Boss, what's the most dreaded question that you can get when you tell people you host a podcast called the Lapsed Fan? Ugh. It's what is it about? And why is that, do you think? Because to like pro wrestling is to lose the respect of others. Now what if we told you there's a podcast that explains exactly why that is and why it's kind of deserved? For over a decade, we've taken fact finding missions through the thicket of half truths that is wrestling history. We watch old matches, call out carnies, laugh at our own jokes, and have so much fun doing it that some people actually can't handle it. Think wrestling is an escape from real life? Think again. Same power games, same office politics, same people lying to your face. Just with entrance music and absolutely no company health insurance under any circumstances. All I offer is opportunity, not benefits. As do we, Vince. The Lapsed Fan Podcast. Come for the wrestling history. Stay for the uncomfortable truth about why it used to be better and why you still care.

What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Last week, a group of Epstein survivors met with James Comer about the committee's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. Well, according to sources, the survivors are pushing James Comer to investigate these potential leads that have been uncovered and talked about during these committee meetings. And I would think that that door is open, right? There's a lot of people that should be investigated. There's a lot of people that have come up during these conversations that should be looked at. And that includes Mr. Levine and Mr. Fakai. Just because somebody is an alleged abuser like Sarah Kellen Vickers, that doesn't mean that she should be abused herself by these other people. And I think when we say that two things can be right at the same time, this is the perfect example of that. You can be somebody who's been abused, but you can also be an abuser yourself. One doesn't cancel out the other. So I think that Sarah Kellen Vickers should answer for her BS when it comes to helping Jeffrey Epstein. But I think the people that she's accused of abusing her, they should answer for their bullshit, too. Starting with Mr. Levine and Frederick Fakai. Today's article is from CNN, and the headline, epstein Survivors Pushed Comer to investigate potential leads from DOJ's files and private meeting. This article was authored by Jake Tapper and Annie Grayer. In a private meeting last week, a group of survivors, the Jeffrey Epstein and family members of the late Virginia Roberts appointed House Oversight Chair James Comer to allegations from the Justice Department's Epstein files to further investigate, arguing that Acting Attorney General Todd Bland's suggestion that there were no more leads to pursue in the case is not true. Well, it wasn't true then, and it's certainly not true now. And I think that's one of the most infuriating things for people who understand what's going on here, the fact that they can look you in the eye and tell you that there's no one left to pursue, that there's nothing left to uncover when there obviously is. And we didn't need the files to tell us that we knew that already. The files just confirm everything we've been saying. The group brought documents from DOJ's released Epstein files, an email detailing a list of men from the late convicted sex offender Zorbit, as Well as Robert's 2015 testimony to investigators to help the Republican Chairman refine his own probe and to argue there are allegations against powerful men that the Justice Department could pursue. Look, every single person that was accused by Virginia should be investigated. And unfortunately, that's never happened. And that was one of my biggest problems with the whole thing. Now, if there was a fair investigation and they came back and they showed us, you know, point A to point B, I'd be much more willing to believe what the government's telling us. And I'd be the first one to come on this podcast and say, look, we had it wrong. But the thing is, they'll never do that because they know that Virginia was telling the truth. And they avoided all those people, all those powerful people, because they didn't want to rock the boat. And that's because they didn't want you to realize just how bad all of this was. And that's why they worked tirelessly to try and kill the story then and now. The private meeting between the survivors and the House Oversight Committee provides a fresh window into the back channeling between the two groups and the pressure the survivors are applying as they seek accountability. As the investigation into the Late convicted sex offender and his orbit has largely stalled under Blanche. All by design. I've told you that. For how long now? The whole point of having Blanche run this shit is to make sure that the blast doesn't come too close to the President. And the best way to do that is to just slow everything down. And that's why you have Todd Blanche out here saying the things he's saying. The survivors presented comer a partially redacted set of emails from July 2025 that showed FBI officials were aware of an email discussing building out a spreadsheet of allegations against more than a dozen men. One week they're telling us they have a bunch of new information, truckloads of it, and then the next day they're telling us that there is nothing to see here, there's no investigation to be had, nobody should be looked at. And it's that kind of bipolar approach that really hurts their argument, that really hurts their narrative, and that destroys their credibility. Take these names and build out a new spreadsheet with all the durag on them. A a redacted individual says in one of the emails on the chain, referring to a list of 14 men and all these agents that were involved, why are their names redacted? Especially when they say that the big problem was systemic issues within the department. So if there were systemic issues, shouldn't we know who's involved? That way we can see if they've ever been disciplined, if they've ever faced any consequences for, for, you know, the systemic errors they were part of. They'd have you believe that these systemic errors just happen, that nobody's responsible. But the truth is there's a lot of people that are responsible and none of them have been held accountable. And if you're wondering why, well, if they held one person accountable, they'd have to hold all of them accountable. And they can't do that because that would give the game up and that's the last thing they have any desire to do. That list includes some who have previously testified to the committee, like Bill Clinton and Les Wexner and other high profile names such as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and President Donald Trump, who have not appeared before the panel. A CNN review of the public Epstein files revealed that agents started to gather allegations for each of the 14 men named later that same day. Look, there's a lot of people that should and could be investigated. And I'm not talking about just because of what we've seen in the release files. I'm talking about what's come before all the information we've had, all the people that have come forward and said that they've been abused, you would think that would lead to a sprawling investigation with no rock left unturned. But we never even got to the initial part right. Especially considering the vast majority of the main players in this were never even interviewed by the investigators. So how can you tell me there was an investigation when people like Sarah, Kellen Vickers, Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Darren Indyke, Richard Kahn and the rest of them aren't even interviewed? That's not an investigation. You're gonna name people as co conspirators and never even speak to them. And then for the cherry on top, we're gonna give them immunity without ever hearing a word from them, without them ever confessing to their crimes in a proffer like they should. Okay, I guess that's the way things go if you're Jeffrey Epstein. Clinton and Wexner, who have appeared before the committee for videotaped and transcribed interviews, have each denied any wrongdoing and knowledge of Epstein's crimes. CNN has reached out to Mountbatten Windsor, who has also denied any and all wrongdoing in his dealings with Epstein. Well, yeah, you know, Prince Andrew, helluva guy. Never did anything wrong, never told lies, never hung out with cheats and scumbags. Hell of a guy, that Prince Andrew. Whatever you do, though, don't touch his teddy bear collection. Trump has consistently denied wrongdoing related to Epstein. And White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson told CNN Monday that just as President Trump has said, he's been totally exonerated on anything relating to Epstein. Well, Trump said it, so it's true. Can you imagine running around and saying you've been totally exonerated on anything Epstein? Especially considering there's an ongoing cover up that you're managing and overseeing. But sure, you've been exonerated on everything. Epstein. Yo, the stones it takes to lie to the American people like this and expect them to buy it. And by releasing thousands of pages of documents, cooperating with the House Oversight Committee, subpoena request, signing the Epstein files Transparency act, and I love that one. As if he had a choice. He couldn't even veto. It was veto proof, so he had to sign it. And calling for more investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends. President Trump has done more for Epstein victims than anyone before him, as he hires Leon Black's son, as he surrounds himself with Epstein adjacent people. But have no fear, folks. Donald Trump has done more for Epstein survivors than anybody in history, than anybody of all time. And on top of that, he also split the Red Sea and walked on water. Just ask his supporters. It was not immediately clear from the files what the FBI and DOJ did to pursue the outlined allegations for the 14 men. The women in the meeting disputed Blanche claims, including to CNN's Dana Bash in February and the Fox in April, that there was nothing in the files that could lead to prosecution and that the files should not be part of cases brought by the current Justice Department. And all these people ran around calling everybody a child toucher for how long? I mean, kids are getting trafficked. And Wayfair, Oprah, Tom Hanks, everybody's a diddler. And now that we actually have evidence of diddlers and people taking part in Epstein's, they want to call it a hoax. The only hoax is the fact that the Department of Justice is out here saying that there's nothing left to pursue.

CNN has reached out to the DOJ, the FBI, and representatives of the other men for comment on the email exchange and testimony provided to Comer. Comer soon acted on at least some of the information provided to him by the survivors. After meeting with them, the Republican chairman announced he would ask attorney Alan Dershowitz to testify in the panel's probe. Due to public reporting, documents released by the Department of Justice, documents obtained by the committee, and your former role as Mr. Epstein's attorney. The committee believes you have information that will assist in its investigation. The panel said in its request. Oh, I can't wait for Dershowitz to get up there and make a mockery of everything again. He's calling this McCarthyism. Imagine going to Jeffrey Epstein's house, getting a massage, keeping your draws on and using that as your excuse and then crying about everybody else talking about it. And he's so smug. Every time he gets on tv, he acts like he's this be all, end all when it comes to Epstein. And then he plays coy. Oh, well, I didn't know this. I didn't know that. I thought you knew everything about him. Oh, but you didn't know the bad stuff, right? Only the good stuff. Only that Jeffrey Epstein was, you know, a much maligned man, and the girl that he abused was about to be 18. Right? Mr. Dershowitz, a spokesperson for the committee, told CNN that based on information provided by Epstein's survivors and testimony from Ms. Groff, Chairman Comer is requesting that Alan Dershowitz appear for a videotaped, transcribed interview. Dershowitz, who has long publicly maintained he has never done anything wrong or illegal related to Epstein or his victims, told CNN on Monday, I did absolutely nothing wrong. That's why I volunteered to testify. Now, look, I don't know what Dershowitz did or didn't do, but I do know this. He has run cover for Jeffrey Epstein ever since he was his lawyer, trying to play down what happened, trying to play down his role in it, and trying to act like it was just a regular old case when it's obviously not. And remember, lies of omission are still lies. So I don't believe he's been truthful about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and I find it laughable when he tries to brush it all off. Dershowitz was part of the legal team that negotiated Epstein's controversial 2008 plea deal. In 2022, Roberts agreed to drop allegations she made against Dershowitz, which he consistently denied, saying may have made a mistake when she also accused him of sexual abuse. Yeah, I think Virginia at that point was just tired of it. Constant litigation, constant lawsuits, draining her money. And for what? For people not to believe her, even if she gets a settlement, for people not to believe her, even if she, you know, provides proof. So at some point, you have to say to yourself, enough is enough. And I believe that's the point Virginia came to with this whole legal battle with Alan Dershowitz. Now, do I know that for sure? No. I never talked to Virginia about any of that stuff. But it seems like a logical conclusion to make, considering Robert's family members also took Homer's excerpts from their late sister's 2015 deposition in which she named men she said Epstein and Ghislaine trafficked her to. The cloud of the Epstein files continues to hang over the Trump administration, even as the Justice Department has maintained in recent months that there's nothing left to investigate. As CNN reported, a group of Epstein survivors came out in opposition to Blanche's nomination as Trump's permanent Attorney General in the wake of the New York Times reporting that Blanche participated in secret White House meetings on how to contain the political fallout from the Epstein files. He's always been that person. He's a bureaucrat. He's the kind of dude that would get, you know, the order to put you on a train and he'd have no problem doing it. And then he'd hit the Monday morning circuit talking on news about how it was righteous. That's the kind of we're talking about here. The House Oversight Committee, meanwhile, has conducted at least 15 interviews as part of its ongoing Epstein probe, including the Clintons, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Bill Gates, and key members of Epstein's inner circle. So look, I don't know where the investigation's gonna end up. I don't have much faith that we're gonna get to a point where people from the committee anyway are gonna be held accountable. But if you're gonna talk to people about Jeffrey Epstein, I'd say that Alan Dershowitz is a decent place to start. Alan. Alright folks, that's gonna do it for this one.
