Mr. Looking at the bottom message from the WJC email address, it reads, by the way, the social matchmaker part is pretty right on. I would have told them that you were my pimp, but that at the same time, you are my lover. Mr. Band, did you write this message? I don't recall that message, but it's from the WJC email address. So did you write the message? Well, as I said, I don't recall sending it. And here it just looks like it says you wrote, I don't know who you is. I'm not trying to be argumentative. Is it that you don't recall or that it didn't happen? I don't recall whether it happened or not. Did your lawyers advise you to say you don't recall anything you didn't want to discuss today? This is two separate email chains that have been compiled by the committee. The first chain with the Bates number EFTA 00011434, and the second with the Bates number EFTA 00581829. First email, ending in 1434 is between you and Ms. Maxwell, but does not include a date. However, the second email, which is just the same message as the first email that's forwarded by Ms. Maxwell to Philip Levine, was sent on September 17, 2001. I'll give you a minute to review that question. Just looking at the second sentence. Again from the first email ending 14:34. The second sentence reads from Ms. Maxwell to your personal GSA.gov account. When we are all back in New York, the plan is to do dinner. We'll have the slutty Spanish girl, which will be nicely counterbalanced by the cool, poised Swedish type. Mr. Band, did you receive this message from Ms. Maxwell? I don't recall this message at all. Did you receive it from Ms. Maxwell? As I said, I didn't recall. I don't recall this message or ever receiving it. Ms. Mace jumps in again. Do you believe you have any reason to think that this document's not accurate? Banned? I don't have any reason to believe it is or isn't. I'm just telling you I don't recall it. Did you ever meet a Swedish woman or young girl that was associated to or connected with Ms. Maxwell or Mr. Epstein? I don't recall ever meeting that person. Question she goes on to say, let me know when you next go to Europe, as I do have some interesting and fun friends that could hook you up. Mr. Band, did you ever meet up with any person or people that had any association to Glenne Maxwell or Mr. Epstein in Europe? Answer not that I recall. Mr. Emmer, did you ever travel to Europe with Maxwell or Epstein? Band well, I think you asked earlier about Morocco trip and other trips. I don't ever recall traveling with them to Europe. But possible. Sure. Question by Mr. Harness. So the email that you received from Ms. Maxwell was around the time of 9 11. Do you still not recall the email? This is the week of 9 11. You don't recall ever receiving the email? I don't ever recall receiving the email. Did you ever reply to that email? I don't ever recall receiving it, so I have no idea. I would like to introduce Majority Exhibit 4, which is a message chain between the WJC email address and Ghislaine Maxwell occurring on November 2, 2002. This is marked with the Bates number, EFTA 00582193. I'll give you a moment to read that answer. Thanks. Question the bottom message From WJC at 5:21pm you write, what's your deal tonight? Did you just want to ascertain what Ms. Maxwell was up to around this time? Answer again, I'm sorry, I don't. I don't remember this email at all and I don't see who it's from. At the bottom you said you wrote, I don't know that I wrote that, but I don't remember. Question that message chain, whatever the bottom is, is from the WJC going to Glenn Maxwell. So then the top message would be from Ms. Maxwell. Ms. Maxwell then writes we're going to the movies and and then we will meet you. Two Questions Where? Plus there is a crew here. Redacted. Plus two Brazilians. Can they come too if we come? Thoughts? Did you ever meet up with Ms. Maxwell around this date? Answer no, not that I recall. I don't know. Question did Ms. Maxwell ever introduce you to two Brazilians? Answer not that I can recall. Question what was Ms. Maxwell referring to in the two Brazilians? Were they young women or girls? Answer I have no idea. I think you should ask Ms. Maxwell. I don't know. Question this is an email that you received. You're on this chain, Mr. Mr. Ban. Correct? Answer well I'm not disputing that, but I don't know where it says that this is from me. You're saying it's to me, but I don't see unless I'm missing something where it says at the bottom it just says 5:21pm 1122002 Question yeah, like I just said, but the bottom message, the earlier message at 5:21 that is you're you writing from the WJC. What you see above is Maxwell writing back to you, Correct? Do you agree? Answer I don't know. I mean I don't remember the email so I'm not going to say that this is from me because it doesn't say WJC on it. I mean it doesn't say an email address on the bottom. I'm not trying to be combative, I'm just saying I don't remember it, but I don't see it. I have no idea. Question Regardless, were you ever introduced to any group of women around Maxwell that were associated with or connected to Maxwell? Not that I recall. Do you know what's underneath the redacted message? I don't remember the email in the first place, so no. Question did you ever meet any woman associated with or connected to Ms. Maxwell named Sarah? Answer I vaguely remember she had someone that worked for her name Sarah. A Sarah. I don't know which one. Do you recall when you met Sarah? I recall she several years ago was married to someone that was a friend of a friend and I saw her out a few times with him. Question and who was that? Answer Brian Vickers. Question do you recall the nature of your conversations with Sarah? I do not. Question do you recall anybody else when you had met Sarah? I don't.
