What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When Prince Andrew was first arrested, I told you that that would open the door to a much larger investigation. Well, that door has been opened and now authorities in the UK have expanded that investigation to include sexual misconduct. Because, of course, Andrew was up to more than just passing secret information to his bff Jeffrey Epstein. So what you do is you use the charges that you feel are strong to open that door. And once the investigation begins, it's on from there. Because once you have that inroad, you have probable cause basically to dig deep into somebody's life. And that's what's happening now to Andrew. He's finally getting the colonoscopy that he deserves. And considering how many decades this guy was out there acting like a fool, who the hell knows what they're going to come up with? So today we have an article from the Daily Mail and the headline, police probe Andrew Mountbatten Windsor over sex offenses. Stunning update on investigation of former Prince as officers appeal for potential victim survivors to come forward. And this article was authored by Rebecca Camber. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is being investigated by the police over potential sexual offenses. There's probably more, right? I mean, look at the emails that were sent by Prince Andrew to Ghislaine Maxwell about finding him girls down in Peru. Like, what are we even talking about here? Why is the Prince of England having a known sex trafficker locate girls forum in Peru? Is that too big of a question to ask? Am I out of line for asking that question? Because Andrew's royalty. Well, la fangul to that royalty. And they can all get stuffed as far as I'm concerned, Especially considering how the royal family protected Andrew for all these years, including the Queen. So I don't have any sympathy for them. In a bombshell development, detectives announced that a misconduct in public office probe into the former prince has broadened to consider a wide range of offenses, including sexual misconduct and corruption, just as I predicted. Like Bobby Bacala says in the Sopranos Quasimodo predicted all of this three months after the former Duke of York was arrested over claims that he leaked secrets to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein during his decades as a UK trade envoy. Officers are now interviewing witnesses about suspected criminal offenses. Well, yeah. What exactly took you guys so long? We've only been yelling about this for years. People have only known that Andrew was up to no good for years, but now we have this big investigation, all of a sudden, okay, better late than never. And hopefully they're going to do the right thing. And what I mean by that is a real investigation, let the chips fall where they may. If Andrew's innocent, so be it. And that's all I've ever called for, a robust, real investigation. And I believe if that occurs, then all these people will end up in prison. And when I say that, I don't mean all of them in prison for engaging in abuse. But just about every single person that was involved with Epstein was committing financial crimes, knowingly or otherwise. And when it's a RICO case, it doesn't even matter if you don't know. The second that you receive funds from somebody that is running a criminal organization, you have now received illicit funds from a criminal organization, and they can freeze your whole ass bank account. I've seen it happen. I've watched it go down. And that's one of the main reasons why this was never a RICO case. And it's why they're so adamant on calling Epstein a lone wolf. They don't want to reframe it in the proper framing because they understand the problems that would bring. Thames Valley police will today make a public appeal for potential victim survivors to come forward. It comes after the force identified multiple lines of inquiry and what's being described as a significant investigation. Good for them. And I encourage anybody with any information to come forward. And keep in mind, if you start pressing Prince Andrew, who the knows who he's gonna rat on, that's always an option. And that's why in a RICO case, you go after everybody. You start with the low levels, you flip them, you get them to turn on the bosses, and you go from there. So if they have Andrew on something serious, maybe they try to flip him. Police have seized evidence in a raid of Andrew's former home at Royal Lodge, Windsor and his new property on Sandringham Estate, Norfolk, which officers are now said to be carefully working through. It's understood. So probably computers, phone records, etc. And if they're following the money trail, can you imagine where Prince Andrew's money trail ends up Libya, Beijing, who knows? The major update follows the release of new documents yesterday relating to Andrew's appointment as trade envoy. They revealed that the late Queen was very keen for her son to take a prominent role in the promotion of national interests when her cousin, the Duke of Kent, stepped down from the role. Look, I don't falter from that. If I was the Queen or the King, I'd want my son to be in a prominent role too. But I would expect my son to do the right thing. Buddy, you're carrying a legacy here, not just your own, the whole royal family, the whole nation of the uk. Act accordingly. Bro had everything he ever wanted and he squandered it. And yup, I'm gonna say it every time we talk about Prince Andrew. As all of us are struggling daily to pay bills, to live a life, to go on a little weekend vacation. This rotten bastard was squandering all of that and more and at the same time hurting people while he was doing so. So if anybody deserves what's happening to them, in my opinion, it's Prince Andrew. Andrew had a preference for missions to sophisticated countries, but should not be burdened with the meetings and paperwork associated with the role. The files released by the government showed. The 15 page document was published following pressure from MPS in the wake of the Epstein files being made public by the U.S. department of Justice. And I wish we had a real administration here in America that cared because we could be working in coordination with our European friends to get moving. But of course, that's the last thing that these people won. They don't want transparency, they want you to move on. That is all they care about. Putting this in the rear view mirror, that's all they care about. So my question to you is, are you gonna let them? They suggested that the then Duke was sharing potentially commercially sensitive information gleaned from his official post with Epstein. Police descended on his home at Wood Farm in February, taking Andrew into custody on his 66th birthday. Happy birthday, Duke of Pork, you dumb. Enjoy your couple hours in jail. And the picture that came with that, worth its weight in gold. He was released some 11 hours later under investigation. Thames Valley police have now revealed that senior officers are already speaking to the Crown Prosecution Service for early investigative advice, ahead of a potential prosecution. Yo. Can you imagine what a trial would look like for Prince Andrew? I am here for it. And honestly, I might have to go to the UK for that. And I'm only half kidding when I say that, like, that would be something. And Considering I've been planning on getting to London at some point, might be the perfect time. They're also liaising with the American DOJ to formally request evidence contained in the millions of documents from the Epstein files. I think that's going to be a litmus test. If the DOJ plays ball, okay, we'll tip our cap. But if they try to play games and keep the UK investigators from getting these files, that's going to tell us something, too. Alongside the allegations from the files, they're assessing separate claims that Epstein sent a woman to the UK for sex with Andrew in 2010, mirroring accusations made by the late Virginia Roberts, who said that she was trafficked to have sex with the former Duke. Well, I believe her, and not just because Virginia told me that. I think the contemporaneous evidence and the evidence at the time proved it. And I'm willing to stand 10 toes down and defend that position, because anybody trying to say that that picture's fake or she never met Andrew, they're gonna come up lacking. And anybody spitting that kind of shit has no idea what they're talking about. Andrew settled the New York civil case brought by Miss Roberts for a reported £12 million without any admission of liability. He's denied her claims in the past. Denied the claims, but paid the settlement. You make your own decision. Detectives have spoken to a lawyer for the alleged second victim, who has not been identified, but officers are yet to carry out interviews. Because she has not made a formal complaint to the police. Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said the force had assembled a dedicated team of its most experienced specialist investigators, which include detectives experienced in investigating serious sexual attacks and financial experts. Hey, Donald Trump, you paying attention? This is how you put an investigation together. I mean, we got Pam Bondi telling us that we should be worried about the Dow. Meanwhile, over here in uk, they're putting together a whole ass task force to go after Andrew and hopefully it exposes some bullshit here in America. And I can't believe I have to say that. It's so embarrassing. It is so embarrassing to have to say that the most powerful, the greatest investigative body on the planet, the FBI, is getting absolutely pantsed by some local police forces in the uk. Chew on that for a minute. He confirmed that they had spoken to a number of witnesses, but said he hopes there will come forward to shed light on Andrew's relationship with the pedophile. I really want to stress that our door is open whenever a victim survivor is ready to engage with us. We're ready for you at whatever point that may be the Assistant Chief Constable said. In terms of Epstein's victims and survivors, we hope that anyone with relevant information will come forward. I really hope people down in Peru are hearing about what's going on here, and I hope that the girls that were abused there get their day in the sun. They deserve it. They deserve not to be forgotten, and they deserve people who abuse them allegedly to be held accountable. And if that person or persons happen to be Andrew or anyone in Epstein Circle, investigate them, arrest them, convict them.

In terms of Epstein victims and survivors, we hope that anyone with relevant information will come forward. There's a number of aspects of alleged misconduct that the investigation is examining, so we're speaking with a range of witnesses. We do really want to get the message across that we're encouraging anyone with information to get in touch with us. He warned that the inquiry could take months before detectives are ready to submit a file of evidence to the CPS to consider whether to bring any criminal charges. Yeah, it's going to take time. We're talking about decades of alleged misconduct, so it's going to take time. And guess what? We'll be here for all of it, every step of the way. Because what happened with Prince Andrew is important, too. It's not just about Epstein, like I keep telling you. It's about all these people that are rich, powerful, who think they can do and get away with whatever they want. That is done. I've had my fill and I refuse to bow down and be compliant to a bunch of sick degenerates. Just like I'm not going to be preached to by people who think interdimensional beings are flying UFOs. The senior officer added, the investigation is by necessity hugely thorough and will take time. We're proceeding with real care and caution. One of the key issues to be determined is whether the former prince can be considered a public officer. Under the terms of the offense, police will have to interview various officials and seek disclosure from the government of any documents Andrew signed regarding confidentiality in his role, which he held for 10 years until 2011. CPS guidance says there is no simple definition of a public officer. And each case must be assessed individually, taking into account the nature of the role, the duties carried out and the level of public trust involved. Public officials include individuals such as police officers, civil servants, chief judges, elected officials and army officers. Yeah, people that represent the fucking country. Why is it so hard for people to just step the right way? I wish I had the privilege that Andrew did. I've had to scrape and scrap and fight for everything I have. And my goal has always been I want to earn more so I can give more. And I don't just mean like the charity, I mean to people I care about, my family, my friends, people that are in trouble. That's what I'd want to do with my wealth, with my power. And I'm sure that the vast majority of you feel the same way. And when you have somebody like Prince Andrew completely on that and act the way he does, it enrages me. Emails released in the Epstein dump suggest the former Duke shared reports of official visits to Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore with the financier pedophile. Andrew was the UK's Special Representative for Trade and Investment in Asia in 2010 and 11. He's accused of sharing confidential reports and investment opportunities with Epstein after the financier pedophile was released from prison on child sex offenses in 2009. Remember, this happened after Epstein was already a convicted diddler. But Uncle Touchy over here, he's never met a diddler he didn't like. Right, so Andrew was just quick to get on the email. One email in November 2010 was forwarded by Andrew just five minutes after being sent by his then special advisor, Amit Patil. Then, on Christmas Eve in 2010, Andrew allegedly looped Epstein in on a highly confidential briefing about investment opportunities and in the reconstruction of Helmand in Afghanistan. Oh, you mean Helmand that we destroyed? That's cool. How many people got rich in Afghanistan? That's a whole ass other conversation. But boy, those poppy fields, they were popping. Do you really think people weren't getting rich? You really think Jeffrey Epstein and his buddies weren't involved in Afghanistan? Detectives are now speaking to officials in the Cabinet Office and Buckingham palace, which had previously released statement confirming staff stand ready to support the police. Well, that's good. What do you know? Royal aides say that the palace cannot comment while there's an active police inquiry for fear of prejudicing any investigation. That's fair. I can agree with that. Sources point back to the robust action taken by the King and in stripping his brother of his remaining titles and honors and ensuring his departure from Royal Lodge. Both he and Queen Camilla, who has highlighted issues around violence against women, also said last year that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been and remain with the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse. The king's brother has not addressed the allegations, but has always denied any wrongdoing in his dealings with Epstein or or knowledge of his sex crimes. Misconduct in public office, which carries a potential maximum life sentence, covers a range of offending, including sharing confidential information, sexual misconduct, corruption, fraudulent conduct and dishonesty. Wow, Looks like Prince Andrew hits all the spots, doesn't it? So it's going to be interesting to see how this investigation unfolds. And like I told you a couple weeks ago, I'm going to have a podcast that follows along with just Prince Andrew and the situation he's in. Because it's going to blow up. And as that trial and that investigation moves forward, there's going to be a lot to get to. And I know I've had a lot of people from Europe reach out and ask me if I was going to do something like that, and the answer is most certainly yes. And once I have it all set up and ready to go, I'll make sure that I put a link in the description box. But but until then, that's going to do it for this one. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box
