What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When most people hear the name Jeffrey Epstein, they think about the disgusting and sadistic things that he did to young women and girls. And rightfully so. That should always be the foremost thought. But we also have to understand that there was a lot more going on than just the abuse of those women and girls. And a lot of it had to do with financial malfeasance. And considering the scope of that malfeasance and how many people were involved financially with him, it's no wonder that the government avoided using rico. Because if they would have hit him with rico, everybody would have been caught up. Everybody that ever sent the money, anybody that ever received money, well now they're a part of the RICO conspiracy, right? Knowingly or unknowingly and under normal circumstances, that's enough for the government to freeze your account. I know it sounds crazy, but it's true. If you get caught up in some kind of RICO investigation, it's usually lights out. Most normal people end up pleading, right? Even people with great lawyers end up pleading because it's almost impossible to beat RICO charges when they're brought by the federal government. And when you have somebody like Jeffrey Epstein who was manipulating many different sectors, I don't think there's ever been a situation that called for RICO more than the situation with Epstein. And as we continue to move forward and learn more, it's rather obvious that this man was running a gigantic money laundering operation. Today we have an article from Reuters and the headline, u. S. Senator Wyden urges regulators to probe Wall street banks over Epstein accounts. This article was authored by Reuters staff U. S Democratic senator Ron Wyden called for federal regulators to probe big banks over their handling of Jeffrey Epstein's accounts After servicing what Wyden said was potential evidence that the banks failed to report suspicious transactions linked to the late convicted sex offender 100 they did. We've already established this. We've had people from FinCEN tell us this. So this isn't some breaking news. This isn't something that has just shown up. But I'm glad it's getting some traction because if you want to get to the bottom of what was going on, there is a surefire way to get there. Follow the money. I know sounds very easy and basic, right? But what that does is it gives you a road map. And we're not talking about witnesses who lose their memory or might change their story. Right? The money trail is the money trail. There's no disputing it. It is what it is. And that's why any serious investigation of somebody like Jeffrey Epstein starts with the money trail. In a report released on Tuesday, Wieden alleged that bank of America, Deutsche bank and JP Morgan Chase may have violated federal anti money laundering laws by failing to report Epstein's suspicious transactions in a timely manner. Well, I'd say so. These rotten sons of didn't send those SARS until Epstein was arrested. So who made that decision? Was it somebody in compliance? Was it Jess Daly? Was it Jamie Dimon? Who was it? We still don't know and unfortunately I doubt we'll ever know. Wyden's four year investigation included a review of so called suspicious activity reports which banks filed to the Treasury Department, Materials from lawsuits and court filings and information the Senator sought from Wall street banks and the U. S Treasury. And look, of course Wyden has his own issues. His son was reaching out to Epstein trying to enjoy Jeffrey Epstein's charity as well. So look, it's a sordid circle we got going on here, but does that mean that Senator Wyden and this investigation should be discounted? I don't think so because he's on the right trail. And I think that if you really want to find out who was responsible, at least financially speaking, then you have to start here. Bank of America failed to properly screen and report 170 million in payments to Epstein, Wyden's report said, adding that the bank years later concluded in suspicious activity reports that the transactions had no verifiable business purpose. I dare you to try that. See how quickly you get debanked. They will deplatform you so quickly that it make your head spin. And God forbid you have money in your account. Now you got to go through a song and dance to get your money out. But 170 million in suspicious movements and withdrawals, deposits, etc. No big deal. And why is that? Well, you know why. Because they're making a grip of dough with a guy like Epstein. That's it. That's the whole story. Profit over people. We take our legal and regulatory obligations seriously. And as we have previously said, the bank did not facilitate wrongdoing. A Bank of America spokesperson said, no, not at all. Everything's on the up and up. Bank of America would never bang somebody like Epstein to the tune of 170 million and not report it. Right?

Deutsche bank failed to report on time more than 250 million in suspicious wire transfers tied to Epstein, including payments to women in Russia and other parts of Eastern Europe. The report said. Well, they thought they'd get away with it. And that was the whole reason that Epstein started getting women for from Eastern Europe. He thought that that was going to be the move, that nobody was gonna be the wiser. Right. Nobody would care. Well, Mr. Epstein, guess what? People care. A spokesperson to the bank said that was false. We began flagging suspicious transactions for the government as early as 2002 and throughout our relationship, even after we closed his accounts. She said we acted appropriately on what we knew, when we knew it, as the law requires. I guess we'll have to see, right? I have my doubts. These banks never act appropriately. At least not when it concerns Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was a JP Morgan client from 1998 until the bank cut him off in 2013, years after he pleaded guilty to prostitution related charges. Deutsche took him in as a client in 2013 after JP Morgan closed his accounts. Well, they never met a scumbag they didn't like over there. I mean, how many cartel members, how many, you know, human traffickers or oligarchs have had accounts at Deutsche Bank? We have cooperated with regulatory and law enforcement agencies regarding their investigations and have been transparent in addressing deficiencies and investing in strengthening our control environment. In parallel, a Deutsche bank spokesperson said Reuters couldn't verify the details of the report. Of course not. Don't question us. We're doing a full internal investigation.

We're going to investigate ourselves and we're going to have a timely report ready for you. That's the kind of we've heard time and time again. And every single time it turns out the same way. Garbage, trash, Disgusting. A complete whitewash. Have any of these internal investigations turned up anything that they should have turned up? Of course they haven't. An administration official said treasury doesn't comment on investigations, including to confirm or deny whether one exists. Treasury has fully cooperated with valid requests for information from Congress, the official said. Yeah, I'm sure they have. I'm sure they haven't dragged their feet at all. Remember, treasury is run by who? That's right. Donald Trump. And we all know that Donald Trump has no desire for transparency when it comes to Epstein. Epstein died in a Manhattan jail cell in August of 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. His death was ruled a suicide by New York City's medical examiner, which was disputed, by the way, by Mr. Baden. And that ruling of a suicide was delayed. They had to go through the whole process. They didn't have any idea at first what had happened. Right. But all of a sudden they were sure. Sure that it was suicide. Again, I don't buy it. At least not the way they're selling it. If Jeffrey Epstein did commit some kind of self harm, then I think he did that after a message was passed to him by Nicholas Tartaglioni. Listen, you do it or we will. Look how easy it was for me to get in the cell with you. Then Epstein thinks, you know what? That's it. I'm burned. My days of being an asset are long over. So it's time for me to go. Especially considering we knew what his state of mind was. According to other people that were around him. Nobody said he was suicidal. All of a sudden he commits suicide. Okay, I guess. Wyden is one of several lawmakers probing Epstein's relationships on Wall street. Lawmakers on the U.S. congress House Oversight Committee also last month heard testimony from Goldman Sachs, former top lawyer Kathy Rumler and former Barclays CEO Jess Daly over their dealings with Epstein. Both have said they were unaware of Epstein's crimes, which they are lying about. Sorry. I don't believe them. They knew that Jeffrey Epstein was a registered sex offender. That didn't stop them. They kept on rolling right along. Right. Oh, Uncle Jeffy. Oh, Snow White. Oh, can I come to the island? So they can screw right off with the whole. I had no idea. Save that for people that have no idea what they're talking about. So, look, I think that Senator Wyden is on the right path here. Is he going to get the cooperation he needs? Is he going to have people at treasury work with him? Are they going to be willing to turn over the information that's needed? Well, considering how the federal government has treated this up till now, I'm not very confident. But maybe with all the extra pressure and all of the newfound interest around the topic, they'll be forced to act this time. So we'll have to see what goes down as far as chasing the money trail. And we'll see where it all ends up. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

Host: Bobby Capucci
This episode delves into the financial networks and banking relationships that enabled Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal enterprise. Host Bobby Capucci discusses new calls from U.S. Senator Ron Wyden for federal regulators to scrutinize Wall Street banks’ handling of Epstein’s accounts, alleging widespread compliance failures and possible violations of anti-money laundering laws. The conversation underscores the complicity of elite financial institutions, the lack of transparency from federal agencies, and the need to “follow the money” to truly unravel Epstein’s far-reaching web.
This episode confronts the relatively underreported but crucial financial machinery that sustained Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes. Bobby Capucci’s trademark direct tone, skepticism, and focus on systemic failure permeate the discussion. He lays out Senator Wyden’s findings—naming and shaming the big banks involved—while expressing doubt about the industry’s and government’s capacity, or willingness, for self-policing. Despite a lack of faith in current oversight mechanisms, Capucci holds out a slim hope that mounting pressure may force regulators to truly “follow the money” and bring complicity to light.
