Today we're going to continue talking about Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and his newfound desire to challenge these accusations head on. I mean, does he really think anyone's buying into that bullshit all these years later? Now all of a sudden you want to challenge these accusations? Wait, I thought you didn't know Virginia. So if you don't know her, how did any of this even occur? And you see, that's where he falls into a bit of a trap, isn't it? It's all fine and well to run around and act like you don't know people. It's all fine and well when it's he said, she said, you at least have an argument there. You can at least prove beyond a reasonable doubt that, you know, you weren't with somebody. But guess what? He's not in that position. We have the picture. And we also have people forget about this a lot of times. Not only do we have the picture, we have the email. In 2015, I believe it was when Prince Andrew was emailing Ghislaine Maxwell trying to get some intel on Virginia. He's out here doing oppo research on somebody that he doesn't even know. What, did he just have like an epiphany one day and oh, well, there's this girl named Virginia Roberts. I need to find out about her. Of course he didn't. And of course he knew who she was. And of course he was in that picture with her. But he is such a lying, smarmy, scummy piece of trash that he can't even admit that much. And that's where his biggest problem is going to be, in my opinion. They are going to absolutely torch him over that picture. You Want to talk about a credibility problem? They want to talk about going after Virginia's credibility. You got an epic liar sitting in front of you with Prince Andrew and you're talking about someone else's credibility. That's like being a crack addict and yelling at somebody for doing heroin. The was wrong with people. And they're gonna try, you know, they're gonna go after Virginia's credibility. That's their, their, you know, diamond in the rough. That's their M.O. that's how they roll. And they're gonna try and make her life miserable, try and make her out as a liar, try and make her out as somebody who's just trying to get a payday. And my thinking there is. Hasn't Virginia already gotten paydays from these people? It's probably not about the money, right? Why would you keep putting your family through this if it was about making a couple of more bucks? It doesn't make sense to me. Of course people will paint it in that light. But guess what, folks? Not everybody is completely driven by the almighty dollar. Now don't get me wrong. Gotta have some dough to make your life work correctly. But that's not the motivation for everybody. And when I hear, oh, this one's looking to get a lawsuit, you know, come on. So that's, we're just gonna default. Think that all the time. Now if this was a case that was, you know, happening in real time and we didn't have reams and reams of evidence and corroboration, it would be a different story. I certainly wouldn't be as sure of what occurred as I am here. And now we're talking about hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and years and years and years of evidence here, right? So it's not like Prince Andrew can just run around and you know, oh, this is he said, she said. There's no evidence. That's not the case. There is plenty of evidence here. Circumstantial, but plenty of evidence here that makes one believe that Virginia is telling the truth. And this disgusting rat bastard Joe Exotic of the Windsor family is lying through his teeth. So let's jump into this article from the Daily Mail and let's see what author Kate Manzie has to say about this goofy looking MF and his new strategy. And when you look at this picture on the Daily Mail article, he's sitting there, right? He's like looking down, but his eyes are pointed up. Looks like something from a horror movie. And behind him you see Fergie, but just one eye Covered by her eyeglasses. And it looks like she just got done getting a proctology exam or something. The faces on these two. Holy cow. I mean, talk about falling out of the ugly tree and smacking every single damn branch on the way down. Holy cow. Prince Andrew has dramatically changed his legal. Oh, excuse me. Let's get the headline first. That might be important, huh? Now it's time to turn and fight. Prince Andrew dramatically changes his legal strategy to fight the sex abuse claims. All of a sudden he's ready to fight. All of a sudden he has the heart of a lion and he's a courageous war hero. Isn't that what we heard? But yet this courageous war hero, Mr. Heart of a Lion, hiding behind his mom, still at Balmoral. Such a coward. Didn't even bounce to go see his granddaughter. Bro, you're not fooling anybody over here. Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. The only reason that he's looking to fight now, the only reason that the narrative has changed from them is because they understood that the game of technicalities is quickly coming to an end. And that's not gonna save them. So they better have some meat on that bone. They better have something to come correct with in that court of law. Because without that, all of the technicalities, the loopholes, the complaints and the denials that they want, they can have, but they're not going to amount to anything that. Not in the courtroom. Prince Andrew has dramatically changed his legal strategy to fight sex abuse claims with an ally last night saying now it's time to turn and fight back to clear his name. Well, people been wondering where you're at. Your bitch ass was supposed to be at the flagpole at 3pm after school, and you didn't show up like the coward you are now. School's over, you're back at home, you're on the Internet, and you're talking shit again. Bro, you just had your chance to be at the the flagpole at 3pm where you at? There's only one person that's running, ducking and dodging around here, and that's Prince Andrew. Now all of a sudden, his ally, meaning one of his stooges, says he's ready to fight. Well, it's about time, you coward ass chump. The prince is being sued in New York by Virginia Roberts, now 38 who alleges he sexually abused her on three separate occasions when she was 17 in London, New York, and on serious US pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's island in the Caribbean. Andrew, 61, has consistently and fiercely denied the claims. Fiercely denied the claims. I love when they say that fiercely denying the claims would be getting on every soapbox available to you and denying the claims. You notice he hasn't called his clog wearing, disgusting buddy George Stepanopoulos to set up an interview lately, has he? The guy is just an absolute clown. An absolute clown. Fiercely denied the claims. Stop it, stop it. How about meekly denied the claims? Barely denied the claims. Oh, the palace put out a statement for me. Oh, I was on Emily Matlis. Ha ha ha ha ha. Laughs an English villain. I mean, ugh, such a just the face on this guy. After a surreal legal cat and mouse game, Andrew's lawyers finally acknowledged on Friday that the prince had been served with legal papers. He now has until October 29th to respond. So it's, you know, the, the wheels of the legal system are certainly turning now and there is a lot to go over, definitely a lot to go over for both sides. And that's why the extension was granted until the 29th as opposed to the, the original date of the 13th. So they want to, they want both sides to be prepared here. That's at least from where I'm sitting. It looks like the judge is not playing games. He doesn't want any nonsense. No more technicalities, no more bs. Come to court. Be prepared. Let's rock and roll. That's what it's looking like, the judge is telling them. And with this, this extension granted, they, they better have their shit together. Now. Andrew and his team have spent a lot of time wasted by ducking and dodging these, these charges. And what has happened is this, this cloud of fallout from Epstein has irradiated Prince Andrew to a point that the battle has been lost in the public square. That's not even a battle they should be worried about waging. All of us know the score, right? Again, we're not jurors, though. We don't make the decisions or anything like that. But standing here in the new public square of the Internet, of course we're having conversations. And I think it's pretty clear that the public and those of us inhabiting the public square have come to the conclusion that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family is an absolute liar who needs to answer for these allegations against him. And so far from him and his team, we've had nothing but ignoring basically what's going on. And now they're running out of road. So they're going to have to make a detour. They know that that strategy is not going to work. They know that they're going to have to eventually step up and answer these allegations. And I bet you it was Brettler who changed all of this. The high profile Hollywood lawyer that they brought in definitely MO for someone like this to get combative and we're gonna see a lot more of that. Be prepared. There's gonna be a lot of hit runs done on Virginia and other survivors and they're gonna look to destroy credibility. That's what they're going to do. And they know that their, their clients credibility has already been destroyed. So they're going to be on a search and destroy mission to level the playing field. And I really hope that Virginia's team is ready for that. And I guess, you know, I would, I would guess that they are. They've been doing this for quite some time now and they have had their ducks in a row. So I would guess that they are. But I would expect to see as this gets closer, a ton of hit pieces by, you know, the few legacy journalist members that are still in the Prince's camp. And believe me, there are some. So that's definitely going to be something that they try and do. It's a game of credibility. Right. And if you're, if you're trying to win this case as one side of the other, you want to destroy the credibility of your opponent. And as far as the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family goes, that's already been done. His credibility has been wrecked a long time ago. So it won't be too hard for Virginia's team to shine a light on that

A source with knowledge of the proceedings told the Mail on Sunday the decision to bring in high profile US Lawyer Andrew Bretler to fight the civil case marks a significant turning point in approach and the US team will be looking to robustly engage and challenge the claims from Ms. Roberts in a bid to provide the Duke with a platform to finally clear his name. And if you're gonna try and get a lawyer to go scorched earth, there aren't very many people to bring in than Hollywood guys like Brettler. Brettler is definitely a scorched earth kind of attorney, and he's going to try and destroy the credibility here. Watch and see. Now the question is going to be how well is he gonna be able to do that? And I don't think the strategy is gonna work. I think really what it's gonna come down to here, if this does get to trial, it's gonna come down to the meat and the potatoes. It's gonna come down to who's lying and who is not. The grand question on the table. And they will do everything, meaning Prince Andrew's people, to avoid getting to that point. They will be looking to examine and dismantle the claims one by one. The news came as respected biographer Nigel Cawthorn, author of Prince Andrew Epstein Maxwell and the palace, called on Andrew to relinquish his HRH title while the case continues. Probably a good idea. Nobody should have to call on him to do that. He should just step up to the plate and do it. Why do you need to be goaded and pushed in the right direction? I thought you were an honorable guy and you want to do the right thing. Well, here's an idea. Stop talking about how honorable you are. Stop talking about doing the right thing and. And just do it. You know, like Nike says, Andrew is supposed to be an officer and a gentleman, so he should do the decent thing and give up his HRH title. Said Mr. Cawthorn. Harry and Meghan had to stop using their HRH status and they haven't been accused of anything. But in keeping his titles and his military roles, the Queen has been tainted by the accusations. Well, the Queen, unfortunately, is complicit. And I've had a belly full of the Queen at this point. And I, you know, I'm not trying to offend any of you out there who, who love her or whatever, but she's harboring this scumbag, so how long should we not set our sights on her and call her for what she is and call her out for what she's doing? I'm not a subject of the crown. I don't give a goddamn about her or the whole monarchy. You folks all know how I feel about these people. They put their pants on the same way we do in the morning. And at the end of the game, remember, all the kings, the queens and the pawns, they all go back in the same box, folks. So no, I'm not impressed by these people. I don't care about the Queen. I have no interest in protecting her image. I want the whole entire thing to crumble. And the fact that this dude is not forced to relinquish his posts and his HRH title is just this is a bonkers. It just shows you everything you need to know about these people. And remember, when someone shows you who they are, pay attention. US lawyers tried to serve legal documents on Andrew at his home at Royal Lodge in Windsor through through the British courts. And by sending them through the post, a corporate investigator sent to the gates of Royal Lodge said that security staff there had been primed not to accept court papers. Ms. Roberts is seeking unspecified damages. So obviously they did accept the court papers. And it's time to scrap. The time for the BS is over. It's time for Andrew to step up to the plate. And it's time for Andrew to finally answer these allegations that have been laid before him. And the days of ducking, the days of obfuscating and the days of hiding are over.
