What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When it comes to Jeffrey Epstein's core of four, one of the most important people when it comes to the operation of Epstein's empire was Leslie Groff. And she was in charge of a whole array of different things. We're talking about setting up massages, we're talking about flights, were talking about all the logistics. And under normal circumstances, she would have been part of the grand conspiracy, right? Part of rico. But Epstein was never charged with rico, so that never occurred. But all you have to do is take a look at the basics. And it's pretty obvious that Leslie Grof was a key component to what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. Now look, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that Leslie Groff was abusing anybody. She was not. Not that we know of. But you don't have to do the actual crime to be part of the conspiracy. You just have to be part of it, whether it's logistically, whether it's actually taking part or just being adjacent. Anybody that's part of the enterprise is part of the whole crime. And Leslie Groff, in my opinion and the opinion of many prosecutors and judges, most certainly was smack dab in the middle of that criminal enterprise. Meanwhile, you have Congress talking to Tom Wade. Now, look, I get it. Ghislaine Maxwell's boyfriend, great. But how about Leslie Groff? How about Sarah Kellen Vickers? How about Adriana Ross or Nadia Marcinkova? Why not call them up? Why not show people you're serious? Today we have an article from the Stanford Advocate and the headline, Connecticut Aid Arranged victim flights Massages for Jeffrey Epstein. DOJ file show this article was authored by Nathaniel Rosenberg, Leslie Groff, Jeffrey Epstein's longtime executive assistant, schedule massages and coordinated dozens of flights of around the world for victims of the disgraced convicted sex trafficker recently released Department of Justice document show. And this is known, we've known this for years and the documents just back up all the speculation. But Jeffrey Epstein himself called Leslie Groff his brain and said he couldn't function without her. But it remains unknown whether the Connecticut resident knew about Epstein's sexual assaults, which one victim said once happened just on the other side of a closed door from where Groff was working. Come on. Does anyone really believe she had no idea who Epstein was or what he was doing? They all knew, especially people on the inside. The Core 4. Leslie Grof, Nadia Marcinkova, Adriana Ross, and Sarah Kellen Vickers. They all knew. And not only did they know, they all played their part. Whether it was recruiting, whether it was taking part in the abuse, or whether it was logistically like Grof, they all had a part to play, and they all played it. Victims interviewed by federal investigators alleged that Grof scheduled massages in New York City where Epstein assaulted women, according to internal FBI summaries of those victim interviews. And it just really boggles the mind if they had this much information on a criminal empire they that was involved in regular human trafficking, if you will, or drugs, everybody would have been locked up. The accountant, the lawyer, everybody. But for whatever reason, hint, hint, when it comes to Epstein, that was never the case. And there was never even real interest in these women. Right. They were given that deal, and that was the end of it. Oh, we'll protect them down in Florida, and then that'll be the end of all of it. And we'll never have to worry about those women talking to the authorities. But even then, we know that Nadia Marcinkova now was speaking with the authorities behind the scenes. And you would think with her testimony, they'd be able to lock everybody up. So why didn't they do it? Why didn't they pursue it any further? Why did they contain the blast radius to just Galain Maxwell? In some cases, Groff allegedly paid the victims or covered their schooling expenses, According to a December 2019 Department of Justice memoir summarizing nearly 50 interviews federal agents conducted while investigating potential co conspirators of Epstein, including a testimony from 38 victims, nine of whom referenced Groff. Imagine being talked about that much by people that were being trafficked and you don't get arrested. It is so crazy. The second your name's attached to something like this, everybody should go down. And an obvious conspiracy. It's an obvious RICO case. So what the hell is the government doing? And why were they so reticent to go the extra mile? Grof, a New Canyon resident, also coordinated dozens of flights that brought potential victims to his properties around the world, according to DOJ documents, which include flight receipts And. Or emails about those bookings. So she brought these girls to the belly of the beast, set up all the flights, set up all the travel, but she had no idea what was going on. She thought that she was working for a saint. Don't you know a guy that's never done anything crazy ever in his life? A guy that gives you no signs that he's a degenerate pervert? Is that what she wants us to believe? And if you believe that, well, I think you're stupid. In a July 2021 sit down with prosecutors, Grant Groff admitted to booking massages for Epstein. An internal FBI report on the meeting shows she's admitted it. She admitted she's part of it. She's admitted that she's led these girls into the belly of the beast. And what came of it? Nothing. Not a damn thing. Why? That's the question. How come all these people, especially the ones that we have dead to rights with evidence, have gone away with it? Somebody make it make sense. During a separate interview In February of 2020, note show that Groff's lawyer, Michael Bauchner, told investigators his client did not know the massages were sexual, was unaware the girl she was booking were underage, and thought that when the girls mentioned class or school, they were talking about college. Oh, she had no idea. She didn't know. So it's okay. Since one is ignorance an excuse for breaking the law. If it doesn't work for me, it shouldn't work for her. But of course it will. I know, I know, I'm overreacting. There's nothing to see here, and it's all just a big conspiracy. Connecticut Insider reviewed thousands of pages of DOJ documents, including emails, flight confirmations, victim interviews, and photographs. For this story, Groff, who managed Epstein's schedule, meetings, and travel for nearly two decades and has consistently denied any knowledge of his sprawling sex trafficking operation. I'm sorry, but I don't believe her. I know it's hard to believe that I don't believe her, but here we are. In a lawsuit filed in 2021, Jane Doe claimed that Groff facilitated Epstein's trafficking of her by purchasing plane tickets, sending money, and making appointments. Doe later dismissed the lawsuit before Grof was required to file a response to the claims. Two other victims filed civil suits against Groff, but those litigations were were also dismissed. Grof was named as a potential co conspirator of Epstein's in several internal DOJ documents, which range from an FBI list of potential Epstein collaborators to July 2019 emails between FBI agents and prosecutors and appeared in more than150,000 files released since last december. Now, look, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that graph was abusing people. Like I said earlier, let's not conflate things. Not everybody was taking part in the abuse. Some people were logistics. And leslie grof was in charge of all of it. So if she was doing the same thing for el chapo, do you think that she'd get this armor? Do you think that she'd be protected the way she is? Or do you think she'd be facing a life sentence? But she was never charged with a crime, and the lawsuits filed against her have all been dismissed. The fact that the u. S. Attorney's office did not prosecute leslie after she voluntarily spoke with him, answering every question posed of her, Demonstrates clearly that she had no criminal involvement with epstein. Bachner said leslie is simply disgusted by epstein's conduct and is heartbroken by what his victims have endured. That is just wild, Absolutely wild. The doj didn't prosecute because they didn't want to blow the case open. Nice try, bauchner, but let's be real. We've all seen the evidence. And if you think for a minute that leslie groff wasn't involved logistically in creating the scheduling, bringing the girls in, setting them up for massages, then you're crazy. She most certainly was. And that puts her smack dab in the middle of the criminal conspiracy. The internal doj files indicate that prosecutors and victims believe that grof, who worked for Epstein from 2001 until his arrest and coordinated virtually all of his travel, had helped move his victims to his properties around the globe. And she'll say she had no idea. I had no idea what was going on. Well, too bad. You did it right, man. Act prison, see you later. But no, here we are talking about it still, all these years later.

Grof, who epstein once described as an extension of his brain, worked for nearly two decades out of his madison avenue office in new york City. She was named as a potential co conspirator and shielded from prosecution as part of Epstein's controversial 2008 non prosecution agreement in Florida. Again, all to protect the operation itself. They couldn't have the little peons start flipping, right? Not while Epstein was alive. Remember, Nadia didn't start talking until later on. And if Leslie Groff didn't do anything wrong, why was she protected under the npa? I'm sure that was just for precaution. Right, because everybody gets hooked up like that. And hell, if I get a speeding ticket, maybe I'll just say, hey, the Epstein NPA protects me too. That's how ridiculous this whole thing is. But she flown under the radar relative to other Epstein associates, including convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell and alleged recruiter Jean Luc Brunel. There's no alleged Jean Luc Brunel was as evil, disgusting and despicable as Jeffrey Epstein. And you don't have to write a ledge there. It's a fact. On March 3, a House committee investigating Epstein called on Grof to testify before them in June. A spokesperson for the committee said last month that Grof was confirmed for a transcribed interview on June 9th. Well, that's good. About time. But do you think they're going to ask her any real questions? Is there going to be anything that comes of it? I hope so. I mean, at the very least, we get her under oath, and that's a step in the right direction. But the problem is the people doing the questioning. I don't trust their motivations either. She was Epstein's primary secretary who handled the travel logistics for Epstein, his employees, and the victims who traveled. A DOJ lawyer whose name was redacted or wrote in an internal October 20 email chain in which prosecutors debated how to handle the sheer volume of files mentioning Grof. And that's another beef I have. Why are these investigators names being redacted? That wasn't part of the deal. So what? We can't go and talk to these people. Nobody can reach out to so and so and ask why the decision was made to do X, Y or Z. Seems a bit suspicious. In addition to scheduling massage appointments, Groff would also book flights for girls who traveled to meet Epstein at his various residences, investigators wrote in a December 2019 memo. Drawing on testimony from at least five separate victim interviews. Several partially redacted DOJ documents collected as part of the investigation that led to Epstein's July 2019 arrest on sex trafficking charges shed more light on why prosecutors initially identified Groff along with Maxwell brunel and others as potential co conspirators of epstein. Well, because they were, that's why. That includes the December 2019 potential co conspirator memo sent by redacted assistant u. S. Attorneys to then lead prosecutor jeffrey berman, as well as three interviews that the FBI conducted with victims as they were closing in on epstein. In the spring and summer of 2019, at least half a dozen victims said they were contacted by grof to schedule massages in which epstein would solicit or coerce women and girls into sex. And the three said that they were paid for the massages by grof. The doj memo and victim interviews show one woman described as both a victim and a recruiter. Three told prosecutors that it was groff's responsibility to schedule massages in new york city, according to documents. In an April 2019 interview, a victim who said epstein began assaulting her at 14 and that she later recruited other girls for him told investigators that she would call groff to schedule times for a massage. I guess acting as a facilitator for a trafficking ring is not criminal anymore. Pretty wild considering how many people are sitting in prison for the exact same thing. Another victim, who the doj memo says was abused by epstein as an adult, remembered groff was steps away from epstein's office on one occasion when she was assaulted. She recalls that groff was right outside the closed door to epstein's office on one occasion when epstein forced redacted to perform oral sex on him. But she does not know whether groff knew what was happening inside the office, the memo read. In a DOJ memoir of a November 2020 victim interview, a third victim who allegedly massaged epstein and recruited other girls for him, described groff as a familiar presence in his office who helped screen girls for epstein. Yeah, she was just somebody that was answering phones, folks. She didn't have a big role here. She wasn't somebody that was a key element of epstein's enterprise. Redacted would mention different girls names to leslie, the memo said. Redacted felt it was pretty obvious Leslie knew what was going on. I'm sure she did. Somebody that close to epstein. The plane is nicknamed lolita express. Nobody's talking about it. None of the other girls are chirping. Stop it. That victim also told investigators that on occasion she called the office to talk to groff, saying that she needed to speak to epstein as soon as possible because she needed money to get an abortion. The memo stated groff was able to get to epstein on the phone right away. And Epstein gave redacted $1,000 in an envelope. Well, I wonder why she needed an abortion. I'm pretty sure there was no immaculate conception. In her 2021 interview with prosecutors, Grof described massages as a routine part of Epstein's day. According to an interview summary prepared by prosecutors, she said that when she first started working for Epstein, Maxwell told her that Epstein needed a massage every day. Grof also said scheduling massages was roughly 1% of her job. Well, that's enough to send you to prison. I mean, let's be real. It was presented like it was totally normal. The notes described Grof saying to Groff, making massage appointments was just another appointment she had to make for Epstein. In the victim interview, several expressed uncertainty about how much Grof was aware of of what the massages entailed. Look, I have a hard time believing she didn't know. She was very close to Epstein. And there were signs, okay? Plenty of signs. Furthermore, she kept working for him after he was arrested. Right. Got it. According to notes from the interview Bachner gave to investigators In February of 2020, Grof rarely interacted with the victims in person. Doesn't matter. You can't send them an email if they're underage and have them come to Epstein's house. Are you crazy? Unlike Maxwell, Grof did not travel with Epstein outside of New York City and only visited her boss homes in Paris and the US Virgin Islands on one occasion each while on vacation with her husband. Epstein was not on the island or at his home in Paris when Groff and her husband stayed there. Oh, well, in that case, everything's cool. All is forgiven. Imagine your daughter was led into the belly of the beast by Leslie Grof. While Grof herself did not travel with her boss. DOJ records include dozens of emails and plane ticket bookings showing that Grof arranged for women from Eastern European countries. What do I tell you about there, huh? What do we know about Eastern Europe and Jeffrey Epstein, whose names are adapted in the files, to be flown to Epstein's residences in Paris, New York City, Palm beach, and the US Virgin Islands to meet him over nearly a decade. Those documents show that Grof coordinated several dozen flights from cities in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, and Lithuania to Epstein's properties. Because the names are adapted, it's difficult to determine how many individuals were booked on those flights, but arranging their travel was consistent. Part of of Groff's work as Epstein's personal secretary between 2012 and 2019. Using victims to recruit more victims was the hallmark of Epstein's trafficking ring after his 2008 conviction for soliciting a child prostitute in Florida. Hold on. A child prostitute? Buddy, did you really just write that? How could a child be a prostitute? Do yourself a favor and give your head a shake. He increasingly recruited young women from Eastern Europe who were often more dependent on him for finances, visas, and jobs. Well, at least he got that part right, because that's certainly what Epstein was up to. In the day surrounding Epstein's arrest, prosecutors zeroed in on Grof as a member of Epstein's inner circle. Prosecutors sent a planning email on the eve of Epstein's arrest, which identified Grof, along with several redacted names, as someone we believe that each booked massages forum with underage girls. And in the days following the arrest, Groff was served a grand jury subpoena as an alleged co conspirator. But she doesn't know anything, right? No idea. Come on. In February 2020, Bauchner met with agents on behalf of Groff, providing a preliminary testimony to absolve his client from any involvement in the trafficking ring. He said that Groff had little to no interaction with the women she booked for massages and that she did not know there were sexual contact during the massages. In her eyes, Epstein was wacky, bizarre, but not sexual. Bauchner told the authorities. What an absolute lie. And this is why they didn't charge him with rico. Because it would have been so expansive and the blast radius would have been so large, they couldn't contain it. Then, 15 months later, it was Grof's turn to speak with federal agents, where she described booking massages and maintaining Epstein's busy social and professional calendar. Groff characterized the relationship between Epstein and Maxwell as volatile, and her boss is demanding, saying he sometimes sent her home in tears. But still, she seemed to enjoy her work. Yeah, money changes everything, right? Enough dough, a big enough bag. People are willing to do just about anything. Grof thought. The whole office seemed happy, like the employees were happy, and it was a nice place to work. Prosecutors wrote. The nine page summary of the interview does not include questions from agents about Groff booking flights for alleged victims. Nor does it discuss her thoughts on Epstein's conviction in 2008 for soliciting a child prostitute. Because it was all part of the plan, just like I've told you from the beginning. The whole idea was to cover it up. It was never to get to the bottom of it. Plenty of evidence there. If they wanted to do that, they chose not to, and they continue to choose not to. And the Whole entire child prostitute thing. Fucking shit. We're not past that yet. How the hell could a child be a prostitute? Grof continued working for Epstein for more than a decade after that conviction until July 2019, the month of his arrest. But I'm sure she had no idea, right? Epstein was arrested for what? Tax evasion, jaywalking, eating a bagel the wrong way. Oh, no, that's right. For sex crimes. When asked why Groff stayed, Bauchner told investigators that Epstein was abusive but also charming and that the work was very interesting. Making phone calls and scheduling people. Couldn't do that anywhere else, huh? Okay, I guess. After Epstein's arrest, prosecutors identify Gruff as a possible co conspirator in a December 2019 memo. A follow up DOJ document in April of 2020 described Grof as the primary scheduler for massages at Epstein's New York residence. But unlike Maxwell, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison after being convicted of sex trafficking in 2021, and Brunel, who died by suicide in a French prison after being arrested and charged with raping a minor, Grof was never arrested and maintains her innocence to this day. Well, okay, maintain away, lady, but I think the evidence points somewhere else and it's going to be real interesting what she has to say when she gives her deposition. And I really wonder just how far Congress is going to push and as you can imagine, will have a few things to say when she gives this deposition. But until then, that's going to do it for this one. Host: Bobby Capucci
Episode: DOJ Records Raise New Questions About Lesley Groff’s Role Around Epstein
Date: May 6, 2026
In this episode, Bobby Capucci delves into newly released Department of Justice documents exposing the role of Lesley Groff, Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime executive assistant. The discussion centers on Groff’s logistical support within Epstein’s operation, specifically her involvement in arranging flights and scheduling massages for the disgraced financier—acts that bring new scrutiny to her role in the broader criminal enterprise. Capucci critically examines why Groff, despite the mountain of evidence and her proximity to Epstein’s crimes, remains uncharged and largely insulated from legal consequences, unlike other members of Epstein’s inner circle.
Groff’s Involvement:
Capucci highlights Lesley Groff as one of Epstein’s most critical associates—the so-called “Core Four,” including Nadia Marcinkova, Adriana Ross, and Sarah Kellen Vickers.
“She was in charge of a whole array of different things. We’re talking about setting up massages, we're talking about flights, we're talking about all the logistics.” (00:31)
Conspiracy and RICO Law:
Although Groff wasn’t accused of abuse herself, Capucci argues her logistical role made her complicit:
“You don’t have to do the actual crime to be part of the conspiracy. You just have to be part of it, whether it’s logistically, whether it’s actually taking part or just being adjacent.” (01:07)
DOJ Records:
New records indicate Groff coordinated flights for victims and scheduled massages where assaults occurred.
“Leslie Groff, Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime executive assistant, scheduled massages and coordinated dozens of flights around the world for victims…DOJ files show.” (02:07)
Victim Testimonies:
Multiple victims referenced Groff, with nine out of 38 directly mentioning her involvement according to DOJ interviews.
Ignorance as a Defense?
Groff’s attorney claims she didn’t know the girls were underage or that massages were sexual, but Capucci is deeply skeptical:
“So it’s okay. Since when is ignorance an excuse for breaking the law? If it doesn’t work for me, it shouldn’t work for her.” (05:00)
NPA (Non-Prosecution Agreement):
Groff is protected under the controversial 2008 Florida NPA, but Capucci questions the rationale:
“If Leslie Groff didn’t do anything wrong, why was she protected under the NPA? I’m sure that was just for precaution.” (11:00)
Comparison to Other Criminal Enterprises:
Had Groff worked logistics for any other criminal, Capucci argues she’d be in prison:
“If she was doing the same thing for El Chapo, do you think that she'd get this armor?” (06:58)
Flights and Bookings:
Groff arranged dozens of international flights for girls, mostly from Eastern Europe, to Epstein’s residences in New York, Paris, Palm Beach, and the US Virgin Islands (19:35).
Scheduling Massages:
She was responsible for arranging appointments with girls, including underage victims, as corroborated by DOJ memos and victim statements.
Communications with Victims:
Groff maintained direct communication with girls who needed flights, appointments, and even help for “abortions” financed by Epstein (17:38).
Admission to Prosecutors:
Groff admitted to booking massages for Epstein in July 2021 during a sit-down with prosecutors (04:55).
“At the very least, we get her under oath, and that’s a step in the right direction. But…the people doing the questioning…I don’t trust their motivations either.” (13:20)
Persistent Denials:
Despite evidence, Groff continues to deny knowing about or being involved in the abuse.
Shielded from Charges:
Lawsuits against Groff have been dismissed, and the US Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute after voluntary interviews.
Systemic Cover-up:
Capucci asserts the DOJ intentionally contained the blast radius to protect higher-ups and maintain the status quo:
“Plenty of evidence there. If they wanted to do that, they chose not to, and they continue to choose not to.” (22:20)
On Groff’s Claimed Ignorance:
“She brought these girls to the belly of the beast, set up all the flights, set up all the travel, but she had no idea what was going on. She thought that she was working for a saint…If you believe that, well, I think you're stupid.” (05:46)
Victim Testimony:
“She recalls that Groff was right outside the closed door to Epstein’s office on one occasion when Epstein forced [redacted] to perform oral sex on him. But she does not know whether Groff knew what was happening inside the office.” (16:32)
On DOJ’s Reluctance:
“And this is why they didn’t charge him with RICO. Because it would have been so expansive and the blast radius would have been so large, they couldn’t contain it.” (20:38)
On the System’s Hypocrisy:
“I guess acting as a facilitator for a trafficking ring is not criminal anymore. Pretty wild considering how many people are sitting in prison for the exact same thing.” (15:32)
On the Impact of Money:
“Yeah, money changes everything, right? Enough dough, a big enough bag. People are willing to do just about anything.” (21:22)
Bobby Capucci presents a forceful, detailed case that Lesley Groff was not a mere secretary but a linchpin in Epstein’s logistical apparatus, enabling abuse by managing global travel and victim appointments. With ample documentary and testimonial evidence, Capucci expresses frustration over persistent legal inaction and what he characterizes as an orchestrated cover-up by authorities. The upcoming congressional testimony offers a glimmer of hope, but skepticism remains about whether true accountability will be achieved.
