. Including injury and death to the developing fetus. Can be caused by drugs that act directly on the renin angiotensin system. Well, if it does it to a baby, what's it doing to you? Now when we read the side effects from drugs.com a package insert for the drug, the FDA has a list of side effects that are called titled frequency not reported. This is after the FDA approved the drug and now medical doctors are prescribing the drug and the medical doctors are giving the drug to patients and then watching and reporting back to the FDA what happens only after the drug was given. And these are side effects not included in the percents noted in the trials on humans of the drug that the FDA reviewed and then approved the drug. So when you see the words frequency not reported, just remember these are medical doctors prescribing the drug after the FDA approved it. They don't have the statistical numbers of how many people this happens to. They just know this only happened after prescribing this drug. So here we go. Vasotech side effects. Enalapril made from snake. Snake venom, Viper venom. The most frequently reported side effects include congestive heart failure. Wait, wait, what? Enalapril. The most frequently reported side effects include congestive heart failure. I thought they were giving to you this for high blood pressure to prevent congestive heart failure. Did you know this is the most frequently reported Side effect of snake venom in a pill form and coronary artery disease. Come on, man. They'll blame that on high blood pressure. All right, so let's dive into the actual heart side effects. Up to 10% of all people in the clinical trials had a heart attack. It's called myocardial infarction. Look at it. I highlight it. One in ten will have a heart attack from enalapril from the viper's venom. You also see edema, hypotension, chest pain, tachycardia, rhythm disturbances, hypotension, cardiac arrest after the FDA approved it. Sorry, man. I gave my patient an Allapril. Snake venom in a pill form. You didn't tell me it was snake venom. But as soon as I gave it to him, they had a heart attack and the heart died. Stopped. What about the skin? Swallowing snake venom, 1% of you will lose your hair called alopecia. 1% of you will develop angioedema. Now, you might not think this is a big deal, but enalapril and lisinopril. 22 million Americans woke up this morning and took it. What is 1% of 22 million? How many of them? It's a lot of people. 200,000 people. I think that's the math if I did it right. All right, what about your stomach? Swallow this snake venom in a pill called enalapril. You get very common. 10% or more will develop nausea. 1 in 10 will develop abdominal pain. You will develop 1% of peptic ulcers and stomatitis. You'll develop anemia. 1% of all of you. Hemolytic anemia. You will develop the liver hepatic failure in 1% of all of you just from the drug. Liver failure. Liver transplant. Anybody? Is that right for you? Hypersensitivity. One in ten will develop angio neurotic edema, meaning your face is going to swell, your extremities are going to swell, your lips are going to swell, your tongue is going to swell, or your larynx glottis is tongue. Look at the bottom here. Angioedema associated with laryngeal edema may be fatal. Okay, one in ten had this experience on analapril for high blood pressure or chronic kidney disease. Snake venom in a pill causes parts of your body to swell and it can be fatal. Per drugs.com hyperkalemia. High, high dangerous levels of potassium. 1 in 10 dizziness and 1 and 10 or more of all of you. Vertigo. Anybody? Is vertigo better? Taste alteration. Vertigo. Cerebral vascular accident. Oh, my God. You had a stroke because of the drug. 1% of all of you. Peripheral neuropathy. Okay, Anybody want leg and arm pain? All right, let's keep going. Very common. 10% or more will develop esthenia. Well, y' all should go. Look what that is. Chronic fatigue, can't move, low energy. All right, after the FDA approved it, we highlighted a big red box. We gave our patient with chronic kidney disease enalapril that the MD did not know came from snake venom. Mirror Snake venom from a viper in Brazil. We gave it to them and. Oh, my God. They died after we gave them this drug. Analapril, after the FDA approved it. Well, if death isn't big enough. Look far to the right. Herp exhauster. What is that? Anybody signed up for shingles with enalapril? Did you know snake venom causes blistering reactions called shingles? Did you know that snake venom, when ingested, can actually cause person's penis skin to just fall off? That's an actual real thing, by the way. Look at the next thing. So if death isn't bad enough, shingles isn't bad enough. You will develop a positive ANA antinucleic antibody. Do y' all know what that is? Every autoimmune disease, the medical doctors are looking in your blood for a positive ANA result. Did you know snake venom in a pill called enalapril is known to cause elevated ANA to show up? And now you're going to be diagnosed with an autoimmune disease of lupus, fibromyalgia, Sjogren's, rheumatoid arthritis because you have positive ana? And did you know that analapril by itself, when you swallow it has been reported by MDS prescribing it to their patients who never had a positive ANA before now have a positive ANA because of the snake venom they're swallowing? Ask your doctor if lupus, fibromyalgia, or shingles or death are right for you. How about your eyes? Blurry vision? Anybody? And 10% or more of all of you? How about pink eye? That's also a common side effect. Did you know 1 in 10 people on enalapril will be diagnosed depressed? Did you know 1 in 10 will develop bronchitis, dyspnea and pneumonia from the snake venom laced enalapril? Upper respiratory infections? Anybody? Anybody want one of those? Enalapril has been published and reported to the FDA by medical doctors prescribing it to be caused by enalapril for chronic kidney disease and heart disease, urinary tract infections are common in 1 in 10 people. Now remember, this is for chronic kidney disease. Enalapril, ACE inhibitors are prescribed for chronic kidney disease. One of those is polynephritis, which is urinary tract infections. Did you know 1 in 10 people in the clinical trials before the FDA approved this drug? Enalapril for chronic kidney disease causes 1 in 10 people confirmed in clinical trials to develop urinary tract infections from the drug. Now let's look at lisinopril, brand name Prin. Let's look at Lisinopril. It's also a class of ACE inhibitors. It works by decreasing certain chemicals that tighten the blood vessels. Just like enalapril. Remember the same drug. And here we go. We're going to highlight those again. I did not delete it. Sorry. You can read it again about ACE inhibitors. Now let's look at the side effects of Printvil. What is Printville? Discontinue. FDA black box warning for lisinopril. Everybody discontinue as soon as possible when pregnancy is detected as drugs that act directly on the renin angiotensin system can cause injury and death to the developing fetus. Well, if it kills the baby inside of you, what is it doing to you, I would like to ask. Now let's look at cardiovascular side effects in human trials with lisinopril. 10% or more of all people, 11% of them developed hypotension. Lethal low blood pressure. 10%. 1 in 10 develop orthostatic hypotension, standing and getting dizzy and wanting to fall and palpitations, which are typically arrhythmias of the heart. Did you know 1% of all people on lisinopril in the trials had a heart attack or a stroke? Remember I told you 22 million people swallowed that this morning? What's 1%? 10% would be 2 million. 2.2 million. So 1% should be. 220,000 people will have heart attacks and strokes from lisinopril. That should keep funding for the American Heart association going. Just the side effect of the drugs they're telling you to take. All right, 10% of you will develop headaches and syncope. Changes in your breathing, shallow breathing, creatinine increased. That is a sign of chronic and acute kidney disease, by the way. 10% of you will develop that just from lisinopril. So when your doctors say, we're giving you lisinopril for chronic kidney disease, but we're taking your blood work every three months and we're Seeing your creatinine level go up, we don't know why you continue to have worsening chronic kidney disease. Can you please tell your damn nephrologist or your cardiologist? Did you know it's a side effect of lisinopril? 1 in 10 people develop increased creatinine levels. Might be important for them to know you might want to get off that Damn drug. Metabolic. 10% of you will develop deadly high levels of potassium. After the FDA approved lisinopril, medical doctors reported our patients never had gout before we gave them lisinopril. Now they have gout hypoglycemia. In our diabetic patients receiving ACE inhibitors, 10% of you will develop diarrhea, nausea and vomiting from lisinopril. This medication, Everybody read along from drugs.com. this medicine, lisinopril, can cause serious types of allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. Anaphylaxis can be life threatening and requires immediate medical addiction. Just know severe allergies from lisinopril. I guess the body wasn't designed to like or benefit from snake venom. Very good. All right. Generic name, Losartan. A lot of you know what Losartan is. Its brand name is Kozar. What is Kozar? That's what it looks like. Same warning. When pregnancy is detected, discontinue Losartan as soon as possible. Drugs that act directly on the ACE inhibitor system can cause injury or death to the developing fetus. Remember, these are chronic kidney disease drugs. The most common adverse reactions were upper respiratory infections and dizziness for the respiratory tract. One in 10 on Losartan will develop upper respiratory infections from Losartan. Did you know that? Did you know after the FDA approved it? Bronchitis, pharyngeal discomfort, throat discomfort and pain have been reported by your medical doctors prescribing it in clinical trials. One in 10 develop abdominal pain after the FDA approved it. Dental pain, mouth pain, dry mouth, flatulence, gastritis, constipation, all side effects of Losartan. One in ten develop muscle cramps, back pain, leg pain and myalgia. How many of you senior citizens have been diagnosed with heart disease, chronic kidney disease? Put on Losartan and now you have relentless restless leg syndrome, involuntary muscle cramping. You're now on requip and other drugs for that. And those are side effects of Losartan you were never told about. Myalgia is all over body pain. Fibromyalgia. Myalgia is short for fibromyalgia. If you want all over body pain. 1 in 10 of you will have that from Losartan. And you see it highlighted down there. Fda, after the FDA approved it. Medical doctors prescribing Losartan are like, oh, my God. My patients now have arthritis. They didn't have that before. Some of them are now diagnosed with fibromyalgia because of Losartan and muscle weakness, 1 in 10 of you on Losartan will develop kidney impairment or renal failure. Do you guys remember what the title of this presentation was? This is chronic kidney disease drugs. The number one drugs prescribed to all of you with chronic kidney disease. Did you know 1 in 10 before the FDA approved this drug? They were told 1 in 10 in the clinical trials developed kidney failure from our drug or kidney impairment. Can you imagine any other industry in the world selling any food product to Americans could get away with telling the FDA that our candy bar, our coffee drink, our energy drink causes 1 in 10 to have kidney failure? Will you still let us put it on the shelf and sell it? Only big pharma runs America. Nervous system. One in ten will develop dizziness, headache, and vertigo. So let's go back to the renal one. Everybody listening to the sound of my voice. If you've been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, acute kidney disease, and you've been prescribed low Sartin, please, for the love of God, ask your medical doctor if they believe worsening kidney disease is right for them or right for you. Sorry, it is. If you want to sell more drugs to you. All right, one in ten will develop dizziness, headache, and vertigo. One percent of you will develop cerebral vascular events and actually is 0.1%. That's a percentage of you will develop strokes from Losartan. And then after it was prescribed, ataxia. That is a symptom of Parkinson's, memory impairment. That's Alzheimer's, migraines, peripheral neuropathy. All of these are known side effects caused by Los Sartin, also tenus, which is ear ringing, tremors, taste perversion. Sounds like Covid. Maybe everybody got Los Sartin poisoning. Develop Covid symptoms. One in 10 with Losartan will develop edema, swelling, chest pain and fatigue, and facial edema and fever. Just so you know, in case you're wondering, 10% of you will develop high lethal levels of potassium and low levels of blood sugar. This is a chronic kidney disease drug, Losartan. To lower blood pressure, 1 in 10 of you will develop orthostatic hypotension. You'll stand up, roll over, get real dizzy, and feel like you're gonna pass Out. Heart palpitations are caused by losartan in 1% of everybody. 2nd degree atrioventricular block. You want cardiovascular failure, myocardial infarction, heart attacks caused by Losartan reported by MDS after the FDA approved the drug. Did you know that it was reported after FDA approved Losartan? Anxiety disorders, confusion, depression, dream abnormality and panic disorders are caused by Losartan reported by your MDS to the FDA after prescribing it. One in ten will develop anemia. One. Sorry. After the FDA approved it. Urinary tract infections are reported by MDS when they prescribe Losartan. That is a chronic kidney problem. Conjunctivitis, blurred vision, burning, stinging in the eyes. Who doesn't want that? Who doesn't want their eyes burning and stinging? That is a published side effect reported to the FDA after MDS prescribed Losartan after FDA approved it. Flu like symptoms have also been reported by mds. Now let's dive into the most. This is from Frontiers in Pharmacology. Those are the most common ACE inhibitor drugs for chronic kidney disease that are actually prescribed to millions of Americans. Now we're going to dive into this study here which highlights the 30. This is from 2024. The 30 most commonly reported drugs in the United States that the FDA has approved that cause kidney stones, which is just one kidney disease issue. These are 30 most commonly reported drugs you are prescribed at home that are known to cause kidney stones to form in the kidneys. So look at the screen. Notice the first one is Humira. Wait. The drug for autoimmune diseases of psoriasis and joint pain. Humira causes kidney stones. Did you know that? Ask your doctor if kidney stones are right for you when you hate the plaque. Psoriasis on your skin. Embryl Remicade. I don't know all of these and I'm not going to read them all. Let's see. Xyram. Don't know that one. Avonex. Wait, about what about Previsit. Did you know Previsid for GERD and acid reflux? You know Previsid is the ninth ranked drug. They know that causes kidney stones to be formed in your kidneys. Stellara. See it at the bottom. Monoclonal antibody. Vib. We're going to keep going. This is just the first 15. Sorry, let's go back to the next 15 of the 30. I skipped right over it. Nexium. Oh my God. Causes kidney stones. Did y' all know that? Renvoke causes kidney stones? Eliquis for atrial Fibrillization causes kidney stones. That will worsen afib and high blood pressure. By the way, Eliquis was the third revenueing drug in the whole world last year. It causes kidney stones, worsening heart disease. How about that? Cipro, the very common antibiotic causes kidney stones. Truvada, a GLP1 drug. Or actually Truvada I think is a diabetes drug. Aubagio. Trulicity is a GLP1 drug. There you go. He the monster venom. Anybody look at the list, see if any of you like those. Glc, atla, Atripla, Napara, Nadapara, Zav. I don't even know those drugs. Anyway, there's your list if you want to know if you're on any of those causing kidney stones. Oh, but I want do want to go to the very top. You will see Sandostatin. Do you know what statin drugs are? Cholesterol drugs? Well, there's one that causes kidney stones. All right now from med India.net medications and their potential to cause increased urinary tract fungal infection. So look at this list. If you suffer with chronic UTIs, which are a kidney disease supposedly. Let's look and see if you know any of these drugs. Now, arrows are pointing to the generic name. To the right is the drug name that is really the brand name. So I do not know all these drugs, but some of you are on these drugs and complain of urinary tract infections. So I want to make sure you see the list. Because if I am unfamiliar with them, it doesn't mean you're not familiar with them. So here we go. All right, so I do not know how to pronounce all these. Aberratorone acetate drug name. Zytiga and Yanza causes UTI. Asamiprozat, which is AOL and Camprol causes UTIs. Adalimumab, which is a monoclonal antibody called Humira, causes both kidney stones, you've learned. And urinary tract infections. Afatanab, which I can't even read it. Underneath there you'll see the brand names there. Albuterol. Albuterol inhalers for asthma cause urinary tract infections. Yeah, look at some of the drug names. Pro, Air, Atrovant. These are albuterol inhalers for asthma children and adults. Did you know it causes urinary tract infections, which is a chronic kidney disease. Let's dive into our natural solutions. This is very exciting for me. Cannot wait to dive through this. All right, with all of you? There's not very many. There's only four recommendations here. It's amazing. We're going to talk about vitamin D, we're going to talk about black cumin seed oil. We're going to talk about selenium. Just watch. It's amazing for all of you out there going, how do I clear up stones? How do I dissolve stones naturally without drugs? How do I improve blood pressure without these drugs? How do I improve my kidney function without these drugs? Prevent urinary tract infections? I'm going to show you. This is from 2023. In vitro antibacterial activities of selected medicinal plants, not drugs used by traditional healers for treating urinary tract infection in Ethiopia. Based on the findings on the current study, the second most active plant extract in blocking the growth of tested bacteria were the extracts of Nigella sativa, which is known as black cumin seed oil, which is the second ingredient in our biodefense product. The result of the present investigation revealed the strong antibacterial activity of Nigella sativa seeds ethanol extracts against all studied bacteria at all concentrations. Do you remember I showed you that Cipro, a very common antibiotic, causes kidney stones? Nigela sativa doesn't. In fact, I'm going to show you it also does the opposite with stones. It's amazing. Ethanol extract of Nigela sativa, which is inside our biodefense, its effectiveness against Staph aureus, E. Coli bacteria and k pneumonia with 18 millimeter of inhibition zone. That's what they found in the Lab. The ethanol extract of Nigel sativa oil against Staph aureus and E. Coli at concentrations of 25, 50 and 100 milligrams per milliliter and against pneumonia and Aragonisa was Pseudomonas Aragonisa was 14 millimeters and 11 millimeters respectively at concentrations of 50 milligrams per milliliter. These different concentrations of Nigel acetiva oil were effective didn't matter what the dose at clearing these bacteria. It was also observed that the extract of Nigela sativa black cumin seed oil exhibited higher antibacterial activity towards all strains of study bacteria than the ethanol extract combined. So the methanol version was even better than the ethanol version. The antibacterial activity of the methanol extract of this plant was most effective against tested bacteria. This study demonstrated the antibacterial activity of both the methanol and ethanol extract of Punica Grenada, which is a different plant. Nigella sativa, which is in our biodefense black cumin seed oil and Ethanops keberaco against E. Coli, P. Aruginosa, Staph Aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia and P. Mirabilis bacteria of Uro Uro meaning kidney kidney pathogenic bacteria. The results showed that all three tested plant extracts inhibited the in vitro in the lab growth of at least one or more of these tested organisms. These tested traditional plants can be the best candidate for further studies in the development of a new antimicrobial agent against urogenitor kidney bladder urinary stress pathogenic bacteria that cause urinary tract infections. That's black cumin seed oil in our biodefense. Now watch what black cumin seed oil does to kidney stones. This is from GSC Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences. You're not gonna get this anywhere else. Only the Dr. R show is going to show you this kidney stone risk reduction and size reduction utilizing medical plants. Section 2.1 Nigella sativa known as black cumin seed oil, the second ingredient in our biodefense product. Watch this. This is in freaking credible. Nigela sativa was tested on 80 people with 4 to 10 millimeter kidney stones. For perspective, I had a son named Bryce who had a 9 millimeter stone. The medical doctors told me Dr. Artis 99% chance that stone will not clear on its own. And I said oh I'll take that 1% all day long. So we brought him home. We didn't do the surgery or the drugs they recommended and within two weeks the stone passed. I going to show you one of the Things we use to do that. So these participants, 80 of them, had kidney stones of varying sizes. 4 to 10 millimeters. In a randomized clinical trial, 1 gram every 12 hours for two weeks of nigela Sativa was compared to the prescription drug called Flomax for kidney stones. Stone size decreased from 10 millimeters to 5 millimeters with either Nigella Sativa oil or the drug called Flomax. Wait, well, why do we even recommend Flomax if you can get the same thing done with Nigela Sativa oil? But watch this. Look at the next statement I'm showing you. The Flomax label above. Nigella Sativa oil reduced pain and increased kidney stone passage more than Flomax did. What? Nigella Sativa oil called black cumin seed oil. Inside of our biodefense, the second ingredient in there was more effective at reducing kidney stone pain and increasing the ability of the person to pass the stone than Flomax, which makes billions of dollars and is FDA approved. Imagine that. Nigela Sativa oil, a plant, is not FDA approved. Aren't you glad you watched the doctor order show? Clinical studies have shown beneficial effects of Nigela Sativa in the prevention and treatment of kidney stones. 60 patients with kidney stones were randomly enrolled in two arms of a randomized triple blind placebo controlled trial. The patients were treated with Nigela Sativa oil capsules, 500 milligrams or a placebo for two times a day for 10 weeks. Nigela Sativa seed group. Watch these numbers. 44% of all the patients peed out their kidney stones completely. That's 45%. And the size of the stones remained unchanged only in 3% of the people and decreased in size and 51.8% of all the patients. In contrast to the placebo group who did not get Nigela Sediva, only 15% of those patients peed out their stones compared to 45% when Nigella Sativa oil. Only 15% peed out their stones in 10 weeks. 11% had a reduction in their stone size. The gala City that 51% of them decrease their kidney size and 15. Sorry, 15% had increased in their stone size in the group that didn't get into Gillis Ativa. And 57% had no change in their stone size compared to only 3% in the Gilla Sativa group. So, nephrologist, kidney doctors, those with kidney stones, ask your doctor if black cumin seed oil is right for you. Called Nigela Sativa. Ask him if biodefense is right for you because it is the difference in the average size of kidney stones after the study was significant between the two groups. Nigella sativa oil as compared with the placebo had demonstrated to have significant positive effects on the disappearance or the reduction of the size of kidney stones compared to the placebo. Less formation of calcium stones was found with the use of Nigella studies. Nigela sativa oil in two animal models in animal studies, the use of Nigela sativa seed significantly protected test animals against experimentally induced kidney stones. They have drugs that can inject into animals and cause them to form kidney stones. Nigela sativa significantly decreased the number of kidney stones accumulating and calcium deposit in the rats. So even when they had drugs that could cause an animal to create kidney stones and Nigela Sativa prevented it. Nagella sativa shows antioxidant, anti inflammatory, anti apoptotic and immune regulating properties. Nigella Sativa oil showed limited or no toxicity meaning no side effects. In conclusion, the plants with the best clinical trials and supporting pre clinical data showing effectiveness in reducing kidney stone size and reoccurrence are Nigella sativa oil. Number one black cumin seed oil. The second is horse Graham, the third is varuna bark and then tribulus is the fourth. Well, why would you go to second, third and fourth? Why don't you just go to number one? It's black cumin seed oil now. Vitamin D deficiency as a risk factor for Urinary tract infections in women at reproductive ages Urinary tract infection is a severe health disease with high complication because it is related to antibiotic resistance and it's threatening to the health throughout your lifetime. According to the World Health Organization, urinary diseases cause death of almost 85,000 people in the world every year in this infection. Urinary tract infection Most parts of the urinary system including the urethra that you pee from kidneys, bladder and ureters, which ureters are the little tubes that connect your kidneys to your bladder are affected. The urethra you pee from and bladder parts of the lower part of the urinary tract are involved the most in these infections. Bladder lining cells secrete and express a human antimicrobial peptide called cathylsetin which protects the lower urinary tract, your urethra, your cells make it in the bladder. Vitamin D induces catheter to be secreted by the urinary bladder skin cells as it provides protection against both gram negative and positive bacteria. This study's main purpose was to determine the relationship between blood Levels of vitamin D and UTIs in women of reproductive age. Out of 75 urine specimens collected from patients complaining of signs and symptoms of UTIs, 52 samples, 69% were positive for bacterial infections. That's 70% from positive cultures. Different bacterial types were isolated and most of them were E. Coli. Do you all remember why I made biodefense? It was to specifically clear E. Coli from your body out of the research study. You see, these are the microorganisms and their percentage. The blue is E. Coli. It's the largest amounts from all the samples of urinary tract infection urinalysis. But then you'll see the other ones. The orange one is staphylococcus staph. That's the second highest. Just for an example, in section 3.3 of this study, we tried to examine if there was any correlation between the deficiency of vitamin D and the severity of the urinary tract infection in the patient group. What they found there were significantly higher number of bacteria present in the patient's urine who had low vitamin D levels. The highest number of bacteria that was found is in the urine sample of the vitamin D deficient patients. The ones with the most bacteria creating UTI symptoms was in those with the lowest amount of vitamin D. According to our culture results of the urine, there is a clear correlation between the severity of the deficiency of vitamin D and a positive culture for bacteria and microbes. The more deficient the patient is in vitamin D levels, the more currents of bacterial UTIs and mixed bacterial positive cultures indicating vitamin D as a risk factor for UTIs. Well, how many nephrologists, UTI specialists are talking about vitamin D with you? And if they're not, shame on them. They are inept in their jobs. They are not up to date on research. They're definitely not watching the doctor or the show. In conclusion, our research on women of reproductive age with low vitamin D levels reveals that they are more at risk of contracting UTIs than the healthy ones. This is not just for those that are able to have birth. We're talking to people postmenopausal, those who have had their uterus removed. It doesn't matter if you have UTIs, you typically have low vitamin D levels. This shows a significant association of vitamin D deficiency in urinary tract infections, especially in moderate and severe infections, which is an important aspect of infection control. Concluding that to treat women of reproductive age with the urinary tract infections, whether acute or reoccurring, it is better to search for vitamin D deficiency and treat it simultaneously. That's medical research, that's medical science. And if your MDs, if you're a urinary specialist, if you're a nephrologist, are not checking your vitamin D levels when they check their urinalysis for bacterial infections leading to a UTI diagnosis, shame on them. Per the International Journal of nanomedicine in 2016 inhibition of E. Coli and Staph Aureus with selenium nanoparticles synthesized by pulse laser ablation and deionized water let's read this Remember, E. Coli is the number one bacteria causing UTI Staph Aureus number two. Various concentrations of selenium nanoparticles were subjected into E. Coli and Staph Aureus bacteria, the two most common UTI and affecting blamed infections, and they were incubated for either 4, 8 or 24 hours. These two bacteria, the most concentrated selenium sample, 50 parts per milliliter, exhibited the highest blocking of growth rate with a 46% and 63% of E. Coli and Staph aureus respectively. Within 24 hours. Selenium by itself reduced the growth rate of e. Coli by 46% and Staph aureus by 5th by 63% in just 24 hours. Selenium by itself A possible mechanism toward inhibiting E. Coli bacteria is that selenium nanoparticles attach by chemosorption and penetrate the outer membrane that contains lipolysaccharides. They're explaining to you how this most likely works with E. Coli if you want to know how it works for E. Coli. Continued the scientific nerdy stuff Biosynthetic pathway of lipoproteins Fat proteins in the E. Coli bacteria involves three enzymes including these three pre prawly proprotein diacyl glyceryl transferase is one prolipopreptin signal, peptidase and Apollo lipoprotein N acetyltransferase, which have been shown to play an essential role in the survival of E. Coli. Therefore, selenium nanoparticles inhibit E. Coli by modifying the role of those three enzyme conveyors. In gram positive bacteria such as Staph aureus, the cell wall structure is different. It has a thicker peptidoglycan membrane peptide sugar membrane without any outer lipo fat polysaccharide membrane. Consequently, selenium penetrates much more easily into Staph Aureus bacteria by chemosorption. That's how it works. The total inhibition of E. Coli and Staph Aureus is expected to occur at 10779 parts per milliliter, respectively. It's confirmed that selenium nanoparticles can inhibit both gram negative and gram positive bacteria with a higher efficacy against gram positive bacteria. The minimal concentration required is about 50% bacterial inhibition after 24 hours with E. Coli and Staph aureus at a minimum of 50 parts per milliliter. So now you've seen vitamin D, you've seen black cumin seed oil, now you've seen selenium. Now you're about to get N acetylcysteine. There's a bladder condition called cystitis. N acetylcysteine prevents bladder tissue fibrosis, which is what they blame cystitis on in a lipopolysaccharide induced cystitis rat model. In the present study, we developed a cystitis rat model with chronic inflammation and prominent fibrosis cystitis by increasing the frequency of intravesticule LPS installation. So they're injecting something that's causing it. The LPS induced cystitis rat model exhibited urotheo denudation, mast cell infiltration and fibrosis histologically and bladder dysfunction which were similar to interstitial cystitis, a bladder condition. Injection of nac. N acetylcysteine improved inflammation, fibrosis and voided parameters in the LPS induced cystitis rats. You're welcome. LPS injury promoted the deposition of fibrotic extracellular matrix proteins and nuclear accumulation of PSMAD2 protein, indicating the activation of TGFB signaling. That's not really that important for you to all understand. Importantly, these fibrotic responses in the bladders of LPS group rats were significantly improved by N acetylcysteine treatment. Anybody with cystitis out there, ask your doctor if N acetylcysteine is right for you. Treatment modalities for bladder fibrosis, regardless of severity, are limited. But NAC is proven to have therapeutic effects by reducing inflammation and reversing fibrosis could be a possible breakthrough. The first statement is treatment modalities for bladder fibrosis, regardless of severity are limited. Let me just tell you what that really is saying. Current prescription drugs approved for cystitis and bladder problems and bladder fibrosis have not provided benefit. It's very limited. And NAC though, is proven to have therapeutic value. Reversing fibrosis could be a possible breakthrough. How about that? Investigating the effects of N acetylcysteine and selenium on reflux Nephropathy. Now, some of you are blamed on your UTIs. Your chronic kidney problem is the bladder infection is moving up back up into the kidneys. They call that reflux vesicularole. Reflux. They're investigating N acetylcysteine and selenium on this condition called reflux. Vesicoureteral reflux is defined as reflux of urine from the bladder back up into the upper urinary tract, which is your kidneys and ureters. V alone does not cause urinary tract infections. However, it does lead to the development of infections in the case of bacteria. If there's bacteria there, E. Coli in the urine, it will do it. Which we just told you is the number one cause of all UTIs. V is observed in approximately 40 to 50% of cultures proven to have a UTI. What? 50% of all UTIs have this vacteria reinfection. All right, everybody listen. N acetylcysteine is a synthetic derivative of the endogenous amino acid L cysteine and a precursor of sulfhydryl containing tripeptide glutathione which serves as one of the self defense mechanisms of cells against oxidative stress. NAC has been used for the treatment of numerous diseases characterized by oxidative stress. Selenium is a trace element which is a component of the glutathione peroxidase system. Selenium is also an antioxidant and plays an essential role in the activity of several enzymes and proteins involved in regulating the immune response and cell antioxidant defense. Well, if you want to reduce inflammation from Vur reflux, UTIs, ninostyl cysteine and selenium is proven to reduce the inflammation from both of those. Now let's look solely at selenium. For those of you with kidney transplants, did you know that selenium has been proven to prevent the damage to the transplanted kidney caused by your own immune system? Dietary selenium increases cellular glutathione peroxidase activity and reduces the enhanced susceptibility to lipid peroxidation of plasma and low density lipoprotein in kidney transplant recipients. When you supplement selenium, your liver produces more glutathione which is the most powerful antioxidant to reduce stress on the body. Any cause of inflammation for any reason ever. The glutathione system plays a major role in the protection of cells against oxidative stress in humans. The aim of the present study was to find out the relationship between glutathione system and plasma lipid peroxidation in 6 kidney transplant recipients by using dietary selenium to activate the glutathione system. We thus analyze the effect of the selenium 0.2 milligrams per day, which is exactly what is inside of our individual capsules for selenium for a period of three months. So one capsule of our selenium for three months followed by an additional three months on a placebo, on plasma and on LDL BAD cholesterol lipid peroxidation Selenium treatment resulted in a 50% reduction in AAP induced plasma lipid peroxidation in the kidney transplant recipients. Analysis of the patient's red blood cell count glutathione system revealed low levels of reduced glutathione and decreased activities of red blood cell glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase by 23%, 18% and 20% respectively in comparison to normal red blood cells. Selenium treatment resulted in significant elevation of red blood cell glutathione peroxidase in glutathione reductase activities and in reduced glutathione content by 64, 57 and 11%, respectively. This effect was also paralleled by a 39% reduction in the red blood cell oxidized the damaged glutathione content. We thus conclude, these medical researchers say, that dietary selenium, which activates the glutathione system is a potent antioxidant against plasma and and LDL cholesterol lipid peroxidation in kidney transplant recipients. If you know anybody on dialysis, know anybody with a kidney transplant? Ask your doctor. Selenium, N acetylcysteine, vitamin D and black cumin seed oil are right for you. Here's our biodefense with our Nigella sativa oil highlighted black cumin seed oil. It is the primary ingredient there and that's why it's in there defends against E. Coli Staph aureus. It also helps dissolve kidney stones. You just learned. Here's our vitamin D3 supplement suspended in organic MCT oil. Here's our n acetylcysteine at 750 milligrams a dose.
