With over 20 years in the supplement industry, I have seen and heard it all. Empty promises, tricky marketing, wasted money, leaving so much left to be desired and creating feelings of resentment. Thankfully, I'm positive by nature and stay on the lookout for the next breakthrough product. And then I found Tonum, a science driven wellness company built on over a decade of research into natural solutions for metabolic and brain health. Tonem understands that it takes a mind and body connection to obtain full health alignment. With their featured products, Modus and Neuro, they address both aspects of this connection. First, Modus, an all natural supplement designed to support fat loss, metabolic function and energy. Then Neuro, a cognitive performance supplement designed to support focus, memory and long term brilliance. Tonem has brought back my trust in the supplement industry with natural evidence based ingredients that support long term outcomes. So because of this, I want to share them with the world. Use my code Dylan for an extra 10% off and start to treat your mind and body today with Tone. All right everybody, welcome back to the Dylan Gemelli podcast. And we are on set as usual and I am really, really excited to talk to you today with my guest that just flew in to see me, which I really, really appreciate. Every time somebody comes in, I, it really means a lot to me. So first, thanks for taking the time to come in and see me brother.
B
I'm so, so grateful to be able to.
A
He is a world renowned expert in brain performance, mind body optimization, which you know is every single thing that I believe in and stand for and human behavior. But he is the creator of the Dr. Rewire Wealth DNA Test and Brain DNA Test. He's got 27 years of research and over 500,000 patients and clients served. So without further ado my friends, Dr. Rewire.
B
Thank you Dylan, appreciate you having me. It's going be fun.
A
It's awesome man. I, I, I'm really looking forward to this. I don't dig into backstories a whole lot anymore. It's, it's just kind of cliche. But you, your reasoning for what you do is part of the journey here that I really want to get into because it's fascinating. So fill me in please.
B
Yeah. So my journey started. I was seven pounds. No, I'm joking. No, we, you know, for me I was a kid in PT school struggling and you know, going down that path, I actually walked in and someone gave me, you know, a CD set and I looked at it and it said Anthony Robbins. Right? And this is way before, even before he was Tony. This is get the edge. I was like, what Is this get the edge thing? I was struggling in school, having a difficult time, barely passing. And as an Indian guy, that just doesn't happen. And so I did the work and I started seeing changes. I started seeing realizations of what was happening in my system, and I started feeling better, feeling more powerful. I was like, there's something to this I don't quite understand. And then from there I was like, okay. So I studied what it was, I did it. And then I kind of was like, okay. I wanted to understand how do we live optimally. I didn't want to understand how to manage pathology. And even today, in many respects, biohacking is managing pathology or the minimization of pathology, but it doesn't have to do with optimization of the human in every capacity. And so when I got into it, then I went off into chiropractic school and started understanding what it was about the nervous system and how the nervous system comes together and creates a parasympathetic and sympathetic alignment. And I, I went off and built one of the largest practices in the world, seeing over 12, 50 people a week, and was just running this machine of people. And people will come from all over the world at the time.
A
One of the things that I've really noticed and, and it's, it's, I think it's by no chance here, this correlation with chiropractic and health, because I swear to you, multiple people that are chiropractors and people go, well, they're just chiropractors. But then I find out that they have some of the deepest knowledge bases and understanding of the brain and the neurological side. But I, I'm, I want to get into that first before we get into what you do. What is it about chiropractic that is so important to our overall health? And why is it that you guys seem to have so much more in your brain and what's going on than a lot of people understand?
B
I think I can't say this for certain, right? But I think that the way that you, you look at the human body is a very different stroke. You're looking at the cause of the issues. You're looking at the cause of the system. Rather than looking at a management of pathology, we're looking at how do we put the body back in balance. And through our lenses, our experiences, whether it be emotion, whether it be the nervous system, diet, exercise, we're looking, how do I optimize this system? We're not looking for pain, we're not looking for illness. And the more chiropractors are out there. I think they start to see the world in a very different lens. And I think they're the ones that are actually going to be the future of healthcare in many capacities. And I say that, you know, it's funny, I was on this podcast this morning, someone and someone said, well, they're not a medical doctor. I don't want the credibility of a medical doctor. I am totally grateful being a chiropractor because what it taught me was how to look at the body from a very holistic system. Now I can understand the neurology, the DNA, the emotions, the nutrition, the diet, the exercise of takes what to be optimal rather than just being such a micro niched pathologist. It's difficult to see, to separate the forest from the trees, for lack of better words, the more finite would become. And I think that's one of the main things. I really do think that's one of the main things. Not all chiropractors are that way for sure, but I think there's in anything, right. I like to sit and say you have, you know, good plumbers, bad plumbers, good medical doctors, bad medical doctors, good specialist, bad, good chiropractors, bad chiropractors. But what I will tell you is this, is that when for me, I can only speak for my like, there's a lot of times that in this career I started to think, well, you know, people discredited me as a chiropractor. Good, I'm glad they did because I've spent the better part of now, almost 30 years of my life, standing up for a principle of health that has allowed me to teach my family, my kids, my patients, all these people in the world. I've been able to touc about the true meaning of health, not just managing pathology and illness and disease. It's needed, but we live in a world today where symptoms are the marketing and health is by far the secondary notion in this. As a chiropractor it allowed me to understand ayurvedic medicine, it allowed me to understand German medicine. You just are open to all these different faculties that are out there and open and I would never change a thing.
A
Yeah, I mean being misaligned and structurally off, I mean obviously you're going to start building up inflammation, other issues in terms of posture and I can even cause brain fog and then neurological issues that can be derived from that misalignment. And I mean that's just a few of the things that I think people don't realize the correlation. Look, I, I'll be the first one to say, if you asked me 10 years ago, would I listen to somebody with a chiropractic background and start to talk to me about my mind, my DNA, some of the things you do, I would have had the same misconception.
B
Sure.
A
And a lot of people do. I think, though, when you get a better understanding and a more open mind to what exactly goes along with a practice or what somebody's doing, and you realize, whoa. But you have to understand and you have to listen and you have to have the ability to take in information that maybe isn't really mainstream.
B
Well, you know what I used to sit and say? I'd say, you know, I'm always the last person you're going to see because you're not going to need to go anywhere else.
A
I love that.
B
I love that you're not going to come to me first. And you never did. Right? And every, everyone, every doctor who's listening to this, every chiropractor, every natural healthcare professional is listening to this. They're saying the exact same thing. They're like, we're the last ones. People don't leave because they actually get the results that they're looking for. And medicine has its place. I don't want to take away from it. It definitely has its place. But if medicine was the solution, we wouldn't have this health crisis we live in today. We wouldn't have this mental health crisis we live in today. We wouldn't have the obesity epidemic at our hands if it was the solution to our problems. We know this in America, the vast levels of health care that it's is, it's not. It's sick care, it's a management of pathology. And if we really understand the elements of health and what it takes for a micro, just one cell to live. And take that cell, you take oxygen, energy, detoxification, glucose, and the metabolism of that system, then you understand that we're just a micro or macrocosm of that cellular microcosm. And then as we start to expand ourselves to realize that, you know what, every cell in our body functions the same way. And if we give it the right ingredients, right, the right pieces of the puzzle, then all of a sudden the body has the ability to live, more importantly to thrive. And you're a spiritual guy, so I'll say this because I'm in the same space, is that to me, health is the expression of your innate soul, whatever that is for you, right? And if we're not allowing ourselves to express ourselves, we're literally creating illness in our body. I have now proven this time and time again.
A
Yep.
B
Where someone is not expressing themselves, their body will show up and manifest illness, disease, chronic conditions, ibs, Crohn's, marital or, excuse me, pelvic disorders, female disorders, hormonal disorders, testosterone. Like, I've seen this now again and again and again. And the great thing about it is that when the human body becomes congruent to the way it's designed, from the. The mind, the body, the DNA, we now align someone's DNA, which is their biology, their soul, which is their essence, however you want to create it, and their grand purpose of being in this planet. Now all of a sudden, someone gets to experience life at a whole nother capacity that they don't even know. This is.
A
This is the whole reason why I didn't want to get off the phone with you, dude. So my main focus has shifted now to a mind and body connection, as opposed to me spending all these years focusing on fitness and nutrition. Then I started to understand the cellular side like you're talking about. And I started to see, okay, everything kind of starts and ends with cellular health. Like, it originates there. However, what you just said, then I grasped the understanding that even if we optimize hormones, cellular health, nutrition and. And our fitness, if we're not in the right mindset, if we're off, whether it's a deep neurological thing or even constant stress, constant anxieties, mind all over the place, we can do all of that and we will never be right. We will always find issues and have issues. And so for me, it's. I say, what's the most important aspect? But I think it's a combination of cellular and. And neurological combined and piecing those together, and then it kind of trickles down into everything else. Would you agree? Agree. Tell me your thoughts.
B
So I'll tell you this way. I was on. I was on a conversation with someone. Guy who's trying to sell me some YouTube stuff.
A
Yeah, right.
B
As I'm trying to get my world and branding and learning from you, as I get my world together, he's like, oh, so you're. You're Dr. Rewire. You help people rewire their brain so they make more money. And I said, I wrote a book on wealth because I think it's one area of life that no doctor in healthcare ever touches.
A
Right.
B
But we deal with more chronic stress because of finances more than anything.
A
Absolutely.
B
I said, but no, that's not what I do. Actually, I do the exact opposite. I work with some really successful people, really Wealthy people to give them the one thing that everyone is searching for, and that's peace of mind. I said, I help successful people get peace of mind through science.
A
Love it.
B
And he said, oh. I said, yeah, because ultimately that's what it comes down to, right? The human brain is designed to have peace of mind. Our external environment with all the stimulus, the information, the information overload that we have today, it actually puts our brain into a frozen state, creates us into the sympathetic pattern. The cellular health is essential. However, the state of mind epigenetically and consciously will change the actual cellular health. So a lot of people in today's world focus on physicality. I'll call it that word. Right, right. Cellular health, metabolic health, super important. I don't want to take away from it, but the way that your body and your mind and your sympathetic comparison. Pathetic. Are working, stimulating that cell. If they're out of balance, everything you're doing on the physical side is compensatory.
A
Yep. It's for not.
B
It's for not.
A
Yeah.
B
So it's like, I love, you know, this is weight training, right? Schwarzenegger statements. Everyone goes to the gym now, you see this kid's going to the gym and everyone's watching, scrolling and doing all these different things. He's like, when I went to the gym, I focused on each muscle, each contraction. I went through each single one. That's what it was. It's the mind body connection. And the more we can use that, the more we focus rather than just, okay, I'm just dying to get this thing done, slow it down and focus on the contraction connecting the neurologic activity from the brain to that cell. Now all of a sudden, that cellular function starts to increase.
A
Yeah.
B
And that neuroplasticity and the neuro, the, the neural junction, the neuromuscular junction starts to tighten. And now you create better cerebellar activity. Now all of a sudden that brain and body connection starts to enhance.
A
I would be interested to like, do some sort of testing on people when they're going through their, their day, right? And say, you take my blood panel when I'm mid call or appointment or doing whatever, and then take my blood panel when I'm. Because I do, I lay outside and pray and I turn my phone away. So one of the few times I take my phone away and don't look at it. And I would be interested just to see the differentiation, how the blood panels would look or different tests that you may run just to see. Because I bet you there would be a difference significantly 100.
B
You know, all of the blood panel. When I started rewiring people, I didn't even know how to do it. And my first patient was a guy. He came into the office and I noticed he kept on coming back on the third of the month. Like, why do you keep coming back on the 3rd of the month? He's like, I don't know, I don't know. And I said, what's going on? When did this start? He goes, well, the backstart heard last night. I said, what was going on last night? He goes, I was with the lady. And I said, okay. And what was going on? He goes, we were arguing. Okay, Doc, we were arguing. I said, what were you arguing about? He goes, it's the third of the month, the mortgage is due on the fifth. And again, it's not there. And I thought, that's interesting. Now, I've been studying all these different things and I am a self proclaimed nerd. And so I'm like, I wonder if I could do things to change the mind and the body and connect them through this thing called an emotion. Because that's the gap. People are talking about the mind body connection, but what they're forgetting is the emotion is the link between the two, okay? And so I said, I wonder if I can connect, do something here. And I didn't, I didn't. It wasn't called rewiring then. It was just a series of questions to try and balance the brain and emotions through this process. So I did my thing. It took me 15, 20 minutes. He's like, it's, it's about 80% better. He comes back the next day and I said, how's it going? And he's like, that's good. Yeah. So I finished it off 20, you know, it's gone. 20% gone. I don't see him for six months. I thought I pissed him off. Yeah, I was like, I must have pissed him off or something. I called him up and I said, where you been? And he says, doc, because I don't have any more back pain. That's interesting. He goes, I don't know, but I've had money in my bank account as well because. So I don't know what's going on here. He goes, but I'm doing good, thanks for letting me know. And I said, that's interesting. You know, fast forward. Then in my own life, I started trying to play with patience with this stuff and try to do this thing. And then I go, I'm in the middle of a brutal Divorce. And, you know, divorce is never fun, if you've ever been down that road. And I like to sit and say that, you know, I was doing intermittent fasting before it was cool.
A
Yeah.
B
Before it was a fad, because I literally had no money at a Lemon to eat for four days. Wow. And I had no money, nothing to my fasting, forced fasting. So I was like, I was intermittent fasting before. Before Jason Fung wrote his book, right? And but in that process, you know, I was the guy on stage and every and all these guys was, you know, telling people, you gotta have a vision board. You gotta have those personal development, all this stuff. And I'd be backstage, and I'm like, guys, you guys gotta help me out because I'm not making any money. I need to make sales. And you gotta understand, right? And I know a lot of your listeners and your people are watching this. You're disciplined, you do the work, but the results don't show. So it's not a matter of lack of willpower. It's not a matter of lack of results. And I said, I'm backstage with these guys. I'm like, guys, you guys don't understand. I need to make some money. If not, I'm going to jail, right?
A
Yeah.
B
Like, I got to pay child support here. Something's got to happen. And said. They said to me, yeah, well, you know, what you got to do is you got to change your beliefs. Really? Well, thanks. I couldn't read that in a book that was done 500 years ago, right. I said, well, thanks for that. And I said, well, let me ask you this. How do I know what my beliefs are? And they said, well, you just look around your environment, and those are your beliefs. Dylan, I can't tell you this red flag and bullshit meter went off in my head. And I was like, that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. And, like, these names would be names that everyone would know. I was like, that doesn't make any sense. Because someone can walk into my practice and they could have say, I have back pain. But once I do my diagnostics and figure out the cause of it, that could be a herniated disc, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, spondylolytics, spondylolist fracture, tumor, subluxation, sprain strain, 180 different things. And this is when I realized this is that the belief is actually not the problem. The belief is actually the sin. So that night I went home and I said, I've got to Figure out the anatomy of this thing. I got to figure out what's going on with my brain. I said, not for me. This isn't to be this humanitarian, to make lots of money. I need to do this to save my own life, rear in this capacity. So I get home and I was, you know, at this point in my life, I was 50 pounds overweight, smoking cigarettes, drinking like a fish, doing all the things that a doctor is known to do, right? And like a coffee going, I'm like. And I find this place in the brain. And you've heard this if you know anything about health. But I traced it back to the pulvinar region of the hypothalamus, which is connected to the anterior pituitary gland, which connects to the anterior portion of the adrenal gland in the HPA axis. And I started to assess where that whole thing came from. And that night, I did an exercise that helped me assess and understand what my beliefs really were. And I called it the Belief Inventory. And I realized, Dylan, that I'd created a belief that you could have love or money, but not. But not both, huh? And I said, well, shit, the human body is always going to move towards pleasure, not pain. And love is more pleasurable. And money was painful. So why would I bring money into my life? I wouldn't. I'd push it away. I wouldn't want it. Because here's the thing that everyone likes to sit and say, I self sabotage or I have limiting beliefs. And here's what 30 years of research and studying has shown me. There is no self sabotage and there is no limiting belief. What you have is a set of beliefs that are protecting you from the journeys that you've been through that you don't want to reincur.
A
That makes sense.
B
And so that night, I rewired my brain for the first time, really, truthfully, fully. And the next day, I'd been making all my calls. I'd be making 200 phone calls a day, doing my sales calls, everything I'm supposed to do to build the business I was going after. Next day, I Finally, I landed $180,000. She Two days later, I land another $100,000 deal. Three days later, or two days after that, excuse me, I land $80,000. And I think to myself, all right, first time, coincidence, second time, curiosity, third time, pattern. And then I started diving deep. I started figuring out, okay, what is going on here? What is the cause of this? Why does this all work? How does this assess? And then I started rewiring Every aspect of my brain and build my brain to what I want it to be.
A
It's amazing what the proper mindset can do. Now I found mine a little bit differently. However, I can attest thoroughly to how this works and what it does. I'll tell you, I, I've said this many of times as some of the moments where I was making the most money and thought I had the most things, I felt sure I used to, I used to go to bed and I was making six figures a month at this time. And I'd go to bed and I had three cars and that I thought that I always wanted. I had all of these clothes and video games and all of this in my house that everybody would ever want.
B
Yeah.
A
And I thought I was putting everything in there. And I just kept wanting more stuff to appease my mind of thinking. I, I need something new. I need something new. And I, I, I swear to you, I, I'd always go to bed late because I'd be working or doing something and I, I'd look at my wife and I'd be like a beautiful wife, beautiful home, all, why do I feel like shit? Why am I so miserable? Why, why can't I even focus during the day now? For me, it was kind of making the transition to putting God first. Not even worrying about money and just trusting. And then it worked. But it was in my, my mental stability and understanding what was important and what wasn't. And then now piecing all of this together. And I like to talk about it because it goes to show you you really don't have what you think you want a lot of the times until you have like, inner self peace.
B
I love that way that Will Smith, I loved what he said about it. Will Smith said that there's this place called Rock Bottom where there's nowhere else to go but up.
A
Yeah.
B
And then he says there's this place that you get to called Cliff Top. And he said Cliff Top is the place where you. There's no more money that's going to satisfy you. Yeah. No more relationships, no more fame, no more cars. There's nothing else that's going to satisfy you. And the only way is to fall off of that cliff back into yourself. Wow. And when he. That's accurate.
A
Yeah.
B
The interesting thing is when we start understanding the neurotransmitters and how neurotransmitters work, everything that we're talking from a philosophical sense here is completely translated in the brain through neurotransmitters and behavior. And when then we look at science and these conversations, what if we can use those as pre. Predictability to make sure that you don't have to go through rock bottom or cliff top. That's where you start having the ownership of peace of mind.
A
Yeah.
B
That's really the work that we've been, that I've been able to create and do and take us down this journey of understanding what our DNA is. How do we get there? What is the whole path in the process.
A
Do you feel like that you have the ability to really do what you do without any sort of medication whatsoever? I mean, I, I imagine that what you do requires none.
B
No. No meds.
A
Okay.
B
And my, my processes are really designed around questioning. It's really about balancing the brain and understanding what's going on in the brain. Because every thought, every perception has a neurophysiologic response. So therefore, if I control the way that I think or I understand why I'm having that thought, then I can rewire that to no longer have a physiologic response from that.
A
What are the conditions then? How do you term a condition? Like if somebody comes into you with a mental health condition or whatever. I'm, I, I'll leave that to you. I want to hear how you term this. And then what are some sort of symptoms or signs or con. Conditions that come to you? Like what's something typical? I'm curious as to the process and how you diagnose it and kind of the steps in the procedure. I'm very intrigued.
B
I don't do any of that.
A
Okay. I didn't think so.
B
I don't diagnose it, nor do I assess it. But I can tell you one thing, is that when people come to me and say they have ADD or did adhd, or they are dyslexic or they have. I know very well what they're just saying is their body is stuck in a sympathetic stress mode.
A
Okay.
B
And so all I do is move them from a sympathetic stress mode to a non sympathetic stress mode.
A
Okay.
B
Because every label that we put on someone, if you study the research out there on the dsm, they said that there's no diagnostic testing to actually create someone to sit and say they have a diagnosis, a systematic diagnosis. So there's no test to determine someone's this. It's all subjective experiences. Right? Now, I want to be very clear. I'm not a neuroscientist, I am not a geneticist, nor am I a psychiatrist. Right. So therefore I'm not the one qualified to assess and Diagnose these.
A
I see.
B
State. But what I will tell you is that what I found is that the body has the ability to heal itself. And every condition and symptom we have is a symptom of a body that's out of balance. If we put the body and the brain back in balance, those symptoms dissipate and are no longer there. Because if we understand that the human body has the ability to heal itself, then we also have to realize that maybe the illness or the symptom, the thing that we're calling a pathology, isn't a pathology. It's part of the recovery that's out of balance.
A
Okay, so you said an overactive sympathetic stress. Right. So what's, what's the difference between sympathetic and parasympathetic? And, and we're obviously aiming for a balance here. Correct. Is that part of what most of the problems that people have are as an out of balance nervous system? Okay. And then could you maybe talk about like the, the impact of the vagus nerve on this whole scenario?
B
Absolutely, yeah. So the sympathetic nervous system is plain and simply. It's your fight and flight. It's your stress mechanisms, your parasympathetic. Most people call it the rest and digest. It's not. It's the rest or digest. Right. And so it's rest or digest. And what's happening is your body is constantly oscillating back and forth, every thought, every perception, every stimulus. Your body is putting this state of balance going on. Now what happens is that if you are too far in sympathetic and your parasympathetic doesn't kick on, you're going to now have hyperactive disorders. You're going to see your pupils are going to be constricted, you're going to sit and see that your muscles are going to twitch, you're going to see that your blood sugars are going to rise, your testosterone is going to change, your lipids are going to change, your back is start to. Muscle pains are going to start showing up. Because the sympathetic nervous system that controls every single cell, tissue and organ in the body, there's not a single cell in the body that doesn't have nerve supply going to it.
A
So if you're overactive, there is that when someone would start to have like anxiety, panic attacks, all of that.
B
That's exactly right. Okay, that's exactly right. So then you start creating anxiety, panic attacks. Again, I am not diagnosing. This is just the effect of. Yeah, it's the effect of that state. So when someone says, oh, you Know what? I have panic attacks. I have this. I've been through it. I had to rewire my own panic attack.
A
Yeah.
B
And. And I had to rewire my own brain through the process. But when your body is out of this balance, you now are more sensitive. I'll give you an example. If you've ever been through a stressful period in your life and you are, for example, let's say you're going through business and times are tough and challenging and you're a little bit more on edge, your emotions are going to respond with anger quicker, you're going to be frustrated more. You're going to snap at your wife and the kids. You're going to sit and say and think like, why am I responding this way?
A
Ye.
B
Why am I being a jerk? Then? Now you create judgment and guilt and resentment towards yourself. Now you play this endless loop in your game and then you're. And you're stuck. That sympathetic pattern is running the show.
A
Okay.
B
And that sympathetic pattern that's running the show is now creating a nervous system that's overly stressed all the time because it's on during the daytime and it's supposed to shut off at night when the parasympathetic is supposed to kick on.
A
Okay, so what are some common causes then, aside from traumatic issues? Could there be diet related methods too that would cause an imbalance there? And then what are some common things that you could tell people so that they understand? Well, maybe this is why I'm like this. It's a combination of these things.
B
It's all of it. Here's the thing I want everyone to understand. All stress equals fat. All of it. That we can sit in here and talk about seed oils all day, we can sit here and talk about junk food all day. We can sit here and talk about timing, we can talk about gluconeogenesis and over protein and underpro and talk about all of it. As long as it creates stress on the body, your body releases this thing called cortisol. And that cortisol now creates inflammation. So that stress could be emotional, that stress could be the way that you feel about yourself, that stress could be any of these factors. So when we look at it, the ability to go back and forth is what I called in my. I coined a term called neural flexibility. Okay. The ability to have your nervous system adapt.
A
Yeah, right, same like metabolic flexibility.
B
Exactly. Yeah. This is neurologic. Metabolic flexibility is what controls your metabolism. But truthfully, your neurologic flexibility controls your metabolic flexibility.
A
Yeah, yeah, right. Well, if you're stressed, you're going to be metabolically screwed. I mean, you are. And I've talked about that plenty of times. Ben has. All of us have. Stress contributes to everything. Everything, Everything that goes wrong. A lot of times you'll find that if you look to the core. Core, core of it, it's something stress related.
B
So then the question becomes, what is stress?
A
That's where I was going. So answer that, please.
B
The inability to adapt to a changing environment.
A
Well said.
B
Stress is the inability to adapt to a changing environment.
A
So you are looking to aim to give us the ability to adapt.
B
100.
A
Okay, so tell me how you go about that.
B
So what we do is we do a DNA test now. Okay. This is where the DNA gets interesting.
A
Yeah.
B
Where I started to figure out. We're starting working with all these emotions because the. You can't talk mind and body without emotions.
A
Right. And you have to see every single emotion under the sun because you got different people.
B
I've seen everything.
A
Yeah.
B
Because there's nothing ever.
A
I like me, I'm always wired. I'm like. What is it called? Type A. I mean, you probably see all these different kinds. Silent but deadly. Like people. I mean. Yeah.
B
You know, but everyone. Even ptsd. Yeah. These are. What happens is we get stuck with this emotional. I don't like the word trauma, but rude experience. Yeah. Yeah. It comes along in our life, locks our body into frozen state and that stays into our organs. It goes into our liver, our kidney, our lungs, our digestive system. And it gets frozen there. It gets stuck. And when it gets stuck there, now the body can't work properly. You can't get oxygen to the cell, you can't get the body working right. So what you have to do is you have to assess. First question you have to look at is, why is this person overly sympathetic? And here's the thing, Dylan, I'll tell you that was really interesting is in all of these cases that I've worked with, I started to ask myself, you and I could be from twins, from the same family, same home, same exact environment, but our mom could yell at us at the same time for doing the same thing together. And you could turn out to sit and say, you know what? I'm going to take this and I'm going to use this to build and grow my life. And I could take it and say, you know what? I'm going to stay small and shrink. And I always ask myself that question, why did that happen? And so as I started studying more, I had to ask the question. I Said, okay, if every emotion we have is controlled through a neurotransmitter.
A
Yes.
B
Then what if our genes don't make that neurotransmitter? I know. What if our genes just don't come along and make that neurotransmitter? So that means we've labeled everyone as demotivated. We've labeled everyone as unmotivated in society. But let me ask you a question. If mom and dad come along and give you a set of genes that don't activate DRD2, which is the thing that actually makes dopamine, is someone going to be motivated in life? No, but we'll label them as unmotivated. We'll call them lazy. We'll call them that. They don't want more.
A
But it's something deeper than that.
B
It's something deeper. It's the way that the guy upstairs has created this individual. Yeah. And when we understand this is the way that this person is created, now all of a sudden there's a reason.
A
For this, then you can fix it.
B
Then you can go to the core and fix the balance. Then you fix the body.
A
Let's take a differentiation here of you versus, like, a psychologist or a psychiatrist. What's the difference in what.
B
So I can't speak to what, you know, a psychiatrist or psychologist does because they have lots of different practices. Yeah. But I will tell you this. Methodologies.
A
Yeah.
B
I have my rewire processor, which is 132 different methods that I use to rewire the brain for one intention, and that's to bring the brain to balance. Yeah. That's all I care to do. When I bring the brain to balance, the rest of the body becomes balanced. And when I bring the brain to a state of balance, it goes to a place called coherence. Coherence means organized. If we continue to. Let's say you had a trauma when you were a kid, and you continue to talk about that story again and again and again and again, you're remyelinating that same pathway.
A
Right.
B
And everyone's heard this. If you've studied anything. Right. Like in neurology, it's called Hebb's law. Yeah. Nerves that wire together, fire together. So if I start talking about when I was 10 years old. And I was 10 years old, and I keep telling you how I feel around, all of a sudden now I'm re. Listening that same brain pathway again and again and again and again. Yeah. And. And I. I have lots of therapists who are actually clients and certified practitioners of the rewire methods. That we do. And the rewire certification. But I have lots of people that come in and say, okay, because you rewire the brain. Because I don't need to know your story. Heck, you know what? I don't want to know your story. And I don't think anybody does. Just go in, rewire it, and fix it and rebalance it, and it's no longer a story that you need to live with.
A
So if we were hiring you, we're not laying on the bed with our feet up.
B
No, absolutely not. You know when I do, like some of my events, like the rewired mind event or anything like that, I'll rewire 300 to 500 beliefs in one day. Oh. All at once, one time.
A
So you don't have to be one on one to do what you do.
B
No, my clients typically do. I've done. Yeah. But no, when we do our events, I don't have to be one on one. I actually have created the methodology. Here's the thing, right? I say peace of mind through science because science is reproducible. Right. I have a system that's reproducible again and again and again. I don't like it when people say, oh, you're a brain coach. No, I'm not. I'm a doctor. Right, right. Oh, you're, you know, you're just, you're asking questions. So it's neurocognitive. No, it's bringing balance to the brain and the system. When you do that, that's what happens in your body. And what I call is healing. Healing is not getting rid of an illness. Healing is helping energy align with love. It's an acronym. And when the body experiences that state of love and gratitude, all of a sudden the ability for that body to heal goes to a whole nother level. We.
A
We were wired to. For love to heal. All right. Okay. That's the way I feel. 100. That's one of the things I actually pray for often is that I'll have more compassion and more love. Because when you do, everything else just kind of works, man. It just. It does.
B
It does. It's most of our brains, if we take that to a scientific lens, the left side of our brain, the front anterior portion of our left side of our brain or our amygdala is always in the beta wavelength. And a beta wavelength is in the stress state. Is in the stress state. Sympathetic, turned on. We've been taught to think linearly. We've forgotten how to feel.
A
Okay.
B
We've forgotten how to feel. I say this to my kids in that when they get in their head, you can see it. I'm like, now feel, now feel. How does this feel? And use that as your feedback. The feelings aren't bad. Use it as your feedback. Use the emotion to be able to now rewire your brain and understand and bring your body to balance yourself.
A
Are there specific things, as time has gone on that you feel are contributing factors to, like this overactive sympathetic nervous system, the state of stress, this our continuance. Do you. I mean, can you point out some of the factors that you think go on now for everybody so that they kind of know?
B
Well, look, I like to sit and say that 50 years ago, right before you and I were even born. Barely, right? 50 years ago, we barely had color TVs. Yeah. And in 50 years, we have every answer of the universe in the palm of our hand. Our nervous system is not evolved enough to handle all of this sympathetic stress and sadness.
A
That's what I was wondering. Is it too much?
B
It is too much. And that's why methodologies like mine or other people are coming out, creating these new systems to help humanity. Yeah. Because ultimately the body is trying to get back to an organized, coherent state that is its order, organization, peace of mind. And when we can bring the brain to there without the stimulation, without the sympathetics, we can allow the body to regulate itself. All of a sudden, life has a beautiful experience, a beautiful meaning.
A
Do you feel like. Because as you say this immediately, here's what I think. Do you feel like external complexities have then in turn caused much more internal. The more. The more that's going on, the more technologies, the more this. The more that that is going on around us, then it causes these, like, states of stress within us, and we don't even realize it.
B
I like to sit and say, well, I don't like that. This is what I say is that we are in a society that's sick.
A
Yeah.
B
We're mentally fractured, we're obsessed with money, and we've lost every sense of meaning.
A
And we caused it essentially, like, not one. I'm just saying, like, over time, that's what's happened, is we kind of caused it.
B
In today's day and age are so dysregulated. I remember being in practice when I used to do seminars in my practice, I used to sit and say, you know what? Let's stop blaming the kids and let's start blaming the parents. And it sounds a little bit harsh, right? But I believe I'm a dad. I got two amazing children but it's my responsibility to teach them. It's not the doctor's responsibility. It's not the teacher's responsibility. It's my responsibility as a father to teach them how to do it. Now, look, I get it. But the hard part is this. Right? I say that at the same time. Like, let me. Let me give my caveat to that. It's hard when you're trying to figure out your own crap.
A
Yeah.
B
And so I get it. It's. I think that today's journey is more about learning to love yourself so that your kids can love themselves. Well, you can't.
A
That's why I always say if you. I'm not saying be a selfish person. That's the last thing I'm saying. But if you don't love yourself, you can't really love anybody else 100%. You just can't. You know what I find troubling? And I. I'll say one of the things that at the time, when you're a kid, you're like, man, this sucks. But I'm so thankful that my dad did to me. What I see now is that a lot of kids and even, like, high schoolers, college even, they don't have any sort of communication skill. They don't know how to talk to girls. Like, you know, like, in person, though. They wouldn't know how to talk to a girl. They wouldn't know how to go, you know, handle anything in the open, because everything is done behind a screen and hidden and a keyboard. And by text, I mean, you buy a car and a house by. By text, I force everybody to get on the phone with me. Everybody. I. I will not do it. But I just. I see this, and my dad. I rem. I'll never forget this. So I was a sophomore at. For football when I was playing, and I got in trouble on a Friday night. We were actually trying to buy cigarettes outside a grocery store. Okay. And. And I asked a random person, and it happened. I happened to ask an undercover cop that was walking into the grocery store, what are the chances of that?
B
Right.
A
Well, I mean, let's. So anyway, he went inside and called the police. They came, told us to leave. We started walking away. I got pissed off. I saw the cop pull off, and I said, I'm going back getting our money. I didn't know the guy was an undercover cop.
B
Yeah.
A
You know, went back, the police saw me. Anyway, long story short, they came back, grabbed me. Call my parents. They can't to come pick me up.
B
Yeah.
A
My dad said, you're taking your ass up there tomorrow. I'm calling your coach. This is a Saturday morning, like 8 o'. Clock. And he goes, you're telling him what you did, you're gonna walk in there and do it. I'm just, just, you know, I was terrified, heart racing. But that moment gave me the balls that I have now to be fearless.
B
Right?
A
Fearless. And when I say that in a good way, not like a reckless way, but most parents would never do that.
B
They'll just, the kids will go and.
A
Complain, they'll throw a fit and the parents will just capitulate and just do whatever and do it all for them. And that's part of the problem now is that nobody takes this, this word that a lot of people hate. Accountability.
B
Yeah, I agree.
A
And I think for you, I think one of the keys that you would probably see on probably younger people especially, and even older people is a lack of accountability.
B
I'll tell you what I've seen. Everyone is accountable to the things that they value. Everyone is accountable for the things that they truly, truly care about. And the things that they don't care about, they are not accountable to. So for example, if like I had a 14 year old come to my event, his mom, long story short, they said, he's got some symptoms, right? And I said, okay, let's. They say he's got add, maybe some spectrum, yada, yada yada, all the, all the things that you could label. And I said, let me just, let me see this kid. And she's like, he's got behavioral issues, but he's taking this med that's an anti seizure medication. I said, okay, that's, that's intense. Really, I'm, it's not my expertise. I'm not, no, But I'm like, okay, but let me just look at it, let me just see. So I said, let me do a DNA test on him, right? Let me see his brain, let me see what's going on with this kid before you give him this medication that's literally numbing his brain. Let me look at what, how is he designed first rather than the reaction? And we did his DNA test and he didn't have, he didn't have this thing called Gad1. Gad1 didn't make Gaba, really. So his nervous system was never shutting off. His parasympathetic nervous system never shut off. Now this kid, super intelligent kid, but they called him that. He had the, you know, potentially on the spectrum, all these things. And I'm not saying that he isn't I'm not here to diagnose him. I said, all I know is this. His sympathetic nervous system was on fire. It was super highly, highly disoriented. And his body didn't make the actual gaba, so his system was always on. I said to his mom, I said, look, here's the deal. I said, mom, I'm going to take you and I'm going to take you into the New York Stock Exchange, and I'm going to put you on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. And then it's going to hit 9 o', clock, and you're going to hear this thing go, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, all day long until 5 o'.
A
Clock.
B
What do you think is going to happen at 5 o'? Clock? She said, oh, my God, I'm so relieved. I said, I get it. And here's the problem, is that at five o', clock, you know, that shuts off. But for your son, it never shuts off. So his brain can't sleep. His brain never shuts off. And then on top of that, now he's front of a computer, and he's now getting all this stimulation. On top of that, now he's got his phones. He's always on. Now why does he do those things? Because it's his escape. And what he really loves is the ability to communicate and what he's doing. He's on Discord, talking to friends. He's playing video games. And now kids are playing video games through the. You know, they're talking through him, or they have microphones and they're talking, but he's up all night. I said, now think about it. His sympathetic system's always on. He never shuts off. He never sleeps. And then you're expecting this kid to function properly. Yeah. No way. Nobody can do that. No. No way. So literally what I did, I can't tell you to get off this medication. But what I can do tell you is this is if we put some GABA into his system, reorganize his brain, reorganize some of the things that he's gone through. I said, this kid will. Will be able to, I believe, really sleep. So he comes, he sits. I usually don't like kids to come to my seminar. Yeah. He sat there for two days, 14 hours a day. I go 14 hours. Like, I don't hesitate. I go all day.
A
Beast mode.
B
I go, beast mode. And we work and we rewire everyone's brain in that room. That kid sat there for two days. No, no, Issues. We started putting on some gaba. A week later, the kid's sleeping like a Rock at 8:30 at night.
A
Really beautiful. Well, I don't know if I want my wife to see this because she's gonna ask you to rewire me to stop working so much. Man.
B
The thing is this, is that if you're doing what you love, then it's not work. I know, I know, right? This is not work. We could sit here, I don't know, we've been talking 45, 50 minutes. We could do this all day.
A
I don't. I. The time goes so fast on these conversations. They're so fun. I don't know.
B
And, but for the. If we don't understand how people are designed. Yeah, actual code. That's the problem, my friends.
A
And that's what. One of the things I've been battling since I started coaching bodybuilders and getting into health and then talking about diets and arguing with all these people because it's like they get on this one track mind. My way is the only way, and this is the only way that works. And every single thing comes down to each individual. Sure, there's something structural, neurological, physical, biomechanical, any. Any of the words you want to throw out there. There's something different between you, me, the next, the next, and next. Then that's the beauty of how we were made, that God made everybody the same, but different.
B
Right.
A
There are certain structural things. We've got bones, you know, but there's things that make us special or different. And then I think figuring that and finding it and then embracing it and correcting it where it may, you know, be to our disadvantage or whatever is part of the journey.
B
Well, I think, like, you know, that's. That's kind of what used to piss me off. That's what used to frustrate me in the personal development space. Right. It's like we all say that we're all unique, we're all individual, we're all different, but we give everybody the same psychological answers. How does that make any sense? It doesn't. Now, with the DNA test, what I. What we have is what I call personalized consciousness.
A
Yeah, please. You know what? Go down, go down the whole, the whole path of the DNA test, what it means and what exactly. If you want to talk a little bit about your process on how we're. We're doing this, because it's just so damn fascinating, I just want to get into more of exactly how you go about it.
B
Well, when we do the DNA Test your first just. It's a cheek swab.
A
Yeah.
B
The blood test or anything. You did it, right?
A
I've sent it in.
B
Yeah, yeah. It's. It's a cheek swab that you get. You take it, you submit it. Because once you know that, it's an objective science. Now, right now, you know, do you make these neurotransmitters? All neurotransmitters is what creates emotions. Yeah. So if you have, for example, if someone has a low level of serotonin, they're not going to be as happy versus someone who has naturally high levels of serotonin. They can manage stress and be happy all the time. You're like, man, what? This person's always happy. And then there's the grumpy, crabby person who's not always. And we sit and say that, oh, their personalities are this way. It's not their personalities. It's the neurotransmitters.
A
His eye will always go back to, oh, it's my diet. And that's why I'm feeling like this way or not. But there's a deeper, deeper thing to look at there.
B
But diet does play effect.
A
Of course.
B
I don't want to take away from that.
A
No, of course it does.
B
Because you can't be like, oh, well, my DNA is this. So I can just, you know, screw my microbiome and. No, no, no serotonin levels. That's not what I'm saying.
A
You're eating good.
B
You're still having these problems and you could still be. That's, that's the point is that you could eat perfectly but still not be optimized. You could exercise perfectly and still not be optimized. This is when I started to realize this in this personalized consciousness space. I started to look at it and start saying, well, if people have different neurotransmitters, their emotions are going to respond differently. Yeah. And I rewire somebody and I look at their emotions and what causes them to be those emotional states. Why do some entrepreneur. It's funny enough, you're going to love this. When I say this, what I've seen is a direct correlation is addicts and entrepreneurs have a very similar profile. Wow. Entrepreneurs are addicted to business. They just call it business, and they say that's better for them.
A
I guess I can see where you're going with this. Yeah.
B
They just. It's the same pattern. I've seen the exact same patterns. Now, that's anecdotal. That's right. It's. No, it's just My observation. Yeah, but, but that there's a truth to that. And the more we look at it and we sit and say, okay, certain behaviors have certain responses, therefore this idea of everybody biohacking exactly the same is backwards.
A
I agree. 100. I agree.
B
When you actually know your code.
A
Yeah.
B
Your brain DNA code, then it's like, here's how to work for you.
A
Yes.
B
I'll give you an example. My daughter, she was doing all the same things that I was doing, right? Cold plunges, saunas, exercise, oh, yada, yada, the whole nine yards. And she's 20 years old and I'm watching her, she's lifting, she's doing cardio twice, all the, all this stuff. And I looked at it and I said, why is she like, she ends up putting on about 30 or 35 pounds in six months. Now I have to have a hard conversation with a 20 year old girl at that time, right? And I have to say, honey, what, what's going on? Because I also know that there's a psychosomatic reason people can put on weight. There's something they're running from that they're. But look at, I'm like, what's. And I know my daughter doesn't drink. She doesn't part. Like, I know this about like, she's not lying to me. It's like, dad, I don't know. I said, okay. She's like, I do everything. I listen to all the, all the podcasts, I do all this stuff and I just, it's going the other way. And I said, let's do this. Let's do a DNA test. Let's see what the answers come back. Yeah. So we get her test and, and I was the culprit actually telling her to do a lot of these biohacking things because I thought it was healthy. I look at her DNA test and I said, oh my God. I said, here's the deal. I said, you're no longer working out every day. You're working out three times a week, lifting three times a week. Yeah. You're walking every day. Yeah. 30 minutes a day. You're, you're getting your 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day. And I don't care if you hit 10,000, if you hit 8,000, that's okay too. It's not the end of the world, right? You're 20 years old, you're fine. I said, I want you to eat six times a day. I don't want you to eat, do this intermittent fasting thing. I want you to organize your body I want you to make sure, based on your DNA, she doesn't like people. She, she doesn't. Her connection score is low. I said, I want you to make sure you take three to four hours a day just to be by yourself. Yeah. And she's like, really? She's like, I thought I was being antisocial. And I said, nope, do that. Two months, Dylan. She lost 30 pounds.
A
Really beautiful.
B
And that's. I didn't put her on anything. All I did is I had her coordinate to her system and all that was inflammation.
A
Wow. So the DNA is really like the answer, like your story, like the key, the, the, the instruction manual to how you're designed?
B
I think so, yeah. I think it is.
A
Yeah.
B
I think it's the instruction manual to. And the way that I'm using it. Right. It's a diagram. It's a diagram to tell you how does your brain and your nervous system function. And then can you manage that stress with it? I'm not looking at the MTHFR gene or the, you know, I am looking at. But I'm not looking at. Right. Like detox. I'm not looking for pathology. Please understand. I'm looking. Is your nervous system in alignment and balanced? If it is, great, then go biohack yourselves. But if you're not right, then please get that organized first because you're missing a boat. You're missing a big piece of the equation and your emotions and the beliefs that are intertwined in, that are stemmed as symptoms from an imbalanced brain.
A
And that's. You know, people do that where they try 700 things and, oh, this doesn't work. This is, this is a. It's a scam or it's this or it's that. And it's like, well, maybe it's not. Maybe it's something to do with. It's not for you.
B
That's right.
A
You know, and, and maybe it does work for some people because why does it work for some and not the other? Well, there's a lot of different things to look at.
B
The one thing is for certain, right. Is everyone has a brain. Yeah. And that brain needs to be in balance. If we think about it all our healthcare system since the beginning of time has been talking about neck down. We do all this testing for neck down. What about neck up? From neck up. We call it spirituality therapy. All these soft sciences. I'm trying to give us a hard way to look, hard science way to look at the lens to balance the brain.
A
Right. Because he just. There's no you going for blood panels, you're going for tests. The only time you ever get something done is if you get hit in the head or have a concussion or they're doing CT scans or anything like that. But what, what exactly. I can't tell you what exactly I've had done because I don't know, because I don't remember.
B
This is it. Well, I think about it. You know, we know this. This is a fact that chronic stress, like, here's the interesting thing, in your world, a lot like the bodybuilding world, a lot of the fitness training world, a lot of these guys are injecting themselves with dopamine. Yeah. I mean, excuse me, Testosterone. Yeah. Here's the better question. The bigger question is, what controls testosterone? It's dopamine. Yeah. And if you're an entrepreneur that's constantly chasing dopamine, constantly addicted, or your nervous system is designed where it pulls away dopamine, you're a higher probability risk of having low testosterone. So now you go take the injections of testosterone. So look at me. I feel great. I take all of them. I've got the pump. Great. Have you done anything for the brain? Right. So the dopamine is still low in the brain, but you've got the pump here, you've got the muscles, and you look good. And that gives you the false sense of identity that, like, I'm healthy. But if we don't fix this, then we can't fix the rest of this. My thought is, can I get the brain to correlate up that dopamine through the processes of rewiring and questioning, then get that to run the rest of the system? Dude, I love this.
A
I literally, like I said, I just enrolled at Arizona State for neuroscience. That's how serious. I love that science. I mean, this is. This is. I thoroughly believe that all of, like, well, everybody's patterns, if they find what they're supposed to do, it falls into place. But now that I understand and grasp this, like, I am on a mission to learn every aspect of the mind and how it works and, and to, like, journey with you now to teach people to fix this and where it starts and where it really ends.
B
Because you.
A
I mean, there is so much we have control over mentally.
B
We do. And here's the interesting thing. Right. Is, you know, the, like, people, when I was on, I spoke at the Dave Asprey Conference.
A
Yeah.
B
Last year. And Dave's like, but I think we can control our thoughts. Our thoughts. Our epigenetics changes our DNA. Absolutely. You know, ultimately I'd love to call this test an epigenetics test. I can't because epigenetics is looking at different factors. Yeah, but what I'm trying to give people is here's your code. If you do nothing, this is the most you're going to be. Now, if your brain score is 50%, here's what we've got to do to optimize it. Here's how we optimize this because then now you have proper neurologic electrical function. The human body is an electrical system and if we don't have the nerves conducting electricity in balance, it's like the fuses are off. Right. Like if your fuses are off in your house, you don't get electricity. Same thing. And so what I'm trying to do is say, look, if we get that correctly and the way we think, the way we act. Yes. Is that going to turn genes on and off 100%? It's called up regulating and down regulating genes 100%. It can be done, but it can't be done in if you're just guessing.
A
Right. So you do group settings. Do you do one on one with people too, or how does it work?
B
I rarely do one on one because you don't need me. One on one.
A
Yeah.
B
The reason why I, I, we, we've, we have, I don't know how many now, but certified trainers that do work with people one on one. Okay.
A
That you work for you.
B
Well, they don't work for me. They work their own businesses. They're certified by me though.
A
Oh, you certify them to do your, your method.
B
Method. This protocol, this process.
A
I got people all over the place that get your certification and they can do what you do.
B
The reason why is that if I'm one man, I can't.
A
No, no way. No way. Impossible.
B
But if I have an army of practitioners and they're all seeing 10, 20, 30 people a week, all of a sudden, the impact now goes global.
A
How many people do you have certified? Do you know?
B
I think we have 45 or 50 right now.
A
Okay.
B
And my goal, my goal is to get it to at least 250 in the course of the next 18 months.
A
What's the requirement to get certified? Is it a course? Is it, do they have to be a doctor?
B
You don't have to be a doctor. Being in healthcare helps because it's just an easier market for you. But for us, we have a level one certification where I go through, it's an eight week course or eight week training program where I take people through anxiety, fear, stress, limiting beliefs. I'm trying to think of the other modules here. Inspiration, values, clarity, fusion. Stuck. And we take these and we show you how to rewire them. So the first step is you got to know what it is. What's DNA rewiring?
A
Yeah.
B
It's never been done before. I'm the guy who created. I'm the founder of DNA rewiring. Next, you got to do it to yourself.
A
I see.
B
Then it's, you've got to be able to do with others.
A
Right.
B
The only reason I sit here today is not because I was anointed and gifted this. It's because I've worked my tail off on my brain to create it and wire my brain to that level. So that's level one. And level two certification is you just have to be a graduate of level one. Yeah. To be able to move to the next step.
A
Got it.
B
And that's a six month type ordeal.
A
Amazing, man. So six months, somebody could get certified if they want to get into this and start doing it on their own?
B
I think so, yeah. Well, yeah, they can. And you know, the cool thing about it is this is, you know, people say, you know, I literally, this morning, this podcast, someone was talking to me about an exit strategy on business. What's your exit strategy on business? I said, my exit strategy is this thing called death. Yeah, it's death.
A
Yeah.
B
Because when you're making an impact in the world.
A
Yeah.
B
And you get up in the morning every day and you get to see people's lives literally transform in front of you, and you realize the guy upstairs has given you this crazy opportunity to serve humanity in his capacity. What am I exiting exactly? Right. There's enough money, an abundance of money in the world. Just serve more people. Yeah. And if you go serve more people and make an impact in more people's lives, then what are you exiting?
A
This is why I love you, man. This is why right there. I love it. I can't believe we've been talking this long. Really? I mean, the hour gone.
B
Did it go that fast?
A
Yeah, I guess so. I. I glance and see the clock and I'm like, oh, wow, brother man, thank you so much for coming here, sitting with me. But really, the education, we're gonna have to do this more. More time, for sure. Part two and three, probably. And maybe even get into my results when they come back.
B
Yeah, I'd love to. I'd love to show you your results. We'll maybe do that. We do that virtually so I can show you on the screen.
A
Yeah. We're gon it again. Tell everybody where to follow you and how they can get signed up and get rolling.
B
Depends on where you want to go. Right? But I would sit and say if you want to get the DNA test, go to, you know, drewiretest.com. but everything social is Dr. Rewire.
A
Okay?
B
Dr. Rewire. Easy. Dr. Rewire everywhere. For those that want to take the test, you can take the test. I even have. I've actually reverse engineered a quiz that'll tell you different personality profiles.
A
Okay.
B
From your neurotransmitters so people can start and kind of just like, oh, let me. If I don't want to buy the test, what's the quiz say about my behavior?
A
Yeah.
B
Behavioral styles. And that's. What is that? Brain. Brain DNA quiz. Wait.
A
It was a real pleasure to have you here, brother. It really was, and I thank you for that.
B
Thank you. Thank you for doing what you do. Thank you for helping the way that you do. The world needs leaders right now more than ever, I believe. And I think you're one of them. And. And let's. Let's go make the world a better place.
A
That's all I'm here for. That's all I'm here for, man. Well, I appreciate that. Thank you again for everything. Appreciate you. And I will be looking forward to further interviews and just conversations.
B
Can't wait.
A
All right, everybody. Well, that wraps up another one. I hope that you really listen to this intricately and detailed because there is so much here that is going to change lives, and that is the mission that we're on. So once Again, thank you, Dr. Rewire. It was a pleasure. That wraps up another one. Stay tuned for plenty more to come. Dylan Gemelli signing off.
