What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and the story, there have been a lot of people out there spreading a lot of misinformation, and one of the biggest offenders of that is Anna Paulina Luna. This woman talks a big game, acts like she cares, acts like she's gonna get to the bottom of things, and that's part of the hustle. Her real job is to protect Donald Trump. That's her real job. Not to represent the people of her district, not to push for more transparency or justice when it comes to Epstein, but to protect Donald Trump and the administration at all costs. And unfortunately, she's been pretty effective as the mouthpiece for the administration, and she talks all that nonsense. But she wasn't part of the discharge petition, was she? Did she push for that? Of course she didn't. She wanted this to stay in committee where they could contain it, and that was her role, and that's still her role. And now we have Anna Paulina Luna coming out here talking about, well, you know, there might not be any blackmail material because it was probably destroyed by the last administration. Do you have any evidence of that whatsoever? Or are you just coming out here talking nonsense, trying to build narratives that people can run with? Maybe one of those interdimensional beings she talks about told her all of this, or maybe she's just a liar running cover for Donald Trump. Today's article is from Raw Story, and the headline, GOP Rep Makes Remarkable Admission on Epstein Blackmail Material Probably Destroyed. This article was authored by Alexander Willis. When pressed on the likelihood of Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, receiving a presidential pardon, Representative Anna Paulina Luna made a remarkable admission Thursday about what she suspected may have happened to potential blackmail material theorized to have been collected by Epstein over the years on powerful figures. Translation. All that information is being held at Langley. Sure, the DOJ might not have it, but we know the CIA does, so let's stop messing around. And it's funny that they never bring that up. They never bring up the fact that Epstein was being run as an asset, and that's because it doesn't fit with the overall narrative. Right? They need him to be a lone wolf. That's the only way that their narrative works. And they know that. Appearing on News Nation with Chris Cuomo, in a video published earlier Thursday morning, Luna dismissed the idea of Maxwell ever receiving a pardon. Responding to reports that several members of the House Oversight Committee were considering pushing for Maxwell to receive a pardon in exchange for testifying before Congress. Wow. I, like, don't even know what to say about that. It's one of the most disgusting ideas that has ever been floated, maybe in the history of Congress. And the fact that people in the GOP were even thinking about it is a stain that they're never going to be able to wash away. How can you ever look at somebody in the GOP again talking about, oh, the kids, oh, the abusers, and take them seriously? They've had their chance to meet the moment, and they've chosen not to. That was a conscious choice, and it's one they're going to have to live with. She's not getting a pardon. The votes aren't there for that. Luna told Cuomo. Wait, so the Oversight Committee is voting on pardons now? That's what we're doing. I thought that was up to Donald Trump. So we're gonna have a vote on it. Imagine being that stupid. Imagine being part of this committee and saying, yeah, you know what? We'll have a vote, and then we'll bring that vote to Donald Trump and we'll suggest that he pardons Maxwell. What they're doing is giving Donald Trump cover. Cause Trump can pardon her and then say, look, Congress came to me and said she should be released. I mean, I'm just doing what the committee suggested I do. If you have beef, talk to them. That's what this is all setting up. And I don't believe Anna Paulina Luna for one second about anything. Anybody that gets up there and tells me about interdimensional beings without any evidence is somebody that I don't trust. Now, look, if you want to believe in fairy tales and wild, go for it. I don't care. I like a nice fantasy story. I like to listen to coast to coast every now and then. But this story right here, this Epstein story, not the place for it. Luna then went on to explain her reasoning, arguing that potentially incriminating evidence theorized to be collected by Epstein and Maxwell may not even exist anymore. And there it is. Nothing to see here, folks. Move on. We've shown you everything. The rest has been destroyed. Just trust the lady that's telling you about aliens. Do you really want to know my opinion on all of this? No, not really. But here we go. I don't think that we even actually have the full files. Luna said. From what I've heard, there was destruction of evidence. I think it was in New York where there were housing files. During the initial trial, there was a cyber attack. I think a lot of the blackmail was destroyed then. Well, that's weird because when it first happened and we first heard about it, they said that no files were touched, that everything was on the up and up and that everything was cool. I guess that was a lie too. Just like everything else they tell us about Jeffrey Epstein. Have you guys caught on yet? Do you see what's going on here? Do you see how they're trying to hustle you and, and you see the mouthpieces they're using? My advice is do not fall for it. Luna was likely 1993 cyber intrusion on the FBI's office in New York revealed recently after the publication of millions of files related to Epstein by the Justice Department. That's going to end up being their excuse. I can see it now. Well, look, we had these files, but there was a hacker who broke in and destroyed everything. Well, did they destroy it or did they take it? And if they took it, are they using that information to blackmail the Trump administration? It's a question that has to be asked. And this Anna Paulina Luna just opened the door. So is this blackmail information being used to have the administration do whatever it is that the blackmailer wants? You know, like go to war? Does anyone really believe that a hacker would access this and then throw the information out or they take it to use at a later time? According to a 2024 sworn statement, FBI Special Agent Aaron Spivic documented a potential hack into the FBI's office in New York that compromised 500 terabytes of FBI data, including data that pertained to the agency's investigation into Epstein. Spivak wrote that 100 terabytes of data were, were ultimately lost due to the intrusion. So what does that mean, lost? Was it stolen? Was it destroyed? It was stolen. So somebody has that blackmail material. The question is who? If it's not the United States government, if it's not the doj, who has it, and even more importantly, what do they plan on doing with it? The apparent hacking incident would have occurred under the Biden administration. Under the previous administration, the first Trump administration, the FBI appeared to have issued a stand down order to New York Police Department investigators regarding their criminal probe into Jeffrey Epstein just five days after he was arrested in 2019. And remember, that was the same thing they did in New Mexico. So instead of having multiple investigations going, one at the federal level and multiple at the state level, what we had instead of was nothing more than the federal investigation that they could control. And that was the whole entire purpose. They wanted to make sure that they maintained control over the narrative and the blast radius. And the best way to do that was to centralize the investigation. So the sdny, at the behest of the prosecutor's office, had those state investigations shut down. And of course, it's led us to where we are now. And we see New Mexico has reopened their investigation at the state level because they know things were screwed up, and they know that Jeffrey Epstein was getting a lot of protection from the federal level. And when you ball that all together and you add it to the state protection he was getting in New York, in Florida, in New Mexico, then you see how Jeffrey Epstein was basically untouchable for all these years. But what Anna Paulina Luna is trying to do is trying to ready everybody for this to all go away. Look, we don't have any more information. We don't even have access to it. Some hacker destroyed it. Some hacker took it. Okay, cool. What's going on with that investigation? Are we looking into who hacked it? How the hell don't we know who accessed those files? That's another problem all unto itself. What else did they take? What else do they have access to? And is that information being used to blackmail people? And I think that's the biggest takeaway here. Anna Paulina Luna has opened that door. So some hacker has this information. Nobody knows who the hacker is. Then all of a sudden, we hear that Pam Bondi is shutting down the investigation, that there's nothing left to see and remember. That came out of nowhere. Up until that point, Pam Bondi had the list sitting on her desk. We were going to see everything, and, you know, things were moving. But the truth is, Pam Bondi never had a list. Pam Bondi never had any intention of being transparent. And Pam Bondi was being ordered to do all of that by Donald Trump. And I don't think you have to take a gigantic leap to come to that conclusion. Pam Bondi was dancing to Donald Trump's tune. And Donald Trump wanted this to go away, but Pam Bondi screwed it all up. Now she's gone. So his other mouthpiece, Anna Paulina Luna, is out here trying to do a little bit of cleanup, trying to trim some of the fat off the edges, trying to gaslight you. And that's because when you chop it all up, Anna Paulina Luna, just like the rest of these people, doesn't respect you. And you know who else? Anna Paulina Luna does not respect the Epstein survivors. This woman has done everything she can to demean them. She's done everything in her power to try and change the narrative and try and move things into an area that's more comfortable for the administration. But in my opinion, she's failing miserably and she's causing the administration more heartburn, especially with comments like this. Because now it gives some credence to people who are out there saying that the administration's being blackmailed by somebody who, who has this information and holding it over their head. Because I have a hard time believing that anybody that would access this information is just going to destroy it. So, as usual, we'll keep an eye on it like everything else. And when we have some more information, we'll get it added to the catalog. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
The Epstein Chronicles – July 9, 2026
Host: Bobby Capucci
In this hard-hitting episode of The Epstein Chronicles, host Bobby Capucci scrutinizes recent public comments from Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna regarding the mysterious fate of alleged blackmail material owned by Jeffrey Epstein. Capucci dissects Luna’s claim that this potentially explosive evidence “was probably destroyed,” exploring its origins, implications, and the broader political maneuvering around the Epstein case. He argues that such statements serve as narrative cover for powerful figures—especially the Trump administration—while raising questions about transparency, accountability, and ongoing risks of blackmail and institutional protection.

On Ongoing Blackmail Threat:
On Institutional Gaslighting:
This episode sharply critiques the recent narrative shift that claims Epstein’s fabled “blackmail tapes” or compromising material have simply vanished in a hack—an explanation Capucci sees as both suspiciously convenient and strategically deployed for political protection. He calls out elected officials, especially Anna Paulina Luna, for doublespeak and lack of real advocacy for transparency or justice. The fate of the files—whether lost, deleted, or deployed as blackmail—is unresolved, and the episode closes with Capucci’s promise to keep pursuing the truth as the story continues to unfold.
