When asked about Prince Andrew’s exile from royal life and the Epstein scandal that forced King Charles to strip his brother of his military titles and patronages, Donald Trump struck a tone of sympathy — not for the victims, but for the Windsors....

everyone, and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When we first learned that Congress was going to take up the cause to try and get some transparency when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and his crimes, I told you that it was going to be an uphill battle. And even if a law was passed that the Department of Justice was going to play games, and that's exactly what they've been doing this whole entire time. They haven't released any of the documents that really matter. No 302s, no. And certainly nothing to do with the NPA, which by the way, the DOJ could hand over tomorrow. They don't have to wait for permission to give out that information. They choose not to give out that information, just like they chose to try to keep it hidden from the survivors. And if it wasn't for the lawsuit brought by Courtney Wild, these rotten sons of would have gotten away with it. But thankfully they were called out on their. And not only called out, but they were admonished in open court by the judge for not doing the right thing and breaking the principles and the promises that were guaranteed to the survivors by the cvra. And in my opinion, that alone should have resulted, at the very least, in people having their careers ended. Any kind of prosecutor that was involved in that kind of when there was all that evidence should be held accountable. And look, I'm not naive. I don't think we're going to be able to hold these people accountable, you know, under the law. But I'm talking about socially and professionally. If you're somebody who owns a company and one of these people's working for you, you should probably reevaluate why you hired them. Because anybody that's willing to go to bat for Jeffrey Epstein and cut him some kind of sweetheart deal for whatever reason, those are people that we obviously can't trust, especially in public office. And what's really crazy is a lot of these people are drawing pensions that are being paid by the US Taxpayer even though they on the US Taxpayer every step of the way. And that's one of the biggest benefits of the bureaucracy, right? You can get away with basically whatever you want and you're never going to be held accountable ever. And then once some accountability starts coming, people start crying that they're going to be embarrassed by what's in the files. Well, here's an idea, dumb don't hang out with kid diddlers. And you don't have to worry about ending up in some file. Like what kind of idiot do you have to be to try and launder the reputation of the people that were out here hanging out with the kid diddler? Oh, well, they didn't know. They had no idea what he was. Yeah, sure. Okay. Take a look at the decor around his house. And if you still want to hang out with somebody like that, don't come crying to me when you find out later on down the road that he was diddling kids or up to no good. Oh, who would have ever guessed? Morons. Today's article is from CBS News and the headline Epstein Files Live Updates As Justice Department Releases Huge New Set of Documents. This article was authored by Stefan Beckett, Kaya Hubbard, Joe Walsh and Melissa Quinn. So there are several headlines today to get to. And that's why we're going to do it this way with this live update so we can touch on all the headlines. And then later on throughout the day, we'll have some context about some of these topics that I find important. What to know about the Epstein File Latest Release the Justice Department early Tuesday morning released thousands of new documents from the Jeffrey Epstein files. Over 11,000 files are in the latest release, including more photos, court records, FBI and DOJ documents, emails, news clippings and videos. And obviously I haven't had time to dive in yet, but I'm certainly going to do that over the next few days like I've been doing. It's a long and arduous process, though. Like I've told you, I'm a one man operation, so I have to try and fit that in while at the same time making sure we have these updates rolling. So I definitely have my hands full and I'm not going to make my way through the files as fast as everybody else. But like I always tell you, for me it's not about being first. It's about being as right as possible with the information that's available to us. I think that's more important, especially right now. There's so much going on and so many voices that are speaking up that really have no idea what they're talking about that I feel like more now than ever. It's important to be as accurate as possible. So like I've said a hundred times, now we're not going to spend every second chasing salacious side quests. Now of course, when there's some meat on that bone, we're gonna dive right in. But all these wild accusations and all this speculation about things that there is no evidence for distracts from the bigger picture at hand. And the bigger picture at hand right now is there's a goddamn cover up underway. I think that's the most important thing we need to talk about. Especially because it's happening right now as we speak. And I think there is tangible evidence that points directly to it. So that's why they want you off on these side quests, talking about things that are super salacious, that can't be proven. Because then they could say, look, they're just trying to destroy people's reputations. This is just about X, Y and O. When in reality it's about a system that's been all of us for way too long. And at this point, anybody that is standing up for the so called elite that were found in the Epstein files about them being embarrassed or. I don't even want to hear it. Are you even a serious person right now? I thought you wanted to get rid of the swamp. Well, these people are the fucking swamp. Who do you think the swamp is? Tom Hanks? Oprah? All of that stuff was fake. You all got hustled. I hate to break the news to you. There's no such thing as the frazzle drip tape. Isaac Cap use a fraud. All the people talking about that shit. Fraud, frauds. Their goal is to misdirect you. Their goal is to make everybody talking about this kind of stuff look crazy. That way they can all be wrapped up with one bow and put under the same umbrella. And if you notice, people like Matt Taibbi and people like Michael Tracy are out here doing their very best to launder the reputations of the people that they said they despised. But all of a sudden it's a whole new tune. And as far as those two buffoons go, maybe Michael Tracy should spend some more time on actually grooming himself and worrying about his hygiene, then sitting around talking shit about Epstein survivors. Probably a good idea. You unkept, slovenly fool. These two fools don't have any idea what they're talking about, by the way. Just another two morons showing up late to the party who actually think they have an idea. Breaking news. Neither of you idiots have any idea what you're talking about. So why don't you guys stick to the Twitter files and whatever the else is Going on in the manosphere. I know things are rough for you guys right now. Your boy Andrew Tate just got his ass whooped. Jake Paul got his jaw broke. Your boy Nick Fuentes has been outed as being a fed. Candace Owens crazy ass is at war with the Beanie Tim pool. I get it, things are rough for you guys. But I promise you, this is not the lane you want to swerve into, because I'm not the one. I'm not here to be pleasant. I'm not here to be your friend. I'm not here to gain ground in the media space. I'm not here to be a personality. I don't give a about any of that. There is only one goal, and that goal is justice. And anybody standing in the way of that, anybody laundering reputations, anybody enabling people that were around Epstein, anybody that's acting as a roadblock for that to happen, is somebody that's on the other squad. And if you're on the other squad, then it's me, right? Well, if it's me, it's definitely you. And for those of you who have listened to the podcast for any amount of time, you know, I very rarely call people out. I let people do what they want to do. It's not my business. I don't really care. But dudes like this, they're actively trying to cover this up. They're actively trying to cast it as McCarthyism. Are you fucking kidding me? Here's an idea, buddy. If there would have been a reckoning when this all first happened, we wouldn't be here right now. If all the people you're so worried about reputationally would have just come forward and explained their behavior and their actions when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, then we wouldn't have this conversation right now. But you had to kick the can down the road. You had to lie, you had to deceive, you had to obfuscate. So this is just a bill come and do this? Isn't anybody being targeted recklessly? Are people being targeted for no reason? These are people that have never explained their relationship with a fucking kid Diddler. And if you want to defend that, well, you're a piece of shit. Over 11,000 files are in the latest release, including more photos, court records, FBI and DOJ documents, emails, news clippings and videos. The Epstein Files Transparency act required the DOJ to to produce its files on Epstein and his co conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell by December 19th. But DOJ said the volume of material meant they would need to be released on a rolling basis to redact any identifying details about survivors. Well, that's not what the law says. But when has that ever stopped the DOJ? The answer never. The department uploaded the latest batch to the online DOJ repository where they can be accessed in data set 8. CBS News is also maintaining a searchable database of all the files here and there's a link in this article. And of course, you'll be able to find the article in the description box. The first batch of files released Friday mostly consisted of thousands of Epstein's personal photographs, some of which showed prominent figures. Another group of files released Saturday included grand jury transcripts. CBS News has a team of journalists examining the the latest Epstein files release and will highlight notable findings below. All right, so we're going through those grand jury documents right now because I think that they're very important to get added to the record and it's going to give us an idea of who was obfuscating and what they were investigating and what they didn't investigate. Because what a lot of these people don't understand, you know, the people that have just shown up to this investigation, is that there was never a real investigation in the first place. And that's one of the biggest issues people have, that this was never investigated properly or treated with the kind of urgency it should have been treated with. You notice the detractors never talk about things like Maria Farmer letting the FBI know what was going on all the way back in 96 or how the prosecutors in New York State argued for Jeffrey Epstein to be a level one offender. I mean, there's all these little things that people don't even know about and they think they have an idea about this story. Like, come on, the vast majority of the people out here trying to on what's going on, they couldn't name two judges or two prosecutors throughout the whole entire case. But all of a sudden they know everything about what's going on, all the ins and the outs, all the nuance. I wonder where they got all the time to learn all this stuff when they were busy talking about transgenders and culture war for the last five years. All of a sudden they're experts about Jeffrey Epstein, huh? Folks, I'd be very, very cautious about all these Johnny come lately's because keep in mind this is a hot story now. So people are going to be looking for clicks, they're going to be looking for engagement. And what better way to do it than to be contrarian and a dickhead. There's always an audience for that. The Latest release includes over 11,000 files. The Justice Department's newest release of files on Epstein appears to be its largest to date, which with upwards of 11,000 files, many of which are multiple pages, the release includes court records, emails, photos, news clippings, spreadsheets, audio, and hundreds of video files. President Trump is mentioned several times, though many of those instances are in news clippings that were shared among DOJ employees. The data set also appears to include FBI documents, internal Justice Department communication, court subpoenas, other legal documents, and records related to Epstein's 2019 death in federal custody, according to an initial review by CBS News. Yeah, including a fake video of him allegedly committing suicide. How does that end up in a DOJ file? I mean, what are they doing over there at the doj? And I don't mean just right now. I'm talking about for years and years and years. People need to understand this goes all the way back to Clinton's first administration, okay? So everybody since then, every administration, has failed, every last one of them when it comes to this issue. So let's not act like the Department of Justice just started stepping on its own, Dick. They've been doing it for a very long time, and in my opinion, when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, it's all been intentional, every last bit of it, because they have a lot to hide. They don't want you to know the truth. If they wanted you to know the truth, we wouldn't have to do this whole song and dance. They would have just released all the files and let the chips fall where they may, because that's how real accountability comes, right? Before you can be accountable, you have to own up to the you were involved in. And they're not going to do that. They're going to force us to hold them accountable. Trump calls release of photos of Clinton and others in the Epstein files a terrible thing. Well, you know what the real terrible thing is that they were hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein in the first place. And don't give me the they had no idea. Save it. Save it for somebody else. I don't care. And as far as their reputations, I don't give a flying about these rich people, not one bit. These people have had decades to come forward and explain their relationship with Epstein. They've had decades to do it. And what have they done? They've remained quiet because they thought it was all going to go away because of who he was and because who was running him. That's just the truth. President Trump said Monday that last week's release of Thousands of photos from the government's files on Jeffrey Epstein risked ensnaring highly respected people with no connection to the late offenders crimes. How do we know? Has there ever been an investigation? We don't know. And that's the thing. That's where people miss the big point. And if they would have just done the right thing from the very beginning, they and charge Galaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein with rico, we wouldn't have this problem. But they didn't do that. How come R. Kelly gets charged with rico? Keith Ray P. Diddy but not gain Maxwell, not Jeffrey Epstein, none of the co conspirators get rounded up. And for all you wise guys in the back, who says, well, there were no co conspirators, shut the up. Okay? Sarah Kellen Vickers, Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Darren Indike, Richard Khan. How about that? How about we start there? Can we start there? Is that okay? Is that okay with you? The masters of the story who don't know what they're talking about because every last one of those people were part of a RICO operation. Point blank period. And it's not me just telling you that. How many judges have said it in court? So here's an idea. Don't hang out with child molesters and then you won't have to get called out on it. Asked what he thought about the emergence of former President Bill Clinton, Mr. Trump called it terrible and said he's always gotten along with the former president and argued other people who appear in the photos could be unfairly tarred. All of a sudden he's good friends with Bill Clinton, huh? This guy's an absolute buffoon. Bro's more worried about the dudes who might be embarrassed. You know, the guy's paying for all of his. Then he is about the survivors. Has he said one word to the survivors? Has he called them into his office? Has he done a press conference where he's come out and offered his support? Of course not. Why? Because he doesn't care. All he cares about are the people, his donors and everybody else around him that might be embarrassed. And at this point that's not speculation. He's saying it. I don't like the pictures of Bill Clinton being shown. I don't like the pictures of other people being shown. I think it's a terrible thing. Well, that's funny. You know what I think's a terrible thing? You moving Ghislaine Maxwell to a lower level facility. You know what else I think is a terrible thing? That these people were around Jeffrey Epstein in The first place. I mean, it's not really that difficult. You're supposed to be the richest, most famous, most powerful people in the world, but we're supposed to believe you have no idea what Jeffrey Epstein is. It's such. And we know it's. Look at what Melinda French Gates said about Bill Gates and his relationship with Epstein. And then, of course, Bill Gates lied about everything. Talked about how, oh, I hardly knew him. This, that, the other thing. Then he was outed. Same goes for Bill Clinton. Talked a bunch of bullshit. Oh, I have no idea who he was. I was on the plane five times. Then we find out that he was on the plane, what, 30 times, 27 times that Jeffrey Epstein was at the White House. Over 17 times we got him lounging around in the pool with Glenn Maxwell. And. And I told you for a long time that there's been some very, very, very, very credible rumors that Bill Clinton and Ghislaine Maxwell were smashing behind the scenes. Never mind the fact that Bill Clinton received seed money from Jeffrey Epstein to start his fucking foundation. So if you want to be embarrassed about anything, let's start there. The President said Epstein was all over Palm beach and many people crossed paths with him. Epstein was known for cultivating relationships with the rich and powerful, and. And he socialized with Both Clinton and Mr. Trump at various points, though neither man has been accused of any wrongdoing. Well, if there's nothing to hide, then you should be more than willing to come forward and let everybody know about everything, right? What are we doing here? And why is Bill Clinton still using angel arena to put out statements? Go and speak to Congress already. Enough is enough. People need to demand that. If we're going to demand everything under the sun about Donnie Diddles, got to be the same way for everybody else. Everybody gets treated the same. And if you were involved here, then you get the smoke, too. I don't care if you're Donald Trump. I don't care if you're the Pope. I don't care if you're Prince Andrew. I don't give a. Who you are. Nobody's getting a free pass. Those days are over. And anybody that's crying about the reputations, I don't give a damn. These earned every bit of criticism, every bit of scrutiny, and every bit of karma that's coming their way. And if you don't like that or you disagree with that, well, you too. Episode Title: Donald Trump Is Terribly Sad About Disgraced Prince Andrew's Exile
Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: May 9, 2026
In this episode, Bobby Capucci reacts to the latest release of over 11,000 new Justice Department documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. The focus is on the lack of transparency and accountability from authorities, the media's history of protecting the elite, and recent public statements by Donald Trump expressing concern over reputational damage to high-profile figures (including Bill Clinton) rather than focus on justice for survivors. Capucci criticizes attempts to launder reputations, draws attention to systemic failures in the investigation, and rebukes public figures and commentators who downplay the seriousness of the Epstein scandal.
"Any kind of prosecutor that was involved in that kind of when there was all that evidence should be held accountable… If you're somebody who owns a company and one of these people's working for you, you should probably reevaluate why you hired them."

—Bobby Capucci (09:25)
"People need to understand this goes all the way back to Clinton's first administration… every administration has failed, every last one of them when it comes to this issue."

—Bobby Capucci (20:05)
"Has he [Trump] said one word to the survivors? Has he called them into his office? Has he done a press conference where he's come out and offered his support? Of course not. Why? Because he doesn't care."
—Bobby Capucci (23:50)
"I don't care if you're Donald Trump. I don't care if you're the Pope. I don't care if you're Prince Andrew. I don't give a… who you are. Nobody's getting a free pass. Those days are over."
—Bobby Capucci (27:15)
Capucci delivers a passionate, unfiltered analysis of the DOJ's ongoing mishandling of the Epstein files and the broader lack of elite accountability. He sharply criticizes attempts to shield reputations—regardless of political affiliation—and calls out public figures, especially Donald Trump, for their failure to prioritize survivors and true justice. The episode is a pointed reminder that the demand for full transparency and consequences for all involved continues, undeterred by the passage of time or changes in political leadership.
