And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Over the past couple of months, there has been a lawsuit brewing behind the scenes between journalist Katie Fang and the Department of Justice. Well, on Thursday, the DOJ was supposed to turn over files, according to an order from a judge. Well, I know this is going to be the most shocking news of the day, but the DOJ is not in compliance once again and they're refusing to turn over these documents. And they're now asking for a delay of 60 days because they haven't had long enough. Meanwhile, these imbeciles have had over four decades, but sure, not enough time to get our story straight. Todd Blanch is managing an ongoing cover up and he needs to be held accountable. Congress needs to do their job and make sure that Todd Blanch is never the Attorney General. Now, he might be the sitting attorney general, but he should never be confirmed. And anybody that votes to confirm him is basically giving the stamp of approval to the DOJ and their handling of what happened with Epstein. So if that's what these congressmen and senators want to do, cool, go for it. But I hope that everybody remembers that when it comes time to vote because really, that's the only power we have. All these incumbents that are in office that are making all these terrible decisions, the only thing they fear is losing their seat. So we should make that a reality. Every person who's made light of this, every person who's called it a hoax, every person who's tried to ignore it, every last one of those people should be voted out. Unfortunately, we know that's not going to happen. And that's because nobody wants to hold their quote unquote favorite politicians accountable. It's always the other team, the other side. Well, what about. No, not what about. Let's talk about right now. Let's talk about who's in charge right now. Let's talk about who's making the decisions right now. Just like four years ago, I was saying the same about Merrick Garland and Uncle Junior Soprano Biden. And if you recall, I was telling you that he had cognitive decline years ago and I was taking pushback for it. What are you defending? Donald Trump. And then the next email. Why are you talking shit about Joe Biden? He isn't in mental decline. He's perfectly healthy, making great decisions. Meanwhile, Uncle Pudding Brain was literally zombified. That has nothing to do with left or right. It has to do with the fact that the leader of the country, the leader of the free world, doesn't even know what time it is. That was a pretty big problem. And then of course, Merrick Garland, another person that I criticized on a regular basis for not going after Jeffrey Epstein's empire. But that's in the past. That's all happened previously. What's happening now is what I'm concerned with. And that's the COVID up that's being Led by Todd Blanche. So today we have an article from ABC news and the headline, the DOJ declines to turn over additional Epstein files, says redactions were appropriate. This article was authored by Peter charlambo and James Hill. Don't you think that if there was nothing there to hide, they just turn them all over and get this behind them? What are they so scared of? What are they so worried about? The department of justice on Thursday declined to turn over additional information from the Epstein files as ordered by a judge, arguing that the materials include sensitive victim information or were appropriately redacted as required by law. Well, that's not up to you at this point. Nobody believes you, Nobody trusts you. And I'm still wondering why nobody's calling for a special counsel. I guess everybody's too worried about their salacious engagement. Oh no, the story is waning. Interest is falling off. I better talk about the most wild I possibly can. Who gives a shit if there's any truth to it yet? The story is living right here in this decision being made by the doj. And don't you find it disturbing that the DOJ can just ignore a court order like this and do whatever they want? I guarantee you that you wouldn't be given the same kind of leeway hours ahead of the deadline to turn over the material or explain why they were properly withheld. Associate u. S. Attorney general Stanley Woodward ask the judge to delay the deadline by 60 days or disregard it entirely by accepting the DOJ's reasons for withholding the material. And this is how our circular system works. I'm sure the judge is going to give them what they want because that's how it always works. For whatever reason, the court still wants to give these people over at the DOJ the benefit of the doubt when they've been in non compliance of this law from the very beginning. Although the government strongly disagrees with the court's ruling that the Epstein files transparency act is enforceable by private parties through the administrative procedure act, the government welcomes this opportunity to resolve any confusion regarding the records at issue in this case. Woodward wrote. Oh, well, in that case, the government can't wait to explain themselves. So do it. What are you waiting for? Why don't you just explain yourself right now? Why don't you just come clean, turn over all the files you have and explain why things were redacted? That might be a good idea. Or you can just continue with your bullshit and keep digging that hole deeper. According to Woodward, some emails in question which had their senders and recipients concealed were redacted to protect the names of victims of. Oh, now they care about that, huh? All of a sudden they care about protecting the names of victims. Meanwhile, back in reality for one of the emails, Woodward claimed that some of the information was withheld because many communications written by victims without context can appear disturbing on their face. Well, that's not up to you to decide. The American people should have a look at it. We should be able to take a look at all the information in its entirety, as the law demands. But instead there are cherry picking their gatekeeping. Woodward also claimed that the redactions to a draft 2007 indictment from the Southern District of Florida were present in the original file obtained by the Department of Justice and that they have been unable to locate an unredacted version of this specific photocopy. They refused to put that out. That was the original indictment that they were going to hit Epstein with. And then they pulled back and went with the state prosecution. And all of that was controlled by Main Justice. And that's why they don't want this to come out. And that's one of the biggest things they're hiding the fact that the United States government, the Department of Justice, knowingly and in coordination with Jeffrey Epstein and his people decided that they were going to kick this down to State so that Epstein can continue to do whatever he was doing for the federal government. It's really not that difficult once you start putting the pieces together. Regarding the interview notes from a woman who made unsubstantiated assault claims about President Donald Trump, Woodward claimed that the material were deemed duplicative of the typewritten reports memorializing the interviews. So release it. What's the big deal if it's duplicative? That should be very simple. All right, look, I told you that this was duplicative. Here it is. Take a look at it. But no, we're gonna keep it hidden. You don't deserve to see that. Who cares what the law says? Don't you know that? I'm Todd Blanche. Their handwritten nature further complicates the redaction process and increases the risk of inadvertent disclosure of victim personal identifiable information, including because of technical limitations on the department's ability to run meaningful quality control checks for victim PII across handwritten materials. He wrote. It's always an excuse, it's always something. And that something is never good for the American people. Oh, they have no problem talking about other folks, right? But this case, forget it. The last thing they want to do is let anyone know the Truth. Woodward also pushed back on the U.S. district Judge Emmett Sullivan's conclusion that the Department of Justice effectively conceded that they violated the law passed by Congress to force the release of the Epstein files. Well, they did, and they're doing it brazenly. They do not care. Are you paying attention yet? While you're fighting with your cousin Steve, these motherfuckers are robbing you blind. But cool. Keep arguing about dumb shit. Indeed, the Department has not knowingly violated, nor has it ever acknowledged violating the EFTA as it continues working to comply with statutory requirements. He wrote. Well, Todd Blanche said he did. So what do you even mean, Mr. Woodward? In his order last week, Sullivan rejected the DOJ's Argument A against releasing the material and concluded that the Public Integrity Project, a public interest law firm, demonstrated that independent journalist Katie Fang was harmed by the material that was being withheld. Well, we all are. Katie Fang's just taking, you know, the. The forefront here. She's the vanguard. But we're all harmed by this, every single one of us. And it's amazing how many people still don't understand that until we deal with this issue, none of the other issues matter. I mean, how are you going to sit there and be confident that things are fine, things are great when these same people are still at the sticks, still running the show? The DOJ began releasing thousands of pages of documents related to Epstein late last year following the release of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. However, the department faced criticism for from some lawmakers who questioned whether the Department violated the act by withholding some material and missing the deadline to release the files. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch has stated repeatedly that the DOJ has complied with the law. Well, since Todd Blanche told us so, we should all just believe him. Hell of a guy, that Todd Blanche. Never scared us. Wrong. Never told us anything that was incorrect. And. And he's never given us any reason to not believe him. Right. I mean, could it be any more absurd? The narrative that they're trying to run, the gaslighting they're trying to engage in, and the fact that some people are still buying might be some of the most absurd shit I've ever seen. Then again, we're only three days into the month, so like usual, we'll keep following along, and when we have something else to add, we'll get it added to the catalog. This episode centers on the ongoing standoff between the Department of Justice (DOJ) and independent journalist Katie Fang regarding the public release of additional documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. Host Bobby Capucci provides an incisive, impassioned breakdown of why the DOJ's noncompliance with a recent court order is indicative of a wider cover-up and institutional complicity, criticizing both current and previous political leadership. Using insights from a recent ABC News article as a springboard, Capucci questions the DOJ’s motivations, excuses for secrecy, and the lack of accountability in the highest echelons of power.
