What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Yo. One of the things that I've always said is that before 2008, you could at least say I had no idea who Jeffrey Epstein was or what he was up to. And while I might not believe you, at least you have some tenable ground to stand upon and defend. If you were friends with this dude after he was arrested the first time, you have zero defense. There is no excuse, there is no sort of explanation that is acceptable. And honestly, I don't even want to hear what you have to say because you've already told me everything I need to know by your actions and by what you've chosen to do and who you've chosen to do it with. And look, I'm not saying that these people were involved in the abuse. What I am saying though, is they were all involved in. In enabling Jeffrey Epstein and prolonging the abuse. And in this episode, we're going to talk about somebody that certainly was right in the mix, certainly somebody that was very friendly with Jeffrey Epstein. If the 1200 or so emails have anything to say about it. And that somebody is Dr. Peter Adia, who is a longevity expert and who also works for CBS News now. And if you watch the Joe Rogan show or listen to the podcast, then you have probably seen this man on several episodes. Now, I'm not really familiar with the dude. In fact, I had no idea who he was until recently. But after reading those emails, I'm glad I didn't know anything about him because this dude's an absolute fraud. All these people out here talking about being life coaches and, and giving people advice on doing this and doing that, and then they're breaking bread with Jeffrey Epstein. In their spare time. They're hanging out with a known child abuser in their spare time. And again, remember, we're talking about post first arrest. We're talking about somebody that was a known abuser, a known offender, and a known derelict and scumbag. But did Dr. Peter Adia care? Did he give a about the girls that were abused by the dozens, by the hundreds? No, he didn't give a. And here's the truth. Bro still doesn't care. All he cares about is that he was outed. This article is from CBS News, and the headline, Dr. Peter Adia, longevity Expert, Apologizes for Indefensible Emails to Jeffrey Epstein. Way too little, way too late. You've known about this for how long and you're just coming forward. Same thing with the Clintons. And now you expect everybody to just shrug their shoulders and be like, oh, you know what? He's doing the right thing. He's admitting to it. No, he's being forced into admitting to it. It's like when you were a kid and your parents caught you doing something bad and you had to admit to it. Do you really think you'd be owning up if your parents didn't catch you? And the same goes for people like this dude. He had no desire to ever talk about this, but he knew damn well he sent these emails. This article was authored by Daniel Rootnick and Arden Farhy. Peter Adia, a doctor and author well known for his research on longevity, is apologizing for what he calls embarrassing, tasteless, and indefensible emails he exchanged with Jeffrey Epstein after messages came to light in the Justice Department's latest release of files related to the Epstein case. The time to get ahead of this was years ago when he was arrested for the second time. People like Peter Adia should have came forward and been like, look, there's going to be some emails with me and Jeffrey Epstein, and this is what it was. And he would have took some heat, no doubt about it. But in the long run, you're better off confronting this kind of than trying to hide it. Because when it comes out and when people start talking about it, not only do you look like a dirt bag for hanging out with Epstein, but now you look like a liar, too. He's not been accused of criminal wrongdoing, but Addie, his name appears in the records released by by the Justice Department hundreds of times. And his communication with Epstein are more extensive than previously known. And I think we should expect a lot of that as the files continue to be unwound. There's going to be a lot of relationships that we didn't know the depths of. And I think that the contemporaneous emails will do a lot to tie that together. And there's a lot of people out there that lied about their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and the aftermath. And those people are going to be outed for what they are. Not only scumbag degenerates, but liars on top of all of it. Adia was recently named as a contributor to CBS News. CBS parent company Paramount Skydance had no comment among the messages. In 2016, Adio wrote to Epstein is indeed low carb still awaiting results on on gluten content though. I mean, what, like who sends those kinds of emails to a convicted sex offender? Like I could understand. You're a buddy maybe, right? You guys are effing around, you know, whatever it might be. Okay, I get it. People joke around. I'm not naive. But bro, you're talking to a convicted sex offender who was abusing kids. We're not talking about gray area. We're not talking about he said, she said. We're talking about a straight up monster. And I don't use that word lightly. Jeffrey Epstein was the embodiment of a real life living and breathing monster. And this dude Peter Adia thought it was a good idea to talk about how is low carb. After news reports about the emails, Adia posted on X along apology and account of his relationship with Epstein. He denied any involvement in criminal activity, said he never flew on Epstein's plane, never visited his island, and never attended any sex parties, whatever that means. Did you get a massage? That's the real question. For those of you new to the story, whenever they talk about who quote unquote massage and Epstein, that means sexual abuse. That's what they were doing. A lot of code words, always has been, always will be. The last correspondence between Adia and Epstein appears to have occurred in the spring of 2019, shortly before Epstein's arrest in July and his death on August 10. He said that he regretted putting myself in a position where emails, some of them embarrassing, tasteless and indefensible, are now public, and went on to say, I accept that reality and the humiliation that comes with it. Well, you should and you should be humiliated. This is a man that was abusing children. The information was all available right there on the Internet. All you had to do was take a look at any news article. But you chose willingly to break bread with him. You chose to spend your time with him and you chose to call that man your friend. So now feel the fury. I have no compassion for you, no empathy and I hope that you suffer career ruination. Why should I care about Peter Adia when he never cared about Epstein survivors? If Bro ended up living on the street without a dollar to his name, I would care about as much as he cared about Virginia. Adia said that in his post between 2014 and 2019, he met with Epstein on approximately seven or eight occasions at his New York City home. He said they met regarding research, studies and to meet others. Oh yeah, because no abuse ever happened at Epstein's home in New York. There was never any kind of sexual assault happening there, right

So what they try and do is throw you off the trail. Oh, I was never on the island. As if that's the only place where any abuse ever took place. So even when these dirtbags are apologizing and I'm using air quotes when I say that they're not really? Apologizing. They're trying to excuse it. Oh, well, I only met him eight times at his house, and there was other people there. Cool. Were they getting massages? I don't think his defense is the flex that he thinks it is. Included in the documents released on Friday was an exchange from 2015 in which Adia had written a note redacted by the Justice Department that bore the subject line, got a fresh shipment. Epstein responded, me, too, with a photo that. That was redacted. Adia responded, please tell me that you found this picture online. Bastard. Afraid not. Epstein said Adia wrote back that the biggest problem with becoming friends with you is that the life you lead is so outrageous, and yet I can't tell a soul. So what does that mean? And do you have any friends where you feel like you can't tell a soul about what they're doing? I know I don't. So this dude knew exactly what Epstein was. Knew what Epstein was doing, and knew that Epstein was a predator. And he didn't care. But cool. Go get some life advice from Peter. Adia. I'd rather French kiss a black mamba. Adia claimed in his social media post that the fresh shipment referred to a redacted photograph of metformin, a medication I had just received from the pharmacy for my own use. Adia used to take the drug for anti aging reasons, but he stopped in 2018 because it had negative effects around exercise. Uh, okay. I'll bet you dollars to donuts that this Adia dude is into transhumanism as well. You want to bet? I can almost guarantee that that's gonna come out at some point. Epstein's MeToo response included a photograph of an adult woman. Adia said. I responded with crude, tasteless banter. Reading that exchange now is very embarrassing, and I will not defend it. I'm ashamed of myself for everything about this. Adia said at the time, I understood this exchange as juvenile, not a reference to anything dark or harmful. Sorry, I don't buy it. Bro was already a sex offender. Who are you kidding, bro? You thought it was just, you know, a opaque statement. He was just, you know, speaking in generalities. You know, what he liked, and you didn't give a. So my question is, did you like that, too? Epstein, at that point, had a record as a sex offender from a case in Florida, where he accepted a 2008 plea deal to avoid being federal charges. In 2019, he was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges. His death in his jail cell in August of 2019 was ruled a suicide. Adia said he asked Epstein about his 2008 conviction in Florida and said Epstein characterized it as prostitution related charges. So you didn't have the Internet, you couldn't go and look, you didn't Google them? You didn't say to yourself, well, I better check on this. I better make sure I'm not getting dog walked. Nah, let's just believe Jeffrey Epstein. In 2018, I came to learn that this was grossly minimized, adia said. But he also maintained, I never witnessed illegal behavior and never saw anyone who appeared underage in his presence. Oh no, I'm sure. Which is a lie considering he was at the house, right? Ad how many of Epstein's quote unquote assistants were underage? How many girls were being set there from MC Square to live? We all know the truth. Peter Adia, the founder of Outlive, an app that translates longevity science into personalized daily practice and early medical, a medical practice that aims to help patients lengthen their healthy lifespan. He's the host of the podcast the Peter Adia Drive and the author of Outlive the Science and Art of Longevity. Yeah, well, you're gonna need that science of longevity, buddy, because you're about to learn that your career is getting cut short. And guess what? I don't give one single damn. And hopefully Peter Adia is only one of many to get voted off of the island. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
Podcast: The Epstein Chronicles
Host: Bobby Capucci
Episode Date: June 29, 2026
This episode centers on new revelations about Dr. Peter Attia, a prominent longevity expert and public health figure with extensive email correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein. Host Bobby Capucci breaks down recent reports exposing the depth of Attia’s association with Epstein, offering strong commentary on the culture of complicity, late apologies, and the persistent efforts of the powerful to distance themselves from accountability. The episode leans heavily into the ethics of proximity: Who stayed friends with Epstein after his first conviction, and what does this say about their character?
Bobby Capucci’s style is blunt, unfiltered, and deeply skeptical of elite spin or half-measures. He uses strong language to express moral outrage and disdain for both the enablers and those he perceives as taking the public for fools with belated or incomplete admissions.
This episode of The Epstein Chronicles brings listeners up to speed on a newly public relationship between Dr. Peter Attia and Jeffrey Epstein, using it as a lens to scrutinize broader systemic issues—complicity, denial, and public accountability among elites tied to Epstein. Capucci urges listeners not to be swayed by belated apologies and continues to call for real, lasting consequences for all who enabled Epstein’s crimes.
